Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi everyone, It's mander Rico Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
We've been doing a deep dive into all of the chakras,
and not just a chakras one oh one, but a
chakra's here and now the conscious evolution of how to
engage with your chakras and really not only unblock them
(00:31):
or recognize when they're in balanced, but tap into the
higher frequency and utilizing that in your daily life so
you feel more cohesive, aligned, clear, true, true to yourself
and your meaning. Today we're going into the throat chakra
and I have to tell you this, and I sometimes
(00:53):
I feel like a broken record. I mean, this is
how nerdy I am in metaphysics, but I'm like, this
is my my favorite chakra. And I think I feel
like I say that on every episode, But really, when
it comes to the throat chakra, it's probably been one
of the most fascinating energy centers of my experience and
(01:16):
also experience with clients and other people where you actually
or I actually can see a frequency shift and change
energetically in the field and in someoney someone's tone or intonation.
(01:38):
So with the throat chakra, I will go into some
one oh one and basics. But we're going to look
at what the throat chakra really, when it is balanced,
is here to express and its function within our physical body,
our literal reality, and our energetic self. The throat chakra.
(02:02):
Of course you're like, oh, it's about communication, it's about
your voice. Well, yes it is, but it's not solely
about communication. It's about the resonance, the authenticity, the accuracy
of your communication. And the first thing that I always
(02:22):
go to cognizantly around the throat chakra is it's not
just the words you speak, it's the voice inside your head.
So it's the words and the language you speak to
yourself internally, not audibly externally, and the words externally. That's
a lot because most of us know that the record
(02:43):
player inside our heads may be filled with unconscious thoughts
and beliefs, or conscious beliefs of self doubt, self criticism, scarcity,
all of those things, which of course are pulling from
imbalances in the other chakras. And we've gone on through
the roots chakra, our sense of security and safety and
(03:03):
how we are really grounded in this physical plane. The
sacral chakra. Yes, emotional intelligence feelings, but emotional sovereignty creative expression,
and then our action, our literal outward action and expression
of our mighty am our presence in our solar plexus,
(03:24):
and then the pure positive, infinite potential of the heart
that touches us with something vast and one and great.
So just logically, let's just use logic for a moment.
If you were thinking about all that business down there
in those lower quote unquote chakras, there's nothing lower about them,
(03:44):
it's just the language I have to communicate that in
those other chakras. Naturally, wouldn't you think if your sense
of security, or your creative self expression, or your mighty
I Am presence, your ego, your fears, if and your heart,
if all of that, if any or all of that
(04:06):
is out of whack or imbalanced or not open fluid
and functioning well, the expression internally and externally is going
to be distorted. And so I want you to start
thinking about your throat chakra and the way that you
communicate internally, the internal voice and the external voice. As
(04:28):
far as is this clear, is this resonant or am
I distorting myself? You know? And for me just think
about this. You know, when you get in fear and
it's old stuff, whether it's money fear, social anxieties, relational fears,
professional fears, whatever your you know fears may be the
(04:53):
voice starts taking over in the head. I'm not going
to have this, or I'm not going to get this,
or is just play on repeat, and so it's distorted
from that truth. The light, the pure essence of your soul.
And I've mentioned this on the podcast before, but one
(05:13):
thing that i think one way for me to express
the clearest frequency of the throat chakra and an optimal
throat chakra is when you are speaking from your pure tone.
A lot of times you can hear actors or singers
(05:33):
people when they are performing, and it's not just performance.
They're coming from a place of their soul, their creative potential.
They're secure in who they are. They are creatively expressing.
It is empowered and sovereign and true the heart. It's
(05:54):
touching something greater and bigger, and it comes through their
voice that it's all aligne. It's a pure positive tone
or note. And one of the things the studies that
has been done is that yes, gratitude and appreciation are
very high frequencies that has been measured when we practice
gratitude when we get into gratitude, But what is a
(06:18):
higher frequency spike is authenticity. And when we speak authentically,
it's not always loving and kind and beautiful and easy
and inspiring and uplifting. It's just true. Like when you
speak your truth, it comes with gravitoss magnetism. That's the
(06:43):
clearest expression of the throat chakra. And you know, when
you're reading something or you connect the dots or there's
an aha moment, yes, that can absolutely be connected to
the third eye chakra. But a lot of times that
self awareness that feels true, I get it now you'reeka,
(07:07):
Oh my gosh, that's the pure tone of the throat chakra.
