Speaker 1 (00:01):
Okay, it is June twenty seventh, and what I'm going
to attempt is to do three four, five, six minutes
or so every day while on vacation because we are
going nowhere on this vacation, and that was a choice.
We feel like with this week. And we always take
(00:23):
two weeks off in the summer, but we do it
one week now, We'll do one summer fall a couple
months from now, and usually we will go somewhere and
I will say, man, I would just love to have
a vacation where I just do nothing, just stay at home.
And we're staying at home this time and a little bit.
(00:44):
I'm already going crazy because I don't know what I'm
going to do. So we have a three month old.
I have always said I wanted to stay home. So
with those factors, we are going to stay home for
this vacation. So we're gonna do nothing. So I'm gonna
make a list of things to do during the break
(01:05):
so I don't go crazy. Now, this will not be work,
but I do feel like I need a little bit
of structure, even if it's have fun structure, even if
it's a relaxed structure. Whenever we go on vacation, if
it is a trip, I like to have that structured out.
I like to know when I need to be somewhere,
(01:25):
where I need to be, how long it takes to
get there, because I can truly only relax if I
know all the loose sins are tied up. So leading
into this, we did work very hard on getting all
the shows done, meaning Monday was fully done, and we
did a full podcast to go with Monday. So for
(01:47):
sure two parts Tuesday full show, second podcast, Wednesday full show.
I know there was a second podcast. I'm trying to
what we did, but I know Thursday we did the
one hundred Questions Easy Trivia and that is always a
beast to do. So that's five people getting the same
(02:13):
one hundred questions and every year we just declare a
one hundred question champion. So we did that leading up
to it as well. And I know that was on
the podcast feed on Thursday. That did not actually go
on the air. That was something that just the podcast
listeners or the YouTube viewers got to watch. So we
did that and then we put out the Lunchbox special
on Friday of vacation, which it's weird because it's not
(02:37):
actually out yet, but we did it for Friday. But
if you're hearing this, it means it's already been out.
But we did the nine to one one special then,
so we you know, worked double hard so we could
take off. And that's where we are now. This is
day one. I'm gonna make a list and I'm gonna
do them again. This could be kind of sloppy. I
(02:59):
don't know, but that's all I have for today. Day
one vacation over. Okay, Day two vacation looks like today
is the twenty eighth. I have a list of things
that I'm going to do sorry on vacation. So here's
(03:19):
my full list. It's in my notes as vacation checklist.
Number one is finish my book. I've got a book.
I'm about halfway through. Number two is over the nine days.
Because it's two weekends, four days and then five days
in the middle, I need to do five total workouts,
(03:40):
so at least every other day I need to do
some sort of exercise. I want a golf at least once.
I've only played golf one time this year, well one
and a half times, because I had to do the
client event. But I like to golf at least once,
that would be nice. I would like to play pickleball
at least once. I'm a little nervous because I've not
(04:02):
played pickleball since the surgery on my ankle from playing pickleball,
so I have that on my list. I plan to
watch three movies in this downtime. Now, I don't watch
three movies a year. Maybe the last couple of years,
I think I've probably seen three because my wife, especially
when she was pregnant early, she'd liked to go to
(04:24):
the movie, so we did that. But normal years, I
might watch a movie a year. Not a big movie guy,
but on the list, I have watched three movies. I
have to send a YouTube strategy to one of our bosses,
so I've put that to do, and I'm gonna send
Eddie a cameo every day that he is on his
(04:45):
vacation in Puerto Rico. Now I don't ever text with
the show. I purposefully avoid everybody all week long. And
it's weird with somebody like Eddie, who's my best friend,
because if I just disappear, he'll think I died. So
as a bit for a couple of reasons, I'm going
to find a cameo and I'm gonna send it to
Eddie every single day. So this is the one that
(05:10):
I sent him this morning. This is William Hong.
Speaker 2 (05:15):
Hi, Eddie, this is William Hong.
Speaker 3 (05:17):
Congratulations for a great first half of the year at work.
Keep trying your best and never gave up on your dreams.
