Speaker 1 (00:01):
Transmitting hope you had a great weekend. Welcome to Monday
Show Morning Studio Morning. We were on vacation last week,
best and worst. The best for me was probably we
(00:21):
stayed home, so it's probably spending time with the baby
and she's really getting like a personality, which is pretty cool.
I also watched fourteen movies.
Speaker 2 (00:30):
Oh wow, nice.
Speaker 1 (00:32):
Well, it became an obsession and my wife said that
she started calling me mister Cinema because it's all I
was doing.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
Yeah, we had to find something.
Speaker 1 (00:42):
Well, so what I did up on our podcast feed.
Every day. I basically diaried five minutes of my day
because I knew if I didn't have some structure, I
was gonna go crazy. So it's up on the Bobby
Bone Show podcast feed. So I watched fourteen movies. I
did a lot of other things too. Do you want
to hear my checklist? I don't want to double up
(01:02):
a lot of this stuff, but who knows. People don't
even listen to the podcast sometimes. Okay, here we go,
finish my book, do five total workouts, golf once, pickleball once,
watch three movies. I needed to send a YouTube strategy
to a corporate person. I needed to send Eddie a
cameo every day. That's a whole other bit we'll talk about. No, no,
(01:23):
wait till you hear I just needed stuff to do.
Oh so I did it all, but my watch three
movies turned into fourteen because I started to go, how
many can I cram in? So that's the best. Just
had kind of chill.
Speaker 2 (01:37):
I'm sorry.
Speaker 3 (01:37):
When you say you finished your book, reading a book,
or you wrote another book.
Speaker 4 (01:41):
That's a good question, great question. Read it.
Speaker 1 (01:44):
Okay, God, I don't think I'm ever writing another book.
My brother jump off a bridge.
Speaker 2 (01:49):
No, no, you you have another kid's book in you.
Speaker 1 (01:52):
A kid's book will take me eleven minutes. If I
do a kid's book, I'm going to tell you now
that's my point. No, but it takes two years to
put out. It's a difference.
Speaker 2 (01:59):
Well, yeah, I could see you whipping one out on vacation.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Okay, if I do another kid's book, hear me, now,
Mike and I will do it together. Micha will draw
and I will do it, and we'll publish ourselves and
it'll be out in three months, not from today, But
got it.
Speaker 4 (02:13):
That'd be cool.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
That's my list of everything I needed to do and
I did, and it was great. Got a little board,
but watch fourteen movies. The bad part was about halfway through.
And it's been one hundred and four hundred and five
degrees here. He didn't. It's been miserable for you those
have been gone, which is most of you, guys. It's
been terrible.
Speaker 5 (02:32):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (02:33):
Our air went out upstairs completely. That's a different unit
than the one downstairs, and the baby's room is upstairs,
and so we just suffered for a day and then
we called someone to come out and fix it because
I guess because it's so hot, everybody's airs going out.
So they came and they put a part in to go, Okay,
this is temporary, we can fix this until we ordered
(02:54):
the big part. I could go out at any time
because it's kind of like a tape job. But this
will get you going. So we turned up all the
air very low in the or very high in the house,
cold on the bottom floor, and then we jacked up
the air on the temporary well. That temporary still hasn't
gone out, and it's been like twenty degrees in our
house for five days. So is the air went out
(03:15):
and it has been cold. I'm in full sweats to
get inter muffs on. So that's probably the worst part,
but overall pretty good. Fair vacation.
Speaker 6 (03:25):
Man.
Speaker 1 (03:25):
I watch a lot of movies. Yeah, I started like
going back over them. I didn't even remember some of them.
I didn't have many movies I watched, but I had
to go back and say, oh, what was this one about? Okay, yeah,
so that was me best and worst for you?
Speaker 2 (03:39):
Uh yeah, well I.
Speaker 3 (03:39):
Also was in high tempts, but I couldn't tell because
there was no humidity. I love Arizona. I'd never spent
much time there at all. I mean flown through the
Phoenix Airport. But I went to Tucson with my friend Kat.
We were at Canyon Ranch, such a high one hundred
and one hundred two heat end x one oh nine.
Speaker 2 (03:56):
I'm but there was no humanity community, so you don't
feel it.
Speaker 3 (03:59):
But just had a great girl trip with her, and
then went from there to Colorado, where the weather was
also amazing and my niece got engaged, so that I mean,
those are just my higes obviously, and then a low
would be at my sister's house. There were so many
people there that I was sleeping on this mattress on
a floor and aloft and didn't get great sleep because
(04:20):
sound was everywhere, people going to bed late, waking up.
Speaker 1 (04:23):
Earlief so much joy that'd be an No.
Speaker 3 (04:26):
I loved it, even the sound, Like I don't care
that I didn't get much sleep. It's more that like
how I was having a sleep and I guess the
mattress and the floor just my neck in my back,
and then flying home, it still hasn't settled, so I
probably need to see the old chiropractor.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
I had to see a chiropractor over the break. Yeah. Oh,
I played It's in my vacation Diary a Bobby podcast. Okay,
but I played pickleball for the first time. It's my surgery.
Speaker 2 (04:51):
It was on your list.
Speaker 1 (04:52):
Yeah, yeah, you heard my list right, So I did it. Yeah,
And so I had to call she was already coming
over to the house, and so I just had or
mess my back. But yeah, I did that. But your
niece's engagement look cool from what I could take from it.
She went climbing, like hiking, and then she got to
some mountain, yeah, Alberta peak, and then she didn't expect
(05:14):
her boyfriend now fiance to show up, and he shows
up on the other side of it, and she's like,
what are you doing here? And then he proposed Yeah.
Speaker 3 (05:20):
So he's a police officer in Oklahoma, and she talked
to him that he works the night shift because he's new,
like you just graduated college and an academy and whatnot.
So he's on the worshift possible, so they barely talk,
like whenever he calls, she's excited. She's like, oh, you know,
when she's awake, he's asleep. So he was like, Okay,
I just finished my shift. I'm going to bed, But
he was already in Colorado and she didn't know it.
(05:41):
So her girlfriends their main job was to get her
at the top of Alberta Peak, which was hard to
do because she's climbed that mountain a lot and she
really wanted to show her friends this waterfall. So for hours,
she's like, the night before at dinner, we got to
go to the waterfall. They're like, no, no, I've always
wanted to do Alberta Peak and she's like, we've done
Alberta Peak like so many times.
Speaker 2 (06:00):
I want to show y'all this waterfall. And finally at
dinner we were all like, no, no, y'all need.
Speaker 3 (06:04):
To do Alberta Peak, and like my daughter Sashira, who
doesn't climb anything, was about to be like I think
I'm gonna have to throw myself in and be like.
Speaker 2 (06:11):
I've never been to Alberta Peak, so I need to go.
She probably would have died so they climb up, but
she didn't have to. She didn't have to.
Speaker 3 (06:17):
Finally, the friends convinced her and it's like they went
for like sunrise.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
They left the house at six am.
Speaker 3 (06:23):
They get to the top of the mountain, and that's
why she thought she was hallucinating, Like she was like
showed ye her my nephew Gunner. He drove up there
with him and he was hiding with like a camera
and yeah, her boyfriend appears out of nowhere. But she's
at the top of this mountain. It's early in the morning,
and she's like.