And I've given this example personally before, but this was
four years ago, three or four years ago. I was
sitting in an airport and it was after a really
long trip that was full of mishaps. I mean, one
mishap after the other, and it just like it wasn't
(07:32):
a bad trip, it just was really off in every
single scenario and experience. It was one thing after another,
and there was so much opportunity for me to be
angry and resentful and a jerk and all the things.
I mean my flight was delayed, my overdriver at the
end of the trip got in a wreck. It was
just one thing after another, and I wasn't rude to anybody.
(07:54):
I got on a later flight. I had to pay
for it. But I was sitting there in the airport
and it was like ten o'clock at night, and I
just wanted to get home after this long trip. And
I am sitting there searching my mind, body, heart and
soul for what I was experiencing feeling, and I couldn't
quite touch it. Like it was like, I'm not angry,
(08:16):
you know, yes I'm tired, but this is not about
me being tired. I don't feel resentful like I mean,
I just couldn't touch it, and I'm sitting in the
airport and I just said, in the clearest tone, show me,
like guides, show me what what frequency am I missing here?
(08:38):
What am I feeling and experiencing? And I can't quite
touch it? And it was like as clear as day,
like something busted through the clouds and said self pity.
You're feeling sorry for yourself. And it was like the
moment that that language in my reality experience came through
(09:01):
that I was feeling like a victim, a martyr, sorry
for myself, all the things. The moment I touched that truth, which, hello,
I'm sitting there feeling like a victim. This isn't something
that is celebratory, right, But in that moment, it was
like the moment I was that self aware, that clear
(09:21):
with my truth and what I was feeling, it was
like that was my pure tone. And then I could
start talking to myself from a different cadence resonance frequency.
And that's when I started saying, Amanda, you're feeling sorry
for myself? And so where did I go my sacral
chakra to start processing and my solar plexus digesting my
(09:47):
experience of feeling sorry for myself like a victim like
this trip. And then here's the beauty of it, because
you can see how it's connected to those other chakras.
But the voice, when you give voice to it, and
that was an internal voice in my head, it changed
my frequency. I mean that is manifestation clarity. The throat
(10:10):
chakra is so powerful instantaneously I don't find that, and
the heart chakra is powerful instantaneously too, But the root chakra,
sacral chakra, solar plexus, it's like those take a little
bit more time linear time for me sometimes, and they
(10:33):
they're so dense and more physical, each one of them
less dense than the other. But the throat chakra is
like irl in real life, in real time where you
have the power and the magic to transform. And you
know what you all know if you've listened to this podcast,
what I'm gonna say next, it's like Dumbledore in the
(10:53):
very end of Harry Potter and when Dumbledore is deceased
and Harry dies for a little bit and goes to
the other side and he meets Dumbledore and dumbles the
door says something along the lines of Harry, don't you
think that words are our most powerful magic? That's it.
(11:16):
And it's not just the external words, it is the
internal words. And when the internal words and dialogue hit
the pure tone, the external words can change reality, can
change people's life. And you know what it's like to
see somebody down or struggling and say, hey, how are you?
You know I'm here for you, And sometimes they hear you,
(11:39):
sometimes they don't. So that's the other thing about the
throat chakra. It's about how we interpret it. It's not
just communication, it's also translation, listening and hearing, and you
know when I know for me, and I would imagine
I want you to think about this. Think of times
(12:00):
when you've been in fight or flight, some kind of
amygdala mode where you are either wanting to run away,
shut down, you're stuck, you're in the fight or flight.
