Speaker 1 (00:01):
I want to show you just how coordinated the media
has become when it deals with the issue of Elon Musk.
I have two different montages for you that I'm going
to play. The first one is the corporate media spontaneously
coming up with the same exact talking points to go
(00:22):
after Elon Musk. Now, if you think that they all
said this on their own, you're an idiot. It is
obvious that the media and the Democratic Party are working
together trying to take down DOGE because without the money,
they lose their power. The money is the bribery, The
(00:43):
money is used for indoctrination. The money is all about
control and power over Americans. And what the corporate media
is doing is they're working with the Democratic Party, the
Socialist Communists, and the Marxists to put together a plan
to take down Donald Trump and Elon Musk. Now, I
(01:06):
do believe that the media is actually more afraid right
now in general, with Elon Musk than even Donald Trump.
And let me explain what I mean by that. They
know that Elon Musk, as Donald Trump has said, is
the only man that's capable of doing this work. They
believe in this country, maybe in the world, you could
replace Elon Musk with somebody else like Vi Vic, for example,
(01:28):
And that's a name that was early on supposed to
be a part of DOGE. Now he's running for governor Ohio.
But Vic couldn't even do what Elon Musk is doing.
I don't know if there's anyone in the country that
they could do what Elon Musk is doing, or even
if they could, wouldn't be able to pull the people
to do this work that Elon Musk has pulled together
to do this work. So it really is twofold. So
(01:53):
take a listen to the corporate media spontaneously, I say
that sarcastically coming up with the same exact talking point.
Speaker 2 (02:01):
You're gonna hear Democratic leaders.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
You're gonna have different here, different members in the media,
all different networks.
Speaker 2 (02:06):
Listen carefully to their wording.
Speaker 3 (02:07):
Elon Musk's so called the Department of Government Efficiency, it's
taking a chainsaw to the federal workforce. Elon Musk continues
his chainsaw attack in Washington, being the chainsaws.
Speaker 4 (02:23):
You know, taking a chainsaw, if you will, to the
federal government. That's you know, decapitating a lot of loves.
And they slashed and hacked with the chainsaw, the slashing
and the burning the chainsaw. Elon Musk with that chainsaw.
Speaker 5 (02:40):
I mean he's walking around acting like he's ahead of dough.
Speaker 4 (02:42):
He's, you know, brandishing the chainsaw.
Speaker 6 (02:44):
Nine months pregnant with Elon Musk chainsaw.
Speaker 4 (02:47):
Marauding with a chainsaw.
Speaker 7 (02:48):
Wait a second, buster, put your chainsaw away. They cannot
attack federal agencies with a chainsaw.
Speaker 1 (02:58):
And he's doing it in a way with a chain
saw that alienates people. Right man, right hand chainsaw man,
But it has a chainsaw.
Speaker 4 (03:08):
That's chainsaw stuff. Who used the chainsaw?
Speaker 1 (03:10):
Elon Musk is an unelected man child running around the
country with a pretend chainsaw.
Speaker 4 (03:18):
This massive, indiscriminate chainsaw. Indiscriminate chainsaw chainsaw. The federal government
chain saw. The federal government take a chainsaw. The government
that they have taken a chainsaw too.
Speaker 7 (03:29):
When you pull out a chainsaw wielding his.
Speaker 8 (03:33):
Chainsawa saw against programs like Medicaid, it is the chainsaw
affect taking out their chainsaw and cutting down to the bone.
Speaker 2 (03:41):
If you want to take a chainsaw to Social.
Speaker 4 (03:43):
Security, BG, I got a chainsaw. A chainsaw the medicare
By the way, it has nothing to.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
Do with waste broad and the view even.
Speaker 4 (03:52):
More power to do his chainsaw routine. They're taking a chainsaw.
Speaker 8 (03:58):
You know, they off the people who were in charge
of on.
Speaker 4 (04:01):
Nuclear arsenal for crying out.
Speaker 7 (04:03):
Louds seriously impacted by Musk's doze chainsaw.
Speaker 5 (04:06):
As Musk takes his chainsaw to dazzle chainsaw.
Speaker 9 (04:09):
Taking a chainsaw to the federal judiciary, you don't have
to like walk in with a chainsaw.
Speaker 10 (04:15):
Taking the chainsaw to the government is exactly the wrong
way to do.