Enjoy your first vacation to Pulo Rico. Ever, here is
a song to show you on.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
And just do eat, be what you want to be,
do what you want to do, be true yourself and
just do eat. Do you what you want to be,
do you want you want to do, because he's all
up to you.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Thank you, William Hung, so I text that to him.
William Hong was the she Bangs guy for American Idol.
And why William Hong is because Eddie and I first
met at a William Hung show. Yeah, it was our
meet cute. William houk was doing a show in Austin
at some sort of like vacuum cleaner store, and I
(06:12):
was doing mornings on ninety six seven Kiss FM and Austin.
He was working for News eight in Austin and we
were there at the same time covering the William Hung show.
Because there were a lot of people there, and that
is actually where we met the very first time. So
when I saw William Houng was on cameo, I had
to send Eddie that cameo from William Houng. So that's
day number one. He replied, ha, ha ha, did you
(06:37):
buy a cameo from William Hong? And then he sent
me a picture of Puerto Rico. It looks like the
woods or the forest or the jungle, maybe with the skyline.
Now I'm not going to reply to anything he sends me.
I'm only sending him cameos for six or seven days,
however many days it is. I'm not going to send
him one on his travel day home, but ever day
(07:00):
I'm gonna sit him a new one. So William Hung
is day one. Other things that I plan to do tomorrow,
I am going to work a little bit. My wife said,
I thought you want working, but I'm not gonna work
with the show. I'm going to work with my personal
crew and go and shoot and in the Weeds episode
and some other content that I'm doing. The end of the
(07:22):
Weed stuff's been kind of wild because that was never
supposed to be anything successful. I didn't think anything would
like that anybody would like that show, to be honest,
and I guess it's the show because we end up
putting it up on the podcast feed here. If you're
listening to this, it's on the same feed. And we
did it a couple of times, and when I put
it up on YouTube, one of the episodes is got
(07:43):
like seventy thousand views. And I couldn't believe that people
would watch such inside stuff about me talking about my
job or the industry or Nashville, because a lot of
it is so inside. So I did another one and
it popped. I did another one and it did okay,
not super pop, but was still better than I thought
the first one would even do. Then I put Amy
(08:04):
on one boom. That one popped hard. So I guess
I mighta do some more in the Weeds for a while.
But I'm gonna do one tomorrow with my personal crew.
So my personal cruise, Brandon Ray Dylan. You know, I
have a staff that I keep outside of the show
that we shoot a lot of the bobbycast stuff where
(08:26):
Mike is a bit split because I pay Mike a
separate salary to be my head guy for producer needs.
I mean, Brandon's my head of creative outside of the
radio show. But my main producer is Mike Dylan does
video editing Kickoff Kevin I have on my payroll because
(08:50):
he does a lot of stuff for me as well,
and so that is the staff, although Mike's in New York,
so Mike won't be there. But I'm leaving all those
guys alone. I'm not texting Amy, I'm not texting Mike,
and i'd I'll probably be texting with them somewhat if
it were a normal week. So Eddie, Amy and Mike
will not text it all until at least later in
the week. So that's it. It's Sunday, That's all I got.
(09:13):
I plan to start watching movies at some point today.
All right, comeby, okay. I sent Eddie another cameo. I'm
gonna start with that here. Oh by the way, today
is what is today, the twenty ninth, So it's Monday,
all right. I've been going three days on this thing,
all right. The cameo that I sent Eddie today was
(09:38):
Dallas Cowboy tight end Jay Nova check. Okay at night here,
I'll just play a little bit.
Speaker 4 (09:44):
Hello Eddie chany nov check here. Hey brother, how are
you doing? Yeah, your buddy, Bobby, He said, you have
had an amazing first half of twenty twenty six. Yeah, congratulations.
Speaker 5 (09:59):
Going to do a little vacation time. That's good. You
need to some days.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
Huh yeah.
Speaker 5 (10:06):
I've been there fishing a few times.
Speaker 1 (10:08):
And uh, all right, that's enough for that, Okay, So
I said him j Novichick. He responded, ha ha ha
ha ha dude, this is crazy. I feel like he
just needs someone to talk to, right.
