Speaker 1 (00:01):
In a major move, President Trump has halted we now
being told all weapons sales to Ukraine.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
We also are being.
Speaker 1 (00:09):
Told that Donald Trump is considering freezing weapons shipments from
the US stockpiles. This coming from a Wall Street Journal exclusive.
Let me give you some more of the background. The
Trump administration, they have confirmed, has halted new weapon sales
to Ukraine and they are contemplating freezing all shipments from
(00:31):
US stockpiles, actions that could significantly impair Ukraine's defense against
Russian forces. This decision follows a contentious Oval Office meeting
between Trump and Zelenski, during which Trump criticized Olenski's assertion
that the wars end might be distant and suggested the
(00:51):
US military aid could be suspended if Ukraine does not
actively pursue peace negotiations with the US. Now the suspension
includes halting new deals through the US Foreign Military financing system,
which is vital for maintaining Ukraine's military capabilities. Analysts are
(01:13):
warning that without US support, Ukraine's ability to resist Russian
aggression could be severely compromised. European allies and Ukraine's defense
industry may partially be able to compensate. We're also hearing
at this hour, but the loss of advanced US weaponry
presents a significant challenge. European leaders have expressed concern over
(01:37):
this shift in US foreign policy. The French president Macron
has proposed a temporary truce to facilitate the negotiations with Europe,
showing willingness to support peacekeeping efforts, although Trump remains resistance
to any US government involvement. European officials are advocating for
(01:58):
a truce and calling for US European unity, while Trump
has signaled that Zelensky must agree to a ceasefire on
US terms or face potential consequences now. The Trump administration
and these recent actions indicate a significant shift in the
US foreign policy regarding the Russia Ukraine conflict, especially after
(02:21):
the way that Zolensky acted in the Oval office, making
it very clear he is profiting off war and has
no intentions of stopping this war or negotiating for peace now.
This move also puts Zelensky in an awkward situation with
the Ukrainian citizens. There has not been election there since
(02:42):
the war broke out. Many believe that he is a dictator,
a de facto leader of the country. Because no one
really knows who supports him. And if you're a citizen
in Ukraine and you see that the number one thing
that is keeping you somewhat safe, which is US military armory,
and you're going to lose that, then the people in
(03:05):
Ukraine may turn against Zolensky. One of the most shocking
things that Zelensky has also said is that the US
will have to send their sons and daughters and they
will have to fight, and they will be dying. This
explains much of Zelensky's ridiculous conduct. He thinks he has
leverage over the United States taxpayer and over Donald Trump
(03:28):
due to our treaty commitments.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
He is obviously very wrong.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
Based on the actions of Donald Trump in the last
forty eight hours, we also know that Zelensky has shut
down calls for the immediate ceasefire in the war with Russia.
He is being defiant today as Ukraine shot down as
a nation the prospect of even agreeing to a ceasefire
with Russia, despite his country being on the back foot
(03:56):
after three years of war with a much larger adversary,
apparently bolstered by fawning displays a support from European leaders
in London on Sunday, Zelensky express intent to quote continue
the war until he is satisfied with these security guarantees
on offer from Western powers, saying, quote, if you don't
(04:18):
have an end to the war and you don't have
security guarantees, no one is able to control a ceasefires,
Zolensky said to The Financial Times. The Ukrainian leader argued
that Russia's history of launching invasions after agreeing to previous
ceasefires has convinced him that a meaningful deterrent would need
(04:38):
to be in place before Kiev stands down its forces.
To be clear, that is not what Donald Trump actually
asked him to do. No one in the US government
asked him to stand down his forces, So he's clearly
changing the narrative, trying to imply that we said stop
fighting and protecting yourself.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
Quote.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
For US security guarantis, tees are confidence that the same
things won't happen after this hot stage is over now.