Speaker 4 (04:19):
I mean, for all the.
Speaker 11 (04:19):
Wielding of chainsaws out there, it turns out they aren't
very good at this whole cost cutting thing way that
they've been going about.
Speaker 4 (04:25):
With a chainsaw.
Speaker 10 (04:26):
You can't go through and slash it thatal gut make
with a chainsaw.
Speaker 4 (04:29):
Taking a chainsaw to our federal program.
Speaker 8 (04:32):
You have an unelected person with a chainsaw.
Speaker 4 (04:35):
Elon Mass with a chainsaw. Elon Musk taking a chainsaw,
you got to pull out the scap on instead of
the chainsauce. This is not about cutting waste, fraud and abuse.
This is about just cuming through with.
Speaker 6 (04:47):
A chainsaw and getting a big photo op.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
All different Democrats, all different channels, all clearly a coordinated attack.
Now that's part one. I want to play for you
another montage of the lefties going after Tesla and advocating
(05:14):
for violence against Tesla dealerships, Elon Musk and owners of Tesla.
This day of rage around the world that was supposed
to happen Saturday with all the Tesla protesters, that's all
well orchestrated. They even have a website, Tesla takedown dot com.
They have meeting groups where you have famous people that
(05:36):
will show up at those events, inspiring others to do
things that are well against the law, of course telling
you at the same time, they're all about, you know,
being kind.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
Take a listen to these lefties.
Speaker 1 (05:52):
My producer, by the way he put this together, we
had a lot of editing.
Speaker 2 (05:57):
We're gonna listen. I want you to listen carefully to
their work.
Speaker 7 (06:00):
Someone throw a Molotov cocktail at a Tesla service center.
Speaker 4 (06:04):
At least five Teslas blew up.
Speaker 7 (06:06):
When you pull out a chainsaw to celebrate firing thousands of.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
People, they get mad.
Speaker 9 (06:11):
It's just a you know, let's send these techno fascist
Rola Garcs and old fashioned Nazis a message loud and clear.
Speaker 12 (06:18):
The vandalism really shows the outright anger and rage that
people are feeling about what Elon Musk is doing.
Speaker 7 (06:25):
We should all be protesting in the streets about this and.
Speaker 4 (06:28):
Be incredibly angry.
Speaker 11 (06:29):
It has taken the American people to go protest at
Tesla to get the president's attention, try to dismantle the
reputation at Tesla in hopes of hitting Elon Muskwerger.
Speaker 4 (06:40):
He's incompetent, He's a thief, he's a Nazi.
Speaker 8 (06:43):
Musk is a pathological liar, he's a criminal, he's a
sociopath and a ghoul. He's literally killing people that he
should really enjoy taking this h this guy down.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
By the way, did you hear John Cusack.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
They're the actor saying that last part he's telling you,
and this is the dog whistle. This is exactly the
same playbook the Democrats use to find people to go
kill Donald Trump. So different to dog whistle. He just
told you that Elon Musk is killing people. So if
you're a psychopath or crazy and you hear that, you
(07:16):
may actually think, oh well, then it's my duty. It's
my job to take him out. You want to know
why people are trying to kill Donald Trump? Why that
guy got on the roof and try to kill Donald Trump,
to take him out. One reason because all the lefties
are out there encouraging it, saying, Oh, well, he's a Nazi,
he's Adolf Hitler, he's a second Coming, He's Satan, he's Stalin,
(07:39):
he's Mussolini, he's Hitler, he's the KKK. The list goes
on and on. Jasmine Crockett on her call, listen to this.
Speaker 2 (07:47):
What she said, I.
Speaker 11 (07:48):
Want to see happen on my birthday is for Eli
to be taken down.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
Yes, God musk kind of turn out to be.
Speaker 9 (07:55):
I don't want to be driving the car built and designed,
But if.
Speaker 8 (07:58):
You drive a Tesla, please sell it.
Speaker 9 (08:00):
And if you own stock in Tesla, please dump it.
Speaker 5 (08:03):
I've never wanted to buy a Tesla because I prefer
to buy cars made buy car companies, not computer companies.
Speaker 1 (08:08):
I add a Tesla, dude, to give me a little
boost during the day.
Speaker 4 (08:13):
Through twenty five and dropping.
Speaker 8 (08:15):
Tesla's taking right now and I'm locate with that.
Speaker 4 (08:18):
Tesla is a bean stock.
