Do you want to clearly express who you are, process your feelings and emotions, and be able to engage with the world in a way that is grounded but also clear, meaningful, and purposeful?

This week, we move from the fluid, emotional depths of the sacral into the Heart Chakra—the sacred bridge between our physical reality and our highest consciousness. Right now, we are collectively being asked to move from the "Human Doing" back into the "Human Being."

In this episode of Soul Sessions, Amanda explores how the heart is far more than just a center for kindness; it is an electromagnetic powerhouse and the gateway to 5th Dimensional energy. When we clear the heart, we stop living from our conditioning and start living from our essence, allowing manifestation to click into place with multi-dimensional speed.

This episode explores:

  • The Bridge Between Worlds: Understanding the heart as the meeting place between your lower physical chakras and your upper spiritual centers.
  • The Paradox of Expansion: Why touching your deepest pain and suppressed sadness is the exact key to experiencing infinite love and oneness.
  • Human Being vs. Human Doing: Shifting from the "administration" of your life to the legacy of your soul. Why are you really here?
  • The DNA of the Heart: The physical connection between the heart’s anatomy, your DNA, and how breathing into your chest clears the pineal gland to activate intuition.
  • Breaking Time and Space: How to recognize those "glitch in the matrix" moments of pure bliss where the 5D frequency takes over.
  • Clearing the Log Jam: How to identify ancestral, karmic, and genetic conditioning that manifests as tension in the ribs, lungs, and thoracic spine.
  • The Witness Effect: The science of "Paying it Forward" and why witnessing kindness provides a bigger energetic spike than even receiving it.

WORK WITH THIS EPISODE

For the next 7 days, focus on the bridge of your Heart Chakra:

  • The 4-Second Inhalation: Inhale deeply through your nose for 4 seconds. Feel your chest expand and visualize your spinal fluid traveling from your sacrum up into your brain, washing your pineal gland and clearing the "log jam."
  • Body Awareness: Notice any tightness in your intercostal muscles (between the ribs), shoulder blades, or chest. When you feel tension, acknowledge the emotion behind it—whether it’s sadness or joy—without bypassing it.
  • Acts of High Frequency: Perform one random act of kindness with "no strings attached." Notice how the energetic exchange shifts your frequency and the frequency of those who witness it.
  • Visualize Emerald Green: During your morning routine, envision a vibrant green light (Jade or Emerald) emanating from your chest, acting as a signal to the field that you are open to receive and ready to lead from love.

Reclaim your agency and authority by standing in your truth—whether that is the weight of sadness or the radiance of joy.

By refusing to bypass your emotions, you bridge the gap to the mystical and the otherworldly. Embrace your frequency, live it honestly, and watch how it transforms everything you touch!

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Hi, everyone, it's Mana Rico Green. Welcome to Soul Sessions.
Thank you for joining me. Today we're going to continue
the series on the chakras. If you've listened to the
past handful of episodes, we have explored the root chakra,
the sacral chakra, and the solar plexus, and those lower chakras,

(00:29):
which I feel like is such a misnomer because there's
nothing lower about them. They are the gateway, the latch
key energy or energetic spaces in our body that create
an alignment in the human and material plane along with
the higher dimensions of energy for us to not only

(00:51):
manifest and magnetize, but to feel safe, secure and grounded,
to clearly express who we are and process feelings and emotions,
and to be able to engage and interact with the
world in a way that is rooted and grounded, but
also true, clear, meaningful, purposeful, and gosh, aren't we all

(01:17):
looking for that right now? Things that feel truer, meaningful,
purposeful versus all of this distraction and clickbait that we
have coming at us. So today we're going to jump
into the heart chakra. And the heart chakra is just
think about it, literally, it is the bridge between those
lower chakras and the upper chakras. Again lower and upper

(01:40):
being a misnomer, but it is this gateway and the
heart chakra. I think a lot of times when I
say heart chakra, what do you think of? What did
you say? Love? Like love? You know, love, unconditional love, kindness, compassion,
you know, mushy st oneness, even you know that feeling

(02:03):
of ah, we're all connected. That's closer to it, Like,
that's closer, like ah, this oneness, we're all connected. And
I've also used a lot of language in the past
year around dimensional energy. So fifth dimensional energy is absolutely
connected to the heart chakra, and I will tie that in.
But yes, it is about love and compassion relationships, but

(02:26):
it is so much more than that. It's this meeting
place between the chakras. And it's where this is gonna
sound kind of weird, and I'm going to explain it
to you, but it's where survival, root chakra, feeling, sacral chakra, identity,

