Speaker 1 (00:01):
Toting a hope you had a great weekend.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Welcome to Monday Show Morning Studio Morning. We have these
coyotes on our property. It attacked one of our dogs.
They're still there, and so I met with a trapper.
One that's not going to kill them, because my first
goal is to put these animals back into a natural
habitat where they can get in someone else's yard and
attack somebody else's dog, because eventually that app But I
(00:36):
don't want to kill them. I really want to take
the mom and the babies and put them back in
the woods somewhere else. And there have been people saying
you should get a fence in your woods. We have
a fence in our woods, but these animals either can
climb or jump, or if for some reason there's a
weathered small hole. So I met with one and so
the game plan is putting smoke bombs first of all,
(01:01):
to try to get them out of the area, to
destroy their den, because they have a den, which they
continually go to shoot them with paintballs to get them
off the property. If they can't catch them, put out
live traps and foot traps to try to trap them.
(01:21):
We will not be euthanizing them. We're also Kaitlin and
I are going to put up some game cams back
there just to make sure that no because we had
a bobcat problem at our last house, bobcats and coyotes,
and we're gonna put game cameras back there just to
check on to see if there are any other animals
and mostly if something moves back there, it'll let us know,
it'll send us an alert. And so we're going to
(01:42):
do that, and that's the plan. It just has taken
a little longer because I don't want to kill them.
If I wanted to kill them, I honestly could take
a gun back there and shoot them, but I want
to get fined by the city for having a gun
on city property. And then also I would just like
to free them.
Speaker 3 (01:56):
So the plan is smoke, bombs and paintball those.
Speaker 2 (02:00):
Are all options, right, everything's on the table. But we're
gonna We're gonna have to destroy their den. I know
we got at home. That's like if someone just came
and destroyed our house.
Speaker 3 (02:14):
I know.
Speaker 2 (02:14):
The problem is they didn't pay a mortgage after that,
that didn't and also they have such diseases no I know,
I know, God, but they're so cute. Man. The video
on my Instagram, the second one that I put up
with the little babies running, I admit it was hard
for me to put that out because I knew people
would go, they're so cute. However, most people that have
dealt with coyotes go, you have to get them off
your property because if they bite anything, they're so disease ridden.
(02:37):
So that's what we're doing. All that's gonna happen. We're
gonna try to smoke if they're in the smoke them out,
paint ball them if we need to, but we're trying
not to kill them. We're doing everything possible not to
kill them.
Speaker 4 (02:46):
You know, if the smoke bombs are like the ones
you buy the fireworks stand or like the ones that the.
Speaker 5 (02:51):
Police have, it's gotta be safe for putting it in
wooded area.
Speaker 6 (02:55):
I don't know, because I'm not doing that party like
a fireworks stand because I like smoke balls.
Speaker 2 (03:00):
The only thing I will be doing and I probably
am saying even some of this wrong. These are just
the notes that I took from talking to the guy.
The only thing that we're doing is I'll put trail
cams back there and then I'll get the app and
it'll alert me if there's an animal back there. Otherwise
we're good. I just want my dogs to get attacked.
So that's the update on the coyote. It's been it's
been problematic. It sucks. I have to go out with
(03:21):
the spotlight because i'll take Stanley out in the big
in the backyard at night. He's so fat that he's
not running away from me because I can walk as
fast as he can run just about. So I go
out and I take a spotlight and I'm having to
shine the woods to make sure they're not out like pouncing.
But they don't want any part of me. They don't
want any part of anything bigger than they are, so
they'll usually run. But I don't want to risk that
(03:43):
ell Or cannot be freed in the backyard. She has
to go to the side yard. She's going stir crazy.
She's a dog that needs a lot of energy drained
from her. But we can't let her out because she'll
go right back there and start hunting them again. That's
the update. I'll let everybody know if I come in
wearing like a coyote hat or or like a scarf, vest. Yeah,
(04:03):
we you know, we had to get we had to
do it the hard way. So my wife and I
whenever she delivered our baby named Billy, we had the
greatest labor and delivery nurse. And I didn't really understand
or appreciate the work that they do until we had one.
And we had one that was so fantastic that when
(04:26):
my wife went into labor, it happened so fast that
it took a bit for her doctor to actually get there.
And her doctor got there, and definitely, you know, you know,
got to save in baseball, you bring in the closer, yeah,
to get the safe. But the labor and delivery nurse
did a lot of it and was so great, and
we could not find who it was because we wanted
(04:48):
to send her a gift and they wear their name tags,
but it's only their first name with a letter, and
I don't want to say her name, but it was
a very generic first name. We have asked like three people,
do you know in nurses? What I've learned as well,
Sometimes they can be a bit nomadic. They're moving different places,
(05:09):
or they can have a really unorthodox schedule, or they
just work one or two days here and they're doing
other nurse things for other people. So my wife's been
sick a bit, and we were talking with the nurse
who's given my wife an ivy and she goes, yeah,
I work at the hospital too.
Speaker 7 (05:25):
My wife goes, do you know so much? She goes, yeah,
I know her. Oh wow exactly. So Caitlyn says, we
found her. It's like the buried treasure.
Speaker 8 (05:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (05:37):
I said, no way. And so I said, is there
any way I can have her cell phone number? I said,
it's not gonna be creepy, and I said, can you
show me your picture first? I want to make sure,
and she showed me a picture. I was like, that's her.
We've been searching for her. And the woman that was
with us, who's the nurse, is like, yeah, she's the greatest.
And she gave me her cell phone number. So I
text her. Can I read you the text? I center first,
(05:57):
I sent a picture of me, Caitlin and Billy because
just a bunch of words, I don't know, seems weird.
I need you to see a picture of who you're
talking to, so maybe you remember us, right. And I said, Hi,
my name is Bobby. I'm here with her friend. And
we were talking to her because she's a labor and
delivery nurse, about our labor and delivery nurse and how
(06:18):
she was so impactful. She said she knew you, which
was wild. My wife is Caitlin, our daughter is Billy.
You delivered Billy. Here's a picture of us three. I'm
sure you have ten thousand people that you work with,
so I'm going to attach this picture in one other.
But we've been trying to find you to send you
a gift gift in coming. And then I sent her
(06:40):
a two hundred dollars gift card to Uber eats because
it wasn't real food and you can use it, however,
And I feel like that's the thing I like to
send people that I care about now because they'll use that.
I said, I hope you can use it, and thank
you for being such a quick but such a massive
part of our life. And then I sent a little
video of Billy and that was it cute, and so
we waited and I got a text back. It feels
(07:01):
like I'm texting with John Stamos at this point. I
got a text back she said, of course, I remember
you guys. I can't believe how much Billy has grown already.
She's perfect and the hair on the video is amazing.
It's always an honor to be such a part of
special moments in families' lives. I don't take it for granted.
You guys are so kind to reach out. I love
seeing the pictures. Thank you so much, and I love
that you guys ran into my friend. But I can
(07:23):
check the box. We've been searching for this person.
Speaker 3 (07:25):
Yeah, that is kind of crazy.
Speaker 2 (07:26):
For five minutes.
Speaker 5 (07:27):
Took Caitlin being sick for that y'all to find her. Yes,
So when you're just talking about trying to find her.
