to make immigration arrests.

Now, according to this memo of understanding, the ratio of
soldier to immigration officers is preliminarily listed as one officer
to four soldiers. So if for every one border patrol
agent in Texas you can take four, you can expand

person becomes five. Is how you should be looking at this.
So all right, give me one immigration officer or border
patrol agent, and I'm going to give you four other
people to then go out and arrest people with you.
This is what you refer to as thinking outside the box.

six months or a year and have them shadow people. No,

That is exactly what Texas is now doing. Title eight
United States Code Arrest authority was granted quote to multiple
federal law enforcement agencies just days after Trump's inauguration. In fact,

Security authorized federal law enforcement agents to investigate, determine the location, of,
and apprehend migrants in an illegal status. Now, the detail

on the border. Duties of the Texas National Guard soldiers

to specific agencies under the Department of Homeland Security. So
what did Donald Trump say, Hey, I need more people
that can arrest people. You're telling me that's a problem.

to fix it. The latest granting of immigration arrest authority

It adds at least three thousand Texas Army National Guard
soldiers to the already increased number of atf FBI United
States Deputy Marshalls who are now assisting the Department of

is the takeaway from all of this that they're listening

right now? You need to be going to your elected
officials in your state saying, hey, this idea is pretty awesome.
We really like this, we think this is something that
should happen, We think that this is really important. This
is something that we want you to be advocating for.

how much is getting done right now.

sovereign wealth fund, which we've never had. We have a
lot of things that create wealth, and you're seeing that

that maybe should come into the US. Well, what did

Clearly, this was a policy that it was talked about
in great length beforehand, and it was put into the
official remarks by the speech writers. This is something the
present probably had been thinking about for some time.

The only reason the Palestinians want to go back to
Gaza is they have no alternative. It's right now a
demolition site. This is just a demolition site.

Virtually every building is down. They're living under fallen concrete.

They instead can occupy all of a beautiful area with
homes and safety, and they can live out their lives
in peace and harmony instead of having to go back
and do it again. The US will take over the
Gaza Strip and we will do a job with it too.
We'll own it and be responsible for dismantling all of
the dangerous unexploded bombs and other weapons on the site.

Level the site and get rid of the destroyed buildings.
Level it out, create an economic development that will supply
unlimited numbers of jobs and housing for the people of
the area. Go real job, do something different.

understand exactly how this would play out. Donald Trump made
it clear that the US will quote take over Gaza.

the Q and A with the press, Trump said, the
US will take over the Gaza Strip and we will

and be responsible for all of these dangers. He also

development that will supply unlimited numbers of jobs and housing. Now,
this shocking announcement came as the President spoke along side
the Israeli Prime Minister and at Yahoo for the first
foreign leader's visit to the Trump administration since his inauguration

last month. Trump had previously said that he would like
to see most or all of the Palestinian population of
Gaza moved to another Arab or Muslim country. The idea
of actually taking over Gaza and establishing a US presence
was both unexpected and completely new. This it was a

moment in history, you should remember. Trump added that the
US would develop Gaza economically, sending troops if necessary, and
make investments.

Trump added that not only would the US develop Gaza economically,
sending troops to make sure that everything is done the
right way, but he called the potential of Gaza unbelievable

You have to learn from history, he said.

We have an opportunity to do something phenomenal the riviera
of the Middle East. He said that he envisioned the
world's people living there, adding I think you'll make Gaza
into an international unbelievable place. I think the potential in
the Gaza strip is unbelievable, and I think the entire world.

Representatives from all over the world will be there now.
Reporter asked Trump, what right does the US have to
take over Gaza, calling it inaccurately quote sovereign territory. By
the way, there is no palace in state, and there's
no sovereign power in the territory. But that's not what
facts get in the way of a great question from
the media, right well, Trump did not reply directly, but
(06:48):
said the American control of Gaza would increase quote stability
in the region as the various nations pursued piece together.
Net Yahoo, who had never publicly advocated for anything like
what Trump had proposed, said that the idea was quote
something that could change history, and that is worth considering.

It is considered taboo even in Israel to advocate for
the transfer of Palestinians from Gaza or from Judea and Samaria,
also known as the West Bank. Trump had previously proposed
by in Greenland, just to put it in perspective about
where his mindset is. So clearly he's not adverse to
the idea of America taking over this territory abroad. However,

the idea of taking over a worn torn Gaza is
completely unique and quite possibly, as Yahoo put it, something
that history has never even thought about as a possibility.
Another way of putting it is, well, this could be revolutionary. Now,
let's also deal with the other reality here. There is
(07:58):
no doubt that arrists are going to want to target
this idea. They're going to want to make sure that
it never happens. In fact, the far left and the
media already freaking out over Trump's announcement of the US
taking over Gaza. The radical left and members of the
establishment media immediately grew angry after President Trump announced the
US would take over Gaza, Trump making it clear he
(08:22):
really doesn't care what the media says. But I'll give
you one example of what happened right afterwards. A crowd
outside the White House just learned that Donald Trump plans
on annexing Gaza, and the activists promised retaliation, saying, quote,
we will continue to resist for every inch of Palestine.
Let Donald Trump know that the ceasefire is only the beginning,
(08:46):
is what they were chanting outside. Trump during the election
said there would be no new wars after the inauguration.
Is one media I would put it, We're going to
send the US military to conquer Gaza, Greenland, Canada, Mexico,
and the Panama.