(02:49):
solar plexus, grief, sadness, truth, soul begin to organize and
create coherence. It's a bridge, and it's the heart chakra
is a part of our presence, our connection and also
where our deeper purpose maybe not originates or lives, but

(03:12):
where our deeper purpose aligns cohesively with something higher and greater.
And it's thinking about, you know, when we just zoom
out sometimes when we get so stuck in our day
to day the administration of our lives and being human,
because it's a lot right, the bills, kids, responsibilities, work people,

(03:36):
family relationships, I mean, you name it. We've got a
litany of things that we answer to and we feel like,
you know that saying human doings versus human beings. The
heart chakra is the human being piece versus the doing piece,
and it's where that clicks essentially, But it's the zoom

(03:58):
out of WHOA like, why am I here? And what
is this matter in the grand scheme of things? I
remember the first time somebody gave me that analogy of
what's your dash you know on your headstone, your tombstone
where it says she was born in nineteen eighty and
died in twenty forty seven. I don't know. I just

(04:19):
gave you my death date. Not really, I just arbitrarily
pulled out from the sky. Now I'm gonna do the
math and be like, why did that come out. But
so what nineteen eighty because that is when I'm born
two thousand and forty seven, and the dash like, what's
your dash? Like what it's your legacy? What did you
truly leave behind? And immediately when I say that, and

(04:42):
this is heart chakra stuff. Okay, So heart chakra is
not a bullet point list love connection. It's like evoked feeling.
It's essence. And it's so funny when my mom was
sick and I was taking care of her when she
was terminally ill. You know, moms or moms, they're great moms,
poor moms, good mom's, bad moms or moms doesn't matter.

(05:04):
It's your blood. It's the woman who literally I'm biologically
the biological mother who gave birth to you. And walking
through that death experience and that last year of her
life was so different than the way I lost my father,
which was acute and traumatic in my teen years. So
this was a different experience of grief and loss and
losing that parent. But one of the things I witnessed

(05:27):
that I had in forty some odd years of living
and knowing my mother, my mother's legacy became so clear,
like what her soul's probably her greatest, her dash, her meaning,
her purpose, what she left behind, and do you know
what it was? And I would never have been able

(05:48):
to name this before. It was friendship. Friendship Like that's
such a zoom out right, Who's born? Is? Like one
of my legacy is friendship? But when I say that
and it translates. My mom had so many friends, acquaintances,
people she knew, and people who she had touched from

(06:11):
different eras and times in her life. And they'd say, Gosh,
Lisa was such a good friend or man, I'm gonna
miss Lisa's friendship. Like that word would come up again
and again. Something in the heart chakra is part of
your dash, part of the legacy you leave and how
you're living and leading that legacy. And what's funny or

(06:36):
curious or even maybe hard to explain about the heart
chakra is the heart chakra a lot of times is
connected to the root chakra, like what we've survived, like, oh, gosh,
I lived through that? What did I learn? Gosh that
was hard? Or what we have really felt viscerally in
our body trauma And a lot of times it's trauma

(06:58):
and pain, not always joy and happiness. But what we've
really felt experientially. It's also the heart chakra is sometimes
what we've suppressed, the things we have buried, because to me,
a lot of times heart chakra is sadness and sadness,
if you know, in energetic systems in the body, a

(07:18):
lot of times sadness and grief get trapped right here
in the chest, and oftentimes in podcasts I've talked about
massaging right under the clavicle. It's a pressure point, an
acupressure point where sadness and grief is trapped. And if
you press on either the right or the left side,
it doesn't matter. You know your heart's on the left
side and then you've got the right side. But if

(07:40):
you press on those pressure points right underneath your clavical
it's kind of usually it doesn't feel great, like it
is kind of like hurts so good, kind of feeling
like you can fee you're like ooh ooh, yeah, ooh,
there's something tense there, and then you rub on it
for a little bit and it starts to create space
and alleviate. But that's where grief and sadness live in

(08:04):
the body. So the heart chakra is connected to some
really deep wounding and pain, but what's paradoxical about the
heart chakra is when you really, when we and when
I in my experience, have touched true pain, true sadness,

(08:27):
it's when infinite expansion happens. It also happens when I
feel unconditional love or oneness or connection. It's almost the
same darn thing. I remember again, I'm going to relate.
I'm going to relate this back to as many experiential
moments as I can offer you that will help not trigger,