Speaker 2 (07:36):
I'm telling you, guys, and I'm not exaggerating. I've asked
ten people about her. I've asked nurses. I've asked people
that I know that have had babies if they've been
at the hospital, Like, do you know how we can
find this person? And you can't just call up to
the hospital and be like, hey, uh, it's like calling
a hotel. I'm just trying to get someone's room. It
didn't I'm so excited we're able to find her and
(07:56):
that hopefully she can feel the appreciation that we have
for somebody that did such a tremendous job with my wife.
So that is a job for me. So yeah, I
felt good, good job, we did it. I did nothing.
Well you guys founder, y'all. They all founder your team,
(08:17):
kaitln Kaylen fully founder. All I did was center a
text message another thing. I posted this on Twitter, and
I would just like to explain myself. And I don't
tweet a lot, but I tweeted. Here are the top
five college football teams I'm rooting for this season. Number
one Arkansas, but I do expect the pain. That's my
(08:38):
favorite team. It's that I love Arkansas sports just about
more than anything in the whole world. It is why
I exist, except for my family. Number two. Whomever plays Texas,
you're just cheering for them, anybody and everybody. I am
a longhorn hater with a bunch of friends who are longhorns.
(08:59):
Mike is a longhorn. He loves the long horns. Multiple
of my close friends we came to a show in Austin.
I have friends that coach at Texas. But growing up
in Arkansas, you learned to hate Texas. And also Texas
is just big brother. They have all the money, they
have all the cool stuff. We don't. There's a little
(09:20):
jealousy involved there. So number two is whomever plays Texas.
Number three is Kansas, the Kansas Jayhawks football fan because
I'm close with the head football coach. I love that guy.
His name's Lance. Him and I Texas couple times a week,
Like he's awesome. Wow that much? Yeah, text especially well
now it's a little more. They've had two or three
(09:40):
practices now, so it's definitely a little less. He's busy. Yeah,
but he came down. I sent him to a Keith
Urban show at dinner with him and his wife, like
we're friends, got it?
Speaker 8 (09:50):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (09:50):
Great, I love the guy. He's awesome. So I'm voting
for Kansas football. No other Kansas sports though I'm not
like Lunchbox. I'm not a Kansas fan across the board.
Just Kansas football. Number four Akron. If I can call
their plays, I would love to be the offensive coordinator. Guys,
I can't win that. What do you mean it'll look rigged.
(10:10):
I know we had the athletic director on I know
you know. I was one of the first people to go,
this is hilarious. Let's do a bit. And I don't
think people copied me. I think people just also saw
it as another good bit. But I was one of
the first ones to do that, and I just think
it looks like they're playing favorites. They can't let any
big media personality do it. They can't let me do it.
Speaker 3 (10:32):
Unless organically that's true.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
That's true.
Speaker 3 (10:35):
I mean it.
Speaker 5 (10:36):
Could happen, and if not, then they picked some whoever
they randomly.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
Just should be a random diehard fan.
Speaker 3 (10:42):
They give you another chance.
Speaker 2 (10:44):
If it's me or Big Cat or Pat McAfee, it's
gonna seem rigged. McAfee's in the hat to McAfee had
the football coach on and so I'm assuming why not?
Speaker 3 (10:58):
What if so?
Speaker 5 (11:00):
Was it for defensive coordinator, offensive whatever? There is a
defensive one and then there are special plays.
Speaker 2 (11:06):
I don't want to do defense.
Speaker 3 (11:07):
Wait the difference, Why would you?
Speaker 5 (11:10):
Why?
Speaker 3 (11:10):
Because you want to score?
Speaker 2 (11:11):
Because on defense you are putting out packages to hopefully
try to guess what the offense is doing. And you're
doing a lot of let's try to stop that offense.
You're being aggressive, You're actually offensive, You're.
Speaker 8 (11:25):
You're the leader.
Speaker 3 (11:26):
Okay, I guess my thing was.
Speaker 2 (11:28):
Defense is trying to predict the offense. Offense is the
one that's leading.
Speaker 3 (11:30):
The people you just named. I don't know them.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
The sports people, y'all all, they have a special day.
They pick the random whoever's going to win. Then they
bring all y'all in and you're you divide and conquer
as coaches and y'all have headsets and you each do
your your special areas.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
That's funny, But then you're treating the team as a
novel already. You got a bunch of podcasters in just
call them plays. You got a whole staff of amy
right now. They're just doing in a dry one or quarter?
Why not quarter?
Speaker 3 (12:05):
First quarters? You second quarters?
Speaker 2 (12:07):
Well, they're not even letting people do quarters. Now, if
you win, you do one drive.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
I'm sorry, okay, you do one drive.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
They want to win their games. And traditionally that team
has not been good.
Speaker 3 (12:17):
Okay, so what did they have to lose?
Speaker 6 (12:19):
Well?
Speaker 2 (12:19):
Have They now have a pretty good coach. God, that
used to coach Missippi State. And I'm sure he's going
because he's a football guy, he's going, what is happening?
Speaker 3 (12:26):
Yeah, they're king a mockery football coach here. Yeah. I
don't know. It just seems like something just fun. One game,
like you.
Speaker 2 (12:34):
Know, if it were a spring game when you're playing
against each other, Yes, but that's number four Akron. If
I can call their plays a number five miszoo because
they're head coach. I think he's so funny. Is Eli
drink Witz call him drink Actually he's from Arkansas, has
the Arkansas raised back season ticket holder, but coaches Missouri
and just trolls the crap out Arkansas now. But he's
(12:55):
so funny because he didn't play college football. He's like
a nerdy if lord of the Rings coach football but
was really good at it. That's him. I love him,
and I know I'm.
Speaker 3 (13:10):
A lower so the last time he played football was
high school. High school.
Speaker 2 (13:13):
Yeah, but he's awesome. So those are the teams I'm
rooting for this year. Arkansas anybody against Texas, Kansas after
and if I can call their plays in missoo, all
five of those teams, well, only Arkansas gives me real joy,
but I do. When Texas loses, man is a great day.
It's like it's great and they're gonna be really good
(13:34):
this year. They're going to be really good this year.
And you know what, I like Arch Manning a lot.
I'm torn a bit. I root for Arch Manning like crazy,
but he's wearing the wrong uniform.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
Yeah, I don't have else, I have nothing to say.
Speaker 2 (13:50):
Can you visualize what he looks like?
Speaker 3 (13:51):
He is a Manning kid?
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Do you know what his face looks like?
Speaker 8 (13:55):
Arch Manning?
Speaker 3 (13:55):
Not really, I mean no, I think I've just seen
him with a helmet on.
Speaker 2 (14:00):
Yeah, but that's all them.
Speaker 4 (14:02):
You know what's crazy is now all the quarterbacks that
we grew up watching, all their kids are coming up.
Yeah yeah, and like I know, Archi is kind of
the first one. But like the other day I saw.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
Nephew though before listeners jump on you, it's nephew because
he's not Elira Payton's son. Yeah well okay, yeah, you're right,
I'm saving you from the comments.
Speaker 8 (14:19):
I know.
Speaker 3 (14:20):
Yeah, Insurance guys son.
Speaker 2 (14:22):
Yeah, he's the.
