Speaker 1 (00:00):
You had Bennon put in jail, Peter Navarro put in jail.
You had people that suffered, They've lost their fortunes, they've
lost there within this.
Speaker 2 (00:08):
Say, another sign of President Trump's aggressive crackdown on immigration.
Speaker 3 (00:14):
You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben Ferguson.
Speaker 4 (00:18):
Good Morning, It's Ben Ferguson, and these are the top
stories that we're.
Speaker 5 (00:21):
Looking at right now.
Speaker 4 (00:23):
Joe Biden, the big Guy, may have made a big
mistake when it comes to giving out pardons to members
of the Biden crime family. He left a couple of
names off that list that now could put him in
hot water.
Speaker 5 (00:34):
I'll explain that for you in just a moment.
Speaker 4 (00:36):
Also, Donald Trump making good on his promise to go
after sanctuary cities that do not comply with federal law,
and now they're rounding up violent illegal immigrants all over
the country. I have the latest on that. And in
a shocking report, the United Nations facilities apparently were used
to hide the hostages that were taken in the attacks
(00:58):
on Israel. Is one of the reasons why Donald Trump
is saying it's time to stop funding to these organizations.
Will break that down for you as well, it's the
forty seven Morning Update and it starts right now.
Speaker 3 (01:10):
Story number one.
Speaker 4 (01:11):
There was universal outrage when we found out that the
very last thing that Joe Biden did as President of
the United States of America was give out pardons to
virtually all of his family members and their spouses. This
is the Biden crime family. But he may have made
a fatal mistake by not pardoning himself or his wife.
Joe Biden, he thought about everyone else, but I guess
(01:34):
assumed he was untouchable because he was the President of
the United States of America. Now Donald Trump is actually
talking about this exact issue in a sit down interview
with Sean Hendy, his first interview inside the ownable office.
And this is what Donald Trump had to say.
Speaker 6 (01:53):
Joe Biden, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, who got a preemptive pardon,
all these people that got Anthony Fauci. Did he know
that NAH money through the Eco Health Alliance was funding
the Wuhan Virology Lab. There seems to be texted the
messages and emails that went back and forth. You talk
(02:13):
about the Unselect Committee, as you called the January sixth committee.
They had a predetermined outcome General Milly, all these people,
the Biden family members. Joe Biden ran and said he
would never do preemptive pardons. It was an issue that
came up when you were leaving in your first he
thought he heard that.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
I was going to do I didn't want to do it.
I was given the option. They said, sir, would you
like to pardon everybody, including yourself? I said, I'm not
going to pardon anybody. We didn't do anything wrong, and
we had people that suffered, their incredible patriots. We had
people that suffered. You had Bannon put in jail, you
had Peter Navarro put in jail. You had people that suffered,
(02:57):
and far worse than that. They've lost their fortunes, they've
lost their whatever, their nest egg, paying it to lawyers
and those people. And people said to you, and they
don't even they wouldn't have even taken most of those people.
They wouldn't have even taken apart. This guy went around
giving everybody pardons, And you know that the funny thing,
(03:19):
maybe the sad thing, is he didn't give himself a part.
And if you look at it, it all had to
do with him. I mean, the money went to him.
Speaker 6 (03:29):
Should Congress investigate that.
Speaker 1 (03:30):
Well, I don't know, it's you know, the deal's always been. Look,
he didn't give himself a pardon, and he didn't give
some other people a pardon that needed it. And I
heard Schiff went to him and just begged him for
a parton because Schiff is a crook. Schiff is a
crooked guy. He's a crooked politician. He made up the
story about Russia Russia Rush. He totally made it up
(03:53):
as long as the storyteller. And then after he made
it up, they found out that there was a tape
of conversation made by you know, I guess the State Department.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (04:05):
When you make calls, they make tapes sometimes not all
the time. He was to the Russians, so he in
the meantime made up the conversation, totally made it up
about quid pro quail. There was no quit, broke quo,
just the yeah, there was a perfect call. Tim Scott
was the first one to come.
Speaker 5 (04:19):
He read it.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
He said, this is a perfect call.
Speaker 7 (04:23):
What do you do?