It is really hard to hear people to process, to clarify,
because we are in that small portion, that amygdala of
(12:24):
our brain that can only respond to fear. So of
course when we listen, things are distorted. It's like when
you're in acute grief, when you've had trauma, you don't
really hear what any I haven't. You don't hear what
(12:44):
people say to you. And this is another example of
throat chakra. My sister said to me the other day.
We were just talking about a friend that's in a
lot of pain and a lot of grief, and rightfully so,
just has had a very tragic and traumatic loss. And
my sister went to the funeral and I mean, it's
(13:06):
just been horrible, and she was like, I just it's
hard to know what to say. And I was feeling
the same way, and I'm like, gosh, it's like what
do you say? There are no words and I shared
with her. I said, listen, the best piece of guidance
I ever received around shock, trauma, pain, acute grief, bereavement,
(13:28):
active bereavement. And this was from a grief counselor. She said, Amanda,
it's not so much about what you say to console
somebody's grief. It's that you say something that you're acknowledging
and when you think about that, and I think about
(13:50):
that often, And she said this to me fifteen years ago.
This is a long time ago that I got that insight.
You know, it's like wa wah wah, wah wah, like
the peanut guy when you're experiencing grief, but you do
notice who says something, and it's not about the words.
It's about the feeling, the expression, the tone, the sincerity
(14:10):
of the authenticity of Hey, this is really horrible and
awkward and I don't even know what to say, but
I'm saying something. I'm here, So it's not the words,
it's the tone. That's the best example, especially even in
pain and trauma, of how it's not about your words,
(14:30):
it's about the vibration in which they come from. And
we are moving into a phase and especially especially with Urinus.
Moving into Gemini, where Gemini is about information gathering and sharing,
and a lot of Gemini is centered in the third eye,
the brain, the right and left hemispheres of the brain.
But it comes out of the mouth and it's not
(14:53):
so much about the words as it is about the tone.
And yes, words do matter, and words are fascinating, and
so is langue. Which let me go to something basic,
not so basic, with the throat chakra. First, think about this,
and this is where I like, I'm like, whoa, this
is mind blowing stuff. The throat chakra starts at the clavicle,
(15:16):
right like right above your heart starts here at the clavicle.
It's the entire throat the sea spine, So the sea
spine that holds up your head, brain and neck. And
you know what it's like when your neck is aching
and you can't really turn your head. So think about this,
(15:38):
the sea spine, the neck, part of the throat chakra.
It's what gives you perspective. Look left, look right. Think
about an owl. You know how an owl has almost
a three hundred and sixty degree radius in its perspective.
It has that because it has such precise vision. It
has night vision and it can. It basically has eyes
(16:00):
behind its head. The throat chakra is about your perspective.
And any time there is a neck issue, c spine
issue where you've got pain, and it may originate from
the shoulder, which is what heart chakra. A lot of
times for me, if I've got sea spine stuff, I'm like, oh,
where's the Oh gosh, it's behind my shoulder. Oh my gosh,
(16:22):
this is this throat chakra issue is originating from my heart.
That's the kind of stuff I want you to look for,
Like connect those dots in your body and it's brilliance.
But the throat chakra is about perspective. Is your perspective
limited and tunnel vision or is it flexible? Is it open, expansive, fluid.
(16:46):
Then you move into what's after this whole throat business
area the jaw, the teeth, the mouth, the gums, And
we know this in science that's so much disease disease,
but literal disease enters the body through the mouth, the gums,
(17:12):
the teeth, the tongue. So think, like, just take a
minute and sit with that. Whoa disease disease in my
body originating from my mouth? My throat chakra, the words
(17:32):
you speak to yourself, the stories you believe or speak
internally true or not, and your cells in your DNA,
and scientific studies have been done around this. Your cells
in your DNA don't actually respond to the literal environment.
They respond to the words that they're in your head
about your translation of the literal environment or what you're experiencing, feeling, thinking,
(17:56):
and that's what responds. That's epigenetics, the consciousness above the gene.