(08:50):
but evoke something within you. And I want you to
feel it and notice it in your heart. But I
remember after my mom died and I'm forty years old,
and I was driving and I was like, goshiting this
was probably four months five months after she died, and
I'm driving and I'm like, goush, what is that that

(09:11):
I'm feeling? I couldn't name it. And then all of
a sudden, I was like, oh, I feel sad. Sounds
so basic, doesn't it, And to me it was. It
was kind of revelatory and basic. And then it was
all of a sudden I was like, oh, I feel
sad right now, and that sadness was not consuming me,

(09:32):
overwhelming me, frightening me, and it was like I just
kept driving and feeling sad, and I can see myself.
I was driving to the grocery store. I know exactly
where I was. I can see this like two or
three years ago, and I was like, oh, I feel
sad And the moment I named it and touched it,
it was like that sadness was the most beautiful sadness.

(09:57):
It was so true and so real that it's like
my system, my logic, my survival coping mechanisms. The root chakra,
the sacred chakra, the solar plexus didn't like boom block,
it like it. It let me touch something infinite and
vast in the sadness that was as beautiful as utter joy,

(10:23):
unconditional love, just unbridled majesty, aw sadness, grief, pain was
as beautiful as that. So think about for a minute
those moments where you have felt something so deep and
so true that's it's like infinite, it's one. That's the

(10:47):
heart chakra. And on a literal level, if we go
to heart chakra, one oh one stuff. Yes, the heart
chakra is associated with green crystals. I would recommend to
work with the heart chakra would be jade green adventuring
green calcite, green stones. Yes, do those things resonate with

(11:09):
the heart chakra and the beauty of the heart chakra.
And when I think about that's on the logical plane,
the heart chakra, I do see a beautiful emerald green.
And if I could turn my camera around a little bit,
I've got a plant here on my desk and it's this.
It's not an ivy, but it's it's in the family
of ivy and it is thriving, and I mean like

(11:32):
super stunning and beautiful. And a green thumb is something
I have just started to cultivate in the last few years.
But it's like, ah, that's the heart chakra, all those
beautiful hues of green. And sometimes I think of the
heart chakra rauh as far as a visceral image and
color like the Emerald City and the Wizard of Oz.

(11:53):
Nothing that that represents just that sparkly emerald color. So
sure those crystals that I mention, and yes, that color green.
And also the parts of the body, and this part
is is important and it's where we're going to go
a little bit deeper with this even but beyond that essence,
presence and feeling is the heart chakra is. Yes, the

(12:16):
heart as an organ, which we know now through all
these scientific studies that keep evolving, is electromagnetic. It's got
more sensory perceptions than we even know how to count
or explore, way more than the brain as far as
sensory perception, intelligence, electromagnetic qualities. So, yeah, the heart, And

(12:40):
have y'all seen maybe you have recently, but I know
you've seen it in like TV shows and stuff or
whatever somebody actually pulls out a heart and what the
heart as an organ looks like. But have you seen
that when you unwind, like the heart is like actually
kind of bound and wound up, and when you unwind it,
it kind of it creates what looks like a DNA strand,

(13:02):
Like it's like a curly spiral, looped loop and it
unwinds into this long strand that looks like DNA. Just
that visual in and of itself, Like, that's the heart chakra.
It's so connected to our consciousness, our DNA, our evolution.
It's the gateway into something infinite that it lives within us,

(13:25):
the universe. Within the heart chakra is also the lungs,
the intercostal muscles, the rib cage, your back and your
shoulder blades, like we always, I not we always. I
mean that's just me talking. Sorry blanket statement, But oftentimes

(13:47):
it's easy to reduce the heart chakra to the front
of the body, right opening up the chest in this area.
But the back of the body, flipping a is important.
The shoulders, the shoulder bl that's freaking where your angel
wings live, you know, like the front and the back,
those intercostal muscles, the tissue and when we breathe, which

(14:10):
if you're listening to this, I know that you know
the importance of breath. And even in these past episodes,
I can't remember which segment, but I talked about just
the simple not four four four four four four four.
What's called box breathing. I don't like to call it
that because I think it's so limiting, because it's more

(14:31):
like a cube or Metatron's cube. Box breathing simplifies it.
But inhaling four seconds, holding four seconds, exhaling four seconds,
holding four seconds, repeating four times, so it's actually four
four four four. That's a lot of numerology there, and
you know I can get lost in that. But the
breath and the heart and the oxygen, that's heart chakra stuff.

