Speaker 1 (00:01):
Hey guys, and welcome back to another episode of Casual Chaos.
This is a continuation of Monday's episode and we are
going to get into some chaotic questions with Amanda Francis.
Are you ready?

Speaker 2 (00:14):
I am ready? Yeah, Thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (00:16):
How would you describe yourself in three words?

Speaker 2 (00:18):
Three words? Wow? They're gonna call me arrogant for all
the words it just floated through my head. I thought, strong, successful,
and brilliant. It is what it is.

Speaker 1 (00:30):
If you didn't live in Beverly Hills, where would you
want to be?

Speaker 2 (00:34):
We actually live in Newport part time. We're very happy.

Speaker 1 (00:38):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think Newport is beautiful.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
It's amazing for the kids, it's just such like a
it's a more wholesome environment.

Speaker 1 (00:44):
But you wouldn't leave California.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
No, I do not see myself out of southern California
really truly. I think it's like the best place.

Speaker 1 (00:51):
Yeah. No, it's so beautiful. And you can't beat the weather.

Speaker 2 (00:54):
You cannot beat the weather.

Speaker 1 (00:55):
How are you liking the weather here right now?

Speaker 2 (00:57):
Well, it's seventy five and sunny at home. But I'm
find No. I just brought my snow boots. I'm fine.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
You like the snow. I wasn't a beautiful in New York.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I mean it can be, but the roads and the slush, yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:09):
And the black snow now no yeah black y'ad What
show are you binging right now?

Speaker 2 (01:16):
I have been watching one show over and over again
for twenty years, which show Gilmour Girls over and over
and over and over, and I just decided to Shana,
my eight year old is old enough to watch it
with me, so I've introduced it to her and I
feel like I'm just raising her.

Speaker 1 (01:31):
Right. Oh, I love that, And that's like Gossip Girl.
For my watch Gossip Girl.

Speaker 2 (01:35):
Over and over and over. Yeah.

Speaker 1 (01:37):
Do you watch other shows in the franchise?

Speaker 2 (01:40):
No? No, no, I've seen like two full Real Housewives
episodes in my life.

Speaker 1 (01:47):
So this was just like I'm taking a risk and
joining this.

Speaker 2 (01:50):
It was kind of like, well, who says no to
this opportunity?

Speaker 1 (01:52):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (01:53):
You know, let's.

Speaker 1 (01:53):
See valid If you weren't on Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,
what for franchise could you see yourself?

Speaker 2 (02:02):
I know nothing about any of them.

Speaker 1 (02:04):
Any of the other Real Housewives.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
I don't know any of them.

Speaker 1 (02:08):
You wouldn't join any other?

Speaker 2 (02:09):
Well, I don't know the city. I mean, do you
know what? Two of the Orange County girls have reached
out to me on social media and been so nice
to me. Do you think I would do better on
Orange County?

Speaker 1 (02:19):
You know?

Speaker 2 (02:21):
Or they just the stuff?

Speaker 1 (02:23):
I don't? I feel like you could. Orange County is
not as I would say. They don't care as much
about what you have and what you know. They really
support each other. But on Orange County, Heather Dubrow is
the wealthiest one. That's why people always joke like Heather
Dubro should be on Beverly Hills because she is like

(02:45):
her husband and every they're very.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
Very got it. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I think they spent
a lot of time in La too. Maybe I moved
to Beverly. She lives in Beverly, Okay, part time, she
does the whole part.

Speaker 1 (03:02):
I know that would be fun. Who from the cast
has the best style?

Speaker 2 (03:10):
I don't want to say it because she wasn't very
nice to me in the end, but Rachel, I mean obviously.

Speaker 1 (03:15):
Yeah, I feel like you kinda have to say that.
Who from the cast are you closest with today?

Speaker 2 (03:21):
I have most recently spoken with and felt very supported
and loved by Kathy, Jennifer. I mean, those are who
I've spoken to most recently. But Kyle's been very supportive
of me through the entire thing. And Sutton, I honestly
ended on a very good note. She was a friend
of me in the end. What I mean, I mean,
you'll see any of the women we have a turn.

(03:42):
I love that we have a turn toward the better.

Speaker 1 (03:45):
Who do you feel like mistreated you the most on
the cast?

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Bows is continuing to do that?

Speaker 1 (03:54):
Okay, I'm excited. So we kind of talked about this
on our main episode, But did you ever regret joining
while you were filming this season?

Speaker 2 (04:05):
While we were filming right now, I have no regrets.
While we were filming, there were many many moments of
like what is this? How do I do this? Well,
a lot of feeling blindsided, a lot of things coming
out of left field. Like you think you're at ann
a party and you're talking about this one thing, and
you're prepared to talk about the last thing they brought up,
and now they're bringing up this other thing and you're

(04:26):
like trying to even wrap your head around what they're saying, Like, yeah.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
Yeah, it's a lot. It's also hard when like a
million different things get brought up and you're like, okay,
can we handle one thing at a time.