President Trump has argued that previous agreements were broken under
weak presidents like Joe Biden Barack Obama, and then a
ceasefire would merely be the first step towards a broader,
concrete deal between the two nations. Zelensky said that he
(05:23):
was made aware of plans floated by President Macrone for
a month long truce of fighting in the air see
and attacks on energy infrastructure, but reportedly refused to comment
whether he would be amendable to this proposal now. During
the summit in London on Sunday, the British Prime Minister
(05:43):
Starmer and President Macrone said that they would seek to
forge a quote framework piece agreement with Zelenski and present
it to Washington after the talks broke down between Trump
and the Ukrainian leader in the Oval Office on Friday,
While the UN summit brought over a dozen leaders together
to discuss Europe's role, they concluded yet again with no
(06:07):
other nation signing unto plans from the British and French
for a pan European peacekeeping force, another failure by Europe,
and while the Prime Minister Starmer said that he was
willing to commit British troops and planes on the ground
in Ukraine, he said that such a force would need
the backing of the United States. In other words, we're
(06:30):
not getting into this war without America being involved, and
there's no indication that Washington or the President or the
Pentagon is wanting to actually send US troops to Ukraine.
In fact, most Americans now say they do not support
this war and they want a peace deal as soon
as possible. They also do not want their tax dollars
(06:52):
going there either.
Speaker 3 (06:54):
Now.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Despite having left Washington early over the weekend without having
signed the simple Mineral Investment agreement for which he traveled
to the United States of America for, Zelensky said that
his government was prepared to sign the deal and said
we can get it done. It is unclear if the offer,
by the way, from the Trump White House still stands
(07:15):
after what happened on Friday. We also know that the
US Treasury Secretary told CBS on Sunday that the deal
was intended as a stepping stone towards a peace agreement
and that it would be pointless to sign if Selensky
wants the fighting to continue, as President Trump said he
wants a peace deal now. It also remains to be
(07:38):
seen how stable Zelensky's position in Kiev will be on
his return after the disastrous meeting with President Trump, which
resulted in heavy criticism both at home and abroad for
his oval office antics. Multiple European leaders and politicians urged
Zelensky amend tize with the US President as soon as possible,
(07:58):
but he has maintained that he will not apologize to
President Trump no matter what.
Speaker 3 (08:05):
Now.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
Zolensky has been blasted by Ukrainian lawmakers for the first
time publicly for arguing with President Trump, because even they
understand just how important the relationship is. A prominent Ukrainian
lawmaker declared it was absolute idiocy for President Zolensky to
openly argue with the US President Trump in front of
(08:26):
the world during their Oval Office meeting on Friday. The
Member of the Parliament in Kiev lamented that Ukrainian's relationship
with President Trump came to an end on Friday after
a heated White House meeting, and he accused Zolensky of
not understanding what leadership actually looks like. He went on
to write on Facebook, absolute idiocy to start arguing all
(08:51):
caps with the President of the United States in front
of the cameras, adding that it can be done and
probably should be done, but not in front of the cameras.
The Ukrainian MP, who sits with the European Solidarity Block
of the former Ukrainian president Pshenko in parliament went on
to warn that Zelensky's behavior on Friday could have very
(09:14):
bad consequences for Ukraine. He said that such consequences could
include a potential shutdown of elon musks Starlink internet access
to the Ukrainian armed forces, to even an end of
Washington sharing intelligence with Kief, both of which have been
critical for Ukraine and its war with Russia.
Speaker 3 (09:33):
Now.
Speaker 1 (09:33):
The Ukrainian lawmaker added, quote, Zelensky has put millions of
people at risk and its madness. He also appeared to
agree with President Trump's conclusion that Zelensky was not prepared
for peace, writing quote, this time, it's not only Putin's choice.
He wants a war. It's totally obvious. But on February
(09:54):
the twenty eighth, this choice, the choice of war, was
also made by the Ukrainian leader Zolensky. It's common choice
with Putin. This is the first time we've seen major
leaders in Ukraine standing up to Zelenski. The question now
will be what will happen in the days and weeks
ahead as the man who says he's in charge of
(10:15):
Ukraine returns. It's very important that you understand what's going on.
With Donald Trump using tariffs to protect American lives. There's
a lot of misinformation out there about the President and
the tariffs that have just gone into effect, and I
want you to understand why. First off, the President is
(10:36):
actually doing this. You may not know, but President Joe
Biden did very little on fighting to protect Americans from FETNL.
FETNL smugglers killed roughly three hundred thousand Americans during his
time in office. That is exactly why President Trump has
(10:57):
quickly imposed painful tariffs on countries that are helping those
smugglers that killed again three hundred thousand Americans during the
Biden administration.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Quote.