The throat chakra is a huge part of that. And
that's why when we talk about manifestation and magnetization. Yes,
you can certainly speak as if, act as if, but yes,
beliefs are connected, but frequency is connected. Yes you can
(18:24):
certainly speak as if, act as if, but yes, beliefs
are connected, but frequency is connected. So it's not just
saying I'm beautiful, I'm amazing, I'm abundant, I'm so rich,
I have everything I need. I mean that, sure, if
that's what the script you are trying to write, and
that's where your scarcity is. Okay, those words matter, but
(18:44):
what matters more is the tone, So the emotional code
to it, the emotional sovereignty. But more than anything, the tone,
is it coming from a place of high frequency, pure, positive, pinentual? Okay,
what else? So the whole mouth, the boca, the mouth,
the ears, the ear canal, listening, hearing. Listening and hearing
(19:10):
are two different things audiology. Think about your ear drums too.
You know what it's like to get an earache, or
if you can't hear out of one ear, how imbalanced
you are, or as you start to age and you
do lose hearing in your ears in different tones, pitches,
(19:32):
and frequencies. It creates miscommunication and balanced ears. The ear canal,
the ear canals, that area regulates our balance, where to go.
There's so much science too that and then what's next
(19:53):
the nose smelling. So much of the throat chakra is
related to the physical senses and the non physical senses taste, smell, hearing.
It's fascinating how much is included biologically in the throat chakra,
(20:17):
in this seemingly little small area that has a big
ass impact. So think about that. And yes, the throat
chakra is often equated with blue. And what I love
about the throat chakra is when I think of blue,
there are so many blues. I can think of I
can think of a Lapis blue, which, of course, those
(20:38):
are your crystals that work with the throat chakra, things
like lapis, satealite, sadlight. The big one's called the Orator's stone,
and it's been used for centuries around orders and speaking
and being able to project and use voice and language,
blue calcite, and there's a lot of other stones that
connect with the throat chakra. I always think that it's
(21:01):
such a mix of colors of the ocean, aqua's, aqua marines,
lapis blues, sky blues. The throat chakra has a shape
shifting quality to it, even in the basic color sequence
of blue and the hues that you can cognitively imagine
(21:23):
to think of with blue. So it just a base frequency.
It's is there any pain or discomfort or imbalance in
that area of my body? Or is the voice in
my head? And are the words that I speak to myself?
(21:45):
Are they clear? Are they true? Are they cohesive and resonant?
And then what about the words I speak externally? And
I think with I don't think, I feel it and
can see it with gep andi, uranus and gemini and
a lot of focus around electromagnetic energy, Urinus, heart chakra, Gemini,
(22:11):
the third eye, and the throat and the nervous system.
It's a lot of systems we just interconnected there. It
is going to become more and more apparent to you.
What is fake news? What is inauthentic? What is not true?
False prophets, false gurus? People just speaking out of one
side of their mouth and doing something out of the other.
So and even at instead of pointing a finger, let's
(22:36):
point the three fingers back and say, shoot, am I
communicating from my truth? Last night I was on the
phone with a group of people and that was a
huge portion of our discussion and around funneling and channeling energy,
(22:57):
dynamic energy, and it coming through pure positive tone, resonance, truth,
and the throat chakra and being able to express ourselves
truly and authentically in real time. And guess what, it's uncomfortable.
