If you’ve been feeling over-reactive, stagnant, or like your emotions are a tidal wave you can’t quite control… this episode will help you understand why.

Right now, we are collectively moving from the "doing" of the root into the "feeling" of the sacral. What many experience as emotional leakage, overexplaining, or a constant need for external validation is actually a sacral chakra that is either blocked or overflowing without a container.

In this episode of Soul Sessions, Amanda moves the conversation into the fluid center of the body. Because once you learn to use your emotions intelligently, they stop being something that overpowers you and start becoming your greatest superpower for manifestation and direction.

This episode explores:

  • Emotional Intelligence vs. Emotional Overwhelm: Learning to see feelings as information rather than immediate instructions.
  • The Power of Receptivity: Why western "hustle" culture blocks the sacral and how to attract opportunities, money, and love by doing less and receiving more.
  • Identifying Emotional Leakage: How overexplaining, seeking social media validation, and replaying mental dialogues drain your life force.
  • The 21-Second Rule: Why sitting with a trigger for less than a minute can shift you from a reactive state to emotional neutrality.
  • The Physical Connection: How the sacral impacts the hips, pelvis, lower back, kidneys, and reproductive system.
  • Reclaiming Sovereignty: Moving away from putting your happiness in the hands of your spouse, children, or friends and getting back into the driver’s seat.
  • Magnetizing Reality: How clear emotional energy acts as a signal to the field to bring in health, wealth, and community.

This is not about denying your feelings or becoming "numb."

This is about becoming the person who leads their energy, rather than the person being led by their triggers.

WORK WITH THIS EPISODE

For the next 6–7 days, focus on your sacral chakra:

  • Pause Before Reacting: When triggered, sit with the feeling for at least 30 seconds before responding to a text, email, or person.
  • Practice the "Simple No": Notice where you feel the need to overexplain or justify your boundaries. Practice a clear "No, I can't," without the extra energy.
  • Check Your Hips: Notice tension in your pelvis or lower back; use the jaw-opening exercise while holding your belly to release the connection between your voice and your center.
  • Visualize Orange: During your morning or evening routine, envision a vibrant orange light in your lower abdomen, anchoring your sense of "deserve-ability."

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi, everyone, It's Amanda Rigor Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me. Recently, we did a deep
dive into the root chakra, and not the traditional route
of looking at the root chakra where we ground and
find our center, but looking more into how to use

(00:29):
it energetically and from a frequency standpoint. And one of
the most important things that I want to reflect on
is the root chakra is where we are able to
find our sense of center and discernment. And if you
didn't listen to that episode, I encourage you to go

(00:49):
back and re listen because today we're going to go
into the sacral chakra. And again this is a higher
level use of the sacral chakra. Will I will go
over some of the basic attributes of the sacral chakra,
but this is about you utilizing your emotions. And emotions

(01:13):
can overpower us a lot of times, or we can
deny our emotions and detach from them. But emotions and
the sacral chakra is where our life force is revealed
and it helps us create a clearer direction, a cleaner truth,

(01:35):
and a deeper sense of self leadership, which is a
massive energetic theme right now. So yes, using your sacral
chakra and your emotions intelligently, but also coming from a
place of sovereignty, and the sacral chakra is what gives

(01:55):
you the uniqueness and creativity to tap into your special superpowers.
I think the sacral chakra is kind of the place
of where our superpowers live. And yes, they live in
our body and our genes and our consciousness, but the

(02:16):
sacral chakra. Learning to work with it, rather than being
ruled by emotions, overwhelmed by emotions, and being able to
funnel it give us more power, creativity, sovereignty, and it's
where our energy can become magic. So let's dive into it.