Speaker 6 (10:19):
Uh. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:20):
So I watched two movies. My goal was three, So
I watched two movies. I watched Pressure, which I had
never heard of, but it was about d Day and
Brendan Fraser plays Dwight the Eisenhower and it's about how
they were invading Normandy but if the weather was bad,
(10:40):
they wouldn't be able to get there. It was good
because of the his history element, Like the historical parts
of were really cool. There were some things I didn't know,
like they had to bring in this mediologist from I
think from Scotland, and the whole movie's about weather. So
if you're not into the history, I don't think it's
for you because there's no real war that's seen, no
(11:06):
shoot them up, bang bangs. I give it four out
of five's ocean Torrential Rainfalls, but I think I give
it that extra half star because I just like history
really good acting, even though I don't really know what
(11:26):
that is. I didn't watch a movie called Good Luck,
Half Fun, Don't Die, which I was just flipping through,
and I really enjoyed it, at least the first hour
and a half of it, and then it just got weird.
So I give that three stars. And I love time
travel movies. I love time travel for sure, and apocalypse
(11:47):
movies things like that. But good Luck, Half Fun Don't
Die as much as the time travel movie. It started
off freaking awesome, I did not. It just kind of
lost me. It wasn't even about the acting or that
ending or it just kind of lost me. But I
watched two movies in one day. I am gonna play
Pickleball tomorrow on my at one point bad ankle. So
(12:09):
I'm a little nervous about that. We'll excited about that
both so and I'm plan to watch. I have to
get one more movie in the list. So there you go.
That's all for today, and I we'll see you guys
on Tuesday.
Speaker 7 (12:24):
All right, all right, all right, all right, we are
here on Tuesday, a Joy Tuesday, Housewives going Tuesday. I'm
just talking about Tuesday, Tuesday.
Speaker 1 (12:40):
Hello everybody, it is Tuesday, the thirtieth. I sent Eddie
another cameo. I can start with that. The cameo I
should have been ready. Sorry. The cameo that I sent
Eddie today was Mark McGrath from Sugar Ray.
Speaker 2 (13:01):
Yo, Eddie, what is up, my brother?
Speaker 5 (13:03):
It is Mark McGrath from the band's Sugar Ray. Yes,
I know, I know, off the charts, but a ways
in our hearts.
Speaker 8 (13:13):
And speaking of always in our hearts, I understand from
Bobby that you, Eddie, are going to San.
Speaker 2 (13:21):
Juan meehome cappite leaf pat do Rico immediately.
Speaker 5 (13:29):
Ye and chanted. So I remember that Puerto Rico song.
Speaker 8 (13:33):
But Eddie, Bobby, let me know you go to Puerto
Rico for a well deserved vacation.
Speaker 5 (13:40):
Bobby, let me know you've had one hell of a
year at work with.
Speaker 3 (13:45):
Eddie's smoking chicken business. It's taking over the world because Eddie,
that's how you do it. Man.
Speaker 5 (13:52):
You've been focused, you've been dedicated.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
So he went on for three minutes, so big shout
out to Mark McGrath for doing the cameos that long.
Let me play a part of this. Let me find
this club because I did cut this club. Here we go,
he has it.
Speaker 7 (14:11):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
By the way, mart McGrath has his guitar. He pulls
it out at like two minutes and thirty seconds in
the cameo Here we go. Wo hold on. So yeah,
this is how you know I'm doing my own production
here because I was not ready. Okay, go.
Speaker 9 (14:27):
There we go.
Speaker 1 (14:34):
Around me Eddie if he plays fly but says Eddie's
name in there, so big shout out to Mark McGrath
for that. By the way, we're doing this in the evening,
I was getting confused, Uh, so sent Eddie that cameo.
His response on this Tuesday was, ha ha ha, you
(14:55):
need to stop Mark McGrath. I don't know if that's
a typo or if you really think his name is
McGrath or mcgra Mark McGrath. Yeah, he says Mark McGrath
with the f's thanks to have a chicken business. Ha
ha ha ha ha. Okay, so that's the cameo I said, Eddie.
I did play pickleball today. It was one hundred and
three and it was brutal and it was hard. I
(15:19):
sweat like crazy. I was able to play without worrying
much about my ankle, though, which is very exciting for me.
