First of all, Lord gave me this for you today,
special word for you. You're about the crossover as a house.
What does that mean? That means very very important word here.
The most important thing that can happen in your life
is getting saved and going to heaven. What you don't
want to find out is that you lived your life
and you your eternity isn't sorted out. But once you're saved,

once you're saved, and that's you coming to church all
these years, or maybe your brand new and maybe you're
just starting. Once you're saved. The number one priority isn't
going to heaven. The number one priority is doing the
call of God, answering the call of God and accomplishing
the work that He called you to do. Why because
you're going to give an account of your stewardship. All
of Jesus's teachings worrying about heaven and Hell, they were

primarily about responsibility and steward and what he gave you,
And so He gave a lot of teachings and trainings
on how he was like a king who went away
on a long trip and he came back and he
checked with every individual to see what they did with
what he gave them. So now you're in a different
scenario here. I'm going to talk to you in the
second category because you're born again. I found that out
when I was giving away free stuff here. Now, the

calling of God and the work of God is the
prerequ is the primary question. And so I began to
do research on this all important question and studied the
term convergence. I did this last night, and I felt
in my spirit I need to come back and bring
it into you today, and tied into the national convergence
or the transition that's happening in America electorally, and put

it all together in some kind of a coherent way. Now,
convergence is the technical research done over thirty years by
a guy professor by the name of Robert Clinton at
Fuller Theological Seminary. And what Bobby Clinton was looking for
as a student of S. Peter Wagner was what are
the characteristics of men and women of God who accomplished

their destiny and finished strong in the assignment God gave them.
Doesn't it sound like you you want to be someone
who is a Christian accomplishing the assignment. And the premise
is God had a plan for you before you got here.
He wasn't improvising one with you, like what to do
with you now that you're saved, We'll give him something
to do. God actually brought you into the earth with

a purpose for you. That's why the prophetic is such
a fascinating thing and so addictive to people to get
into it, because every time you dip into the realm
of the prophetic, you're stepping out of the slip stream
of time into the eternal where God has a script
for you, and he's showing you what's about to happen next.
If you'll walk with him in the script that he wrote,

then boom, you're back in time. Try to sort it out.
The fact that God has a script is fascinating, the
fact that it's a timeline and you could be somewhere
in the script. Hey, here's one for you. The fact
that if you'll cooperate with God in certain seasons, he'll
restore to you the years you lost so that you
can make up for and be on time with what

He's got for you to do. And that's why this
word is so important because typically convergence happens, it happens
in one season in the fifty plus, it happens in
the sixty plus, and from sixty to eighty three is
called the peak convergence years. Right now, so many of
us are already in the convergence zone is what I

call it, meaning red rover, red rover. Destiny's calling you over.
God wants you to hurry up. Some of you are
going to be like Philip the eunuch or Fillip with
the eunuch and the chariot and the chariot's going past,
and an angel comes along and says, hey, join yourself
to the chariot. The chariot's moving. You're standing here. The
angel says, join, and the Bible is Philip ran and

caught up to the chariot. Some of you are going
to need to run a little bit to catch jump
with your convergence because it's coming to a theater near
you right now. So the convergence is technically what is
a brother lance. Convergence is kind of like this this
symbol here. It's the intersection of your of your unique

skill set, talents, acquired skills, talents God given gifts that
God put in you, and the formation of your character
and God puts it together. If you've got your skills
and your talents and abilities that you've been see as
anything you've been serving God. You've been doing a job.
You may not even know it, but you've been an

apprentices kind of like the karate kid. You've been kind
of waxing on and waxing off for years, doing whatever
God called you to do, and then you finding out
it's all about, Yeah, you're doing these stuff. Later you
think you're just doing one thing. God says, I'll learn
do something else with that. So if I set down
on this on this uh you know, platform here and
did a convergence conversation with the pastor, he'll I'm gonna

find out how God used aviation and business in his
background to prepare him ultimately for planning churches in the
vision for moving ministries around the world. He didn't start
off with that. God gave him the acquired skills so
he could shift the skill set into another assignment when
it was time for the convergence to happen. That makes
sense to you. So Russell brandstends all his life being

a comedian and then detainer. Then he starts getting into
this mystery of how the big system is constantly gaming
itself against the little guy, and he starts putting together
some conspiratorial pieces. Then he gets born again, then he
gets safe. Now he's an evangelist comedian with a conspiratorial
revelation who has a show that explains it all. Well,