It's hard. But usually when we come from a pure positive,
clear tone, the other party, either they respond harmonically or openly,
(23:20):
or how they respond doesn't even affect us so much
because we're speaking authentically. And if there was ever a
time to notice where you distore your voice, and I'll
talk about imbalances and balances that'll help you ask these
questions for yourself. Come back to you and your voice
and wear in whom and in what circumstances do you
(23:42):
distort it to water it down or to pretend to
be something you're not, just for the sake of either
the audience or your own comfort level. The throat chakra
has so much opportunity, and once we start removing our
own distortion internally and find and touch that truth, that's
where so much transformation happens. So let's think about some
(24:06):
imbalances in the throat chakra holding back, holding back what
you actually feel or know, holding back your truth to
please accommodate a peace, or because you're just freaking scared
to say your truth. And I tell you what I
(24:27):
feel like. Many of us have lived lifetimes where when
we have spoken our truth and stood out and spoken
against the mainstream of the crowd, we've either been burned
at the stake or been excommunicated or imprisoned. So our
(24:49):
throat chakra and the distortions there sometimes this is not
my stuff, this is not your stuff, This is lifetimes
of conditioning in humanity. When you speak out again fill
in the blank, the authority, the rute, you know, the
fill in the blank you get in trouble. So we
(25:09):
naturally in our voice have almost like a blockage. So
it's it's on a cellular level that we get to
repair this. But think about when you hold back speaking
people pleasing of course, and my goodness, most of you
all know I'm a Libra. Sun and Moon, plutois and
Lilith are sitting on top of that Sun and Moon,
so it's kind of like I'm a little bit of
a warped Libra. But I know my people pleasing, and
(25:34):
sometimes people pleasing comes through silence. There's a huge element
to the throat chakra called silence, and sometimes it's important
to be quiet and listen, be still and listen. That's
throat chakra balancing right there. Opening optimizing, just listening, listening externally,
(25:54):
listening internally, paying attention to someone when they talk to you.
But then there's also dishonesty, passive aggressive, or silence in
order to keep the peace. A lot of us do that.
I get it. I totally do. Here's another one, another
imbalance over explaining or justifying. I feel like that's so libra.
(26:19):
I mean, the libra is an air sign, so you know,
and most of us have Libra somewhere in our chart.
And if you don't have a planet in Libra, you
do have a house in your natal chart that's covered
by Libra. Check that out if you're learning about astrology
in your natal chart, figure out what house Libra pretty
much consumes in your natal chart to find where that
(26:42):
part of balance, harmony and frequency in your communion communication is.
And yes, we can look at Mercury, Yes we can
look at the third house in Gemini, and we can
look at a lot of things. But I'm saying for
some reason right now that people pleasing validation over explaining
a lot of that comes from imbalances in our own body,
and that might be a great place to explore. Another
(27:05):
thing is then this is kind of a subtle one,
but I can see where I do this and others
do it speaking to manage other people's reactions instead of
owning our own. Again, that's a little bit of people pleasing,
but it's like appeasing or just because you don't want
(27:26):
to get into it, or you're trying to like calm
somebody down, you're being a mediator or a moderator. Is
that your place because we have so much aries energy
right now, all this fire and umph and the one
in Numerology twenty twenty six being a one year independence, autonomy,
new beginnings, initiation, your own inner authority, and being able
(27:53):
to channel something unique and individual about yourself. There's also
oh reaction and reactive energy that can blow from those
the root chakra, the sacral chakra, the solar plexus. But
I love the three to three question checkpoint, and this
(28:15):
comes from twelve step Allan on work. But it's so good,
like so good. It's pausing for a minute when you're
engaging with something, especially when it like boom, it lights
you on fire, it triggers you some sort of way,
pausing for a moment and internally checking yourself and saying
(28:36):
does this need to be said right now? Whatever you're
about to spew out, you know, or interject or say,
does this need to be said right now? That's the
first checkpoint, and a lot of times it's like just
be quiet for a minute. Hold on second question, Does
this need to be said by me? Is it my
(28:58):
place to jump in and say, clarify, intervene, whatever it
may be, Yes or no, they are being honest about
both of those questions, and then the third one, and
this is the higher one that really can be curious,
is does it need to be set at all? Does
(29:21):
it need to be articulated and said at all. It's
a great balancing, harmonizing tool, let's call it right now resource.
But also it helps with the throat chakra. Social anxiety,
to me is another It's definitely some heart chakra and
(29:44):
you can see how the other chakras would be connected.
But social anxiety to me, kind of second guessing your
voice or not knowing what to say, or feeling awkward
in your speech and communication and interaction with people, it's
definitely some throat chakra stuff, and it's just an opportunity
to look at where you feel anxious within yourself. I
(30:05):
will say this though, but because so many of us
are so sensitive, and when I say sensitive, that always
means empathic, energetic, deeply relating to energy and even feeling
not any kind of weakness. But we're sensitive energetically that
(30:26):
when we are in big crowds and lots of people,
it can feel very overwhelming, anxious, all of those things.
