Speaker 1 (00:00):
They have Jazzmin Crockett, a low iq Erson. They have
AOC's low IQ. Do you give her the IQ? Just
have her past, like the exams that I decided to
take when I was at Walter Reeda. Let AOC go
against Trump, Let Jasmin go against Trump.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Story number one. It is a scathing report.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
It's truly unbelievable what has been uncovered when it comes
to Biden's use of the auto pen. The House Oversight
Committee on Tuesday asks the Justice Department to investigate former
President Joe Biden's use of the autopen to sign executive
orders and pardons. The request came after the committee released
(03:31):
every report on its investigation into Biden's use to the
auto pen and whether it indicated an administration cover up
of an alleged cognitive decline. In a letter to the
Attorney General Pam Bondi, Representative James Comer, the chairman of
the committee, accused Biden's aides of coordinating what he described
(03:53):
as a quote cover up of the president's diminished faculties.
I want you to hear James Comra had to say
about all of this earlier on TV.
Speaker 5 (04:04):
Describe a shadow presidency basically run through a series of
a White House ants and the autopen What specific executive
actions do you believe were signed without President Biden's knowledge
and what's the evidence that supports those claims.
Speaker 6 (04:19):
Well, we just focused on the legal documents. We just
focused on pardons and executive orders. We brought twelve of
Biden's inner circle individuals in for depositions. They had hours
and hours and hours Matt to explain to us how
Joe Biden was involved in the decision making process of
(04:39):
the various pardons and the various executive orders. Each staffer
gave conflicting reports as to how the autopen use was authorized.
But to the end of the day, one thing that
was consistent with eleven of the twelve staffers, and that's
everyone but Jeff Zietz, the chief of staff, in the end,
(04:59):
was that they never saw Joe Biden, They never heard
from Joe Biden. They were never in any meeting or
policy discussions with Joe Biden. When he talked about the
pardons or talked about the executive orders that you know,
there was no chain of custody, There was no consistency
in how the use of the auto pen. I think
it's safe to say that there was a cover up
(05:20):
of Joe Biden's mental decline. We gave the White House position,
doctor O'Connor, an opportunity to come in and defend his
all the statements that he released saying Joe Biden was
in perfect fiscal and mental shape and he pled the
Fifth Amendment to avoid self incrimination. So when we brought
in people like Ian Sam's, who you know I battled
with that, You battled with Matt when you were here
(05:43):
fighting the good fight. Ian Sam's would go in front
of the cameras every day and talk about Joe Biden
and Joe Biden said this and that, And when we
had him under oath, he admitted he only met and
spoke to Joe Biden in person two times in two years.
Near attending his executives secretary, who we see Trump's executive
secretary with him multiple times a day, she only had
(06:05):
limited communication with Joe Biden.
Speaker 3 (06:09):
They kept Joe Biden shielded.
Speaker 6 (06:11):
There was a cover up of his middle decline, and
there's no evidence that exists, no notes, nothing that exists
that Joe Biden was involved in any of the decision
making process with the with the pardons and the executive orders.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
You think about how shocking that is.
Speaker 4 (06:26):
A staff that literally is not speaking or spending time
or talking to the President of the United States of America.
And that's part of the bombshell report exposing Biden's alleged
misuse of the auto pen that included pardons and official documents.
That is part of what this investigation is all about.
(06:47):
James Comer also had this to say on Laura Ingram's show.
Speaker 7 (06:51):
I mean, to the regular person watching this out there
in TV land, this stinks to how I heaven. So
we need your gut check. You've seen all the documents.
Is there any evidence indicating that Biden himself was involved
in approving these pardoners real hard evidence.
Speaker 6 (07:08):
There really isn't, And it's astonishing when you're talking about
thousands of pardons and dozens of executive orders, basically any
legal document, especially during the last three months of the
Biden administration.
Speaker 3 (07:19):
That's what we focused on.