You can ask me tomorrow. I'm sure will be sore tomorrow.
I was told with my doctor it was going to
be sore, so not to freak out if it's sore,
but if it's sharp pains, that's different. So I did
play pickleball earlier today with the friend, so I'm very
(15:40):
excited that I played and didn't have to think about,
Oh my god, I don't want to step here because
it hurts. Because any of my friends are athletes, like
professional athletes. That's what they've said about coming back from
an injury. Now coming back, I don't know if what
I'm coming back to do. I did well. I did
finish third in a pickleball tournament when I tore my ankle.
To be fair, maybe I'm coming back to be competitive again.
(16:02):
But I didn't think about it and it never shot
lightning through my ankle, so that's pretty cool. We'll see tomorrow.
It feels movie wise, I don't want to review the
movies anymore because I think I'm just gonna do a
Whole movie podcast because I've hit my full I think
I wauch four now. I watched The Last Duel with
(16:27):
Matt Damon. It's from a few years ago. I think
came out during COVID. It was back in Game of
Thrones time. And I watched The Outfit, which is kind
of a mobster movie on Netflix. I'm gonna hold off
on reviews, but I did watch yeah, the Last Duel,
I believe on Paramount Plus. I'm now going to chat
(16:50):
Cheapt for recommendations. What I did is I put in
all the movies that I'd watched so far, and I
gave them all reviews, and then I'm gonna see what
chat cheapt says, and if I have, I'm gonna watch
more movies. But I'm just gonna follow that as a
bit and see how good it does at predict the movies.
I'll probably plug in a few other movies that I
really love and just go this is movie I love,
(17:11):
this is my rating, and give it, you know, fifteen
movies or so, and then let it start telling me
what to watch based on my reviews of other movies
I've seen. I wear a mouth guard when I go
to sleep because I chew so hard, and I think
I or someone threw it away. I had it, I
was wearing it in the kitchen. I put it in
a paper towel, and I probably threw the paper towel
(17:32):
away without thinking about it because it is clear. So
I do not know what mouthguard is. I had two.
I chewed completely through the other one. That's where we are.
I have no mouth guard. Low heat exhaustion and ankle's okay,
And I watched a couple more movies. So there you go.
I'm gonna play golf tomorrow. Okay for Tuesday, I'm out.
(17:53):
See you guys tomorrow.
Speaker 10 (17:56):
Okay. We are here on Wednesday. Today is Wednesday? Is
it the first Wednesday July? First, we're already here. Okay,
it's five thirty pm. You want to do Eddie's cameo?
Speaker 6 (18:18):
First?
Speaker 1 (18:20):
I sit on a cameo from mate Yahu. Who is
the rapper.
Speaker 9 (18:27):
Eddie?
Speaker 4 (18:27):
What is up?
Speaker 1 (18:28):
What is up?
Speaker 3 (18:28):
My guy?
Speaker 5 (18:29):
Congrats on Puerto Rico. I hear you on your first
big vacation in Puerto Rico.
Speaker 3 (18:35):
After editing ten thousand videos this year, that is freaking amazing. Buddy, congratulations,
God bless you.
Speaker 5 (18:45):
Now you're cut before peace out dude.
Speaker 1 (18:50):
Manice Yahu played stubs when Eddie and I were in
Austin together and we worked at a music television station together,
and they'd always played modess ya who videos?
Speaker 6 (19:02):
And so.
Speaker 1 (19:04):
Madus ya who's still doing this thing? I guess I
don't know if you guys know who that is. I
don't know that I would have known who it was
had he not Modest Yeah, who been coming through Austin
a lot and me working at a music television station.
I'm gonna read you about Modest Yaho because he has
interesting stuff. Okay, here you go. Modese Yahoo born Matthew
(19:27):
Paul Miller is an American singer, rapper, and songwriter best
known for blending reggae, hip hop, rock, and Jewish spiritual
themes into a sound that was unlike anything else in
mainstream music when he emerged in the mid two thousands
Orthodox Judaism. For years, he performed as a Hasidic Jew,
wearing traditional clothing and singing lyrics filled with faith, redemption,
(19:49):
and spirituality. That's when we knew him, or knew him.