(02:37):
One of the things I want to start with is
at a frequency level, the sacral chakra is the center
of emotional flow, receptivity, creativity, desire, sensuality, connection, and life
force emotion. So yes, it does govern how we feel, relate, receive,

(03:05):
and create, and it's also what helps energy move rather
than us feeling stagnant. But I want to go back
to this. A lot of times when we think about
the sacral chakra, we do think about sensuality, creativity, pleasure, desire, sexuality. Yes,

(03:26):
that is the sacral chakra, but at a higher level.
It's sacred creativity and deeper than that, especially from I
would say, a manifestation, perspective and opportunity. Even it's our receptivity.
And I know personally it's just in my life and

(03:50):
where my energy gets out of whack and out of
balance usually centers in my sacral chakra emotionally for me,
because a lot of my energy, and so much of
this is conditioned from a younger age, comes from this
drive and this life force that has a lot of

(04:13):
external output. And I would say in Western culture there
seems and yes, this is a blanket statement, but a
lot of us can resonate with this. We are more
hyper masculine in terms of our extraversion, doing, getting things done,
box checking, achieving, multitasking or thinking we're multitasking getting a

(04:38):
lot of things done and not doing one thing well,
but juggling getting done, achieving, and then rinse and repeat,
do that over and over, and so it becomes a
grind a drive. And so many of us over the
past handful of years have reoriented our drive and we've

(04:58):
been turning it into me and purpose and depth, which
means slowing down and amplifying our energy more effectively through
almost what feels like less output, but more quality of
the output we have. And where I think the sacral

(05:21):
chakra is unique is in receiving receptivity. And again, we've
been so conditioned or hardwired for output that we have
difficulty receiving. And a simple example of that is when
we talk about manifestation and people think of things like love, money, job, opportunities,

(05:44):
receptivity is usually where the energetic blockage is. And I
find and I've played with this and practiced a lot,
it centers in the sacral chakra, this desire body, and
it has to do with connection and deserve ability. I
am worthy of receiving. I believe I am worthy of

(06:10):
and not just because of the effort or the output.
And I know people and watch people in the way
they work and move in the world that really work
well with their sacle chakra and solar plexus even and

(06:32):
it's not so much about what they've done externally or
put out in the world. They're just really exceptional at receiving.
And some of them I watch receive with very little output,
and it's like things just come to them naturally, whether

(06:54):
it's opportunities, money, gifts, I know people that that, and
I have judged them before too. Let me just say
that because I'm like, gosh, they didn't really work very
hard for that, Because that's an imbalance in my sacral chakra.
If I'm going to earn something big, whether it's a

(07:16):
lot of money or a nice car, or a happy
partnership or relationship, then I have a promotion, I have
to really work hard for it and put in a
lot of effort, and that's an imbalanced sacral energy. So
I want to focus on thinking about your creativity, your receptivity,

(07:40):
and your energy from a deeper space of receptivity. And
this is also about emotions not overpowering you, so you
come from a deeper, cleaner place. One thing I do
want to go to in the physical body, Yes, the
sacral chakra in general does connect with your reproductive organs,

(08:05):
so the ovaries, the uterus, the testes, so all of
the sexual organs for sure, but also the kidneys, the bladder,
the lower back, even the hips and the pelvis. So
there's a little bit of overlap there between the root
chakra and the sacral chakra. And that's really important because

(08:28):
I find that these two chakras are interconnected, and I
usually go to my root first. Do I feel safe? Secure?
Am I in my center? Am I asking good questions?
Am I moving from a place of discernment? And if
I feel that I am, If I am centered, rooted,
and grounded, then I immediately go into the sacral chakra

(08:53):
and what may be out of balance there, And for me,
sometimes out of balance looks like emotional anorexia or detaching
from my emotions, because there are times when I just
cannot feel, and it's from knowing how to dissociate or

(09:15):
disassociating out of life experiences and being able to completely
detach from or disassociate from my emotions immediately. Where this
comes in for me is intellectualizing things, rationalizing things. And
I think I've shared this on the podcast before, but
a very personal example for me is when my feelings

(09:39):
are hurt. And I know this about me, and I'm
very aware of the domino effect or chain reaction that happens,
but usually when my feelings are hurt, I immediately jump
into energetically judgment. This is like the coping mechanism that
my body created a long time ago. And I've broken

(10:02):
this pattern and shut it down and changed it over
the years. But again here's the basic operating pattern. When
my feelings are hurt, I jump into judgment, well this
person must be or uh, well they don't have or
they don't know, and then it goes into self righteousness.
So I get very arrogant in my mind and I

(10:24):
start to cut down that person that has hurt my feelings.
And then I go into rationalizing, well they don't know this,
and so it comes it turns into superiority, and before
you know it, I have psychoanalyzed and diagnosed but intellectualized