Speaker 6 (07:21):
And every person who we deposed had a different story
on what the proper process was that they followed in
using the autopen to sign a legal document.
Speaker 3 (07:32):
Their stories were inconsistent.
Speaker 6 (07:34):
And then when you throw in the emails from the
from the Merrick Garland Department of Justice expressing concern to
these very staffers about the excessive use of the autopen
and asking point blank questions what was their process? Then
the then the entire stories changed, so the inconsistencies are abounable.
One thing that is consistent, Laura, is the fact that.
Speaker 3 (07:57):
No one saw Joe Biden.
Speaker 6 (07:59):
No one one who authorized the autopen or even gave
the authorization to use the autopen, no one who authorized
outopen or actually physically manually pressed the power button a
Lottipen ever heard directly from Joe Biden. And furthermore, there
are no notes, there's no chain of custody that would
show that Joe Biden was involved in any meetings where
(08:21):
they discussed the pardon process. I mean, this is a
polligue and everyone in America saw during the debate and
during the last few months of the Biden administration, this
was a president in decline. The staffers confirmed that they
would go weeks, months, and even years without.
Speaker 3 (08:39):
Communicating with Joe Biden.
Speaker 6 (08:40):
This is a massive cover up, and what we determined
was every pardon should be declared noel and void.
Speaker 4 (08:47):
I want you to think about what you just heard.
Not only do they say that the Biden presidency was
on autopilot, but he wasn't the one running the show.
No one quote ever got direction from Joe Biden. No notes,
no meetings, no orders, just staffers running the country with
an auto pen. And many of the people that should
(09:08):
have been talking to the President didn't speak to him
for weeks, months, or even years in positions of power.
So who was running the country. Well, we know that
Joe Biden was not running the show at all. But
what we do have now is forty seven hours of
transcripts and testimony revealing that numerous high ranking officials, numerous
(09:33):
former chief of staffs, numerous former secretaries, and numerous former
people in the press office, including the White House Press Secretary,
are now on the record talking about the lies they
told the American people, and many of the lies that
the media was happy to tell as well. The other
thing that I'm going to play for you is a
(09:54):
montage put out by the House Oversight Committee Joe Biden
was not running the show.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
Oh and their new report.
Speaker 4 (10:02):
They say expose is how Biden's decline was real and
his aides covered it up. Take a listen to what
they put together, proving the point that no one really
knows who was doing the auto pen and who was
signing what or who was even directing it.
Speaker 3 (10:19):
Take a listen.
Speaker 1 (10:21):
Was the number one.
Speaker 8 (10:22):
Issue in the campaign, the president's business or his age?
Speaker 9 (10:33):
Did you ever see President in Biden in a wheelchair?
Speaker 10 (10:36):
I did not ever seeing President inviting in a wheelspairs.
Speaker 8 (10:40):
And new information now on the people in his inner
circle and how the cover up actually operated.
Speaker 11 (10:48):
Senior aides that worked here until just a couple months
ago at the beginning of this year, manipulating an ailing
president for their own gain.
Speaker 9 (10:56):
How much were you paid for your role in the
campaign in twenty twenty four, just sile was shot our
fine numbers, I'm sorry? How much?
Speaker 11 (11:05):
Four million dollars?
Speaker 12 (11:06):
You believed that the president should stay in the race,
your own financial stake in the matter, but was a
factor in any way your advice to the president.
Speaker 10 (11:15):
Hi, I don't believe that I.
Speaker 11 (11:17):
Want to come to President Biden's decline. The official word
from Biden world about all these news stories is that
nothing has been revealed this week that shows that President
Biden was anything but an effective president.
Speaker 9 (11:31):
Yes, I noticed that he was aging in terms of
physical condition. I noticed that, you know, he shuffled up,
that he was more stuckling over the origin dash than
you did at the beginning of the term.
Speaker 6 (11:45):
His rhetorical skills were not as strong as they had been,
and his speeches were less effective.