Speaker 7 (08:22):
It is one of the most wildly overinflated stock.
Speaker 4 (08:26):
Tesla stock is way out.
Speaker 7 (08:27):
Please don't vandalize, don't ever vandalize Tesla vehicles and so they're.
Speaker 4 (08:34):
Taking to the streets or the parking lots. Could I
see SBI and ATF now investigating multiple cases of possible
arsit now.
Speaker 3 (08:43):
Oh, you guys like pettiacs of domestic terrorism.
Speaker 12 (08:47):
Bondi piece is very disturbing to me to hear her
throwing around words like terrorists.
Speaker 11 (08:53):
Is it appropriate to increase penalties?
Speaker 4 (08:55):
No, it's It's not the same thing with Pam Bondi.
She's you know, just stop that. It's a musquerade. This
is just ridiculous.
Speaker 11 (09:03):
I believe that these protests at Tesla dealerships meet the
definition of domestic terrorism.
Speaker 4 (09:09):
No definition that I can think of.
Speaker 7 (09:11):
First off, I've only heard about peaceful protests.
Speaker 5 (09:14):
You try to kill cops, to overthrow the government and
change an election, that's not domestic terrorism.
Speaker 1 (09:18):
But somehow having a protest in front of a Tesla
theater dealership is.
Speaker 11 (09:22):
He said today he would label violence against dealerships domestic terrorism.
You protest a private company, you are labeled by this
administration of domestic terrorists.
Speaker 8 (09:30):
January sixth rioters who committed heinous acts of violence.
Speaker 4 (09:34):
On our capital. That's okay, but it's not okay with.
Speaker 3 (09:37):
Tessie, there's a big difference between vandalism and terrorism and
the consumers basically taking out their feelings on companies with
politics they disagree with. And that's not always vandalism and
violence and you know, throwing fires, but people sort of
take it out in individual companies based on their politics.
Is why some companies are trying to backtrack from politics
in political sense they took in the last decade.
Speaker 12 (09:56):
Yeah, and Elon Musk obviously has put himself squarely in
the middle of that.
Speaker 6 (09:59):
You do it to a Tesla dealership, it's really bad.
But when they do it to the halls of Congress,
we should pardon them. They're legitimately upset.
Speaker 5 (10:10):
El Mosk pointing fingers at the left over that spate
of attacks against.
Speaker 4 (10:14):
Tesla vehicles and dealerships.
Speaker 5 (10:15):
Across the country, violent attacks, these acts of violence and vandalism.
Is there any evidence to indicate that there is a
connection between the attacks and any of these democratic groups.
Speaker 4 (10:26):
Absolutely zero.
Speaker 11 (10:27):
There is no evidence that this is something that's being
orchestrated or organized by the left.
Speaker 3 (10:33):
And I don't even know if the folks who are
doing the vandalism are actual Democrats or Republicans, both sides.
Speaker 4 (10:40):
Both sides feel.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
Unseen, unheard, and they're taking violence to express themselves.
Speaker 8 (10:46):
We have to make them, really getfraid. People are going
to die, and it's going to get as ugly as
we can think. It's time to make them pay.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
John Cusack, It's time to make them pay.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
If you don't think that the Democratic Party has become
the party of violence, of rage, of anger, of this
type of just pure evil, Like you're not paying attention now.
They believe this, and the reason why they believe all
of this is because they lost an election and this
(11:22):
is the way they think they can undo it. They
lost an election and they're furious and they're like, all right, well,
we're just going to do what we always have done
for the last fifteen years. We just change the rules.
We just we do whatever the hell we want to do.
We overthrow the will of the people. You have to remember,
(11:42):
this is the same party that knew that Russia collusion
was a lie. They knew it was something that was
bought and paid for by the Democratic Party. The Steele
dossier was paid for by Hillary Clinton's campaign and the
Democratic National Committee.
Speaker 2 (11:57):
Never ever, ever, ever, ever, ever, ever ever forget that, Okay.
Speaker 1 (12:01):
Never forget that. And the FBI knew it was user generated.
The FBI knew it was a lie. The FBI had
one hundred percent clarity that Russia collusion didn't happen, didn't exist,
it was all a lie. Didn't matter because in twenty sixteen,
what they said was, well, hold on a second, we
(12:25):
don't like the outcome of the election. We don't respect
the American people, we don't respect who they voted for.
