Speaker 1 (00:01):
You got to ask yourself this question as I'm about
to tell you this story, what the hell was the
federal government doing for the last four years when it
came to the issue of protecting our children from sexual abuse,
sex trafficking and pornography. I say that because of Operation
Restore Justice. Now, the Attorney General Pambondi and the FBI
(00:24):
Director Cashptel announced the results of Operation Restore Justice. It
is a nationwide initiative targeting child sex predators. Now over
a five day period, the operation has led to the
arrest of two hundred and five individuals and the most
shocking part of all, the rescue of one hundred and
(00:46):
fifteen children that were being abused on a daily and
even hourly basis.
Speaker 2 (00:55):
The scope of the operation.
Speaker 1 (00:56):
Involved all fifty five FBI filled offices. The Department of
Justice's Child Exportation Section, and the US Attorney's offices nationwide
were also involved. You had notable arrests that I'm going
to go through in a moment, but I want to
play for you what the Attorney General Pambondi and the
FBI Director Cash Battel had to say at this announcement.
(01:20):
As they are furious that this world was allowed to
continue not really having to worry about the federal government
coming in and stopping them. Under the last administration.
Speaker 3 (01:34):
Computer and target our young children every single day. Our
law enforcement, our prosecutors sit there and deal with this
every day to kick these monsters off the street. Director
Patel and I almost daily in our meetings talk about
these cases and what it does to our officers and
(01:58):
our prosecutors, but also how many lives are being saved
and how many children are being.
Speaker 4 (02:04):
Helped by this.
Speaker 3 (02:05):
Director Pateel is going to get into the specific cases
with you in a minute, but what I will tell
you is these depraved human beings, if convicted, will face
the maximum penalty in prison some life. We will find you,
We will arrest you, and we will charge you. If
you are online targeting a child, you will not escape us.
(02:29):
The FBI and the Department of Justice will come after
you and we will prosecute you. Parents, you have to
know this is so serious. Your child has no right
to privacy on the internet none. You have to monitor
what your kids are doing, whether they're playing games on
the internet, on social media, any other websites that children
(02:53):
teenagers frequent. An online predator can find them. I always
say it's from instant message to instant nightmare.
Speaker 4 (03:02):
Parents.
Speaker 3 (03:03):
They're talking to your kids like their other children, and
they're not.
Speaker 4 (03:07):
They're predators.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
They pose as children, They get them sometimes to post
explicit pictures of themselves after they talk to them, and
then in some cases they even try to blackmail the children.
The suicide rate among teens ages fourteen to seventeen has
increased as a result of this as well, because teens
(03:29):
are taking advantage of and they're manipulated online by child predators.
So all of you being here today and covering this
is so important because parents need to know you've got
to talk to your kids. They think they're talking to
other children, but most of the time they're not.
Speaker 4 (03:47):
Director Patel, thank.
Speaker 5 (03:48):
You first and foremost to the Department of Justice, under
General Bondi's leadership and all its components. Because of your courage,
we are here today protecting are most vulnerable our children.
Thank you, General Bondi. Thank you to so many of
your colleagues here today that do this work tirelessly day
in and day out and never get a moment's thanks.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
We should acknowledge all of them today.
Speaker 5 (04:12):
As the FBI Director, I'm humbled to leave some of
the greatest men and women in law enforcement. And I
want to thank our fifty five field offices, our ninety
plus United States Attorney's offices, ours Section, our crim Division
here at the Department of Justice, and our field offices
throughout the country, with lawyers and prosecutors and agents working
tirelessly on some of the harshest criminality we've ever seen.
(04:35):
They don't take breaks because our children deserve a free
and open society. I also want to just take a
moment to emphasize the priority of this Department of Justice
and this FBI our children. If you harm our children,
you will be given no sanctuary. There is no place
(04:56):
we will not come to hunt you down, there is
no place will not look for you, and there is
no cage we will not put you in should you
do harm to our children. The prioritization of this administration
in general, BONDI, has made it abundantly clear to child
predators you will be hunted down and you will be prosecuted.
And that is a refreshing thing to hear for the
(05:19):
men and women who do this work tirelessly, and it's
also an acknowledgement of the safety that we look forward
to bringing America. As the Attorney General mentioned, there are
a couple of cases worth highlighting. People in places of
public trust have violated not only the law, but that
public trust, to include teachers, law enforcement personnel, and other
(05:44):
professionals that we look to safeguard our children have not
only violated the law, but violated the trust. In Minneapolis,
defended Jeremy Francis Plonsky, a Minneapolis State trooper and former
Army Reserved this was arrested for producing child sexual abuse
material while in uniform. Not anymore. In Norfolk, Virginia, defendant
(06:05):
Jose Alexis Valdez Sosa, an illegal immigrant from Mexico, again
allegedly arrested for transporting a minor across state lines.
