Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Reasonably Shady, a production of The Black Effect
Podcast Network and iHeartRadio.

Speaker 2 (00:14):
Welcome to another episode of Reasonably shake Dy. I am
Jaseelle Bryant.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
What's up? What's up? I'm Robin Dixon. Thank you for
being here with us once again.

Speaker 3 (00:22):
Yes, yes, yes, we in the house.

Speaker 2 (00:24):
This is the first time we're actually together in twenty
twenty six. Like, yes, I love it.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Yes, yes, yes, we've been recording remotely because Jazelle's been.

Speaker 3 (00:33):
You're busy on the move.

Speaker 1 (00:34):
I have it on the move.

Speaker 2 (00:35):
But you know, yeah, you were what in Saint Bart's
Sat Bart's and then I was then I had just
come home. I was came home from New York.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
Yeah, in the reunion, yes, yes, yes, so we are
together again, yes, yes, yes, And Jaselle walked in and
she saw my Christmas tree.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
Yes, it's up, guys.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
It's oh my gosh, and it's so beautiful. Have you
posted a picture of your tree?

Speaker 1 (00:55):
No, well I did put it in the stories, like
I just just put in my stories and tag reasonably Shady,
and we reposted it just because I was like, so,
I so I finally got it up. It was the
day before Christmas.

Speaker 3 (01:09):
Eat that's special. Yeah, I love that.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
Yeah. Yeah. So I started on like the twenty third, okay,
and I finished it on the twenty fourth. But it's
so crazy talking about my Christmas tree right now. So
I decided, since I got it up that late, that
I was going to let it stay up for a
whole month. So I'm just gonna let it stay up
till the end of January. Just just go to Valentine.
Just go to val just go to March to the route.

(01:32):
But it is pretty, it's very pretty. But I'm like,
I gotta do My add is out of control. I
would I would do like a little bit on the tree, yeah,
and then walk away and do something else. And then
like it, it took me forever, when normally it doesn't
take me that long. Like it was just I could
not focus on getting this tree done.

Speaker 2 (01:51):
Well, it's it's beautiful, like every ribbon is in place,
every bow is in place.

Speaker 3 (01:56):
It's it's amazing.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
And then I didn't even I usually have ornaments all
over the tree. Yeah you didn't. You didn't need it.
I didn't even put it. Yeah, I kind of liked
it like that, so I just left it nice and
clean looking. But yeah, normally I have like three boxes
of like beautiful ornaments that I put throughout the tree,
and I was like, I can't do it. I just
couldn't focus.

Speaker 3 (02:14):
Okay, do the boys want it down now?

Speaker 1 (02:16):
No?

Speaker 3 (02:16):
Okay, okay, so they still like it?

Speaker 1 (02:18):
Yeah, yeah, they like it. And it's nice because in nighttime,
like you know, it's on a timer, so it's on.
I have it come on like from like four thirty
to like one thirty in the morning, so it just
like provides like nice little I like the warm white
light and I.

Speaker 3 (02:32):
Love that, love that, love that.

Speaker 1 (02:34):
Would you have a shady moment? I do, Okay, So
it's not like it's nothing, you know, there was no incident,
but it was just a revelation. Revelation. So I realized
I made a what did you realize that although my

(03:00):
GLP one worked, okay, yes, like I lost. My goal
was to lose twenty pounds. I lost like twenty five.
But now it's kind of screoping back up because I
changed my dose and my frequency. So although you know
that was great, I cheap my goal. Love that for you.

(03:21):
I'm losing my hair. My hair, My hair is shedding
like crazy, like yes, yes, shedding like crazy, and now
I'm like, what.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
But we've talked about that.

Speaker 1 (03:34):
I know, I know, I know that, and I forgot
all about it. I forgot about that side effect. Yes,
I know that that's a side effect. And so I'm like,
I really I got to talk to the prescriber about like, okay,
changing my dose. I don't know, like, what do I
do moving forward?

Speaker 3 (03:49):
Because get off of it?

Speaker 1 (03:50):
Okay, getting off of it? So I so typically you
take it once a week, right, okay. I scaled back
to every two weeks okay, And it was so crazy
how quick the food noise came back, Like you know
that the first week is fine, but then when you're

(04:11):
like in that second week, I mean I found myself
snacking like like my diet, my my eating habits. Yeah,
not going fully back to where they were in the beginning,
but I could see where it's like, oh, once you're
on it and you get off of it, it is
like a sea saw.

Speaker 3 (04:30):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (04:30):
But so, but what the alternative is we gonna be
ball headed? No, I'm not gonna be ball headed. I
don't know, That's what I'm saying. I gotta figure this out.
I gotta like so it's crazy because I mean, if
you you know, it looks like I have hair, right,
but it's like it's yeah, when I like feel it
when I put my hands through my hair, like I
just feel it's not as full.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
So have you been have you seen Shirley?

Speaker 1 (04:52):
You're yeah? And what she asked me, She asked me,
this is Shirley's.

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Does wrop my hairstyles?

Speaker 1 (04:58):
Yeah? So I'm doing dealing with two with my hair, right.
So I'm dealing with breakage from putting blonde like from
putting highlights in my hair in November prior to Bravo
Kanka that shit chewed my hair up. I knew it
was going to happen, and it happened. Actually actually I
was like testing it and it happened. Okay, okay, okay, crazy.

(05:19):
So anyway, so so she's looking at the breakage and
she's looking at like the thinning, and.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
So I didn't like, she didn't say anything.

Speaker 1 (05:27):
It didn't anything.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
She asked me, she said, are you Are you in
perimenopause right? And I was like, what you might be.
I can't definitively say that I'm not, but the other
symptoms that are associated with it I don't think right,
I had like night sweat, son of that right, okay, okay, right?
So yeah, so she asked me that and and then

(05:50):
so I was like no, and I didn't know that's
why she was asking me that. I was just like, no,
I thought I thought it was just one of those
you know, we were just talking women talk. Yeah, and
then I go into like, I think my hair, I
think my hair is. Then in like I told her like, okay,
you know I took the glpan, I lost twenty whatever pounds,
and but I think my hair is. Then she was like, yeah,
that's why I asked you if you were in perimenopause, chow.