Speaker 1 (11:12):
I determined that the failure of the government of the
People's Republic of China to act to blunt the sustained
influx of synthetic opioids, including fetnel, flowing from the Chinese
Republic to the United States constituted an unusual and extraordinary
threat to the national security, foreign policy, an economy of
(11:36):
the United States of America. That is what Donald Trump
declared in his March third Order. He also went on
to say this in recognition of the fact that China
has not taken adequate steps to alleviate the Illicit Drug Crisis.
Section two A of Executive Order fourteen nineteen five is
(11:57):
hereby amended by striking the words ten percent and inserting
in lieu thereof the words twenty percent. The order is
titled Further Amendment to Duties Addressing the Synthetic Opioid Supply
Chain in the People's Republic of China. Now, this isn't
the only place we're having problems when it comes to
(12:19):
Americans dying because of the drugs that are pouring across
the open borders. Trump also posted trade penalties against Mexico
and Canada, where criminal gangs are producing more drugs for
export to the United States. Now, the vast death toll
from fetnol, much of which is manufactured in Mexico from
(12:42):
chemicals that were directly produced in China, is described in
multiple government reports. This is something the Biden administration knew,
and they didn't care that three hundred plus thousand Americans
were oding. Yet Biden's counter measures were, by the way,
all tactical when he did act like he was acting,
(13:04):
and he put little or no pressure on Mexico and
China to stop the killing of Americans. In part, Biden's deputies,
including border chief majorchis they prioritize trade deals with China
and migration deals with Mexico over American lives. Let me
(13:25):
give you an example. In twenty twenty two, Biden's deputies
stayed mute when Texas Governor Greg Abbott uses power over
cross border inspections to force modest concessions from four Mexican
regional governments. Unsurprisingly, Trump's efforts are being opposed by pro
(13:47):
illegal immigrant advocates who do not want to recognize the
huge death toll to American citizens. For example, Aaron boy
Get the Washington Post wrote this, President Donald Trump's long
promised tariffs on goods from Canada and Mexico are due
to go in to effect Tuesday. This despite fears that
(14:08):
the taxes on imports could cripple the economies of our
two neighboring allies and negatively impact the US economy as
well by exacerbating inflation. You notice they don't care about
American families being ripped apart by these synthetic drugs. The
New York Times wrote, for American families, the likely result
(14:29):
is higher prices nearly everywhere they turn. Trying to fear monger,
you that the grocery prices are more important than your
children's lives. They also went on to talk about car
dealerships and electronics stores and iPhones and what you're going
to pay at the pump. The Wall Street Journal even
ignored the narcotics trade as it slammed Donald Trump's tariffs.
(14:51):
Good news is Donald Trump wasted no time responding to
the Wall Street Journal criticism, saying this quote the tariff lobby,
headed by the globalist and always wrong Wall Street Journal
is working hard to justify countries like Canada, Mexico, China,
and too many others to name continue the decades long
(15:13):
ripoff of America, both with regard to trade crime and
poisonous drugs that are allowed to so freely flow into America. China,
by the way, is also rejecting Trump's focus on fetanyl, saying, Oh,
it's not a big deal, calm down. The President of
the United States of America, however, is saying, yes, this
(15:33):
is a battle worth fighting. Why because it's already cost
the lives of more than three hundred thousand Americans. Peter Navarro,
by the way, went on Fox News Channel with Brett
Baer to talk exactly about this issue of fetanyl, including
Canada and what's happened on the northern border also the
Mexican cartels. I want you to hear what he had
(15:55):
to say about the President not backing down.
Speaker 4 (15:58):
Tariffs are April second. Happening now is triggered by border
and fentanyl. I understand all of that, but what's happening
is is now Canada is obviously hitting back.
Speaker 5 (16:09):
They're taking the liquor.
Speaker 4 (16:10):
Off the shelves, They're they're threatening electricity price increases, so
they're they're hitting back, and that people are going to
feel that we are taking off carmakers for a month.
There's a report that agriculture products.
Speaker 5 (16:26):
Are going to be exempted. Do you have that. I'm
not tracking that now. No.
Speaker 4 (16:31):
Okay, so we're making exemptions, but right now we're in.