Speaker 2 (06:14):
No more.
Speaker 5 (06:16):
Another example right here in Washington, d C. And the
Metropolitan Police Department officer Lynn Wood Barnhill, a former already
convicted sex offender, was arrested again for exploiting more victims,
more children while on supervise release. These are just three
examples that show you the extent and the depravity of
(06:37):
these horrific crimes, and we need to team up together
with the American public to find the rest I want
to give a special thanks to the National Center for
Missing and Exploited Children for the tireless work they do
in partnering with us. And again I want to thank
the Department of Justice and all these folks here and Pam,
thank you for never wavering to defend our children.
Speaker 4 (06:56):
Thank you, Thank you Director Patel.
Speaker 3 (06:58):
And this ranges from we of cases from California to
New York to Florida, our entire country and just in
one week again, one hundred and fifteen victims, victims, we
have two hundred and five offenders have been charged in
one week thanks to the FBI. So think what's happening
throughout this country. Children are being taken advantage of and
(07:21):
we have to stop it. Thank you for covering this
very important topic today.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
Thank you short sweet and to the point by the
Attorney General there. This operation is part of Project's Safe Childhood.
Speaker 2 (07:34):
It is a DOJ initiative launched in.
Speaker 1 (07:36):
Six to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. The DOJ
collaborating with the National Center for Missing Exploited Children and
is now encouraging the public to report suspected exploitation through
the established hotlines and online reporting tools. As you heard
(07:56):
there Some of those that were abusing these children included
a Minnesota state trooper and an Army reservist that we're
arrested for allegedly producing child sexual abuse material while in uniform.
That former Metropolitan Police Department officer in Washington, DC, previously
convicted of sex offenses charged with exploiting additional victims while.
Speaker 2 (08:20):
On supervised release.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
An undocumented individual from Mexico arrested in Virginia for allegedly
transporting a minor across state lines for sexual purposes. The
question that we should all be asking is where the
hell is our government protecting these kids during the last
administration and why is it now a political issue where
Republicans are in favor of this and Democrats look the
(08:45):
other way. One thing I know for sure, I'm glad
that Pamboni and Casptel are doing this, and it's saving
people's lives and saving people from countless abuses.
Speaker 2 (08:59):
Did you know that, just.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Like here in the US, Israel has their own Independence
Day In case you missed it this year, Israel's Independence
Day was a few days ago on May first. But
for the people of Israel, freedom is nothing more than
a daily struggle to survive there's no real peace, only terror,
no joy, just suffering. The Israeli government relies on the
International Fellowship of Christians and Jews for ongoing help to
(09:24):
make sure the elderly, the sick, the wounded, soldiers, and
impoverished families don't fall through the cracks. That's why your
gift to the Fellowship will provide such important life saving aid, medicine,
hearty meals, safety and comfort. I believe that when you
bless the people of Israel, we unlock God's blessing in
our lives as well. So to show your support for
(09:45):
Israel's independence, you can make a life saving gift today.
You can call eight eight eight for eight eight IFCJ.
That's eight and eight four eight eight four three two five.
You can also go online to FJ dot org. That's
if CJ dot org. Now, Pamboni is not just focusing,
(10:07):
as we mentioned a moment ago, on going after these
people that are that are abusing children and the sex
trafficking and taking down people that are involved in it.
She's also doing a lot to save people's lives when
it comes to Fetanyl. The Attorney General, in a separate
press conference talking about the Cineloa cartel that's one of
(10:28):
the largest drug trafficking cartels in the world. They were
behind the largest fetanyl seizure in US history. A cell
of the Cineloa cartel operated in four major US cities
and the cartel conducted a large scale drug distribution operation
throughout the western part of the country that led federal
(10:50):
authorities to the largest fetanyl seizure to date. This was
shocking to see how much fetanyl was actually seized and
how many people's lives could have been taken. And because
of this, Pambondi announcing this seizure in the largest one
in US history, and here is what she had to
say about it.
Speaker 3 (11:09):
So I wanted all of these amazing, amazing agents and
prosecutors up here on stage because they have made the
largest fentanyl bust in our nation's history. And we're very
proud to announce today a historic Sineloa cartel arrest and
(11:30):
it marks the most significant victory in our nation's fight
against fentanyl and drug trafficking to date. This multi agency operation,
led by DEA, with our local, state, tribal, and federal partners,
targeted one of the largest and most dangerous drug trafficking
(11:53):
and foreign terrorist organizations in our country. DEA seized eleven
point five kilos of fentanyl, including an astounding approximately three
million fentanyl pills, the largest seizure in our nation's history.