Speaker 3 (06:11):
If you don't stop taking this stuff, I know. I'm like,
what do I do if you want juice? To stop
taking the juice?

Speaker 1 (06:17):
And then I'm like, I hope it. Okay, So if
I stopped taking it, is my hair.

Speaker 3 (06:21):
Gonna come back come back? I'm sure.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
I'm sure it's my hair, and then I'm gonna be
fat again. Like I don't know what to do.

Speaker 2 (06:30):
I don't think so I think, but Robin, you know
how to control what you put in your mouth.

Speaker 1 (06:37):
It's not that easy. It's not it. Yes, yes and no,
so like being on it, but even still say I'm
not on the shot, but I'm still eating the same way. Yeah,
that's contributing to the weight loss. The weight loss is
because you're not eating on them. You're under nursed, yes,
which is actually not good, right, which white your hair
falling out? Right? Okay, So it's like I still have

(06:59):
to like you have your answer.

Speaker 3 (07:01):
This isn't healthy. I think it was.

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Okay, Yes, you have lost weight. I can see it.
I wasn't able to see it in the beginning, but
I can see that you've lost wight. Cool, Let's let's
call it a win and walk away.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
You won. They lost.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
I need, I need my wind. Would be like, let
me get in like a bathing suit.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
Let me and you can do that today.

Speaker 1 (07:23):
Where am I going in this freaking weather?

Speaker 3 (07:27):
No?

Speaker 1 (07:27):
No, no, I know, I don't know. I'm like I
need to Like you were just in the Bahamas.

Speaker 2 (07:30):
Did you put on a bathing suit that you did
and I felt good and he felt good? Okay, yeah,
you won, your hair lost. So yeah, that's my recommendation.

Speaker 3 (07:40):
So think about it. And what did Shirley say? But Shirley, like, girl,
stop taking it.

Speaker 1 (07:45):
No, No, we just talked about like maybe just like
changing the frequency or whatever or like once a month. Maybe. Yeah,
we'll see. I'm gonna I'm want to talk to like
the prescriber and just talk talk to them about it
and see what they say. Also, hey, you know, we
have tons of listeners who wrote in about their experience

(08:05):
with GLP one. So yeah, if anyone has experience on
the the hair lost thing, yeah, because that is kind
of a no go for me. Yeah, well I told
you my girlfriend's hair fell out in clumps. Yeah, see
I don't. I don't have clumps. Okay, but it's more
it's just and my hair always our hair naturally shuts totally. Yeah.
And then that's the other thing. I'm like, I wasn't

(08:26):
sure if I was being like paranoid about it, so
that when my hair would shed, I'd be like is
this normal shedding or is this extra shedding? But I
have determined that it was extra shedding. Yeah, so no clumps.
I didn't have clumps. But it is like yet I'm
trying to scared you now, Yes, oh lord.

Speaker 3 (08:47):
It's going to do.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
This is the this is the thing, Robin. You look amazing.
Let's just leave it alone walk away, right, but I'm
gonna get fat again.

Speaker 3 (08:54):
Oh god, my god. You weren't fack to begin with.

Speaker 1 (09:00):
I was plus us.

Speaker 3 (09:02):
We're going to move on to my shady moment. Okay,
moving on.

Speaker 2 (09:07):
So this is a very shady, quick, okay story, and
you're gonna understand it.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
Okay.

Speaker 2 (09:15):
Was in New York, Yeah, about to take Watch Your
Habits live, Okay, staying at the gas Aboard and I'm
putting out the name the Gangs of Four hotel. Yes,
So my call time to do the show was like
five or something, So I was getting picked up at
four okay, Okay. So you know, typically you get dressed
in your room, glam comes to your room, and then

(09:37):
you leave, right. I was coming home that night, so
I didn't need the room overnight. So at around twelve
o'clock that day, I started getting like knocked. People are
knocking on the door like that, Like the house keeping
late like, hey, like when are you leaving. I'm like,
I'm not leaving till four o'clock. She's like, okay. I
got a phone call from the front desk and they
were like, miss Bryant, you check outs at twelve. So

(09:57):
I said no, no, no, no, I'm leaving at four, right,
And they were like, you know you can't stay. What
So I've received to call Tony, Tony's our Bravo PR
girls at Tony.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
They trying to kick me out this hotel. It's crazy.
She was like, what they're trying to do?

Speaker 1 (10:11):
What?

Speaker 3 (10:11):
No, this is crazy.

Speaker 2 (10:12):
So the Watching Happens Love people called because there's a
standing contract Yeah, with Watching Happens Live and the Gangs
Word Hotel for.

Speaker 1 (10:21):
Probably two decades. Yeah, how long is Watching Happens Live
in twenty years? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (10:26):
Okay, so decades. So they said, no, we need the room.

Speaker 3 (10:34):
Just all gotta go.

Speaker 1 (10:35):
So they were like, well, what do you mean because
checkout is at checkout's at twelve, but check in is
at three, you know, typical check ins at three. She
says she's leaving at four. We're gonna pay for the
additional day, right.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
They were like, nope, she gotta go.

Speaker 2 (10:49):
What So I'm thinking once I told Tony that it
has been worked out. So I'm not like packing up,
I'm not like trying to leave. I'm just in my robe, slippers,
mine in my business. I get a knock out the door,
another knock and it's like the supervisor to housekeeping. She
had a clipboard and so she's like, oh, so what

(11:12):
are you leaving? And I said four a clock right,
wrong with y'all. So then about ten minutes later I
get mind you. I'm texting Tony like is this handled?
Is this handled? Because they're like irritating me at this point.
So I get another call from the front desk and
he's like, hey, you know we can extend you. It's
twelve fifteen. We can extend you to one o'clock.

Speaker 3 (11:36):
I said, what are you talking about, sir? Right, he said,
we have we're over sold.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
We need your room. I don't give a damn that
you're oversold. There's nothing to do with me.

Speaker 2 (11:46):
And even if you are over sold, the whole everyone
that's gonna check in doesn't come at one time, right, okay.