(14:55):
And Joe Despenza is the one that I clinically scientifically
learn this from. But I remember him saying in a
lecture years ago that when we breathe in deeply, so
at maybe minimum a four second deep full inhalation through

(15:15):
the nose, like from the base of the spine up
through the nose, the moment you feel your chest expand
where if you breathe right now, let's just let's do
a four second breath together through the nose. Let's do
a four second breath together through the nose. Ready inhale

(15:40):
one two three four, go ahead, audible x health at
about three one two three, boom, It hit your heart chakra,
It hit your chest, your lungs, and your lungs expanded,
he said. The moment the breath hits the heart and

(16:03):
you keep going on your inhale, so more than three
or four seconds, he said, the spinal fluid travels from
the sacrum the like down at the base of your spine,
and the moment it hits your heart, it inevitably the
spinal fluid goes up into the brain and clears the

(16:24):
pineal gland. And when you do that over and over
and expanding and breathing. You are washing energy and all
that good stuff and plasma and whatever is in the
spinal fluid up into the pineal and you're interconnecting the
right and left hemispheres of the brain. You're activating new

(16:44):
neural networks in the brain. You're cleansing and clearing the
pineal gland. What is the pineal gran That's where we
have our intuition. Oh, the pineal glands. The third eye,
you know, like you'll do the math. Where where does
that latch key moment happened? The heart chakra and the
lungs through what the breath and it connects the root

(17:07):
chakra to the crown, the crown like it connects at all.
And it's so simple. It's like, gosh, okay, well, how
do I do all this? We'll just breathe, just breathe,
and we have to breathe to survive, but breathe deeper.
And that's what the heart chakra is. The heart chakra
is breathing deeper into ourselves in life. And we're such

(17:30):
shallow breathers, you know, I mean, think about how many
people are on sea paps because we have trouble breathing
at night because it's shallow breath. But we also shallow
breathe in the day, and we just don't realize it.
And it's the one thing where you can just stop
and breathe and cleansing clear your energy. The heart chakra

(17:52):
really does live in the body in these spaces. And
I want to give you two examples to connect this
in a way. I want you to think about what
resonates for you and where you feel this in your heart.
But a lot of times the heart can create tension
and tightness. And I know these days we have a

(18:13):
lot of people have comorbidities with COPD and CHF, congestive
heart failure and heart and lung stuff. So it's heart
chakras stuff, but our anxiety. Think about when you feel anxiety,
it's like for me a lot of times that anxietily
like kind of ping in my diaphragm right in my

(18:35):
solar plexus. But then boom, it goes right into the
heart and the throat and it gets it's a trapped
energy between the solar plexus and my throat chakra, and
it's like you know, and you just and then it
goes straight up into the pineal into the brain and
the third eye, and then it just takes over your
whole body, especially if you go into hyperventilation, full blown panic,

(18:56):
a dack mode where you can't breathe and like you
can't even see straight and it's like fear kind of
almost like you're drowning, you know, and you can't you
know how to swim, but you can't remember how to
swim and get above water. Like something right there in
the heart chakra happens with the lung and the body,
and like we're feeling so much energy through the heart

(19:18):
right now. That's why I'm explaining that. But one thing
I want you to want to take you back to
to relate some of this and interconnect it, and especially
with fifth dimensional energy, the fourth dimension. Let me remind you,
and I've talked about this in a lot of podcast episodes,

(19:39):
and especially i've referenced it in some of these chakra episodes.
The fourth dimension is mental and emotional, and it's where
a lot of us get stuck because we're thinking and
we're feeling, and there's like this disconnect between our emotional
intelligence and our actual cognition and intelligence. So it's moving

(19:59):
into emotional sovereignty and clear consciousness, and that's what busts
us into that fifth dimensional heart space, which can feel
like cohesion and love and connectedness. I was about three
and a half years old, so this is like a solid,
clear memory. It was three and a half, I was

(20:19):
maybe four. I know where we lived, so that's how
we moved so much when I was We moved so
much between the ages of zero and eighteen nineteen. I've
moved a lot in my life. But anyway, I know
where I lived, so I know how old I was.
I was three and a half or four, and we
had this living room and it was a week night

(20:41):
or something, and I was playing in the living room
and all the lights were out. And I think I've
told this story before, but it's it's so poignant and
heart shocker related. But I was. We had this rocking
chair that was like a fabric covered rocking chair that
my mom had. She had two of them, and I
would like sit. I would get in the rocking chair

