Speaker 3 (03:06):
Story number one.

Speaker 4 (03:08):
The Supreme Court handing Donald Trump a massive victory when
it comes to redistricting in Texas, a sweeping legal and
political victory with big implications for the twenty twenty six
midterms and the twenty twenty eight presidential election cycle. Now,
the left lost their minds over what Texas was doing

(03:30):
with redistricting, and they decided to sue.

Speaker 5 (03:34):
Well, guess what.

Speaker 4 (03:35):
The Supreme Court delivered a significant victory for not only
the president of the United States of America, but also
for states rights ruling to affirm the Texas Congressional redistricting map.
The decision effectively upholds the state's current district lines, rejecting
efforts to overturn them by the radical left, and giving

(03:57):
Republicans a clear path to maintain and potentially even expand
their political advantage in one of the nation's largest and
fastest growing states, which is extremely important for controlling Congress
and also the White House. Let me talk to you
about the takeaways. Number one. Not only was this the

(04:17):
massive win for Trump in the election strategy, but the
ruling validates the same redistricting principles that Trump and the
GOP leaders have defended for years, that state sovereignty, constitutional authority,
and legislature's power to draw maps without federal interference. The
second victory here was GOP's strength in the critical battleground

(04:42):
for the country. The upheld map solidifies not only Republican
advantages in multiple key districts, protecting the gains that have
been made under President Trump's leadership, in saying the stage
for even stronger conservative performance in twenty twenty six and
twenty twenty eight. Eight, the court rejected the challenge that

(05:02):
could have undone years of GOP progress. By refusing to
strite down the Texas Map, the court shut down a
major legal challenge that could have unraveled Republican leaning districts
across the state. Now this ensures political stability and predictability
and continuity for the next several election cycles. It also

(05:23):
reinforces the constitutional vision the Trumpet champion and what he
ran on. The majority opinion signals strong support for the
constitutional framework Conservatives have been defending states, not Washington bureaucrats
or activist groups control the redistricting. It's also just a
huge momentum boost for Texas Republicans. With the map locked in,

(05:48):
Republican tendants can now run confidently and aggressively, knowing the
courts will not be used to undermine their districts. This
ruling effectively gives a GOP a green light to build
even bigger majorities. And then there's the political impact. Not
only does it strengthen Trump's national influence, but it also
provides again for his judicial legacy in shaping the country.

(06:12):
It also secures Texas as a GOP fortress, which is
extremely important when it comes to the presidential election and
making Democrats pick up efforts even harder than before. It
also boosts fundraising and kennet recruitment since the districts are
now stable and also favorable. It eliminates uncertainty that could

(06:34):
have disrupted campaigns heading into the midterms as well, that
was part of the democratic strategy of chaos. And it
affirms conservative legal arguments on separation of powers and states' rights.
The bottom line is the Supreme Court didn't just hand
Texas Republicans a win. It delivered one of the most
consequential redistricting victories of the decade, reinforcing President Trump's long

(06:59):
term our political strategy and submitting Conservatives control in the
country's most important red state. This is a massive victory
for President Trump and for the rule of law and
states rights.

Speaker 3 (07:14):
Now, story number two, we're.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
Getting more information about exactly what happened with the DC
pipe bomber and how he was finally arrested, And we're
also learning the shocking news that there was no new
tip that came in that caused the arrest to happen.
It was actually just information that hadn't been pursued or
information that hadn't been put together with evidence by the

(07:38):
prior administration and the FBI. What we now know is
there's a man that's been charged for planting explosive devices
outside the RNC and the DNC on January the fifth
of twenty twenty one. And the only reason why we
know who he is now is because Donald Trump and
the men and women put in charge of the FBI

(07:59):
and the DOJ, they are now able to do their
jobs the right way, which is law enforcement work in
fighting crime. The Attorney General Pam Bondi putting it this way, Brian.

Speaker 5 (08:10):
Cole Junior was arrested and charged with placing the pipe
bombs at the RNC and the DNC on January fifth,
twenty twenty one. He has been charged with violating eighteen USC.
Eight forty four, which is use of an explosive device.
This investigation is ongoing as we speak. Search warrants are

(08:33):
being executed, and there could be more charges to come.
Today's arrest happened because the Trump administration has made this
case a priority. The total lack of movement on this
case in our nation's capital undermined the public trust of

(08:54):
our enforcement agencies. This cold case languished for four years
until Director Patel and Deputy Director Bongino came to the FBI.
The FBI, along with US Attorney Puro and all of
our prosecutors, have worked tirelessly for months sifting through evidence

(09:20):
that had been sitting at the FBI with the Biden
administration for four long years. Let me be clear, there
was no new tip, there was no new witness, just good,
diligent police work and prosecutorial work working as a team
along with atf Capitol Police, Metropolitan Police Department, and of

(09:46):
course the FBI. We are working every day to restore
the public's trust. We hope that today is a significant
step towards that progress. We'll share more information when when
we can and when it unfolds. I cannot stress enough
how hard Director Patel and Deputy Director Bonngino have worked

(10:10):
for months to make our nation's capital safer and to
make our country safer.

Speaker 4 (10:16):
You listen to Pam Bondi in what she had to
say there, it's truly incredible that there was no new
information that actually led to this arrest. Cash Battel saying
this as well on TV in an interview.

Speaker 1 (10:32):
So you know, there's been some uncertainty, you know, certainly online,
so I don't know what's real and what's not Sometimes
it's a little hard to follow, but on when these
devices were actually planted. You know, does this arrest crystallize
the timeline at all in terms of, you know, the
sequence of events that's sort of been you know, up
in the air again, you know, especially online.

Speaker 3 (10:50):
It absolutely does.

Speaker 6 (10:50):
And I don't want to get ahead of the Department
of Justice, but you're going to see a crystal clear
timeline and picture in the next twenty four hours when
this individual makes his presentment and first appearance in court
and we proceed with the paperwork to his arraignment. That's
where key pieces of information are going to be made
public for the first time, because that's where key pieces
of information legally must be made public for the first time.

(11:11):
And we're not going to disrupt that process because that
would hurt the integrity of investigation and most importantly, it
would hurt the integrity of the prosecution that's upcoming.

Speaker 4 (11:19):
You listen to Cashptel and what he's saying is you're
getting transparency. He also made it clear and this was
a Cashptel tweet. When Dan bond Gino and I came
to the FBI in March, the pipe bomb investigation installed
for going on five years. We rebuilt it from scratch,
rerunning every lead, retesting every piece of evidence, bring in

(11:41):
top experts, and deploying new technology to engineer the break
that finally nailed the suspect. Today is result of that
outstanding work. We didn't need new evidence, just new leaders
and a new President Trump willing to let good cops
be cops. This goes exactly back to that principle. The

(12:04):
President United States of America chose people to put in
positions of power that understand exactly what they needed to do,
which was go after the bad guys, arrest them, and
make sure that men and women are safe. And finally,
even Judge Janine said, the DC pipe bomber was quiet.

(12:25):
She also revealed insight into his low key personal life, saying,
federal authorities say they found bomb making materials in the
suspect's home. The US Attorney for the District of Columbia,
Judge Janine revealing all of this after it was announced
the indictment, federal authorities arresting that thirty year old of

(12:46):
Virginia Thursday morning, And yet again she re emphasized this
important point that this was after a nearly five year
long pause in essence of the investigation involving millions of
pieces of data. Now we have him, and Americans can
sleep a little better knowing that the DC pipe bomber

(13:07):
is behind Bart.
