Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for the good news.

Speaker 2 (00:06):
I'll go first.

Speaker 3 (00:07):
I was texting my friend Andy, who was a tennis player,
and I saw him doing coverage for Wimbledon. He's on
the main desk now, and so I was like, dang,
that's awesome. He has a podcast. It's really done well.
He was a great tennis player back in the day,
and I thought it was so cool that they had
moved him to the head desk. He's also never really
pursued that avenue, like it wasn't his thing. He just

(00:28):
was going to retire and play golf and be a dad.
And so he's back, he's doing the stuff at Wimbledon.
I sent him a message and I said, hey, man,
you're doing a great job, and he messaged me back.
Times are different there because it's like eight hours later there,
I think where he is they're in London.

Speaker 2 (00:44):
M h Yeah.

Speaker 3 (00:46):
And so one of the things I said was I
want to who has more money now, me or you?
Because he used to be the rich one that would
take me places, and so I was just making jokes.

Speaker 4 (00:55):
This is like a rich nd humor.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
Yeah, a friend who used to not be rich humor
and now I was like, hey, I hope you're good. Hey,
I wonder who's so whatever? He So he sends me
a message back and he was like, no, no, I
still have more money than you. And he said, how's
the baby?

Speaker 2 (01:09):
Send me a picture of the baby. So I sent
him a picture of Billy.

Speaker 3 (01:12):
I'm not gonna show on camera because it'll be up
and he responds, uh hmmm, most babies are weird looking,
that's Ai, right, Are you effing with me?

Speaker 2 (01:23):
Some made me feel good.

Speaker 5 (01:25):
Yeah, they told him many times.

Speaker 4 (01:28):
She's so cute.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Yeah, but I don't believe people, because I think everybody
has to guess everybody up because of their baby.

Speaker 5 (01:33):
Not this one, not this time.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
I still don't fool But the fact that he just
thought I sent him an Ai picture of a baby,
I was like, maybe there's something to this because he's
kind of no nonsense anyway, But I thought that was
a funny response.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
So then I sent him a video back to go
and prove it.

Speaker 4 (01:48):
Not Ai wait Ai videos.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
This is my wife trying to get our baby to nap.

Speaker 4 (01:55):
So definitely not.

Speaker 2 (01:56):
Did you guys have babies, did any of them ever
like to nap? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (02:00):
Like really it was easy for them. You just to
go okay, lay down, take a nap.

Speaker 6 (02:04):
Yeah, and then do it sometimes. I mean once you
get into a routine of them doing it, they get
used to it.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
I don't know, We've routined pretty hard. She hates it.
It is.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
It is the least favorite part of everybody's day. She
can be so tired and she's like eyes and then
it's time for a nap.

Speaker 5 (02:23):
It's like she doesn't want to be told, like, I'll
nap when I want to know.

Speaker 2 (02:26):
No, that's her dad coming out.

Speaker 1 (02:28):
Oh no, oh.

Speaker 3 (02:30):
No, no, no, okay, so that's mine.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Amy, tell me something good.

Speaker 7 (02:35):
Speaking of kids, mine's a little bit of an update
from yesterday when I told you Shia got her apartment. Well,
I already found a couch on Facebook Marketplace and I
bought two chairs from Bobby for one hundred bucks.

Speaker 5 (02:45):
Oh that's good.

Speaker 4 (02:46):
Which deal of the century.

Speaker 2 (02:48):
That I basically gave them to you for free.

Speaker 8 (02:50):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (02:51):
I would have given it for free, but I think
you'd have been like, I'm not going to take them
for free.

Speaker 4 (02:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (02:54):
So then he made up some ridiculous number and said
for the exit, for the sake of exchanging money, pay this,
And I said, you can charge more.

Speaker 4 (03:03):
And he was like, nah, just let me know.

Speaker 7 (03:05):
And then I sent the picture to to share and
she goes, those are really nice and I was like.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
Yeah, yeah, they're really good, really good chairs.

Speaker 5 (03:12):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (03:13):
So and I would have said you can have them
for free because just because, but I also know.

Speaker 5 (03:18):
That no, I'm not going to do that to the
song and dance.

Speaker 2 (03:22):
So for the sake of exchanging money.

Speaker 7 (03:23):
Yeah, the result there was a tiny song and dance
over the amount he chose.

Speaker 4 (03:27):
But then I was like, you know what.

Speaker 3 (03:29):
She kept going, I'm going to pay more, No, just
take this to give me the money whatever.

Speaker 7 (03:33):
So I sent him Venmo, which is basically me sending
the Venmo money back he had just paid me. It
was okay, here money back, and then he was like, okay,
well let me know.

Speaker 4 (03:47):
You can pick them up. And I can tell he's
eager to get those out.

Speaker 2 (03:49):
Really have so much space.

Speaker 4 (03:51):
And I was like, okay, let me work on getting a.

Speaker 3 (03:53):
Truck, and he says, I can wait until like whenever
time when she's moving in, or we can get him,
get him earlier, put him in the girl her.