God sets the pieces up and then boom, suddenly it's like, well,
look at what's coming together here? You guys with me
on this. So let's look at the code. If I
said two four six, what's the next number? It's called
the convergence code. In other words, what I'm gonna teaching now,
the secret to wisdom is identifying patterns. Write that down.
I can't believe I'm talking. And you guys don't have

no books in front of you. Do you not know
who I am? Why aren't you writing this down? Inexcusable?
So I come here, I got notebooks I fill every week.
How do you expect to get a revelation when you
don't come expecting a revelation? Never go to church without
something to record a revelation with God talks to you.

My best friend made five hundred million dollars because he
heard God's audible voice in his ear. He was a
guy who's talking about all these investments that you're do
in here. It's a little voice in his ear. That's it.
And the guy kept on talking. He didn't shut up
because he didn't hear God. He was saying he could
do this, you could do this, you can do this.
And Ken goes, oh, back up, no, no, back up,
no back up. Here it gets to the word he

hears the audible voice. That's it. It, which is great.
Here's a guy I thought was his technical multi millionaire
because of his sophisticated Stanford education. He said, the real

The voice of God help me to prosper supernaturally. So
I'm praying to God gives you something supernatural. You're going

going to share with you the code, the convergence code,
because for some of you, the convergence moment is right now.
Only twenty percent of Christians, according to Bobby Clip's research,
actually ever enter into convergence eighty percent mess it for
various reasons. We won't go into that now, but I
want to say that you're a church that I believe
is coming into convergence. Your church is coming into convergence.

And that's because groups have convergence moments. And I sat
down in the front row, and I was sitting there,
I was kind of deficerately looking up to say, well, Lord,
where's that. I should know my Bible better than this
Deuteronomy And it's in numbers, and it has to do
with the when the Lord spoke to Moses saying, send
men to spy out the land of Canaan, which I

am giving to the children of Israel. So here you go.
You're in chapter thirteen of numbers, send men to spy
out the land of Canaan, which I'm giving. What you
got to know is God says I'm giving you this,
so send men to spy it. What a great problems
guys like God saying I'm going to give you an
investment that's going to make you half a billion dollars today,
I'm going to tell you what it is. So I'll

get your pen and paper ready. You know, there are
stories in the Bible that are actually so amazing. Imagine
if God gave you a dream and he said to you,
asking me anything that you wish, and I'll give it
to you. Well, that actually happened. Solomon asked for wisdom,
and God gave him wisdom. Suppose God was to ask you,
if you wanted the ability to open up Heaven with
your prayer life, that you could come up into this

very presence and see his plan and his purpose and
his deeptailed blueprint for what you're called to do. And
then suppose God added to that and said, and I'm
going to give you the power over every demon and
earthly circumstance that gets in your way when you want
to administrate that vision. I'm going to give you kingly
power and priestly access to the throne of God at

the same time. That's the end time move of God, folks,
is called the Melchizedec spirit. Jesus comes to us, the
Bible says, in a new order. It's called the order
of Melchizedek. We've seldom seen it manifest in the church,
but it's showing up now where God is giving to
his people the royal priesthood authorization to be able to
see what Heaven wants to do. Pray prevailing prayers, and

administrate that prayer right over the works of Hell. We're
seeing amazing answers to prayer. We're seeing new testimonies happen

spies are going to go out into the land of Canaan.