Can Obviously that is a lie.
Speaker 1 (09:02):
No, we are not sending US troops to conquer Gaza
or Greenland, or Canada, or Mexico or the Panama Canal.
But when your state sponsored media propaganda, you report it
exactly this way. Now, there are going to be terrorists
that aren't going to like this. But the funny part
is Donald Trump doesn't care about the terrorists either.

In fact, he.

Just blew up a bunch of them in a cave
just a few days ago. Now, if there's anybody that
was really shocked about all of this, it was the
mainstream media. They couldn't believe they didn't know about this
plan beforehand, right because they're obsessed with people leaking to them.
This is something that would have been very important or
powerful to leak if you were one of those inside

this White House, and it never did leak, which also
tells you about how committed the staff is to Donald Trump,
meaning this White House is much more organized and on
the same page than any other White House I've seen
in recent history. Things like this usually don't make it
to the podium and out of the president's mouth before

someone tries to leak it. This is telling me that
the Trump administration is operating at another level right now,
and it is great to witness it happen in real time.
So there is a trend that is happening when it
comes to winning, and I hope that this show when
I'm on here will help inspire other people in other
(10:32):
places to look at what other states are doing when
they're winning, especially when it comes to crack down on
illegal immigrants.

And that brings me to this headline.

If you live outside of Texas and the majority of
you listening right now, do pay attention to what Texas
just did so that you know how to fight back
when your local elected officials tell you, or your governor
tells you, or state officials tell you, well, we just
don't have the resources needed to round up illegal immigrants.
Right There's a lot of states that are not quote
sanctuary states that aren't as crazy as like Colorado or

California or New York, but they're not actively trying to
get in the game to get rid of illegal immigrants,
and their excuses, we just don't have the manpower to
do it, so that is their cop out for not
working with the Trump administration in our federal government, et cetera.

The Texas National Guard has now been granted the authority
to make immigration arrests.

What does that mean.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
It means that you just, in essence, hired thousands, if
not tens of thousands of new people to arrest illegal.

Immigrants instantly, like instantly.
Speaker 1 (11:48):
Let me explain how it works so you know what
to advocate for where you live. This memorandum of understanding
between Customs and Border Protection, all right, the CBP and
the State of tax will immediately grant the Texas National
Guard soldiers the authority to make immigration arrests within the
state of Texas.

Peter Flores, the CBP.
Speaker 1 (12:11):
Acting Commissioner, authored the memorandum of understanding. Now, this memo,
which has not yet been disseminated to all Texas border sectors,
will allow the soldiers apparently to perform roving patrols and
exercise all the duties of an immigration agent so long
as a US Immigration officer or border patrol.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
Agent is accompanying them.
Speaker 1 (12:37):
Now, according to this memo of understanding, the ratio of
soldier to immigration officers is preliminarily listed as one officer
to four soldiers. So if for every one border patrol
agent in Texas you can take four, you can expand
him like a one and then add for so one
(12:58):
person becomes five. Is how you should be looking at this.
So all right, give me one immigration officer or border
patrol agent, and I'm going to give you four other
people to then go out and arrest people with you.
This is what you refer to as thinking outside the box.
I don't need to hire a bunch of new people necessarily.

I don't have to wait to train them up for
six months or a year and have them shadow people. No,
I can How do I solve this problem right now?
That is exactly what Texas is now doing. Title eight
United States Code Arrest authority was granted quote to multiple
federal law enforcement agencies just days after Trump's inauguration. In fact,
(13:43):
on January the twenty third, the Department of Home in
Security authorized federal law enforcement agents to investigate, determine the location, of,
and apprehend migrants in an illegal status. Now, the detail
this memo, which were by the way obtaining release in
(14:03):
recent days, was actually reported by none other than CBS
News They are very similar to the Memo of Understanding
that was also reviewed by Breitbart Texas, where you get
by the way, they give great news on what's going
on the border. Duties of the Texas National Guard soldiers
are law enforcement related quote generally reserved for agents assigned
(14:24):
to specific agencies under the Department of Homeland Security. So
what did Donald Trump say, Hey, I need more people
that can arrest people. You're telling me that's a problem.
How do we fix the problem. Here's how we're going
to fix it. The latest granting of immigration arrest authority
adds at least right now.