Speaker 7 (04:01):
She applied for the lease and got it, but the
moving date isn't for a little, like a month or longer.
And he's like, yeah, well you can probably store them
in your garage out of tar bottom. So oh, that's
another thing thankful for friends with trucks. So I texted
my friend Kat and she has a truck, and she
said she could take me by.

Speaker 4 (04:20):
But I'm going to all coordinate. Don't worry. You don't
have to worry about it. But I think I think
I could have them out.

Speaker 7 (04:25):
By sooner than not EO D.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
But okay, okay, that's a good one. That's crazy. She's
getting an apartment and we did this thing yesterday. That's crazy.

Speaker 9 (04:40):
I went home and looked at my son and like,
I mean, he's going to be moving out like next year.
This is crazy, just because you were talking about your
your your.

Speaker 4 (04:49):
Situation well and sometimes kids stay longer.

Speaker 7 (04:51):
For her, she's working enough to where she can contribute
enough to find an apartment. It's not there, man, They're
not cheap like apartment. Last time I lived in an
apartment it was a long long time ago.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
Smiled to the person working.

Speaker 7 (05:08):
No, but you just realized and then it's just I
already want to talk to her about Okay. Now, then
you can start saving for eventually getting a place and
kind of her understanding like this rent is just going away.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
Amy shows up at home with Dave Ramsey to share
U sit down. Let me grab a couple of these calls.
They've been sitting here. I'd rather not have them wait forever.
Let's go to Mark and Murphy'sboro.

Speaker 5 (05:33):
Hey.

Speaker 2 (05:33):
Mark, Yes, it's Bobby. What's up, buddy.

Speaker 10 (05:40):
How are you doing, sir?

Speaker 2 (05:41):
I'm doing pretty good. What can I do for you?

Speaker 8 (05:45):
Oh?

Speaker 10 (05:45):
I was just calling the say I know what you're
talking about.

Speaker 8 (05:49):
About the due diligence that it has to occur when
doing the the Bible Verse Championships and stuff like that
and going to different churches and you know, qualifying and
going to the next round and got in the regional
and then ended up at the state championship.

Speaker 10 (06:07):
You got got put out by I got put out
by bringing it. But uh, at the same time, it
was very challenging. So you know, there's a lot of
studying that goes involved in that.

Speaker 3 (06:20):
Were you talking Bible or quiz bowl?

Speaker 10 (06:23):
Right now, I'm talking Bible?

Speaker 2 (06:27):
So what would have been funny? He calls it?

Speaker 3 (06:30):
He goes, yeah, I was beat by I know this
guy he wore a lot of red ears were kind
of pointy.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
He might had a tail. I don't remember, but you
know he put me out and he was really young, you.

Speaker 3 (06:40):
Know when he talked kind of echoed deeply. We remember
Lucy or something.

Speaker 2 (06:48):
That's cool. Mark.

Speaker 3 (06:49):
I appreciate that call. Yeah, any anytime you do anything
like that. It's a lot of studying. But I think
for me, what I liked is that I liked studying
and learning more so it allowed me to be better
and that I just went I want to be good
at this. I actually enjoyed it, so I pursued something
I enjoyed.

Speaker 2 (07:05):
So I appreciate the call. Markope, you have a great.

Speaker 8 (07:07):
Day, all right you will, sir.

Speaker 3 (07:10):
I see a buddy. Let's do one other call. This
is Robin who lives near Boston. Hey, Robin, Hey, what's up.

Speaker 4 (07:20):
Nothing.

Speaker 11 (07:21):
I heard that you guys were that you had a
crazy listener that would report back to you, and I
was wondering if you were looking for another one.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
Okay, So we had a listener named Crazy Ali a
long time ago that was on the show and she
was fantastic because she this was crazy.

Speaker 2 (07:37):
Her name was Crazy Ali.

Speaker 3 (07:38):
But it was never with intention where we were seeking
someone to be crazy for the show. It was she
was just a caller who we had an affinity for
and she was very entertaining. So we're not openly on
the market for somebody crazy. But if somebody calls in
and constantly delivers really good and fun stories, includes themselves

(08:01):
and things we're talking about like, we're always open to that.
But it's never a casting call where hey, we're looking
for a crazy caller, because then people would call them fake.

Speaker 6 (08:09):
It.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
Amy and I did an episode of In the Weeds.

Speaker 3 (08:14):
I thought it was gonna go up yesterday. We've been
having podcast problems. Is that up on the bobbycast though,
So we just couldn't push it through.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
It went through in some places.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
It's messed up. Yeah, it's a one no no, I
tell you that in a second.

Speaker 3 (08:27):
But in one part of it we talk about how
because some shows hire fake callers to do stuff, and
God bless them, they have money to do that, and
it's just actors. We have never done that because we
don't have we never had money. And we were just
talking about that in the Weeds because we were talking
about anybody we have on that's a caller is a

(08:48):
real caller, and then we talked about how there are
services that have actors call in to do stuff like
where the roses or second date updates, stuff like that,
and we're not better than that. We just never had
the money need to do that back in the day,
and so we're not searching for a crazy or now
we would just pay an actor to do it.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
But if you want to.