Speaker 6 (16:34):
A bat But I think I think, look, we're going
to be in a period of adjustment where when we
impose the reciprocal tariffs, or when we impose tariffs that
are designed to save American lives, there's going to be
segments like you just had with mister four, and they're
going to rattle their savers and but I don't want
(16:55):
to contribute to that. What I want to say to
every world leader who gets up in arms when all
we're asking for is fairness and to have them stop
killing our people is please listen to us. Canada could
do a lot more. Canada has been taken over Brett
by Mexican cartels. They bring up, they bring up these
(17:15):
pill presses and printers and the medicines.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
That they fake.
Speaker 6 (17:22):
You can't tell the difference now measure of our companies.
Can you need a spectromer for to do it? It's
crazy and people are dying bread. It's been going on
for too long. I'll give you another thing just to
make this point. It's like it all starts in China.
But then China brings these chemicals over in fifty gallon
drums and you know what when they get to the ports.
(17:44):
You know why that stuff isn't interdicted there?
Speaker 5 (17:46):
This because China owns the ports.
Speaker 4 (17:48):
You have metrics that you're going to set that they
have to meet this and then the tariffs go away.
I mean, do we publicly know what that threshold is?
Speaker 6 (17:58):
Well, there's seventy thousand that America's dying every year, and
that's the low estimate because you don't pick up all
the deaths from the fake Xander.
Speaker 4 (18:06):
So you're putting them all in Canada's no, of course, not,
of course, not Brett.
Speaker 6 (18:10):
But what we want to see is Canada and Mexico
crackdown on China.
Speaker 5 (18:15):
China for whatever reason.
Speaker 6 (18:17):
And there's a lot of speculations whether they're.
Speaker 5 (18:20):
Meant mean to do us harm with this.
Speaker 6 (18:24):
They don't seem to care, Okay, So it's up to
Mexico and Canada to help us do this.
Speaker 5 (18:29):
And and look, here's the other thing.
Speaker 6 (18:31):
The fenel crisis is so toxic to our economy bread
because most of the people are dying their prime age,
working people.
Speaker 4 (18:39):
I think I think everybody's on boards on the federal
threat and the fedinal deaths. I think there are questions
about tariff policy that we're going to dig.
Speaker 5 (18:49):
Into as it keeps on going on. That's why I'm here, Peter.
We appreciate your time. Thank you, brettan you I appreciate
the time.
Speaker 3 (18:54):
Now.
Speaker 1 (18:55):
So you hear Peter Navarro there, and let's go back
to what he mentioned like three or four times with China.
Here's what China put out on X Today from their
spokesperson quote. The fetanyl issue is a flimsy excuse to
raise you of taris on Chinese imports. Our countermeasures to
defend our rights and interests are fully legitimate necessary. The US,
(19:17):
not anyone else, is responsible for the fetnyl crisis inside
the US. In the spirit of humanity and goodwill towards
the American people, we have taken robust steps, China says,
to assist the US in dealing with this issue. Instead
of recognizing our efforts, the US has sought to smear
and shift blame to China and is seeking to pressure
in blackmail China with tariff hikes. They've been pushing all
(19:40):
caps on US for helping them. This is not going
to solve the US's problem and will undermine our counter
narcotics dialogue and cooperation. China then said intimidation does not
scare US, bullying does not work on US. Pressuring coorter
gen or threats are not the right way of dealing
with China. Anyone using maximum pressure on China is picking
(20:03):
the wrong guy and miscalculating. If the US truly wants
to solve the fetnal issue, then the right thing to
do is to consult with China by treating each other
as equals.
Speaker 2 (20:14):
If war is what the US wants.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
Be it a tear for a trade war, any other
type of war, We're ready to fight till the end.
Does that sound like a country that is actually trying
to stop the flow of illegal drugs in the US. No,
because they're making billions and billions and billions of dollars
in profits making the chemicals for most of these synthetic
(20:39):
drugs and then giving them to the cartels to make
them in Mexico and other parts of the world. There
is no doubt that China is the lead of the
drug trade.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Especially when it comes to these types of fake pills.
Speaker 1 (20:57):
They know it, and that's exactly why Donald Trump is
trying to stop them and willing to add tariffs until
they finally stop killing Americans at a record rate. Sanctuary
city mayors are now being forced to testify on Capitol Hill.