Speaker 2 (04:39):
I say, like, you want me to talk about that,
and you ask me about all this now you want
me to talk about this, now that I'm exhausted from all
this other stuff we have to talk about.

Speaker 1 (04:49):
I will say though, when my mom says this too. Though.
When you film Beverly Hills Reunion, all of the women
do a pretty good job on letting everyone have their
turn to speak, like on Jersey and Salt like you.

Speaker 2 (05:02):
Because you have Andy as like almost a moderator, right, yeah,
so you have a little more space.

Speaker 1 (05:07):
Yes, But Andy doesn't always moderate. Maybe he's not always
heard or listened to him.

Speaker 2 (05:15):
I did see something on social media where he walked
off and.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
That was all like city ranee. He couldn't deal with
it because they were screaming at each other and he's like,
I'm out, I'm out. Maybe when he you know, and
now he's like he I mean, he looks great, but
now he's older. He's like, oh my god, if these
women aren't listening to me, like I'm out of here,
I'm totally I'm done with this.

Speaker 2 (05:34):
So he left and they just kept fighting. Oh yeah,
did they notice he left?

Speaker 1 (05:37):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (05:37):
Yeah, and then they care that he left. Yeah know,
they really cared, and someone eventually go get him.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
You see Mary Crosby being like Andy, no, come back please.
It was really really funny. But same thing with Jersey Crazy.
They all talk over each other. There was literally one
instance where my mom was so mad. Didn't even realize it,
but Andy was trying to like calm her down, and
she pushed him and he was like, oh my god.

(06:04):
He was like, Teresa, you are so strong. This is crazy.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
So she's just like upset and she doesn't want to
be touched. Yes, and she was.

Speaker 1 (06:12):
Like upset and this woman obviously said like a crazy
accusation to her that wasn't true. And Andy was like
trying to like hold her back, and she was like, get.

Speaker 2 (06:21):
Off of me, and she pushed him, pushed, and he.

Speaker 1 (06:23):
Fell right back into his chair.

Speaker 2 (06:25):
I mean I kind of I asked Kyle. That's like
while we were filming, I'm like, okay, so you're telling me.
We go through and we film all of this, then
we talk about it and we're in interviews for like
nine months, and then we go rehash at the reunion once,
we should be over it.

Speaker 1 (06:42):
But that's the worst grasping this right, That's like, honestly,
I think the worst thing about the reunion because you
get over it. Yeah, so long ago, you're totally professionals.
By the time the reunion comes, you're pretty.

Speaker 2 (06:56):
Much processed it, hopefully, and then you.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
Get mad again at the reunion.

Speaker 2 (07:00):
They're like great, No, Like, where is the space for
healing in that?

Speaker 1 (07:05):
Does the drama get worse as the season goes on
because you guys have a couple more trips coming up?

Speaker 2 (07:12):
Does the drama get worse? I mean, I have some
more conflict, But I think what I don't know if
I can say the drama gets worse. I think what
people see from me, and this was like huge for me,
is I finally it takes you a minute. I find
a way to truly be myself while standing up to
whatever's being thrown at me, Because at first it feels

(07:34):
like stuff's coming at me and I'm like, what do
I even do with this? Is like it almost feels
not worth my energy to try to like explain things
that are so like wrong and an accusatory for no reason.
But I eventually like get my footing of like, I
can fully stand up for myself. I can fully say
my truth in any situation. But I don't have to

(07:54):
act as it may be expected that I act. I
don't have to fly off the handle. I don't have
to yell it's with anyone. I don't have to. I
can stay emotionally regulated. But that that's another thing. I'll
stay supper chill. I'm explaining myself, and then people say
that that means I'm fake, because if I was real,
I'd be more emotional about it. I'm like, none of
y'all regulate yourselves like.

Speaker 1 (08:15):
You know what I mean. And I honestly think that's
a great way of like listen. Obviously, some situations it
could make you very emotional and you can't control them
sometimes while you're filming. But I think staying calm, cool
and collected while while filming is the best thing.

Speaker 2 (08:31):
It's just a good life skill.

Speaker 1 (08:32):
And I think people off it.

Speaker 2 (08:35):
Does it? Really?

Speaker 1 (08:37):
That's a lot of you calm rather than being erratic.

Speaker 2 (08:40):
I think you might see that it drives people a
little crazy. When I just stay like very like chill
it no matter what it is, I get stronger, I
get really like articulate, I say excuting to say, but
I don't ever get like emotional or irrational, because I
don't think that's how we like get anywhere.

Speaker 1 (08:56):
No, you know what I mean.

Speaker 2 (08:57):
If we're trying to resolve something, do we get anywhere
by just emoting like crazy?

Speaker 1 (09:01):
Yeah? Would you come back next season?

Speaker 2 (09:06):
That is undecided at this time.

Speaker 1 (09:08):
All right, well, Amanda, thank you so much.

Speaker 2 (09:11):
Thank you for having me.

Speaker 1 (09:12):
I have a great day you too,
