Speaker 1 (00:01):
It's the best Bit of the week with Morgan two.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
She's breaking down the top seven segments from the Bobby
Bone Show this week.

Speaker 3 (00:09):
Hello, good morning everybody, and welcome to the first best
Bits of twenty twenty six.

Speaker 1 (00:14):
Technically for me.

Speaker 3 (00:15):
I know you guys already heard one last weekend, but
this is the first one that I'll be recording in
the new year. So thanks for being here, and thanks
for listening to all of that content over the holidays.
I hope you enjoyed it. And this weekend, I have
Lunchbox showing me. Part one, we get into his family
holidays down in Texas, and then I let him ask
all of the questions he wants about my engagement over

(00:36):
the holidays, and then part three is.

Speaker 4 (00:37):
Always a listener questions and we answer.

Speaker 3 (00:40):
So check both of those out if you have some time,
and if not, you just want to get caught up
on the show to start.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
Your new year off fresh, then let's get into it.

Speaker 3 (00:49):
And speaking of a lunchbox, we had an update on
his stomach and testical situation, and honestly, even saying that
feels weird.

Speaker 4 (00:56):
So I'm just gonna let him tell you about what's
going on.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
So I want to play a voicemail. This is in
relation to Lunchbox. He's had some weird pain and the
doctors keep saying, we don't know what it is. Go
watch YouTube. And one of his testicles got really big.
We haven't we haven't had a testicle check since we
got back from break. But I want to play this voicemail.

Speaker 5 (01:16):
First, my husband was diagnosed with testicular cancer and he
was in a very similar situations Lunchbox. At first, he
just noticed the swelling, called his primary care provider and
they couldn't fit him in for months. But the swelling
got worse. I got really nervous. I pushed him. He
called them back. He is good now. But all that

(01:37):
we said is just be honest with your doctor with
your symptoms. They will get you in much much quicker
at once they understand the severity of it. So best
of luck.

Speaker 2 (01:47):
You weren't honest with your doctor because you didn't tell
him about the swollen testicle.

Speaker 6 (01:50):
Yeah. I kind of told you, guys, it's weird. No,
not your doctor. In a vulnerable moment, I let that
out of the bag.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
So you have an appointment still on the twelfth. On
the twelfth, an update how is how is it? Is
it still swollen?

Speaker 6 (02:05):
Still swollen?

Speaker 7 (02:05):
And still Like if I go running with the kids
in the backyard or whatever, or try to chase them
down the sidewalk, it gets uncomfortable pretty quick. The testicle
or the the testicle.

Speaker 8 (02:17):
Is your stomach still hurt.

Speaker 7 (02:18):
I haven't really let loose, I guess, is what you'd say.
So I haven't really tested it. Just running like a
couple of houses. I don't think the pain never hurt
in the side. It's when I like run like a
mile two miles, that's when I can really feel it.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
But it hurts in your testicle still, Yes, Is it
getting bigger?

Speaker 6 (02:35):
Well, see here's the thing.

Speaker 7 (02:37):
It's big during the day and then when I go
to sleep it deflats.

Speaker 6 (02:42):
How do you know this is when I wake up
in the morning, it's not as big as big.

Speaker 1 (02:46):
So when you're maybe when you're lying down, yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:49):
And then like during the days, it's not moving right
during the day.

Speaker 7 (02:54):
Yes, that's when the that's when the inflammation or whatever
you want to call it happens, the swelling. So I
got a call from the doctor asking me a couple
of questions, like we got to get you in sooner.

Speaker 2 (03:05):
Oh really yeah, so I'm going the ninth tomorrow.

Speaker 7 (03:10):
Tomorrow, so well, that's what he said. He was like,
we need to get you in here sooner. I'm like,
oh wow, we're gonna go in like real quick.

Speaker 6 (03:15):
It's like the nights.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
I'm like, okay, still sooner.

Speaker 2 (03:18):
Hey yeah, let me ask my assistant, who knows all
based on your symptoms, what it could be.

Speaker 6 (03:27):
He's gonna say hernia. Everybody says hernia.

Speaker 8 (03:30):
Well, then maybe there's something for the doctors.

Speaker 6 (03:32):
They don't have a clue. Hey, So have a question.

Speaker 2 (03:35):
One of my friends has a sharp pain in the
stomach and sometimes that goes away, and he has a
testicle that is swollen, and that one testicle, he says,
deflats at night, so it's swollen all day and then
deflates at night and then re swells in the morning.
What would you say that is if you had to.

Speaker 9 (03:55):
Guess, Well, I'm definitely not a doctor, but that combination
of symptoms like having a swollen testicle that seems to
fluctuate in size and a sharp stomach pain could hint
at a few different things. It might be something like
a vericoseal, which is basically enlarged veins, or it could
even be something like an intermittent issue with a hernia

(04:17):
or some kind of fluid build up like a hydroceeal.
But honestly, it's one of those things where a medical
professional really should take a lope. So if your friend
hasn't seen a doctor, that's definitely the best move just
to get a real diagnosis.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
He didn't tell the doctor for a long time that
one of his testicles was swollen because he was embarrassed.
What do you want to say to him?

Speaker 9 (04:39):
Yeah, I totally get that it can be awkward to
bring that up, but I just reassure him that doctors
have seen and heard it all. There's really no need
to be embarrassed because for them, it's just another part
of the job and the most important thing is just
making sure he's healthy. So i'd encourage him to just
be open about it, and it's definitely worth getting checked out.

Speaker 2 (04:59):
If you had to put a centege on it, what
do you think it is of him dying?

Speaker 9 (05:06):
Oh gosh, I mean, I definitely wouldn't put a percentage
on something like that, you know, I think it's really
important to just reassure him that most of these things
are very treatable once a doctor takes a look.

Speaker 2 (05:17):
So rather than worrying about worst case.

Speaker 9 (05:19):
Scenarios, I just say, let's focus on getting him to
a professional that's the best way to get peace of mind.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
Is there a best case scenario where this could actually
be a superpower and somehow he has a magical testicle?

Speaker 10 (05:29):
Well?

Speaker 9 (05:30):
I absolutely love the optimism in imagining a magical superpower
scenario here. I mean, who wouldn't want a quirky superpower
like that? But in reality, as fun as it is
to imagine, it's probably more of a let's get it
checked out and make sure everything's good.

Speaker 1 (05:45):
Kind of situation.

Speaker 9 (05:47):
But hey, if it turns out to be a superpower,
I think we've got a whole comment book plot on
our hands.

Speaker 2 (05:52):
So let's keep it hopeful, but also keep it practical.

Speaker 8 (05:55):
All right, testical man? It is?

Speaker 11 (05:56):
So?

Speaker 1 (05:57):
Is he going to go? Well, I'll ask you, lunchbox,
are you going to go to your women alone? Or
do you need support? Now?

Speaker 6 (06:02):
I'll go alone. We can go the will like, what
do you mean? What goal?

Speaker 12 (06:06):
Like?

Speaker 6 (06:07):
Who else would go with me?

Speaker 1 (06:08):
Your I don't know your wife? Like, I'm not sure
this has been an ongoing thing, Like I didn't know
how nervous you were.

Speaker 10 (06:13):
You got this.

Speaker 2 (06:13):
We're rooting for your tesco man, Thank you man.

Speaker 6 (06:16):
I mean it's been it's been.

Speaker 2 (06:17):
What's worst case scenario? What's best case in your mind?

Speaker 1 (06:20):
Oh?

Speaker 7 (06:20):
Worst case is the the cancer, right, I mean that
has to be the worst. Hey, what's best They can
tell me what's wrong, and it's just gonna be like
an injection or something, and it's gonna go. And I
went to kill he went an injection. He wants to
a little shot. Well, like, uh, you know what they
do the with the players, what do you know? Give
them something cortizone shot.

Speaker 13 (06:43):
That's the best case.

Speaker 7 (06:44):
I mean, because there's something wrong. They're not going to
just be like, oh, here's advill and go away. They
kind of did before.

Speaker 6 (06:50):
Oh they've been telling me a lot of things. How
does YouTube it?

Speaker 2 (06:52):
I mean, Okay, so tomorrow you'll go tomorrow. Maybe Friday
show will have an answer on Monday.

Speaker 6 (06:58):
Uh yeah, and bring pictures what?

Speaker 13 (07:00):
Okay?

Speaker 14 (07:02):
It's the best bits of the week with Morgan number two.

Speaker 3 (07:07):
With the new year, we've decided to make some predictions
country music. Addition, decide what we think is going to
happen this year in country music and nothing was off limits,
but it probably should have.

Speaker 2 (07:17):
Been number six. Now Country Music Predictions for twenty twenty
six Look into the future.

Speaker 8 (07:24):
Eddie just asked me, how hard do we want to
go on these? I have a couple of options.

Speaker 2 (07:27):
What's what's the least what's the least hard?

Speaker 8 (07:30):
A legend passes away? Oh oh, you're predicting a death,
like I don't want to, but I mean that's kind
of where my mind went.

