my hands and worship to you. You are the source

Hello, I'm Grace. For tonight's sleep Psalm by pray dot Com.
We will be meditating on Psalm one hundred and thirty
four as you lay down to sleep. Relax your neck
and shoulders. Rest your arms gently by your side, and
release the tension in your body. As you breathe in

and out. Focus your thoughts on God. Meditate on his power,
on his sovereignty. Remember He is the maker of the
heavens and earth. Nothing is impossible for him. Trust in
the hands that created the world. Know he can do

wonderful things for you and through you. Take a deep breath,
allow his power to rest upon you. Exhale slowly and
put your trust in his sovereignty. Be filled with his
peace and joy. Open your mind to hear God's word.

Ask for him to speak to your heart as you
meditate on too night Psalm. Ask him to fill your
heart with his thanksgiving and praise. When we worship the Lord,
we experience the joy of his blessings, and we can
rest in the peace of his presence. Psalm one hundred

thirty four from the King James's version says, Behold, bless
ye the Lord, All ye servants of the Lord, which
by night stand in the House of the Lord. Lift
up your hands in the sanctuary and bless the Lord,
the Lord that made heaven and earth. Bless thee out

Lord in everything you do. Honor him. Know he is
worthy of your honor, worthy of your praise. Commit to
serving the Lord and leading others into the light of
His love and glory. Take a deep breath, bask in

the glory of the Lord. Feel the Lord's glory shine
upon you. Exhale slowly, and allow his glory to spread
throughout your body, keeping you warm tonight as you sleep.
Close your eyes and imagine climbing a mountain that reaches

high into the heavens and looks down over all the earth.
Marvel at the beauty of the Lord's creation. Rejoice in
the works of his hands. Take a deep breath and
open your eyes. Know the creator of the world is
in your room with you tonight. Exhale slowly and feel

his presence. Relax you and rejuvenate you. Think of a
time when you resented the Lord for not answering your prayer,
in your timing or in your way. Confess any ungratefulness
you have towards the Lord. Ask for the Lord's forgiveness.

Ask him to help you. Trust him to do what
is best for you. Take a deep breath. Allow his
forgiveness to wash over you. Allow his love and mercy
to overflow your heart with his che joy and praise.
Exhale slowly and release any guilt and shame you are experiencing.

Know the Lord fully knows you and fully loves you
as your creator. Know your weakness is made perfect in
his power. Rejoice in the name of the Lord. Praise
him for his salvation. Praise him for his goodness and
his faithfulness. Thank him for the blessings he has given you.

Thank him for the joy he has poured into your heart.
Think of a person who is going through a difficult
time and needs to be blessed with the joy of
the Lord tonight. Pray he will fill their heart with
his hope and joy and their mind with his peace,
so they can experience deep, RESTful sleep to refresh them

for tomorrow. Lift your requests to the Lord. Know you
will hear your prayers and be faithful to answer them.
Put your trust in the maker of the heavens and
the earth. Pray for the Lord to fill your house
with his provision, protection and peace. Pray your loved ones

will praise the name of the Lord. Pray for the
Lord to show you how to serve him every day
and night. Pray you will never forget all the wonderful
things He has done in your life. Pray for the
Lord to give you rest tonight. Pray you will sleep

peacefully throughout the night. Breathe in the joy and peace
of the Lord. Breathe out your fears and worries. Know
you are safe and secure in the sovereign hands of
the Lord. Take a deep breath, Allow the air to

fill your lungs. Exhale slowly and release any tension in
the body. Relax your neck and shoulders, soften your fingers
and toes. As you relax, allow the joy of the
Lord to warm your heart and allow his peace to

help you drift off to sleep.