Speaker 4 (14:23):
Other brother's son who was in Yes, but Peyton has
a son who's coming up, Like I just I saw
play at Chat, Drew Brees has a son. I mean
that everybody that we grew up watching there, watch out
their boys are coming.
Speaker 2 (14:35):
And imagine if Scooba Steve had a dad this, he'd
be playing that his kids would be ready to get
ready to be pros. Right, Scooba Steve. Oh, of course, dude,
of course. So okay, that's my one college football segment
for the year. So it's gonna be eighties sounds? Is
that right? Ray? Yep, and I'm gonna play So sometimes
I'm not so sure about the game. I just see
(14:55):
eighty sounds. Are you gonna play the sound?
Speaker 8 (14:58):
Yes?
Speaker 2 (14:58):
Give us an example, mister gorbusch off, tear down this wall?
What do you want from us there? Just who is that?
I know?
Speaker 8 (15:09):
Do you know?
Speaker 3 (15:10):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (15:11):
Okay, Uh, it's no, it's nineteen eighty nine a year,
so I'm thinking of the president.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
Do you think it's eighty nine? Is that just what
you know? Because I didn't say that.
Speaker 5 (15:22):
If I did, you didn't say that. I just think
I believe it.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
I've shown off.
Speaker 3 (15:27):
I believe that's been the walk down.
Speaker 5 (15:30):
No, I'm using years. I'm thinking eighty nine. Who was president?
Speaker 9 (15:34):
Was that?
Speaker 2 (15:34):
It's eighty seven? So I just looked up. Yeah, yeah,
I just want to stop it. So if you show
off like that and get it wrong, you have But
eighty nine it was torn down though, so you did
have that right?
Speaker 5 (15:43):
Okay, thank you, But that was wasn't he saying?
Speaker 2 (15:46):
Tear down? That one. Yeah, but they didn't do it immediately,
like they weren't standing there with hammers.
Speaker 3 (15:50):
Well, how was I to know that? You hear that clip,
you think it's it.
Speaker 2 (15:55):
Wasn't like I've gone in a race where everybody goes.
I think that was right. So that was Ronald Reagan
and he's like giving us speech, but hey, tear down
the wall. Oh that's Reagan. Okay, I thought that was Bush.
Speaker 5 (16:03):
See but if you knew the year, that helps you
figure out the press eighties.
Speaker 2 (16:07):
And it took him two years to tear down that wall. Yeah, okay.
First of all, Reagan didn't get to say what happens?
This is a very political thing going on. Did you say,
mister Gorbachev? He did? Mister Gorbachev tear down this wall?
Speaker 3 (16:22):
Was he at the wall?
Speaker 2 (16:23):
This one was Russia?
Speaker 3 (16:27):
He must have been pointing to a picture.
Speaker 2 (16:29):
Maybe it's the Russian wall. No, it's it's not. It's
got wall. So why did Gorbachev want that wall up? Interesting,
it's a whole Why could Gorbachev take down the walls
in Russia? That's like you're going, hey, uh, Eddie's yards
messed up? Will you go mow it? And I'm like, okay,
I don't have did who built the wall? Uh? In Germany?
Speaker 8 (16:54):
Somebody there?
Speaker 10 (16:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 5 (16:56):
Germany were just like you looked up it was eighty seven,
eighty nine.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
Educat us now on what's interesting.
Speaker 2 (17:02):
I'm not educated in it. I literally just googled it
while you were talking. On June twelfth, nineteen eighty seven,
President US Ronald Reagan challenged the Soviet leader Mikhail Gorbachev
to open the barrier and tear down the wall. The
phrase was a symbol of demand in communism in Europe
to pro human It's not his wall though.
Speaker 3 (17:23):
That's bizarre, but he maybe had an art were.
Speaker 2 (17:26):
Just stupid because again, that's Berlin and it was like
in Berlin, East Berlin, West Berlin. Like, Dad, I know,
that's very strange.
Speaker 8 (17:36):
Okay.
Speaker 11 (17:37):
Mikail Gorbachev had indirect influence over the Berlin Wall because
he led the Soviet Union, which controlled East Germany through
military power.
Speaker 2 (17:46):
Oh wow, so West Germany was compared. It was led
by Germans and East Germany was Russia.
Speaker 8 (17:51):
Russia.
Speaker 2 (17:51):
I guess they invaded and I wouldn't want to give
that land up. I'd have been like mister Reagan.
Speaker 8 (17:55):
Suck it.
Speaker 2 (17:56):
That's probably why it took two years. Anyway, that game's
coming up. Cool, all right, we're gonna play eighty sounds?
Do you have a more fun one?
Speaker 8 (18:03):
Yeah? Yeah? Now now, and knowing is half the battle?
Speaker 2 (18:08):
What I know that one do? Yeah? Only because I
know the saying. If I take out the sounds and
if I go, knowing is half the battle?
Speaker 3 (18:16):
Oh disease, No, just say no.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
It's Russia communists. It's gotta be g I Joe. He's
knowing you half the battle, g I Joe, not aid Well,
Knowing is all the battle with aids different slogan. All right, well, okay,
that game's come back. Everybody feel good?
Speaker 8 (18:38):
Great?
Speaker 2 (18:38):
All right, all right, so I'm gonna give you a
clip of a famous eighty sound. Tell me who or
what it is.
Speaker 3 (18:47):
Okay, example, I'm pity the pool Amy a team? Why
is his name? We just said it?
Speaker 2 (18:58):
We did, just say it.
Speaker 5 (18:59):
Now all I have is, oh, mister t.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
A game?
Speaker 3 (19:03):
My brain does that?
Speaker 8 (19:04):
Right?
Speaker 2 (19:04):
What do you got how many seven?
Speaker 8 (19:06):
Okay? Hit it? I'm in for the wind.
Speaker 2 (19:14):

trut your country.
Speaker 8 (19:50):

Speaker 2 (19:55):
You're struggling a little bit. I have a couple of
people on mind.
Speaker 8 (19:59):
But in yep, sure you and over there, Hey, I'm in.
I'll go with it.
Speaker 2 (20:04):

Speaker 3 (20:19):

Speaker 8 (20:23):
What did I say? English?
Speaker 2 (20:24):

Speaker 3 (20:25):
Ray, I don't think.
Speaker 8 (20:30):
I'm in.
Speaker 3 (20:34):
I don't even know what he's saying.
Speaker 2 (20:35):
Or she you want one more?
Speaker 3 (20:37):
Sure? I don't think.
Speaker 2 (20:42):
What do you think they're saying?
Speaker 5 (20:43):
Where's the beat? I don't think there's anybody back there.
Where's the beat?
Speaker 2 (20:50):
I can't help her right like now, I can't help
I'm playing against you.
Speaker 3 (20:52):
So that's not what he's saying, or she I'm in.
Speaker 8 (20:54):
For the woman.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
I think you know what they're sayings, I do you
have your answer? Did you get a guess? Okay, what'd
you riot? Never heard of it. They're saying, where's the beef?
Speaker 3 (21:10):
Where's the beef?
Speaker 2 (21:11):
Blunchbox?
Speaker 8 (21:12):
I heard where's the beef?
Speaker 11 (21:14):
I don't think there's anybody back there, So I put
a Wendy's commercial.
Speaker 2 (21:17):
You're closer. I think we both know this one. What

I oh it might be. I thought it was Arby's.