Speaker 1 (11:52):
So he said, yeah, we need your room, So I
said okay.

Speaker 2 (11:58):
So I proceed to up my stuff. Tony was like,
I'm on my way to get you now, and I
was like, great, because they were gonna put me in
another hotel, but that means I would have had to
pack twice.

Speaker 1 (12:07):
No.

Speaker 2 (12:08):
I so you know they have that room and watching
herrappings side for me you to get dressed in So
I said, just take me over there.

Speaker 1 (12:15):
Tony comes, scoots me up. We get to watch her rappings.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Side mind you, I'm calling my manager and she's crazy, right,
So she's.

Speaker 1 (12:21):
Like absolutely not no, absolutely not.

Speaker 2 (12:25):
Like she's going she's losing her damn right. So I said,
it's fine, I'm gonna go to watch her rappings live.
Oh side note, I'm angry. I get down to the
lobby at like twelve forty five. I don't even want
to wait in the lobby. It's cold a shit outside.

Speaker 3 (12:39):
I'm gonna wait on the curve. I'm cold wait on her.

Speaker 1 (12:43):
But I will not wait in the gas board anymore
because I decided I'm never stepping foot in that place
ever again. Okay, So did the people who booked your
room not book you for that next day? Like, not
book you? Did they have you checking out that day
because you were going yes.

Speaker 3 (12:59):
So as I was going home.

Speaker 2 (13:00):
Yes, But this has happened before, and they're like, oh yeah, okay,
she can say another night, and I mean you will
book them for another day, Like, well, this has happened before.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
But they should know to like, okay, even if even
if you're leaving right after a watch Weapons Live, like
you still need tonight? Yeah, sure, but that wasn't done.

Speaker 2 (13:18):
But this same situation has happened before, and it was
handled in a moment like Okay, she needs another room.
Oh she's not leaving till four okay, fine.

Speaker 1 (13:24):
Right, but yes, and then they also could just have
waited for you to leave, because yeah, not everyone is checking.

Speaker 3 (13:30):
In at at three o'clock, four o'clock whatever, right or
two o'clock. Not everyone comes to the hotels at the
same time.

Speaker 2 (13:37):
So I'm on a curve and I'm with you know,
the balet guys at the Ganziboor. They you know I've
been We've been going. I've been going to this hotel
for ten years. Yeah, so they all know me, and
they're like, this is all what's wrong?

Speaker 1 (13:50):
Right?

Speaker 3 (13:50):
And I'm like, they kicked me out of my room.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
They were like.

Speaker 3 (13:54):
What they said? They said, do you know how many?

Speaker 1 (13:57):
They said this? Do you know how many hotels there
are in New York? I said I do, right.

Speaker 3 (14:02):
So they were pissed. They were like, why would they
do this to you?

Speaker 2 (14:06):
I said, I don't know, but you can cool best
believe I won't be back, So go to watch Your
Happens Live.

Speaker 3 (14:13):
This is the last part of my story. I know
it's long.

Speaker 1 (14:15):
Y'all go to watch Your Happens Live and.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
The producer there, because you know, the producers I watch
Your Happens Live are like the nicest people. So I
can't remember the girl's name, but I rolled upon her
and she's like, oh my.

Speaker 3 (14:25):
God, just said I'm so sorry about what happened. Oh
my god. I called them and they were rude to me.

Speaker 1 (14:28):
They screamed at me.

Speaker 3 (14:29):
I'm like, they didn't what what.

Speaker 2 (14:31):
Turns out they just got new management. That happened January,
So I guess they don't want Bravo there.

Speaker 1 (14:41):
They don't want you know, they don't care.

Speaker 2 (14:43):
They don't care about the contract that has I mean,
that's a big contract, right, I'm sure because Andy Cohen
does watch You Appens Live every day exactly. So anyway,
the long and short of it is they're not happy.
I'm not happy, and ganz avoid do better, and y'all
are shady for me on the curve in the middle
of that.

Speaker 1 (15:03):
That's crazy. That's crazy that they couldn't just be patient
and let you check out.

Speaker 2 (15:08):
And y'all are y'all are harassing me. You know, I've
gotten three phone calls and two knocks at the door.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Get out of town. Wow, not going back.

Speaker 1 (15:16):
Won't see me again, mind you.

Speaker 2 (15:19):
The ganzer War is an okay hotel, but I love
it there because of the where it's located.

Speaker 1 (15:23):
In the meat package. Yeah, I don't care anymore. I
don't care. I'm out of there. Good Bye, good riddance,
good bye, good writtens, good news.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
It was announced that there is an Ultimate Girls Trip
twenty year anniversary.

Speaker 3 (15:41):
Of Real house Wise.

Speaker 1 (15:45):
So do they announce where the city's at?

Speaker 2 (15:48):
It's okay, at least I don't know. Okay, So, but
you're popping up? We can say can we say that?
We can't say that. No, No, Robin's not coming. I
don't know what we're saying.

Speaker 3 (15:58):
I want to show, y'all. I'm just the only thing.

Speaker 1 (16:01):
Look, the only thing that that we know that we
have been told the cast has been been shared? Yes?
Is that? Yes?

Speaker 3 (16:10):
Is that I'm on the cast.

Speaker 1 (16:12):
There's how many of y'all? Seven are the main cast?

Speaker 3 (16:14):
The main cast?

Speaker 2 (16:15):
So it's me Porsche from Atlanta, Vicki from o C.
Kyle from Beverly Hills, Lisa Barlow from Salt Lake, Luanne,
Luanne from.

Speaker 3 (16:24):
New York, and then Teresa from Jersey. Yes, okay, and then.

Speaker 1 (16:28):
That's a bunch of bunch of ogs. Yes, Porsche plus Porsche.
Kenyon made it known.

Speaker 3 (16:35):
Jump to the shat.

Speaker 1 (16:37):
So Kenya is not an Atlanta OG. So so in
Atlanta OG would have been Charay or Nini or is.

Speaker 2 (16:43):
Kim So yeah, yeah, in my mind, I feel like,
oh no, that doesn't include Luyne. In my mind, I
feel like they want to use current housewives, but that doesn't.