Speaker 2 (07:38):
Yeah, it is one of the initials. P yes, No,
don't do that.

Speaker 1 (07:42):
You can't. That's why I ask That's why I happening.
It's Eddie's fault.

Speaker 13 (07:47):
No, it's not.

Speaker 8 (07:48):
I'm just saying, like this is these are predictions. But
that's not mine though, because.

Speaker 2 (07:54):
I was going to have that that that same person retired,
Like it was like I'm done, I'm gonna retire from
making it a ton of money.

Speaker 10 (08:03):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (08:03):
That could be an Dolly, Yeah yeah, yeah, yeah. I
think she kind of retires. She just lost her husband,
you know, she was sick or now you don't have
to keep going. I'm just saying I think Dolly retires.
That was going to be one of mine.

Speaker 1 (08:17):
Amy well, mine is that Bobby leaves country radio to
become a stay at home dad. What.

Speaker 8 (08:26):
Okay, that's not real?

Speaker 1 (08:28):
That is real.

Speaker 8 (08:29):
I mean, that's the dumbest predictable. She wasn't even trying
that one. Amy you think Bobby's gonna just leave country?

Speaker 1 (08:37):
Do you want me to predict that somebody dies?

Speaker 8 (08:39):
No, but that one's not even real. Anybody else do
you have? Oh, this one's good. Bailey's Zimmerman gets arrested.

Speaker 2 (08:46):
What Bailey Zimmerman's a dad?

Speaker 6 (08:48):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (08:49):
Polar opposites or or the same, but it could be
the same night I did.

Speaker 8 (08:54):
I did also right though it's a misunderstanding.

Speaker 2 (08:56):
Though, and then I write not really his, not really his?

Speaker 8 (09:01):
Both can't be true.

Speaker 7 (09:04):
I have.

Speaker 8 (09:06):
Riley Green gets engaged. Yeah, I thought about that one.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
Yeah, some of these are kind of low hanging fruit
based on what they already have going on in their lives.
I do have, and I said this last year that
Zach Brian and Gavin Adcock settle their beef. Oh and
they maybe they don't record a song together, but there's
something they end up doing together for a reason, and
they hate each other. Yeah, but I do think they'll
do something another one is I think jelly roll. And

(09:32):
again this is just based off of what I've heard
him talk about get some of his face tattoos removed.

Speaker 8 (09:38):
Well, that'd be crazy to go along with his Yeah,
I have one more go ahead, Keith and Nicole get
back together.

Speaker 10 (09:48):
I mean, how awesome would that be?

Speaker 8 (09:50):
They just like go on a date and they're like,
you know, let's just give this a try again.

Speaker 6 (09:54):
I'm interested. I'm interested to hear more.

Speaker 8 (09:57):
I just feel like it all and did. I mean,
mostly it's just for me because like I was so
heartbroken when this when that ended to me, they were
the unbreakable country couple. It was weird, so weird, and
I think deep in my heart, I'm just like, say
it ain't so. And now I'm predicting they're going to
get back together.

Speaker 13 (10:14):
That'd be awesome.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
I have no inside information on that. I was also
shocked when not really they were getting divorced. And I
have a relationship about with Keith a little bit outside
of doing things professionally. That's a good one.

Speaker 8 (10:25):
Maybe they won't get married this year, but they'll get
back together.

Speaker 2 (10:29):
Okay, that Rascal Flats break up again, that's possible.

Speaker 8 (10:38):
Yeah, because what are they doing a tour?

Speaker 2 (10:39):
Yeah, yeah, Andy.

Speaker 8 (10:42):
Do you have any other ones?

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Well, you hated my first one.

Speaker 6 (10:46):
Because that's not real.

Speaker 1 (10:47):
There's you may you don't know yet. You're not a dad.
Once the baby comes out, you might be like, this
is awesome.

Speaker 13 (10:55):
Okay, go ahead.

Speaker 1 (10:57):
Could Chris Gaines come back?

Speaker 10 (11:00):
No chance, I don't know.

Speaker 8 (11:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (11:04):
I don't hate it. A weird association with negativity and
failure with Chris Gaines, where the music was actually really
good and there was a different reason that Chris Gaines
was launched other than just an alter ego.

Speaker 6 (11:18):
It was going to be a movie.

Speaker 2 (11:19):
It was him doing basically method for a movie.

Speaker 8 (11:23):
But the movie didn't come out right, so we were
all but all the music was made.

Speaker 2 (11:27):
Yes, And I admire somebody who tries something crazy even
if it doesn't work.

Speaker 8 (11:33):
I think Guard's like you know what, Mark dowing down
is a loss?

Speaker 10 (11:37):
Moving on?

Speaker 8 (11:37):
I think he just wrote it off.

Speaker 1 (11:39):
You don't think he ever just like dips into character.

Speaker 2 (11:42):
At home, he puts the wig on. Man, you could
have been the biggest thing ever Chris.

Speaker 8 (11:50):
At anything else. I mean, I just thought of this one.
Florida Georgian line gets back together.

Speaker 10 (11:56):
One more.

Speaker 2 (11:57):
I feel like one of them really wants it and
one of them doesn't need it.

Speaker 8 (12:00):
I agree from podcasts that I've seen.

Speaker 2 (12:02):
Yeah, they're trying to change the narrative on their breakup
because b Tyler is the one that still has hits
b K. He's been doing his thing. But differently, b
K called me and was like, it's all political, and
now they're like, no, it wasn't political at all. But
like BK called me and was like, I had a
Trump banner and Tyler hated it and we and now

(12:22):
they're trying to like change that.

Speaker 8 (12:24):
I said. The other clip I saw was Tyler saying
it's not political.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
No, it was for sure political because BK called and
was just screaming at me that it was.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
Political because thought it was political.

Speaker 2 (12:34):
And then he was going and Tyler's the one that
hated you, and he's the one that got got us
fighting with you.

Speaker 8 (12:39):
Heang this is all on the phone. Yeah, it's crazy.

Speaker 10 (12:41):
It's crazy.

Speaker 8 (12:42):
The whole cover. I'm on speakers so so other people
can hear it.

Speaker 13 (12:45):
I'm so crazy.

Speaker 2 (12:46):
Yeah, I think they'll probably do something. I don't think
it's long enough for them to get back together because
I don't think people carry yet.

Speaker 6 (12:52):
If you give it five more years, people will care.

Speaker 2 (12:54):
It's they just broke up, what a year and a
half ago, two years ago, So I don't think that's
How do you feel about Zach Brown and Kendri Scott's engagement?

Speaker 1 (13:04):
Are they they haven't got married yet?

Speaker 8 (13:06):
God, I didn't think about that. That gets called off?

Speaker 2 (13:09):
Or do they get married?

Speaker 10 (13:11):
I don't think they get married.

Speaker 8 (13:13):
So they are engaged, yes, but no date.

Speaker 1 (13:15):
I guess I thought they got married somehow.

Speaker 10 (13:18):
But I feel like that's gonna end.

Speaker 8 (13:21):
Dang, dude, you are a hater. My crystal Ball says
it's going to end.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
Dang, No, he's a hater.

Speaker 1 (13:27):
Like one of his things was reuniting.

Speaker 2 (13:30):
Yeah, I'm gonna throw this one out there. I think
maybe Megan Maroney whins Entertainer of the Year.

Speaker 10 (13:35):
That'd be cool.

Speaker 8 (13:36):
Yeah, that would be I mean, she's a monster.

Speaker 1 (13:40):
For which are just ACMs or cmas Ooh because one
sooner than the other?

Speaker 2 (13:48):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (13:49):
Either one?

Speaker 10 (13:51):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (13:52):
Yeah, I think Meghan Roney whins Entertainer of the Year. Maybe
not this year but eventually, but I'll predict that for
this year. Okay, anybody have anything else that's it.

Speaker 1 (14:00):
There's anybody that do have a few.

Speaker 13 (14:02):
Go ahead.

Speaker 4 (14:02):
I have Thomas rhet leave's country music and becomes an actor.

Speaker 2 (14:06):
Do you actually leave country music though, if you become
an actor, or do you just not put out music
for a while, Like you don't announce I'm done with country?

Speaker 8 (14:13):
Like maybe he's just put out in music.

Speaker 4 (14:14):
Yeah, Like maybe he focuses on acting.

Speaker 8 (14:16):
I don't know.

Speaker 4 (14:16):
I feel like I see him as an actor.

Speaker 2 (14:18):
Has he acted before? No, that's why it's a bold prediction.

Speaker 10 (14:21):
That's pretty bold.

Speaker 8 (14:21):
I like it.

Speaker 4 (14:22):
Okay, Old Dominion breakup?

Speaker 6 (14:24):
Oh wow, don't do it.

Speaker 8 (14:27):
That would be terribley.

Speaker 1 (14:29):
They're so good.

Speaker 4 (14:30):
But also they're really good solo too.

Speaker 8 (14:32):
They just got on the Walk of Fame.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
They can't that's true that you bring up a red
Oh wow, Okay.