Speaker 3 (21:27):

Speaker 3 (21:53):

Speaker 2 (21:54):
Where's the beef? Is Wendy's and it's an old lady? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (21:57):
I mean oh, I thought it was a man in.
Speaker 2 (21:59):
A band and he of the beat Next up, Oh
my god, that was loud.
Speaker 8 (22:05):
Oh that was real bad. I don't know how to
describe that.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
Again, I'm in it's Arby's.
Speaker 8 (22:20):
I got Arby's and I'm not going to get that.
Speaker 5 (22:24):
Ah Amy, I'm the coin on Mario Brothers.
Speaker 3 (22:31):
So I super Mario Brothers.
Speaker 2 (22:33):
I don't think that's it, but it could be because
I thought it was Harvey's.
Speaker 11 (22:35):
But Lunchboks, I have Mario Brothers getting a coin, Eddie.
Speaker 2 (22:39):
I just wrote down super Mario Brothers. I wrote down
because I never had one of these my friends did.
I don't think it's Mario. I think that's just a
game boy. That's how it started. Like when you that
what's the answer? Game boy?
Speaker 8 (22:52):
I didn't have one of those.
Speaker 2 (22:53):
Either, I did. I have flex mm hmm, I'm gonna

Speaker 7 (23:11):

Speaker 8 (23:15):
Yeah, I got that. I'm in for the win. I'm in.
Take up Look it's getting up Book.
Speaker 2 (23:25):

Speaker 8 (23:48):
You know it? I'm in for the.
Speaker 2 (23:54):
What the get me here one more time?
Speaker 8 (23:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (24:01):
Man, why are you laughing? Yeah?
Speaker 3 (24:07):
What's funny?
Speaker 2 (24:08):
Because I'm stupid?
Speaker 4 (24:10):
Oh all right, hold on, I'm in arby anybody have Arby's?
Speaker 8 (24:17):
What do you have Arby's?
Speaker 2 (24:23):
It's not Arvey's. But you're gonna You're gonna because yeah,
because I gave you the answer you did.
Speaker 3 (24:29):
What do you have the Undertaker? No slim gem stick?
Speaker 2 (24:35):
When you said that, I said, man, it's macho man,
Randy Savage? Is he breaking into a slim gym right there? Yeah?
Speaker 8 (24:43):
What do you have? Mocho man?
Speaker 2 (24:44):
Randy Sabbage played that?
Speaker 8 (24:46):
I that was so funny.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
I thought you were making a joke on Arvy's And
I'm like, that is it because you only said snapato
a slim gem And I said, no, you oh, you
mean macho man? Right?
Speaker 3 (24:54):
Uh huh.
Speaker 5 (24:55):
I even wrote down macho man when you said that,
so I had something to pull from if I needed it,
And I wrote down the Undertaker?
Speaker 3 (25:03):
What one more.
Speaker 8 (25:06):
Perfect? What hold on bipe perfect?
Speaker 2 (25:17):
There's no way, there's no way that this is in
the game, Like.
Speaker 8 (25:23):
This is so specific, this game is so specific. Oh,
hold one perfect.
Speaker 2 (25:31):
They might may not think it's a game, right, it's
a game.
Speaker 8 (25:35):
It's definitely a game. Oh why am I saying that
out loud?
Speaker 2 (25:38):
I know that's what I said too, but in no
man members no way, Amy, I have King Kong. You
mean Donkey Kong. Yes, Eddie, I wrote down Karate Champ.
There's no way it's Karate Champ. I don't think it's
(26:02):
Karate Champ because that's what they would say. Lunchbox.
Speaker 8 (26:06):
Well, I had two games in my mind.
Speaker 2 (26:10):
One was Mortal Kombat.
Speaker 8 (26:11):
No.
Speaker 2 (26:12):
I thought Mortal Kombat was too late. I thought it
was Mike Tyson's punch Out. But I don't ever remember
saying that.
Speaker 8 (26:17):
When I say that. So I went with Double Dragon.
Speaker 2 (26:20):
Oh no, that's not it. I thought you had a contra. No,
the movie just came out too. What street Fighter?
Speaker 8 (26:28):
That's I thought that was nineties I had. I thought
that was nineties for sure.
Speaker 5 (26:32):
But y'all both thought of Street Fighter. Yeah, y'all were like,
oh it's nineties.
Speaker 11 (26:35):
No, Mortal Combat and Street Fighter I thought were nineties.
So they weren't on my radar because I said, like.
Speaker 4 (26:41):
Win, Mortal Combat, Street what you're a Street Fighter nineteen
eighty seven.
Speaker 2 (26:46):
Wow, I come from behind after missing ARV's and win
that thing you did.
Speaker 9 (26:50):
Dang oho, there's a question to be.
Speaker 2 (27:09):
Hello, Bobby Bones. Every family get together starts off great,
but somehow it always turns into a political argument. Went
to my niece's fifth birthday party where people started yelling,
bringing up old issues. The mood changed. I don't even
want to talk about politics. How would you handle this?
Would you keep going and just ignore it? Speak up
and ask everyone to stop or skip family events altogether?
(27:31):
I love my family, but I'm tired of every visit
being an argument. Signed tired of the debate. If I
were you, I would still go, but anytime it started
to be argumentative, I would just walk away. Just check out.
You don't want to not go to the family events. Also,
if at every event this is happening, there's one or
two problematic people that need to have an adjustment, because
(27:54):
I can't imagine everybody all the time is this. You know,
there's one or two loumouths who want to get into
it and start popping off. But if it's me, whenever
that starts to happen, I'm checking out. I'm gonna walk
somewhere else. If it's near the end of the evening
or into the party, I'm gonna go out. Hey, we're
going to go and get out of here. But I'm
just gonna avoid it. That's what I would say, do you.
Speaker 5 (28:12):
Yeah, I'm like you, I'd either just excuse myself from
the situation. But if it's every event, it is wearing
on you and that's why you're questioning if you should
even continue going. And I would hate to miss out
on family events. So I don't know, maybe, like Bobby's saying,
do that or eventually, is there a suggestion for family
(28:34):
events to everybody of like, hey, we're kind of killing
the vibe anytime politics comes up, So can we just
not talk about that when we're all gathering together and
see if people can join in on that, and then
if not, then you can assess, Yeah, which event you're
going to go to or what specific people it is,
like Bobby was saying.
Speaker 2 (28:51):
Oh, you know it's one or who Yeah, for sure.
Speaker 5 (28:53):
So I just feel like collectively everybody should want to
have a good time too, and politics is such a
vibe killer, like it like looking at social media sometimes
kills my vibe. So it's just why spoil quality family
time with that.
Speaker 2 (29:11):
Don't not go. But when it does happen, remove yourself
from it. You don't have to leave entirely, remove stuffro
on the fight, and then if it continues, like Amy said,
I would say something, especially if it's family, you can
talk to family about that kind of stuff, right, Yeah,
I mean.
Speaker 5 (29:23):
I think there's a way, Like you don't want to
just point single people out, point at them and then
they get defensive.
Speaker 3 (29:29):
It sounds like they're already bothered.
Speaker 2 (29:31):
Anyways, Picky, could you disagree with politically and go after that.