He had a song, Oh here we Go. His breakthrough
came with the two thousand and five live album live
at Stubs powered by the hit King without a Crown.
I wonder if we went to that show. He had
a long Yeah. Anyway, So my cameo today was from
modest Yahoo. It's one word modes yahu. So there you go.
(20:13):
I played golf with Matt Castle today, who is my
partner on my NFL podcast called Lots to say. We
did not do the podcast this week. I only worked
on Monday, and we have always said we should play golf.
We should play golf, but he has five kids and
I have five jobs, so we've never been able to
(20:36):
make it work. So I texted him earlier in the
week and just said, hey, I'm wide open anytime Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday or Friday, anytime seven am to six pm, any
of those days I can play. And so we ended
up playing earlier today, and I think we got on
(20:58):
at like ten am. It was so oh freaking hot.
We finished like seven or eight holes and we both
were sweating through our shirts and we ended up only
playing nine holes. Yeah, we're weak. An goes a little sore,
but I'm feeling pretty good about it because it's only
a little sore. I watched two more movies I watched
(21:23):
Companion and then I watched Strange Darling. Probably overall, so far,
of all my movie days, my strongest movie day. So
between staying home, listen, I'm spending a lot of time
with the baby too. Like that's really what we're staying
home is. We have a teething baby and it's three months.
(21:45):
So she's three months old, and so we're just home
with Billy and just chilling. So I am getting baby
stuff done. My wife really is crushing the baby stuff,
but getting baby stuff done. I'm taking shifts and I'm
never I'm not watching any movies, but I am able
to get through like forty five minutes at a time
with them. So I don't want to hear any I
don't want to hear your stuff. But there you go.
(22:06):
That is today's list and I'll see you guys tomorrow. Okay,
check it back again. It is Thursday. It is Thursday, today,
July the second wait to make a executive decision. Eller
(22:28):
will go to training a couple of times a week,
and we had we sent her off for the weekend
to the training area. They kind of have a weekend
camp and they sleep up there on the weekends. Because
she goes bonkers during fireworks. The last couple of years,
I thought she was gonna run through a glass wall.
Speaker 3 (22:46):
Like.
Speaker 1 (22:46):
She goes so crazy that we actually said, okay, let's
think about this. We have a baby. We have two
dogs that go absolutely bananas with fireworks, one of them
short and fattening and do much. But Eller was like
running around knocking stuff over. Scared her too much. So
when we go we leave town. If we leave town,
Ella will go out there anyway. So we put sing
(23:07):
her over there today. We'll get her on Monday. I
feel pretty good about that decision because I actually remembered
to do that. So yeah, Okay. Eddie's cameo for the
day that I sent him is art Alexis from Everclear.
Ever Clear is really one of my favorite bands from college.
(23:27):
But I still love them, I guess.
Speaker 6 (23:29):
But Donna, Donna, Donna, Donna, I'm still living with your goals,
lonely and dreaming of the West Coast.
Speaker 1 (23:44):
I don't want to tell you down time. I don't
that that song is a brand new day. I gotta
get there. We can't sitve inside the ocean. Were far behind,
so I passed the breaks. What the world die? That's
all here we go.
Speaker 9 (24:05):
He it's art from the band Never Clear, wishing you
a happy vacationion celebration. I know you're a bigger overclub band,
but you know you're in Puerto Rico with your family.
I've always wanted to go to port Rico. I hope
you have a great time there. I love Puerto Rican culture,
the food, but whole nine yards for a West coast point,
let's say a lot of time anyway. I hope you
have a great time. I hope to see the show
(24:27):
this year. We got a lot of shows coming up.
Check out but check us out online.
Speaker 1 (24:31):
Take care of I plun love. You got to plug
in respect, check out a show it's online. Here is
Eddie's response art Shaky's never been to Puerto Rico. Okay,
no more cameos. Okay, that's that's from Maddy. Uh doing
pretty good on my list.
Speaker 9 (24:52):
I see.