Speaker 1 (04:23):
You're you're impeaching a man for perfect call. It was Shiff, Schiff,
Hillary Dahl, hold up, you know what they should shift
is just a bad, sick guy, and he went to
Biden and he demanded a part because he thought he
(04:44):
did something he knew it did.
Speaker 5 (04:45):
Thompson won the chairman of that committee.
Speaker 1 (04:47):
Anytimes and destroyed, destroyed along with that unselect committee, destroyed
all of the work that took place over two years.
You know why, It showed that I was right.
Speaker 4 (05:00):
Not only was Donald Trump right, but the big guy,
Joe Biden, may have made the biggest mistake of his
political career in that he decided not to part himself
and others. As you just heard mentioned in that interview.
The question now is do the American people want Congress
to spend time investigating what they already know the Biden
(05:21):
crime family was involved in. Republicans will have to figure
that out, but it's very clear that Donald Trump is
saying he's open to the idea of finding out exactly
what these individuals did.
Speaker 5 (05:31):
Now.
Speaker 3 (05:32):
Story number two.
Speaker 4 (05:33):
Donald Trump made it clear when he was reelected that
when he got into office he was going to well
kick some aass and take names, especially if you're involved
in protecting illegal immigrants that are in this country. He
said he was going to take on sanctuary cities and
that is something he's doing right now. But we've also
found out that now the government is rounding up violent
(05:54):
illegal immigrants all over the country, just as he promised,
Tom Homan taking the lead on that. While that is
going on, Congress has also passed the Lake and Riley Act.
That bill now is going to Donald Trump's desk to
be signed into law. The House in a major move
on Wednesday, passing the Lake and Riley Act, sending that
(06:14):
bill of the White House to make it the first
legislation the President, Donald Trump will sign into laws. What
we're being told now, this is significant because clearly the
President is trying to send a message to the voters
who put him back in the White House that he
is going to do exactly what he said he was
going to do on protecting you from violent criminals that
come across our southern border. Now, this is a divisive issue,
(06:38):
and I'm talking about devisive from the standpoint the Democrats
are hell bent on allowing violent criminals into America. The
House voted two sixty three to one fifty six to
pass the.
Speaker 5 (06:49):
Lake and Riley Act.
Speaker 4 (06:50):
Thank goodness, forty six Democrats joined the GOP lawmakers to
pass the legislation now the Lake and Riley Act, was
named after the twenty two year year old nursing student
who was brutally murdered in Athens, Georgia, buy an illegal
alien released into the United States Interior by the Biden administration.
(07:11):
The bill would require the Department of Homeland Security to
take into custody illegal aliens arrested, charged, or convicted for burglary, theft, larceny,
or shoplifting. This is something that sanctuary cities have been
refusing to do to alert ice about individuals that have
committed these types of crimes. House Republicans passed the bill
(07:34):
in early January, and they enjoyed unanimous support from the
Republican leadership, with forty eight Democrats saying yes they would
back this bill. This will be a moment for Donald
Trump to say this is what the American people want.
Speaker 5 (07:50):
In fact, CNN is even admitting that.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
Saying that Americans are more hawkish on illegal immigration and
deporting in this country illegally since Donald Trump has been
back in the White House, and that's just been for
a few days.
Speaker 5 (08:06):
Take a listen to this shocking report.
Speaker 2 (08:09):
Let's start with how Americans feel now about people being
in the country illegally. This is this might be different
from the headline. We're just talking about refugees who have
applied and gotten there right through this long process and
gotten approved. But talking about undocumented immigrants.
Speaker 8 (08:24):
Yeah, sometimes I like blunt questions because they sort of
get it the underlying feelings that people have. So this
is about as blunt of questions you can get to
port all immigrants here illegally. I will note the ABC
News poll ask about undocumented immigrants, so we have slightly
different questions, but these were all taken within the last month,
and there's real uniformity here.
Speaker 5 (08:43):
That's what I really think you see.
Speaker 8 (08:44):
You see real uniformity all immigrants who are here illegally
fifty five percent of the New York Times, Marquette sixty
four percent, CBS News fifty seven percent, ABC News, with
a slightly different question fifty six percent.
