the Islamic Revolutionary Guard who launched the attacks against the
American service members in Jordan last night.

Now, these latest attacks has successfully targeted Iranian military coastal surveillance,
we've been told, as well as air defense facilities. Central
Command has confirmed. Iranian state media also confirmed that the
US carried out an attack near Syik in the south
of the country in a second location as well. The

strikes again followed the heightened spell of tensions in the
region in the wake of the breakdown of the proposed
peace agreement signed in June and broker by Pakistan. Now,
in response to the latest US strikes, Iran also carried
out a drone attack targeting US military assets and equipment.
Were being told in Kuwait that, according to Iranian state

TV reports on Sunday, so again this is actively happening
as I'm recording this for you now. On Saturday, we
also know that Iran destroyed at least two US fighter
aircraft during a Missilan drone attack on a US military
base in Jordan, as well as killing the service members.
Kuwait's army said Sunday that it had again intercepted Iranian

missiles and drones earlier in the day after coming under
sustain attacks starting on Saturday. Bahrain's air defenses also intercepted
an Iranian attack on Sunday.

Now there were no reports of any casualties or damage
in the latest attacks, and Iran has not claimed responsibility
for them. Partially that could be because well, they don't
want to admit that they were a failure. Now on Sunday,
the International Airport and Seaport in Southern Jordan, they were
evacuated because of a specific incredible threat, and they add

the US embassy in Jordan's capital, A'man to that threat
list as well. Again Iran trying to do anything they
can to hit America or Americans or American assets. Now,
Jordanian authorities have also said they had detected quote no
potential threats in the past few hours and they hadn't

issued an evacuation order. Now, what we do know is
that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard announced Sunday that it was
quote continuing the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. That
will be very interesting to see how the president responds
to that new word coming again from Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard,

saying there is a blockade over the strait, whether you
like it or not. They also said the Islamic Revolutionary
Guard announced Sunday that it would continue on the blockade.
But also they said four vessels attempted to pass through
the waterway using an unsafe route with US backing after
ignoring the IRGC warnings. They said two of the ships

abandoned their attempts, while the other two were involved in
an quote unquote accident. That is what the IRGC said, Now,
all this again comes under the shadow of the sad
news of those two US service personnel, and that's bring
the number of American service members killed since the US
Israeli war started in February to sixteen. There's also been

four hundred and twenty that have also been wounded, according
to Central Command. So sixteen have died four hundred and
twenty have been wounded since the US has really war started. Now,
obviously the majority of those are going to be Israeli soldiers,
not American soldiers. But we're doing this quote unquote together

There was also an interesting moment on Fox News Sunday

where they were talking about the Democratic Socialists updating their
policy platform, and one of the Democrats on the panel
said this, listen carefully.

Republicans are kind of celebrating this as a win. They're like, great,
this is something that we can campaign on. We're going
to run these soundbites and it's going to be woner
for us.

Democratic side that are running in purple, those very key
swing districts at a risk of having to answer for
a lot of this platform, which we know will never
be enacted.

sighted view of a lot of folks on the far
left in DSA. They're more interested in making blue districts
more blue, and the math doesn't math that way. If

in power. You have to get the majority, and that
doesn't seem to be a concern of them, and it

puts a lot of the weight on those that are
more pragmatic running in areas that we can actually flip.

they want abolishing ice as part of this.

But gim me see what she said there as a
sane Democrat and she said, well, they're never going to
do this. I actually disagree with her on that one. Okay,

the Democratic Party will get to the point where this

the latest that is happening now with not only ICE
but also the new attacks on ICE by the left.
Tom Homan went out on facination after the deadly shooting
involving ice in Maine in Texas, and I want you
to hear what he had to say about body cameras.

And there's been this obsession over body cameras. I want
to be clear them in favor of body cameras, we
would have had cameras for Ice agents much sooner if
Democrats wouldn't have defunded ICE and stopped the funding for ICE.

So now the problem they actually caused.

Is now what they're demanding be fixed, which is just
so rich and filled with hypocrisy. But I want you
to listen to what Tom Holman had to say after
these two shootings involving ice in Maine in Texas.