So what we're going to do now is try to
overthrow the will of people. They've never stopped. They have
never stopped, and the reason why they have never stopped
(12:46):
is because no.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
One has stood up to them.
Speaker 4 (12:49):
So far.
Speaker 2 (12:50):
No one has said you, hey, you can't really do that.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
No one has said hey, you got to stop, like
slow down, and has said hey, hold on a second, like, no,
we're not going to allow you to do this. They
will go after a former president, try to lock him up,
try to bankrupt him, rate his home, go through his
wife's clothes and personal belongings in their bedroom, like this
(13:16):
is who they are, and when they I put this
together for you because I want you to hear it,
and then I want you to share it. I want
you to hear it, and then I want you to
share it, because if you don't, then people won't realize
just what's going on.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
They may buy into it. It's our job to expose it.
It is our job to tell people what's happening.
Speaker 1 (13:40):
It's our job to do what we just did, which
was give that to you in an organized way in
a montage that you can share if it to everybody.
By the way, that's why I do the podcast every day,
and this is what we have in the podcast every day,
and this is why we do it because we want
to make sure that the American people understand this is
(14:03):
all a coordinated thing.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
This is all a coordinated effort.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
This isn't real, it is not authentic, it is all propaganda.
Nearly every activist federal judge obstructing the presidence of Jenna
has a spouse or child drawing a paycheck from a
Democratic line in GEO.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
That coming from Elon Musk in.
Speaker 1 (14:25):
His interview that he did on Fox Sous channel with
Brett Baher, This should make every American furious.
Speaker 9 (14:32):
Are you surprised at some of the legal efforts and
some of the judges that have weighed in.
Speaker 2 (14:38):
There's about eight or ten.
Speaker 9 (14:40):
Now of these cases that are at least temporary holds,
they're being challenged by the DOJ.
Speaker 4 (14:47):
Are you surprised by that pushback?
Speaker 12 (14:49):
Well, it's the DC Circuit's notorious for having a very
far left blias. And when you look at the people
close to some of these judges, who are where are
they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're getting
the other ones getting this money? Does that seem like
a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption to me.
Speaker 1 (15:11):
Sounds like corruption to me. Again, I want to be clear,
I'm not an attorney. I don't even I'm not going
to play an attorney on TV or radio either.
Speaker 2 (15:20):
But what I will.
Speaker 1 (15:20):
Say is the way that this is moving through the
court system. And a great example of this is what
I've said beforeth about the appeals court careering the way
for Trump to fire leaders of these independent federal agencies.
Trump has an incredible team around him this time that
is so much better than the team he had in
twenty sixteen. And you look at this ruling Friday being
(15:42):
a massive victory for Trump's efforts to have control over
these regulatory agencies that Congress intend to operate with quote
some degree of independence from the president, and that's what
Democrats are losing their minds over. But the President is saying,
I should have the ability to do this.
Speaker 2 (15:59):
I am the president to removed from these people.
Speaker 1 (16:01):
Now, there's three judge panel of DC District Court of
Appeals voted two to one to allow Trump to remove
members of the National Labor Relations Board and the Merit.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
System Protection Board.
Speaker 1 (16:11):
The two board members in the case were appointed by
President Joe Biden. Lower court judges have issued injunctions right
because they're going into lawfair with Trump for firing the
two board members.
Speaker 2 (16:23):
But this Friday's.
Speaker 1 (16:24):
Appeal court ruling lifts those injunctions for now.
Speaker 2 (16:27):
While the litigation is going to proceed.
Speaker 1 (16:29):
I think a lot of this stuff is going to
end up going to the Supreme Court, and I think
that Donald Trump, more times than not, is going to
win because some of this is just so brazen. And Look,
the president of the United States of America should not
have to fight every single day with activist judges that
(16:49):
are clearly there to undermine the president's agenda, which ultimately
is the American voters agenda. This is where Americans should
be highly offended and up set that we are sitting
in a what I've described as a fraudulent system. This
reminds me if you've never watched the movie The Big Short,
do it. It's it's about the housing crisis and the
(17:13):
market collapse back in two thousand and eight, and just
how insane it was that the regulatory agencies were giving
great They were basically selling ratings of triple A rated
bonds for fees.