the people who dwell in the land are strong, the
cities are fortified and very large. Moreover, we saw descendants
of Anak there. The Amalekites dwell in the land of
the south, the hit Tites, the Jebusides, the Amorites dwell
on the mountains, and the Canaanites dwell by the sea

along the bench. In other words, fourtified positions. You're not.
God says he's going to give you land, and when
you get there, instead of it being ready for you
to move in, somebody's occupying the condo God gave you.
Then you've got to go evict them from the condominiums.
You're a condominium. You got to remove the inherent inhabitants.
This is all these things are spiritual principles which we

deal with in the last days. You're going up against media,
you're going up against governments, you're going up against business.
They are occupied castles, but yet God says they're yours.
You're the ones who are called to go make disciples
of nations. So you should be looking at the territory
that God gives you in Minneapolis, rather than looking at
it like what's your survival strategy. You've got to start rethinking.

(11:11):
These houses, these structures are actually belonging to Jesus. Jesus
already bought them with his blood, you're not going to
try to get them to him. He already owns them.
What you're doing is you're a liberation operation. The blood
of Jesus bought this country. The blood of Jesus bought
your city. God is in the process of giving it
to you. But I guarantee your brains are conditioned to

look at the size of the formidable elements that are
already controlling it, and it's defining for you who you
think you are and what you can do. So the
spies then come back, they say, hey, it's a great territory,
but I'm telling you, those who are dwelling by the
back of that area are bigger than we are. And
Caleb quieted the people before Moses and said, let us

(11:57):
go up at once and take possession, for we are
well able to overcome it. But the men who had
gone up with him said, we're not able to go
against his people. They're stronger than us. And they gave
the children of Israel a bad report of the land
which they had spied out. Seeing the land through which
we have gone aspies, the land that devours its inhabitants.

(12:18):
We saw giants there, and we were like grasshoppers in
our own site, and you've heard this preach before. I
just want to make this one point. What can affect
a group that is called to cross over into something
God is prepared is a wrong analysis of the circumstance.

(12:39):
You could exaggerate the strength of your enemy and underestimate
the power of your position. You could overdo the analysis
of what you're up against and underappreciate the analysis of
what assets you've got that are going to win the battle.
Does that make sense? So it's interesting to me that

(13:00):
the Lord spoke to me today to say convergence has
some enemies. And the code the Bible gives you the
convergence code. It tells you. One thing that could throw
you off is if you look at the evidence and
you don't collect the evidence properly. So you have to
read the evidence properly or you might make a false

(13:20):
You might make a mistake. The second thing that affects
people moving into convergence, which can happen in a group
as well as an individual life, is not getting the
timing for what God is really doing. Give you that one.
Go to Hagui and go to hey guy, chapter one
very important piece of history, giving you the convergence code.
Here and in this piece of history, the children of

Israel as a group are being called to go down
and reoccupy the land of Israel. They've been seventy years
in time out for misbehavior. They're up in Babylon because
they weren't behaving themselves. Now, the prophet Jeremiah prophecied seventy
years earlier, you're gonna come out, and you're gonna come
back and rebuild. So the prophet saw a redemptive future,

but he saw it we take a whole generation to reset.
When the children of Israel missed the moment of crossing over.
It took a whole generation to reset some big convergences
when they're missed. It takes a whole generation for God
to reset the situation to cross over and crossover. Does
that make sense to you? So there's a price you

(14:25):
pay when you miss the window. You got a reorder
to come back through that window, all right. So here's
the second mistake that can happen on convergence. The second
year of King Darius, in the sixth month of the
first day of the month, the word of the Lord
came by Hey, God, the prophet is Erubabul the son
of shield Tield, governor of Judad, to Joshua, the son
of Jojosedak, the high priest. Two people are getting prophetic insight,

the governor and the pastor. I want you to see
the pattern, remember the pattern two four six eight. When
God begins to reset in the last days his agenda
for what he's doing in the earth. You're going to
find out the House of God is central to his strategy.
But in order for that to really happen, he has
to talk to the marketplace people and the political people,

