Speaker 3 (03:47):
Story number one.

Speaker 4 (03:49):
President Trump campaigned on getting education public education back to
the States and back to the local municipalities, and most importantly,
giving the power back to the parents to get their
kids the best education possible. He also said he was
going to shut down the Department of Education. Linda McMahon
had the job of doing exactly that, but the left

(04:11):
decided to step in with injunctions to stop her from
doing that job. Well, now the Supreme Court has come
down with their ruling. It was a six y three
ruling lifting a lower court injunction that had blocked the
administration from laying off about one thoy four hundred employees,
nearly one third of the Department of Education workforce. This

(04:33):
ruling temporarily green lights Donald Trump's March executive order directing
the Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to quote take all
necessary steps to close the department to the fullest extent
possible via administrative action. Now, six concervative justices allowed the
layoffs to proceed while litigation continues in the lower courts.

(04:55):
Justice Sotomayor joined Atlanta Kagan and Jackson sent unting strongly
warning that these decisions enable executive lawlessness, as they described it,
and erodes a separation of powers by allowing a de
facto dismantling of a congressional agency via unilateral staffing cuts. Yes,
the left is all in to try to stop Donald

(05:17):
Trump from getting kids a better education. Now, the High
Court paused this preliminary injunction that went into effect by
the US District Judge, a judge who was a Biden
appointee in Boston, that ordered the employees be reinstated. Quote,
the United States Supreme Court has headed a major victory
to parents and students across the country by declaring the

(05:40):
Trump administration may proceed on returning the functions of the
Department of Education back to the States. Is what Donald
Trump wrote in a post on True Social He went
on to say, now, with this great Supreme Court decision,
our Secretary of Education, Elena McMahon, may begin the very
important process, saying the federal government has been running our

(06:03):
education system into the ground, but we are going to
turn it all around by giving the power back to
the people. Trump went on to say, America's students will
be the best, be the brightest, and be the most
highly educated anywhere in the world. Thank you to the
United States Supreme Court. Now the Supreme Court sixty three
ruling came in that dispute that begins shortly after the

(06:25):
Education Department on March the eleventh announce the reduction of
force involving oney three hundred and seventy eight employees. McMahon
said in a news release that the staff reductions reflected
the Department of Education's commitment to quote efficiency, accountability, and
ensuring that resources are directed where they matter most to
the students, to the parents, and to the teachers. Trump

(06:47):
issued that executive order nine days later that instructed McMahon
to take all necessary steps to facilitate the closure of
the Department of Education, and on March twenty first, he
announced that the programs for Students with special needs and
the Federal Student Loan Portfolio would be transferred from the
Department of Education to the Department of Health and Human
Services and the Small Business Administration, respectively. That is when

(07:11):
a group of twenty states in the District of Columbia
to public school districts and teachers' unions filed a federal
lawsuit in Massachusetts arguing the staff reductions violated the Constitution
and the federal laws governing administrative agencies, yet again putting
the teachers union ahead of the parents and most importantly,

(07:34):
the students. Now Secretary of Education McMahon put this out
on Acts, saying, quote, today the Supreme Court again confirmed
the obvious President of the United States of America as
the head of the executive Branch, has the ultimate authority
to make decisions about staffing levels, administrative organization, and day
to day operations of federal agencies. While today's ruling is

(07:57):
a significant win for students and families, it is it's
a shame that the highest court in the land had
to step in to allow President Trump to advance the
reforms Americans elected him to deliver using the authorities granted
to him by our US Constitution. She went on to say,
the US Department of Education will now deliver on its
mandate to restore excellence in American education. We will carry

(08:20):
out the reduction of force to promote efficiency and accountability,
and to ensure resources are directed where they matter most
to students, parents, and teachers. As we return education to
the States. This administration will continue to perform all statutory
duties while empowering families and teachers by reducing education bureaucracy.

(08:43):
Yet again, the President United States of America not backing
down and making sure that American students have a chance
to succeed instead of being in a total failing system
with a federal government that has done anything but give
them a great education. Next story number two. It is
a very important piece of legislation that very well could

(09:03):
become an executive order and finally be done in the
US something that's already been done around the world. Texas
GOP Center Ted Cruz is set to introduce a bill
that would formally designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization,
the Muslim Brotherhood Terrorists Designation Act of twenty twenty five,

(09:23):
which follows repeated attempts to name the group of terrorists organization. Now,
it differs from previous versions as it calls for a
bottom up approach, and, according to a fact sheet provided
by Centaer Cruise Office, the previous attempts failed because quote,
not all Muslim Brotherhood branches are currently violent and wouldn't