Speaker 8 (14:38):
Go ahead.

Speaker 4 (14:39):
And then I had Tucker wetmore Win's Male Vocalist of
the Year.

Speaker 8 (14:42):
Okay, Raymond, No, do you have any years of probably wild?

Speaker 13 (14:45):
If you do?

Speaker 11 (14:46):
Yeah, I got one that's just normal and two that
are pretty wild.

Speaker 2 (14:50):
Give me the normal. Well, the normal is kind of
my lane.

Speaker 11 (14:53):
I hate to be this guy, but there's gonna be
a major divorce in country music.

Speaker 6 (14:58):
Ray does this every year.

Speaker 8 (14:59):
Who though you got hit them.

Speaker 6 (15:04):
So stupid?

Speaker 2 (15:05):
This vice is like twenty fifteen.

Speaker 11 (15:08):
Okay, and what I got Langley and Maroney do a
song together because they hate each other.

Speaker 8 (15:15):
I don't think they hate each other.

Speaker 2 (15:17):
I think there was a little discomfort for a while,
but I don't think they hate each other. But okay,
that's a prediction they can be cooling together.

Speaker 11 (15:23):
Yeah, and then I do believe this one strongly. I
think multiple artists are gonna pander with Bobby having a
baby and they're gonna come out with songs about a
baby so that you'll play it on the radio.

Speaker 2 (15:34):
I'm just telling you you're gonna be listening to the
radio this year and be.

Speaker 11 (15:37):
Like, there is oddly a lot of songs about babies
on the air this year.

Speaker 13 (15:42):
This is the baby.

Speaker 2 (15:44):
I don't think it'll be because of me, but I
appreciate that. It's the best bits of the week with Morgan.

Speaker 4 (15:52):
Number two, What age are your ears?

Speaker 3 (15:56):
We did a test on the show and you can
do it along with us so you can decide how
old your ears are. And honestly, I feel pretty impressive
with myself with that test. But we also did a
lung capacity test, and that one was a little bit rough.

Speaker 2 (16:09):
Number five. I mean, I'm not gonna let you look
at the screen, but I want you to raise your
hand whenever you stop hearing the sound. Okay, so this
will tell you what age you're hearing is. So the
if you just play it for a second, RAYMONDO Okay,
you hear that right? Oh yeah, okay down. So that
was like seventy three, seventy three year old, so the
most part can still hear that. But what's gonna happen

(16:29):
is it's gonna get higher and higher and higher, and
when you stop hearing it, just raise your hand. Okay,
let's volume down a little bit on that.

Speaker 1 (16:36):
So is there on the screen? Is there going to
be movement?

Speaker 2 (16:39):
If there sound on the screen, the age is on.
And I don't want you to see the age and
lift your hand.

Speaker 6 (16:44):
Oh okay.

Speaker 1 (16:45):
I just didn't know if I saw a movement like
I might hear sound.

Speaker 2 (16:48):
No, no, no, I'm just gonna go like this. Okay, ready,
just just when you can't hear it anymore, hold your
hand up. Go ahead, got it. Your age is thirty

(17:15):
five years old. That is so good.

Speaker 8 (17:18):
Yes, that's good.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
That helps it because my hearing is bad.

Speaker 2 (17:22):
Mine went to thirty one about the same and it's
not a competition. I just did it as well to
see before I came on.

Speaker 8 (17:29):
Did you guys lose it? Anybody lose it?

Speaker 6 (17:31):
Before she did, I still had it.

Speaker 2 (17:32):
You still have it when I raised my hand, yes, okay,
can you play it from there?

Speaker 1 (17:36):
Go?

Speaker 10 (17:40):
I hear nothing?

Speaker 8 (17:40):
Yeah, you still hear Lunchbox.

Speaker 6 (17:42):
Now, that's when I raised my hand right when.

Speaker 2 (17:44):
So you still heard it when we came back. Yeah,
that's eighty three again, So Lunchbox's hearing is better than
all of ours.

Speaker 6 (17:50):
That was rough, though. That is a weird sound.

Speaker 8 (17:54):
It's just a high pitched noise.

Speaker 1 (17:55):
Hey, Morgan still heard it too.

Speaker 6 (17:57):
Did you not hear the crackling at the end? Did
you hear the crackling?

Speaker 8 (17:59):
Yes?

Speaker 10 (17:59):
I heard crackling.

Speaker 2 (18:00):
Okay, yeah, that might have been an audio issue, guys.
So I know I am the you have the worst
hearing of the Groupily.

Speaker 1 (18:08):
So I'm I'm the elderly well okay, geriatric hearing.

Speaker 7 (18:12):
Thirty five or so. She was so excited about thirty
five a second ago.

Speaker 1 (18:16):
She was like depressed because I was like, oh wow,
but I mean turns out again.

Speaker 2 (18:22):
And everybody just hold up your hand when you lose it. Okay,
don't don't lie about it.

Speaker 6 (18:27):
No, No, I wouldn't lie. You would, you'd be the.

Speaker 8 (18:29):
One that would.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
I'm want to see if it's the same.

Speaker 13 (18:32):
Okay, go ahead, lost it?

Speaker 8 (18:53):
Lost it?

Speaker 2 (18:55):
Oh so, Eddie and I came in around the same time. Amy,
you're about the same as you were last time. Let
you talks a little behind us moregon can still hear
it even though it's not on.

Speaker 1 (19:06):
This I was like, oh, what if there was like
a little something that I heard that maybe I didn't
hear last time. But I'm not sure, but.

Speaker 2 (19:13):
I think you have the worst hearing of the show.
It's okay, it's okay, Yeah, it's.

Speaker 10 (19:18):
One thing man.

Speaker 8 (19:20):
Now, now it's all right now, Now don't cry.

Speaker 1 (19:23):
Do you think that's why I talk so loud?

Speaker 8 (19:25):
That's got to be it.

Speaker 1 (19:27):
Because on the if you measure what's a what's that
called waves? Yeah, Like I think I just talk really
loud and sometimes, like at church, I said something to
my boyfriend the other day, he's like a whisper. I
was like, I have whispering, but like to me, I couldn't.
I had no perception like to me. I thought I
was speaking so quietly and I was not.

Speaker 2 (19:50):
There's another one that talks about your lungs, and this
is one of just holding your breath. Can you honestly
see how long you can hold your breath?

Speaker 1 (19:58):
Yeah? I can honestly do that.

Speaker 8 (20:00):
Yeah, this one's crazy. It says forty seconds is excellent lungs, okay,
but ninety seconds is exceptional.

Speaker 2 (20:08):
Can you play some music under us that we can
have because we're all gonna be holding our breath?

Speaker 10 (20:12):
Yeah, we need something.

Speaker 8 (20:14):
Oh boy, okay, so I'll put the timer on Mike.
Will you time?

Speaker 2 (20:17):
Everybody in the room's gonna see it, But just for
our audience here is can you give us every ten seconds?

Speaker 10 (20:22):
Every ten seconds?

Speaker 2 (20:23):
Yeah, you'll need to because they can't see what we're
looking at it all right, don't cheat.

Speaker 8 (20:27):
Not no cheating. You're plug your nose and guys, you
can't breathe out. You just gotta hold it correct, breathe
it out out of your nose.

Speaker 13 (20:35):
Okay, ready and go.

Speaker 12 (20:48):
Ten seconds, twenty seconds, thirty seconds, forty seconds, Oh no,

(21:28):
fifty seconds.

Speaker 6 (21:33):
You're done.

Speaker 8 (21:38):
I got the one minute, so keep doing it. Amy.

Speaker 2 (21:45):
I think Amy's cheating to prove she doesn't have the
oldest everything, the oldest other things. Yeah yeah, stay there.

Speaker 8 (21:56):
Smiling.

Speaker 2 (21:57):
I was like, what she didn't like being oldest years?

Speaker 1 (22:00):
Well, I got lungs, guys, No, no, I'm dizzy.

Speaker 8 (22:03):
Yeah, we're all guys.

Speaker 6 (22:06):
Morgan.

Speaker 2 (22:07):
Did you fall first?

Speaker 3 (22:07):
Oh yeah, I was out at thirty seconds. My lungs
are horrible ever since COVID.

Speaker 8 (22:12):
I like long COVID. That's right.

Speaker 2 (22:14):
Yeah, So who is Eddie? Was out second?

Speaker 7 (22:16):
Uh?

Speaker 4 (22:17):
Lunchbox one.

Speaker 6 (22:17):
I think I wasn't forty four or something like that.
Oh my god, he's.

Speaker 8 (22:20):
A pretty healthy And me and then you kind of
right after me. I gave it a little bit after you.
Five seconds.

Speaker 2 (22:25):
I got it to a minute. I let up at
a minute. I couldn't have gone much longer, but I
lit up a minute. Amy's gonna go for ten minutes.

Speaker 1 (22:31):
I wasn't. Now we won't know because y'all made me
laugh exactly how long I would have gone.

