A lot of that is urban based. But we weren't there, right,

to make the experience overall better, right for you and
everybody else, Right, as long as you're hiring people that

are good at what they do, for sure, but also
just you know, teaching you the skill and shopping your
tools with regards to how to delegate.

But as far as like what they built was so powerful,

am listening to the music that's being programmed on their stages, right,
A lot of that is urban based. But we weren't there, right,
We weren't really on the stage. I wasn't really catering
to our culture. So you get to a point and

you start to ask yourself, well, why, right, why don't
we have this? And nobody can really answer that question,
like back in two thousand and seven, two thousand and.

I was like, we need to have this kind of
safe ground, this space, this this pilgrim pilgrimage right where
people come from all over and and and you know
what I'm saying that the homies are coming in from
from New York and Michigan and LA and and we
have this space where we can just celebrate all kinds

of music, Like don't put us in a box, right,
Like why can't.

same space Like to us, it makes sense, it makes sense,

I would get from from those folks was it will

you how do you manage your mental health during that time?

do you manage that?

I mean I think you managed the things that you
can't control. You you you invest in and things you can't.
You kind of just put your hands out.

Because you always seem very cool tempered. You got to
be mobile over here.

But I think it's about your team.

Yeah, you always be cool vibes man. Well, I mean
you can't like you just you can't allow the the
moment to kind of stress you or distract you from
like the cause, the why and getting.

And I think it's also about building a team around you,
you know what I mean. When I first started, I
was juggling so much and literally one of my one
of my close friends saw me like going through it,
and dude literally said, hey, man, you know you don't
have to do this by yourself, right He told me that, and.

I was like, man, I'm trying to tell and.

He said, what do you need me to take off
your play right now? And I just threw them a
couple of things, and that weight off my shoulder just
made complete sense. So I realized, by investing in the
right people, you know what I'm saying, One, it's going
to make the experience overall better, right for you and
everybody else, Right, as long as you're hiring people that

are good at what they do, for sure, but also
just you know, teaching you the skill and shopping your
tools with regards to how to delegate.

So I learned that early on when I started doing
large scale events.

it myself.

So it's also having faith in the higher that you made,

right folks, and after a couple of years, it's like,
I know, if I throw them the rock, they're gonna score,

stress about that, you know what I'm saying, And it's
also doing doing all the work that you have to

do up front, so by the time you get to
the day of you're not running yourself ragged. You know
what I'm saying, I'm checking off all the boxes week
weeks prior. We should have no surprises. The only surprises