Speaker 5 (29:34):
Yeah that's it, and be like when you do this, yeah, no,
that's not the way to handle it. But just like collectively,
just be like, hey, I was thinking about it, and
maybe at our family gatherings, like I don't know, even
put it like on you. I've learned this from you, Bobby,
Like sometimes just to get people off their defensive and
just be like, hey, I even have to limit this
in my own life, like not even just talking about here,
but like, can we just not have political talk at
(29:56):
our gatherings?
Speaker 2 (29:57):
Good Luck, You're not alone. I bet you a lot
of people feel that way the same way that you
feel when you messaged us. I bet a lot of
people feel that way.
Speaker 8 (30:04):
Good luck, close it up, all right, Let's spill the tea.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
Let's spill the teay. Somebody wants to tell a story.
Someone say tattle on somebody else who wants to be
the tea spiller? Me? Shock me? I am here to
spill the teaky lunchbox wants to spill the tea. What
tea do you have?
Speaker 10 (30:25):
Oh?
Speaker 8 (30:25):
I have tea. That's Someone on our show named Abby
got in.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
Big trouble oh with her fiance for spending twelve dollars
and fifty cents of their money on a jar of salsa.
Speaker 8 (30:37):
She took it home to her fiance and he.
Speaker 11 (30:40):
Was like, you really spent ten dollars on this, and
she said, actually twelve fifty. And he said that is
the last jar you will be buying. AKA he runs
it control of the money and that is not a
good investment, he said, And so Abby got put in
time out for spending that money.
Speaker 2 (30:58):
Abby is true.
Speaker 12 (31:00):
I don't think he said it that way, but he
did kind of say something similar because he thought I
brought the salsa, like he thought Eddie gave me susa
to be nice and he's like, oh, that's really nice.
I'm like, yeah, I paid twelve fifty four and he's like, oh,
like okay, let's not do that again.
Speaker 2 (31:16):
You can explain him that it's a business.
Speaker 3 (31:19):
It's still a lot.
Speaker 12 (31:20):
Like you can get saucea at the store for like
three dollars, but you can't.
Speaker 8 (31:25):
You can't.
Speaker 2 (31:26):
Have you gone to the store lately. I mean, can get.
Speaker 5 (31:29):
Freshish over in the refrigerated section for probably five dollars.
Freshish I don't know Eddie's, but it's.
Speaker 4 (31:39):
Five dollars, meaning you have twelve hours to eat air
else is going to go bad.
Speaker 2 (31:42):
That's five dollars.
Speaker 5 (31:43):
No, it's restaurant style fresh saucea in the refrigerated section.
Speaker 2 (31:47):
You got in trouble haul.
Speaker 12 (31:49):
I mean, he's very good with money money and did
not think.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
No, he didn't get mad at me.
Speaker 12 (31:55):
He didn't do what Lunchbox said. He's being very over dramatic.
He did not say it that way like I'm in
trouble put me in time out.
Speaker 8 (32:02):
Did he say you're not doing that again?
Speaker 12 (32:05):
Well, he said, let's not do that again exactly.
Speaker 2 (32:07):
That is their clamps down saying nope, it's supporting your
their financial goals as a couple right.
Speaker 5 (32:16):
When you're first starting like they're they're not married yet. Yes,
they're engaged and living together, but they're still in that
new phase.
Speaker 3 (32:23):
Like I remember now, granted.
Speaker 5 (32:25):
I was in my twenties, but when I first got
married and we were joining our finances and trying to
figure out how we were going to do everything, I
bought a smoothie that was eight dollars.
Speaker 2 (32:36):
And didn't go. Well, he's already get out of the car,
had to walk home.
Speaker 5 (32:43):
No, we didn't even We weren't even living together at
the time because he was in the military, so I
was in Austin and he was deployed somewhere. But he
saw the transaction, and I remember thinking, like, you have
trouble from overseas for by my gosh, eight.
Speaker 3 (32:59):
It wasn't truble.
Speaker 5 (33:00):
It was more like, hey, we have these goals and
we're just randomly spending eight dollars on a smoothie on
a Tuesday.
Speaker 8 (33:07):
Amy.
Speaker 4 (33:08):
So that happened early in your marriage and then now
you're divorced, and also why does a Tuesday matter?
Speaker 2 (33:12):
Is it okay on Saturday?
Speaker 9 (33:14):
No?
Speaker 3 (33:14):
But it's just like if I'm randomly.
Speaker 5 (33:17):
I think it was a It was adding up like
I was spending lots of little money here and there
and not taking to consideration our full budget because we
were in our young twenties trying to figure out how
to live and wanting to save to buy a house,
and we had goals, which eventually we were able to
do all of that. But I think with them starting out,
he probably has goals as a financial advisor for Abby
(33:38):
and him.
Speaker 2 (33:40):
So would you tell Abby she canna get divorced not
to even go through with it? No, a red flash
in your experience, This was not a red flag.
Speaker 5 (33:46):
This was we had had a discussion on how we
were to spend money, and I wasn't being considerate to
think that, Oh, should I just go home and make
a smoothie, or should I randomly on a Tuesday by
an eight dollars movie?
Speaker 2 (34:00):
But Abby makes her own money. I don't understand how
today is.
Speaker 3 (34:03):
Well so did I.
Speaker 5 (34:04):
Yeah, but we were but they're not married yet they're combined. No, No, no,
we were married. They got I thought it was we
were married.
Speaker 3 (34:11):
He was just.
Speaker 2 (34:11):
A deployed They got married while the person moved as
being made they met, I got married before the movie
was done.
Speaker 5 (34:17):
I get where my excess of the time was coming from.
Speaker 3 (34:20):
I wasn't being responsible.
Speaker 5 (34:22):
So I don't know what kind of conversations they have
had or what savings goals they have. But twelve fifty
on a salsubmit, he may not that might not go
with his plan at well.
Speaker 2 (34:33):
I don't think it was that deep.
Speaker 12 (34:34):
I think he was just shocked that it's twelve fifty
oneth jar.
Speaker 2 (34:37):
But you're gonna think twice before buying that sausa again, right,
I mean, no, no.
Speaker 12 (34:43):
It doesn't affect me.
Speaker 2 (34:44):
If I want you, I can.
Speaker 4 (34:45):
This is kind of making me upset because he's double dipping.
He's my money guy and then he's also his count.
This is why it's a problem. This is why I
did not want to meet with him.
Speaker 12 (34:54):
Why he gave you advice and didn't tell me about it.
Speaker 4 (34:58):
I understand now, my money got is talking to his fiance.
Speaker 2 (35:03):
He's keeping money from you. Your money guys keeping money
from you. It's one customers, one.
Speaker 5 (35:11):
Customer, and trust me, I wish my divorce was because
of the eight dollar smoothie.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
Oh here again, all right? There that is spilled a
tea spill the tea. My lunchbox's wife brought some toys
home for his boys. Over the toys, it was a
bracelet and necklace making kit. She got a Goodwill for
three dollars.
Speaker 8 (35:32):
That's cute. No, and and expensive, that's what she said.
Speaker 11 (35:36):
She goes, I mean, it was only three dollars and
it's a craft.
Speaker 8 (35:40):
It's not like it says anything. I said.