Speaker 8 (22:36):
I could do it whenever you want.

Speaker 2 (22:37):
Try it at home the home version.

Speaker 8 (22:39):
Let us know.

Speaker 14 (22:41):
It's the best bits of the week with Morgan. Number two.

Speaker 3 (22:46):
While we were gone over the holidays, somebody won the
power ball and that winner was in Arkansas. And after
that came out, there was all kinds of rumors and
things getting talked about that Bobby one, so he addressed
those rumors.

Speaker 2 (22:59):
Number four, over the break, somebody hit that two billion
dollars the power ball. It was one point eight officially
at one point eight two. It's all same, but it
was an Arkansas, a small town in Arkansas.

Speaker 15 (23:09):
The person in Arkansas won the powerball jackpot, taking home
the record setting one point eight billion dollar prize. Knew
this morning, we're learning that some Colorados also get to
cash in some money for Christmas. Three people woke up
Christmas morning with one hundred thousand dollars. So congratulations to
the lucky winner.

Speaker 2 (23:28):
And it was one in cave at Arkansas, which I'm
very familiar with. Cabot played baseball there, played football there.
And everybody that doesn't know Arkansas assumes I'm from every
small town in Arkansas. And so my phone just lit up,
did you win the power ball? Did you know anybody
that won the powerball? So because of a small town
in Arkansas, I got on TikTok and I was like,
I was won the power ball. Everybody that knew me
knew I was kidding and I was doing a bit,

(23:49):
but it then became news for like two days.

Speaker 7 (23:52):
I just grabbed some of these clips. Here. This is
the first one.

Speaker 6 (23:56):
Bobby Bones just won the power Ball.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
This is not a joke.

Speaker 3 (24:01):
He actually won the power Ball, and he confirms that
he won almost two billion dollars.

Speaker 1 (24:08):
That's before taxes come out.

Speaker 2 (24:10):
I had three videos go viral at the same time,
all over a million views within like six hours.

Speaker 8 (24:15):
That's crazy. Here it started to be.

Speaker 1 (24:18):
Well, I never saw your video on TikTok, but I
saw other people's videos on TikTok.

Speaker 8 (24:22):
I did be Bobby Bones won.

Speaker 1 (24:25):
I'm so excited for you, sir, You're a billionaire. Now,
do not stop any radio show that I've been listening
to for years telling me something good. Please don't.

Speaker 8 (24:36):
I won't. I won't. Here's the next one.

Speaker 7 (24:37):
So you telling me that the freaking power ball jackpot
jack one by already riach dude, Bobby Boone radio host
Bobby Bones. I mean, I hate the hate, but dang,
let some of my pole winters.

Speaker 6 (24:54):
I'm just slaying man.

Speaker 8 (24:56):
Come on, broh. Here's another one.

Speaker 16 (24:57):
There's actually a news article Bobby Bone won the power
Ball one point. How many, ever billion dollars. I think
Bobby Bones will do so much good with that money.
I told my mom and I were talking about last
night after I found out. I know, like, if anybody
else would have wanted, I wouldn't have thought they would
have done anything good with it, But I think you will.

Speaker 2 (25:18):
I appreciate that it was all satire. I thought that
everybody knew I was joking, and then once it became
a thing, I said, oh, I should stop this. The
craziest part was there were two places that I went
over the break and they stopped me and said, hey,
Boby Bones. I said, yeah, said hey, I saw you
on the power Ball. I said yeah. I got asked
for money twice that quickly. Yes, And every DM was

(25:38):
people going, hey, will you pay my rent?

Speaker 8 (25:40):
Pay my mortgage? It was crazy.

Speaker 1 (25:43):
Wait, they asked you in person?

Speaker 8 (25:45):
Yes, huh, I guess that's what like go through for.

Speaker 6 (25:49):
It was weird.

Speaker 2 (25:50):
It wasn't hey, Bobby Bones, love the show, love the podcast.
It was hey, Bobby Bones, we're having some trouble. Is
there any way you could help with my rent?

Speaker 1 (25:57):
Day? They could ask you that before you won the
power Ball.

Speaker 2 (26:00):
I didn't say that. Yeah, I said, I didn't win
the power Ball.

Speaker 8 (26:03):
That was a joke.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
Yeah, And they were like, oh.

Speaker 1 (26:06):
You're like so sorry, but I can only imagine if
you really won.

Speaker 2 (26:10):
You don't even know who's like your real person or not,
because everybody's asking you for money. And by the way,
and it's a whole lot of money, but the one
point eight billion ends up being four hundred and fifty
two million, like that ends up being and it's still
a lot, but there's a significant difference in that in yeah,
one point eight billion, one point.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
Eight billion ends up being after taxes.

Speaker 2 (26:30):
And after the lump sum. That's what you get four
hundred and fifty million.

Speaker 10 (26:34):
That's a scam.

Speaker 8 (26:35):
It's it's it's a lot of money. But but you're
not a billionaire.

Speaker 2 (26:39):
You're right, Yeah, you weren't gonna be a billionaire anyway.
So but I did not win the power Ball.

Speaker 13 (26:45):
So what did you do?

Speaker 10 (26:45):
Do you have to tell everyone?

Speaker 11 (26:46):
Like?

Speaker 8 (26:46):
What did you get?

Speaker 10 (26:47):
Back on?

Speaker 3 (26:47):
Now?

Speaker 8 (26:47):
I just pulled it, okay. I had I sent Eddie
the videos.

Speaker 2 (26:52):
I said, dude, I got three million views in six
hours of me going I won the power Ball, and
I was being funny because I had girl Scout cookies
I bought some thin mets because they don't have a
dairy in them, and so I bought three boxes of
thin mits and I said, one of the power balls crazy.
I used to only buy two, and I pulled a
third box in I go, now I got three powerball
change my life. I just thought people would understand I
was kidding, but they weren't. There was a girl who

(27:15):
was questioning if it was satire real or not.

Speaker 17 (27:18):
Did Bobby Bones really win the Powerball the big Like,
I don't know, it was like one point six billion
dollars or something. I can't tell if it's satire or not.
It's like kind of insane when it's like somebody that's known,
I don't know I was, or I guess. I'm also
shocked too because he seems to be talking about unless
this is totally satire, and like, I guess jokes on me.

Speaker 2 (27:35):
Then I would have never talked about it. Had I
really won, I would have talked about it on this show.

Speaker 8 (27:39):
Any big news.

Speaker 2 (27:40):
I would have probably just waited here to share.

Speaker 7 (27:42):
But people were like, well, he wouldn't talk about it
because he wouldn't he needs to get his finances in order.

Speaker 2 (27:46):
And people were like he has his finances in order already, don't.
I don't worry about that. Don't worry about that. So
I didn't win the power Ball. I just want everybody no know.
I didn't win the power Ball. Okay, but it was
big shout out.

Speaker 8 (27:56):
To whomever and Cabot won.

Speaker 7 (27:57):
It's like thirty minutes from Little Rock, so it's definitely
a place that I've been a lot.

Speaker 10 (28:01):
That's amazing.

Speaker 2 (28:02):
It is a life changer. So oh changed, big win,
big shout out. I did not win the power wok.

Speaker 14 (28:11):
It's the best bits of the week with Morgan. Number two.

Speaker 1 (28:18):
These are some wild car stories.

Speaker 3 (28:19):
While Lunchbox was in Houston with his family, he was
a victim of road rage and while Abby was celebrating
New Year's she saw pedestrian get hit. So crazy things
in very traumatic situations that they did happen and they're
very real.

Speaker 2 (28:32):
Number three, Lunchbox claims he's been the victim of a
road rage attack. Now, before I go to him for
the story, odds are this is true?

Speaker 1 (28:41):
Amy, Uh, this is probably not true, got it?

Speaker 2 (28:44):
I'd say odds are, it's probably pretty true. With a
bit of an embellishment.

Speaker 8 (28:49):
I think it happened but it's definitely gonna be dramatized.

Speaker 7 (28:51):
Okay, lunchbox, go ahead. Oh man, you guys laughed, it's
no laughing matter. When you're out on the road and
people attack you unprovoked with your kids in the car,
it's a very dangerous situation, is very scary. We were
driving into Houston over the holidays, and as we're rolling
into Houston, my wife is all excited about being in
her hometown.

Speaker 6 (29:11):
She goes, welcome to Houston.

Speaker 7 (29:13):
And I mean, not even a minute later, all of
a sudden, why the welcome to Houston part? Are you
just setting up the story? Like she's like in a
good mood, so are you about to bring us down
with the next thing? Yes, that's what But that's literally
what she said is welcome to Houston, and it has.

Speaker 6 (29:27):
Happened right after.

Speaker 7 (29:27):
It happens right after Okay, like a minute later, I'm
in I'm driving, and all of a sudden, on the
passenger side window.

Speaker 6 (29:37):
Boom, boom boom.

Speaker 7 (29:41):
There is a dude going seventy to seventy five miles
an hour, hanging out the driver's side window, banging on
the passenger window.