Speaker 2 (06:39):
Are y'all seeing what I'm seeing? And then he got
down on one knee.
Speaker 1 (06:42):
It's cool. Yeah, good, I interpreted it correctly. Then I
watched all the videos.
Speaker 3 (06:47):
Yeah you did, but it just was like, you know,
when you're planning something special like that, I just was like,
y'all just do the waterfall.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
But I'm glad they did. It because it was pretty
epic view.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
What's also a bit cool and odd is that we've
been together so long, you and I that she was
a squirt whenever she.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
Was so little.
Speaker 1 (07:06):
Yeah, like the first time I met her, because I've
known her forever. How old is she now?
Speaker 2 (07:11):
She's twenty two.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
She was a baby like whenever I first met her,
and then obviously new or new or newer, and then
she came and interned here, and yeah, it's weird to see.
Here's the I'm not sure about this, and you guys
can stop me if I'm wrong. Are we getting older?
Speaker 7 (07:27):
H Yeah, okay, I didn't know. I wasn't sure because
that's weird. But yeah, that's super cool. Yeah, super cool ed.
He went to Puerto Rico with his family. Six people
in Puerto.
Speaker 8 (07:38):
Rico, six of us in Puerto Rico. It was unbelieved.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
If you weren't already Mexican, we'd stop you. You have
a pass, Go ahead, dude.
Speaker 8 (07:46):
It's this is the second time we've been. My wife
and I went like, I don't know, five.
Speaker 4 (07:50):
Six years ago.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
For wife and I, it seemed like you were discovering.
Speaker 1 (07:53):
I thought it was the first trip.
Speaker 4 (07:55):
Here's the deal.
Speaker 8 (07:55):
We did discover it because we first time we went
we never went to the rainforest, and the second and
this time we went to the rainforest and we went
to some remote island called Viekis, which is unbelievable.
Speaker 4 (08:07):
Dude.
Speaker 8 (08:07):
It's like going to a time warp where you gotta
wait for strawberries. Strawberries don't come until Monday. You want
beef that comes in on Thursday, and you're just like,
oh gosh, does ice cream ever come?
Speaker 4 (08:17):
They're like, no ice cream.
Speaker 2 (08:18):
I don't understand what you mean. You mean like.
Speaker 1 (08:20):
Delivery, the delivery of it there.
Speaker 2 (08:22):
So yeah, oh, so you asked for strawberries.
Speaker 8 (08:24):
There's like one grocery store. So when we got there,
we're like, we're gonna spend four days here, let's go
get groceries.
Speaker 4 (08:29):
And they're like, we don't have groceries.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
Okay, gotcha.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
That's fun but awful but awesome. Yeah, did would you
want to move there?
Speaker 4 (08:35):
Yes?
Speaker 8 (08:36):
The whole time I was there, I was thinking how
can I move here? Like, how can I live in
this house?
Speaker 1 (08:41):
It's him every time in Florida, by the way, too.
Anytime we go to Florida, it's the same conversation, like
you talked about your vacation, how you had it structured.
Speaker 4 (08:49):
Dude. Mine was like, what do you guys want to
do today? Nothing cool, We're doing nothing.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
You live like that a little bit though. That's fun
for you.
Speaker 8 (08:56):
It was great. And if we wanted to go snorkeling,
we went snorkeling. If we did it, we didn't.
Speaker 1 (09:00):
Oh was snorkeling cool?
Speaker 4 (09:01):
Dude?
Speaker 8 (09:02):
Let me tell you about the animals in viekis We
saw starfish, stingrays, We saw horses. They're all over the island.
They come and drink out of the swimming pool like
they just so. Yeah, we had an airbnb which was a
house with a pool and in the morning the horses
would all come and drink water out of the pool.
Speaker 4 (09:20):
We're like chlorine in there. I don't know if that's
good for you.
Speaker 1 (09:22):
They probably do it all time.
Speaker 4 (09:23):
Yeah, I think they're used to it.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
That's pretty cool. So did the kids like it?
Speaker 4 (09:27):
They loved it. At first.
Speaker 8 (09:28):
It was weird because I mean it is It's like
a different country, you know. So, like the grocery store
situation was different for them. The gas stations different for them.
They don't have the kind of chips that they like
to have, like we're the doritos, No doritos, just Puerto
Rican chips.
Speaker 1 (09:44):
Plant plant.
Speaker 8 (09:47):
Yeah, so like that was an adjustment but expensive. Actually no,
it was pretty cheap. Like everything was pretty cheap. When
I got there first I saw the gas was a
dollar one dollar, and I'm like, WHOA, that's crazy. Turns
out it was a leader. A dollar for a leader.
Three leaders turns out to be about the same, So
I thought there was like a good deal on gas.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
We were looking at all the prices that way.
Speaker 5 (10:09):
Everything was cheap because they do it different.
Speaker 4 (10:11):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
Was it a top vacation?
Speaker 8 (10:15):
Definitely a top vacation. I think once we all got
adjusted that it was going to be different than what
we're expected to like just live, like you know, like
if we want milk, we can just go get milk.
Once we adjusted with that, everything was just awesome. Dude,
it was so freaking cool. I loved it. That's fine,
Like I really am thinking like how can I eventually
(10:36):
get back there?
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Well, you can get back there by saving up again
and going on a vacation.
Speaker 4 (10:41):
Dude. You talk about the retirement talk.
Speaker 8 (10:43):
I was like thinking, I gotta start saving because this
is where I want to end up.
Speaker 4 (10:47):
And I met a couple.
Speaker 8 (10:50):
Go ahead, good, well I met a couple from Tampa retired.
They're retired and they lived there full time in this
little you asked it, No I did. I didn't want
to embarrass myself because they're gonna be like how much
money you have?
Speaker 4 (11:00):
Saying like nothing.
Speaker 1 (11:01):
I don't think they're going to answer you that question.
Speaker 2 (11:03):
You just have to say, hey, like what age you're
able to do it? What's the cost of living here?
Like what does this look like? If I were to
want to try to do it?
Speaker 1 (11:11):
The Southwest fly there?
Speaker 8 (11:12):
Yeah, to Puerto Rico, But then you got to take
a ferry to that island I was at okay, but
you got there by southwest? Yeah, yeah, direct southwest, really
direct and that bizarre Wow?
Speaker 4 (11:23):
Right, okay, crazy to San Juan, Puerto Rico. You can
go direct.
Speaker 2 (11:30):
Wow.
Speaker 8 (11:30):
And then dude, the rain Let me tell you about
the rainforest. The rainforest is crazy, dude. It is crazy
in the middle of the night, like you go to
bed and it sounds like there are fifty billion animals
in there chirping, and.
Speaker 4 (11:43):
It sounds like a sleep machine.
Speaker 8 (11:45):
They got any monkeys, No, monkeys, just mongooses, which I
saw two mongooses and really pretty birds.
Speaker 4 (11:52):
Amy, the most beautiful birds you'll ever see.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Question. I know you say you like to retire there
or live there, and I think it'd be beautiful to go
for a minute, but you're just so remote, like imagine
dry please? Yeah you want milk?