Speaker 2 (17:29):
The whole system was.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Fraudulent, and one of the lines in the movie is, well,
at least people are going to go jail for this,
and finally there would be some of this corruption. Out
of all of the fraud and corruption that the government was,
I don't even think of sleep at the wheel for
I think they were purposely looking the other way because
of what we're seeing now with Doge and everybody was
(17:51):
looking everybody's brother up, like all these activist judges have
their family members, you know, that are on these NGOs
getting paid and you look at that accusation. I don't
think the federal government was asleep at the wheel with
the housing and the subprime market and everything else.
Speaker 2 (18:07):
I think their friends were getting rich off the fees.
Speaker 1 (18:11):
And it reminds me so much of that where the
government is willing to protect the people around them if
they're all getting paid.
Speaker 2 (18:21):
There are a lot of people that.
Speaker 1 (18:23):
Are acting just like the Biden crime family within our government.
And I would tell you go and watch that movie
if you didn't do it, or read the book The
Big Short because it explains it. There was only one
person in all of that corruption that happened like and
then there was a government bailout.
Speaker 2 (18:40):
Remember, the American taxpayers got screwed.
Speaker 1 (18:43):
The system was filled with so much corruption, the falling
of the system, the Lehman brothers and everybody getting shot
and countrywide getting shut down and everything else that happened
during that time, it was going to be so catastrophic
that they what happened, the American taxpayer bailed them all out,
(19:04):
and they bailed them out, and no one was really
held accountable for it. You got a lot of people
that were hurt, You got a lot of people that
lost their homes. You had a lot of people that
were lied to by lenders that you had regulatory agencies
that had their family and friends getting hooked up with
these incredible fees.
Speaker 2 (19:20):
And it just shows you the level.
Speaker 1 (19:22):
Of the corruption now it's at every level in our government,
every level. And then when you see all of these
judges that are activist judges.
Speaker 2 (19:30):
Trying to do you got to ask us other question.
Speaker 1 (19:32):
Okay, well why why just answer that question? Why why
are you trying to stop us? Because they are activist
judges and they want to stop President Trump at all
costs because for them, they believe that they are above
the law.
Speaker 2 (19:47):
They don't believe the law applies to them.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
They believe they get to do whatever they want to
do however they want to do it, whenever they want
to do it.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
They are a judge.
Speaker 1 (19:57):
And they also, by the way, believe that Donald Trump
can just shut the hell up and sit down. They
can't stand them. They don't respect the voters. And that's
where you should be offended. You should be highly offended
that they are saying you need to shut up, you
need to sit down, You need to be quiet. Right,
that's what you need to do. You need to shut
(20:19):
the hell up and be quiet. We know what's best,
and we don't respect your vote or any election outcome.
Speaker 2 (20:26):
That is how corrupt the system is in DC.
Speaker 1 (20:28):
When I was working with the Bush administration back in
four we tried to reform Social Security reform because we
knew it was a Ponzi scheme. Then we knew it
was not serving the American people. Well, we knew it
was a real problem. And one of the things that
was very very very very clear from when we tried
to reform it was every time we tried to touch
(20:49):
it or explain it or to give it a people
a new way of looking at it about how bad
of a deal you're getting on your ROI when you
put into Social Security that left would just they're gonna
steal your money.
Speaker 2 (21:01):
They're gonna take it away from you. You're not gonna
have it.
Speaker 1 (21:03):
It's gonna be they're gonna ruin it, they're gonna privatize it,
and they're gonna take it all. It's gonna fail. It's
gonna be a Ponzi's game. It's gonna be corrupt as hell.
Don't trust Wall Street. Don't trust I mean it was.
It was the same one, and it worked with old people.
We saw it in the data like it worked. It
really did. Is It was incredibly frustrating, but let me
just tell you it worked. It worked unbelievably well. And
(21:25):
that was sad. But they've been now saying it. I mean,
I see it like every day they've been saying it
over and over again since oh four, every time you
try to fix something like oh, you know, this is
this is this is shady corruption.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
It's gonna you know, you guys are screwing da da da.
Speaker 1 (21:41):
Like it was constant, and I think now it's just
lost its edge, Like it really has just kind of
lost It's like you gotta sit there and almost laugh.
You gotta sit there and just be like, all right,
here we go again, Like I don't know another way
to put it. Here we go again. They're gonna say
this scrap again and and there's just an eye rowing
(22:01):
aspect of this now.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
And that's the part that I love. Listen to Schumer.