Speaker 3 (09:07):
Call Robin and you have great stories, please call us
and you know, just jump in on stuff.

Speaker 11 (09:12):
Oh yeah, we'll always do. My whole life is a
crazy story anyway, But I've never been diagnosed as crazy.
I just always have a lot going on between like
general life, my job, things I try to do to
help other people, just in general. So there's always a
crazy story behind whatever I'm doing or whatever is happening.

(09:33):
So I just thought you might be entertained with that.

Speaker 3 (09:36):
Well, if you have one at some point and give
us a call. Although you'll need a name better than Robin. Right,
we didn't name Crazy Ali. I think she named herself
Crazy Ali. So when you call Abby, it's we have
to know that it's like Rock and Robin's on or
whomever it is, because Robin's.

Speaker 11 (09:51):
Yeah, well it was crazy Robin at one point as
a screen name or something. But I said, I felt
that there was some kind of some negative common ntation
towards that. So I don't know. I'm the dragon Lady
because I rescue bearded dragons. I'm the Golden Girl because
I ideal in precious metals. I'm kind of a crime

(10:12):
fighter because I'm within the legal limits of vigilante.

Speaker 4 (10:17):
So there was.

Speaker 3 (10:20):
The other two. Okay, I'd let those pass. What was
the third one? You're Batman?

Speaker 11 (10:26):
So I'm Batman's best friend Robin also known as Dick Grayson.
But I legally fight crime.

Speaker 2 (10:33):
Tell me more.

Speaker 11 (10:36):
So, I was scanned by a moving company and I
politely asked for some money back. They ghosted me like
a bad tender gate. So I put the microscope on
the company and found out that the owner has seventeen
charges of you know, criminal charges. I looked at other reviews.
I've never hired a moving company in my life. So

(10:57):
I had hired a moving company, got scammed. I held
my items ransom in the truck when I moved. Now,
mind you, I was moving. I couldn't afford a place
to live. It's so expensive for one person on their
own so I found a friend of mine found a
post from the person is profoundly autistic. She's on a page.

(11:18):
I live with the twenty one year old profoundly autistic gentleman,
so I don't pay render utilities, but I help him
with his daily life. Moving into that situation from CouchSurfing
with a bearded dragon, I was moving and I got
nailed by movers. So I took time outside of the
work that I do, which is I work at a

(11:40):
cash for gold store. So outside of that, I took
a microscope and my fabulous Internet skills, and I looked
up this moving company. Everything they do is a scam.
Everybody that hires them gets nailed by them. So I
reached out to the Attorney General, to the Federal Trade Commission.
They listed the veteran owned and operated, which I doubt

(12:02):
that they are, so I reported them VA. They scam
people for cash. I reported them to the IRS. I
just got interviewed by Channel seven yesterday for this story.
It's not done yet. I'm working at class action lawsuit.
I emailed Aaron Brockovich for tips and tricks. Wow, she
did not reply, but I'll tell you I will go

(12:22):
the links that's the kind of crazy I am. It's
super functional in society, it's harmless to most people unless
you're doing wrong, and it's super fun and a party.

Speaker 2 (12:32):
On Friday night interesting.

Speaker 11 (12:33):
But that's the kind of crazy.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
Well, I was a bit entertained.

Speaker 3 (12:38):
Yeah, so we kind of got sidetracked a little bit
with the cal You know, we'll work on our storytelling.

Speaker 5 (12:42):
How old is shot Serpent?

Speaker 6 (12:43):
Rob?

Speaker 3 (12:43):
I'm gonna guess Robin is just by hearing your voice.
Thirty eight, Robin, how old are you?

Speaker 11 (12:49):
Oh? Everybody guesses thirty eight. I just had my fiftieth birthday.
I'm gonna by a centennial baby.

Speaker 2 (12:55):
Everybody guesses thirty eight.

Speaker 11 (12:58):
Everybody does. It's crazy, Well.

Speaker 4 (13:02):
She's fifty.

Speaker 2 (13:03):
Yeah, great, Yeah, yeah.

Speaker 3 (13:04):
I just think it's crazy that everybody guessed that number
that I guess of all the numbers. Okay, Robin, thank
you for the call. You have provided at least me
some entertainment. I don't know about the rest of the show,
but how about you look at you. I hope that
works out. Calling an updates whenever.

Speaker 2 (13:19):
You get some sort of resolution, I sure will. All right, Bye, Robin, Bye,
Thank you, You're welcome.

Speaker 3 (13:26):
I always like people that save animals too. It's a
weird animal to save beard. It's a living being, so
good for her.

Speaker 2 (13:33):
There she is.

Speaker 4 (13:33):
My sister loved their bearded dragon. It died. She used
to dress it up.

Speaker 7 (13:39):
She didn't think she was gonna like it at all.
The kids wanted it, and then she ended up really
bonding with it. Had a little Santa suit.

