Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi everyone, it's Amanda, read your green Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Today we're going to dive into the energy of the
month of May. May is not a simple month. It's emotional,
it's lunar, it's psychological, it's relational, and it's deeply embodied.
(00:28):
What the heck does all of that mean. We're going
to dive into it. I want to start out by
saying it's not a month that is here to make
everything soft and easy, because, as you know in your
own journey and also what we are experiencing collectively, April
was highly dynamic and it has had a lot of
(00:52):
highs and lows and wide gaps and ups and downs mentally, emotionally, energetically,
on the world stage. May is very different energetically, and
it does have a softer tone to it. But it's
not simple. It's actually highly psychologically complex and very intuitive.
(01:16):
So it does slow the tidal wave of energy down
a bit and it will not feel as erratic and
almost seam ripping. I feel like, may I mean April
excuse me, was kind of like ripping things at the
seams internally externally, like rip the band aid off, figure
it out, confront whatever it is, you know, like will
(01:40):
wipe out civilizations, I mean really drastic stuff, and lots
of plot twist and conspiracy theory and death and conspiracies,
maybe not even theories, but lots of things going on
in the algorithms, in the news, real fake, imagine trends.
(02:01):
So much information coming at us and us being pulled
in a multitude of directions that finding that orientation and
center in April was not easy. But through April, May
is gifting us a depth that gives us some space
(02:23):
to slow down but also to relate. And it's a
month where the energy we exchange. You will feel it.
You're energetic if you don't already feel it, and many
of you do feel it, and you recognize and you
recognize your energy feeled, your aura, whether it's mental, emotional, physical, physiological,
(02:51):
purely energetic. It's almost like all systems are a go.
So it can feel a little bit raw. I will
say that I feel like there is a thread through
twenty twenty six that feels raw, and raw is the
word I'm using instead of vulnerable, because it almost feels
like exposed. And while it may be not externally exposed,
(03:15):
although there are a lot of expose as going on.
There's kind of an internal exposure to yourself where you
can't deny fill in the blank, your truth, your clarity,
what you will and will not tolerate or accept or
your limits. And that's a huge part of May. There
are three massive energetic themes and I'm going to go
(03:37):
through those themes. I'm going to touch on those now
for a moment, but I'm also going to dive into
some important astrology and numerology so you understand the flows
and you have a really good operating framework so you
can not only respond energetically, but you can feel sovereign
(03:58):
and at the helm in your energetic field and also
highly attuned to your higher self, your source, your over soul,
your higher power, and the universe. So the first core
energetic theme is reciprocity. I mean, that's massive, And if
(04:19):
you've been joining me in the frequency field, our theme
for April was dynamism, and May is reciprocity. And I
wrote that out God in January and I'm like, Nope,
still stands that's what like, I can feel it, That's
what it is. But the core energetic theme here that
we're going to explore is reciprocity and how a symbiosis
(04:43):
of reciprocity requires discernment. And discernment is a word we
use a lot and have thrown around, but there is
discernment is key. Is King is queen this month in
the way that you relate to people, especially your energetic field,
and getting honest with relationships and the synergy or lack
(05:04):
thereof in relationships. So that is the first poor theme.
The second core theme is what are your limitations? Getting
honest about your limitations, and that is not about scarcity
or lack or what I don't have. It's really about
knowing yourself, knowing yourself better in the sense that this
(05:27):
is an effective use of my time, talents, and energy.
This is not this is a limitation. This is a distraction.
And how do I shift to those limitations or acknowledge
them enough to evoke some healthy change so I don't
feel energetically exhausted, spread thin, or alone. So we're going
(05:49):
to dive into that a little bit. And the third
theme is energetic responsibility, emotional maturity, intuition. And this one
is a little bit more foggy because it's just lunar,
it's astrological, it's numerological. So I'll get into that third
theme at the end and to find it a little
bit better. But it really really ties into the astrology
(06:14):
and numerology this month, and it's one of those months
energetically where you have to pay attention. This month requires
intention and attention, which is presence being present, not in
the past, not in the future. Where is your power
(06:36):
in the present, whereas God God is now any language
you want to use. You know, why do they call
the present a gift? Because it is a present. It
is your greatest gift. I can get as cheesy as
I want, but that really that's core theene number three.