It's noticing that and being able to create healthier energetic
boundaries I've got an episode or two on that that
will link in the show notes if energetic boundaries in
the throat chakra apart from the root chakra, I think
(30:49):
the root and the throat chakra are a great place
to work with energetic boundaries, which helps in those big crowds,
or even with social anxiety. But feeling that social anxiety
and not knowing what to say in real time, it's
the fact that you're even questioning what you say or
how you say, or if you have to say something,
(31:09):
instead of just being at easing your own skin. And
also think about this, there's a lot of people I
encounter this all the time that can't stand silence, whether
they're in the car with their partner or they're somewhere
and there is silence and nobody is speaking up. Somebody's like,
I've got to speak up because I've got to break
this silence. That's an imbalance throat chakra sometimes when you
(31:33):
don't really have anything to say, but you're so uncomfortable
just sitting in everybody's silence, which also you can feel
people's thoughts and energy. Again, telepathy will go to third
eye next. We're not quite there yet, but the translation
of happens in the throat. The clear intuition and translation
of intuition, whether it's coming from your solar plexus or
(31:55):
your third eye, happens in the throat. I know someone
who's very intuitive, but it is miscommunicated often and spewed
out left and right and sideways, and it becomes destructive
sharing intuitive information first of all that's inaccurate and coming
(32:15):
from an imbalanced place, or sharing it without permission from
the other. I learned that really early on with my
intuitive gifts and my mediumship especially. I had someone pull
me aside and say, hey, Amanda, I really appreciate you
sharing this information about my dad. Somebody's deceased father came through.
We were at a party. Somebody's deceased father came through.
(32:46):
We were at a party, and I really respected This
woman is super intuitive. She's an incredible Acucic Records reader.
She said, hey, like, thank you for sharing what you shared.
All of that resonated and was she said it was true,
it was spot on. I mean, she acknowledged me. She said,
but I need to tell you something and I said what,
(33:06):
And she said, it's really important ethically and for somebody
else's heart and boundaries and also from a higher spiritual
place that you ask permission. She said, before you even
asked permission of me, you asked permission from above that spirit.
You go above them and you say, am I allowed
to share this information? And immediately I knew what she
(33:28):
was talking about, because it's like yes or no and whatever.
If it is yes, then it's like, Okay, I'm going
to say something audibly. If it is no, it's like
just nope, this does not be need to be said.
I can hear this information, but it is not my
place and this person or there is another reason this
is not supposed to be shared, she said, So you
ask permission even above the spirit. And she said this,
(33:52):
and I so got it at the time, because she goes,
even spirits can be manipulative, and they can. I've done
enough thousands and thousands of mediumship readings when spirits, even
though they're on the other side, they're not always in
their highest frequency, and they have kind of different agendas
depending on where they are, and so learning to interpret
that that's a whole other set of throat chakra and
(34:13):
third eye language. But she said, then if you get
the go green light from above the spirit she says, thing.
You just say to the person, Hey, I'm intuitive or
I think i'm sensing something. Would you like this to
receive this information? She said, asking somebody their permission to
share information. And I got it and I heard her
(34:40):
and it changed me forever. But I tell you what,
practicing it wasn't that easy because it takes a lot
of character and integrity. I can't tell you how many
times I'd be in the grocery store and I'd get
all this information about a stranger and they'd be like, Nope,
don't share it. Or I'd be in the grocery store
get all this information about a stranger and they'd be like,
share it. And then I'm like, oh crap, I actually
(35:02):
have to say something. And then I have to say
something to the stranger like hey, I'm a medium and
I think this person you know, just so you get
do you hear? How incredible the throat chokra is not
only in your day to day communication and language, but
where it comes from, in the essence and the origin.
(35:24):
It's so important. Another couple of places to look for
check points and imbalances are clear yeses and clear nose
Does my yes mean yes? And I know me no.
Y'all can go into that one, but that's an important one.