Speaker 9 (11:50):
I thought, we talked about age.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
We knew it was an issue, and we tried to
design a strategy.
Speaker 9 (11:57):
We had a discussion at the senior advisor level about
whether the president should have a cognitivit.
Speaker 8 (12:04):
Sam flashback now to the legacy media is complete denial
of the president's cognitive decline.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
Start your tape right now, because I'm about to tell
you the truth and FU if you.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
Can't handle the truth.
Speaker 13 (12:16):
This version of Biden is the best Biden ever.
Speaker 9 (12:21):
His mental acuity is great, it's fine. It's as good
as it's been over the years.
Speaker 2 (12:26):
He is sharp, he is on top of things.
Speaker 11 (12:28):
Do you regret saying that President Biden had a mental acuity,
He had a sharpness to him.
Speaker 10 (12:34):
I said what I believe to be true.
Speaker 9 (12:36):
Do you think he was as sharp as you?
Speaker 10 (12:40):
I said I had not seen decline.
Speaker 8 (12:44):
And I hadn't.
Speaker 9 (12:45):
He is just fine.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
I hope people interpret that it is up to them.
Speaker 14 (12:52):
We're watching the testimony of this woman here, Annie Thomas.
She's the former senior advisor to President Joe Biden. She
was the third person set to appear before James Cober's committee.
She has now taken the fit. There is now a
pattern of key Biden competent seeking the shield themselves from
criminal liability for this potential conspiracy.
Speaker 13 (13:13):
Were you ever told to lie about the President's health
the Advising Council?
Speaker 1 (13:16):
I must respect he declined to answer based upon the
physician patient privilege, and in reliance, am I right under
the fifth Man of the Constitution.
Speaker 13 (13:23):
Let the record reflect that doctor O'Connor has invoked the
Fifth Amendment right against self incrimination. Doctor O'Connor, did you
ever believe the president was unfit to execute his duties
as president?
Speaker 9 (13:36):
And we can tell you that he will have the
same answer with respect to any questions that are asked.
Speaker 13 (13:41):
Did any unelected official or family member of President Joe
Biden execute the duties of the presidents that did Joe Biden,
a member of his family or anyone at the White
House ever instruct you to lie regarding his health on the.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
Advice and Council.
Speaker 9 (13:55):
I respect his declining to answer the questions, are soon
to my fifth formment vis my passages.
Speaker 8 (14:00):
And if that wasn't shocking enough, Dick Tapper claims Hunter
Biden was basically acting like the chief of staff.
Speaker 3 (14:06):
Hunter was driving the decision making for the family.
Speaker 9 (14:09):
He was almost like a chief of staff. Did you
notice it up to ever when Unter Biden was around, Yes,
towards the end that he was living with the president, they.
Speaker 8 (14:18):
Were lying up just to the public, they were lying
to other Democrats.
Speaker 7 (14:21):
Have you ruled out a pardon for your son yes?
Speaker 9 (14:24):
Were you in favor of Hunter Biden getting a partner?
Speaker 3 (14:26):
Yes?
Speaker 13 (14:27):
Did you ever ask Joe Biden if the allegations regarding
the sun went drum?
Speaker 10 (14:33):
Now?
Speaker 6 (14:34):
Ian SAMs, who was the White House spokesperson, interacted with
him two times.
Speaker 3 (14:41):
Two times.
Speaker 13 (14:42):
Well, I think it's really important to take the sound
bite and understand the context.
Speaker 9 (14:46):
How often would you say that you interacted with the
personal person.
Speaker 3 (14:49):
I interacted with him pretty infrequently.
Speaker 12 (14:52):
I think I met with the President a handful of
times during my tenure.
Speaker 9 (14:56):
In White House.
Speaker 8 (14:56):
You got to say, that doesn't look anything like the
president that I know when I feel tempt he's sharp,
he's asking tough questions. That's the President Biden that so
many of us experience every single day.