As far as the cameras, Margaret, you know everybody in
Ice would have a camera now if the government wasn't
shut down by Democratic members of Congress. There was money
in that bill that they held up. I think it
was one hundred and twenty million dollars to equip all
ice officers with cameras, but because the government shut down,
we're behind on that purchase. That wasn't enough. Twenty may

may have bought some cameras, but it doesn't buy the
the storage. It doesn't buy the resources we need for
the thousands of four yer requests were going to get there.
There has to be stores capability to hold these videos
for a long time. So it didn't fund everything. But
now we have the fund after reconciliation, the camerasmen purchase.
Right now, they're training the trainer and deploying the cameras nationwide.

Do you think it was a mistake for the Trump
administration to have proposed the bodycam expansion at the beginning
of the term, because I know you have advocated for
body cameras and now you're playing catch up, right.
Speaker 7 (18:17):
I think body yeah. I think body cameras are a
way to go. I think body cameras let the American
people know what that officer sees when he takes that action.
When you can have a cell phone camera from a
witness on the side, you can have no city cameras
or whatever, but I want the American people to see
where that officer sees when he makes when he takes
makes the decision, takes an action. Yeah, I think the

American people need to see what that officer sees and hears.

I think it's important.

And if you look at the data, body cameras actually
exonery agents more than they you know, provide evidence of wrongdoing.

Well yeah, and it would certainly help with reporting and
public knowledge.

I think it's interesting that Democrats are so obsessed with
body cameras. They hate the police, and they want to
defund the police, They want to defund ICE. They turn
ICE into what they say are the terrorists. They don't
get in the funding for the body cameras. Then when
something happens they demand the body cameras and they say
that that ICE is hiding or covering up quote crimes,

are murders. And then after they're the ones that didn't
give the funding, they're now saying somehow this is the
fault of Donald Trump. Now, I think Tom Homan did
an excellent job there of explaining this. Tom Homan also
defended ICE's use of unmarked vehicles and the reason why
(19:37):
this is an issue is again Democrats are obsessed with
outing ICE and putting ICE on maps where you can
find ICE agents and where they're active and where they are.
And so they've now made it where ICE needs to
basically be undercovered to even do their jobs because you
have all these ICE maps and these apps and these
(19:58):
radical lefties that are like, we're going to tell you
where ICE is so that if you're a legal immigrant
you can get out of the area. Like it's insane
what the left is done. Well, now they're angry. They say, well,
it's not fair in these traffic stops because they use
unmarked cars and people don't really know if they're actually
ICE agents that are pulling them over.

That's their new argument. I want you your Tom Homan also.

Deal with that these were fatal shootings, of course in
Houston and in Vain. In Houston it was an unmarked car.
So when you're saying don't resist these individuals who weren't
chasing the man who died, they didn't have markings on
that vehicle that would allow for him to know that

they were ICE. It just looked like a car coming
after them.

No, they have emergency lights, officers have insignia, so when
they get that car and prost the car, you can
clearly see the law enforcement officers.

Well in the video that has been public it's not
these these people.

I'm not saying this the mark car, but they have
emergency lights and sirens. So when they post some other
one to activate the emergency lights. A lot of a
lot of police departments. Hey, I'm in New York City
right now. A lot of NYPD officers are driving unmarked
vehicles and that helps them find people that don't be
found right. So, you know. But bottom line is, we'll
see when the investigation plays out. But they would be

live today if they simply complied with a vehicle stop
by federal law enforcement. Just comply you can. If you
don't think you're being treated right and they had no
reason to stop you, then there's avenues to take him
to the court to sue.

Well, he thought he was being robbed because it was
an unmarked vehicle, not that it was law enforcement at all.

They had emergency lights. They activate emergency lights, blue light,
you know, you know in in my vehicle I drive
around with my security.

Man that there were lights, because in the videos that
we've seen there aren't. And because there weren't body cameras.
It is hard to substantiate some of what you were saying.

saying our vehicles are quit the emergency lights. Now if
they didn't activate the lights, again, I haven't seen that video.
If they didn't activate the lights, and then there's an
issue there, right, But I'm saying they are Kryptolites lights,
So let me just caveat that. They should have been
Krypto lights and sirens. But I do not know specifically

if they activated those lights.