(21:03):
and I would stand on my head and I would
rock like so in the back of the chair, I'd
like do my gymnastics. I was basically doing a headstand
and rocking, and the lights were off and I remember
I had this little red nightgown on. It's so visceral
for me, Like I had this little red nightgown on,
and I'm you know, I'm sure the nightgown was coming
up to my face if you want a whole visual,

(21:23):
but I don't know. But I'm doing the rocking and
the rocking chair flipped and I didn't get hurt, but
I mean I screamed bloody murder and it scared me
to death because the whole thing flipped. And I was
just playing and having fun, and my mom came rushing in.
She heard me, and you know, she scooped me up

(21:43):
and she sat down on a chair and she held
me in her arms, and I was I wasn't hurt.
I was just in that you know, when a child
falls and scrapes their knee, it's scar it's fear. It's
all this fear more. It wasn't pain. So anyway, my
mom is rocking me, and she's started singing to me,
and she was singing like an old Christian hymn to me,

(22:08):
and like while she's rocking me, she's like singing this
song basically like talking about how I was a gift
from God and how precious I was to her, and
I remember like, I like, I can feel it now,
like you feel it, Like that's hard chakra, Like that's
hard chakra stuff. So like keep feeling it if you

(22:29):
feel something. But she's singing it, and she's singing how
precious I am to her, and I remember feeling it,
and I could feel tears running down my eyes and
something changed in the tears from the hysteria to like
the care and the safety and the oneness. And it
was so vast and so immense. And I remember in

(22:49):
that moment feeling that depth, and at three and a
half or four years old, I shut it down. There
was something like feeling that infinite feeling. I remember going
like stop, stop feeling this. You can't feel this. You
can't feel too much. This is dangerous. If you feel
this much, it's gonna be taken away from you, or

(23:12):
it's or you're gonna express yourself. It was like vulnerability,
but the infiniteness of vulnerability, like all the stuff that
Brene Brown talks about, you know, But I remember feeling
that at three and a half or four years old,
And I remember something in my cels, my consciousness and
my DNA, my karma whatever it was said, ah Amanda,

(23:34):
you can't feel that much. You can't feel that much
from your mother, you can't feel that much in the world.
It's unsafe. If you feel that much, it's gonna like
something about it, like took it away. And so it's
like from an early age, and I want you to
think about this. There's moments like think, can you think

(23:55):
about the first time like you have ever or win
or maybe recently, maybe it's recently that you've felt that
vastness and do you allow yourself to feel into the
vastness or do you have some kind of weird I've
used this word a lot stop gap, Like that's the

(24:16):
word for it. That's all I can think. It's like
a flap, a stop gap or do you use your
stop gap. It's kind of like watching a heartfelt movie
and like you start to tear up and it really
touches you somewhere you know internally, and then you catch
yourself emotional and then you again stop gap. Wait, I

(24:38):
shouldn't feel this much. Let me stop crying. I don't
need to cry, or I don't want to see somebody
to see me cry. That's the heart chakra, not the
stop gap. That's kind of the imbalanced, closed part of
the heart chakra that comes from those lower chakras and
that bridge to the upper chakras. But that vastness, whether

(25:00):
it's from fear, sorrow, pain, love, joy, compassion, it's like
it's all the same. It's where polarity meets. The heart
chakra is the in between, but it's where fear and
love meet. It's where internal and external meat. It's where
polarity fuses and what is there? Something infinite? It's where

(25:25):
time and space breaks. But you actually it's not a
consciousness thing. It's something felt in the body. So think
back to anytime you ever remember your heart opening, and
it's like your body knows that you're connected to something brilliant,

(25:49):
fifth dimensional, unconditional, magical and vast. But a lot of
times the mind will stop it or are there are
times when you can hold that feeling. Lately, when I've
been walking to the gym, i walk down to this
big hill and I walk to the gym. I've been
doing these long chakra alignment meditations in my own mind,

(26:13):
body and spirit and on my walk and it's because
I've been recording these, so I've been thinking about them.
So I started the route and I moved through and
in each chakra, I go through these gratitude exercises and
maybe I'll do some new meditations and everything. We've been
exploring a lot of this in the frequency field in
my private community, and if you're interested in that, or

(26:34):
you know you want to be a part of something
like that, it feels like the investment of your time
right now. There's a link in the show notes and
the bio for that. But we've been connecting a lot
of these frequencies. But I've been walking down the hill
and I've been doing my meditations and moving through the chakras,
and it's like every time I feel that space, that infiniteness,