(10:45):
an emotion, which was I feel wounded, I feel hurt,
I feel not seen, I feel rejected, I feel disrespected.
So all the emotions that I could have actually just
sat and felt and not become like, not become rejected
or disrespected, And this may have absolutely nothing to do

(11:09):
with that person. So the what I'm explaining to you
is the sacral chakra is very relational. It's about connection,
and no matter what we try to do, as much
as we try to isolate, it's peopley out there being human,
and part of our human experience is very centered in

(11:31):
the lower chakras, and it's where our superpowers are. The
root chakra, the sacral chakra and the solar plexus, and
the sacral chakra is all about interconnection. It's about relationships,
and it's where we feel balanced and harmonized and empowered
through our relationships. It's where we feel imbalanced, dominated, disrespected, hurt.

(11:57):
It's where we shut down. It's where we intellectually our
relationships and we break away from connection based in hurt
and pain or disappointment. So I'm getting into all of
this so you really start thinking about your relationships and
your life and where your empowerment lives, but also those

(12:17):
areas of the body. I know, for me personally, in
not so much the last year, but the last couple
of years, I had quite a bit of imbalance in
my sacral chakra and it was showing up in my
bladder and my kidneys. And it had nothing to do

(12:39):
with the foods I was eating, even though Western medicine
and doctors told me you need to be eating less potassium,
or potassium is triggering it, or caffeine is triggering it.
It had to do with an enzyme in my bladder
that flared and an autoimmune that I developed after COVID,
which a lot of you can relate to. But for me,

(13:01):
it was in my bladder and it was like my
Achilles heel. And this started in twenty twenty twenty three,
and it was a two year I'm gonna say battle,
and I know I sound dramatic when I'm saying that,
but it was a lot of pain and a lot
of drama, and I knew immediately it was root and
sacral chakra stuff. And so I started at the root,

(13:24):
and I started there with what was out of balance.
But where the most challenging part for me to get
a grip of physically in my body with the physical
pain and ailments that I was experiencing and what Western
medicine was telling me, but also what I knew energetically

(13:48):
what was out of alignment in my body, what was
being triggered, And I was able to after two years.
It took me two years of a lot of conscious
energy and change in beliefs around my connection with people, relationships, friendships,

(14:09):
work a lot of things to be able to regulate
what was so out of whack and suffering in my body.
But it physically showed up. So for you, if immediately
when I'm talking about this, if you can relate, if
you've had issues sexually, or you've had issues in reproduction,

(14:34):
if you've had issues with your bladder, your kidneys, your
lower back, your hips, your pelvis, the fluids in our body,
so even more broadly, the lubrication in our body joints.
Think about your joints and flexibility and inflexibility. The sacral

(14:57):
chakra is so powerful in our sense of being able
to flow with life and to channel and use our
life force. So I'm giving you a lot of food
for thought. But the sacral chakra is this energetic center
of emotion and desire and creativity, but it's relational flow,

(15:22):
and it's also where we can manifest and find greater
empowerment when we channel that energy. So practically, this chakra
ask us, what am I feeling? And how is this
showing up in my body? And am I capable of

(15:44):
sitting with and processing emotions and not acting from those
heightened or depressive emotions, reacting from those heightened or depressive emotions,
and actually using the those emotions intelligently as information. And

(16:05):
so one of the most important things I'm going to
say is it relates to the sacral chakra. Is feelings
are information and not always instruction. Feelings are information and

(16:26):
not always instruction. Meaning when I am able to recognize
that I'm feeling something deeply, or even detaching from feeling something,
and I'm able to acknowledge it and sit with it,
it's giving me data and information and I don't always
have to act on my emotions in every moment or

(16:51):
react to those emotions. I can actually use them as
data and data points. And that was one of the
biggest game changers for me when I was having my
bladder issues. Once I was able to find some help energetically,
and it took some acupuncture and supplements and meditation and

(17:16):
self talk and really recognizing old patterns of beliefs that
were keeping me. Actually, for me, it was a lot
of emotional overwhelm where I was not engaging with life
because I was so overwhelmed. And from that overwhelmed, I
was getting resentful and angry and frustrated, and it was

(17:39):
creating grief and vulnerability. But once I was able to
really start to process those emotions, then I was able
to start channeling them from a more sovereign place. And
one of the things that I was noticing and this