Speaker 2 (12:10):
I need milk and strawberries?
Speaker 8 (12:12):
Yeah, how are you gonna get them?
Speaker 4 (12:15):
I know, I know that.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
Was wait you wait till tuesday?
Speaker 1 (12:18):
Do you want to wait till tuesday? From milk?
Speaker 8 (12:20):
And so it was crazy. My wife's like, let's make burgers. Okay,
let me go to the store. They're like, no, I
ground be if that doesn't come until next week.
Speaker 1 (12:26):
Oh okay, really cool, really cool, Va dude, it was awesome.
Eddie thought he saw the rock.
Speaker 4 (12:33):
So yeah.
Speaker 8 (12:34):
So we get to the airport right in San Juan,
we Land, and you know how, you get to baggage
claim and there's limo drivers there. There was only one
limo driver because they're just it's it's just not the
kind of place it is with limo drivers. One limo
driver with a sign that said Dwayne Johnson.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
Okay, am I pretty convincing.
Speaker 8 (12:51):
One of my boys goes that's the Rock, and I
was like, I doubt it's probably just some guy named
Dwayne Johnson. So they convinced me to wait for like
five minutes, were like waiting by this dude like Okay,
let's wait for the Rock to show up. After five minutes,
like guys, we gotta go, like we gotta check in dad.
Speaker 4 (13:07):
Five more minutes, so we left.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
So my thought is it was a guy named Dwayne
Johnson because had it been the Rock, he would have
flown him privately and the car would have picked him
up on the tarmac.
Speaker 3 (13:18):
And let's just say he didn't fly in private. Don't
you think you'd have a different name, it'd.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
Be his person. But that's I mean, that's America. Yeah,
it's a territory, right so and it's close enough to
Florida you just fly private down there if you have
that money, and you don't walk through the airport with
a guy holding a sign.
Speaker 8 (13:36):
So you don't think it was the Rock because we
never waited to find out.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
No, But I bet you Dwayne Johnson goes in for
his doctor's appointment or dinner reservation. If people are like
oh man all the time, all the time, because They
keep going, oh, I think the rock is coming, and
then some little bow tie accountant bald white dudes like, Hi,
I'm Dwayne Johnson. That's fun.
Speaker 8 (13:52):
Rachel trip though, oh five out of five, five out
of five starfishes.
Speaker 4 (13:56):
It was unbelievable.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
Do you see any listeners there?
Speaker 4 (13:59):
I did.
Speaker 8 (13:59):
I met a list in her. Actually, on the ferry
to go to that island, somebody like comes up to like,
are you Eddie Garcia and I'm like, oh, great, Like
it's the FBI, like the I r S. She says, no, no, no,
from the Bobby Bone Show.
Speaker 4 (14:13):
I'm like yeah. She goes, Oh my gosh, I'm a listener.
I love it. This is so crazy. We're in Puerto
Rico and I get to see you. Yeah, she did,
so she was from Oregon, but what was crazy.
Speaker 2 (14:23):
From Puerto Rico?
Speaker 4 (14:28):
She says like, oh yeah, it's like I love this place.
Speaker 8 (14:31):
Actually I got married like earlier this week, and like, what, oh,
so honeymoon She's like, no, I'm here with my girls.
Speaker 4 (14:36):
We're in a girl's trip.
Speaker 8 (14:37):
I'm like, oh after the marriage, so like, so you
just got married, but you left your husband back in
Oregon and came with the girls. Like, yeah, yeah, that's
a healthy relationship or a very unhealthy relationship.
Speaker 1 (14:50):
One of the two. One of the two. We were
on vacation last week, lunchbox, What did you guys do?
We drove to the lake outside of Austin Lake LBJ.
Speaker 5 (15:00):
My family. We all got a house. So there was
what nine, ten twelve people in the house and six dogs.
And it was awesome. I mean, just threw a lily
pat out in the water, floated in the lake, fish
and just hung out the lake for an entire week,
barbecued just late night s'mores by over the fire by
(15:20):
the lake. It was incredible.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Did you get sunburned?
Speaker 2 (15:23):
No?
Speaker 5 (15:24):
I am at that age where I wear a long
sleeved shirt in the water every single time so there
is no sun hitting my upper body my lower bodies
in the water. I wear a hat, sunglasses, and I
layer on the sunscreen at least three times a day.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Catch any fish, caught some fish. Every kid caught a fish.
Oh that's cool. Yeah, so that was no kid was
like ining catch on right, And.
Speaker 5 (15:48):
I mean there was some big I mean we caught
a big old bass, like a dumb bass because it
ate a worm and it was huge.
Speaker 4 (15:55):
Mice what they do well.
Speaker 1 (15:56):
Bass don't eat a lot of worms.
Speaker 5 (15:57):
No, they do get on a real worm, night crawler, okay,
And so I don't know how we caught that, but
it was huge, and then we threw it back, of course,
and it was really fun. It was a lot of fun.
But I will say having six dogs in one house
makes it a little less relaxing.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
I haven't caught many bass on worms. I should say
I've done a lot of bass fishing in my life,
mostly because if we're using worms, we're on the bottom,
and bass aren't bottom feeders. Sure, catfish bottom feeders bottom feeders,
for sure. That's fun. Although it sounds exhausting, it was exhausting.
Speaker 5 (16:31):
And the drive home yesterday drove twelve and a half hours. Yeah,
left yesterday at seven twenty three am and rolled into
the house at eight forty pm. It was a long day,
but I did meet a listener thanks to my dog
getting in the water, going down the sea wall, jumping
(16:51):
out into someone else's yard and I had to go
get my dog, and some listeners like are you lunchbox?
I was like, yes, goes oh s, Happy fourth of July.
Here's your dog back.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
She's getting she getting maulled by the dog. What'd you
think of the Taylor Travis wedding?
Speaker 5 (17:07):
From what I seen, I thought it was pretty corny.
I thought it was like cheesy and weird and like
I mean, having it at an arena, like it just
felt stupid. And I still am just like I don't
really even understand it. I have probably six friends that went.
Speaker 4 (17:26):
That's crazy.
Speaker 5 (17:27):
What the people that they went.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
They invited everybody. I have three of them that were like,
I don't even know. Three different ones were like, I
don't even know we were invited. We don't really know them,
like we know them a little bit. They went, yeah,
but they were like we we thought it was a
joke when we got it.
Speaker 8 (17:42):
It's just crazy because like you see people that like,
you know in the industry and I forget, like, oh
my gosh, Taylor was in country music, so of course
they know them, but like to get invited their wedding
and I didn't even think about it.
Speaker 4 (17:53):
That's crazy.
Speaker 1 (17:53):
Here's what was cool. Paul McCartney played I want to
hold your hand. You know when I tell you something,
you know, I think you understand. Yeah. He hasn't played
that since like the sixties. No, it's the first time
that he played that, so that's not cheesy. I thought
that was pretty.
Speaker 2 (18:09):
Cool, pretty legit.
Speaker 1 (18:10):
Adam Sandler was there, efficient.
Speaker 4 (18:15):
Yeah, that's hilarious.
Speaker 5 (18:18):
But are they really friends?
Speaker 1 (18:20):
I think that Adam Sandler and family are a bunch
of swifties and I think, I.