So we'll jump into those, but let's go into some
of the astrology and numerology so you understand the framework
(06:58):
in which we're operating a little bit. In May. We
are in a one universal year, as you all know,
twenty twenty six is a one year inside of a
six month. I've done numerology for a long time. It's
my love language, one of them. It's one of my
love languages. And actually it's just my love it's my
(07:21):
frequency understanding and communicating their frequency of numbers, and that
has evolved so much over the years. But I say
something to myself always when I think about the energetic
patterns and shifts, and when I think about the six,
the energy of the six, I'm like, ugh, the six
is so not the five, because last month, April was
(07:44):
a five month, and five is pivotal freedom seeking. It
creates change, it's it's not stable. The six will ground
and stabilize, but not in the way the energy the
four does. And I'm speaking in numbers in numerology because
this is it's sequential, and it's very sequential this year.
(08:10):
The energy of the four is practical and one step
at a time, organization, pragmatism, practicality. The five then says, okay,
let's shake things up, and what really holds? You know,
if you built a really good solid foundation with that
energy of the four, what really holds, Like when if
we're going to create a cyclone, what's going to be
(08:32):
left after that hurricane cyclone? Tornado? What noodles really stick
even when things get crazy and hairy? And the six says, okay,
take care, okay, take a breath, take care. The six,
if you draw six on your piece of paper, is
(08:52):
kind of representative of a pregnant woman. The six is
a very feminine number. Use your imagination there. The six
is the vibrates at a frequency of nurture, care, responsibility,
taking care of and maturity wisdom like being able to
(09:17):
hold space, really being able to connect, intimacy. I think
probably one of the greatest evolutions of the energy for
me and what I've seen in people. And when I
watch people walking through six cycles or who have massive
six energy in their numerological blueprint or code, when I
(09:42):
see their wisdom come through, there's also like a presence
to them that's a knowing because they come back to
something so true and innate within themselves, and it's intimacy,
and it's intimacy with themselves, so they can be truly
into I meant, with others without feeling energetically depleted, because
(10:04):
the six can feel resentful of overburdened and exhausted by responsibility.
The six also evokes lots of family energy, meaning usually
when six cycles happen, there's responsibility around family, or it's
very family and home oriented, but that can be exhausting
(10:28):
the dynamics and responsibilities and energies, and often people with
heavy six energy show up and take care of everybody
else and forget to take care of themselves. So the
natural trite phrase would be oxygen mask on you. Then
you get to be of service, love on, nurture and
support others. But the biggest energy with the six is intimacy,
(10:52):
And it's what does intimacy look like for you today?
And are how are you intimate with yourself your soul?
When do you use been quiet private time, no screens,
no kids, no dogs. Now you know distractions and sometimes
it may just be a few breaths, and other times
it may be closing and locking yourself in the closet
(11:15):
with a journal. You know, what does art, going on
a walk, or it may be snuggling up with your dogs.
But where do you find intimacy and can that intimacy
originate within so you can be intimate with others, but
then also being mindful of your intimacy, knowing that boundaries
are important with the six and the six because it
(11:37):
can be so caring and loving and nurturing can overgive
and not have the greatest boundaries. But I will tell
you one thing about the six and this frequency, and
it's coming up really clearly for the month of May.
Sometimes I think the six is a little sly and cunning,
like get a love on you and give to you
(11:58):
and nurture you like nobody else will. But it's so
uncomfortable being seen, exposed and loved on that it becomes
kind of sly, cunning, manipulative, and it actually can backfire
pretty hard. So a good question is are you allowing
(12:19):
yourself to be loved on and nurtured with whom do
you have your most intimate relationships and do they feel reciprocal?
And I'll get into that in some of the core
energy things that we're coming through, but the six is
asking us those questions, and when we combine it with
the one theme of twenty twenty six, it says, you
(12:42):
like pointing at you on the screen if you're watching
this on YouTube and not just listening, I'm like pointing, sorry,
Like that is so ob noxious. I'm like a school
marm pointing, which is kind of the six energy sometimes
like managing everything, getting everything organized, they're great. Sixes are
great business people a lot of times, by the way,
like when they put their mind to it, they get
(13:03):
they get it done, and they you know, orchestrate and
get a lot of stuff done and show up. But
with the six energy combined with the one, it says, hey,
you and only you are responsible for your health, happiness,
and well being. And if you keep putting everybody else first,
(13:25):
you're not going to have enough of you, and that
beautiful gift of showing up and being of service and
something greater is going to be so drained and depleted
that it's actually going to affect your physical body. And
that is probably when you combine the six and the one,
it's physical illness that's like a big shadow of it,
(13:46):
and it comes the root origin comes from some kind
of emotional spiritual degradation in the cells, the DNA, the
frequency field. So self care here is king and Queen
this month and knowing that you are responsible for that,
and then you get to show up and love on
(14:06):
and be of service and share your beautiful heart and
soul and feel like you're on fire. So, because the
one is about identity and our identity evolving, part of
your psychology and identity is that intimacy with yourself and
being able to nurture and care for yourself so you
(14:28):
can show up and care for others without being resentful
or leaking energy and resource wise, I would say a
great place to go is I know that I've got
a couple episodes and we'll link these in the show
notes in the podcast description, but energetic boundaries, this would
be a really good month to practice that energetic boundaries.