(18:00):
is probably key, and I want you to think about
this is emotionally and in my sacral chakra. That is
usually where I leak energy, meaning I am using my
energetic systems, my energy in my body, my consciousness even

(18:22):
and whether it's conscious or unconscious, I'm using it inefficiently
because I'm giving energy away. I am leaking energy. And
that is probably one of the biggest Aha moment light
bulbs that came on for me. And examples of leaking
energy well, first of all, it's reacting in a heightened

(18:44):
or depressive emotional state. And I'll give you examples of that,
like if my husband says something that triggers me, and
I just go off because emotionally it gets me. Instead
of just stopping and pausing for a moment and breathing
and not reacting and just taking a moment so I

(19:07):
can respond from a more rational or even cooler place,
when he says something that triggers me, I go off.
And the funny part is he may just say something
that's like, oh, here's and I'll just give you an example.
He will say things like oh you always or oh

(19:31):
you never? Well, first of all, those are you know
you always do this? You never do this? Well? Funny
thing about that is that's language my mom used to use. Amanda,
you never do X, Y, Z, Oh, you always do

(19:53):
so when so when? And I'm laughing because today I'm
very conscious of this. But before just that language it
resonated and echoed something from my childhood, my young adulthood,
and even into my mother's death, that she would say
things and it would just open up old emotional wounds

(20:15):
in my body. So when my husband says that, of course,
it triggers me. And what happens is when I take
the bait and I react from that triggered heightened emotional state.
Not only do I jump on whatever he says, I
can't believe you just said I always do X, Y

(20:35):
and Z. You know. And what he basically says, I'll
just tell you is, Amanda, you always think you're right.
So okay, I mean, like you know, and he may
be right. He may be right, but actually he's not
because I don't always think I'm right, and I actually
I might argue, but I'll admit when I'm off on

(20:56):
something or I'm wrong, or I'm coming at something from
an assum or not enough information. And I actually do
work on myself a lot and if you know me
and you know me personally, I'll own my stuff and
I own it pretty well. Or I take feedback and
I'm open to feedback. So of course this triggers me.

(21:16):
But here's what happens. Apart from me saying, you know,
getting frustrated and saying I can't believe you would say
that that's not true, what also happens is a chain
reaction where I start pulling on and picking on things
he doesn't do well in life. Well, if you would

(21:38):
do this, you know, or you know what, you didn't
get this done? And I start going back to all
the things I am resenting because of that one blanket
statement he made and how it triggered me emotionally. So
reacting immediately is not only an imbalanced sacral chakra, but

(22:04):
it is also an energy leakage. So recognize maybe where
you react or come from a heightened emotional state, rather
than allowing a feeling or emotion to settle first and process.
And by the way, and I learned this years ago,

(22:26):
and it is so darn simple that it almost doesn't
sound true. But it takes about twenty one seconds to
process an emotion, and twenty one seconds is a minute
blip of time. But most of us do not sit

(22:46):
with an emotion immediately when we experience it in real
time and feel it for twenty one seconds, just that emotion,
because we're so scattered and add in all all over
the place and on to the next thing. But twenty
one seconds is nothing. And I will tell you this.

(23:07):
So if he were to say something to me like
you always and rather than me reacting when he says that,
that makes me. First of all, it makes me feel unseen.
It makes me feel misinterpreted. It also feels a little

(23:30):
like I'm gaslighted, by the way, because I can feel
a lot of things. But let's just say when he
says that, I pause, and I just start to breathe
through feeling misinterpreted or dismissed or whatever is coming up.
And I allow twenty one to thirty seconds, that's quite

(23:53):
a bit of time in a blip. But if I
allow myself to breathe through that by about eighteen seconds,
and I've practiced this quite a bit, so I kind
of I know it well. By about eighteen seconds, I'm
over the emotion like it's I'm bored, not bored with it,

(24:14):
but it's kind of like, I'm done feeling it. So
the next time you are triggered, and gosh, the energy
right now is so good for being triggered like emotionally
and like it's great energy to hack you off, piss
you off, light your fire, wake you up in the

(24:35):
middle of the night, concerned, worried, anxious, you know, stuff
rattling through your head before you go to bed, waking
up first thing in the morning, concerned about the energy
is so hyper sacral chakra right now. I want you
to use this. So when you feel a heightened state,