Speaker 5 (13:45):
Wow, it was cute. You know.

Speaker 3 (13:47):
Nothing hated being dressed up. It probably hates it as
a beer. It's like, shave me and then now I got.

Speaker 2 (13:53):
To wear clothes.

Speaker 4 (13:54):
It doesn't have a beard, it's called.

Speaker 2 (13:57):
A bearded dragon. There's nothing off its chin.

Speaker 4 (14:00):
It's a lizard yep.

Speaker 5 (14:02):
But it's gonna have something.

Speaker 3 (14:03):
Something hanging down, like even skin like fun right, I'm
just going from my Why would they call it a
beard a dragon if there's nothing it looks like a beard.

Speaker 4 (14:10):
I don't know.

Speaker 5 (14:11):
Yeah, that's like they call something spotted it and have
no spots.

Speaker 2 (14:14):
Great point, I don't know.

Speaker 3 (14:15):
Let's see, bearded dragons get their name from the unique
pouch of spiny, expandable skin underneath their throats.

Speaker 4 (14:20):
Okay, so okay, nothing, thanks for nothing to me. No,
it's not a.

Speaker 2 (14:24):
Beard though, thanks for nothing, Lunchbox, tell me something good.

Speaker 6 (14:27):
Yeah, it's tonight Big Brother premieres, So it's a start
of a new season. People moving into the house, and
we got a summer full of drama. Hopefully it's a
good season. I've been watching it since COVID, still waiting
for why people.

Speaker 2 (14:40):
Love it so much.

Speaker 6 (14:41):
It's entertaining, but it's not my favorite, but it's give
something to pass the time.

Speaker 2 (14:45):
Ray you on this one, Well, Lunch's gonna like it.

Speaker 12 (14:47):
That Tricky Dick, the guy from Survivors on it, Rick
or something.

Speaker 6 (14:51):
Yeah, Rick Devons I know that. And then I know
Angela from a couple of seasons ago, who I feel
like is a plant. It's not real. She's in the
house to cause drama. She's really kind of annoying. And
then uh, supposedly d from Survivor is gonna be making appearance,
so we'll see, and then they already have drama because
some guy he went through the whole casting process, had
his picture on the website sequestered in LA pulled.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Him because he did he did he rap along with
a rap song that had the N word in it,
and then he got cut because of that. I don't know,
probably not, but that happens all the time with people.
He's talking want somebody on Love Island where she was
like a kid, It's like fifteen or sixteen. She was
rapping along with the song oh and oh. She was
saying in the words okay so and there's a video
of it. So they kicked her off when she was fifteen.

Speaker 2 (15:35):
She was a teenager.

Speaker 5 (15:36):
Yeah, that's crazy.

Speaker 2 (15:37):
I feel like it was a bit crazy too, guys.

Speaker 6 (15:39):
I mean, when we all do stupid stuff when you're younger.
But supposedly, what I've read from things is that he
has loose lips. Started telling people, Hey, man, I'm going
on Big Brother, going on Big Brother, and so they
pulled up an alternate alternates in LEVI I.

Speaker 3 (15:53):
Out, So anybody watched Love Island? So when I say this,
don't know who it is?

Speaker 2 (15:57):
Nope, Morgan, do you watch the Love Island? I don't.

Speaker 6 (16:00):
Morgan didn't watch good TV.

Speaker 3 (16:01):
She didn't watch any don't say good TV because I
didn't get TV to the rest of.

Speaker 6 (16:04):
Us, right, and she doesn't watch the drama stuff like
she has no fun.

Speaker 12 (16:08):
Okay, So but Ray might Love Island Ray, Yeah, passively
don't know any of their names, but I did hear
that some of them got knocked off.

Speaker 2 (16:15):
There's been two that have been bumped for the in word.

Speaker 6 (16:18):
I mean, they finally make it. This is their chance
to be a what they've been dreaming about, and they.

Speaker 5 (16:23):
Yeah, but it's something from the past though, right.

Speaker 2 (16:24):
So the latest one, I think this is the late
latest one. Her name is Alana.

Speaker 3 (16:29):
She's pulled from the villa after a video surface showing
her rapping and lip syncing to the Inward and a
Roddy Rich song.

Speaker 2 (16:37):
I wonder how old she was.

Speaker 3 (16:38):
It doesn't stay there unless you see it, but I'm
pretty sure she was a young teenager. Yeah, it's okay,
that's what's happening. Okay, good, good, Good TV's back. I'm
mid to get mid mid. It's not the best, but
it's it's fine. But I need a good reality show.
I don't have one in my life right now.

Speaker 2 (16:58):
She was nineteen, six years ago. That's a little older
than fifteen.

Speaker 6 (17:01):
But nineteen you're still pretty dumb.

Speaker 2 (17:05):
I feel like I'm pretty dumber sometimes now, but she was.

Speaker 4 (17:08):
It was nineteen and she did it.

Speaker 6 (17:09):
But she's twenty six now or twenty five, so it
seems like we're.

Speaker 2 (17:14):
I don't know.