Speaker 11 (35:43):
Our boys like to be outside and play sports and
run around and wrestle, and you're gonna have them calm
down and come in here and make necklaces and bracelets.
Speaker 2 (35:54):
Is that really the reason, because you they won't calm down.
Speaker 8 (35:58):
No, She's to be honest.
Speaker 11 (36:00):
No, I just don't want to Why Why are they
making necklaces and bracelets? Because guys, they're dudes, and dudes
don't make necklaces or bracelets.
Speaker 2 (36:11):
What if one of them fell in love with making
necklaces and bracelets all of a sudden he's like, Dad,
I love this. I want to do this for the
rest of my life. Oh man, I don't know. We'd
have to have a talk. And they're really good. I mean, no,
that's weird. Why man, that's a chick thing. And that's
definitely a chick thing is the necklaces and bracelets, and
(36:33):
I just like I wanted to design clothes.
Speaker 5 (36:38):
Doesn't Lunchbox secretly love Project Runway?
Speaker 8 (36:41):
No, no, no, there's no secretly loving.
Speaker 11 (36:44):
My wife watches it, and so I watched to see
who wins. But I don't know anything about Like, oh,
that looks.
Speaker 2 (36:51):
Like that's watching the show. I watched to see who wins.
That's why you watched this show.
Speaker 8 (36:58):
That's what I'm saying.
Speaker 11 (36:59):
But I am not like, oh that is my favorite
designer or whatever. I look at all this stuff and
I'm like, no one would ever wear that crap, okay,
because it's all crazy looking outfits.
Speaker 8 (37:08):
I'm like, no one wears that.
Speaker 5 (37:09):
Yeah, but say your son is really talented, could even
end up on Project Runway?
Speaker 11 (37:13):
Yeah no, thanks, Okay, I'd rather than play baseball or basketball.
Speaker 8 (37:18):
Loved it, I understand. I think baseball would be more
a better option.
Speaker 2 (37:22):
What if they love making necklaces and bracelets, That's.
Speaker 8 (37:25):
What I'm worried about.
Speaker 11 (37:26):
Like, if you start shifting them this way, if you
start pushing them towards braceleting, necklace making.
Speaker 2 (37:33):
What You're worried they might find their passion.
Speaker 11 (37:36):
They may give up on something else. Maybe they don't
want to go out side. Oh you know, I'd rather
just make a necklace. No, man, the kids are outside
playing basketball. Why don't we go outside and play basketball?
Speaker 2 (37:44):
Yeah? I think Eddy was onto something. What was your question?
Speaker 4 (37:46):
Well, there's a weird thing, you know, because he has
all boys, right, and I have all boys, and sometimes
our wives lose their mind wish they had a girl,
you know, like, because they're literally the only girl in
the house.
Speaker 2 (37:58):
So this could be a hey, like, I want to
relate in.
Speaker 11 (38:02):
A way, but she played sports growing up, so she
can relate. I just think she maybe had a lapse
in judgment, lost her mind for a few minutes while
she was at Goodwill.
Speaker 8 (38:14):
I'm not sure, Eddie. If your wife came home with a.
Speaker 2 (38:17):
Bracelet making kit and was like, hey, boys, let's sit
around and make some bracelets, you'd be like breaking news.
Speaker 4 (38:23):
We have a bracelet making kid, and one of my boys,
the seven year old, he makes bracelets, lots of bracelets.
Speaker 2 (38:30):
How do you feel about that? I think it's cool.
Speaker 4 (38:32):
Some of the bracelets are cool where I wear them,
not out of the house, but I wear them.
Speaker 3 (38:37):
Why don't you wear it out of the house, because that's.
Speaker 2 (38:40):
A great question.
Speaker 4 (38:41):
I no, No, I just don't like you know, I
don't like wearing jewelry. I don't have anything, no necklaces,
no bracelets, anything.
Speaker 8 (38:50):
And then you'd have to tell people my son made that.
Speaker 2 (38:52):
You don't have to tell everybody everything. But even if so,
it doesn't matter that they would ask me. They'd be
I'd like to have one of your sons and have
them make me one.
Speaker 4 (39:00):
You want one, absolutely, Okay, we'll make one for you.
Speaker 2 (39:03):
You want your name on it.
Speaker 8 (39:04):
He does that.
Speaker 3 (39:04):
But do you say, will make one for you?
Speaker 2 (39:06):
Oh dang, you make him? No, I don't, but that
was great if you do. I don't make it with him.
Speaker 4 (39:12):
But sometimes I'll sit at the table while he's making them,
so we talk a little bit.
Speaker 2 (39:15):
Do you think your son doing bracelets is gonna make
him good?
Speaker 8 (39:19):
Make him what a finish?
Speaker 2 (39:24):
Oh my god, let him make the bracelet let it.
This is the stupidest thing. Are they all like?
Speaker 8 (39:30):
I didn't even finished the sentence. You don't even know
how I was gonna say.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
No.
Speaker 8 (39:33):
All three are liking it, and I'm like, no, that's
what I'm saying. That's amazing.
Speaker 2 (39:41):
I would love that it was like it was like
a huge family full of bracelet makers. I would love that.
Speaker 11 (39:45):
It has all these different colors and like little rubber bands,
you know what I mean. And they're like, oh, where's
the connector? And I'm like, what is going on?
Speaker 3 (39:53):
Like the connector?
Speaker 2 (39:56):
Maybe they've watched you watch enough Project Runway. They're like,
that's also a bracelet.
Speaker 8 (39:59):
May yeah, show men never seen it.
Speaker 3 (40:02):
Watch it when they go to bed.
Speaker 2 (40:03):
So do you want my son to make your bracelet
or all three of lunchboxes? I'd love to have four,
three for him and one for me. Just oh gosh,
rattle them all man.
Speaker 8 (40:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (40:13):
So it's very, very awkward in my house right now,
thanks to my wife. I bet it's not awkward. I
bet it's the awkwardness is just your how you're feeling.
Speaker 8 (40:23):
Oh no, I think a lot of people relate to me.
Speaker 2 (40:26):
Okay, good luck. I'd love to see some bracelets for
me sometime soon. All right, I'll give you a dollar
per bracelet for the boys. Now now you're talking, how
we're talking. He doesn't mind then if it's for money.
Speaker 8 (40:36):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (40:38):
I don't want to tell you guys what the theme is,
but I need Amy and lunchbox to leave the room.
Speaker 3 (40:43):
Leave the room, leave the room.
Speaker 2 (40:44):
Yeah, because you're going to come in and play by yourself.
And Eddie always has to go first because he runs cameras. Yes,
and if he leaves then there's no camera on. Yeah,
we don't get to record the video, so Scooba, they
can't hear what's happening. I can't even tell them the theme. Yeah,
I got So we'll put him an isolated area. So
you're gonna have ninety seconds, Eddie, okay, and no paper
(41:07):
or pen or anything. You don't need it. Now, you'll
have ninety seconds, and I'm gonna tell you the theme,
but the clock will start right after the theme as
to not give you any extra time. Now, I can
keep talking as it's going if you want me to.
But this is about country artists, current country artists. The
top ten country artists so far up twenty twenty six
and go.
Speaker 4 (41:27):
Morgan Wallen correct, Davin Adcock incorrect.