Speaker 4 (18:24):
Mean, yeah, but who you don't know?
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Really who's friends? Like? I don't think, especially if you
keep it on the DL, Like, I have friends that
are I'm not trying to fleck, just make a point here.
I have friends that are famous, but I don't talk
about them all the time because it's not for that reason.
Speaker 5 (18:41):
Well you should, no, but I don't. It gets your
street credit.
Speaker 1 (18:44):
I don't need street cred.
Speaker 3 (18:45):
So I saw a clip of Taylor talking before the wedding.
It was an interview that she did and she's like,
you know those weddings where they make it really intimate
and they have to narrow down their guest list and
decide who you know kind of fits in the sixty
people that were going to include. She was like, yeah,
I don't want to do that. I don't want to
have to have those talks of like, where does this
person stand with us? If five kind of mey, you
(19:07):
you're invited?
Speaker 1 (19:08):
That was from like ten years ago, right, Graham Norton.
Speaker 3 (19:10):
She it was some clip that I saw come up
that explained her. They were like, I think we figured
out Taylor's guest list.
Speaker 5 (19:15):
So we'll just have a stadium.
Speaker 4 (19:16):
Well, yeah, you get a hold thousand people.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
I ain't gonna hate. I think they spent like fifty
million dollars. That's one of the reports that I read.
WHOA they donated twenty six million to charity right before
Great Move because they knew they were going to get
back like a ton of heat for having the wedding
and Great Move.
Speaker 4 (19:35):
So does Taylor's dad pay for that?
Speaker 2 (19:37):
No, she does the bride.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
The bride's fine, this is traditional.
Speaker 2 (19:42):
I don't know this is He's like, he just gets
the bill.
Speaker 4 (19:48):
Oh my god, Madison Square Garden.
Speaker 1 (19:51):
I thought it seems super fun. It felt like an Awards.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Show watching everybody arrive.
Speaker 1 (19:58):
No, just like everybody that was invited.
Speaker 2 (20:00):
No, no, no, no, yeah, I get it.
Speaker 3 (20:02):
Like, yeah, the photos online of like people getting out
of the car, and was.
Speaker 4 (20:06):
There any images of inside or is that just all AI?
Speaker 1 (20:09):
Everything first it was all AI. Now there have been
a couple images that I've been confirmed. One of them
was in the entrance when there were pictures of them
on the wall, and then another one was inside a
bit but it again, this is just stuff that you hear.
They shot the whole thing for like a like a
Disney plus special.
Speaker 3 (20:29):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (20:30):
She walked down the aisle to her own song.
Speaker 5 (20:34):
I like that. That's that's a fuck you like that.
Speaker 2 (20:38):
That's a one part is kind of weird.
Speaker 5 (20:41):
Like that's a flex. Absolutely like this. My song is
so huge, I'm gonna walk down the aisle to it,
like I think you did.
Speaker 1 (20:46):
Love story well that I can give behind.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
I love that song.
Speaker 1 (20:50):
If they loved it, I'm who cares how I feel
about it. Ain't my wedding. But it was awesome. I
love it. Have a great time everybody. It was just
funny because nobody can talk about it, and even my
friends and I have six people I know, three of
them I would consider friends. Two of those friends said,
we don't know why we were invited, but we're not
gonna not go.
Speaker 4 (21:08):
Oh you definitely go yeah, yeah, I'm sure.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
Don't you think I want to know one person that
was invited that was like, I can't make.
Speaker 1 (21:15):
It I know somebody who couldn't make it only because
they had prior a big obligations, a big, big, big
like a show.
Speaker 2 (21:23):
Yeah, canceled their show.
Speaker 1 (21:25):
They weren't able to be told anything about it. And
so one of my friends had a hair appointment at
like three for that night. And then luckily one of
my other friends called out friend and goes, uh uh,
we got to be their way earlier, and so they
had to cancel. They had to move because it was
so secretive leading up to it. Yeah, so they pulled
it off. Great job. I'm all for it. I think
(21:45):
Madison Square Garden's cool because you could kind of go
under and people can hide, but most celebrities didn't want
to hide mos. Celebrities want to be seen walking into it.
So if they had fun and it was awesome A plus.
I did see Blake Lively and Ryan Renald were not there.
I don't think the Kardashians were invited. The only Chiefs
player not invited was Harrison Bucker.
Speaker 4 (22:06):
No way, the.
Speaker 1 (22:07):
Kicker, the guy who's like, women need to be at
home now and not in the workforce.
Speaker 2 (22:11):
He gave the commencement speech.
Speaker 1 (22:12):
Yeah, they didn't invite him at all.
Speaker 2 (22:14):
Interesting.
Speaker 1 (22:15):
Otherwise, Yeah, if you got IMDb page, you were invited. Yeah,
but good for them. It looked awesome. I bet it
was here and there watching that thing, and you got
Stevie Nick's performing, Paul McCartney performing. They're doing like karaoke
at the end of the night with everybody.
Speaker 4 (22:30):
It's amazing.
Speaker 1 (22:30):
Yeah, that's pretty cool. So so does.
Speaker 4 (22:33):
Lunchbox still believe it's fake or is he.
Speaker 5 (22:35):
Still believe it's fake? Okay, Tom, it's still contract.
Speaker 1 (22:39):
My thought was this, and some people were mad. They're like, oh,
twenty six million dollars just tax right off. That's people
who don't know how tax write offs work. First of all,
I don't care if it's tax right off. You give
too good, you give and do good things. It doesn't
matter to me why you're doing it. People are benefiting
from it that need it.
Speaker 6 (22:56):
It.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
Literally, I don't care if you screamed, this is a
tax right off. Here's twenty million dollars I'm given to
these charities. Those are charities that need money and people
are benefiting from it. So you can save a little
on of taxes. But let's say twenty six million dollars
is a tax right off. You don't get that twenty
six million dollars back. Roughly, you save twelve to thirteen million.
(23:16):
You could have just kept the twenty six and not
had to worry about it. So it's still such a
large give. And when people say that about famous people,
oh it's a tax donation or right off, they just
they don't even know what that means, because it's not
one for one, you can easily just keep the money
that you've already paid taxes on because you already have
that money, and you've already paid taxes on that money,
(23:39):
and you can just keep twenty six million dollars. But
they gave it away to all these charities, and they're
probably it's probably gonna save them twelve million dollars on
their tax bill at the end of the year. That's
still them giving away fourteen million dollars of their money.
They're saving a little on taxes, but there's all these
charities that are getting millions of dollars at a pop.
Speaker 4 (24:00):
Everybody wins.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
So I find people that use that as an argument
to hate on somebody to be wildly uneducated and suck it.
Speaker 4 (24:09):
That's what I say to is oh nice, yeah, with
a sign I don't.
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Do that anymore. I stopped doing the generation next about
eighth grade. Okay, so yeah, twenty six million dollars to
have this story right here. They said, don't bring gifts.
They were also doing raffles at their wedding. They gave
away a big muscle car, they gave away watches. It
just feels like a huge party. That's fun, that's cool.
Speaker 2 (24:31):
A raffle. Did you have to buy a raffle ticket
or get one?