(09:44):
therefore meet the criteria for designation. Now, let's be clear
about what other countries are doing. Bahrain, Egypt, Saudi Aradibia, Syria,
and the United air of Emirates already designate the Muslim
Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. The b bill urges Secretary
of State Marco Rubio to catalog Muslim Brotherhood branches that

(10:05):
are designated as terrorist groups and designate additional ones that
meet relevant criteria, and mandates the designation of the Global
Muslim Brotherhood for its support for those terrorist groups that approach.
Actually mirrors with President Donald Trump did in twenty seventeen
in his effort to sanction Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard known

(10:26):
as the IRGC, an effort that designated the IRGC is
a foreign terrorist group. Now, Cruise's effort is openly supported
by GOP centers from Arkansas, Tom Cotton, for example, and
Rick Scott in Florida, as well as Dave McCormick in Pennsylvania.
Arab allies also appear ready to back the initiative, with

(10:46):
one official telling The Free Beacon in June that any
of the countries in the Middle East that have already
designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization would welcome
the United States doing the same thing now. Cruises bill
would use three ways to designate the Muslim Brotherhood a
terrorist organization congressional action under the nineteen eighty seven Anti

(11:07):
Terrorism Act, the State Department recognizing the Muslim Brotherhood as
a terrorist organization and specific designation as a specially designated
Global terrorist group. This is just some of what they're
now looking at now. The Secretary of State, Marco Rubio,
would have ninety days after the bill passes to submit
a report to Congress cataloging all Muslim Brotherhood branches around

(11:30):
the globe. The legislation would instruct him to designate any
identified group that meets the criteria. The bill then authorizes
a formal designation for the Muslim Brotherhood's global operation under
the nineteen eighty seven ATA, creating a primary embargo under
which Americans are banned from engaging in financial transactions with

(11:50):
the group and rendering its services.

Speaker 1 (11:53):
Now.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
In April, Jordan, the country banned the Muslim Brotherhood from
the country altogether. According to their charter. The terrorist group
AMAS is a wing of the Muslim Brotherhood. The Muslim
Brotherhood assassinated Egyptian President Awar Sadada in nineteen eighty one
for making peace, by the way, with Israel. The Muslim
Brotherhood's goal is clear to turn the world into a

(12:14):
theocratic empire. Stand with us. Has also said. The Muslim Brotherhood,
founded in the Egypt in nineteen twenty eight, is a
revolutionary fundamentalist movement to restore the caliphate and strict Sharia
Islamic law is something that they demand. I want you
to hear more directly from what Center Cruz had to
say about this legislation and also the fact that this

(12:37):
could become an executive order.

Speaker 5 (12:39):
The Muslim Brotherhood is a global Islamist violent organization. It
was founded in nineteen twenty eight in Egypt. It was
a fringe group for the first few decades, and then
it grew dramatically inside of Egypt, and then it spread beyond.
The Muslim Brotherhood has branches and countries and territories all
over the world, and they are openly committed to seize

(13:00):
control of those countries and seizing control of those territories,
they explicitly intend to use violent jihad to overthrow non
Islamist governments. During the Obama administration, they did. They seized
control of Egypt. Mohammed Morci and the Muslim Brotherhood seized
control until they were ultimately overthrown by the Egyptian army.

(13:23):
By the way, when when the Muslim Brotherhood took over Egypt,
the Obama administration cheered them on. And how do we
know that the Muslim Brotherhood supports terrorism because several of
their branches are explicit terrorist organizations. Among those is Hamas,
which everyone listening to this podcast knows about.

Speaker 4 (13:41):
Hamas.

Speaker 5 (13:42):
Yeah, Hamas is one of the wings of the Muslim Brotherhood.
They also include other groups that folks may not have
heard about, like Hassim and Leewa al Thawrah, both of
which the State Department says have been associated with the
Egyptian Muslim Brotherhood, and they are branches that have already
been formally designated as terrorist groups. Other Brotherhood branches are

(14:06):
committing terrorism right now, but they haven't yet been formally designated.
Just a few weeks ago, the Jordanian government disrupted attacks
being planned by Brotherhood members and police raided the Islamic
Action Front, which is the Jordanian Muslim Brotherhood branch.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
I think it would make a very good.