If you canmply, you would still be alive. Tom Homan
also said on the recent ice involved shootings, law enforcement
deals with misidinity every day across the country, not just
sis and mister produced hermicider.

I saw that two immigrants were shot in the span
of a week. There was that one in Maine that
was fatal just days after another one in Houston. We
also saw that man fleeing agents in Florida who then
was struck and killed by a tractor trailer. I know
you've been trying to keep the department out of the
headlines ever since that streak in Minnesota that was deadly.

Respond to those who say, what's happening now looks like
very little has changed.

Well, you know, first of all, we'll wait and see
what the investigations, how they play out, right, because you know,
I don't want to get ahead of investigations on who's
that fault, what exactly happened, because we all know and
these investigations happened, There's going to be cell phone video,
there may be city cameras, and of course then you
(23:52):
got witness statements and affidavis from the officer and witnesses.
So we got to let the investigations play out. So
I don't want to really comment investigation themselves. But you know,
I think, uh, you know, Mark playing Moan, you know,
took some action and in concern the safety of the
agents and how we do operations, and and that's why
he did that, you know that uh, that pause on
(24:15):
enforcement on vehicle stoles. But you know, my concern is
I've never I've done there since nineteen eighty four. My
concern is, I think a lot of the rhetoric that
you see every day, especially in sanctuary cities, and that
these protests that you resist members of Congress saying ICE
is and a real law enforcement agency. I think that
I actually think that emboldens.

Some people say I'm not gonna comply with ICE, and
I think, no matter what people think of no matter
what you think of the immigration law, you should always
comply with laws.

Yes, but in the shootings in both Houston and Main,
the people who were killed were not being intended targets.
Have you called the people you're actually looking for?

One of my believe we did. But you know that
happens law enforcement all the time. I mean, we're working.
You know, you get leads on individuals and you say, okay,
with this subjects this house, he drives his car. And
when that subject leaves that house, you know, six o'clock
in the morning, and someone gets in that car from
that house, you know, they assume, okay, this guy, and
they'll do a vehicle stop. And depending on when they

make that stop and that person complies, either they're going
to be arrested or release. That's the way it's supposed
to be. So, you know, law enforcement deals with misidentity
every day. Across the country. I just ice every law
enforced says I was a cop. I know, I know
that happens.

You listen to him, and he's absolutely right. I love
how calm he is, how clear he is about this. Well,
that's very important, which goes back, by the way, to
Speaker Johnson over the weekend warning that America is in
a battle against Marxism.

It's a road, as he described it, to tyranny, which,
by the way, is what some of these people were
running away from. Many of these other kinds. They come here,
they see our friends like this is unbelievable. Listen the

and new Why isn't a White House pledge like that.

if you're going to succeed in New York because of
our talent and our resources and our people, I want
to make sure that New York will succeed as well.

the companies coming in and telling us how to do
things in our state, but they could be welcome when

to play the game, how to do things in New York,
they'll want to come. But I need some breathing room.

elements of this. The economic development benefits for communities, How

These as centers, the ones pay for that power grade improvement,
much of it, so it's improving your community. Again, this
is another example of just straight up fear mongering. This
is the Democratic Party now under every scenario where they

that's what they're gonna do. If it doesn't make sense,
we'll do it. If it hurts business, we'll do it.

that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard announced Sunday that it was
quote continuing the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz. That
will be very interesting to see how the president responds

saying there is a blockade over the strait, whether you
like it or not. They also said the Islamic Revolutionary
Guard announced Sunday that it would continue on the blockade.
But also they said four vessels attempted to pass through
the waterway using an unsafe route with US backing after

Tom Homan went out on facination after the deadly shooting
involving ice in Maine in Texas, and I want you
to hear what he had to say about body cameras.

And there's been this obsession over body cameras. I want
to be clear them in favor of body cameras, we
would have had cameras for Ice agents much sooner if
Democrats wouldn't have defunded ICE and stopped the funding for ICE.

Is now what they're demanding be fixed, which is just
so rich and filled with hypocrisy. But I want you
to listen to what Tom Holman had to say after
these two shootings involving ice in Maine in Texas.