Speaker 3 (17:15):
Regardless, that was it. But you can't do that, by
the way, No, I can't. No, no, mean, no way.

Speaker 2 (17:21):
Okay, Morgan, tell me something good.

Speaker 13 (17:23):
Mine's kind of a tell me something with a tell
me something suck.

Speaker 2 (17:26):
If that's an option, can you lead it to suck?

Speaker 5 (17:28):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (17:28):
Well no, okay, go go first. Okay.

Speaker 13 (17:31):
So I got really excited because my wedding bands came
in and they were everything that I wanted, but they
don't quite fit in the way that they need to.
So I had to send my entire engagement ring and
everything back in the mail.

Speaker 4 (17:44):
And I'm actually really scared. Oh the mail.

Speaker 3 (17:46):
Yeah, did he get a hard one or a soft one?
Do you know what he got?

Speaker 4 (17:50):
He got one of each?

Speaker 2 (17:52):
Yeah, my advice.

Speaker 3 (17:53):
Would because I have one of each and I almost
never wear the hard ring. I always wear the rubber one.

Speaker 5 (18:00):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (18:01):
Oh you mean his ring?

Speaker 2 (18:02):
Yeah yeah.

Speaker 12 (18:03):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (18:03):
I was thinking, did he get her bands hard or soft?

Speaker 3 (18:06):
And I was like, oh, no, obviously hard, Yeah, yeah, okay, yeah, yeah,
I'll wear the hard one. If my wife reminds me
it's like a nice if all doing a show or something,
She's like, where you're a nice one, but the silicon
one here.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
I love it.

Speaker 3 (18:20):
I also yeah, and if I ever just get called
into play ball, who knows I want to be can't
wear that? They can't wear, like, hey, we need you
to pitch three innings today for the cubs at good thing,
I don't have my hard ring on and I want
to be made right out there's everybody knows otherwise.

Speaker 2 (18:33):
Yeah, so that's the that's the good one. The good thing,
oh the bad ones from mailing back?

Speaker 13 (18:38):
Yeah, the good thing is like I love them and
they are everything that I wanted, but the way the
ring sits, they just didn't fit in the right way.
So in order to make that happen, I had to
send it back. So I am really nervous about sending
that in the mouth.

Speaker 2 (18:48):
Can you not go to a store like I have hookups?

Speaker 3 (18:51):
You've already mailed them, so it's too late, but could
you not go and just have them refit it.

Speaker 13 (18:55):
The person who designed my ring is in Kentucky, and
so we could drive up there, but it's just not
worth it to drive back up there, so uh, that's why.
And they're designing the bands to go with it, so
it kind of all looks.

Speaker 2 (19:07):
Cohesive together in the mail you do insurance.

Speaker 13 (19:10):
Yeah, yeah, thankfully they did it, but I'm still scared.

Speaker 4 (19:14):
Even them sending the bands.

Speaker 13 (19:15):
I made them send it to UPS so I could
go pick it up because I didn't want it getting
delivered to the house and.

Speaker 2 (19:19):
Then port pirated.

Speaker 13 (19:20):
Yeah, because they were like, you need a sign for it.

Speaker 2 (19:22):
I was like, I don't know or sign it. You
may not be there.

Speaker 3 (19:25):
So you know what I ordered yesterday and I brought
a few to put in the fridge. Not a commercial
I ordered. I paid for that life juice or whatever.

Speaker 4 (19:35):
Oh you got some.

Speaker 3 (19:36):
I bought some what's it called life cider? Maybe I
got the kind the kind that you had in there
that I had last time.

Speaker 2 (19:42):
I didn't like that much? Is it okay?

Speaker 1 (19:43):
Really?

Speaker 4 (19:43):
I wanted to try that one?

Speaker 7 (19:47):
He said it was the best one to mix with
the little rum that sounds good.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
That one wasn't my favorite. It was pretty good. But
I got that I put in the fridge in my studio.
I got the coca nut and pineapple one.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Okay, yeah, I does sound good.

Speaker 5 (20:01):
That's got to be the rum one.

Speaker 2 (20:03):
You can have. There's three in there. You're free to
have one because I did.

Speaker 3 (20:07):
Still yours the last time, but I brought them and
put them in, but they came yesterday.

Speaker 4 (20:11):
And did you get the regular ones or the energy ones?

Speaker 2 (20:15):
I think I just got the regular.

Speaker 4 (20:18):
Yeah, I can't remember which one which because.

Speaker 3 (20:20):
I didn't have energy when you gave me the one
when he was that guy was here?

Speaker 2 (20:24):
Did they ever hear ever come on as a client?
I don't know either.

Speaker 4 (20:27):
Well, sometimes it takes them in it.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
Yeah, we should send them there.

Speaker 7 (20:31):
So he was he doesn't live here, so he was
visiting Nashville for some other deals.

Speaker 4 (20:35):
I think with like athletes or something.

Speaker 2 (20:37):
And I'm right here, look no more.

Speaker 7 (20:40):
I think.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
I think like NFL professional athletes.