(14:50):
And also I've been sharing with you, as many of
you know, a whole chakra update deep dives, so not
just the basic one of the chakras, but I would
say that the sacral chakra energy and the solar plexus
are really great episodes and energies and frequencies to listen
(15:11):
to food for thought to support you in the month
of May. Now on the astrology, I could riff this
so fast because it's like, oh gosh, here we go.
We have three lunations this month. We start the month
(15:33):
out on May first with a Scorpio full moon. Mid
month we have a new moon in Taurus, and at
the end of the month on the thirty first, we
close out with the third lunation full moon in Sagittarius.
It's first time in twenty twenty six we've had three
lunations in a calendar month. That usually happens a couple
times a year, just depends on the calendars. The lunations
(15:55):
and the timeframes. But because Maith has thirty one days
and the last last month, April, we opened the month
with a full moon, a Libra full moon. Now May
we're opening the month with a Scorpio full moon. Totally
different tone, right, But we've got three lunations in a month,
which means the moon is very active. Well, guess what
(16:18):
else is active? The energy of the six. The six
is very that frequency is very connected to the moon. Intuition, creativity, listening, softening.
It's not the practical, pragmatic gets stuff done energy, it's
more what's organizing within me, what creates coherence internally? How
(16:40):
do I feel it, how do I know it? And
how do I honor that through my action? So three
lunations this month Scorpio full moon, which starting the month
out with a Scorpio full moon. It's just jocking, jocking,
that's sorry that like we do won't even edit that out,
like it's just shocking, Like it's a shocking energy. It's
(17:05):
not really a smooth full moon. So if you find
yourself really energetically wired leading up to the beginning of
May and through the kind of the first few days
of May, well, first of all, Uranus has moved into Gemini.
That's major. And we also have this full moon, so
(17:30):
the volume is really turned up on the nervous system,
the energy field, so it is imperative to breathe to ground.
And I tell you what scorpio is of water. This
is a wonderful moon to cleanse your body. Hopefully you
get to take a shower a bath each day or
(17:53):
maybe every other day. You know, we all we know,
like we don't always shower every day, but we if
you have that privilege, and we many of us listening
do have that privilege. Cleansing, clear your energy with your water.
Cleansing clear your energy or the water you drink. Talk
to your water, condition your water. We've done a lot
of that in the frequency field and kind of the
(18:15):
magic and the power of water. But this is a
really good energy to kind of water down. It's like
kind of throwing some water on an electrical field. I
know that sounds like it would electrocute or catch fire,
but it's almost like some fire needs to be put out,
some energy needs to be tempered a little bit, and
water will do that. So jump in the pool, you know,
(18:36):
do a cold plunge, immediately switch that shower nozzle from that,
you know, wonderful warm shower to freezing cold. I do
that all the time, and don't hesitate. I've shared that
before that if you immediately shift your your temperature instead
of kind of like, Okay, i'm gonna do it, I'm
gonna do it, that that's just like you may as
(18:57):
well not do it. If you're like I'm gonna do it,
I'm gonna do it. You just shift it and you
go straight cold. That will cleanse and clear your energy.
But that's kind of what this we start the month
out with in May. Coinciding with that on May six,
the astrologically, Pluto is stationing retrograde. So the entire month
(19:18):
of May Pluto death, rebirth, transformation, the shadow side of life, penetrating,
piercing precision, seriousness, reality, the hard truth, the hard reality.
That's Pluto is standing still in the sky the entire
(19:41):
month of May, so it intensifies things. And it's an Aquarius,
which is future oriented, technological and mental. So when we
have this Pluto deal standing still in the sky in
Aquarius and we have now Urinus in Gemini, another air sign,
the volume in your mind and your brain is massively
(20:06):
turned up. So breathing your consciousness, noticing where your consciousness
and your unconsciousness are going. And I know that sounds difficult,
and like, okay, Amanda, how do I do that? Just
stop and breathe, Stop and take a breath, you know,
maybe stop and just write a darn gratitude list. Anything
(20:27):
that pauses you and brings you into the present moment.
What do I need? What do I have? Am I hungry, angry, lonely?
Or tired? You know, if you are feeling the volume
is turned up, ask those questions. That's like the best analogy.