(15:13):
and he's got to talk to the people in the
pulpit that are annointed to preach the word of God.
He needs an alignment and unity of the pulpit here
and the remnant there that are called to run for
political office and to finance the end time harvest. Let
me say it again. The government mountain and the business
mountain are in collusion with the church mountain. And God

(15:34):
sends a cranky eighty year old Jewish prophet to go say,
get it together. I was enjoying my Boca retone retirement
and God, so I got to come down and rebuke
you because you're all working on the wrong priority. It's
your saying it's not time, and God says, I'm telling
you it is time. And if you don't start paying

(15:55):
attention to my time, I'm going to start to give
you some divine reproofs to get your attention. So watch
what happens. The word of the Lord came to this
eighty year old prophet. He gives the word to Zeroubable.
Watch the way you pay attention to every word in
scripture when you keep seeing Zerubable. It's talking about the
marketplace Christian, not the pulpit Christian. But God talks to
the marketplace. Guy. First, you're not a second class citizen.

(16:20):
You get the raima at the same time the church
gets there. You know why you're part of a church. Thus,
says the Lord of Hosts. This people keeps saying the
time isn't right. It's not timing yet, not timing. Time
hasn't come the time that God's house should be built.
And God says, well the word of the Lord by hey, guy,

(16:40):
The prophet says, oh yeah, well, it's always time for something.
If it's not time for my house, why are you
paying so much attention to taking care of your house?
Is it time for you yourselves to twelve panel houses.
While my project, my building project, is secondary. My project's primary.
You take care of my project, I'll take care of yours.

(17:00):
So the old prophet stores rebuking them and says, this
is how come you've been labored and you haven't seen
the results yet. We have to do our recalibration on priorities.
I want you to get my house figured out, because
when my house gets prioritized, you're gonna see your house
come into fruition. Go up to the mountains, get me
some wood. Build the temple, then I may take pleasure

(17:21):
in it. And that there has been something fascinatings to
us to happen. Verse twelve. Zerobabyl, the son of shield
Hel Joshua, the son of Jehozadact the high priest, and
all the remnant of people obeyed the voice of God,
the words of Hegi the prophet, and the Lord there
God sent them, and that people feared the presence of
the Lord. But I want you to catch something. You
could be paying attention to the wrong evidence, as the

children of Israel did when they were supposed to cross over.
Or you could be looking and you get wrong timing,
which produces wrong focus or priorities. So what we're gonna
do right now is just knock these two out. The
evidence is God is about to do a reset in
the United States, and the timing is now for his

house to emerge. Do not be looking at the wrong evidence,
look at the right evidence. The timing is now, and
you need to be prepared for your your next level
of assignment because you're not just spectators there with popcorn
watching the end time drama. You're actually going to change
the complexion and the dynamic of your city and of
your state. And you're going to change nations while you're

doing that, because this is the this is the hub
where it's taking place. You all wid me so far,
so this profit. Hey guy, I guess this. We're going
now back to convergence. I want to give you real
quick the phases of convergence. I have it. Didn't get
a chance to do this properly last night, but I'm
going to give you the five or six phases of convergis.
You might as well know what the phases are because
there's a pattern, and all wisdom is pattern recognition. The

two things I like if I can identify a pattern
and I could put it on a napkin, a piece
of paper, or a whiteboard, and I can explain it
to the masses. Then I believe I've increased your spiritual
IQ ten points on the subject matter, and suddenly a
spirital wisdom will come upon you and you'll become a
pattern recognition agent, just like I'm laboring to be as

(19:12):
a rabbi. So let's start with the convergence pattern. Let
me give you because I even got some new information
that I want to share with you as I find it.
So here we go. Here's the phases of convergence. It
starts with a thing called sovereign beginnings. You get the
tape and so you can write this down later. Somber

beginnings means this, look at the assault I told you about.
It's happening in young people. Oh I'm in the wrong body.
My soul is a female and I'm stuck out a
guy's body. So what a crazy demons deception? That is,
as a total demon coming to you saying you're in
the wrong body. By the way, when do they do
it when you're ten, eleven, twelve or thirteen. They start
messing with your head while you're at the least able