Speaker 3 (24:36):
Name?
Speaker 1 (24:36):
You walk in it's not open bar though it's not.
Everything was open and awesome. I'm sure you went into
that thing and it was amazing. Yeah, you're not going
to hear any hate from me. Do the wedding you
want to do. Who gives a crap about anybody else?
So that's what's up.
Speaker 3 (24:56):
Any other thoughts, No, it's just interesting some of the
people in New York talking about how I guess with
the heat, some parts of the city were having to
turn their power.
Speaker 4 (25:06):
Off, Oh, to have enough power for the wedding. Well,
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (25:10):
If it's for the wedding.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
But then they're like, Queen's grid was not the same
as what was happening downtown.
Speaker 2 (25:17):
And then Taylor's weddings all lit up.
Speaker 1 (25:20):
But you know that Billy, and also one wasn't connected
to the other.
Speaker 3 (25:26):
It just was unfortunate it happened on the same weekend.
Speaker 1 (25:29):
You know, I can agree with that that the optics
don't look great. The optics seemed to bit off if
you really wanted to find something wrong with it. Everybody
just wants to find anything wrong with anything now, so
you ain't going to hear that from me. I love it.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
They were those reports were like, tell me you're out
of touch without telling you're out of touch. And I'm like,
she's a billionaire, of course, they live out of touch,
and he's a professional.
Speaker 1 (25:56):
They donated twenty six million dollars to charity for that
reason exactly so we could go. But they donated twenty
six million dollars to charity, and I'll say again, even
it's for if it's for just that reason, thumbs up
by me. So I don't care your your motivation doing
charity matters to me none, as long as people are
benefiting that need.
Speaker 3 (26:17):
It right to me, that just screams like tell me
how aware you are that you're out of touch? Yeah,
that does that too, because at least they have that
awareness to make that donation, because there are some wealthy
people that would not.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:32):
So do they get married on Friday or Saturday? Sorry?
I was out of the country Friday.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
You weren't out of the country.
Speaker 4 (26:37):
Puerto Rico Island.
Speaker 1 (26:38):
Okay, they got married on.
Speaker 8 (26:39):
Third Friday, right, the third?
Speaker 1 (26:43):
Okay? Yeah?
Speaker 8 (26:44):
What was it booked on Saturday? I'm out.
Speaker 1 (26:50):
They had to clean it out. Yeah, it doesn't just
go away. Everybody walks out. Everybody walks out with a chair.
They helped clean it up. Okay, so there you a
everybody feel good about the Taylor talk.
Speaker 4 (26:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (26:59):
Also all right, and he was telling me there's a
whiteboard in the general area here at work.
Speaker 3 (27:06):
Yeah, in the kitchen set up like where sometimes the
snacks are. It's a big whiteboard and they're writing different
things on it.
Speaker 2 (27:13):
I don't know who they is.
Speaker 3 (27:14):
Somebody in the building is trying to get, you know,
us to be involved collectively together.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
I think it's the gym if it's a morale builder activity. Yeah.
What was on it?
Speaker 3 (27:23):
So it asked a question, It said, if your life
were to be defined by a song, what would it be?
And then people were just adding all the different songs.
Speaker 1 (27:33):
Okay, so the list around the room. Do you have
a life, I say, a theme song, but a song
about your life? Yeah, I have one. What Yeah, don't
worry be happy? Go ahead? Why? Because I feel like
that just gets.
Speaker 8 (27:46):
Me through every day, Like, don't worry too much, like
things will be okay, and then just be happy.
Speaker 1 (27:52):
No need to be mad at things.
Speaker 8 (27:54):
And like Bobby McPherrin said it best, don't worry, be happy.
Speaker 6 (27:59):
That fits you, that does fit your personality. And I
love the way the song sounds like that's that's I
love that too.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
Landlord says you're rent is late. You might try to
lip their gates. Don't worry, be happy, happy, Okay, I
will survive. Okay, oh wow, all right, go ahead? Why oh?
Speaker 3 (28:19):
I will survive just as long as I know how to.
Speaker 2 (28:25):
I just feel like life throws.
Speaker 3 (28:27):
The curveballs at you every once in a while, and
you'll survive. Like I think sometimes you think like am
I gonna really make it through this? Like this just
feels like the lowest of lows and so difficult, but
you will come out the other side.
Speaker 2 (28:40):
So it just felt fitting for me.
Speaker 3 (28:42):
It's like a cute anthem someone had written on the
board in there, and I was like, this could work
to the Climb by Miley.
Speaker 1 (28:48):
I was gonna be your nut Mountain. Yeah.
Speaker 3 (28:51):
What I kind of wish part of the activity on
the board is people would have written their song and
then written who they were, because like, there's all these
songs and I don't know who to assign it to.
Speaker 1 (29:00):
Yeah, but if someone writes like I hate this place,
they don't.
Speaker 3 (29:04):
Someone wrote toxic Britney Spears, maybe they feel like they're toxic.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
Yeah. I think mine is Jimmy World the middle. That
whole song is about not giving up. Now he does
sing it to a girl because he's like, hey, don't
write yourself myself off yet. And the whole thing is
it just takes some time. Yeah, you're in the middle
of the everything. Everything will be just fine. It's just like,
don't stop, don't stop. And some people don't know what
(29:30):
that song's about because it's such an upbeat song, but
it's try your best, do everything you can, it doesn't
matter what. So that's probably it for me.
Speaker 2 (29:41):
Yeah, that's a good one.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
But it does say, little girl, you're in the middle
of the ride, so take the girl part of or
like you yeah, so I go Jimmy World the Middle Lunchbox.
Speaker 5 (29:55):
Oh it's easy, right, said Fred, I'm too sexy. I
describe my life to it. See just everything I've done
in life. It's just like everybody looks at me, like, man,
that dude looks good, and I mean, it's just gotten
me far in life.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Morgan.
Speaker 9 (30:08):
It's a song from Janas how Far I'll Go? And
it it's I don't know. Every time I hear that song,
it makes me super emotional because it's like you'll always
find your way journey type thing, and if I need
to pick me up, I play that song and it
brings me back.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
Does the rock sing it? Yeah? Is that right? Ray?
Speaker 4 (30:27):
Do you have one?
Speaker 6 (30:29):
Mine is Drake Drizzy the Boy Champagne Poppy.
Speaker 1 (30:33):
The song is started from the bottom, shut it, stud it.
Start it from the bottom. Now we're here. Start it
from the bottom.
Speaker 5 (30:43):
Now we're here.
Speaker 1 (30:45):
Start it from the bottom now the whole team. He's
started from the bottom. Now we're here. Yeah, start it
from yeah, Yeah, where are you exactly?
Speaker 2 (30:54):
Well?
Speaker 1 (30:54):
I was?
Speaker 6 (30:55):
I mean I just found that you got to leave
your state and I just felt like one Wyoming, Okay,
you're from Wyoming.
Speaker 1 (31:02):
I mean, that was the bottom, Like.
Speaker 6 (31:03):
There's no country music there, there's no radio there, Yes
there is.
Speaker 5 (31:08):
We're lying in Wyoming.
Speaker 1 (31:10):
We've played in Wyoming.