Am I hungry? Am I angry? Am I lonely? Or
am I head tired? And a lot of times for me,
I'm either hungry or tired, you know, or I can
be a little angry, all those things. Whatever, But check yourself,
(20:51):
don't wreck yourself because this energy is piercing and also
technology and energy is speeding up at such a vast pace.
It is outpacing us in humanity and you can feel
that as we move further into the month. Then we
have this new moon in Tarus on May sixteenth, and
coupled with the new moon, Mars is going to be
(21:14):
conjunct a couple of asteroids, this asteroid called Chirn and
this other one called eras Mars, you know in Aries.
This is in Aries, is like a lot of fight.
And then we've got this new moon. So it's not
this kind of flower child, lovey, dovey, sensual, cook dinner,
enjoy it, take a really good bath kind of new moon,
(21:37):
which is what we love about Tarus, the material world, sensuality,
getting our finances in order, things like that, like that
can be Tarus very grounding, very realistic. The other aspects
that are accompanying this new moon are very loud, and
they want to fight, and there's a lot of urgency,
(21:59):
but the highest expression of the fight that is going on,
it's not a battle, and it's not a fight. It's
about disrupting, unearthing anything that is false, anything that is
superficial and surface level. It's exposing. So to me, the
Taris full moon almost feels like the freaking Scorpio the
(22:21):
Taurus new moon, excuse me, almost feels like the Scorpio
full moon. Like it's just loud, it's not quiet. So
make sure in the days around the middle of the
month that if you're feeling worked up, afraid, agitated, irritated
that you ground. You go, put your feet out on
(22:42):
the ground, on the earth, bare feet on the ground,
sunlight on your face, get some essential oils and breathe
that in. You know, for me, it's like I love
a good peppermint or eucalyptus essential oil because I'm like, yes,
it just clears my energy. I remember years ago someone
who's like, oh, if you have a really good essential oil,
(23:04):
like with a good quality eucalyptus or peppermint under the tongue,
just a drop will just it like opens up your senses.
And that's like that energy says, get clear, get clear
on what you're doing, what you're needing, don't be distracted
or overpowered by anyone else or anything. Breathe through this
energy because it's powerful and it's like a portal. It's
(23:27):
a portal of energy. After that one thing I do
want to highlight right after that, On the eighteenth, Mars
will move into Taurus, and Mars has been in aries,
which we've had this massive aries cluster. We know that
Saturn and Neptune are in aries, but with Mars on
(23:48):
the eighteenth moving into Tarus where the sun is in
Tarus and we've had some other energy that kind of
grounds things in and slows stuff down a little bit.
You will feel an energetic shift. So whatever has been
like on edge within you and around you and like
kind of just you can't quite put your finger on it,
but at like a low level irritation, it may become
(24:12):
more clear. But Mars and Tarus, and I do want
to say this because Mars will be in Taurus, I
don't know about six weeks or so, is really stubborn
and will fight just to fight or have the last word,
just to have the last words. So watch out for
your own stubbornness. And if somebody else is being stubborn
and like stuck and just defiant or indignant even like
(24:37):
whatever you're feeling like, don't engage, like is it a
fight really worth having, because Mars and Tars like kind
of get stuck in its own stuff or blaming other people.
So just watch out for that. But it will kind
of cool the energy down a little bit. So that
was worth mentioning. There's a lot going on in the sky,
(24:59):
but I just wanted to highlight some things. A couple
of things. At the end of the month May twenty six, Uh,
Mars that it's in Taurus. That I just talked about
was square Pluto. And remember Pluto is now retrograde at
the end of May, and it's in Aquarius, but it's
standing still. Mars in Tarus is squaring Pluto. It's one
(25:22):
of the harshest aspects there is in astrology. Mars and
Pluto in a square. There's a conjunction and opposition. Those
are pretty harsh too with those two planets. But this
is this is pretty intense. So Mars and Tarus, Pluto
and Aquarius Aquarius being innovative, future radical, the maverick, the
(25:43):
you know, transforming yourself into this maverick and really unconventional thinking,
revel rousing, and Mars and Taurus like stuck, stubborn, this
is it's my way or the highway, like Tarus fixed Earth,
Mars and Taras really stuck like indignant fixed or Pluto
(26:05):
in Aquarius. Innovation is king revolutionary. We do things outside
of the box just because we don't know what they mean.