Speaker 1 (16:53):
Make it because that's not your Yeah, Lune, I mean
or Teresa Teresa.

Speaker 3 (16:57):
Yeah, so never mind.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
But anyway, I'm excited a Porscha because like me and
Porsche don't have a good old time, so we are.

Speaker 3 (17:05):
I can briefly say, we're going from We're.

Speaker 2 (17:07):
Gonna pop up in different cities, okay, housewife cities, and
other housewives are going to pop up.

Speaker 3 (17:14):
Yes, and nine has already made an announced.

Speaker 1 (17:18):
Yes, we saw that. I'm pretty sure she wasn't supposed
to make that announce Okay, but she didn't.

Speaker 3 (17:24):
She I was happy for her.

Speaker 1 (17:26):
Maybe she told them it seemed like someone made the
announcement for her first, and then she hopped on and
oh did Andy say it first? I don't know. I
feel like I just saw it reported on TMZ or something.

Speaker 2 (17:37):
May Oh yeah, yah, yeah it was on TMC and
we all know TMZ don't lie.

Speaker 3 (17:41):
So yes. And I was shocked to see how tearful
she was about it.

Speaker 1 (17:47):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (17:47):
I thought she was gonna be like, I'm coming back
y'all boom or blue, which I think blue, I'm coming
back y'all. But she didn't.

Speaker 2 (17:55):
She really got she really was emotional about it, and
I think that's great.

Speaker 1 (17:58):
I'm I will be happy to see her. Yeah, I
mean that's exciting for her, exciting for the viewers of mister.

Speaker 2 (18:04):
So do you think she's going to come back and
call us starless? We'll see, we'll see, yeah, we'll see, okay,
but I'll be happy to see her and with all
of her shenanigans, all of her bloops and what else
did she do?

Speaker 1 (18:20):
Bye? As she No, that was Portia?

Speaker 3 (18:23):
Oh never mind?

Speaker 1 (18:26):
Moving on? Close your legs?

Speaker 2 (18:31):
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And I hope whenever she
pops up, I hope we get wig. I hope Kim
pops up because it isn't Kim wig.

Speaker 1 (18:40):
Uh huh yeah, I hope she pops up, Bye wig
bye wig.

Speaker 3 (18:44):
Yes, I listen. I hope to see everybody. I hope
to see Lisa Wu.

Speaker 2 (18:49):
I hope to see obviously, you know, the original originals.

Speaker 3 (18:54):
Who else was on that cash.

Speaker 1 (18:56):
Chara Snow, yes, Kim ocnne.

Speaker 3 (19:04):
At least it's five of them, five of them, I hope.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
And then when we go to other cities like Beverly Hills,
like I want to see Adrian maloof Yes, Adrian and.

Speaker 1 (19:18):
Kim Oh, Kim Richard, Kim Camill, all of them. Yeah, yeah, yeah, everybody.
Do you think they're doing. I mean, they're not inviting
OG's from everyz who knows. I don't know. We'll see,
you know what I think the great thing about it
is that there's uh a surprise element, yes, you know,

(19:38):
totally for wherever city they go to.

Speaker 2 (19:41):
And I heard that Andy did say, which was news
to me, that over the whole number of housewives will.

Speaker 1 (19:47):
Be sixty sixty. Yes, all right, we heard seventies, so
now you're a seventies. Well no, so, I mean I
initially heard seventies. So now I'm here, so now it's sixty. Okay,
that's this is this is exciting. That's a lot of people.
I feel sorry sorry for the production people who have
to deal wrangle all sixty of these women women, crazy

(20:08):
house white women.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
Yes, yes, it's gonna be fun.

Speaker 1 (20:11):
Yeah, but that'd be fun epic And so wait, are
you all actually getting in an RV? No, you don't know, well,
or just like flying from city to city.

Speaker 2 (20:22):
Okay, So let's just say if we were going from
Beverly Hills, California to like in Atlanta, well, that's not
we're not r ving that that would be a and.

Speaker 1 (20:33):
You know what, there's really no stop in the middle,
is it, Like, what do you mean like the city?
So you could say, it's not like you would take
a cross country trip and make stops in the middle
because the cities are all on the like the East
coast or the West coast. Yeah, yeah, I didn't think
unless it was like, what salt Lake and how do.

Speaker 3 (20:52):
You where is salt Lake? That's over there?

Speaker 1 (20:54):
Yeah that's in the west yeah, or but you can't
really can't tell it. Dallas is like the only other
city that was like, haven't heard mentioned having heard them mentioned,
I can't believe that didn't make it.

Speaker 3 (21:08):
I'm well listen. It was them us was it?

Speaker 1 (21:12):
No?

Speaker 3 (21:12):
Okay, fine, I wasn't.

Speaker 1 (21:14):
We both started at the same time, but they just yeah, no.
And I like those Dallas girls, I mean, rah, I
like them. And then I just feel like the city
of Dallas is so big, like you should be able
to like totally keep it going, totally.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
All right, got question for you. Do you have Hoverrizon?

Speaker 1 (21:30):
Oh? I was not affected at all, but Verizon Mobile? No? Oh,
so you have what are your cell phone? I have
T Mobile actually.

Speaker 3 (21:39):
And you laugh, you laugh, but mobile.

Speaker 1 (21:44):
Listen, everyone is moving to T mobile because we have
like the most towers everywhere. So Wan has had AT
and T forever. Me too, and AT and T. He's
always like, you know, oh, it's the best. It's the best.
So a lot of times will be on we'll be
out of town, We'll be in certain places, especially like
with basketball.

Speaker 3 (22:04):
And then little towns, y'all be going.

Speaker 1 (22:06):
To Yeah, I have service. I'm fine. And he's over
here like struggling. Yeah, He's like, I'm about to move
to T Mobile. I'm like, yes, come on over I.

Speaker 2 (22:15):
No one I know has T Mobile. Raise your hand
if you have T Mobile, I'm telling you it's hand
not raised, and it's nice and cheap.