(19:55):
to understand who you are what you are, and your
hormones are flying and you're feeling a little bit awkward
and you're kind of ganging. Oh, that's because you're queer.
You're really fluid, You're really not one thing. You're maybe
going back and forth between two or three different you know.
So that craziness is in the school system. So anyways,
and it's a unique American phenomena of psychoses. The Sovereign

(20:17):
beginning says, you're in the body God determined, male or female.
There be at peace with it. You're in the time
period of history. God chose you may all lament. I
wish I was back there at the time of Jesus. No,
you don't. Once you compare, you know, warmhouses, cool houses,
automobiles and bathrooms with what was back then, you'll go
get me out of here. You're in the right period

of time right now. You're in the time God ordained.
You're at the age God it Well, I watched how
I was twenty years younger when I heard this. No,
God planned you were going to be exactly aged. You're
out exactly in the time of history. You're in in
exactly the skin of your body that you're supposed to
be a. God determine your gender. He determined your ethnicity.
He determined your time of birth. He determined country of origin,

the country you'd be living in. He determined all those
factors for you. It's amazing that all those things were
determined and God didn't ask your opinion about any of them.
It's called sovereign beginnings. You don't know my family, my brother,
my birth You know are you how many of you are?
First born, second born, third born? Here's the point. God

(21:22):
determined your birth order. God determined your parents of origin.
Were they good? Were they doctor Dobson or doctor Frankenstein,
doesn't matter. And then at some point for a convergence
to happen, we have this thing called the inner life growth,
which is called spirit formation. I want you to know,

(21:45):
when you get to heaven, you're gonna talk to your angel.
You're gonna see how much they had to go through
to get you saved. It wasn't easy. They had to
position you at the right place at the right time,
lay some things in position, get some thoughts into you
before you got there, then create the divine appointment from
the moment. Then God, they were right there boom to
escort you. Then how many times you know it was
backslider or lose it? They had to protect you, pull

(22:06):
you out of this relationship. Get your pusician over there,
help you discover that first charge, that first little kenef
Hagen booklet you got. You'll find out what wild work
they were doing the whole time while yours got a
lolly gagging around to get you to heaven. And then
ever since then they've been working. Here's my point. This

is called spirit formation, sommern beginnings. Then you get born
again and you're being formed. There's an awful lot of
work going to getting you where you are right now.
One time I was in the eleven Town Parkway. I'd
just gone to a guy's house and I found this
beautiful fish in this fish tank. Beautiful fishes, gold, silver
cupper characteristics. I was just intrigued by this. When I

was in the open and I said to this man,
I said, hey, what kind of fish is that? He said,
that's a rare Japanese arenda fish, random fish. How big
does that grow? He said, Well, it's in a fifteen
gallon tank, so it's about three and a half inches.
But in its natural habitat in a river. It could
be as big as six inches half and foot long.

(23:10):
I go, well, aren't you worried that you might get
the fish to outgrows your tank? He laughed. He said,
oh man, that's not how it works. He said, the
fish grows whatever size tank you put it in. And
something about that just hit me. I thought, I'll think
about that later. I was doing sales back then, marketing,
and I get in my car after we got them

(23:30):
in my sales work and I'm driving back. I start
praying the Holy Ghost training tongues, and all of a sudden,
I start profisigning myself in my little car am my
way to work. You are that fish. I know. It
was a revelation, whereas you will grow to the size
revelation you swim in. Remember that, right well, right then,

(23:56):
I was a campus crusade evangelical. I mean I got saved,
born again evangelical. That was what I had. But then
I started running around and these full gospel business people
get filled with the Holy Spirit. Next to you know,
I'm a tongue talking evangelical. After that, I run into
these a word of faith people that see I'm a
word of faith tongue talking evangelical. Then I find out
I'm Derek Princeville. Now I'm a devil casting out tongue