But we're gonna say no because you said yes. So
there's a lot of I think a lot of stuff
may go down at the end of May energetically on
the world stage, more, even more than we've experienced. And
(26:28):
again I are always, as always, I never say any
of this to be dramatic or apocalyptic. But where do
you have your power within yourself, with your calm, your intention,
your knowing, your own energy field and how you act
and interact with yourself and others. Hold the line. This
(26:50):
is the frequency field this and you can find this
if you want to join us for May. You can
dip your toe in for one month in the month
of May, and we explore all of these things together
and how they are happening in real time, but also
how we see ourselves engaging and evolving through this through
the astrology, the numerology, our day to day personal lives.
(27:13):
And it's intimate and it's real and it's healthy, safe community.
That is also way outside the box, but it's so true.
So if you're looking for something deeper and that kind
of connection, join us. Try it for a month. Check
out the show notes. But as we close the month,
(27:34):
besides that business right there that I was talking about,
that can be shocking and jarring, and it can be
shocking and jarring in your personal life or on the
world stage. So just it's one of those days I
would lay low. I would just if I would get
an umbrella and say, lay low. It's a kind of
one of those energy days, like that's it, like the
twenty fifth, twenty sixth, twenty seventh of May. But then
(27:56):
right after that we have a sad full moon to
close out the month on the third first. Sag is like,
you know, larger than life energy when it's on, it's on,
And a sage full moon is like party time and
it's expansive and fun and freedom seeking. It's kind of like,
oh we made it. But like sage full moons, you
(28:17):
can really go overboard, like too much, you know, too
much of one thing is out of whack. So too
much of a tonic can even be poison so too
much of anything can be poisonous. At the end of
the month, remember that it is about balance, harmony, and reciprocity.
So there is a lot going on astrologically and numerologically
(28:42):
this month, and I want to go through the core themes.
And I'm going to be as succinct as I can
with this and very straightforward, because like I said, it's
a month where I have this oracle card, this oracle deck,
and when I tap in and tune into the energy
of May. This is the oracle card that keeps coming up,
(29:02):
and it's into the Unknown. And it's an oracle card
and it's from an old Collette Baron Reid deck. It's
the very first deck I ever got, I don't know,
thirteen years ago, long time ago. And it's a woman
and she's dressed in this beautiful ball gown like with
a corset and everything. And you can tell she probably
has on like high heels, but she has a blindfold
(29:24):
over her eyes and her hands her palms are outstretched
in front of her like she is carefully, mindfully feeling
her way through things. But the card is into the unknown.
And essentially the message is if all of your if
your normal sensory perceptions, your taste, your touch, your sight,
(29:48):
your smell were taken away and you could just feel
and into it your way through things, how would you move?
Do you trust your intuition? Can you be intentional? Mindful
and slow? That's that is the imagery of all of May.
And guess what it's gonna annoy that, you know what
out of you because it's like, oh my gosh, it's
(30:09):
like things are so slow, or come on, get it
done or like your energy field is going to feel
I'm just gonna say it really out of whack and
out of tune at points different than April. But it
is like the slower you go, the more you breathe.
It's it's quality over quantity kind of energy or simplify
(30:32):
to amplify. So that's that's the oracle card that is
like so burned in my mind right now, Core Thame one.
Reciprocity requires discernment. Why am I saying this? This is
about asking yourselves what relationships are exemplatory in my life?
(30:54):
And that gets you get to include the relationship with
yourself and the relationship with your high yourself and your
higher power. Please include those two. I would say, include
those two first and foremost. Then the people in your life,
whether it's your children, your spouse, your work colleagues, your boss,
people that work for you, whatever, siblings, whatever. The dynamic is,
(31:18):
what are the exemplatory relationship ships in your life? And
hopefully you don't have fifteen and I know that sounds
kind of funny, but there should be one or two
that just stand out and you're like this, this is
a healthy relationship. This is what reciprocity, symbiosis, synergy feels
(31:38):
like I trust them they trust me innately no matter what,
through the highs and lows and the tell tale sign
and this is so wild, y'all. I went to dinner
last night with a friend of mine that I've made
most of you know, if you're new to the podcast, welcome,
by the way. My name is Amanda Riga Green and
a psychic medium intuitive astralla your numerologists. But I now
(32:02):
live in Quinca, Ecuador, in the Southern Hemisphere, and we've
been here about eight months, so we're settling in. But
I went to dinner with a friend last night, Miamiga,
and she's half Columbian, half Venezuelan, but she lives here
in Quinca and she and I practice English and Spanish together.