(12:16):
These are the pills in the bags right there, the
main bottom right.
Speaker 4 (12:22):
The head of.
Speaker 3 (12:23):
This organization, Sinaloa organization, here in the country illegally. Six
of these guys and women here in the country illegally.
His name is Alberto Salazar Amaya. He is the leader
and he was living in Salem, Oregon with him.
Speaker 4 (12:41):
They got millions.
Speaker 3 (12:42):
Of dollars cash, cars, but the drugs were.
Speaker 4 (12:46):
In Albuquerque, Phoenix, and Utah.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
That's how insulated these drug dealer cartel leaders make themselves.
This was an incredible operation and that's why I wanted
all of you here behind me. It took months and
months of work investigation leading up to smaller buys, smaller
cases to get this massive amount of drugs and guns
(13:13):
off our streets. Five million dollars approximately in cash, thirty
five kilos of metha amphetamine, thirty five kilos of math,
seven point five kilos of cocaine, four point five kilos
of heroin, forty nine rifles and pistols, all shown in
the pictures, and then of course the three million pills.
(13:38):
These pills were stamped as oxy codone. Let that sink
in three million pills going on our streets. Three million
pills the streets of our country laced with fentanyl labeled
as oxycodone, and they were in all different strengths of
(14:00):
all within them. This operation was made possible by over
fifty five thousand hours of law enforcement investigation. And this
is a really dangerous job that these DEA agents face
every day. But they are getting very dangerous drugs off
(14:21):
of our streets each day. They are flooding our cities
with a weapon of mass destruction, fentanyl. And when we
catch you, like all of these individuals, if convicted, we
will put you behind bars. There will be no negotiating,
and we will lock you up for as long as
(14:42):
humanly possible.
Speaker 4 (14:43):
We will not negotiate with.
Speaker 3 (14:46):
Those who are killing our family members, including brothers, sisters, daughters, sons, parents, friends.
Everyone in this room, I guarantee you knows someone who
has been afflicted with drug addiction, and many who have
known someone who has lost a loved one because of
(15:06):
this trash on our streets. The precursors are made in China,
it was sent to Mexico and came right in our country.
Speaker 4 (15:17):
And again six.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
Of these individuals were here illegally. That won't shock you,
and we're running a massive, massive drug operation. This kind
of success doesn't happen without extraordinary leadership.
Speaker 4 (15:32):
And I want to personally.
Speaker 3 (15:34):
Thank my friend DEA Principal Deputy Administrator, Rob Murphy, DEA
Al Paso Division Chief Agent in charge, Omar Arirello. I'm
killing your name, Omar, Omar Okay. And US attorney was
Ryan Ryan Ellison. I also want to thank again the
brave men and women of law enforcement. Last week I
(15:56):
joined them at a DEA laboratory and we went there
and it was truly remarkable what we saw how quickly
these cartels can manufacture and make fentanyl powder and put
it into these pills.
Speaker 4 (16:11):
But people need to know. Parents need to know, kids
need to know. This fentanyl, this bus. These three million
pills were oxycodone.
Speaker 3 (16:19):
They put this in xanax, they put this in adderall.
They put this in Molli, the date drug or the
party drug, something called Molli. They put it in cocaine
and they put it in marijuana, and.
Speaker 4 (16:35):
It is to get you so highly addicted that you
can't get off it.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
Seventy five thousand Americans are dying each year because of fentanyl,
seventy five thousand. And that's why this is so important today.
You've got to spread the word.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
If you know.
Speaker 3 (16:54):
Anyone who is taking any recreational drugs, they need to
be extremely careful because there is a very high.
Speaker 4 (17:01):
Likelihood it could be laced with fentanyl.
Speaker 3 (17:04):
And that's one of the reasons seventy five thousand Americans
are losing their lives each day. It is the number
one cause of death for individuals between eighteen and thirty
four in our country.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
You listen to Pam there and you can hear it
in her voice.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
She is pleading with Americans to understand, you've got to
warn your kids, You've got to warn your grandkids. You've
got to warn anybody that you know that is abusing drugs.
These pills, as she mentioned, were stamped as a pill
that you would receive from a pharmacy, and so there
are many people that.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
Buy these pills. Adderall is a great example.
Speaker 1 (17:41):
A lot of these overdoses come when kids will get
Adderall on the black market to keep them alert when
studying for finals.