(24:16):
talking evan jelical, casting out devil's praying, believing God word
of faith guy. Then are running into Kim Clement and
a bunch of problems. I'm now a prophetic tongue talking
word of faith, even jelic goal casting out demon's guy.
Then I'm nice and happy in the church Mountain, and
I got called to go meet Donald Trump in New York.
Now I'm a politically disruptive, tongue talking devil chasing holy

(24:37):
ghost Phil. Then I find out that I'm not a
Piscopellian and Catholic. I'm actually Jewish on my father's side.
Because the guy at a full gospel meeting comes up
to me and goes, miss fulka, I got missch what
He goes, miss pillka? What's that? He goes, My brother,
God's going to use you to reach your people. I said, Episcopellions,

Oh choose, why would I be reaching Jews? He goes, Aha,
why don't you go call your father and ask him?
I had a word of knowledge. I called my dad.
To this day i'd be. I wouldn't have known except
for twenty three and me a DNA test to help me
conferm it. Hey, my dad says, well, okay, yeah, you
come from a long line of rabbis. My father rejected it,
and I rejected it. And we're not Christians, We're not Jews,

and we were trying to raise you. So Episcopal give
you some faith, you know, but no, we're not. You're
not one hundred percent gentile. You got some Jewish in you.
And you have a sister who's Israeli. I think you
should meet her now. I have a sister in Israel
I didn't even know about from a previous marriage he
had that I didn't know about. Boy, I'll tell you,

May God give you a revelation of everything you don't
know about. The point is spiritual formation. I'm glad, aren't
you glad? That God took you out of the fish
tank you could have got stuck in and he's shattering
your fish tank. Now you shattered my fish.

you the research on convergence. So your gift discovery and
development is what this really comes down to. And you
want to find out what you're good at, because what

you're good at is going to be when you're born.
God gives you, in sovereign beginnings about a half a
dozen unique talent skills your ability, which are the prevailing
synapses that fire off neurologically in your brain that make
you empathetic or a good communicator or a good talker,
or you're good at organizing things. In other words, these

(28:48):
are actually the talents. When I say that convertenesce is
when you have gifts, talents, and acquired skills come together
in a unique situation where God gives you a role
you step into, but you've been prepared for it your
whole life. I'm talking evidently. I have auditory talent that
was programmed in I mean, not everybody's gonna talk like
me or be fast ideation. I think quick like it,

(29:08):
but I can't do Annabelle will tell you I'm not mechanical.
I mean, I hate to say it's emasculated to be
the man of God. But whenever there's a crisis in
our house, a pipe that breaks or something that water
is coming out, the kids run to me to ask
where is mom? Because Annabelle has mechanical says it's a

(29:31):
weird thing. She can figure out what to do. I panic.
I want to call a lawyer. I don't know what.
I'm a Jewish guy, you know, but I'm good at
what I do here. But the point is that you
get you all have like half a dozen prevailing whether
you know about synaptic resources that God and by serving

(29:52):
the genius way God does it. If you just give
yourself the serving of the House of God, you'll find
out you might not know you do it. You start
children's church with youth and telling stories and you know,
vacation Bibles. Go and find out that you're a great communicator.
You never knew because nobody ever told you. But when
you serve, you find out what you're good at. By
the way, how do you know you're good at something,
It's not because it's your passion. American Idol proves that

(30:14):
you can have a passion and still be without talent.
It's because people affirm you when you do it. Here's
the weird thing. If you're not serving, and you're not
related to people, if you're at home watching this and
you're watching this on the internet, you're messing up your
own destiny because right now God is using the body
of Christ to help activate callings in people that they

(30:36):
might have missed, to do things they've never done, to
discover talents they've never affirmed, and other people will give
you feedback and tell you you're good at that. You
don't know. Why do you not know? Because a gift
is so natural to you, you don't notice it's unique.
Your attitude is, oh, anybody could do that. No, anybody