As far as the cameras, Margaret, you know everybody in
Ice would have a camera now if the government wasn't
shut down by Democratic members of Congress. There was money
in that bill that they held up. I think it
was one hundred and twenty million dollars to equip all
ice officers with cameras, but because the government shut down,
we're behind on that purchase. That wasn't enough. Twenty may

may have bought some cameras, but it doesn't buy the
the storage. It doesn't buy the resources we need for
the thousands of four yer requests were going to get there.
There has to be stores capability to hold these videos
for a long time. So it didn't fund everything. But
now we have the fund after reconciliation, the camerasmen purchase.
Right now, they're training the trainer and deploying the cameras nationwide.

Do you think it was a mistake for the Trump
administration to have proposed the bodycam expansion at the beginning
of the term, because I know you have advocated for
body cameras and now you're playing catch up, right.

I think body yeah. I think body cameras are a
way to go. I think body cameras let the American
people know what that officer sees when he takes that action.
When you can have a cell phone camera from a
witness on the side, you can have no city cameras
or whatever, but I want the American people to see
where that officer sees when he makes when he takes
makes the decision, takes an action. Yeah, I think the

American people need to see what that officer sees and hears.

And if you look at the data, body cameras actually
exonery agents more than they you know, provide evidence of wrongdoing.

body cameras. They hate the police, and they want to
defund the police, They want to defund ICE. They turn

get in the funding for the body cameras. Then when
something happens they demand the body cameras and they say
that that ICE is hiding or covering up quote crimes,

are murders. And then after they're the ones that didn't
give the funding, they're now saying somehow this is the
fault of Donald Trump. Now, I think Tom Homan did
an excellent job there of explaining this. Tom Homan also
defended ICE's use of unmarked vehicles and the reason why

this is an issue is again Democrats are obsessed with
outing ICE and putting ICE on maps where you can
find ICE agents and where they're active and where they are.
And so they've now made it where ICE needs to
basically be undercovered to even do their jobs because you
have all these ICE maps and these apps and these

radical lefties that are like, we're going to tell you
where ICE is so that if you're a legal immigrant
you can get out of the area. Like it's insane
what the left is done. Well, now they're angry. They say, well,
it's not fair in these traffic stops because they use
unmarked cars and people don't really know if they're actually
ICE agents that are pulling them over.

Deal with that these were fatal shootings, of course in
Houston and in Vain. In Houston it was an unmarked car.

emergency lights and sirens. So when they post some other
one to activate the emergency lights. A lot of a

right now. A lot of NYPD officers are driving unmarked
vehicles and that helps them find people that don't be
found right. So, you know. But bottom line is, we'll
see when the investigation plays out. But they would be

live today if they simply complied with a vehicle stop
by federal law enforcement. Just comply you can. If you
don't think you're being treated right and they had no
reason to stop you, then there's avenues to take him
to the court to sue.

they didn't activate the lights, again, I haven't seen that video.
If they didn't activate the lights, and then there's an
issue there, right, But I'm saying they are Kryptolites lights,
So let me just caveat that. They should have been
Krypto lights and sirens. But I do not know specifically

if they activated those lights.

If you canmply, you would still be alive. Tom Homan
also said on the recent ice involved shootings, law enforcement
deals with misidinity every day across the country, not just
sis and mister produced hermicider.

I saw that two immigrants were shot in the span
of a week. There was that one in Maine that
was fatal just days after another one in Houston. We
also saw that man fleeing agents in Florida who then
was struck and killed by a tractor trailer. I know
you've been trying to keep the department out of the
headlines ever since that streak in Minnesota that was deadly.