Speaker 3 (20:43):
I mean, if you want to go that route, I
get it. But what about pickleball players? Is finally getting
back into it?

Speaker 4 (20:47):
I know, right, especially after your ankle injury.

Speaker 2 (20:50):
And back back. So there are three life siders.

Speaker 3 (20:55):
One for me, one for you, and one for me tomorrow.
Oh okay, nobody else going off and like, ooh, one
for me, Scuba. You should clip this and send this today.
Yeah the audio, yes, send the video supports the camera. Hey,
we love that stuff. You should advertise with us because
we already love it. Now, if I were him and
keep it running. I go, why would I advertise they're

(21:17):
doing it for free?

Speaker 2 (21:18):
It's true, but we'll stop. We'll never again.

Speaker 4 (21:23):
That's not true.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
Oh okay, Eddie, tell me something good.

Speaker 5 (21:33):
You guys.

Speaker 9 (21:33):
Ever heard of the game spades? Yeah, a little bit,
you did. Okay, So my my kids went to some
summer camp. They come back home and they're like, mom, dad,
we got to teach you this game spades. And I'm like,
I've heard of this, like I feel like my wife's
parents played or something. And they're like, it's so much fun.
So they taught me and my wife how to play spades. Guys,
we played it every night for the last three nights.

Speaker 2 (21:53):
Fun.

Speaker 5 (21:53):
Huh, it's so much fun.

Speaker 3 (21:55):
Well, it's mostly fun if you have good fun people
to play with. If it's fun to play with your
kids and do and you have something you all like doing,
I bet that makes it fine.

Speaker 9 (22:03):
Here's the problem. There's one of our kids it's not
very good at it, and like he's the one that
wants to play it every night, but somebody has to partner.

Speaker 5 (22:10):
With him, and no one wants to play with him.

Speaker 9 (22:13):
So where I was like, oh, i'll play, but i'll
play with so and so.

Speaker 3 (22:18):
Well, if I remember correctly, spades are like the big dogs.

Speaker 5 (22:23):
Yeah, that's the powerful card.

Speaker 3 (22:25):
Yeah, we played a little spade. We played a lot
of rummy. We played a lot of poker.

Speaker 5 (22:29):
Oh yeah, a lot.

Speaker 9 (22:30):
We try to do a poker night. But they're kind
of like, if it's not real money, they're not into it.

Speaker 3 (22:34):
That's because they watch their dad exactly. Hey, Ray, you
want to give you one?

Speaker 12 (22:38):
Yeah, the obvious stuff with the basketball, But here's what
I don't know that. Oh, we're going to play basketball
in Vegas.

Speaker 5 (22:44):
Oh, today Papa Shot Huge Tournament.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
If they're leaving today this afternoon, basketball fly to Las
Vegas to compete in the Papa Shot pre limb you
and will you.

Speaker 2 (22:58):
Compete tonight at all? Are gonna try?

Speaker 12 (23:01):
It goes in line with the NBA games. There is
an NBA game that starts right when we land because
it's at the NBA venue the Summer League. So essentially
we should be able to make it and get maybe
thirty minutes in before it shuts down for the day.
And then tomorrow NBA games all day and so once
the concourse is open, you pay for NBA tickets, you
can go play all day as long as you have

(23:21):
tickets to the games.

Speaker 3 (23:22):
And that counts toward. If you get a high enough score,
you get to go to the finals.

Speaker 12 (23:26):
Yeah, at the end of the day, eleven fifty nine
high score they take for the next seven days, just
one or the like whenever, just one from that concourse
in Vegas. So in Chicago they had a whole like
pan board of people and then you competed.

Speaker 2 (23:42):
This is they're just looking for the number one of
the day.

Speaker 5 (23:44):
Yep.

Speaker 2 (23:45):
Oh, you guys aren't gonna win that.

Speaker 6 (23:46):
No, because it's only at the arenas. You have to
be at the Summer League game, so it's not like
random people can just get there and line up.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
I don't think, Yeah, but people are going to go
just for that, because they went to that bar just
for that.

Speaker 5 (23:57):
Yeah.

Speaker 14 (23:58):
But this is more like I feel like it's gonna
be people by, hey, come on buy and play the game, Like, no,
we're busy, we're gonna watch the NBA game. So I
feel like there's less of people who are there just
for it.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
There will be that, But much like you guys when
you found out this was the last chance, don't you
think there are other players who will go Oh, this
is our last chance, and nobody's gonna be there at
this one, so we're gonna go.

Speaker 14 (24:14):
Well, this one costs money to get in, where the
one in Chicago is free. You just walked up and played.

Speaker 2 (24:18):
Yeah, this one costs money.

Speaker 5 (24:19):
Yeah, because you have to buy.

Speaker 14 (24:20):
An NBA ticket to go to this tournament because it's
part of an NBA Summer League game. And as like,
one of the activations at the arena is a Papa
shot you name for that?

Speaker 2 (24:30):
No, do you need me to Oh they got that card.

Speaker 5 (24:33):
Oh they got the card.