(31:00):
can't do that, But you think anybody that's the mischievous
nature of a grace. Gift is so natural that you
can't imagine that being special. The gift of cooking, the
gift of culinary So I pray for all of you
to get a quick upgrade on phase three of convergence,
because it might be you've got gifts, talents, and abilities
you never knew you had because you were swimming into

(31:23):
small a fish tank. You didn't know God was calling
you in the political office. You didn't know God was
calling to be an author or a writer, or a
social media commentator or a curriculum developer. What me, Yeah
you Well, we now have time to go into all that.
I'm going to give you the other two phases right here.
You ready for this gift discovering development, spiritual formation, sovereign beginnings.

(31:45):
God gives you the talents, the packages, the time and history.
You get saved, born again, and God starts giving you
some spirit, revelation, faith. You're in a house like this,
you're not missing any of the pieces and the elements
in the DNA for your own growth. But then you
have to go out there into the marketplace get fire.
Larshlimball got fired from five Radios day. Great stories of
great people who get fired all the time because they're

(32:05):
find out what works, what doesn't work, what they do good,
what doesn't work well. Any strength over extended is a weakness.
So you might be nationally competitive, but you're competing with
the boss and you keep getting fired because you don't
know how to manage your mouth. Or you have a
gift of refining. What's refining that's the ability to find

(32:26):
the flaw on someone else's design or thinking, here's the problem.
You're not creative like other people, but you can basically steal, copy,
or improve anyone else's idea better than them. That's called
a refining gift. You don't originate ideas, you make them better.
A lot of great entrepreneurs that make millions of dollars
weren't the guys that came up with the idea. They
were the guys that understood how to implement the idea.

(32:47):
So I pray for all of you that you get
a revelation that you've got certain gifts, talents and abilities
that need to come to a greater synaptic coherence to you.
So you see what it is you do well, because
that's your sling shot, all right. So what happens in
the next phase life maturing? It ain't done yet. Life maturing.

(33:08):
This is when you go through the sickness taking care
of your parents, you get fired, you got the financial challenges.
This is when you got your career. You're developing your business,
you're running an organization, you sell the organization. You're in
retirement and transition. You don't know what you're going to
do next. It could be after a divorce, could be
after a death of a spouse. There's all kinds of
ways life seasons you. But God uses life maturing as

(33:29):
a phase, having children, working out the marriage, overcoming that
propensity you have to have flirtatious relationships and potential for affairs.
Here's something I found that's rather interesting. I do data
with psychometric scales, so I do when I'm doing convergence analysis.
A lot of times I like to use tools because
I can't spend all day with you to desern and

(33:51):
accurately prophesy who you are and what your gifts are.
So use I cheat. I look for the tools because
that gives me the code and I can accurately with
three sixty degree feedback on you. I could tell you
what your greatest strengths are, what your greatest weaknesses are,
where your choke points are, and what your potential is
because I got thirty three psychometric scales that I can
look at to see where they're at. So, for instance,

(34:11):
if you want to make money, I'm going to be
looking at three scales or four scales, and one of
those scales for you is going to be the different scale.
If you're going to lead, or if you're going to
be in an organization, or if you want to make
money with an organization. I know the majority of entrepreneurs
I work with will clock out at around a million
to two million dollars. It's all the organization's going to
be maybe six million. That's a plateau. They hit ten million, maybe.

(34:33):
But when I get to the fifty million, one hundred
million dollar guys and the billionaires, they all have one
particular trade out of thirty two down. You know what
that is. It's called the different scale. The different scales
is the degree of ego attachments you have to being right.
They have it balanced. There are fifty percent different scale.
Donald Trump has it. People don't know it. What does

(34:55):
it mean. It means that fifty percent of the time,
if you give me a better idea or feedback on
where I'm missing it or how I can improve it,
I'm going to switch up what I'm doing and try
or idea to see if it works. The other half
of the time, I'm not gonna do that because I
have ideas or thoughts or experience that make me think
that that idea isn't going to work in this context.