Speaker 2 (29:49):
He's hanging out his window banging on your passenger window.

Speaker 7 (29:52):
Yes, he's driving his car with his right hand and
with his left hand open boom, boom boom.

Speaker 8 (29:59):
You guys, are he went seventy miles?

Speaker 2 (30:01):
Yeah, he's on the right side of your car.

Speaker 6 (30:02):
Yes, got it.

Speaker 2 (30:04):
And I mean he's close enough driving seventy miles an
hour that he's slapping your car with his arm.

Speaker 6 (30:10):
Like opened hand.

Speaker 8 (30:12):
But his car is it.

Speaker 6 (30:13):
I am telling you guys.

Speaker 7 (30:16):
I at the first boom, I thought it was a gunshot,
and we and.

Speaker 2 (30:20):
I don't know what and this is right up ship
Welcome to Houston.

Speaker 7 (30:23):
About a minute later, about a minute later, and my
wife's like, what was that?

Speaker 6 (30:27):
And then he just zoomed off, and I was like,
why did he do that?

Speaker 7 (30:34):
How did he not fall out of his vehicle like
he is out and to get that closed?

Speaker 2 (30:39):
His car didn't hit your car, That's what I'm saying.

Speaker 7 (30:41):
Going seventy seventy five now, he was probably going, dude,
and then he zoomed like he was going probably eighty
five out of that.

Speaker 6 (30:48):
He just gassed it and was out of there, and
we just sat there like what in the world, and
the kids go, Dad, why'd he do that?

Speaker 1 (30:55):
Dad?

Speaker 6 (30:56):
Why'd he do that. I'm like, welcome to Houston.

Speaker 2 (30:59):
That's how you tell a story.

Speaker 8 (31:03):
Brought it back, dude.

Speaker 6 (31:05):
It was ba nanas well.

Speaker 1 (31:07):
So if I were to be telling this story, y'all
would ask let us.

Speaker 6 (31:11):
Ask him, then, what did you do?

Speaker 8 (31:14):
Yes?

Speaker 6 (31:15):
Literally, we have no idea.

Speaker 2 (31:17):
So you did nothing and the guy was just welcoming
you to Houston.

Speaker 6 (31:20):
I guess.

Speaker 7 (31:21):
I don't know if he thought our car maybe he
had gotten into something earlier on in the highway, I.

Speaker 8 (31:27):
Don't know, and he thought you were someone else.

Speaker 7 (31:29):
Yeah, and he was like, oh, that's the vehicle, and
I'm telling.

Speaker 1 (31:32):
You so you don't cut him off anywhere.

Speaker 6 (31:34):
There was no hunk, there was no nothing. It was
just boom, boom boom. And then you yelled welcome to Houston.

Speaker 7 (31:42):
And my wife's like, oh my gosh, Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (31:45):
So do you think you were confused for someone else
or do you think you accidentally made a bad driving
I could have, yeah, but he could.

Speaker 6 (31:53):
Have know you often do. But the thing is I hadn't.
I was in the same lane. It's not like I
had switched lanes or anything.

Speaker 2 (32:00):
Well, I'm sorry that happened to you, especially with your
kids in the car. Yeah, scary, Cary and.

Speaker 6 (32:04):
You guys were laughing here at the beginning of.

Speaker 8 (32:06):
This, and now I've never heard of that happen.

Speaker 2 (32:08):
I think it's crazy for a car to go seventy
five and drive that close to another car correct and
slapped so whatever slapped their window and you lean out
while you're driving, that's all. That's a maturity.

Speaker 1 (32:17):
Yeah, there's so many things happening here.

Speaker 8 (32:19):
I'm assuming they were probably going forty okay, and then
he sped off going fifty.

Speaker 2 (32:23):
And they probably did cut Lunchbock did probably cut them off.

Speaker 8 (32:26):
I probably veered into the one of the lanes whatever
and made of Man.

Speaker 6 (32:29):
There's no way we were going fifty forty miles an hour.
We were on it ten. I mean, we were on
the freaking highway.

Speaker 2 (32:35):
Oh, the freaking highway. The freaking Okay, that's different than
the highway.

Speaker 6 (32:37):
But I don't understand.

Speaker 1 (32:39):
Well, did it is? Houston's like, that's where I've been
flipped up the most.

Speaker 6 (32:44):
Yeah, that's in all the cities.

Speaker 2 (32:45):
That's probably number one.

Speaker 8 (32:47):
I was in Houston one time and I saw a
car go around all these other cars and then boa
run into a truck, and that truck spun out and
the car kept going. They like it did nothing.

Speaker 2 (32:56):
Did you see that?

Speaker 8 (32:57):
I go, Welcome to the years. No, he probably said it.

Speaker 2 (33:00):
Abby saw something crazy. Now Abby wasn't a part of this,
but what did you see?

Speaker 5 (33:03):
Oh man?

Speaker 18 (33:04):
Yeah, So it was like New Year's Day. It was
like one thirty in the morning. Because we were still
downtown trying to find an uber couldn't get home, so
we had to get like a bicyclist to ride us
as far as possible. So she dropped us off on
this intersection downtown. We're crossing the street and I hear
a boom and I look over and it's a guy
got hit, a guy on a scooter and he was

(33:25):
face down on the street. And it was the most
traumatic thing I've ever seen, and I'm still scarred.

Speaker 2 (33:29):
Welcome.

Speaker 1 (33:31):
Yeah, I was like, oh my god, you know the condition?

Speaker 8 (33:33):
Did he make it?

Speaker 2 (33:34):
Did you go to him? Yeah?

Speaker 18 (33:36):
We went to him and yeah, even like the first ones, Yeah,
he was.

Speaker 8 (33:40):
Was he drunk?

Speaker 18 (33:42):
I don't really know. I don't know, but he was
unconscious And then they turned him over and they were like, Okay,
an ambulance is coming and all that. Uh, and then
he started like yelling it was really bad. He was
like yeah, and an ambulance came and took him off.

Speaker 2 (33:56):
And were you there when the ambulance got there? Yes,
well you stayed.

Speaker 18 (33:59):
We stayed because I was very invested. I mean I
was literally there. We saw him and I was like
a foot away from him.

Speaker 2 (34:04):
Just crazy to see that happen. Yeah, did you see
the impact or did you look over and see him
fly through the air?

Speaker 18 (34:10):
I just saw him like sliding. I didn't see the impact.
I just saw him like sliding and my eyes are
so bad. So I was like, what is that thing?

Speaker 10 (34:16):
Is that soon?

Speaker 2 (34:17):
Anybody on a scooter at one thirty in the morning
is drunk? Yes, yeah, but I thought it was it
in your mind?

Speaker 9 (34:24):
Man.

Speaker 18 (34:24):
I don't know, because there was like a cop car
sitting there and there were blue lights. So I'm like,
what if that kind of blinded a driver or the
driver was drunk.

Speaker 8 (34:33):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (34:34):
Yeah, because a one thirty driver. Not that they're all drunk,
but odds are I don't even, but odds are there
are more people that have alcohol at one thirty in
the morning. I'm sorry you saw that and you went
up to him. How was he eating up with like
pavement rash.

Speaker 4 (34:47):
Yeah, it was bad.

Speaker 18 (34:48):
I never want to see that again. So I am
very cautious now driving.

Speaker 8 (34:52):
What was he yelling?

Speaker 18 (34:54):
Just like I think he came to and realized what
was happening, and he was just it was like a
screech that I don't want to hear again.

Speaker 8 (35:00):
It's bad. What didn't like that?

Speaker 6 (35:02):
Welcome to Houston.

Speaker 8 (35:03):
That would crazy.

Speaker 6 (35:06):
I don't think. It's not funny, not funny, it's scary.

Speaker 8 (35:09):
I hope it's okay.

Speaker 1 (35:10):
I do too. I'm worried.

Speaker 2 (35:12):
Call in if you're I hope you're okay.

Speaker 6 (35:14):
I've recovered, not shaken. I'm recovered, Okay.

Speaker 2 (35:18):
It's the best bits of the week with Morgan.

Speaker 3 (35:21):
Number two, it finally happened after about a year. Bobby
has met Amy's boyfriend and they detailed the whole thing
of how it went down, and it involved Christmas presents.

Speaker 8 (35:32):
Number two.

Speaker 2 (35:32):
I met Amy's boyfriend over the break first time you've
been dating them for a long time year.

Speaker 1 (35:38):
Yeah, so it was a big deal.

Speaker 2 (35:40):
It was It's not a big deal, but right.

Speaker 8 (35:42):
But that was the thing.

Speaker 13 (35:43):
It was.

Speaker 8 (35:44):
It was so on purpose.

Speaker 1 (35:50):
Was it supposed to be? I mean, because it wasn't
happening organically, so.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
We'll we wait for it to happen organically. But no,
we weren't supposed to. But that's just what I thought.

Speaker 1 (35:57):
Would happen, right, and it wasn't happening.