(26:59):
more than I've ever done this, I am hold like
I am holding the line, like I am holding the
frequency as long as I can in linear time. And
this is a practice I practice for years. But something
right now in the energy field in the system feels different.
Where we can sustain that frequency and that frequency itself

(27:21):
and y'all know what I'm talking about. You've already felt it.
I know you have that energy that is just so
loving and vest that's what we're calling in right now.
To this new version of humanity. Could humanity really be
in the state of bliss, love, oneness peace? Think about

(27:44):
the times you've felt that, or the next time you
feel that, whether you are watching a movie or you
hear a song on the radio and it reminds you
of your deceased brother and you know he's sending you
a message, and all of a sudden, it's like time
and space bend and break and you feel whole and
true and it is the exact message you wanted. And

(28:06):
it opens and break. That's heart chakra, that's the open
balance energy, and it is not just personal. It is
not just for you and your body and expanding your
DNA and it yes, that is releasing endorphins and chemicals
and enzymes in the body. So there's a physiological response
that happens when the heart chakra opens like that, and

(28:26):
it imprints in the body. Jodaspenza would probably talk about this.
I've never heard him explain it that way, so this
is my own take on it. But that happens in
the body. But also when that happens, you are sending
energy out into the field. So when I'm walking down
that hill and I'm going through my chakras and I boom,

(28:47):
like something pings and I hit on it and I
feel it and I smile and it's coming through. I
don't keep it to myself. I will first start saying,
I am beaming this love out and anybody that hacked
me off for I feel like I'm still hanging on
to a resentment about or anybody in my life that
I know needs prayer and love and healing and blessing.

(29:10):
Like I just start beaming it out to people I know.
And then once I start doing that, then it's like,
oh my gosh, send it out to humanity. Send it
out to all these warzone places, these women, children, men
who are who are disrupted in life by all of
this geopolitical stuff and being the pawns of that. Like
I just start beaming it out and then you know,

(29:33):
I smile at the person that I walk by and
like beam it to them, the stranger on the street.
Do that, Like that is what balances increases that frequency.
That's heart, that's the heart chakra, and the heart chakra
is a muscles that like it's only going to work

(29:54):
if it's strengthened and utilized. And yes, the heart and
the lungs are autonomic muscles, organs, systems in our body
that we don't even have to think are out that
operate amazing. But you know what, the energy right now
is asking you to actually work the muscle, work the

(30:15):
muscle consciously, and the more you work that muscle, the
more it reverberates out into the field and it does matter.
And again, more and more studies are going to come
out and are coming out that show the taurus, the
energetic ring and the electromagnetic field around the heart that
amplifies and with the astrology, it's already happening now and
in the next handful of months, especially in twenty twenty six,

(30:38):
the heart chakra is probably going to be affected the
most and the adverse effects of that, And that's what
I want to jump into so you can be mindful of, Oh, shoot,
these might be clues that something is out of whack, blocked, closed,
and balanced. I want to jump into that part because
that's been so helpful for me and revelous toy. The

(31:01):
out of balance stuff is going to start coming through
more and more and more. And where are you going to?
Where will you likely experience it? And where's the greatest
opportunity in your heart, your heart chakra. So one example

(31:24):
is when we were moving and when we were liquidating
all of our stuff and moving down to Ecuador. If
you're new to the podcast, I am recording and living
full time in the southern hemisphere of the world, coming
from Ecuador, Quinca, Ecuador, up in the Andes Mountains. But
we made a move from Texas, a permanent move where

(31:45):
we we liquidated nearly everything. I mean in my forties,
got rid of cars, house obviously, but I mean all
the stuff both of my parents are deceased, furniture things,
all the physical things that I had clung onto and
hung on to or had to carry because it was inherited.

(32:09):
And I'm not just talking about the physical stuff. I'm
talking about the inherited behaviors, stuff in my genetics, my bloodline.
So you can imagine it was pretty immense cleansing. It
was a lot physically and physiologically. I mean, in the
midst of it, my appendix almost ruptured, like if you
remember back, I had to have that removed. And I've

(32:30):
talked about that in conjunction with my chakras too, as
my appendix also being a huge part of where I
carried toxin, especially in my root and sacral chakra. Anyway,
So I had all this paperwork that my mom and pictures,
like all the stuff that my mom had kept in bins,
and my mom was super ocd organized. It was on

(32:52):
all in these nice bins. But I didn't like, I
didn't know that just the extent of the contents. So
the contents had things like, you know, things that I
had done in first grade, letters, letters between sheet, love
letters between she and my dad, old paperwork, documentation, court
stuff of my dad's. It had a lot of heavy things.