Speaker 1 (24:55):
I've now played golf once check, pickleball once check. I've
got four workouts in ninety five, so I got one
more of there. I sent off of the YouTube strategy
to the executive. I have sent to Eddie a cameo
every day. I'm still there. I'll be be honest with you.
(25:16):
I have not picked up my book, which is very
unfortunate because I really planned to read. But I've just
kind of gotten obsessed with any free time watching movie.
See how many movies I can cram it. So that's
what's I know. Today. I watched September fifth, which is
about the Olympic hostage situation in Munich. This is like
(25:37):
seventy eight, I believe, nineteen seventy eight, and as they
were doing the Olympics, the some of the Israeli Olympians
were held hostage. I don't know if it's spoiling it
because it's news. I'll just say it was historical and
(25:58):
I'll save all the reviews. But it was worth it
for me. I didn't know enough about that, honestly, and
that was a real life situation. And I watched Sacario,
which I've never seen. Oh, by the way, I forgot
to say this yesterday. I'm I've now started watching movies
that chat GBT recommends me, and I've never seen Sacario.
Emily Blunt, it's Cartel's Mexican drug. Yeah, how about that.
(26:18):
You guys have probably all seen Sacario. I think most
people have seen Sacario. My wife walked in. She's now
calling me mister cinema. She walked in and she's like,
what's mister Cinemon watching today? And it was Sacario. It's
a gay I've seen that. So she also did say
I'll never watch movies, but I've watched nine or something already.
(26:39):
But she also knows how obsessed I get about things.
I got my new mouth guards in from my dentist.
It's softer rubber too, So shout out to my dentist
for getting me the new mouth guards in. So we
love that. How many movies have I've got so far? One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight?
(27:02):
I watched eight? Move Oh my god, I watched eight
movies already. Who was only three as supposed to watch?
I've not read it. I'm not read a page in
my book. I'm such a failure. Okay, that's it for today.
Thank you everybody. Hey, welcome to Friday. Welcome to Friday,
(27:27):
except it's kind of a boar day. Haven't done much day.
Today is Independence Day observed, so most people did not
have to go to work today. I guess I didn't.
We didn't go because we have vacation. We're on vacation.
But most people didn't have to go to work today.
Today was the day we put up the lunchbox special though,
(27:49):
the A nine to one to one special. If you
guys missed out on the Bobby Bones Show podcast feed,
it went up today, so it is up. Well, it
was gonna be up anyway by the time you heard this,
but so there you go. Let's see, it's a little
earlier in the day today when I'm recording this one,
wonder if I should have put beeps in the middle
of this, like between every I don't know. I'm recording
from the same microphone in the same studio, same part
(28:10):
of my house where we have our morning show studio.
So the production here may be bad because I haven't
put any audio clips. I'm not putting any beeps between days.
But that's okay, that's okay. I'm not try to win
an award here. Okay, why don't we start with.
Speaker 4 (28:27):
It's right.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
I sent Eddie a cameo.
Speaker 5 (28:32):
Here you go, hy Eddie, hy Eddie. I'm James Ortiz
and I.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
Play Okay, so this is James I believe the name
is James Ortiz, and he plays Rocky in Projectail Mary.
So he's a puppeteer, and he also does the voice
of Rocky. I don't know if you've seen Project til
Mary yet or read the book. It's excellent, and I
do believe now that it's on Amazon. I bought it
(28:56):
on Apple and paid the full price for it, but
I think as an Amazon movie. And I did see
when I was on Prime today that it was the
front And I don't know if it's cheaper or if
it's I don't say freak you'd have Prime, but if
you have Prime, it may actually be. I can rightly
look that up. Here you go, here's James o'cuzy. Hi Eddie.
Speaker 5 (29:11):
I'm James Ortiz and I played Rocky in per Project
Hill Mary. And uh, it sounds like you are. You
just came back from a really fantastic vacation to Puerto Rico.
I love Puerto Rico.
Speaker 11 (29:23):
I am Puerto Rican and I visited Puerto Rico maybe
about a year and a half ago now and I
had the best time.
Speaker 5 (29:31):
It was wonderful. We were in Bak's and it was
just beautiful, absolutely stunning.