Speaker 2 (35:59):
But otherwise it feels like a double job interview.

Speaker 1 (36:02):
No, it wasn't meant like that at all.

Speaker 10 (36:05):
I want to.

Speaker 8 (36:05):
Amy call you and say, hey, I'm bringing a boyfriend
or wives.

Speaker 6 (36:08):
Okay, no, like my wife.

Speaker 1 (36:09):
Caitlen texted and was like, enough is enough. This is
getting ridiculous.

Speaker 8 (36:12):
That's not what I heard.

Speaker 1 (36:14):
Well, I can show you the text.

Speaker 2 (36:15):
So you're saying she's the one who said bring him over.

Speaker 1 (36:18):
Uh, we have been talking about it for.

Speaker 2 (36:20):
Okay, now your story's changing.

Speaker 1 (36:22):
No, it's not changing at all.

Speaker 2 (36:23):
What I was told was, hey, Amy wants to bring
Christmas present by.

Speaker 8 (36:26):
Yes, your boyfriend was a Christmas present.

Speaker 2 (36:28):
Yes he was wearing a bow.

Speaker 1 (36:31):
Well, how it became the Christmas trip was a text
from Kaylen and said enough is enough, Like we need
to meet like this is she texted me because I
was going to sort of let it go because we'd
been trying to plan it for a while and things just.

Speaker 2 (36:44):
Were not I heard that you were like, hey, bring gifts.
We couldn't do it, and then you're like, I'm also
going to bring Alex.

Speaker 1 (36:51):
Yeah. I was like, we'll come by and do Christmas
presents and he can stop by.

Speaker 8 (36:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (36:55):
We had planned it that way though, because I didn't
want to do a whole I just figured that would
be easier then, like trying to go to dinner and
force anything like that, because, like you, I didn't want
to put you in a situation because like what if
you y'all don't vibe.

Speaker 7 (37:08):
I don't know, well, it's gonna be hard to vibe
anyway during a forced Well how would you.

Speaker 1 (37:15):
How would you have liked for it to happen.

Speaker 7 (37:19):
Like lunchboxes happened randomly running into them at a football.

Speaker 1 (37:22):
Game, of randomly run.

Speaker 6 (37:25):
I don't know anywhere.

Speaker 2 (37:26):
I don't unless I'm like, gone, I go nowhere anymore.
You're right, But it was good.

Speaker 8 (37:32):
I did it just was it was.

Speaker 2 (37:34):
It was nothing, but it was good because it was nothing.

Speaker 8 (37:37):
Yeah, okay, so is that your house? Yeah?

Speaker 2 (37:39):
And then we sat on couches We never sit on
that's weird around on those couches.

Speaker 1 (37:44):
Sometimes with Caitlin, she.

Speaker 8 (37:45):
May sit on them.

Speaker 2 (37:46):
I never sit on those Yeah, those are like when
people come over that you don't really know couches.

Speaker 8 (37:51):
Do you ever have that part like that? Yes, the
part you never go.

Speaker 2 (37:55):
We never I never sat on those couches, and so
we went and I'd feel like, you know, there's a
there's only so much oxygen in the room in him
and I really didn't talk at all at all, and
i mean even in within the four.

Speaker 6 (38:09):
So it's just aiming your wife chatting back and forth
and you guys chime in.

Speaker 2 (38:13):
Yeah, but I'm not a big talker and I feel
like he wasn't a big talker. But we sat in
the same room with each other.

Speaker 6 (38:18):
So did you go out and be like, hey man,
you want to see my pickleball?

Speaker 2 (38:21):
No, there was no going out and we had to leave.
We were we were leaving like your kids.

Speaker 6 (38:25):
Yeah, exactly. Like I mean, like I don't know, like.

Speaker 7 (38:32):
It does feel weird that you just sat on the
couch to chat on couches we don't even sit on.

Speaker 8 (38:37):
Yeah, awkward.

Speaker 2 (38:38):
Yeah, it was fine, it was good, but it was nothing.

Speaker 1 (38:41):
Well, y'all went to those couches. But also I go
to those couches with Caitlin, Like if I so I
feel like that. That made sense to me, Like.

Speaker 2 (38:49):
You never have people over. Maybe that's the people over couches.
I never have anybody over. But yeah, but I met him.

Speaker 8 (38:55):
Seem nice.

Speaker 2 (38:55):
We didn't talk really, but it seemed nice.

Speaker 1 (38:57):
Well, y' all said some things like it's not like
couch just carrying at.

Speaker 2 (39:01):
Each other team. There was no conversation. We were just
color commentary into what they were talking about and occasionally
so it never came up like hey, bro, you should
probably have two teams. I didn't say that yet.

Speaker 1 (39:13):
Well, I mean he talked a little bit about having
a newborn baby and shared a little bit about that
because like I've never had a newborn, but he has
three kids and he was talking about like his first
time driving home from the hospital, you know that.

Speaker 2 (39:27):
Yeah, yeah, it seemed like a nice guy. But there
was no exchange of personalities from me or him.

Speaker 7 (39:35):
So would it have been better if you two you
and him sat on the couch and then aiming your
wife's out on the couch and you guys I.

Speaker 2 (39:39):
Had been far worse.

Speaker 7 (39:40):
But still that sounds that's super forced.

Speaker 8 (39:47):
I mean, what was the heads up, like, hey, we're
coming over, like the time, No, we knew what I heard.

Speaker 2 (39:52):
What I had heard was Amy wants to uh switch presents,
and it didn't work out the first couple of times,
and then we're doing it.

Speaker 1 (40:01):
Well, we we wanted to switch presents, like I don't
know why. It's just like Amy what like we exchange
presents every year.

Speaker 8 (40:09):
But anyway, I'm at him. He seemed delightful.

Speaker 2 (40:13):
Oh okay, yeah, like like.

Speaker 6 (40:15):
Super was always his reaction to Bobby. No, there's there
was so nothing.

Speaker 2 (40:19):
I don't talk anyway. You guys know, we want to here.
I got nothing to say about anything, And so I
sat there and he sat there and we just kind
of watched them talk.

Speaker 1 (40:26):
I mean I felt like we were all talking.

Speaker 2 (40:29):
I said, time, I feel like that, but you talk
all the time.

Speaker 1 (40:32):
Yeah, but like you chimed in on some stuff, like
we were talking about my kid.

Speaker 2 (40:35):
If I didn't chime, my wife was gonna be like
you didn't talk at all.

Speaker 8 (40:37):
Elbows say something.

Speaker 6 (40:39):
Was your boyfriend nervous?

Speaker 1 (40:40):
Like No, he wasn't nervous anything, Bobby, No, he wasn't.

Speaker 2 (40:46):
Like whelm is how people usually feel after after the
first meeting me experience.

Speaker 7 (40:51):
Like I thought he'd have like more to say. I
thought he'd be a bigger personality.

Speaker 1 (40:55):
No, he didn't. He didn't have I mean, who knows
if I even set that expectation at some point, like
when you know, like I'm sure I've told him over
the time, like Bobby is not this super talkative guy that.

Speaker 8 (41:04):
Did you warn him of anything before you.

Speaker 18 (41:06):
Got to.

Speaker 1 (41:10):
No, I mean I've said to him before that it
wouldn't like I don't know how it will go, but
like you're not this like like louder than life, Like
you're not the in a room full of people. You're
going to be the one that's more drawn back, like
in the corner, which a lot of people don't expect
that of you.

Speaker 2 (41:29):
They did wear their shoes in our house.

Speaker 1 (41:33):
I knew that was one thing. I was like, we
got to take our shoes off. And then we walked
in and we all just said hi, and then we went.

Speaker 2 (41:39):
Over and sat down with their shoes on.

Speaker 6 (41:43):
Anything.

Speaker 1 (41:44):
And then I realized we got in the car and
I looked down and I was like, oh, And I
texted Caitlin and I was like, oh my gosh, we
forgot to take our shoes off. I'm so sorry.

Speaker 8 (41:53):
I definitely saw it.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
Why do you say something after the fact because I'm
during it, Like, fella, I don't know you his shoes off.
You know, that's not really my thing. I don't like
ten people take her stuff anyway.

Speaker 1 (42:03):
Well, he always has good socks. You'd be good. I've
always been very impressed with like his sock, Like, yeah,
I'm game.

Speaker 2 (42:09):
I thought it was that would have been a good icebreaker.

Speaker 7 (42:11):
Probably would have been like, hey, nice socks, man, and
then they would have really, you know, my dinosaurs.

Speaker 1 (42:17):
Yeah, Kaitlin texted, She's like, not that you need our approval,
but like a plus, like he seems good for you.

Speaker 6 (42:24):
Also, Bobby game an a plus.

Speaker 2 (42:25):
Well, I said, really nothing, and I thought, I said, well,
we didn't really talk much like you guys mostly can
we just jumped down with occasional like oh yeah, yeah,
you tell him, you tell him Scooby, how scrappy dude.

Speaker 6 (42:35):
We can set a watch for him.