(24:55):
see if you can disengage from the person, the outlet,
the dialogue that's going on and just single out the emotion.
And if you need to get yourself an emotional wheel
online google it, find an emotional wheel so you can
be like, Okay, what am I feeling right now and
sit with that for twenty one to thirty seconds and
breathe through it. Just that in and of itself, the

(25:19):
awareness and the action of feeling an emotion for that
long actually puts you into a different place neurologically in
your brain, so it settles. So that's one example of
linking energy and how to practically work with it. That
is a game changer dynamically interpersonally and also moving from

(25:39):
a heightened feeling moody state to an intelligent state to
actually emotional sovereignty. So you can come from an energetic
place of clarity. And in the end of this when
I wrap up, I'm going to talk about when you
come from a place of neutrality or emotional and energetic clarity,

(26:02):
it changes the game of how people interact and respond
to you and what you can manifest and what you
can do in your life. So more to come on
that shortly. Another place I absolutely know for me where
I leak energy and I can look back, gosh, this
is like dating me, but I can look back decades
at doing this is over explaining myself or justifying, oh

(26:27):
my gosh, no I can't go do this because this,
this and this or you know, yes, this is what
I want and this is why I want it, rather
than just saying yes I want that, or thank you,
you know, thank you for inviting me, no I can't go,
but over explaining yourself, validating, justifying to feel like you

(26:50):
were expressing yourself properly and feeling like you were having
to communicate and over communicate or validate and justify just
in order order to be heard. And it's not so
much about other people hearing you. It's about your own
energy field and thinking that you have to use a
whole lot of energy for your yes or your no

(27:14):
or what your belief is or standing in your energy field.
And a great place to practice this is text messaging, Hey,
can you go do this today? No, I can't, Thanks
for inviting me, And if you want to hang out
with that person again, then you maybe you say, maybe

(27:34):
we can do it next week. I'll circle back with you.
And if you say I'll circle back with you, you circle
back with them. But I'm giving you a really long
form example of where something may go. But the best
practice right there is thanks for inviting me, No I can't,
or yes, I would love to do that, but let

(27:54):
me double check my calendar before I confirm with you,
or that sounds lovely, but give me a little bit
and let me check. So it's instead of saying an
absolute yes or no in the moment, saying yes or no,
but giving yourself a little bit of room, but also
not feeling like you have to over explain your yes

(28:15):
or your no. So just recognize where you over explain,
you justify, And I think text messaging is a really
good it's just a good place for that and commitments
and every day. But I know for many of us
where the rubber meets the road is out and about
in the world amongst people, when people ask us to

(28:36):
do to something or engage and us saying yes or
yes in the moment, and the moment we get home,
it's like, why did I say yes to that? I
actually don't have the time and energy, or oh my gosh,
I really don't want to do that. I don't like
that person. I mean, let's just get real. So this
is great energy to clarify your yes and no. But

(28:59):
RACK recognize that the over explaining is leaking energy and
it's imbalanced in that sacral chakra, which actually has to
do with the amount of energy you have and your
emotional space and capacity. Another example of leaking energy is

(29:22):
replaying a relational dynamic or scenario over and over in
your head and the best place you all know, how
many times have we all had dialogues with other people
in our mind? Fifteen ways to Sunday? Okay, raise your
hand for that, because if you haven't please please send
me an email and tell me that you are above

(29:43):
this and this is not I would love to know
how you become a ninja. And I know people who
aw ninjas and know how to let things go. But
it's taken practice and awareness. It's where wisdom comes in.
But more than anything, it's about a health, the use
of energy and not leaking energy. So energy can be

(30:05):
used towards greater happiness, enrichment, health and well being, versus
replaying emotional loops and patterns. So when you are brushing
your teeth or driving and all of a sudden you
are having a conversation in your head over and over,
or you're running scenarios, your magic magnifying mind is playing

(30:30):
out different scenarios. First of all, that's energy that you
are putting into the field and you're conditioning the field.
And I've talked about this before in neural patterning, when
you think and rethink a thought over and over again,
you're creating a neural pathway. Well, when you resent it,

(30:51):
resentiment resent when you refeel it and you rethink it
over and over again, it's even stronger because the motions
or jet fuel. So when you're refeeling and rethinking and replaying.
It is creating neural patterns in your brain that are
basically starting to hardwire beliefs and also starting to shape