I'm going to play the longer version.
Speaker 1 (22:07):
This is Chuck Schumer going after Elon Muskin Donald Trump
of this press conference with others with the Senate Democrats
and the Trump administrations changes quote unquote so security. This
goes back to fearmonger. This happened this week. Two days ago.
Speaker 10 (22:20):
The acting commissioner, handpicked by Doge, said musks claims of
fraud are false, and Musk, by the way, at one
point said let's eliminate it. They revealed their true colors.
Trump and Musk are just eroding the American dream. They're
(22:42):
rigging the system for billionaires while stealing from the elderly,
from the disabled to cut taxes for their billionaire club.
Senate Republicans, every Senate Republican should be demanding that must
reverse the firings. If they say they believe in social secuscurity,
then they ought to be telling Musk stop. But Senate
(23:04):
Republicans are just silent letting it happen. They're afraid of Trump.
Speaker 2 (23:10):
Now.
Speaker 10 (23:10):
Yesterday at the hearing and the Finance Committee where Seron
and Maria were at, we heard from Trump's pick to
lead the Social Security Administration, Frank Bisignano. To confirm mister
Bisignano as head of Social Security is hiring an arsonist
(23:30):
to run the fire station. I've known this guy for
twenty years.
Speaker 2 (23:35):
He's a cutter.
Speaker 10 (23:36):
Companies bring him in to slash benefits, to slash I'd
rather companies bring him in to slash workers and his fame.
His claim to fame is cutting and shrinking. The last
person we need to run the Social Security Office.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
I mean the fear mongering there right the sky is falling.
You can't trust him. They're evil, and yet the American people,
I just think they've overplayed the hand. Let's talk about
the lawfair real quick. What has been the Democrats move
to try to stop all this?
Speaker 2 (24:15):
It has been lawfair.
Speaker 1 (24:17):
You have a lot of activist judges that are out
there doing everything they can to obstruct the presen's agenda,
not respecting the president or the will of the people who.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
Voted him in overwhelmingly winning the.
Speaker 1 (24:29):
Popular vote as well in every swing state in America.
And that's exactly what has happened with these judges. Now, unfortunately,
there is a consistent theme in almost all of this,
follow the money. It's almost every single time the same thing,
follow the money. Nearly every activist federal judge obstructing the
(24:52):
present's agenda, Doade says, has one thing in common.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
What is it?
Speaker 9 (24:58):
Are you surprised at some of the legal efforts and
some of the.
Speaker 4 (25:03):
Judges that have weighed in.
Speaker 9 (25:05):
There's about eight or ten now of these cases that
are at least temporary holds. They're being challenged by the DOJ.
Are you surprised by that pushback?
Speaker 12 (25:16):
Well, it's the DC circuit is notorious for having a
very far left plans. And when you look at the
people close to some of these judges, who are where
are they working? Are they working at these NGOs they're
getting the other ones getting this money? Does that seem
like a system that lacks corruption? It sounds like corruption
(25:36):
to me.
Speaker 1 (25:37):
I mean, you listen to Elon Must say that, and
he's just so matter of fact about it. You want
to know why these actives federal judges are obstructing the
president's agenda because they got a spouse or child that's
drawing a major paycheck from a democratic line non governmental agency,
an NGO, a non governmental office. And so what what
(26:00):
Trump is done is his policies have directly undercut these NGOs,
creating a glaring conflict of interest.
Speaker 2 (26:06):
Now there is some good news finally on this.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
The appeals court has just cleared the way for Trump
to fire leaders of the independent federal agencies. The ruling
is a major victory quote unquote for Trump's effort to
control regulatory bodies that Congress intended to operate with some independence.
Politico reporting at this hour that a federal Appiro's court
(26:33):
has cleared the way for the president to fire members
of the executive branch boards that oversee federal employee grievances
and labor disputes across the nation. The ruling today is
a victory for Trump's efforts to exert control over the
regulatory agencies, in my opinion, are clearly been out of
control for far too long that Congress intended to operate
(26:57):
with some degree of independence from the president. Federal laws
limit the president's ability to remove the board members who
oversee those agencies, but the Trump administrations argue those limits
are quote unconstitutional. I'm gonna put it this way. Hell,
yes they are. And now we have a court system
that's agreeing. You can follow me on x Ben Ferguson's