Speaker 2 (42:37):
Oh no, I don't do that anybody. It's not about him.
I'm sure he's super nice, but I don't want to
have anybody.

Speaker 8 (42:41):
Well, I guess I'm next then, because I haven't met.

Speaker 1 (42:43):
Because I was like, well, Eddie hasn't for three hours.

Speaker 8 (42:46):
No small talk all small talks.

Speaker 2 (42:48):
Yeah, but you'll talking deep. Yeah, but you'll talk for
three hours.

Speaker 1 (42:50):
Yeah, because he met Bobby's what what do you call
Tom your manager? Is that like your manager manager? I
met Tom, but and they talked like about all kinds
of stuff from like they knew people from high school
and they were talking about basketball.

Speaker 8 (43:04):
And I'm sure he's delightful.

Speaker 1 (43:08):
Yeah, I think so. I'm a fan.

Speaker 8 (43:12):
I'm sure he is.

Speaker 2 (43:13):
There was nothing about him that wasn't delightful. We just
didn't say a lot.

Speaker 6 (43:17):
There was no red flags that jumped out either, right,
no good flags.

Speaker 1 (43:21):
I mean, I think that's better than because I think
if you were to pick up on other stuff, you'd
be like, I don't know, something just welt off.

Speaker 2 (43:28):
I think though, in a relationship with you, the person
has to be a bit submissive to your personality. You
have a large personality.

Speaker 1 (43:40):
Yeah, yeah, I mean.

Speaker 8 (43:42):
But I think that's for every relationship.

Speaker 2 (43:43):
But you have a large personality, you have a lot
to say, You're gonna go on, you're gonna talk a lot,
And they can't be somebody that has the same mentality
when they walk into a room, because then there's two
people fighting over words to say you know.

Speaker 1 (43:56):
Yeah, well obviously, like he knew we all had the
relationship too. N So we're all talking about things and yeah,
he can sit back, but he has things to say too.

Speaker 2 (44:05):
I can't wait to hear them. Yeah, next time.

Speaker 13 (44:09):
It just felt like.

Speaker 8 (44:09):
They're coming over, and here's the time they're coming over.

Speaker 2 (44:12):
Okay, boy trucks here?

Speaker 8 (44:14):
Oh god?

Speaker 1 (44:15):
Wait, why was there even oh god? Or dread? But
when you first started dating Caitlyn, you were like, y'all
need to meet, like let's go, and we all everybody
got together. We went to Chewy's and then like after that,
you're like, Kaitlyn's back in town, meet and then I
might know it true food and like, I'm weird, but
I did things to like reach out and make sure
like that's how that was, and so I know that

(44:37):
the majority of our relationship, like I was married and
had a husband, and so there's all kinds of different
dynamics happening.

Speaker 2 (44:45):
But what's awkward She's.

Speaker 6 (44:47):
Talking about how she met up you and Kaitlyn met
up with her and her husband. It's just weird.

Speaker 1 (44:52):
But that's just that's a change that I've had to
go through, and my friends and family have had to
go through.

Speaker 2 (44:56):
But I'm an A plus TVD and delightful.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
But did I would I come to you and be like,
oh yeah, it was awkward. I had to go into
Chewy's with Caitlin.

Speaker 2 (45:03):
But you're yes, you thrive socially.

Speaker 1 (45:08):
I know, well said, if you would have said here,
I am acknowledging to get together in text, we'd.

Speaker 2 (45:16):
Have been even wooed by.

Speaker 8 (45:18):
Me in my text.

Speaker 13 (45:18):
I know.

Speaker 1 (45:19):
He was like, well do you think? Like yeah, because
I was like, we haven't met Eddie. He's like, well,
maybe they can all come golfing sometime or something, and
I was like.

Speaker 6 (45:26):
He's a fancy claw.

Speaker 2 (45:27):
We definitely went in on that really yea, yeah, that'd
be good.

Speaker 8 (45:29):
Then there was the fancast we'll do that Amy, We'll play.

Speaker 2 (45:30):
Golf and I'll be in a car though Eddie and
him will be in a car and I'll be in
my own car. Okay, that's just generally speaking.

Speaker 1 (45:36):
It's just I sort of was like, I don't know.

Speaker 2 (45:40):
A plus TBD, A plus TVD.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
Okay, Well, how's this rating system works?

Speaker 6 (45:47):
Was this whole interaction fifteen minutes?

Speaker 2 (45:50):
Oh?

Speaker 8 (45:52):
Did you do that?

Speaker 10 (45:52):
All?

Speaker 11 (45:53):
Right?

Speaker 8 (45:53):
Wrap it up?

Speaker 10 (45:53):
No?

Speaker 2 (45:54):
Well, I was like we gotta catch a flight. It's
good to catch a flight.

Speaker 1 (45:59):
It was more like forty five minutes.

Speaker 2 (46:00):
It was yes time. He was so delightful then because
I remad sure it was a super nice guy.

Speaker 7 (46:07):
He's not gonna like somebody that's not super nice.

Speaker 1 (46:13):
All right, now, you know he's nice.

Speaker 6 (46:16):
Yeah, yeah, but you could like someone that's not a
super nice guy. What were your thoughts.

Speaker 1 (46:19):
I could definitely more time with him. I spend more
time with him than you did.

Speaker 6 (46:23):
Bobby, Oh, I felt like we talked about in your.

Speaker 1 (46:26):
Home for forty five minutes.

Speaker 6 (46:28):
How long did we talk?

Speaker 7 (46:29):
I mean we were there for a while until you
got on couches though foreign couches that you feel we
until you.

Speaker 6 (46:33):
Guys started smooching. Then it got awkward. I was like,
all right, this is weird.

Speaker 8 (46:35):
They didn't do any of that anyway.

Speaker 6 (46:38):
It was good to break the barrier.

Speaker 1 (46:39):
Okay, plus TVD we broke the seal, so that was good.

Speaker 2 (46:43):
It's the best bits of the week with Morgan. Number two.

Speaker 3 (46:52):
I know that I'm going to get some haters over
this one because I'm putting my own story and the
number one spot, which apparently is a hot button with
some of you guys, but this one I deserve, so
haters you can sit back and enjoy because I got
engaged over the holiday break and I'm so excited to
share it with you guys.

Speaker 2 (47:08):
Number one segment we didn't do before the break, which
Lunchbox suggested was let's debate.

Speaker 7 (47:13):
If Morgan's going to get engaged? And Amy is the
one that said, hey, we shouldn't do it.

Speaker 1 (47:18):
Yeah, because you wanted everyone to go around and give
their percentages, like what's the likelihood Morgan's going to get engaged?
And I felt like I really didn't think it was
going to happen, but small chance that it would happen.
I wouldn't want to ruin that for her boyfriend if
he heard that, and it's like, oh, well, great, now
they're all talking about how one hundred percent she's going

(47:38):
to get engaged, because I know Lunchbox probably thought it
was one hundred percent.

Speaker 8 (47:41):
He told on hundred. I was about eighty eight.

Speaker 1 (47:42):
Okay, I was at like five percent, but I just
felt like it was so close to like what if
it actually did happen, I wouldn't want to, you know,
disrupt any of his plans, Like I don't know how
he would feel about that.

Speaker 2 (47:55):
So Morgan got engaged over Christmas. Right, Morgan, lunchbox, your thoughts.

Speaker 7 (48:02):
This might be the most predictable engagement we've ever had
in the world. Like, I mean, it was just I mean,
it was so easily predicted. We all knew it was happening.

Speaker 6 (48:12):
And then it's just Amy was a five percent.

Speaker 1 (48:14):
To be fair, christ I thought I knew that she
felt like he was the one and it would likely happen.
I did. I was not on the train that it
was happening Christmas.

Speaker 4 (48:22):
Break.

Speaker 7 (48:22):
Well, let's just go over the timeline. He's about to
leave Nashville. He's giving up on life, like he's moving
back home with mom and dad.

Speaker 2 (48:28):
And he talked, I don't know if that's true.

Speaker 7 (48:31):
He no, no, he talked to the man upstairs, like
at nine to thirty pm, he said, give me a
sign that I'm supposed to say at stay in Nashville.
Two hours later at the bar, he meets Morgan. Oh yeah,
and then he's about to be homeless. He's losing his place.
He's like, hey, can I move in with you?

Speaker 6 (48:48):
Moves in with Morgan.

Speaker 7 (48:50):
Christmas comes around, He's like, man, I don't know what
to get her. I know, I know what, she'll take
a ring. But it was like it was all right
out there. I mean, five months and we're engaged.

Speaker 1 (48:59):
It's more, it was longer than five months.

Speaker 7 (49:03):
The most predictable engagement in the history of engage.

Speaker 8 (49:07):
How long was it? Well, let's talk to Morgan.

Speaker 10 (49:09):
Guys.

Speaker 1 (49:09):
Okay, yeah, this is great. He was talking about me
without my input.

Speaker 6 (49:12):
First of all, congratulations.