Speaker 1 (22:22):
So I want to I've been on T mobile, so
I'm on a business plan with my mom my, all
the boys, my brother and my father and like my
Bill's socio. But I pay like fifty dollars for.

Speaker 2 (22:34):
Okay, for myself, I mean, you know, and the whole people.
So internationally, oh perfect.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
As soon as I land, I'm serious, as soon as
I land, it's like, oh, you're this is the you know,
it tells you whatever the situation is, like you have
of course, like I think unlimited data, yes, and then
calling if I have to make a call might be
like twenty twenty cents or something. Okay, Okay, I know it.

(23:02):
I have never had an issue. You're not switching, no, okay.

Speaker 2 (23:06):
But I was gonna ask you because you know they're
giving the so Verizon went out for the day, right,
no Wi Fi know nothing, right, So they're giving everybody
to reimburse them for the day of suffrage.

Speaker 3 (23:18):
Right, twenty dollars twenty dollars.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
So my question to you is, were you gonna lie
and say you have a Rizon for your twenty dollars?

Speaker 1 (23:26):
Listen? Because I know you like a class action live
for a class action Yes I do.

Speaker 3 (23:32):
Okay, so yes I do. Are you gonna lie to
the people.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Well, no, because I can't. I can't prove it.

Speaker 3 (23:36):
Oh true, true, Okay, I can't prove it.

Speaker 1 (23:39):
There probably will be a class action suit. People are
probably gonna be like, I don't want twenty dollars. I
lost millions of dollars that day because I was not
able to conduct business.

Speaker 2 (23:49):
Yeah, no, no, no, no, that's a real thing. Yeah,
and twenty dollars is comedy.

Speaker 1 (23:54):
It is so funny, Like what this is not two hundred,
not twenty twenty twenty. You can get died. But speaking
of class action suit, I did the other day. I
just got an email talking about, oh, your money. You've
received twenty whatever dollars for the class action suit. I
don't even remember. Oh, it's like I just fill them

(24:14):
out so often and frequently, and I just get money
in my account and I'm like, what is this for?

Speaker 3 (24:20):
So this is a whole nother job.

Speaker 1 (24:22):
It's great. So wait, and we do have someone wrote in.
I gotta find the letter. I'm gonna find it. Somebody
wrote in, And there's like a website where you can
find class action suits.

Speaker 3 (24:32):
Oh, my god.

Speaker 2 (24:33):
I'm like, yes, so you're gonna spend a whole day
and just be filling out.

Speaker 1 (24:37):
Oh yeah, oh my god, I will do it. Listen,
let me know if you have been. And then you
know what else I do? Yeah, I go to my
junk mail because I have found notices from companies saying
that I'm part of a class action settlement and it
has gone to my junk mail. So I will periodically

(24:57):
check every month, check my junk.

Speaker 2 (25:01):
Mail monthly, not periodically monthly checking that junk mail.

Speaker 1 (25:05):
Yes, and I will type in in my in the
search box, you know, for settlement or clean whatever, and
like you and they'll pop up and I'll let me.

Speaker 3 (25:15):
Yeah, y'all.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
If then there's anybody out there, like Robin, please let
us know, please write in listen. Okay, so this is
affects me and you. Okay, it's two times cheaper to
have a son than to have a daughter. Now when
I first believed that way.

Speaker 1 (25:33):
Way except for the Dixon Boys.

Speaker 2 (25:37):
Because when I got here, Rob Carter's once his nails
done once Mandaren and Petticarra, and I'm like, well that's
the conversations.

Speaker 1 (25:44):
I had right with girls. Yeah, yes, I did not
know that this was.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
So I believe this because of all of that extra
stuff that most boys came into step.

Speaker 3 (25:57):
If your last name is Dick, they want.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
The manicures, the petticares, they want the brand new everything.

Speaker 1 (26:03):
Yeah. So I don't really know that I believe that
I do already think about it. Well, first of all,
there's two parts of the story. Yes, yes, my boys
are high maintenance. They get their their nails done, the
haircut every week, the all of the things. Right. Yeah,
but I think that boys clothing and like boys, boys

(26:24):
don't want to just shop on sheen and just get
a whole bunch of like true little trinkets and like
cheap little things. They like. They want the two hundred
and fifty dollars Nikes, they want the a load, they
want the essentials. They want you know what I'm saying,
like the stuff that they want. They want the Nike.

(26:46):
Is it Day or Dixon boys. No, it's the boys.
It's it's just boys in general. I just think so, Okay,
girls girls just get more stuff, but the boys stuff.

Speaker 3 (26:59):
Is like more.

Speaker 2 (27:00):
Saying they have quality as opposed to quantity for the girls. Okay,
this is saying that economic research tracking households spending shows
families with daughters often see higher cumulative expenses. The gap
is linked to longer education timelines. Oh, didn't think about that,

(27:20):
healthcare usage, clothing expenses, personal care, and continue financial support
well until adult years. Oh that's now, that's key because
like typically you cut the boys off.

Speaker 1 (27:33):
So no, I feel like the way society is going
these days, girls become more independent earlier and the boys
are the ones that are staying at home are I know,
I can cite so many situations where the girls are
like gone, they go and get a job, they just
go and they're independent, they leave the house, and the

(27:54):
boys are still around in the basement, yeah, wherever it
might be. So I don't know, I don't really know
that I agree with that, Okay, to be honest, yeah.

Speaker 3 (28:05):
I think it's I think you're.

Speaker 1 (28:08):
No, I'm saying taken intoccount that. Like, I don't agree
that that girls going into adulthood costs more than boys.

Speaker 3 (28:15):
Going into adulthood.

Speaker 2 (28:16):
Okay, maybe, so I do think that they my girls now, Yeah,
they're not cheap.

Speaker 1 (28:26):
Yeah, and see you, I do like the hair.

Speaker 3 (28:28):
The hair of it, all.