She speaks really great English actually, so sometimes I get
(32:22):
to exhale. But we've become good friends. So we went
to dinner last night and I gosh, y'all, I felt
like a like a normal person, like I went. I
told my husband, I was like, I'm going to dinner
with a friend. I mean, when you move to another
country with a different culture and another language and you're
learning and you know, I'm not twenty years old, I'm
(32:42):
forty five. Making friends except it's intentional. I don't and
I am if you know me, like, I'm pretty outgoing
and charismatic. It's not difficult for me to connect and socialize.
But I don't do it the same way I used to.
I'm very intentional. So it's interesting that the field and
(33:03):
my experience has actually slowed me down because of the
language barrier. But I show up every day. So anyway,
So anyway, go to dinner with a friend and we
were having She's so like amazing spiritually on the same
(33:25):
wavelength frequency all the things and communicating all this stuff
in Spanglish is so wild for the two of us,
but like we get it. But she was talking about
a friend of hers she's had for about six or
seven years, the who she cares about very much. But
she was talking about since the beginning of the friendship,
(33:45):
the red flags, and she said, I care about her,
but I don't trust her. There's a subtle level of
competition always it's like a little passive aggressive, a little
us don't deserve this, you know, Oh yeah, you work hard,
but I'm still better. Or so it's competitive. It's quietly competitive,
(34:09):
quietly insecure. So the energy is not a match, and
it wasn't a match from the beginning. But what do
we do we ignore? Are those red flags? Oh but
I love them, I care about them. And guess what.
Some of the people that are our friends are our
family of origin. They're people that may not ever be
(34:30):
leaving our lives, you know, some of the intimate relationships
we have or people we love very much, but there
may be lack of reciprocity. But she was talking about
this and she was like, I care about her, but
it's always this, It's always this, And she says, I
don't know what to do about it, and I'm like, gosh,
(34:51):
I guess it just requires discernment. You try translating that
in Espanol discernment. But she was able to use some
where she used the word relationship dynamic in English and
in the right context. I was so amazed by her.
I was like, you're awesome. You know it's Banglish. But anyway,
is energy moving both ways with mutual investment, mutual respect,
(35:15):
and mutual responsibility. And for me, the biggest question over
the past handful of years is with this friendship or relationship,
Am I comfortable enough to share my joy not my sorrows?
Because usually those kind of people where there's an off
dynamic and there is a competition or an insecurity with somebody,
(35:36):
it's fine to share your pain because they'll sympathize and
get on board and help you out and they genuinely care.
And a lot of times this is not malicious stuff.
So what I'm pointing out here in relationships, intimacy and discernment,
it's not necessarily about anybody being malicious. And this is
(35:56):
not about setting a boundary and being judgmental and calling
somebody out. There's nothing harsh about this. There's actually something
very compassionate and sovereign about this. Does the energy flow
both ways? And for me a lot of the times,
the question is if something really beautiful and amazing happened
(36:16):
in my life, am I comfortable sharing it with this person?
Or do I know that if I share it there's
gonna be a slight tinge of animosity, competition like jealousy,
and again, not malicious. Can you all know what I'm
talking about? So what do we do in this energy?
(36:41):
It's about cleansing and clearing your energy, And the point
in which you operate from. So this is a great
month to really recognize where you overgive, over invest where
life or relationship or a dynamic is not giving back
(37:03):
to you synergistically. So where is there an imbalance and energy?
Think about that. And again, this is not about verbally
communicating that to somebody or expressing it. It's about communicating
it and being honest with thinking yourself and noticing where
you can begin to take back your own sovereignty energetically
(37:27):
and shift the dynamic or be mindful of your intimacy
and where you give. So it's about being discerning, really
choosing your time, energy, actions and actions and interactions wisely
core theene Number two, What are your limitations? This was
like yelling at me earlier today as far as a
(37:50):
theme energetically, when I was just I was in my
like walking meditation around this and I was at the gym.
Actually it's like when are they like, I'm just that's
how I when I'm my autonomic body is moving and
I'm physically like exerting energy, It's like that's when I
just channel. Stuff starts coming in downloads, And it was limitations.
(38:11):
What are your limitations? Amanda? What are your limitations. And
this is again not about lack or scarcity. It's about wisdom,
it's about structure, it's about embodiment and truth. This is
very Taurus, by the way, because Tarus does govern and
oversee the material world and is very practical in the
(38:32):
way of finances, business, day to day stuff. It can
get stuck, but it's about embodiment. Taurus is about like
living in this three dimensional reality. But the question is
in all your talents, time, the energy that you have.
(38:53):
Our energy is so precious right now and it gets
pulled in every direction through all of the social media,
the news, the responsibilities, all the just being human, you know,
the things that we have in life and the inflation
that's happening and how we live day to day and survive.