Speaker 6 (31:11):
Yes, we played Shy in Frontier Fest. It's amazing. In
my hometown, Saratoga, Wyoming. I swear to God, our teacher
in second grade would go to Laramie record the radio
and then play it for us in Saratoga because we
didn't have radio.
Speaker 1 (31:25):
Okay, that's not true. It could have. It could have
been a bigger town, because I used to record the
Edge in Dallas and listen to it in Mountain Pine.
But we had radio there. None that the kids liked,
I guess.
Speaker 6 (31:36):
So when she went for the weekends, she would record
it and bring it back to us and we'd listen
and I said, oh, is that the radio? And she goes, yeah,
is that the radio? You're so full of draft. You
knew what a radio was, you had radio station.
Speaker 1 (31:48):
So that was the bottom, honestly, Okay, and now you're
here at a radio station. Yeah. And I've never heard
of Saratoga, Wyoming from him ever. I've heard Wyoming. Now
he claims this from Wyoming, But have you guys ever
heard of Saratoga from him. No, no, no, But.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
I guess he's just as he's opening up to the
idea of that's now where he's really from. He's gonna
let us in get more details.
Speaker 1 (32:11):
Started started from the bottom. Now he's here. Thanks Ray Yo.
It's a lot of sin.
Speaker 5 (32:20):
Box, an of a sin bomb.
Speaker 8 (32:25):
There's a question to be.
Speaker 1 (32:34):
Hello, Bobby Bones. When we got married, my husband and
I agreed we wanted kids. Now, three years in the marriage,
he keeps insisting we push back our timeline in order
to save more money and be ready for a kid.
I think he's just freaking himself out and needs a push.
So last week I stopped taking my medication and told him, surprised,
(32:54):
we're now trying for a baby. I know once I
get pregnant, he'll be thrilled. Am I wrong for deciding
to start trying for a baby without telling my husband?
Should I come clean? So last week I stopped Oh oh,
she hasn't told him that she stopped taking her medicare.
Oh okay, says I stopped taking my medication and I
(33:17):
haven't told him. Surprise, we're now trying for a baby.
That signed ready for a baby. There's a lot of
stuff unpacked here, and I'll go with the first thing.
There's never going to be the right time to have
a baby. There just isn't. And you're going to figure
it out regardless of where you are financially. And if
you're already thinking, I don't think we're ready, you're ready
enough because you have the awareness to know what you
(33:39):
think is the goal. Just have the baby. If you
want to have the baby, and I'm talking to him,
there's no ready.
Speaker 2 (33:45):
If you know you want, yes, there's no.
Speaker 1 (33:48):
Right time to go.
Speaker 6 (33:50):
Well, we've evaluated, and I think we should start right
the second, have it and figure it out.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
People with way less money than you, people with way
more money than you, have done it and it's worked out.
That's the first thing. Number Two, you should never do
surprise as you never hide anything when it comes to
something that's big from your husband ever, because if I
found out that happened, I would be so mad. So
either you don't tell him at all, he just actually
get pregnant and oh, I thought I was on my medicine.
Speaker 6 (34:18):
I can't believe it. That's not the option, that's not there.
But that's better than the option that you're doing here.
Speaker 1 (34:24):
But really you just have to say, hey, I don't
want to keep pushing the timeline back. We're ready because
we're never ready. You're never actually ready. So we're ready.
You got to have that. This is having a kid.
It's such a all in a baby, it's such an
all in thing where you both have to be on
(34:44):
at least you're trying to read the same page. You
may not be reading the same page all the time,
but you both have to try to read the same page.
And if you do it like this, like you're saying
that you're not gonna be reading the same page, he's
gonna be reading whole different book. You can be pissed.
Speaker 3 (34:56):
And this is starting things off and yes, chapter of
your life bad way.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
You need to have and what we can do with him,
Like if we're talking practically here, Isa, Hey, I know
you don't think we're ready, but we need to set
a ready date. I'll let you have a little bit
of what you're thinking. We're not ready now, but you
I'm gonna from you. I need you to give me
a date when we can actually start, so I'll go
ahead and get back on your medication.
Speaker 2 (35:17):
Figure this out.
Speaker 1 (35:18):
Oh the surprising, like imagine you.
Speaker 3 (35:21):
Would feel if the roles were reversed and whatever y'all
were using for contraception, like surprise, I poked a hole?
Speaker 2 (35:30):
Oh man, you know, like you would be like, wait
what because it's I don't know.
Speaker 1 (35:35):
The time will never be right. The time will always
be right at the same time, so know that. Secondly,
if he's someone who has an extreme pragmatic approach to life,
and trust me, I do too, and he's like, we're
not ready, then have him commit to a date when
you will be ready. He will fill then at least
like he has some say so in the planning of this.
(35:58):
Then go from there. Not do surprise nobody. Who's a surprise, right, nobody?
Are you ever ready for a baby? Eddy?
Speaker 8 (36:05):
Never, dude, you nailed it. You're never ready for a baby.
But you know what, I think you're so right that
he should talk to other dads that have babies and
that have done this before, because they will all say
the same thing.
Speaker 1 (36:15):
Do we were never ready? No such thing. No, And
we did it and it's the best thing that ever happened.
And at the same time, looks like we were ready. Yeah,
and we weren't ready. It looks like we were.
Speaker 10 (36:24):
Ready because here we are figured it out. Oh my goodness,
but don't don't don't do that surprise, don't do that.
Let him they'll feel like he has some power in this.
Because you have some power. He has some power.
Speaker 1 (36:35):
Let him give you a time when it's acceptable. And
if it's not three years down the road, that's okay.
If it's in three months, six months, great. Don't do
the medicine thing. That's the advice. That's that's bad. All right,
there you go, thank you for sending that. Close it up.
It's time for the good news.
Speaker 5 (36:49):
Much four year old Elena has a rare disorder that
damages her liver and caused jaundice, and it kept getting
worse and worse, like you're gonna need a liver transplant.
They couldn't find a match, couldn't find a match. Fifty
two year old and Win heard the story, went and
got tested and donated part of her liver. And here's
(37:13):
the crazy part about and Win. This is her second donation.
She did liver, and she had donated a kidney years
before that.
Speaker 3 (37:20):
Oh wow, she's in her doubles legit, what.
Speaker 1 (37:25):
Do you call it? Double donation?
Speaker 6 (37:26):
She's got double d's double double donor, double donor.
Speaker 5 (37:31):
That is crazy, they say it is rare for someone
to donate two different organs.
Speaker 1 (37:36):
Yeah, because the kidney you ain't getting back, the liver
will grow back.
Speaker 5 (37:42):
Wow, I mean fifty two she did double d To
do that, you kind of have to not.
Speaker 1 (37:47):
What is it DGAF like you you don't care right
or you care so much? Yeah, the risk of like
donating all that USGAF super give up for sure. Yeah,
you're out six to eight weeks if you have a
liver donation. That's some recovery. Great story, goet show. What's
(38:07):
your name again?
Speaker 5 (38:08):
The girl's name was Lana, but the girl that donated.
Speaker 1 (38:10):
Was and when both of you guys, amazing and win.
Great story. That is what it's all about. That was
telling me something good and he found another tick on him.