Am I saying yes when my body says no? Am
I saying no when my body says yes? Whatever it
(35:46):
may be or maybe yes, I don't know. To me,
a very clean, clear throat chakra is I don't know.
And it may be as simple as what you want
for dinner. I don't know, not what do you want,
but like I don't know what I want for dinner.
Because when you have the times in your life where
(36:08):
somebody puts you on the spot and you really don't
know the answer, you don't have to make something up
or perform or animate I don't know performance, and that
leads into another distortion, and this is probably I feel
like this language is really overused by the way performance
it's been coming up. A lot came through about a
(36:29):
year ago for me, but I feel like it's a
lot in like open Ai. They're using that language and
you're starting to see it on social media where we're
performing rather than utilizing our presence. That's very true and
it's very accurate, but now it's feeling very watered down.
But think about times in which you've watched someone that
(36:51):
you know, and whether it's social media post or on
a stage or somewhere where you know somebody is really
struggling and yet they've got a big ass smile on
the face and everything looks great, and it's really not
performing confidence, performing authenticity rather than embodying it. That's I mean,
(37:15):
the throat chakra is mind blowing performing rather than embodying courage, authenticity, truth,
whatever it may be. But ask yourself when you do that,
when you mask or perform, and why what is? THENY
go down to the why, ask the questions. The throat
chokras the place ask the questions to yourself. Journal journal
(37:38):
Balancing the throat chakra can come from journaling, because you
all know what it's like to free write, where you
just start journaling and then it morphs into something else
after two or three or five minutes. That is a wonderful,
wonderful tool to cleanse and clear and balance and even
optemize the throat chakra. Avoiding conversations I've mentioned, But one
(38:05):
last thing that is coming to mind is sharing prematurely
before something has really landed in your body. I so
get this one, and I have encountered this with people
where they have a deep seated dream or truth, but
(38:25):
it is still maturing and coalescing and coming into form,
and they share it with someone prematurely who's not safe
or in that vibrational frequency, and that person's like, I
don't know if you could do that, or I don't
know what I think about that, and then immediately it
erodes whatever the dream was. I heard this song the
(38:52):
other day and it was like some abundant rap song,
which was really cool actually, but it said something like
God would of put these dreams in my heart and
mind if I wasn't capable of making them come true.
And that's to me, that is a deeper place of
the throat chakra where when something is formulating, keeping it
(39:14):
close to your heart, your heart chakra, and formulating it
in your voice. So when you do share it or
it is time to make it more public, no matter
what anybody says, you're in that resonance or frequency. So
think about as far as balancing your throat chakra and
(39:37):
things you can practice. One definitely that journaling is a great,
great place to start. But speaking from your body, not
just your mind or even what comes out on auto play,
like just being still and speaking from the diaphragm, like
from the solar plexus, like speaking from here. Let it
(39:59):
try through your heart and speaking with expression. Even if
you practice this in the mirror. I know that sounds cheesy,
but it's really good. Also, notice when your words feel
grounded and clean and complete, like not scrambled or all
(40:21):
over the place or fumbling, which we can all do.
But notice when they feel attuned, clear, full stop. Oftentimes
when people are out of harmonic resonance with their throat chakra,
they speak from the top of their head really high
(40:42):
like this, and I can speak really fast like this
up in here. Listen for that, like listen for that
in conversations, listen for it in yourself. I nail a
lot of times. For me when I get aggraphated with
my husband, I'm like, like I didn't hear it, and
I go from my state where I would say, oh
my gosh, can you stop that where it's really coming
(41:06):
from what I'm feeling to like that's out of balance.
You can feel it, even me coming back into balance
and saying that my throat kind of cracked. And also
back to this authenticity thing. Do your words mean something?
Do you believe in your words? Or your words true.