And what are bandwidth? This are limitations that what are
(39:16):
your limitations? I'm asking you what is your actual capacity?
What is your bandwidth? What is the most valuable use
of your life force and time? So ask yourself this month,
am I adding something to my plate that's actually a
valuable use of my time and energy? Or am I
(39:38):
adding it on because I'm afraid that I'm not enough
or I'm not gonna have enough if I don't do this,
or it's not gonna look like I do enough. If
I'm watching golf at two o'clock in the afternoon. I
have to tell you all something so weird. And it's
actually a very specific example. A few years ago, was
on the phone with one of my sisters, and I
come from a workaholic family. Like it is in my cells,
(40:02):
my DNA, my sibling, We've all exhibited it. We've all
gone through our highs and lows and grown and evolved
through it and in it sometimes. And I mean it
was very much exhibited by our father, and like it
was passed down genetically and Workoholism and all of also,
like you know, what you achieve externally, credentials, titles, awards,
(40:29):
defining your internal worth, and that's still you know, I mean,
that's a thing. And to me, I've shifted so much
from that. But where I'm going with this is, I
remember I was on the phone with my sister, and
I don't know, we were just talking about life and
stuff and just things happening. And this was kind of
an off the cuff comment, but she mentioned that like
(40:51):
she had gotten home and stuff was going on and
her husband was watching golf at two o'clock in the afternoon,
and he's in sales and business, so he's got that
flexible schedule, so does she. But it was like, do
you know two o'clock on a Tuesday watching golf? You know,
I mean, he was just taking a moment, taking a break,
And this guy is not like like her husband is
not a lazy guy, you know. But it's weird. I've
(41:14):
heard that like a few times, like who watches daytime TV?
Who watches TV at two o'clock in the afternoon? And
I agreed with her. She's like, who watches TV? A
who has time on a Tuesday to watch TV? Or
you know whatever? And I knew what she was alluding to.
So this is not any kind of like, you know,
attack on what. I get it. But it's so weird
(41:35):
because three years ago I was like, exactly, who watches
TV at two o'clock on a Tuesday? Oh my gosh, y'all.
If I have a little bit of time and flexibility
in my schedule, a lot of times it may be
two o'clock, I might go to the gym, but sometimes
I will sit down and watch a thirty minute TV show,
you know, or I will just lie down and sit
(41:58):
and talk with the dogs. Or do you know sometimes
at two o'clock, if I have a free spot, my
husband and I will play dominoes. And I used to
feel guilty about that, and now it's like, gosh, that
is such an effective use of thirty forty minutes because
I stop, I pause, I reset, It's like taking a
(42:19):
smoke break. Right. So when I bring this back to
what are your limitations? What is your actual capacity today?
And is it okay for you to slow down and
stop at two o'clock on a Tuesday. If you do,
I have a window and oh my gosh, like just
go take a yoga class, or you know, get on
(42:41):
the phone with a friend you haven't talked to him forever,
who feels like home? Or go by yourself a yogurt,
a fro, you I don't whatever, watch golf, watch golf,
golf's going on, watch golf, whatever. But it's okay to
do that at two o'clock. And maybe that is your
capacity and that's actually an effective use. So what is
(43:02):
your bandwidth and what's a valuable use of your life force?
So this means it is imperative for you to get
clear on what your gifts and talents are, what the
best use of your time is, how you use your
time wisely, And then what is draining and sucking energy
or where you can say no or reorganize your schedule,
(43:26):
and that may be in relationships. So limitations here are
not failures, but they're instructions. This is probably the most
important thing I can say about this. Limitations are instructions
for how the future you, the next level of you,
wants to be supported. It's the scaffolding, it's your capacity,
(43:50):
you're bandwidth, it's the scaffolding. And if you're in the
frequency field, shout out. That's six dimensional energy. Right. That's architecture.
It's a lot of avatar kind of virtual reality architecture
that relates to limitations and architecture and construction. So I
won't go down that path, but I'm just just saying,
(44:13):
all right, so just remember in this months, ask yourself.
It's not so much you know what am I capable of,
as it is what is no longer mine to carry?
What is no longer mind to carry? And the third
and final energetic core theme of May, like I said,
(44:36):
is kind of elusive. It's very lunar now you get
I was like, uh so lunar like three lunations this month,
the sixth energy it's very intuitive. So it's emotional maturity,
emotional sovereignty, energetic responsibility. Like it's just kind of all intertwined.
So to me, the third theme is intuition. I'm just
(44:59):
gonna put it that way. What do you know? What
do you believe? What do you trust? What is your energy?