Speaker 8 (24:35):
Good car.

Speaker 2 (24:36):
What was your other thing?

Speaker 5 (24:37):
Right?

Speaker 2 (24:37):
So I remembered that Amy.

Speaker 12 (24:40):
We ended up doing some dealings where like I sold
her those flowers in autumn and she was like, hey,
I'm gonna pay you an Aria chip tokens. So I
brought them with me. So I'm so excited to see
if Aria will still take these twenty five dollars chips.

Speaker 2 (24:54):
And I could have one hundred dollars baby. Okay, Yeah,
that's exciting.

Speaker 4 (24:57):
I'm excited.

Speaker 2 (24:58):
I bet they probably do. That was two years ago.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
You guy.

Speaker 4 (25:02):
No, No, those those tokens are pre COVID guys.

Speaker 6 (25:05):
Oh they're still good.

Speaker 4 (25:07):
Yeah, they're from a long time ago.

Speaker 2 (25:08):
Not called token, you're not.

Speaker 3 (25:11):
Yeah, they're chips, those chips and he's taking a bunch
of tickets to cash in at the casino.

Speaker 2 (25:17):
What can I get with these?

Speaker 4 (25:18):
They are from a long time ago?

Speaker 2 (25:20):
Yeah, okay, yeah, like I was still.

Speaker 7 (25:24):
Married, mess he was there, Like, I think those are
from a time Like that's why he kept forgetting them
when when he was there, I would spend more time
in the casino.

Speaker 12 (25:36):
But oh my gosh, it was like the last time
you guys played casino together.

Speaker 2 (25:40):
I should almost like, eBay, these things have Ammy sign them. Wow,
the last gamble?

Speaker 6 (25:48):
Oh, I think what time you guys land tonight?

Speaker 12 (25:49):
Man?

Speaker 2 (25:50):
You guys got time?

Speaker 5 (25:50):
There's a game? Am? What time? Eight pm?

Speaker 2 (25:54):
Pacific?

Speaker 5 (25:55):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (25:56):
Did that book you guys had layover?

Speaker 13 (25:58):
No?

Speaker 14 (25:58):
We leave here at like something and it's a three
and a half four hour flight.

Speaker 2 (26:02):
And then subtract two hours, don't you.

Speaker 5 (26:04):
Maybe it's like seven in change?

Speaker 2 (26:06):
Okay, it doesn't matter.

Speaker 5 (26:08):
Yeah, So what games are you guys gonna go to?

Speaker 6 (26:09):
Because there's a game tonight at eight o'clock Pacific time.
I'm like, you guys can get there to see the
Kings of Clippers.

Speaker 2 (26:14):
Man, there's a cuff Man.

Speaker 5 (26:16):
Yeah, I'm excited for that one.

Speaker 2 (26:17):
Yeah, we'll see a cuff and we'll also see Boozer.
We won't see any of the other guys though, Carlos Boozer.

Speaker 5 (26:22):
If it was just kid, Yeah what Boozer that's Memphis. Yeah, okay.

Speaker 6 (26:27):
Oh and then Friday they started okay at three o'clock.

Speaker 5 (26:30):
One o'clocklock.

Speaker 14 (26:31):
We're there all day tomorrow and then Friday, even maybe
Saturday morning we'll go to if we don't make it Friday.

Speaker 2 (26:37):
What time is your flight back at a Sunday?

Speaker 14 (26:39):
Our flight is Saturday in the afternoon.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
Got at four o'clock. All right, Well, can't wait to
hear about it next week. That's it. That's tell me
something good. That's what it's all about.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
It's time for the good news.

Speaker 3 (26:54):
Last week, a volunteer pilot in Alaska flew twelve hundred
miles to help rescue two injured harbor still pups.

Speaker 2 (27:01):
So they had to get seal pups.

Speaker 3 (27:03):
To the only rehabilitating place for seals that was nearby.
So flew twelve hundred miles, did a rescue of one,
they found a second one, had to go back get
the second one, and so Both of the pups were
admitted to its Wildlife Response program. They don't list the
pilot who flew twelve hundred miles for them.

Speaker 2 (27:23):
That that that's crazy.

Speaker 4 (27:24):
You wanted to be No, no, no, it's like an angel.

Speaker 5 (27:27):
Pilot for the seals.

Speaker 2 (27:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:30):
In the social media post, A Center thanked Duke okay,
Duke and his girlfriend Pamela, who I guess rode along
and helped co pilot for their generosity and kindness.

Speaker 2 (27:42):
That's from people. That's pretty cool. Have you ever seen
a seal? I have a bad relationship with seals? Which
what's your relationship is?

Speaker 4 (27:51):
I don't have a relationship. I've just seen them.

Speaker 5 (27:53):
Did you get cheated on by seat?

Speaker 4 (27:54):
What happened to you and seals?

Speaker 8 (27:56):
Wait?

Speaker 2 (27:56):
Where did you see a seal?

Speaker 8 (27:58):
Well?

Speaker 4 (27:58):
I don't know the zoo?