Speaker 2 (41:32):

Speaker 2 (49:19):
You've met him? And he said in here and you
played on your computer while he was in no like
those interviews at like whatever a CMS or CMA's. But
had no idea he was number nine, and that would
have you're not saying English. I would have thought he.
Speaker 8 (49:34):
Was just like a new coming artist, like he's so good.
Speaker 2 (49:37):
Number eight Laney Wilson this year?

Speaker 2 (50:09):
Why?
Speaker 8 (50:09):
I never heard his song?
Speaker 2 (50:11):
Never heard any songs ever. I've played some of him,
but you don't listen. Not a single song. I've seen
him try to fight Gavin Adcock. That's about all I
know about him. And that Chicken Fry girl, Brianna Chicken
Fry's Yeah don't. I mean no, never never heard his music.
Number two Luke Combs.
Speaker 11 (50:31):
This here, No, he's he's big, But I just don't
number two overall of all country artists.
Speaker 8 (50:36):
Yeah, you know, but I can't think of a single
song he's had this year.
Speaker 2 (50:42):
Three number ones in the past three months he had two.
Oh yeah, he had two and two weeks yeah the
same time. Yeah, I'm not explaining anything. Yeah, be by
You the number one, got that one.
Speaker 8 (50:54):
Yeah, I've seen his video.
Speaker 11 (50:55):
See here's the thing, Morgan Wallen like, I see his
videos where he's going out of these stadiums. So I
got him. But I mean I haven't seen a Luke
Comes video.
Speaker 3 (51:06):
Oh my gosh, how.
Speaker 8 (51:09):
Seeing me as so on the Luke Colbs it's out
right that just.
Speaker 3 (51:13):
You and it's a jam?
Speaker 8 (51:14):
What is it?
Speaker 3 (51:15):
B by You?
Speaker 2 (51:18):
So who do you think? Who do you think? One? Oh?
I would kuss Eddie because he knows music right, but
does he know new music? Because Amy one Eddie got
seven and you were here, Amy got eight?
Speaker 8 (51:31):
That crazy you got that Zach Top guy.
Speaker 2 (51:33):
Yeah, she knows Zach Top one of the first guesses.
Speaker 8 (51:36):
Wow, oh, I know why why she does countdown?
Speaker 4 (51:40):
That's that helps a lot thinking about that.
Speaker 5 (51:45):
Yeah, the countdown did come in handy in my mind. However,
that sort of screwed me because like, Zach Bryant is
not going to be on Country Top thirty and that's
what he popped into my mind. And then I didn't
say him and Bobby an excellent point after it doesn't
hurt to.
Speaker 3 (52:01):
Say said it.
Speaker 2 (52:04):
Well, our winner who knows the most about current country
music is Amy. There. Here's a song right there.
Speaker 10 (52:11):
Wake Up, Wake Up in the mall and it's on
the radio and the Dodgers. He's on time already and
his lunchbox more game too to Steve Red. It's trying
to put you through the back. He's running this week's
next bit. The Bobby's on the box, so you know what.
Speaker 2 (52:31):
This is the Bobby Ball and now time for the
morning Corny. The morning corny.
Speaker 3 (52:45):
What do you call a passed out cookie?
Speaker 2 (52:50):
Whatever it is making her laugh so hard happened there.
Speaker 3 (52:53):
I really wanted to know cookie in England.
Speaker 2 (52:56):
Oh, there's more to the joke.
Speaker 8 (52:58):
And then there's the joke.
Speaker 2 (53:00):
What do you call a passed out cookie in England?
Speaker 3 (53:04):
Let viscuit?
Speaker 2 (53:09):
That was the morning Gorny Hall of Shame my voicemail.
Speaker 7 (53:19):
I was curious, Eddie when you were talking.
Speaker 5 (53:22):
About them Michael Jackson biopic if it's appropriate for kids to.
Speaker 3 (53:26):
Watch right now? My ten year old nephew is obsessed
with Michael Jackson's.
Speaker 2 (53:31):
I thought this would be a really cool idea for
him to watch, and I didn't know if there was
any like super inappropriate scenes or.
Speaker 3 (53:40):
Anything that could shouldn't really watch. Thanks, guys, bite, what
do you think.
Speaker 4 (53:44):
Because I don't remember anything inappropriate. I think the relationship
with him his dad's a little awkward, so maybe there's.
Speaker 8 (53:51):
Fine that, but I think it's fine.
Speaker 2 (53:53):
I'm not he's probably PG thirteen if I'm guessing.
Speaker 8 (53:56):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (53:56):
PG thirteen pretty good and probably only because there's a
bad word or two. But there's nothing adult about it
and it's a lot of great music. I loved it.
Speaker 4 (54:06):
No, and it starts from little Michael to I guess
when Michael went solo.
Speaker 2 (54:11):
And they're a monkey and there's no kids love monkeys,
all kinds of animals. Who alsos monkeys? Me? Yeah, I
did not expect to love it. But Michael is the
biopick of Michael Jackson. Yeah, I would say, ten's fine. Yeah,
would you let your ten year old watch it? Yes?
Speaker 8 (54:25):
I would?
Speaker 2 (54:26):
Yeah has he? No one's watched that house. I'm the
only one, okay on a flight. Yeah that's why.
Speaker 8 (54:30):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (54:30):
Yeah, so yeah, we say go for it, and also
we say leave us a voicemailt anytime. Eight seven seven
seventy seven. Bobbies. You never forget to feature kids.
Speaker 4 (54:43):
When it's me, like, say, my wife's out with the girls,
they're having dinner and it's up to me.
Speaker 2 (54:48):
Yes, I do forget the feature baby back in the day. No,
I feel like the babies. We were on it. Now,
this is not a wee thing. I say you.
Speaker 4 (54:57):
I was on it like if I was left home,
which was very with the baby. I was on that.
Speaker 2 (55:03):
Why did you forget?
Speaker 8 (55:04):
Oh my god?
Speaker 2 (55:05):
Interesting? I wasn't really told yet. This is what happened.
My wife said, hey, I need to go for a
couple hours. I need to take Billy bottle prepare in
the fridge. Although I don't know if she said bottle
pair in the fridge since there was just one of
the fridge. Anyway, she gets home and she said, hey,
how much did did she eat?
Speaker 4 (55:26):
And I said, what's the worst feeling ever?
Speaker 2 (55:29):
She said how much did she eat? I said, isn't
it almost time to eat? She goes, yeah, but it
was two hours ago as well. But oh my god,
I forgot to feed her. I literally forgot to feed
our baby. Was she crying at all? No? No, she
(55:49):
just for a minute, just for a minute, and it
was very quick, and so she got over it and
she didn't keep crying. I never thought about it. I
just thought looking back that my wife had fed her
right before that I took her, and that if there
was a bottle of the fridges for whenever she got
back later, she completely missed a meal. I was gonna
(56:11):
say skipped, but I just didn't feed her missed it. Yeah,
So I didn't know if that ever. Had that ever
happened with you guys? Now, the baby usually cries and
lets you know that they need to be fed.
Speaker 3 (56:20):
So maybe that's fine. She wasn't hungry, No.
Speaker 2 (56:22):
She only cried for a brief second.
Speaker 3 (56:24):
Was like, wow, did it mess up the whole routine.
Speaker 8 (56:28):
Does it help it?