This is twice in what a few weeks? Are you
in the woods more?
Speaker 8 (38:25):
I'm playing golf, but I mean nothing more than I
normally do.
Speaker 1 (38:30):
Are you worried you have a disease?
Speaker 4 (38:31):
Well?
Speaker 1 (38:32):
The first one it wasn't on me, right.
Speaker 8 (38:34):
The one I found like a few weeks ago, it
was on my washcloth and I was like, oh, that's weird.
Speaker 1 (38:38):
But it was never stuck on me. This one was
stuck in my ear. Oh no, like right here, I'm
not like that.
Speaker 8 (38:45):
And my wife saw it and she says, either you
got a new mole or a birthmark or like that's
a tick.
Speaker 1 (38:50):
How did you get up there out you knowing it
was crawling up your face? And that's what I'm saying.
Speaker 8 (38:54):
If it starts at your feet and goes all the
way up my body to my ear, that.
Speaker 1 (38:58):
Means this dude's been on me for her. I mean
they could go up your clothes, which is probably what happened,
and you didn't feel like it was going up your clothes.
Speaker 2 (39:06):
Did you lean on a tree?
Speaker 3 (39:08):
No, not that I bend down.
Speaker 8 (39:12):
And here's the thing too, when I got a tweezer
to pull it off, like it was stuck good.
Speaker 1 (39:18):
And then once I got it off, dude, there was
so much blood. Really yeah, So what are you concerned about?
Speaker 8 (39:23):
Well, I mean the usual, the lime disease, and now
there's alpha cowl? Is that the one where you can't
eat meat? And there is dude, I'm worried about alpha
col not cow whatever?
Speaker 1 (39:35):
Well?
Speaker 8 (39:36):
Whatever, yeah, dude, if I'm not able to eat meat
or dairy like, that'll ruin my life.
Speaker 1 (39:41):
You can send a tick off to be evaluated. I know,
but it's cost how much Amy? I was like, I
don't know. What's not worth it?
Speaker 2 (39:50):
But no, it is.
Speaker 3 (39:52):
It's worth knowing what kind of ticket.
Speaker 1 (39:54):
You can't be sending every tick off to the lab.
That's what I'm What did you do with it?
Speaker 3 (39:58):
You just say that I put my new zipug back
and pin a freezer until I could send it off.
Speaker 1 (40:01):
It's in the freezer, okay, Oh it still is? Oh yeah, absolutely.
Speaker 8 (40:03):
The first one I threw away because Morgan was like, oh,
it has to be on your body for twenty four
hours for it to do something.
Speaker 1 (40:08):
So it's like it wasn't it was on a washcloth.
Throw it away. This one, you don't know. I have
no idea, dude, and your wife saw it and thought
it was a mole. Yeah, And then I even I
looked at it.
Speaker 4 (40:17):
I went to the mirror.
Speaker 8 (40:18):
I'm like, no, that is a mole. It's weird because
it was so attached. And then once I kind of
touched it, I'm like, oh my gosh, no, that's a tick.
Speaker 1 (40:24):
So are you gonna wait for symptoms? And if symptoms
arise then send the tick off. Correct, No, I'm waiting
for now. I just want to pay one hundred bucks.
Speaker 3 (40:31):
Ye.
Speaker 8 (40:32):
Yeah, And with modern medicine, amy like if I start
throwing up.
Speaker 3 (40:35):
And maybe it's seventy five, like seventy five work?
Speaker 1 (40:40):
Do you need.
Speaker 5 (40:42):
Tuesday?
Speaker 1 (40:43):
Hey Bobby, I found a tick on me. I need money?
Because what would you do? Because wouldn't you just wait
for the symptoms? I would do nothing. I would take
the tick and I would throw it away, burn it whatever,
and I wouldn't think about it twice. But also I
grew up in the time where every tick didn't have
a disease. I know, we got ticks all the time
as kid. It's seed ticks, normal ticks. We didn't get
dog ticks, but dogs had big blood felled dog ticks.
(41:06):
But it doesn't mean that it's not happening now, I know.
Speaker 8 (41:10):
I just feel like, like, what.
Speaker 1 (41:12):
Are the odds that the tick? That the odds? So
keep it? And then what symptoms will you be looking for?
Speaker 8 (41:21):
Violently throwing up and uh and have and a fever
and a target like symbol wear a bit, you know,
target like the store, Like that's what your ear, my
ear would look like.
Speaker 1 (41:34):
Maybe it was a bad bibe.
Speaker 3 (41:35):
Well, my friend that had Alpha gal, her face blew
up like will Smith on Hitch Like, it was so swollen,
almost unrecognizable when she It just happened one day after
she'd been bit. I don't know how many days or
weeks had passed, but she was eating meat like regular,
and all of a sudden her face looked like she
(41:57):
gives you be in.
Speaker 1 (41:57):
A car wreck, Morgan, Did any your symptoms come from ticks?
Like all the crazy stuff you have.
Speaker 2 (42:03):
You're aware of.
Speaker 9 (42:04):
Yeah, I mean, none of them ever connected, but it's
always possible. I never had the bulls eye, though, And
the bulls eye is where they say like it really
matters with that.
Speaker 1 (42:13):
That's what I'm talking about. The target sign. Stop saying
target sign.
Speaker 6 (42:16):
Well, you know that's the bulls eye. It looks like
the target sign. If you really want to send no,
you have the money. I'm not paying for everybody's everything anymore.
Speaker 1 (42:24):
Come on, No, Should I just send it to your
d MS? No, you should just find out from Amy
and if you're really worried, mail it off.
Speaker 6 (42:34):
It looks okay. So it's not a full target. It's
one circle. It's one circle. You look at my ear
real quick.
Speaker 1 (42:40):
Yeah, it's one red dot and then a circle around it.
I'm the dude, I can't see. I have bad visions.
Speaker 3 (42:47):
Let Amy look, you're you're already looks.
Speaker 1 (42:50):
Swollen, it looks huge. It just now they're just insulting
Aedi's looks. Amy's looking. Oh, she's got a lot on
her phone. Yeah, this is what we do. You see
a middle spot in a circle around it.
Speaker 2 (43:05):
Pull her up where? Oh, hold on, I see.
Speaker 1 (43:12):
Target symbol. Oh my, I don't.
Speaker 2 (43:22):
I need my magnifying glass.
Speaker 1 (43:24):
Do you want Bready's glasses?
Speaker 2 (43:26):
It's there's still like.
Speaker 1 (43:31):
It's gross.
Speaker 3 (43:32):
No, no, it's not. It is in the middle, like
a bull's eye in the middle. I'm saying it's hard.
I need my I have a magnif thank you, and
I have a magnifying glass at home that I could bring.
Speaker 2 (43:47):
I know, this is your life.
Speaker 1 (43:49):
Okay. And he's putting Eddie's reading glasses on. She's now
getting the light out. Looking in his ear. We're seeing
if Eddie has a tick born illness or disease. Do
you know where you're looking?
Speaker 3 (43:58):
Yeah, yeah, it's I can tell exactly where the bite is,
so describe me the bulls eye.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
I mean, I see it.
Speaker 1 (44:04):
It's a bite. It's just a bite mark and then
a circle around it. Like, what color is this?