Speaker 10 (29:36):
I hear you.
Speaker 11 (29:37):
It looks like you're a salsa company and you've been
working quite a bit and that's really really cool and
that you really love Project Hill Mary. So if Rocky
was here right now, I think he would probably say
something like, hello, friend, Eddie, you are as a Mason
May's where's of encouragement?
Speaker 5 (29:51):
Where it's a great encouragement. Fist my bumb.
Speaker 1 (29:55):
There you go. That's James Ortez and I did look
it up while I was playing that from my phone.
Project Hill Mary is now up on Amazon Prime.
Speaker 9 (30:03):
No pay.
Speaker 1 (30:04):
If you have Prime, it is up no pay and
it is awesome. So there you go. Do the thing
response from Eddie.
Speaker 6 (30:11):
Ha ha ha ha ha.
Speaker 1 (30:12):
Okay, that one is my favorite. That dude is awesome.
There you go. Boom, We're doing it. I know it
comes back Sunday, so I'll just send him one more tomorrow.
I'm gonna be able to check that off my list.
I did all that. I'm gonna have my whole list
done except for now. I don't even want to touch
the book. Like, if I'm not able to do it,
I just shouldn't do it at all, you know. So, yeah,
(30:36):
what movies that I watch? I'm deep in now, guys,
you know how I get. I watched three movies since
the last time we've spoken. I've watched three movies. I
watched Heller High Water, what's that about? Cowboy? Y Oh,
(31:00):
it's got Chris Pine and his brother Robin Banks. Yep.
I watched Upgrade, it's about AI and a guy he's
trying to make himself better. And I watched Wrath of
Man with Jason Statham. Those are the three that I watched.
All right, I got much today. I'll be honest with you.
(31:24):
I ordered some dairy free, vegan kind of like chocolate
cakes from Goldbelly. Goldbelly has never spent a nickel with
me for advertising, not a single nickel. This is not
an advertisement, But I like that app because I can
go on there and just type in vegan, and I'm
not a vegan, but I can't have dairy, so if
(31:46):
it's vegan, I know it doesn't have dry anyway. But
ordered these like whoopy Pie so they're called, and ordered
some other chocolate thing and they came today and they're
pretty good. So all right, that's it for today, Thank
you very much. Happy fourth of July, Happy afoot of July.
I expect a big fireworks tonight. What we're nervous about
(32:07):
is if the baby's gonna be able to sleep because
we live close enough to downtown to definitely get the
effects of that, and we do have neighbors that shoe fireworks.
Eller's gone, so that's good. Stanley is not, but I
can benadril him and he also just doesn't care about
things as much. He's an older bulldog at this point.
(32:28):
But we'll see how that goes.
Speaker 6 (32:33):
Yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (32:36):
It's the fourth We're not doing anything. My agent did
come over today. He doesn't live here. He's a Northeast,
Northeast guy, and so he was in town. He's going
to the fourth of July fireworks show here tonight. We
have a big office might he has a big office
here in Nashville, So I think he's going with some
(32:56):
of his other agent type folks and heading across the country.
So he was here, got to meet the baby for
the first time, got to meet old Bailey. And that's
what's up.
Speaker 8 (33:08):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (33:10):
I watched it, really, I don't want to say much
about it. I said I wouldn't reviewed, but I watched
a movie called Prisoners because Chet GBTCHS recommended movies now.
Prisoners with m Jake Jillenhall, Hugh Jackman. It's about two
kids being abducted. It's good, that's all I'll say. It's
(33:36):
over two hours long. I burn a little bit on
these two hour movies. But yeah, so watch Prisoners. I
plan to watch another one late tonight. I got one
up on the docket called The Menu, which I'm gonna
watch and then I'll yeah, I get one in tomorrow,
hopefully before the end of the week. So that's what's up.
(33:57):
All right, Thank you. Every These are getting shorter. Al Right, guys,
these are getting shorter. I know. All right. That's it
for July fourth. Okay, Hello, Hello, Hello, Hello, We're on Hello.