Speaker 2 (27:59):
Oh okay?

Speaker 4 (28:00):
And then did I see in San Francisco the seal?

Speaker 10 (28:04):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (28:04):
So mine was in San Francisco too.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
I was doing an episode of Breaking Bobby Bones, mynt
GEO show which watch on Amazon if anybody cares. And
we went way out into the ocean and we were
halibate fishing with this guy who lived on his boat.
We would dragged this net and it would we'd deep
and catch halibate, and these seals would just show up
on both sides of the boat and attack the net

(28:28):
eating halibate. It was awesome, crazy and disappointing because that
guy's living.

Speaker 2 (28:33):
Was those fish.

Speaker 3 (28:35):
But these seals, man, they could fly in the water
and you'd see them up down, up down, up, attack,
come out with a big fish.

Speaker 2 (28:43):
It's crazy nature. Nature's crazy man.

Speaker 9 (28:45):
In a weird way. Though those seals too were making
their living off those halibis.

Speaker 2 (28:50):
No, I don't need that. They weren't on a show,
and they weren't trying to get their show renude.

Speaker 5 (28:53):
Okay, okay, just say it.

Speaker 7 (28:55):
So if I were children in sixth grade, how there
was a whole seal thing with me where this guy
putting seal pictures in my locker, and anytime I would
pass them.

Speaker 2 (29:02):
In the hall, he'ld go, what was it to be hurt?

Speaker 7 (29:06):
Wow?

Speaker 4 (29:07):
His name was Ishmael. I don't know. It's something I'll
never I don't forget I think about it. You know, really,
anytime seals come up.

Speaker 2 (29:15):
Was it hurtful? Because he said, as a kid, you
look like a seal?

Speaker 7 (29:17):
Was like an I think he was saying I look
like a seal. But then now talking about seals, I'm like, oh,
seals are so cute. But in sixth grade, do you
want to be called a seal?

Speaker 2 (29:25):
What is a girl?

Speaker 3 (29:26):
What if you didn't look like a seal? What if
he just saw you clapping funny like a school event?

Speaker 5 (29:31):
You're like this because that's how they clapped out.

Speaker 15 (29:34):
And it was like, that's what he would do to
me in the hall, like the and then I would
go open my locker and Seal pictures would like printed
out from the library.

Speaker 2 (29:46):
You just really love Batman Forever.

Speaker 4 (29:47):
No no o, because Seal sang that song no Kiss.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
A Kiss from the Rose on.

Speaker 7 (29:53):
It was because then I think he would have pictured
printed out pictures of Seal the singer, and he was
printing out.

Speaker 5 (30:00):
Seal and making that sound.

Speaker 2 (30:03):
Had some jams.

Speaker 4 (30:04):
Though, other than Kiss from the Rose.

Speaker 2 (30:07):
Yeah, no, no, no, uh. We gotta be a little
bit crazy. I got in my head on on got
you gotta be crazy?

Speaker 4 (30:17):
Mm hmm.

Speaker 5 (30:18):
Man, all I hear is you gotta be.

Speaker 3 (30:21):
I gotta get there because I'm doing you get a kids, Okay,
I gotta but when never I'm gonna survive.

Speaker 2 (30:29):
We get a little crazy.

Speaker 4 (30:31):
Yeah, yeah, yeah, that's Seal.

Speaker 5 (30:33):
That's the jam.

Speaker 2 (30:34):
I mean, that wasn't a jam. And then he ended
up like marrying Gloom.

Speaker 5 (30:39):
That's amazing.

Speaker 2 (30:40):
Yeah songs. Man. All right, there you go. Andy, I'm
sorry that that brought.

Speaker 4 (30:46):
It's not like I don't know it.

Speaker 5 (30:47):
Did you look like I don't know?

Speaker 2 (30:50):
Let me know, let me look at me now now
I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Okay, I'm kidding. All right, there
you go. That's what it's all about.

Speaker 1 (30:57):
That was telling me something good. It's time the good news.

Speaker 6 (31:06):
Floren Morrison goes to the dentist to get her cleaning
done and she's there sitting in the chair. The dentist
comes in goes, how's everything going.

Speaker 5 (31:14):
How have you been?

Speaker 6 (31:15):
She goes, not good. I'm on dialysis. I need a
new kidney. Haven't found a donor. They did the cleaning
and she left and the doctor's like, man, I should
probably go get checked. So doctor Ashley Collins went and
got checked, was a match and donated a kidney to
her patient, saved her life.

Speaker 2 (31:34):
That's crazy, and cleaned her teeth. That's amazing.

Speaker 5 (31:37):
I mean, that's amazing, amazing. I mean that's that's what it's.
I'm not gonna say much more.

Speaker 2 (31:41):
That's just right. You don't need to and you shouldn't, right,
all right. That's a great story. Nothing else.

Speaker 5 (31:47):
That's it.

Speaker 2 (31:48):
That's it. Okay, wonderful story. That's what it's all about.

Speaker 1 (31:52):
That was telling me something good.