(31:13):
your reality very clearly. Because your cells and your DNA,
they don't know that you're driving a car and headed
to the grocery store because that's autonomic. All they're hearing
is that you're having a conversation with your boss at
work who's dumped extra work on you and keeps taking
the credit for what you're doing, and you're replaying this

(31:36):
and you're angry. You all know. So when you find
yourself in those relational loops, it's sacral chakra. Yes, it
is connected to your solar plexus too, and your throat chakra.
There's a lot of interplay here, but mainly it's coming

(31:57):
to the sacral chakra. So when you find yourself doing that,
a really great practice, and this is gonna sound so simple,
you're gonna be like, okay, is to open and close
your jaw. Like, as I'm saying this to you all
and sharing it, my jaw got really really tight because
it's it's connecting to your throat chakra and your voice,

(32:21):
and it's the voice in your head and it's emotional.
So again, just like the mental loops, it's an imbalance
with these two chakras in the throat chakra. So open
and close your jaw, and as you do that, put
one hand on your belly like your lower abdomen below
your belly button, and open and close the jaw. And

(32:44):
if you want, if you physically need to, you can
put the other hand on your jaw like on your
mandible back here on either side, or you can right
now if you're if you're with me on YouTube, and
I hope you do follow on YouTube because I appreciate it,
and I've mentioned this recently. We are trying to grow YouTube,
and i'd appreciate it if you'd like and subscribe. But

(33:07):
if you're following on YouTube and you see me on video,
I am using my thumb and my middle finger on
both sides of my jaw, and then I have one
hand on my belly and I'm just opening and closing
my jaw. And then what I would do is I
would just take three deep breath cycles. And guess what
I would do three deep breath cycles for about twenty

(33:32):
one or thirty seconds. So instead of replaying the feeling,
the conversation, I am starting to process it actually physically
in the space in my body that is getting imprinted
with that emotional loop that's leaking energy, and I'm bringing

(33:55):
that back, that energy back in to myself. And I'm
going to give two more examples of this energetic leakage,
where your sacral chakra can be your powerhouse, but be
out of balance and you can be leaking energy. Another
one is seeking reassurance externally. And all of us can

(34:20):
relate to this because our flippin' social media and likes
or views or whatever it is, like, oh, I'm working
really hard or people you know, or I want to
be seen or acknowledged or loved, or like, are people
responding to me and looking externally for validation instead of

(34:47):
self anchoring self feeling First, you know, I feel deserving
of empowerment. I feel and am just of recognition, worthiness,
deep connection, enrichment, health, happiness, abundant security, fill in your blank,

(35:15):
but recognize. So when you're scrolling, whether it's in the morning,
the evening, in the middle of the workday because you're
bored and you're distracting with energy, but you're looking for
where people are acknowledging you or you see yourself posting
on social media because you're needing people to validate you.

(35:40):
And I am saying that in the clearest way possible,
because we all know what it looks like and we've
all done it. But I will tell you I am
noticing more and more. I've noticed this for myself for
a while, but I see more and more people moving
away from external validation, especially in social media type forums,

(36:07):
and looking for more private personal community and connection and
finding deep enrichment and value and worth and recognition in
more conscious spaces than in those public platforms. And I'm
noticing this more and more, and this self anchoring is

(36:28):
actually manifesting and calling in deeper aligned connections which are
spilling out into how we interact with the world and
manifest and create the life of our dreams in real
time in real life, which creates true alignment. The last
example I'm going to give of leaking energy and where

(36:51):
there may be imbalances, is looking for your fulfillment value
worth from a specific relationship. So if you're looking to
your children, your spouse or partner, your friends for your happiness,

(37:16):
your joy, your love, versus looking within yourself first to
find that depth, connection and enrichment. First of all, that's
an imbalance in the sacral chakra. It's also a kind
of a big imbalance in the solar plexus as well,
but it's an imbalance in the sacral chakra. And it's also,

(37:39):
if you think about it, it's putting a lot of
expectations on the people in your life for how you
feel for your state of emotional well being, and that
is absolutely leaking energy. Plus it's also putting your your
happiness and you're well being in someone else's hands, so

(38:03):
you're not in the driver's seat of your life and
your energy anymore. And we all do it. We've all
done it. I feel like I was watching about to
say this. I sorry I segued into that funny, but
I was watching a TV show and it was, you know,
it's just kind of was like a caricature of how
it's like, well, aren't our friends our therapist? You know?