Speaker 5 (08:55):
So what you're seeing.
Speaker 8 (08:56):
Essentially here is very clear indication that I'm a majority
of Americans in fact, when they're asked this one question,
which I believe gets that the underlying feelings, do in
fact want to port all immigrants who are here illegally.
There's no arguing with these different numbers because they're all
essentially the same across.
Speaker 5 (09:12):
Four different posters, so four different posters.
Speaker 4 (09:16):
The New York Times fifty five percent of Americans say
to port all illegal immigrants. Marquette sixty four percent their
pole say of Americans want all legal immigrants to be deported,
CBS News at fifty seven percent and ABC News at
fifty six percent.
Speaker 5 (09:33):
This is shocking to CNN.
Speaker 4 (09:36):
Which also tells you just how little they were paying
attention to the American voters before election day. And the
fact that they're saying it's shocking even after Donald Trump
has gone to the White House also tells you just
how incompetent they are now. Tom Homan is out there,
He's kicking well tail and taking names. He also did
an interview with CNN where he put them in their
(09:57):
place when he was asked about what he is doing
with sanctuary cities that are refusing to work with the
federal government.
Speaker 2 (10:04):
And so what is happening as we speak is limited
to those with criminal records.
Speaker 7 (10:09):
That's a target to this operation. But like I said
many times, in places like sanctuary cities, where we can't
arrest a bad person in the jail, we would like
to have access to the jail to arrest the criminal
alien in the safety and security of the county jail,
which is safer for the community, safer for the officers,
safer for the alien. But when you release a public
safety threat of sanctuary jail and won't give us access
(10:30):
to him, that means we got to go to the
neighborhood and find him, and we will find him. But
when we find him, he may be with others. Others
that don't have a criminal conviction are in the country legally,
they will be arrested too, because we're not going to
strug And this is a difference between the last administration
and this administration. ICE is going to force the immigration law.
There's nothing in the I in a Immigration Nationality Act
(10:50):
says you got to be convicted of a serious crime
in order to be removed from this country. So there's
going to be more collabor arrests and sanctuary cities because
because they forced us to go in the community and
find and find the guy we're looking for.
Speaker 4 (11:02):
And find the guy we're looking for. Tom Homan already
rounding up illegal immigrants all over the country.
Speaker 5 (11:08):
Well done. And lastly, story number three.
Speaker 4 (11:11):
I told you about a story yesterday on the forty
seven Morning Update that Donald Trump had said, it's clear
that America is paying way more into different organizations like
the UN than any other countries in the world, and
they're taking advantage of us. He has also decided that
it's time to look at how much money we're spending
and have a ninety day moratorium to move forward on
(11:31):
any funding. Well, now you may understand exactly why he
made that decision after the shocking new claims have come
out of Israel from freed Israeli hostages, who are now
saying that Hamas terraces used United Nation facilities to hide them.
Outrage is intensifying at this hour after the hostages freed
(11:56):
from gads are revealed that they were held in UN
facility during their captivity, while critics are calling the UN
RWA known as UNRA, nothing more than a quote front
for the Hamas terraces that must be disbanded immediately. Last weekend,
three Israeli women were released in that high stakes prisoner
(12:18):
swap which saw Israel free ninety Palestinian detainees, including convicted terrorists.
The women who had endured nearly a year and a
half of captivity under the terrorist group Hamas described being
detained in the United Nations facilities including tent camps and
humanitarian zones administered by the United Nations Relief and Works
(12:42):
Agency for Palestine refugees in the Near East. This would
be under control. This coming from Israel's Channel thirteen news
reports this is shocking, as well as additional reports that
have come out indicating that they were held at the
i'm all Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza. The former hostages
(13:04):
are now undergoing rehabilitation following severe conditions that included long
periods in underground confinement without sunlight. One woman recounted being
subjected to a medical procedure without anesthesia, underscoring the inhumane
treatment that they all faced in captivity. This is another
example of why Donald Trump is right to say stop
(13:26):
the funding to organizations until we do a deep dive
into what they're doing with our money, especially if the
United Nations is now going to be found guilty of advocating, supporting,
and helping terrorist organizations in and around Israel.