Speaker 2 (17:49):
In college.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
We see kids that die from fetnyl overdoses from the
IVY leagues all the way down and even in high
school ring finals because you're trying to stay awake, you're
cramming for your exams. Adderall is known to keep you up,
help you get focused. I know a lot of people
that did not have a prescription for ad all when
(18:12):
I was in college from two thousand and four that
would borrow an adderall from a friend that had a prescription. Well,
what's happened is there's the black market for it now,
and so there's like, hey, I need a couple adderalls
for finals, and then they end up taking it and
then they're dead because it's actually a lace with fetanyl.
Speaker 2 (18:27):
Now, the amount of feedenanyl that can kill you.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
The best way I've heard described is if you if
you put your finger in an empty Sweet.
Speaker 2 (18:34):
And Low package or an equal package.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
And you pull it out, and a little bit of
like residue that is left in that packet after you
poured out that the Sweet and Low packet or the
equal package splendid packet, that little.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
Bit of residue is enough to kill you.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
So when they make these pills, some of them have
more fetnyl in them than others. They don't care. They
want to maximize the production as quickly. They're not a
fat lab. They're not trying to keep you safe. They're
trying to get you addicted and some of you die.
That's just the cost of doing business. We've got to
make sure we do a better job of telling people
about this. There's another story that's really important, and it
(19:15):
shows you the consequences for the Biden Administration's actions after
the attack on Israel by the terrorists. And you may
remember that there was a Gaza peer that the US
military was sent to build. This peer is a disaster,
(19:36):
and there's a new Department of Defense report that has
come out saying that it risked countless lives. In fact,
sixty two American soldiers were injured, tens of millions of
dollars wasted building Biden's failed Gaza peer. The Biden administration's
quote humanitarian mission, which was a mission many opposed. I
(19:57):
was one of them, to build the offshore pece and
floating causeway for quote aid delivery to Gaza, which that
much of that aid was being stolen by the terrorists.
Was more dangerous and costly than the Pentagon had publicly acknowledged.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
They covered it up.
Speaker 1 (20:15):
It resulted in sixty two injuries to American soldiers tens
of millions of dollars in equipment damage. According to this
new report that has come out from the Department Defense
Inspector General. The report reveals the questionable value of a
mission that costs some two hundred and thirty million. I
(20:36):
want to say that again, two hundred and thirty million.
It did not, by the way, accomplish any of its goals,
as the PEER was functional for only about twenty days.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
This coming now.
Speaker 1 (20:48):
From the Washington Post that's now telling you the truth
after lying and covering it up, this story to protect
Joe Biden and the White House and Kamala Harris with
their reelection bid. Now, Biden gave his approval for the
plan despite warnings from within the American government that rough
waves in this part of the world could make the
(21:09):
mission difficult or even impossible to achieve. They didn't care.
They wanted to make sure that they were anti Israel
no matter what. The Inspector General report found that not
only were there more than two dozen watercraft and other
equipment that had major damage, that caused about thirty one
million in repairs of maintenance costs alone, but also the
(21:32):
Army and Navy did not meet the readiness standards for
both the equipment and the units required to carry out
the mission.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
What does that mean?
Speaker 1 (21:40):
They put a bunch of DEI and transgendered crap in
our military ahead of military readiness. So to be clear,
we had one peer that we need to get built
and we couldn't do it safely. We had thirty one
million in repairs and maintenance costs from damage. The thing
was only opened for twenty days and had a lot
of American military personnel that were seriously injured dealing with
(22:04):
this failure. Now, in addition, according to the report, they
did not quote organize, they did not train, they did
not equip their forces to meet Common Joint standards quote unquote. Again,
when you have a military that is more concerned about
bringing transgendered soldiers than they do about military readiness, which
(22:26):
is exactly what the Biden administration wanted to do every day,
this is what you get when you actually have a
real mission. In addition, according to the report, they did
not organize, train, and equipped their forces to meet the
Common Joint standards, on top of the fact that the
Transportation Command, which oversees coordination of military assets quote, also
(22:47):
fell short of standards in basic planning and exercises. All
of this, according to the Inspector General's report from the DoD,
Biden announced the peer mission, by the way to twenty
twenty four at the State of the Union address as
a proposed solution to delivered what he described as aid
(23:08):
directly to gods that without having to rely on Israel
land route. So, in other words, Israel is our ally,
we don't like Israel, We're gonna go against Israel. We're
gonna have Israel and basically say you're somehow the bad
guys if you respond to the Tarist attack. Remember, in
the hours after that attack, the White House said for
(23:28):
them not to respond militarily and to stand down from
defending themselves.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
Now, we'll never forgive.