(38:26):
And there's jokes about that in TV shows all the time,
but it's really we have become sometimes where we rely
on either our spouses or or even our children. I
watch that in some dynamics to create the value or
therapy or support or counseling in our lives when we

(38:47):
should be first of all, finding that within or looking
in healthier places, paying someone to sit and hold space
for us and reflect that back versus our most intimate relationships.
So that's another area in which your sacral chakra can
be out of balance. But the more you look in

(39:08):
real life for the ways that you are leaking energy
and how it is very connected with your emotions. First
of all, the awareness in and of itself will be
a game changer. But knowing in short increments of twenty
one to thirty seconds, you can start reclaiming some emotional

(39:33):
and energetic sovereignty to also balance your energy field, so
you can manifest faster and receive faster. And the more
intelligent and aware you become, once you know what your
feelings are, they don't overwhelm or rule you. Then you're
the person leading your energy and the sacral chakra. And

(39:56):
this is where I wanted to come back. The sacral
chakra is where we can fine tune energy to start
magnetizing in people, experiences, opportunities, love, money, jobs, enrichment, community connection, friendships,

(40:18):
and it's not that difficult, but it takes very much
feeling feelings, but being able to process those emotions, so
you move from energetic clarity. And what I was going
to say about energetic clarity that I feel like starts

(40:38):
in the sacral chakra is once you start to get
a grip on emotions and you start utilizing them and
utilizing your energy more effectively, wisely, and efficiently, then here's
what can happen. The energetic field responds to information, and

(41:00):
when you can move from a place of clarity in
your energy field and communicate more clearly from an energetic
space of clarity that is not from a heightened or
a depressive emotion, from a disassociated emotional state, or an
overly reactive emotional state, that's when you tap into the

(41:25):
frequency of authenticity. Usually, and I've talked about this before,
but while gratitude and appreciation have very high frequencies, a
much higher frequency state is authenticity. And in order to
be authentic, it's this delicate balance between clean emotional energy

(41:52):
which is usually intelligent, sovereign, and processed, and a very
clear solar plexus and heart center. And while I hope
I'm not losing you with some of this, I want
you to think about your sacral chakra, your feelings and
your emotions and your maturity. How you can honor your

(42:15):
emotions without dramatizing them, suppressing them, or spilling them over everywhere.
Because feelings are real, but they're not always directives. And
the more clear we get in honoring our emotions, processing them,
and clarifying them, the easier it is to tap into

(42:37):
that frequency of authenticity which comes from a very clear place.
It comes from an empowered place, and things start happening
very quickly iro in real life as far as manifesting,
and the more clarity we have in the direction we're
going and the energy in which it's coming from from

(42:59):
an authoruthentic place, that's where the magic happens. And also
we just feel better, happier, more empowered, more in control
in a world that is becoming increasingly erratic, out of control,
and where the energy is accelerating rapidly. So I encourage

(43:25):
you to practice with your feelings and your emotions and
really noticing where you're leaking energy and where those imbalances
are in your sacral chakra and how you can come
into balance. And yes, can you do some really simple

(43:45):
one oh one tricks with the sacral chakra as far
as saying, you know, I am balanced, I am emotionally balanced.
My creativity is clear and directed. And using orange. Orange
is the color associated with the Sakel chakra and envisioning
your orange in your body and it's this beautiful orange flower.

(44:07):
Can you do all of those things and do they work?
And wearing orange? Yes, do those things work? They do?
They are great one oh one places to start. But
we're in a place energetically where just connecting with the
energy of the sacral chakra and the balance or imbalance

(44:30):
of emotions is the tip of the iceberg, because this
is about energy and using our energy wisely and in
our sovereignty, and that's where we create greater happiness, health
and well being that spills into the frequency of humanity

(44:53):
and there's a lot of magic there. So anyway, feel
your emotions, don't let them overpower you. Just remember they
are here to reveal where your life force is asking
you for cleaner and clearer direction, truth and self leadership.

Your Saquol chakra is the gateway to self leadership and empowerment.