Speaker 2 (56:29):
Was it a bad night that that night? It didn't
help the night?
Speaker 3 (56:32):
Yeah, was it a bad night for you? After that?
I didn't know how that was handled. Was it sort
of like, oh, okay, cool, you forgot, or was it
like how could you forget?
Speaker 2 (56:44):
At first, it was she was stunned because I didn't forget,
because I never forget anything interesting. She was stunned that
I didn't forget. I don't feel like I was equipped
with the proper knowledge. And her thing was she sheats
at the same time every day. I said that, you
have a great point. Yeah, it's weird, though.
Speaker 4 (57:07):
It's weird because us dads like we don't have that.
We're not constantly thinking of like, oh, yes, this is
burp time, this has changed time, this is feed time.
Speaker 2 (57:18):
What I think about is you tell me what you
need from me all the time, and I will never
say no, and I will do every single thing. And
if for some reason you can't do anything more, i's
sick last week a little bit, I got it. I
can do everything. I just need to know from what
point to what point you need me and what needs
to be I'll do it all. I know how to
do it all, but I may not know exactly. So anyway,
I didn't feed our daughter. It's okay, man, it's okay.
Speaker 5 (57:42):
I did not.
Speaker 2 (57:42):
That was a common thing for dads to not feed
their kids.
Speaker 4 (57:46):
Dads forget a lot of things they do. Yes, that's why.
And this is so different and bad and tragic. But
this is why, Like sometimes when they leave babies in
the back of the car.
Speaker 5 (57:55):
The same thing.
Speaker 2 (57:56):
This is not the same thing. I'm not kidding. No,
this is not the same thing. I'm not comparing. No,
I didn't do that for you know, I'm not doing it.
Speaker 3 (58:04):
I'm not doing it. That is it.
Speaker 2 (58:07):
I'm not doing that because they're not used to that anyway. No, No,
I'm a double feeder from now on, every time I
have her, I'm double feeding. There. Just to be saved.
Bobby Bone show up today.
Speaker 11 (58:20):
This story comes us from Lincoln, Nebraska. A twenty one
year old man walked into a sporting good store, bought
a nine millimeters pistol, went out in the parking lot,
and wanted to film a video how to handle a
gun safely.
Speaker 8 (58:33):
So his girlfriend's.
Speaker 11 (58:34):
Filming and he's like, you do this this, and then
boom shot himself in the leg hit a major artery.
They had to do a tourniquet emergency surgery. But he's
in stable condition.
Speaker 2 (58:48):
That you that got more views though than how to
use a gun safely?
Speaker 5 (58:52):
Oh, because it's always good to also have an example
of what not to do.
Speaker 3 (58:58):
It's true, like a visual.
Speaker 2 (59:01):
And I like the heat that's slippery slope though, Well,
I mean, just if it if it works.
Speaker 3 (59:05):
Out this way.
Speaker 2 (59:06):
You ever see the videos of when they're doing gun
safety or taser safety, like some of the police officers
in front of a classroom and he accidentally shooter tases themselves. Yes,
those are great millions of views. Yeah, everything's okay.
Speaker 8 (59:20):
Yeah, he's in stable condition.
Speaker 3 (59:21):
Are you still attracted to your that's a boyfriend?
Speaker 2 (59:25):
Right, you're asking me. I was like, I was like,
what am I to this guy?
Speaker 3 (59:30):
Your boyfriend?
Speaker 5 (59:31):
You know, try to show you something and then he
accidentally shoots himself.
Speaker 2 (59:35):
He needed to have a lot of credit, like a
lot of intelligence credit. Yeah, in front of that. Okay,
I'm lunchbox.
Speaker 11 (59:42):
That's your bonehead story of the day.
Speaker 2 (59:45):
All right, So everybody kind of puts your head in
this place. Eddie's on a plane with a guy. We're
just gonna kind of imagine what was up with this
guy in this situation? What do you tell you?
Speaker 4 (59:53):
So sitting next to him and he starts making conversation.
But it's towards the end of the flight. We're about
to get off, and he's like, so, are you from Ashville?
I said, yeah, yeah, how about you? He's like, no, no,
I'm from somewhere else. I'm connecting. I was like, are
you coming from Texas?
Speaker 2 (01:00:05):
Though?
Speaker 4 (01:00:05):
He said yeah yeah.
Speaker 8 (01:00:06):
I was like, how's your trip?
Speaker 4 (01:00:08):
He said, just put it this way, the person I
went to visit wasn't the person they said they were.
Speaker 2 (01:00:15):
Oh.
Speaker 4 (01:00:16):
I was like, oh okay, But he definitely didn't want
to talk more about it because I hinted at things
and he just left it there. Someone thinking what is
what do you think he's talking about?
Speaker 2 (01:00:26):
He also wanted to say that because he's the one
that brought the conversation to you, right. He was just like, oh,
you live in Nashville.
Speaker 4 (01:00:33):
And then I said, you know, we got there and
I was like, I'm the one that went where how
did your trip go?
Speaker 2 (01:00:38):
I don't think he wanted to talk about that. Okay,
so tell me again what he said?
Speaker 4 (01:00:42):
He said, Let me just put it this way. The
person I went to go visit wasn't who they said
they were.
Speaker 2 (01:00:47):
Okay, they were getting frisky and she had a wiener.
Speaker 3 (01:00:50):
Oh my gosh, she went that far.
Speaker 2 (01:00:52):
Well that's all hey, I'll be honest. That's where I went. Really,
oh the odds on to find out to favorite, But
that's where my head goes.
Speaker 3 (01:01:01):
That's possible.
Speaker 5 (01:01:02):
I suppose I was thinking it was a dating situation
and it just a catfish of sorts, but not that.
Speaker 2 (01:01:10):
Or he didn't know she had kids and he gets
done and she has kids, or he didn't know she
was married, or he didn't know, like he said, a
catfish thing, but definitely a dating situation.
Speaker 4 (01:01:20):
Right, But right now I just said the person.
Speaker 2 (01:01:23):
Okay, day gets he what he said.
Speaker 4 (01:01:25):
Let me put it this way. The person I went
to go visit wasn't who they said they were.
Speaker 2 (01:01:29):
Had to be romance, yeah.
Speaker 5 (01:01:32):
Because like what else could it be unless you're meeting
like your business long lost.
Speaker 3 (01:01:38):
Father and then you realize.
Speaker 2 (01:01:40):
Oh, they're not like DNA, those DNA things.
Speaker 3 (01:01:45):
Or business.
Speaker 2 (01:01:46):
It's got to be a mister eading dong. It's got
to be That's what I thought.
Speaker 3 (01:01:49):
Okay, could be business.
Speaker 5 (01:01:51):
Is he going to close a deal or get some
sort of investment?
Speaker 3 (01:01:54):
And then this person really didn't have the funds.
Speaker 2 (01:01:57):
Okay, yeah I don't. I mean, we're just an out
and I'm just thinking fifth and sixth options. We have
no idea. Yeah, what'd you think?
Speaker 8 (01:02:05):
Ding? Oh you did think?
Speaker 2 (01:02:06):
Yeah, yeah, we're kind of twelve though. Amy was probably
right with hers because she's a mature a doll and
she's like, I probably got catfished in some way.
Speaker 5 (01:02:16):