(41:29):
So this is also a time of looking at gurus,
false prophets, noticing how things land in your body. Ah,
does this resonate with me or doesn't it? Like do
I feel someone's words and not even understanding someone's words,
but you feel something in the way they share, the
way they speak. Natural pauses and pacing. That's just a
(41:52):
great place to practice not only your throat chockra balance,
but slowing yourself down. I know, I can you know,
like I'm running a rat race, or go in and
busy busyness for the sake of business, because I think
it's value slowing down, pausing, changing the cadence of your voice,
tone and communication. Practice that for a hot minute. Also,
(42:22):
notice where you feel conversations with people that feel engaged
and clear and reciprocal versus conversations that feel draining. Either
you are draining yourself by explanation and words, or whatever
the person is saying draining you. That's back to energetic boundaries,
(42:42):
but it's also sometimes mismatching frequency. And oftentimes if someone
is draining you an energy vampire complaining about their stuff
and they don't ever ask if you need help. You know,
those kind of interpersonal imbalances that we are human and
we experience, and we can be the purpose trader of
those two, by the way, like it goes both ways.
(43:04):
But oftentimes if somebody is doing that, we just kind
of say, Okay, I'll tolerate them, or I love them,
or oh, they're just having a bad day again. But
where you make excuses in your head for not speaking
up or shutting them down or saying no, that's where
that truth lives. That's that voice. So ask yourself. And
(43:25):
these are clean questions in closing and thinking about your
throat chakra. And I know, I'm sure there is so
much clarity even coming through right now with how empowering
this place, this energetic center in your body can be,
especially when it is cohesively aligned with the other ones.
But where am I speaking for my pure tone and
(43:48):
engaging versus reacting and it is what I'm actually saying,
does it really resonate with me in my bones? And
where am I comfortable in my truth versus needing to edit?
Where do you edit? That's a big one for me
(44:09):
is noticing when I'm either having verbal diarrhea, urbal diarrhea,
diarrhea of the mouth, I know that is so disgusting.
I'm gonna tell you something really funny and closing around
that in a minute, So just hold the phone and
if you're totally disgusted, I'm so sorry, but this is
really it's hysterical. But where am I just spewing words
(44:29):
and spitting stuff and talking incessantly? I can? I am
raising my hand, been there done? That can do that?
Versus where I'm not saying anything or I'm editing. And
the big question is, and I keep this has come
up energetically a lot. If I said less but was
(44:55):
in my pure tone? What would it change about that?
If you utilized your highest frequency, if you upgraded and
attuned to a higher frequency in your throat chakra, what
would change in your life? What would you want to change?
(45:15):
Start there, maybe maybe you dissect it from the backwards forward?
What is it that you want to change? And how
can it start with your voice and your pure tone
and what you believe to do that dissection, I think
it'll be fun. And my gross funny thing that I
was going to say is when I was in second
and third grade, we had a music teacher at my school.
(45:38):
I think his name, Oh my gosh, I can picture him.
He wore a bow tie and he also did all
the musicals at the school. We did this thing called
the Red, White, and Blue Review. I mean, I'm in
second and third grade. And he was the music teacher
and the theater and drama teacher, and he was boisterous
and dynamic and just entertaining to watch. But as second
(46:01):
and third graders, he would say to us, please stop
giving me verbal diarrhea. It is like you and would
he said this. He's like, Amanda, it's like you have
diarrhea of the mouth, like I was like in second
grade or third grade. Amanda, No, no, no, I don't
want to hear that. It's like you have diarrhea of
the mouth. But it was the funniest, most loving, disgusting thing,
(46:23):
which to me, I am smiling as I say that,
because this is what I want to close on win
in doubt. And you're like, gosh, I don't know how
to change my throat chakra or my voice or any
smile when and down smile because when we smile, it
releases chemical endorphins, and that chemical reaction in the body
(46:46):
goes all the way from the gut to the brain
and more and the smiling through the throat chakra, and like,
my eyes are smiling right now. So I say that
because I'm laughing that right there is a throat chakra
calibration tunement because it's biological, it's conscious, it's physiological, and
(47:08):
it's where your uniquenessness, your uniqueness lives, your authentic tone,
where your frequency internally and externally has the power to
make magic. What kind of magic today are you making
with your words internally and externally? Thank you so much

please like and share my podcast? If you like it
and you know it or resonate with somebody. So I
repeated that, and I've said it truly and I got