(33:16):
It had a lot of beautiful things. Probably one of
the sweetest things I uncovered and then I'll get down
to business again. This is like heart chakra stuff, right.
One of the sweetest things I uncovered is my mom
had this Manila folder of like thirty letters that I

(33:36):
had written to my grandparents when I was in college.
Like y'all, I didn't I didn't remember that I lived
in a lot of trauma brain and trauma body in
college because of what had happened. My dad had had
a pulmonary embolism heart attack, dropped bed in front of
me when I was eighteen, just before I went to

(33:57):
college and that was in the nine. We didn't talk
about all this stuff. I didn't know all this language
and things. So anyway, but trauma, body and brain. But
these are my mom's parents. I loved them very dearly,
and they were so good to me. And that my
grandmother would send me like twenty bucks to just like
go get coffee. You know. I really struggled financially then.
But anyway, I didn't remember that I wrote them letters.

(34:21):
I didn't have a cell phone, we didn't have a
cell phone tower. So I wrote them letters. And I
find this Manila folder and I'd be like, hey, grandee,
you know, I had a really hard test today and
I studied for this, but it's really good. And thank
you for the coffee money. And tell Papa that's what
I call my grandparent, you know, like all this stuff.
So there was stuff like that in there, and then

(34:41):
there was just really hard stuff to look at between
my mom and my dad and my family of origin
and siblings half siblings and just a lot of stuff
and debt and pain and tragedy and miscommunication and it
just it brought up a lot of stuff. So you
get it, like if you were going through old pictures
and all the things. But every single time, without fail,

(35:06):
this pattern developed. When I would sit down and start
going through a bin, I'd be like, Okay, I'm gonna
go through one bin today. I'll get this done. About
twenty minutes in to going through a bin, my thoracic spine,
so the area like the heart chakra, that part of

(35:29):
my spine that starts at the rib cage essentially and
goes right before the sea spine, the neck, it's heart chakra.
Thoracic spine would start like tingling, aching, like somebody like
I had been carrying like a backpack of rocks up
mountaineer or something, you know what I mean, like that

(35:51):
kind of pain. And every time it would start throbbing,
it was like, well, I'm not hunched over. I don't
have bad posture. It doesn't have to do with where,
Like nothing physically in my posture or what I was
doing or anything going on signaled any kind of pain
in the thoracic and so I would stop. It would

(36:12):
like stop, my physical body would stop me in my
tracks and say quit, like you've done this for twenty minutes.
It's a lot mentally, emotionally, physically, energetically, spiritually, and you're
not You're not going anywhere past this heart chakra. Like
it was all like a log jam in my heart
chakra because I couldn't It was like I couldn't fully

(36:35):
contextualize process and feel emotions, so my heart chakra would
literally again stop gap. So I talk to you about
the infinite space of when the heart chakra is open, functioning,
sending the signal feeling you know, that oneness of divinity
in the universe. That's like open, that's highest spot. That's
hard chakra. But heart chakra is also the stop gap

(37:00):
when our physical body is clogged up log jam with experience.
And it was not just me going through that stuff
and organizing it and getting rid of it. Was just
a lot of ancestral stuff, So ancestral stuff that may
not even be yours karmac I'll use language, ancestral, karmic

(37:24):
or scientific stuff trapped in your genetics, stuff strapped in
yourselves in DNA. You can look at it any of
those ways, or go ahead at a fourth layer and
what was conditioned through your family of origin and what
you were taught to believe and do and act and
how not to act where all of you got covered up.
The essence of who you are on a soul level

(37:47):
gets covered up. So whether it's genetically, whether it's experientially
through your conditioning and lived experience, whether it's karma lifetimes
of energy in your own actions and interactions, good karma,
bad commra that you're carrying, or it is, it's just

(38:10):
it's where the logjam is of experience. That's where it
breaks and breaks open. So pay attention to your physical
body in that space. Heart, lungs, intercostals, rib cage, thoracic spine,

(38:31):
any breast, chest pecks like it's a lot of stuff.
And I say this on every chakra. I'm like, oh
my gosh, it's so much. It is. Each one is
so infinitely and vastly intricate. But go into those spaces
and know that this is where you time travel. Okay,