Don't edit this out, Mike, if you get this file,
no need to edit this out. Today is the last
(34:19):
day of my vacation. Did I play that cameo from
Eddie yesterday my next time? Yeah? I did, James, This
was the final cameo that I sent Eddie. Was from
none other than Raymundo, who's on cameo. You can look
him up, Bobby Bones and Ray he'll do a cameo
(34:40):
for you. And I just said it was Ed and
you hear Ray get confused in the middle of this.
He doesn't think it's Eddie at first. He's like Ed
Puerto Rico. Wait what and then it clicks. I'll just
play it for you.
Speaker 8 (34:55):
Ed. How's it going, Sison ray Mundo from America. You
are in port Puerto Rico right now. This is your
first trip. Apparently congratulations amigo.
Speaker 5 (35:06):
Some of the terminology you're gonna need to learn while
you're there.
Speaker 8 (35:09):
Also SURVEYSA, what about avios?
Speaker 2 (35:12):
What about ola migo?
Speaker 1 (35:15):
What about mique pasa? That's what's up? Stuff like that.
Speaker 8 (35:18):
You're gonna need to know the lingo d when you're
going to Puerto Rico. And also this wonderful sulce I
hear about congratulations. It says that it's gonna be a
huge booming company. What do I say to the moon,
Susan ray Mundo, I'm here in Puerto Rico. As well
as you can see behind me, it is actually America.
(35:39):
It is the opry Land here in Nashville. They make
it look like Puerto Rico. It's just a taste of
the culture, but you are physically boots on the ground
in Puerto Rico. I guess the best you think you
can do is go to a bartender and say, ola amigo.
Speaker 5 (35:57):
Frio SURVEYSA.
Speaker 8 (35:59):
That's how You're gonna get the coldest beer in Puerto Rico,
Sison Ramundo signing off. I also believe Eddie's in Puerto Rico,
and he also has a salsa. So either somebody in
the universe is playing tricks on me, or there is
the exact same guy Ed and an Eddie, both in
(36:20):
Puerto Rico right now at the exact same time.
Speaker 1 (36:25):
There you go. That's when that's when he figured out
I'm gonna play. I don't want to play the whole
things of these because one that could be annoying. Two,
I know I'm gonna play some of them for the
show because they have no idea I did this bit.
This is me being bored, So I want to play
some of them for the show as well. So I
want to burn you guys out in case by the
time you hear this, we've already done that. But yeah,
that's that. So that's the the cameo for today. I
(36:49):
watched the menu last night until like twelve o'clock. Here's
what sucks about me is that you give me a
few days. I'll get back on track of like going
to bed way way way late because I hate waking
up early. But I watched The Menu, which is about
these people that go to a restaurant and then much
crazy stuff happens at the restaurant. And then I watched
No Country for Old Men. So I watched the Menu
(37:10):
last night. I watched No Country for Old Men today.
So I watched a total of right now, if I
don't watch another one tonight, one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve,
thirty fourteen movies nine days, and I got my whole
list done except for finished book. I got five workouts in.
(37:31):
I golfed, I pickleballed, watched three movies. Yeah, since the
YouTube strategy off to our our executive, I did Eddie
a cameo every day, all right. That I had to
pick up Stanley's medicine today. That bulldog takes forever every
day to get because he's just everything's wrong with him. Okay,
that's it. This is my vacation diary. I watched movies,
(37:57):
I played golf, played pickleball was good, spend a lot
of time with the baby. Watch on a movie. It's
got some work done. Yeah, I'm not sure if you
guys listen to this whole way through. If you did,
thank you I don't even know what else to say.
So thank you. I really appreciate that. It's very nice
of you. If you did, you like this. Maybe I'll
(38:18):
do it next time we do a vacation. Oh the
problem is if I'm not a home mactuse, I could
do it on my phone. Okay, this has been very sloppy.
That is it. You guys will be able to hear
the show by the time. Maybe we'll put this up
before we put part one up. I think that's probably
what we do. Yeah, so you guys can have heard
this before you hear the other parts of the show. Okay,
(38:40):
that's it. Thank you everybody, and I've had a good
vacation and we'll see you guys back on the show soon.
Or now. We could be doing the show literally right
now as you're listening to this. All right, Bye,