Speaker 2 (44:08):
There's a circle. Oh no, oh that kind of circle
a target?
Speaker 1 (44:15):
Yeah, red, No, you.
Speaker 2 (44:18):
Don't have that.
Speaker 3 (44:20):
You don't have a ring. I would call that more
of a ring around. He has a there is evidence
of a bite.
Speaker 1 (44:28):
Didn't make that up. Yeah, it bit me, so he
has been bit living.
Speaker 2 (44:32):
But how long does it take for the ring show?
I call that a ring? How long does the ring show?
Speaker 1 (44:36):
Great?
Speaker 4 (44:37):
You're asking me.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
I don't know anything about it. Do I have no
idea either? Okay, save the tick. If it gets worse,
we'll mail it off and see if you have a disease.
Speaker 5 (44:45):
Yes, it is anywhere between three and thirty days after
the bike.
Speaker 1 (44:48):
Oh boy, I got pent of time. Oh yeah, A
long time to wonder if he's ying or not. Well.
Check back in a calendar month.
Speaker 5 (44:54):
Okay, it's time for the good news, Bobby.
Speaker 1 (45:01):
Do you remember the viral video those people freeing those dogs,
those beagles? Yes, pretty crazy, huh yeah, they went in
kind of like broken. It was a mission, yeah it was,
and I think that place was even kind of like
a military was it like a military place, like a
research lab maybe something like that, so that the dogs
came from a breeding facility that supplied animals for laboratory research. Yeah,
(45:25):
and so Pause of War is an organization that since then,
they they've taken the dogs and they've put them with
a lot of military veterans as well, which I guess
is why I thought maybe.
Speaker 3 (45:38):
Yeah, and then Paws of War, there's a lot of
military insinuation.
Speaker 1 (45:41):
But those dogs were all beagles, and so they went
in their full bred beagles, their bigle I don't know,
I haven't done their twenty three meters blood, but their
bigles for sure. But the the video was crazy because
they went and basically stole these dogs but freed them
from this research lab. And so now military veterans have
ten of them in this organization called Pause of War
(46:03):
is one doing this a lot with other dogs, but
also with these dogs specifically from that viral video. They
matched up. Those dogs have never had a healthy life.
It's like a normal life, and they're teaching them basic skills,
walking on leash's house training and these old some of
these dogs are older, but they've only ever been in
a lab. Yeah. Remember in Sino Man. Yeah, that's a
(46:24):
good one. Yeah. And BRENTA. Frasier, Yeah he's a cap man.
Yeah he's teaching stuff. Cap Man. I remember that. Yeah,
that's good. That's good. And seeing him that's a good one. Yeah.
These folks Spanish didn't he was it like I haven't
seen it in a long time. I was saying a
long time. That was a good one in nineteen ninety two.
Big shout out to pause of war. And I hope
those dogs find good homes. I'm a big animal guy,
(46:46):
so I love the story. That's from Fox News. That
is what it's all about. That was telling me something good.
Wake up, Wake up in the mall.
Speaker 4 (46:57):
And radio.
Speaker 1 (47:03):
Heady and his lunchbox. More game too, Steve bread how
trying to put you through the fog. He's running this
week's next bit.
Speaker 6 (47:11):
The Bobby's on the box, so you know what this?
Speaker 5 (47:17):
This is the Bobby ball all right?
Speaker 1 (47:21):
Time for the Morning Corny. The Morning Corny.
Speaker 2 (47:27):
What did one piece of cheese say to his cheese buddy?
Speaker 1 (47:32):
What did one piece of cheese say to his cheese buddy?
Speaker 3 (47:34):
Looking gouda?
Speaker 1 (47:41):
Was the morning Corny? Okay, Bobby Bone show Corry up today?
Speaker 5 (47:47):
This story comes us from Brooksville, Florida. A man was
driving his truck on I seventy five. He crashes, boom.
Two people need to be airlifted to the hospital. So
that here comes the hell. Helicopter lands. They get out
to help the victims. The guy that crash this truck
got in the helicopter and try to steal it.
Speaker 1 (48:09):
WHOA did not see that one coming. You've done a
lot of these, We've done thousand, probably that's the first
I've heard of that. I'm assuming he didn't know how
to fly a helicopter.
Speaker 5 (48:18):
Now, he didn't know how to fly a helicopter and
they were able to drag him out of the copter.
Speaker 4 (48:22):
Did those have keys?
Speaker 1 (48:23):
Like, can you just they do have keys?
Speaker 4 (48:25):
A key, rare one key.
Speaker 1 (48:28):
Yeah, but I don't know that you turn, there's other
things you gotta do to start it. But then you
got to like make it lift off and then yeah, okay.
Speaker 5 (48:35):
I'm lunchbox. That's your bonehead story of the day.
Speaker 1 (48:39):
Hi voicemail.
Speaker 11 (48:40):
I wanted to give a show recommendation Netflix, I will
find you it was intense, very suspenseful, definitely a thriller.
I would highly recommend it. My husband and I could
not stop watching It's eight episodes. Highly recommend is this
Kim from Florida.
Speaker 1 (48:59):
I saw a couple stories about this show. I don't
know much about it. We're probably gonna jump in.
Speaker 2 (49:04):
I have two episodes left.
Speaker 1 (49:06):
Watching it, Yeah, but I have Yeah, Tuesday reviews day
talking about it.
Speaker 3 (49:09):
We don't talk about it. We don't talk about it
until we're done. So but now I guess I'll share
it that I have two episodes left.
Speaker 1 (49:15):
Do you like it? Yes, it don't. That's not a spoiler. Aim.
Speaker 4 (49:20):
If you say yes, you can say that.
Speaker 1 (49:24):
Yeah so scared?
Speaker 2 (49:29):
Oh yeah, I am.
Speaker 4 (49:31):
You like it?
Speaker 1 (49:31):
Yes? Okay? It only gets sixty percent on Rotten.
Speaker 2 (49:34):
Totatoes, and I understand why that is. But I'll let
you figure that out. You can figure that out.
Speaker 1 (49:42):
Okay, I've seen some of it. I guess Harlan Corben
is a writer and he maybe this is a book
series or a movie series. I've seen other shows that
this person has done.
Speaker 3 (49:52):
Okay, So I thought about googling that if there's a
book series, because that's what it says on the screen.
Speaker 2 (49:56):
It's like Harlan Corbin's I'll Find You, And I.
Speaker 3 (49:59):
Thought, okay, I get if this is a book, and
maybe the shows are trying to like speak the book.
Speaker 2 (50:04):
I just feel like.
Speaker 1 (50:06):
Now you're getting risky on spoiling. We're starting us another record.
Speaker 3 (50:10):
Let's just say I understand the six out of ten.
Speaker 1 (50:12):
Okay, well, but you said it was good.
Speaker 2 (50:14):
It is good.
Speaker 1 (50:15):
Okay, I've seen others of his. But we're gonna jump
into this. But now Amy has me confused that it's
even a show, Like, I'm so confused that it's even
that it even exists.
Speaker 2 (50:24):
Let me clarify.
Speaker 3 (50:24):
It's a show on Netflix and so far out of
so far, you like it six episodes out of eight eight,