Speaker 2 (28:31):
The clothes you can get away with getting cheap clothes now,
now you can. It wasn't always like that, right, just
because there's so much that the fash fashion is rampant.
But I feel like, well, no, I guess they're going
to the doctor the same, the makeup, what all of
the like, the accouterments. Even if the boy's going to

(28:53):
get a haircut, he going to get a haircut, it's
thirty five dollars. If Grace asked me one more time
to take her to get a big tub echo, jail, right,
gonna kill myself, Like where First of all, the child
will not take a little bit like when we travel.
She won't take like a little bit and put it
in like a travel right. No, she'd be like soon
as we hit wherever we going.

Speaker 1 (29:11):
Okay, we need to go to the store. We need
to go, so we.

Speaker 2 (29:13):
Gotta get some jail. We gotta get some jail. First
of all, we're insane barts. Okay, So.

Speaker 1 (29:18):
Tell me you like with that Sally's beauty you think
is here?

Speaker 3 (29:22):
Okay, Grace, Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (29:27):
Okay, Okay, So speaking of going back to the whole
golp one, Okay, yeah, I read this article or this story.
I'm not quite sure I believe it. Okay. So did
you see where Oprah renfree.

Speaker 2 (29:48):
Yes, she's been talking a lot about she had a journey,
her weight loss journey.

Speaker 1 (29:52):
Yep. So she shared a story where you know, not
only did the GLP one help me with my food
you know, I mean the food noise, but it helped
me stop drinking as much.

Speaker 3 (30:03):
Okay, I can see that.

Speaker 1 (30:04):
Okay, she claims that she would she could drink anyone
and everyone under the table.

Speaker 3 (30:13):
Okay, I can see that.

Speaker 1 (30:14):
And she might have seventeen shots of tequila in one
night over.

Speaker 3 (30:20):
Now you're lying, right you lions?

Speaker 1 (30:22):
Seven ten, seven teen?

Speaker 3 (30:28):
Who is harpo? I don't believe it.

Speaker 1 (30:30):
Okay, on my best.

Speaker 2 (30:33):
Day and Robin can drink. I just want y'all know
if Robin is drinking, she will. You're not gonna out
drink Robin.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
No, yes, not any well today you will. But like
back then, when I on my best day, I'm drinking,
I'm partying. I'm going for give me everything I want
it all. Six shots is the most yeah, six yeah.
And let me tell you, I'm on the floor, I'm
rolling around, I'm humping the lamp Paul.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
Like I've seen all of this.

Speaker 1 (31:02):
I am like, I'm jumping on people, I'm licking your face, Like.

Speaker 3 (31:09):
What I forgot about drunk Robin? Bring back? I want
to see her again, Bring me drunk Robin. Oprah, Oh,
you're lying.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
There's no way in freaking hell. Seventeen shots and to killer,
you're dead, you are you have alcohol poison and you
are in the hospital getting your stomach pumped. Yes, stop it, Oprah.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
Maybe she meant to say seven.

Speaker 1 (31:34):
And they wrote. Everybody wrote seventeen because seventeen seventeen might
be the whole bottle, like up to quel.

Speaker 2 (31:44):
Yeah, nah, come on, Opra, stop stop right, And it's okay,
It's okay.

Speaker 1 (31:48):
I was.

Speaker 3 (31:48):
This is my thing with people. It's okay to tell
the truth.

Speaker 1 (31:50):
Yeah, shame the devil, tell the truth. But damn, I
was with her the whole time. She's talking about her experience.
Oh it's calm, this come out blah blah blah blah.
She looks great, by the way, she does look great. Yeah,
and she looks like she has a full head of hair.
Is a wig?

Speaker 3 (32:09):
I do like this new hair on her?

Speaker 1 (32:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (32:12):
Yeah, I like she's she's changed her style a bit,
and I'm here for all of it. Yeah, because it's
very like I don't want to say old lady, but
like mature.

Speaker 1 (32:22):
Yeah, you're fine, but it's still like okay. So then
there's another story about Oprah. So I'm in the hair
salon and Oprah was on the Today Show, Yes, and
they asked her about, like, what is she.

Speaker 2 (32:33):
Promoting right now? By the way, because she's she's been
doing a tour.

Speaker 1 (32:37):
I feel like she must be working with one of
these GLP one companies. Oh, she's promoting that, I think,
so okay. Yeah, so they asked her like, oh, what's
one of you know, you know, you have your Oprah's
favorite things, blah blah blah blah. Yeah, tell me some
of your favorite things which I love. I love Oprah's favoring. Yes.
And so it's like instantly the ladies in the salon
were like, oh, Oprah said she buys a white shirt

(33:01):
from Amazon.

Speaker 3 (33:02):
I'm gonna fight, I'm gonna.

Speaker 1 (33:04):
And I saw that she was on the Today the
third hour Today shoes, yes, and she said it with
the pockets and the long sleeve, yeah, pockets on the chest, yes, yes,
And it was like two to her ones. It's like
a crop long sleeve and something with the pocket. I mean,
it was just so interesting to see, like instantly how
the effect that Oprah had on people, and they instantly

(33:25):
started looking trying to find this white shirt that Oprah
talked about.

Speaker 2 (33:28):
That's actually amazing though, right, So I let me say
it was so crazy about it. I saw that too,
and I said to you myself, I'm not even gonna
look because I know it's gone right, right, because everybody
hadn't bought the thing, right, so I didn't even bother.
But I kind of wanted the white crop right with
the sleeve, with the pockets in the front.

Speaker 1 (33:46):
I kind of want it right, Thank you.

Speaker 3 (33:48):
Ah, they're crazy.

Speaker 1 (33:49):
You didn't even like there was no picture of the
shirt she said.

Speaker 3 (33:52):
She said it cost twenty four dollars. I'm like, I said, pack.

Speaker 1 (33:54):
And Ford, she said, twenty four ninety nine, Oprah, Why
do you know how much this day? I'm sure God,
because she bought it for her freaking Oprah Like, because listen,
Oprah was broke once upon a time.

Speaker 3 (34:06):
She she listens, she's.

Speaker 1 (34:08):
Yes, she is a catrillionaire, but like she remembers being broke,
and she was buying it.