Speaker 9 (15:06):
Yeah, I mean it's missing in some context.
Speaker 12 (15:10):
I don't.
Speaker 6 (15:12):
So it raised a serious concerns and serious questions about
who was Colin shot in the White House. If the
White House spokesperson is being shielded from the president, that
says who was operating that bo.
Speaker 9 (15:24):
Page wasn't an issue for you for President Bio, you
know what it was not at this term.
Speaker 13 (15:33):
So you think President Biden is wholly in commands that
night during.
Speaker 9 (15:36):
The debate, I do believe that he was fully in
command that night during the debate. I knew it was
very difficult to get passed. Some of the visual things
are causing people concerned about the president.
Speaker 12 (15:47):
The voter's concerns about President Biden were wrong.
Speaker 9 (15:51):
Yes, he often would confuse names. Do you think it got.
Speaker 13 (15:54):
Worse as you knew?
Speaker 9 (15:56):
Yes?
Speaker 1 (15:57):
Are you sure you're being honest with yourself?
Speaker 6 (16:00):
Say you have the mental, physical capacity to serve another
four years?
Speaker 12 (16:04):
Yes?
Speaker 5 (16:04):
I did.
Speaker 9 (16:05):
Not have the experience that it took him longer to
answer some of the question. He could still he was
still sanctistically.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
What did she say?
Speaker 9 (16:12):
It was something that we did that coin. It was
something that the media coined.
Speaker 12 (16:16):
Did you or did anyone ever verify if the videos
as we were talking about were impacts cheap fakes?
Speaker 9 (16:22):
I believe so. But there were instances where videos were.
Speaker 12 (16:25):
Circulated of present Biden appearing confused or freezing for a
moment that were real, correct, Not that I recall.
Speaker 11 (16:33):
She told you this real video of Biden getting lost
in an Italian field.
Speaker 6 (16:36):
Was fing Now she's saying, yeah, my White House was
broken and I'm switching parties and was suffering from a
cold that really constrained his voice and constrained his his
ability to be forceful in the debate.
Speaker 13 (16:47):
Did you attribute President Biden's performance that night to him
being under the weather?
Speaker 9 (16:53):
That's my assumption.
Speaker 10 (16:55):
The ability of medicare to do for them, wants to
be up to negotiate the operation with the big farmer companies.
Speaker 9 (17:05):
Have you ever seen him have a hold or a
flu before?
Speaker 10 (17:08):
Yes?
Speaker 9 (17:09):
Did he ever behave the way that he did during
the debate? Not that diversal It was clear what he
was trying to say.
Speaker 10 (17:18):
Dealing with every day we have to deal with if
we finally beat Medicare.
Speaker 6 (17:28):
It was the people that knew he was cognitively impaired
and that took over the auto pen.
Speaker 7 (17:34):
They stole the presidency of the United States.
Speaker 13 (17:36):
Do you know who the people who were actually operated
the auto then were I didn't.
Speaker 9 (17:42):
Do you know any of the actual staff who were
not using the automent, No, you don't know their names.
Speaker 13 (17:48):
Have you never seen a decision memo laying out the
breakdown of when the president at hand sign a particulars
set of documents.
Speaker 9 (17:57):
Not prior to prep the hand sign all executive orders.
Speaker 13 (18:03):
He did not.
Speaker 12 (18:03):
He's hand signed many executive orders, but he did not
sign handsign all executive orders.
Speaker 8 (18:08):
Can you read your response, had through the use of
the autopen for the execution of all the following partons?
Speaker 9 (18:13):
Thanks Jesse. Did you yourself write the zeo? I do
not believe I did.
Speaker 6 (18:19):
That autopin was used excessively, and yet no one can
say for certain that Joe Biden was given the orders
to use the autobi.
Speaker 4 (18:28):
I hope you'll take this very special episode of the

get a lot of coverage. It should get an awful