Speaker 5 (14:23):
Sense for us to vote on it on the Senate floor,
for John Thune to bring it up and make senators
vote Most of the Democrats are going to vote. Now,
I think it'd be valuable to get them on record,
force them to vote. But I'll tell you what I
think the real path to success will be is that
we're going to lead the fight in the Senate. I
hope we tee this up for a vote, and if
the Democrats block it, which in all likelihood they will,

(14:46):
they have for a decade. What I think is going
to happen is I think the President is going to
do this through an executive order. And I'm certainly urging
President Trump to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist
organization through an executive order. And I think the fight
that I'm leading in the Senate helps build momentum for
the President to step in and make this designation. I

(15:08):
think it's going to happen. I think we're gonna see
it happen this term.

Speaker 4 (15:11):
There's no doubt the Muslim Brotherhood is a global terrorist organization.
In fact, they have chapters in eighty different countries. And
if you want to know what the Brotherhood thinks about America,
they want America to fall. In twenty ten, their Supreme
Guide told their followers to quote, be patient because America
is heading towards its demise. Make no doubt about it.

(15:34):
It's long overdue for us to designate the Muslim Brotherhood
as a terrorist organization, and hopefully it's something the President
will be doing very soon. And finally, story number three,
President Donald Trump made it very clear when he was
running for president, if you vote for him, he's going
to secure the southern border and also have the largest
deportation this country has ever seen of illegal immigrants. The

(15:54):
President holding true to that promise, regardless of how much
the media attacks him. Which brings us to the big
story about Alligator Alcatraz. It is simply the Everglades Detention Center.
It's located at the Dad Callier Airport in the Florida Everglades,
and the facility has actually been nicknamed Alligator Alcatraz. And

(16:14):
that's where the media lost their minds Now. It began
operations on July third. It's intended to hold up to
five thousand immigration to dainees. As of today, lawmakers and
the press have visited under tight restrictions. Democrat officials infuriated,
describing it as quote vile, horrible, and citing overcrowded cages,

(16:37):
lack of sanitation, extreme heat, worm infested food, flooding toilets,
and restricted legal access. The reality that's all a lot.
The Trump administration Republican officials have defended it, saying it
meets standards and it serves a deterrent, and plans exist

(16:58):
to replicate this model in other states, doubling down now.
It's currently a flashpoint in the immigration debate, praise by
many like myself who support the present saying this is
effective in condemning illegal immigration, even as Democrats quote unquote
call it inhumane. Well, the President of the United States

(17:19):
of America making it clear, sending out Tom Homan to
do TV to talk about immigration and also Alligator Alcatraz,
and he set the record straight with data bash on
see it in take a listen.

Speaker 6 (17:33):
I do want to turn to what is going on
in Florida, and that is what the administration, what you
call Alligator Alcatraz, was visited by Democratic members of Congress yesterday.
They were given limited access, and this of course is
a new detention facility set up by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.

(17:55):
What these congress people described was sweltering heat, bugginfinst infestations,
meager meals. They say they heard detainees crying out for help.
The wife of one man detained there said he's not
been given access to a lawyer. He's been in detention
for about two weeks. Is that acceptable to you? And
is that what you're saying when you go, I.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
Have not been there yet, and I doubt a lot
of that's factual. I mean, bottom line is, you know,
from the day one, I've been doing this job since
nineteen eighty four, detainees complain about the conditions of detention.
And I said this many times. You can simply go
to ICE dot GUB and look at the detention standards
ICE has. They have the highest attention standers in the industry.

(18:37):
But these same congressmen are complaining about alligator alcatracts. You
didn't see him complaining about under Biden administration, people being
held in Borbital parking lot surrounded by a fence in
the swatter heat. Not a word. You didn't hear a
word about half a million children being trafficked in the
country and them not being able to locate three hundred thousand.
President Trump, this administration is finding thousands of those children,

(18:59):
So you know they they have a lot of anger.
Under President Trump, and how we're doing business, and they
ignored four years of open borders, historic migrant death, historic
Americans dying from fatanahl, historic numbers and women killing being
sex traffic, historic number of people on terras, Watson is
coming across the border. Silence, Silence because they're complicit, because
they didn't take the administration on and ask them security border.

(19:23):
You can't have strong national security in this country if
we don't have border security. We got to know who's
coming and what's coming to where it's coming. Well, instead,
they kept silent, and they kept feeding the American people.
We have a secure border, and we did not. There
are consequences of breaking laws, and I think that's why
one of the reasons we have the most secure boarder
in history of this nation today. It's just not because

(19:43):
we've got boots on the ground on the border, not
because we end the catcher leaves a lot of its consequences.
You're watching what's happening, we're enforcing the immigration law, and
I think that consequence has a lot to do with
having the most secure border in the history of this nation.

Speaker 4 (19:56):
Having the most secure border in the history of this
nation exactly what President Donald Trump promised and now we're
seeing the numbers backing it up.