Speaker 3 (34:14):
For her daughters.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
Yeah, so yeah, she was probably they're probably going on Amazon,
and she was like, oh, it's twenty four ninety nine. Listen,
I'm gonna look it up, and I'm gonna give it
them up. I'm gonna give it them month because you know,
I gotta wait for them to repleinish because y'all.

Speaker 1 (34:28):
Have been bought exactly.

Speaker 2 (34:29):
Yes, that's so crazy. Okay, So this is this was
on Instagram. So this is this woman who got.

Speaker 1 (34:34):
Arrested Okay, after sleeping with her ex's best friend, yes,
and her uncle then quick uncle, yeah and uncle Okay,
best friend and uncle.

Speaker 3 (34:48):
I think she said for both, it doesn't even matter.

Speaker 1 (34:50):
Then she crashed his birthday party disguised as a pizza
delivery girl. I wonder where she got that from, because
we know how to be Me and Robin know how
to be yes in disguis to deliver a piece and
deliver a pizza. Yes, just to ruin his birthday. And
she's trying to arrested for this. Didn't she slashes tires
or something to probably, But I feel like this is

(35:12):
a right of passage for every yx needs to get
upset and sleep with everybody and then put on disguise
and ruin your birthday, Like, it's just what it's supposed
to happen.

Speaker 3 (35:25):
You just get arrested for.

Speaker 1 (35:26):
This, right. And she was a cute girl. She's so
creatively pretty.

Speaker 3 (35:30):
Yes, she was like, I can't stay his ass.

Speaker 1 (35:33):
I'm gonna get him. That was a true crash out.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
That's my hero though, Like she's like, look ahead before
I leave your life, I'm about to roll.

Speaker 1 (35:46):
I'm going to ruin it. I'm going to ruin it. Yes,
slash all the times, bust the windows, do it all.
Speaking of Yeah, so speaking of you know, revenge sex
and all that whatever. Yeah. He Are you up to
date or have you seen this divorce between Christy and
Desmond Scott?

Speaker 2 (36:07):
So I've been trying to figure out Oh yeah, ye wait, okay,
tell me about them because I'm getting them confused with
somebody else.

Speaker 1 (36:13):
Okay, So they're like a influencer couple. Yes, and I
wasn't really I had. I had come across their videos
sporadically over the past few years.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
I know exactly you tell about now this is he's black, correct, Yeah, okay, yes,
I know you tell about They're cute, Yeah, very nice looking, both.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
Light skin and they look like they should be siblings.

Speaker 3 (36:32):
Oh they did.

Speaker 2 (36:33):
No, she I thought she looked a little Spanish. No, no, okay, no,
they look like siblings. Very nice looking couple.

Speaker 1 (36:38):
Yeah, a cute couple. Apparently they've been together since they
were fourteen years old. They're like now thirty thirty one.
They have like two boys.

Speaker 3 (36:46):
Oh they're married, huh okay.

Speaker 1 (36:48):
Yeah, and they built shit, They built a brand just
off of doing Instagram videos. Like she would be doing
like really silly goofy things and he's like in the background,
supposedly surprised at all the things, and he's like that,

(37:08):
like it was like goofy. Yeah. Yeah, and she's like
super goofy. But it was like to the point where
it's like it no longer felt natural and it felt
more performative because you got to keep it up, like
you gotta keep the content going or whatever. Blah blah
blah blah. So she filed for divorce recently because she
said she cited infidelity, said he cheated, And then he

(37:32):
came out and said, yeah, I had told Christy we
were you know, we were going struggling, going through some things.
I want to I wanted to separate, and she didn't
want to separate and I did some things I wasn't
you know, proud of blah blah blah. Okay, so he
admits to the cheatingh So the world was in a
tizzy because this couple was divorced. Wow.

Speaker 3 (37:52):
Right, And that's the thing. I'm like, that sound like
a Tuesday for exactly.

Speaker 1 (37:56):
That's what I'm trying to say, Like everybody, I mean,
they were peeped. You know once you find once you
see something on your feed and you engage with it,
then it's like NonStop.

Speaker 3 (38:06):
Yes, totally, everybody's that algorithm.

Speaker 1 (38:08):
Yes, Christian Desmond getting a divorce? Did Desmond cheat because
Christy was annoying? And or you know how dare Desmond cheat?
And how you have the prize? I mean, it was
just like NonStop people just talking about it and being
surprised and dissecting all of their life and their videos.

Speaker 3 (38:26):
And so did she sleep with his friend?

Speaker 1 (38:29):
No? Okay, what I saw recently, TMZ got him and
CMZ don't lie in a club tonguing down another woman? Already? Boy? Bye,
what's this?

Speaker 3 (38:41):
What's his name? Does boom? Desmond? Tomato Tomato? We got
to talk about that again? Book Tomato Tomato to destmind. Yes, yes, so.

Speaker 1 (38:49):
He's already out in public tonguing down another woman. Of
course he is, like it was and it was like
almost to the point of like okay, you want to
be seen, yes doing this, because it was like, I
mean the girl, the woman was all on, you know,
on top of him, or it was just come, it's
too much, like stop it, stop it.

Speaker 2 (39:11):
You want to you want to let TMZ know, right, yes,
you have moved on exactly, but really you're embarrassing yourself
test men, like.

Speaker 1 (39:18):
You're trying to make a point. And then people thought
so when they announced it that he cheated, a lot
of people were like, oh he cheated with the man.
Oh well you know that was a rumor. Yeah, okay,
people just try to say that. So then people think
maybe he was making out with this woman in public
to prove that he's not right, that it wasn't with

(39:39):
the man. I don't know, but it's going on. In
my opinion on this story. Number one, why is anyone
surprised that anyone's getting divorced, Like it's.

Speaker 3 (39:47):
What happens sometimes. It happens no.

Speaker 1 (39:49):
Matter how long they've been together, how connected their worlds were,
Because that's that was their money maker, like just them
as influencers. They just bought a new house, like yeah, terrible,
but it was like it was just crazy. I was like, Okay,
this is too much Like nobody we really shouldn't be
caring this much about leave them out. Someone's getting a divorce,

(40:09):
let them divorce and let him cheat in peace, and
let them divorce in peace. Right, yes, exactly. But then
I think that their worlds because they have made their
living off of social media now they don't probably don't
even know how not to play out their life on
social media, you know what I'm saying. So like him

(40:32):
being in public tongue down a woman, it is like
it intentional.