These are the same mayors that refuse to hand over
(21:19):
individuals that are.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Wanted by Ice.
Speaker 1 (21:21):
Why because they're a loving city, a sanctuary city, and
they refuse to abide by the law of the land. Well,
those sanctuary city mayors were forced to testify and it
didn't go very well for them.
Speaker 2 (21:34):
Take a listen, would you turn that criminal over to ICE.
Speaker 3 (21:40):
This happened outside the city of Boston, but I can
tell you in the city, whenever someone commits a crime,
whenever there's a criminal warrant, we hold them accountable. If
ICE deems that they are dangerous enough to hold obtain
a criminal warrant and the Boston Police will enforce it, will.
Speaker 2 (21:56):
You turn that criminal over to ICE.
Speaker 3 (22:00):
We follow the laws.
Speaker 2 (22:02):
Do you consider yourself a sanctuary city.
Speaker 5 (22:05):
That's just we do not under that definition.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
You don't use the definition. You're not a sanctuary. We
call ourselves a welcoming city.
Speaker 7 (22:11):
We're not pulling the curtain back. We have ripped the
curtain from the rods. We have revealed to America just
how fast we could have secured our border if you
had an executive.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
That was willing to enforce the law.
Speaker 7 (22:28):
So now we're paying attention to municipalities, and every one
of them is lawyered up. They've change their narrative.
Speaker 2 (22:38):
You'll be held accountable.
Speaker 7 (22:40):
One of you said you're willing to go to jail,
we might give you that opportunity.
Speaker 2 (22:44):
Mayor yes or no? They should be deported, Okay.
Speaker 4 (22:48):
Any individuals causes hard breaks out law should be held.
Speaker 8 (22:53):
This is why you have six percent approval reigning because
you suck answering questions. I do not think you guys
are bad people, but I think that were ideologically misled,
which is why, unfortunately, based on your responses, I'm all
going to be criminally referring you to the Department of
Justice for investigation.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
All of you will be referred for criminal investigation to
the Department of Justice. All because these radicals are sitting
there in cities refusing to hand over criminals to ICE.
There is a new whistleblower that has also come forward
in Denver. The city of Denver now being forced to
(23:31):
release videos showing ICE agents chasing down and arresting a
suspected major cartel gang member who had just been literally
released from jail.
Speaker 2 (23:44):
Why was he released?
Speaker 1 (23:45):
Denver refused to hand him over to ICE inside the
safety of the facility due to their sanctuary policies. Instead,
this criminal was street released and fled upon seeing the
ICE agents outside waiting. ICE says he assaulted an agent
while being taken into custody. The local channel nine news
(24:08):
reported that ICE requested a forty eight hour heads up
on this man's release.
Speaker 2 (24:14):
He was a high value target but.
Speaker 1 (24:16):
They received that notification from the Denver jail just ninety
minutes before he walked out the front door. Now, ICE
says it makes no sense for sanctuary policies to ban
the transfer of these hardcore criminals inside the jail, where
it is safer for everyone, including the individual wanted by ICE.
Speaker 2 (24:42):
In this case.
Speaker 1 (24:42):
By the way, six ICE officers had to show up
to apprehend the uncuffed gang member after he was released
from the Denver jail, literally walking out the front door.
Denver Mike Johnson says he reached out ICE yesterday and
is asking to sit down with him to discuss the
(25:04):
quote best procedures moving forward. In translation this Denver Mayor
Johnson wants to discuss the best procedures when he already
knows what they are. What would the best procedure be?
Stop releasing criminal legal aliens from your jails, especially when
(25:24):
you receive an ICE detainer.
Speaker 2 (25:27):
It's just common sense.
Speaker 1 (25:28):
There's literally nothing else to discuss, and the question voters
should be asking themselves now is what side are the
mayors actually on, on the side of your safety or
are they siding with the drug cartels. Now Christy Noam
was asked to go on Hannity to talk about this
and these mayors. I want you to hear what she
(25:50):
had to say with Sean Hannity.
Speaker 2 (25:52):
And while the mayors will getting grilled.