This summer could significantly go up.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
It adds at least three thousand Texas Army National Guard
soldiers to the already increased number of atf FBI United
States Deputy Marshalls who are now assisting the Department of
Homeland Security and federal immigration laws in Texas. So what
is the takeaway from all of this that they're listening
(15:06):
right now? You need to be going to your elected
officials in your state saying, hey, this idea is pretty awesome.
We really like this, we think this is something that
should happen, We think that this is really important. This
is something that we want you to be advocating for.
(15:27):
We're tired of illegal immigrants in this country. We are
tired of what we're witnessing right now. And you notice
how much is getting done right now.
Speaker 2 (15:35):
God's unbelievable, isn't it. It's unbelievable.

Donald Trump, by the way, has also just come out
and this has happened in the last couple of minutes.
He has Trump has signed executive order to create US
Sovereign Wealth Fund. He said, we have a lot of
things that create wealth, and you've seen that over the
last two weeks. Here is the President moments ago from
the Oval Office.
Speaker 4 (16:00):
This is an executive order discharges your Secretary of the Treasury,
Scott Bessant and your Secretary of Commerce, Howard Lutnek, to
begin a process that will hopefully result in the creation
of an American sovereign Wealth Fund.
Speaker 5 (16:14):
It's a very exciting event. We're going to have a
sovereign wealth fund, which we've never had. We have a
lot of things that create wealth, and you're seeing that
over the last two weeks. I think we've created more wealth.
Other people have created the wealth, the people, my predecessors.
We're creating a lot of wealth. Scott, maybe you'd like
(16:35):
to say something about it, and I'd ask also, Howard,
do you ever say something about it?
Speaker 6 (16:41):
Yes, sir, there's a very very exciting We're going to
stand this thing up within the next twelve months. We
are going to monetize the assets side of the US
balance sheet for the American people. We're going to put
the assets to work, and I think it's going to

be very exciting. When we've study best practices has done
around the world. It will be a combination of liquid
assets assets that we have in this country as we
want work to bring them out for the American people.

But by the way, this is not a crazy idea.
We're going to have a sovereign wealth fund, which we've
never had where we create a lot of wealth. We've
seen this happen over the last two weeks. But we're
going to actually look at what we have on the
balance sheet and the things that we have, and we're
going to actually grow it for the American people. A

what a novel idea run the government the way that
we run.

The private sector. How do we do that?

We actually take our heads out of our rear ends,
We take our heads out of our rear ends, and
we sit there and we do something positive for the
American people and what they've already invested.

Now there's gonna be a lot of lying, by the
way it's going to be told about these programs.

Just get ready for it.

Another example of that as all the people that were
losing their minds and the tariff critics, you know, for
for attacking Donald Trump right and saying he's going to
ruin this economy when the reality is that Donald Trump is,
through these tariffs, is actually trying to save men, women
and children who died from federal overdoses and securing our

borders to make sure that the drugs aren't pouring in,
the human trafficking isn't pouring in. Trump advisor Peter Navarro
went on Fox News Channel. He said this about the
fact that Trump was speaking of the Mexican president and
the tariffs have been paused, and this is what winning
looks like.

That into a couple of weeks ago where a border
patrol agent in Vermont was killed by somebody who came
across the border. I want to come back, Peter, if
I could, to Mexico Shinbaum has said this, she'll put
ten thousand National Guard troops on the border to try
to stem the flow of fentanyl and illegal migrants. AMLO
did the same thing back in twenty twenty one, and
after that it led to record amounts of fentanyl crossing

into this country, record numbers of illegal migrants crossing to
this country.

Do you have confidence that.

Shinbaum will actually act whereas AMLO didn't?

I think people have to understand how the process of
fentanyl killing Americans work. The Commish Chinese are culpable because
they make the precursor chemicals that are combined to make
the fentanyl. And I was back and the first term is,
you know, John, we were fighting the fenteryl wars that

back then, and every time China promised to do something,
it just never followed through. And so it comes in.
The drug cartels make the stuff off, It goes on
mules they're sending up and around through Canada. Now, I
am confident that if Mexico, China and Canada do which

is what was clearly within their cap abilities to do,
to stop.

That it will stop.

But if it doesn't stop, President Trump will continue his
relentless pressure to make sure that Americans stop dying. This
is carnage. We've kind of grown immune to the fact
that that two hundred Americans die every single day, every

the lead eighteen to forty five age group. These are

the highest numbers. It's the leading cause of death for
that demographic. It's our prime working class people, and we're
having our economy hallowed out in part by these deaths.
So I'm confident that President Trump is going to get
this job done, but it's going to have to be

the Canadian Prime Minister recognizing it's a drug war, not
a trade war, and stop this talk about escalation.