And not? Where are you taking on other people's energy?
And where you done with the BS? I tell you
one thing that energetic clearing, Like it feels like a
(45:20):
lot of emotional energetic intuitive clearing. And again it's almost
like I don't have the language to articulate this to
you all, but I know you're going to feel it.
In May, there's some kind something shifting maturing. Like if
you look back from May to January and you're like, dang, whoa,
(45:45):
oh my gosh, this has happened. This you've grown a lot.
I bet I know it, I have I can I
know you have ever. I know you've grown, You've evolved,
you've changed. How are you demonstrating that? How are you
living that? And are you letting yourself settle into it?
So there's something maturing, becoming more clear in your intuition,
(46:10):
in your consciousness, in your energetic field as things are shifting,
changing and speeding up. And a lot of this is
going back to that leaking energy thing, which I did
a whole episode on that with chakra energy, and we'll
link it is where are you leaking energy? And that
(46:32):
goes back to these questions of discernment or limitations. It's
kind of feeds in with an ecosystem to these themes.
But how does your not only your emotional intelligence, but
your emotional sovereignty turn into practical action? And one of
the things I can say in this third very elusive
(46:52):
intuitive energetic theme is it feels like a month where
more will be revealed, meaning you don't know what you
don't know yet. Like so it's it's a month where
things are happening in real life, in real time, in
(47:13):
the present moment, so being as grounded and clear and present.
And the way I think of this, maybe the way
I can put a picture out of the third core
theme is like an oak tree or a sequoia, two
(47:33):
different trees but kind of same same on the what
I'm about to say, if you've ever seen a sequoia
like it've been to the I mean redwood, Like, my
mind was blunt. I grew up with oak trees, really
big old oak trees, like three hundred year old oak trees,
living in Louisiana. I'm pretty used to that. But like
a redwood blew my flop. I didn't. I just didn't
(47:56):
know until I stood at the base of a redwood
and felt so small and the majesty of it. But
those trees, redwoods, oak trees, it's the roots right, like
rooted connected to the earth, the frequency of the energy,
and then branches that just extend out to the sky.
(48:16):
A few years ago when we moved to Wimberley, when
we lived in Wimberley, Texas and we were taking care
of my mom, there's lots of cedar trees in the
hill country in Texas. They kind of overtake everything. But
we have the cedar tree in the backyard that I
could see from our bedroom windows. So when I would
wake up in the morning and I have my coffee,
you know, i'd sit there and I would just look
(48:37):
outside at the sun coming up in the cedar tree.
But one of the things that I noticed, and this
sound this is really elementary, but to me it was
so magical and majestic. I could see the tree growing.
And where I saw the tree growing was at it
on its branches. At the end of its branches, you
(48:59):
could see new life, like new branches coming out, new sprouts,
new leaves, new little like, you know, tentacles coming from
the branches. And in my mind, I was like, well,
I've never thought about how a tree grows. Doesn't it
grow from the base, and you know the concentric circles
about the age of a tree and certain trees. And
I was like, but I'm like, I'm seeing this tree
(49:21):
grow in real time each and every day, like there's
just more and more and more life through the seasons.
That's kind of what the third theme of May feels like.
It's growth, it's new life. It's seeing a tree get
older and grow each and every day and being mesmerized
(49:47):
by it. So this is about seeing yourself in a
way that maybe you've never seen yourself before. More will
be revealed within and around yourself at your own magnificence,
your own light, your own beauty, and your own power,
and remembering that and seeing it in other people, seeing
(50:09):
it in other people and loving on the people you
love and beaming that love out into the world. There's
so much distortion and pain and a lot of tragedy
happening personally for people. When my heart goes out. There's
been a lot of trauma and death and some suicide
in and around my life and people I know and
(50:32):
acquaintances and people that are sick and on hospice. I mean,
just this morning somebody called me and somebody has Alzheimer's
and it is now on hospice, and I know of
recent very traumatic suicide, and I mean the list goes on,
and so we're not in easy times. We are very
(50:53):
energetically susceptible to buying into a delusional story that we're
not worth it, we're not enough, and it'd be better
off with us, or let me just dixit. Don't buy
into that story. You're here for a reason you are
and this month is so powerful. I'm so glad you
joined me today. I know that was a ton I
(51:13):
know it was so much. So maybe hopefully you're probably
like I had to ingest this in multiple things, or Amanda,
you just lost me. But I hope not. I hope
you stick with me. I hope you these things resonate
and I know that your meaning is evolving. May you
meet yourself in a higher frequency this month and see
(51:35):
your majesty, your life, and your glory. I'm reading for us.