Speaker 9 (25:54):
Secretary of Homeland Security Christy Noomes, she was up in
New York City at the subway station wherein illegal immigrant
stands accused of lighting a woman on fire last year.
She's back in DC from that trip, Madam Secretary, It's
so good to see. I keep wanting to say, Governor, Governor,
I'm like, I got to get used to it.
Speaker 8 (26:13):
You can one of people are still making that mistake.
Speaker 9 (26:15):
Okay, it has been so bad during the campaign. I
rolled not only Lake and Riley, Joscelyn Nungary and Rachel
marn I'd wrote all the names and maybe I'll let
my team pull up those scroll all the names of
all these people murdered, raped, victims of violent crime.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
What are you finding?
Speaker 8 (26:32):
You know, I'm finding families like that all over America
and their hearts are broken, their lives will never be
the same. And then they're living in some of these
sanctuary cities where they have leaders that won't listen to them.
And that's what's shocking to me is well, even last night,
this State of the Union speech, I just I really
felt like the Democrats are broken in a way that
I've never seen that's unprecedented. Just the disregard for human tragedy,
(26:56):
and that's really what they showed last night. But that's
what I'm finding all across this country is people are
sick of their leaders. They're sick of mayors like these
that we had on Capitol Hill today, and they're done.
They're waking up and they're very glad. Listen, we do
these raids on these criminals in these cities. People walking
by on the streets, going to work in the morning,
taking their kids to school, they stop and they go
(27:16):
thank you. They're telling these officers that are standing there
in their gear, thank you for doing this, thank you
for being here.
Speaker 2 (27:21):
So that's good.
Speaker 1 (27:22):
Yeah.
Speaker 8 (27:22):
To hear that on the ground, I think is very
different than what you hear when you're listening to Democrats.
Speaker 9 (27:26):
Where's your as a human being? Where's your heart, where's
your soul? Where's your conscience? You know your compassion? Democrats
say they're compassionate, and you don't stand for mothers that
lost their children. You don't stand for a little boy
to be cancer. You don't stand for a guy that
lost his father and got into West Point. You don't
stand for a woman that lost her hero husband police officer.
Speaker 8 (27:49):
Seriously, when they walked when the President walked in, and
they just didn't stand for him out of respect for
the institution. Out of respect for the institution. I mean,
that's at least decorum. And I served in Congress when
Obama was there, and so many times he would come
in for that State of the Union speech and I
knew he was lying to us, and I knew he
had a political agenda and all that, but we gave
(28:10):
him respect because this is the foundation of our country.
This speech is constitutionally mandated, and if you're going to
be a part of it, then you follow the process.
And you can disagree on politics, you can disagree on
opinions and policy, but boy, respect the institution because it's
the backbone of this country.
Speaker 9 (28:27):
So glad you are doing what you're doing. And the
thing that I fear is, I think your task is
so daunting because you were handed a mess, as the
President likes to say, and we have terrorists, cartel members,
gang members, no murderers, rapists in the country. Okay, finding
them as hard. Now we have people that are working
against you. And this is a question I've asked you before.
(28:49):
Are we finding the people that are tipping off and
putting ice agents' lives and dangers, tipping off the people
that you're.
Speaker 5 (28:55):
Going to raid.
Speaker 8 (28:56):
I have a couple of them identified that are within DHS,
and when I'm able to reveal that with the evidence,
I'm going to prosecute them to the fullest extent of
the law, and I'm going to make an example out
of them. And just on the way here, I got
another notification of another leak. And I can't do anything
without it getting leak. And that's why we have to
have so many ops all over the country all the
(29:18):
time that it doesn't slow us down. So that's one
of the things when I was in New York City today,
I said to so many of our law enforcement officers,
I said, so we don't have time to kiss each
other's asses. We just don't have time to sit around,
and we have to do everything we can every single
day because we might have another Lake and Riley tomorrow
and wish we would have pushed harder, and wish we
would have done more. So these lakers boy, they better
(29:41):
watch out because we are putting just his equal effort
into identifying them as we are these criminals that are
out there raping and murdering people. As far as I'm concerned,
these lakers are more dangerous because it's a complete disregard
for our law enforcement officers that are killed. Oh absolutely,
a law enforcement officer and a whole op is going
to get where people are.
Speaker 9 (29:59):