Speaker 2 (49:15):
First of all, that's like ninth of all you just
did like eight thanks.

Speaker 6 (49:18):
I'm very happy for you, excited for you. But man,
this was like it was okay.

Speaker 2 (49:23):
So Morgan, over to you. Do you have the no
interrupting stack knowledge?

Speaker 8 (49:26):
Bock?

Speaker 6 (49:27):
Did you know? Go ahead?

Speaker 8 (49:31):
Morgan?

Speaker 3 (49:32):
Yeah, we got engaged and it was awesome. I was
completely surprised, surprised in not knowing when it was going
to happen. We had gone and look at rings together,
so I knew we were going You told us that. Okay, No,
that was something we did. We only went once, and
I just I had no idea what I wanted. I
had no idea even about an engagement ring. I'd never
looked at engagement rings, so we went and looked and

(49:53):
that was I guess all.

Speaker 4 (49:54):
He needed, and then he decided to propose. He wanted
it to.

Speaker 3 (49:58):
Be around my family. He it to be a complete surprise.
It's very difficult to surprise me because I'm I ask
a lot of questions and I'm very inquisitive. And he
also wanted it to be a really pretty scene in
him and I both really loved Christmas.

Speaker 4 (50:11):
So it was perfect.

Speaker 8 (50:11):
Where what talent you do?

Speaker 3 (50:13):
Then it was in Wichita, and it happened at Botanica,
which is like a family tradition for us. We go
every year as a family to it's like Botanica Gardens
that they do two million Christmas lights. And my sister
and brother in law were also in on it and
they helped him scope it out to find the best
spot for the proposal.

Speaker 8 (50:30):
Is it a botanical gardens?

Speaker 1 (50:31):
Yeah?

Speaker 8 (50:32):
Got it? And you didn't know your parents? Did they know?

Speaker 4 (50:36):
He asked my dad.

Speaker 8 (50:37):
But did they know it was coming?

Speaker 3 (50:38):
Now?

Speaker 8 (50:38):
That night?

Speaker 4 (50:39):
He didn't it?

Speaker 3 (50:39):
He said yes, and obviously he knew it was going
to happen, but he also wanted it to be a
surprise for my mom, So my mom.

Speaker 8 (50:45):
Did not know. Was he acting weird leading up to it?

Speaker 3 (50:50):
No, not until the very like last as we're getting
ready to go to Botanica Garden, I caught him like
sitting on the bed.

Speaker 4 (50:58):
It's called Botanica.

Speaker 2 (50:59):
It is called botanic That's.

Speaker 3 (51:00):
Why it's called it is botanical gardens, so it's called Botanica.

Speaker 6 (51:07):
That makes sense for us.

Speaker 3 (51:09):
It was like Italian, Yes, you know, I'll just say Botanica.
When we were about to leave, he was sitting on
the bed and he was just kind of staring and
his eyes were closed, and I walked in.

Speaker 4 (51:19):
I was like, are you okay?

Speaker 1 (51:20):
Are you good? He's like I was just.

Speaker 3 (51:22):
Contemplating my outfit for tonight. And I was like, that
was a little strange. And that was the only moment
where I was like that was a little weird. And
then I started to pick up on little weird things throughout,
like my sister kept looking around when we were at
the gardens lunchbox and that at that point I was like, Okay,
that's weird.

Speaker 1 (51:39):
Who are you looking for?

Speaker 3 (51:40):
Everybody's here, and so I can look back and see
all the things, but I wasn't piecing it together because
I didn't expect it to happen.

Speaker 4 (51:47):
At that moment.

Speaker 2 (51:48):
Lunchbox, you get one thing to say positive.

Speaker 6 (51:51):
No, I'm just happy for you. There you go.

Speaker 13 (51:53):
That's what.

Speaker 10 (51:55):
We'll talk.

Speaker 6 (51:56):
Do you have an and what did you get you
for Christmas?

Speaker 3 (51:59):
There's a another gift it was it was something custom
that was special.

Speaker 8 (52:03):
Test.

Speaker 6 (52:03):
Okay, I just wondered, So does that mean now he
doesn't have to favor rent?

Speaker 8 (52:09):
You share this homeless thing? I've not heard the home.

Speaker 6 (52:14):
Apartment he had a literal.

Speaker 2 (52:16):
That's Ray's story for sure.

Speaker 6 (52:18):
No, I know he's but this was a lot. I mean,
I'm just saying.

Speaker 4 (52:21):
It wasn't similar.

Speaker 3 (52:22):
He literally lived in an apartment and his lease was
ending and he could either continue it or not, and
he chose not to.

Speaker 4 (52:28):
We chose to move in together. He still had the
money to pay for an apartment.

Speaker 6 (52:33):
Shall we say?

Speaker 2 (52:34):
But that's all we do on this show.

Speaker 1 (52:36):
Say why would you say? He does like lunchbox? He
has a job, so like, where does his money go?

Speaker 10 (52:43):
So we say.

Speaker 4 (52:45):
Does he?

Speaker 6 (52:46):
I mean, it's just it was I'm so happy for you.

Speaker 2 (52:49):
I'm glad you sound it.

Speaker 7 (52:52):
Just I don't know we all, I mean, you guys
all saw it, right, Like the predictability what is that
song on the show?

Speaker 6 (53:00):
A little predictability?

Speaker 1 (53:03):
The people, the evening.

Speaker 8 (53:05):
In full house.

Speaker 2 (53:08):
I think predictability in the way of like they had
been together a while.

Speaker 8 (53:12):
How long have you guys been together?

Speaker 4 (53:13):
It's been about ten months fun.

Speaker 2 (53:15):
That's adequate times almost a year.

Speaker 6 (53:17):
And also I feel like I feel like it is
almost a year years.

Speaker 1 (53:22):
She literally your lunch bucks had five months exactly.

Speaker 6 (53:24):
She went to him, was like, look, how did you
let Abby engage?

Speaker 16 (53:27):
For us?

Speaker 6 (53:28):
What's going on?

Speaker 8 (53:28):
Definitely?

Speaker 2 (53:30):
And then he was like, all right, fine, Oh you
think the pressure from Abby getting engaged was then on him.

Speaker 7 (53:35):
Yeah, Like she was like, hello, what are you doing?
And so then he's like, okay, I don't know it
just it's okay.

Speaker 1 (53:42):
That's also not what happened.

Speaker 4 (53:43):
We went and looked at rings.

Speaker 3 (53:44):
It was in October, and from that moment forward, he
was working with one of my friends in a jeweler
to design the ring.

Speaker 4 (53:50):
So it's been in the works before that happened.

Speaker 3 (53:52):
There was no thing around her engagement whatsoever, completely separate.

Speaker 4 (53:57):
So let's not do that.

Speaker 8 (53:58):
As much of a hater.

Speaker 2 (53:59):
Abby's engaging, I forget No.

Speaker 1 (54:02):
I mean, he probably just didn't have the time. He's
hated on everything, Like when I got engaged twenty years ago,
he was hating all the girls.

Speaker 2 (54:08):
He had a two week break.

Speaker 6 (54:11):
I did not hate on yours. Yours was like three weeks,
and we all hated on yours. We were shot.

Speaker 1 (54:15):
And then the fact you came in and said, hate
on it, but you all hate, but I.

Speaker 6 (54:18):
Hate well, Bobby was included.

Speaker 7 (54:22):
And the fact when you announced that I'm getting married
on New Year's Eve, I was like, oh my gosh,
it's the worst engagement ever.

Speaker 6 (54:28):
That was what I was really frustrated about. So, yeah,
I don't know if him. I don't know if I
hated on Abby's because.

Speaker 7 (54:35):
I mean, what they already they've been together for like
twelve years, and.

Speaker 8 (54:40):
I don't know that. More than that, I.

Speaker 6 (54:42):
Think you Abby has been together for three years?

Speaker 8 (54:45):
How long he has been together? No, it's been two
It has been two years.

Speaker 6 (54:48):
Yeah, it's been a long time.

Speaker 2 (54:49):
You said, well, look, everybody's happy.

Speaker 6 (54:52):
God, what we're going to say though, you said, but
you said but earlier before.

Speaker 2 (54:56):
You want to be on his home team. We'll talk
more about this on the podcast.

Speaker 6 (55:01):
We're all happy for right, Yes, we're all very.

Speaker 7 (55:03):
Happy, absolutely, But I did want to say that was
the bit we talked about where we were like, we're
not doing this bit, but we may tell you on
the other side, and that's what it was.

Speaker 8 (55:10):
Amy said, we're not doing that bit.

Speaker 3 (55:12):
I am glad you guys didn't do it, just for
the fact that it would have put me on a
track since he was doing it, I would have been like, oh,
maybe it is going to happen at Christmas, and honestly,
I just he wanted to completely surprise me and that's
that's what he accomplished.

Speaker 2 (55:24):
Congratulations, nothing else, Lunchbox.

Speaker 6 (55:26):
I'm not show the ring to the camera.

Speaker 2 (55:27):