(35:17):
The point is, you know, you're welcome to share it
with me, and I'm going to share back with you
why I think it might work or not work. I'm
open to the idea that's a different scale of one
hundred million dollar vision. Now, the buddies that I know,
these are the crusaders and ministers that have ministries the ministry.
They're known, but they never really quite hit that big threshold,

(35:38):
you know why, low deference. They have too much ego
attachment to what they believe God told them. Now, just
because God told you something didn't mean that God told
you how. He told you what wisdom is to find
out the how might be in another person's head better
than you. Just because he told you that what doesn't
mean you got the how. If you don't believe that

(36:00):
married forty years and don't listen to your wife, you
find out very quickly. God gives some information to the
handmaiden of the Lord, and for no other reason, just
so that you're always paying attention to what she says.
I call it the pilot's wife syndrome. He's up there
with the most important court case in all of history.
If you're going out what to do with Jesus he
doesn't know what to do. His wife does sends in

(36:20):
a note, be careful what you do with that. Guy's
a righteous man. I had a dream, you know, and
I have dreams. She probably had a dream that he
was going to be going down there to get that job.
Every time I have a dream, it's accurate. This guy's
a righteous man. Behave yourself. He didn't want to read that.
But here's the point. God spoke to the wife, not
to the man. Just because you got the job doesn't
mean you're the only one who gets the information the
different scale. So why am I giving you it? Why

(36:43):
am I giving you information at that level of specificity?
Because mastery is in the distinctions. When I look at
a person's data, I can get an idea as to
where their greatest constraint is is their greatest strength. If
you are, for instance, an entrepreneurial personality, you're going to
be comfortable with male or female. You're going to be
highly creative, You're gonna be prone to risk taking, you're

(37:04):
gonna have a high achievement drive. Four characteristics that make
for a successful entrepreneur the same four that make for
a fair prone individual. So in a lot of times,
the people that are a fair prone feel like they
got a lust problem, when in fact they don't have
a lust problem. They have a management problem for the
gift they got, and just that peace alone gives peace
of mind because people because if you have entrepreneurial skill sets,

(37:28):
the same skill sets are being comfortable with male or female, competitive, creative,
self confident. Risk taking is an elixir for an affair.
Because you go too far and didn't realize how far
you got to, you ended up in the wrong place.
See what I'm talking about. So I do my best
when a little bit of knowledge will set you free.
So I've had guys breath the side of relief, but

(37:49):
I said, you're not. You don't have a demon and
you don't have a lust problem. You have a management problem.
You've got to manage your gifting or your your strength
over extended will get you in a stronghold to a
snare of the fouler. So let me get this to you.
Life maturing is when you find out where God points,
where you've got to grow, where your constraints are, and
where your Maybe your talents take you too far and

(38:11):
you got to bring them back in and manage them
with wisdom. But this phase comes right before convergence, and
convertence is like a boundary item. Sometimes there's a national election,
or a marriage, or a death or a historic event.
But God creates boundary items around convergences, like right now
in a national election. I'm telling you that where you
are now as a church, you have a boundary item,

(38:32):
which is a national election happening at the same time
that God is taking you into a place where you're
not going to stop. You're actually going to go to
the next level. I think your leadership is going to
go to the next level. And the Lord gave me
a key. Convergence is entering right now into this group.
It's a group convergence. And after convertence comes legacy. What's legacy.

(38:53):
Legacy is the phase where other people come to you
personally or your church as a location to find out
what you do did because you're going to give them
the code and the clues as to how you got there.
Does that make sense? What happens if a natural disaster
takes place. We have these weird tornadoes that hid in
the Midwest and in Texas, but look at the hurricanes

(39:14):
in Florida. People can literally have their houses flooded, or
they're in a situation where they have no food or
access to groceries. Everyone needs at least a four week
emergency food kit. And fortunately, my Patriots Supply has created