Speaker 1 (23:34):
The Biden administration for that, but that was who they are, right,
That's what they believe. They hate Israel, they hate the Jews,
and they were going to stand with the terrorists and
the terarist sympathizers. Now, in addition, according to this report,
when the President announces the State Union Address, it was
to send a clear signal.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
That we don't trust Israel as well.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
Now, after several failed attempts, the peer mission was ultimately
abandoned a few months later in June. The Daily Caller
quietly reported at the time, and no one else really
was talking about it because the administration was like, well,
we got the headline to say the Union, right, we
made it clear we're not standing with Israel, so we're
kind of good here.
Speaker 2 (24:16):
We're fine.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
The Inspector General report also said that for years the
Army and Navy had divested watercraft and underfunded sea lift programs,
leading to the quote degraded readiness. So translation, if you
know what hit the fan and we were in any
type of rough waters or seas where we would need
(24:39):
to have something like this built.
Speaker 2 (24:41):
We were screwed.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
We weren't going to get it done, and it was
going to put American soldiers' lives at risk because part
of the reason why you have this readiness is actually
not for humanitarian aid. It's actually for making sure that
you have readiness with our troops if we need to
get basic supplies them like food, water, artillery, military equipment.
(25:04):
The list goes on and on of the things that
you might need this bridge for military personnel getting in
staging areas. What we found out was we basically are
completely unprepared for this.
Speaker 2 (25:16):
Now.
Speaker 1 (25:17):
This also goes back to what I said on the
show yesterday with Pete Edseth, making it abundantly clear now
that we are not going to screw around with military readiness.
And this is why that Supreme Court ruling was such
a big deal that we don't have to deal with
all the trends issues in the military. It's not this
is not the place and military readiness should in fact
(25:38):
be take present over this woke ideology.
Speaker 2 (25:42):
And we know that we're in a bad spot.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
Like that part is very very clear, Like we're in
a really bad spot. Everybody knows it, everybody understands it,
and we're correcting it.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
This is just another example.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
Of just how weak our military got under the Biden regime.
They didn't want it to be strong. They wanted America
to be weak. They didn't want us to be ready.
They wanted us to use I guess you just say,
for straight up propaganda. Like it was all about the propaganda,
and that was the main thing that they wanted to do,
(26:16):
was to turn the military into this experiment where it's like, hey,
let's see what happens when you put a bunch of
trainees in the military, and how that's going to work
out for us.
Speaker 2 (26:26):
Well, we know what.
Speaker 1 (26:27):
A disaster it became. But there were real lives that
were affected. Look at all of the people, the six
to two soldiers that were injured because they were sent
in to rough seas to do an impossible job that
we weren't ready and or trained for it. Now, could
we have done this in general? Yes, I think we
could have if we were ready and trained for it.
(26:50):
But we were not ready and we were not trained
for it. That's the problem. And we didn't have the
resources we needed to do it safely. It was a disaster,
and they scrapped it, and they knew on the front end.
And that's the other part about this that scares, honestly
the hell out, I mean, is the fact that the
administration under the Biden regime was told like, hey, we're
(27:10):
not ready for this.
Speaker 2 (27:12):
Hey, we're in a bad spot with this.
Speaker 1 (27:14):
Hey you don't want to do this, Like this is
not good, this is not something that you want to do,
and we're not prepared for this. We're not trained for
they didn't care, Folks like they just didn't give a crap.
They genuinely just said, we don't care. And I think
that's the most shocking part of all with this conversation
(27:37):
is how little they were willing to listen.
Speaker 2 (27:39):
It was all a pr move. They wanted to give
the middle finger to.
Speaker 1 (27:45):
Israel, and they were willing to risk American lives and
safety to do it in an impossible situation where a
peer that honestly should have never have been built.
Speaker 2 (27:57):
Now, this Inspector General report is going.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
To only I think, add to the anger and the frustration.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
I think there's two ways of looking at this, I
really do.
Speaker 1 (28:09):
I think the anger and the frustration here by many
in our military should be high. I think there should
be hell to pay for this by those that made
this decision and those that decided to just play politics.
Questions should be asked, there should be investigations. Not because
I want to get even, but because I don't want
people in our military that basically use the military for
(28:31):
their own political reasons.
Speaker 2 (28:33):
That's the big problem I have here with this.
Speaker 1 (28:36):
Make sure you share this podcast with your family and friends,
put it up on social media wherever you are and
we appreciate you listening every day.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
We'll see you back here tomorrow