Speaker 2 (40:37):
Yeah, yeah, I say, put the phones down. It's not
that serious. It's not that it's really not that serious.

Speaker 1 (40:42):
It's not. And then that influencer life, Oh, that's exhaustible.

Speaker 2 (40:46):
But you've gotta it's gotta be A it's got to
be exhausting, and B you gotta know that this is
going to end, like this ain't forever, right.

Speaker 1 (40:54):
Like how do you keep it up? And how do you?
How do you It's like how do you keep it up?
And then like the stress of trying to keep it
up because that's what pays your bill totally, and then
how do you even keep your any any of your
interactions natural and normal? Do you know what I mean?
It's like you have to wonder, like, Okay, it's everything

(41:15):
that we're doing now for content?

Speaker 3 (41:18):
Yeah, I don't. Probably people need content even.

Speaker 2 (41:23):
Well okay, lastly, not lastly, but yes, almost lastly, Okay,
members only Palm Beach.

Speaker 1 (41:29):
Do you know what I'm talking about. I've heard about it,
I haven't seen it.

Speaker 2 (41:32):
So this is on Netflix, and I had heard that
it was really good, so I was super excited to
see it.

Speaker 3 (41:37):
So I watched the first episode.

Speaker 1 (41:38):
You did, and it has all the makings of being great.

Speaker 2 (41:45):
Yeah, right, because you have your all these ladies, and
it's like, you know, people that have been doing Palm
Beach for twenty years and in five years, and then
people that are new bees, and you know how the
old heads treat the new bees, and it's it's typical foolishness, right,
But it's pretty much Housewives of Palm Beach, yes, right, yes,
but it's you know, luxury and lifestyle is there and

(42:07):
you know, entertaining right for entertaining purposes only.

Speaker 1 (42:13):
But they kept talking about going to marl LARKA, yes,
that's what I heard Trump Trump. I can't watch it right,
like I got twenty man said, I said, well, we're
gonna talk about marl Lark, Like why are we?

Speaker 3 (42:26):
Why is that coming out of anyone's mouth?

Speaker 1 (42:28):
Right?

Speaker 2 (42:28):
I was so undone, So I said, okay, the crazy
is it?

Speaker 1 (42:32):
So?

Speaker 3 (42:32):
I was.

Speaker 2 (42:33):
I had a I had downloaded it on my little
what do you call it iPad? I undownloaded it down
a like five episodes. I said, nope, for taking this off.
I don't want nothing to do with this because you
didn't know that that was like the premise.

Speaker 3 (42:47):
No, I had no clue. So, yeah, they didn't lost
a viewer, that's what.

Speaker 2 (42:52):
And you know, at this point, it's it's kind of
like comedy, like who likes Donald Trump?

Speaker 3 (42:59):
Like that's funny. At this point, it's they do.

Speaker 1 (43:01):
It's like almost from what I have heard about it,
it's like that's their calling card, going to mar Lago
and drumping, drumping, trumping, dropping Trump's name, like trying to
get close to Trump.

Speaker 3 (43:14):
Okay, but this probably taped a year ago.

Speaker 2 (43:18):
Let's just say a year ago, and the last three
hundred and sixty five days, this man is walking into walls,
like what are we talking about? We still like this
man like he's he's trying to take over like places
that have nothing to do with him.

Speaker 1 (43:31):
Right, you would be surprised people are still very much brainwashed.
You do know that he finally got his Nobel Peace Prize, right.

Speaker 2 (43:39):
Well yeah, well but you know why she did that, right,
And then with the fool is like, yeah, it's mine.

Speaker 3 (43:45):
No it's not, and you're an idiot for saying it's yours. Okay,
I'm sorry, I'm going on the rain.

Speaker 2 (43:50):
But the other day, this is the funny part to me.
The other day this fool said, yes, I've called him
a fool.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
That he is.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
He drinks whole milk, okay, and that way, and that's
why he ate this cognitive.

Speaker 3 (44:07):
He says, he drinks milk with a capital.

Speaker 1 (44:12):
W w as in whole milk or do you not
know how to spell milk? It's very confusing, And he said.

Speaker 3 (44:20):
That's helped ace his cognitive.

Speaker 1 (44:23):
Can you talk it?

Speaker 3 (44:26):
You sound crazy?

Speaker 1 (44:29):
Insanity? Yes, it is insanity.

Speaker 2 (44:32):
I think Greenland, which he wants to buy, should right
now change the name to Epstein. He ain't on one boy, No, more,
will not buy it, change her name to Epstein this.

Speaker 3 (44:50):
Oh god, this is the best.

Speaker 2 (44:52):
But anyway, yes, I will not be watching members only podcast. Okay, yes,
but anybody who else can No, I don't recommend it.
If you listen to this podcast, don't watch.

Speaker 1 (45:03):
Don't watch it. But you could watch it for the
train wreck, right, because they are a train wreck. But
I can't hear mar Largo over and over again.

Speaker 2 (45:10):
Because in my mind, I'm thinking to myself because they
list how much the membership is, which is exorbitant.

Speaker 3 (45:19):
It's up there.

Speaker 2 (45:19):
It's like number two or three, like they list like
the top one. I think this is number two, Marlo. Yeah, no, no, no,
I just I can't even stomach it. But we can
stomach y'all. And that is our episode. We love y'all
so much. Don't ever forget to live your life. Either
reasonable or shakey.

Speaker 1 (45:35):

Betrayal Season 5

Betrayal Season 5

Saskia Inwood woke up one morning, knowing her life would never be the same. The night before, she learned the unimaginable – that the husband she knew in the light of day was a different person after dark. This season unpacks Saskia’s discovery of her husband’s secret life and her fight to bring him to justice. Along the way, we expose a crime that is just coming to light. This is also a story about the myth of the “perfect victim:” who gets believed, who gets doubted, and why. We follow Saskia as she works to reclaim her body, her voice, and her life.