(38:56):
you breathe and you go back into memories and you
can literally breathe through and reorganize the energy. You have
so much power here. And when I say power, I'm
not talking about power systems, infrastructure, or ego. I am

(39:17):
talking about your sovereignty, your energetic field. And this is
the gateway to bridge your voice, your internal and external voice,
your throat chakra and communication, and also that seat of
empowerment and the heart is the place that knows. It
knows infinitely everything about who you are, why you are,

(39:40):
why you're here, and when it's imbalanced or shut down,
you can feel it. But anxiety and depression are also
signals of blockages and imbalances that yes, maybe experienced through
every single energetic system in the body, mind, and spirit.
But also it's like again logjam, heart, chakra, anxiety and depression.

(40:06):
So this is where you get to take your agency
and authority and become really honest and really true, and
whether it is in sadness and pain, beauty and joy,
whatever allows you to open up to that vastness, the void,
the infinite, the beyond, the divine, the mystical, the other worldly.

(40:31):
The more that you dance with that, acknowledge it, touch it,
interact with it, the more you will integrate that frequency
in and you start to live from a different space
in reality. And that's where your manifestation, magnetization, all that

(40:54):
stuff starts clicking. You're in the right place at the
right time. Person connect You were just thinking about meeting X,
Y and Z and this person appears with these resources,
Oh my gosh, or the windfall happens, or the forgiveness happens,
or you're set free, you know, and get a clean

(41:16):
diagnosis and bill of health after a long battle with
a disease. That's like boom. That's the stop gap creating
this cohesion, fifth dimensional, multidimensional energy. And I was gonna
say one more thing before I close, about the heart chakra.

(41:40):
It was like coming through when I was saying it,
and I don't know if I think of it, I'll
bring it through when we jump back in and talk
about the throat chakra. But I do encourage you to
find that frequency, like to eat and notice the imbalances
and to breathe through those and to not bypass, but

(42:04):
to really examine and embrace those. Whether it's showing up
physically for you, it's mental emotional to breathe and feel
and expand your heart space, but to share it with others.
And I know what I was going to say, and
I'll say this in closing. There have been studies done
where when we talk about paying it forward, what's revealed

(42:30):
in the energetic exchange in paying it forward acts of kindness,
random acts of kindness whatever you want to label that
right where the person that let's just do the coffee
line example, because that one's so easy. The person, you know,
you're in your coffee line and all of a sudden

(42:50):
you get up there to get your coffee and they're like, oh,
whatever you want, they just paid for it, you know,
and you may not even get to thank the person.
And it's like the person that walks away, they get
that like hit of dopamine ingratitude and joy just by
that random act of kindness that nobody else in the

(43:10):
world needed to know except for this small subset of
people and their energy, their energetic frequency spikes. The person
that is the receiver of the free coffee, the pay
it forward energy is blown away like oh my go
oh my gosh woes and then inspired to do something

(43:30):
kind for somebody else tomorrow the next day or ten
times throughout the day, or the bad moment that they
were just having just got flippin' derailed, and now they're like, oh,
life is good. People are good heart chakra higher frequency spike.
But who gets like the biggest frequency spike in the

(43:51):
studies they've done the people witnessing it, so the person
behind the person that's watching all this go down, the
guy or gallop the cash register getting to be a
part of that. Like the witness is the one that
gets the biggest energetic hit. But look at all the
energy hitting all these people from something kind and shifting

(44:11):
and changing reality and it busting out into the field.
That's the heart chakra. So if you're like, God, Amna,
you just gave me so much energy. I don't know
what the hell to do with all this stuff. I know,
you know me, Like it's like I go in and
there's so much stuff that comes through. I don't know.
Listen to it again, take some notes. But if you
don't do anything, remember to breathe and remember that more

(44:33):
than a three second full body breath, and once it
hits your heart, boom that like spinal column flow. Just
there is releasing and opening the space in your heart
to feel and tap into these frequencies, whether it is
sadness or joy, fear or love and bringing those together.
So just breathe, breathe deeply, breathe more than three or

(44:55):
four seconds, and do it a few times a day
like just that. And then if you're also like okay, fine,
what else, pay something forward, do something really kind, and
it doesn't have to be buying somebody something. Open the
door for somebody, like instead of asking your husband to
do the dishes, like you just jump in there and

(45:15):
do the dishes. Whatever it is. Take action freely with
no strings attached. That's the heart chakra. That's what enables,
you know, not needing to have a stop gap. All right, everyone,