Respond to those who say, what's happening now looks like
very little has changed.
Speaker 7 (23:32):
Well, you know, first of all, we'll wait and see
what the investigations, how they play out, right, because you know,
I don't want to get ahead of investigations on who's
that fault, what exactly happened, because we all know and
these investigations happened, There's going to be cell phone video,
there may be city cameras, and of course then you
(23:52):
got witness statements and affidavis from the officer and witnesses.
So we got to let the investigations play out. So
I don't want to really comment investigation themselves. But you know,
I think, uh, you know, Mark playing Moan, you know,
took some action and in concern the safety of the
agents and how we do operations, and and that's why
he did that, you know that uh, that pause on
(24:15):
enforcement on vehicle stoles. But you know, my concern is
I've never I've done there since nineteen eighty four. My
concern is, I think a lot of the rhetoric that
you see every day, especially in sanctuary cities, and that
these protests that you resist members of Congress saying ICE
is and a real law enforcement agency. I think that
I actually think that emboldens.
Speaker 4 (24:36):

Some people say I'm not gonna comply with ICE, and
I think, no matter what people think of no matter
what you think of the immigration law, you should always
comply with laws.
Speaker 8 (24:47):
Yes, but in the shootings in both Houston and Main,
the people who were killed were not being intended targets.
Have you called the people you're actually looking for?
Speaker 7 (24:55):
One of my believe we did. But you know that
happens law enforcement all the time. I mean, we're working.
You know, you get leads on individuals and you say, okay,
with this subjects this house, he drives his car. And
when that subject leaves that house, you know, six o'clock
in the morning, and someone gets in that car from
that house, you know, they assume, okay, this guy, and
they'll do a vehicle stop. And depending on when they
(25:17):
make that stop and that person complies, either they're going
to be arrested or release. That's the way it's supposed
to be. So, you know, law enforcement deals with misidentity
every day. Across the country. I just ice every law
enforced says I was a cop. I know, I know
that happens.
Speaker 1 (25:33):
You listen to him, and he's absolutely right. I love
how calm he is, how clear he is about this. Well,
that's very important, which goes back, by the way, to
Speaker Johnson over the weekend warning that America is in
a battle against Marxism.
Speaker 2 (25:48):
You lose your freedom.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
It's a road, as he described it, to tyranny, which,
by the way, is what some of these people were
running away from. Many of these other kinds. They come here,
they see our friends like this is unbelievable. Listen the
Speaker of the House with this warning.

They deny the arxistfic wrong because they deny the existence
of your creator himself. And that means you're just another
social animal. You're just part of the herd. That's the
basis of socialism. And you know what happens in that scenario.
The people that amass the power will control and direct
the herd. You lose your freedom. It's a road to tyranny.

That's one of the I think most important things about
this midterm election is where are we going to go?
You hear Bill Maher, by the way, on Jay Clayton
refuse to answer who won the twenty twenty election. They
knew Trump is watching. He talked about the frustration in
his mind as a quote liberal on that, but then says,
I'm not going to live in a communist or a

socialist America right because the left has become just so
incredibly radical that the Democratic Party party is dead. It
is now a socialist Marxist communist party. It's something by
the way that Senator Fetterman, John Fetterman slamming, for example,
Hassan Piker, saying.

This, Hassan Piker, I mean, how can you embrace people
like that that Hamas is one thousand percent better than Israel?
You know, if we became the kind of party that
would embrace someone like Hassan Piker, now, maybe my party
doesn't want like a reasonable, common sense kind of democrat
that reminds people that standing with Israel that you at
(27:33):
least used to be part of our core values. And
one of the reasons why I've been proud to be
a Democrat.
Speaker 1 (27:39):
There are more Democrats now that are what I refer
to as saying Democrats who are understanding what a threat
this democratic Socialist of America is, what a massive threat
it is too.

You look at I'll give you another example of this.
Look at the New York governor hotel. She is proud
of now having a one year ban on large scale
data centers. She said, local governments like the leverage, since
your community benefit from it, and she said the state
has to lead here.

Now that's a win for communists China.

And by the way, if you don't want these centers
in New York, which she clearly says she doesn't, and
why she's doing this, it's because she has so much
pressure from the extreme Marxist socialist left to kill business.
That's that's what she's doing here. But her logic is
also flawed because now all these jobs are going to
go to other states like Texas for example. They're saying,

we'd love to have your data centers. We don't want
China to lead an AI. And here is the governor,
in her own words, ask.
Speaker 8 (28:48):
You about a decision that you made this past week
that made very big headlines. You signed an executive order
to ban large scale data centers for a year these
are those big buildings that helped to power artificial intelligence
technology centers. It was just a few months ago you
said data centers were a local decision for municipalities. What

changed for.

You, I would say what change was talking to the
localities and realizing they don't have the negotiating ability to
have the cloud, to be able to demand that their
communities benefit from this in a more dramatic way. They
also don't have the ability to insist that these companies.

Bring their own power or pay more for the grid.
Speaker 11 (29:29):
They don't have an ability to say no to tax breaks,
and so I decided that I could do much more,
especially in this eventually flooding the zone is what's happening now.
Speaker 3 (29:39):
We have over thirty applicants.
Speaker 11 (29:40):
So in a very short time, I changed my position, saying,
you know what, the state has to lead here, but
it's not about being the first. It's about being the
first to get it right, and we'll get it right
over the course of this year and help those localities
negotiate the right way, make sure we're keeping track of
how much water is being consumed, doing this study of
that during this year, but also insisting that these companies
(30:03):
and they're welcome with the conditions and the rules that
we set for that.
Speaker 3 (30:07):
They also contribute to.
Speaker 11 (30:09):
The larger grid because this is a huge text on
our grid, and I want to make sure that the
power is there, A limited power is there for the
large companies that are creating jobs, like the Micron that
we recruited here with fifty thousand jobs.
Speaker 3 (30:23):
So we'll get the right balance.
Speaker 11 (30:24):
But I'll tell you this, people want protection. New Yorkers
want protection. There's a lot of anxiety. Companies want certainty.
We'll give them both.
Speaker 2 (30:33):

Governors from red states like Missouri, Montana, Wyoming, they sign
this White House rate Payer Protection Pledge, which I guess
has AI data centers sign on to promising not to
increase consumer prices like companies AI, Open Ai and Amazon
say they'll help cover the cost of infrastructure upgrades. Have
(30:56):
you talked to companies these companies about doing the same
and new Why isn't a White House pledge like that.
Speaker 11 (31:02):
Sufficient asking these companies to keep their word on how
much they're going to consume. I'm more realistic than I
have Perhaps I'm willing to say I will get it
right in New York. We'll work with the companies, but
also and we're open to AI. Absolutely, this is a
place for innovation is welcome and celebrated. But my view is,
(31:24):
if you're going to succeed in New York because of
our talent and our resources and our people, I want
to make sure that New York will succeed as well.
So it's not a one way street. I don't want
the companies coming in and telling us how to do
things in our state, but they could be welcome when
I lay out the rules of the world of the road,
which they will embrace. I mean, once they know how
(31:45):
to play the game, how to do things in New York,
they'll want to come. But I need some breathing room.
So my agencies. I've got seven agencies dedicated to different
elements of this. The economic development benefits for communities, How
we manage how much they're going to be consuming in water,
how we make sure that I mean just to say,
make sure the ratepayers don't pay more, How do you
enforce that. I'm more realistic. I want to get things
(32:07):
done and make it really be effective.
Speaker 1 (32:10):
This is what socialism and communism looks like towards businesses.
That is the part that should scare so many people.
You've got a governor here that just says because of
the left, because of the radical left, I'm going to
ban AI data centers for a whole year. By the way,
the majority of I don't know of any AI centers
(32:31):
now that are not being built with a closed loop
system for cooling, so it's not continually needing a lot
of water. So that's fear mongering one on one. Also,
the data centers are being built. For example, in most
parts of the country, they actually add to the grid. Okay,
they add to the power grid because they improve the
(32:51):
power grid and actually gives more power to the community.
It actually improves the power grid, and they're the ones.
These as centers, the ones pay for that power grade improvement,
much of it, so it's improving your community. Again, this
is another example of just straight up fear mongering. This
is the Democratic Party now under every scenario where they
(33:15):
can do something stupid, it's almost like it's like guaranteed
that's what they're gonna do. If it doesn't make sense,
we'll do it. If it hurts business, we'll do it.
If it makes people lose their jobs or the ability
to provide for the family, will do it that's now
become the Democratic Party.
Speaker 2 (33:37):
I don't know any other way to put it. This
is now what they do. I hope you'll take all
