the years when ice was ordered to stand down under Democrats,
when interior enforcement was treated like a dirty word, and
when the message to the world and the Biden administration

was come on in, You're welcome even if you're breaking
our laws. Well, those days under Trump, those days are over.
This is what the return of actual enforcement looks like.

the field dealing with real resistance from people who have

ICE had already removed more than three hundred and fifty

Interior arrests of surge and detention numbers are up. The

agency is actually prioritizing people as they should with criminal convictions,
sex offenders, drug traffickers, violent criminals, while also removing the
broader population of legal aliens who thought they had permanent

what happens when the government decides the law is not optional. Now,
how are people reacting to this? How's the public thinking

and should look like. Some recent surveys put Trump's approval
and immigration somewhere in the low to mid forties. One
recent Real Clear Politics average head it at around forty
four percent approving, fifty four percent disapproving. So you get
a sense that he's underwater on this one. Maybe a
meaningful share of independence and some Republicans are even saying

the taxes have gone far, but too far, but you
got to actually get this done. When you dig a
little deeper, I think you'll see the large majorities of
Republicans strongly back the crackdown and the enforcement of our
immigration laws, and many independents want illegal immigration reduced overall.
So the same voters who are saying, maybe tone it

down a little bit consistently say they do not want
a return to the open border chaos of twenty twenty
one twenty four. The public has not suddenly decided that
massively immigration is a good idea. They're just reacting to
the footage of the fights, the protests, and the hard cases.
The media floods the zone with which brings us to
the Democrats and the midterms. Watch what they're doing in
blue districts and progressive primaries. The old abolish ICE slogan

is back. Candidates are competing over who can sound the
most hostile to the agency. You'll hear the same talking points.
ICE is out of control, ICE is terrorizing communities. ICE
is the problem. They're running ads and raising money off
the idea that the men and women enforcing immigration law

license in the first place. So this is not subtle
what Democrats are doing. It's a strategy of demonizing law
enforcement so the next time Democrats hold power, they have
political cover to take not just the shock glove away

want officers second guessing every arrest. They want offers to
not officers, not make arrests. They want the public to
associate immigration enforcement with some kind of brutal secret police force,
which is just a fiction of their own minds. They
want the twenty twenty six mid terms to be a
referendum on how mean the Trump administration was to illegal aliens,

not on the fact that the previous administration let millions
of illegals pile into this country. This is the same
playbook they use after on the police in twenty twenty defund, demoralize, demonize,
and then they act shocked when crime spikes and the
public turns on them. Now they're trying it on the
immigration cops. So here's a reality check. A country that

can out or will not remove people who entered illegally,
who overstayed, or who committed crimes after arriving, that's not
a serious country. It's a country that has decided its
own laws are mere suggestions. So the shock gloves are

is supposed to happen. The federal government is acting like
the law is the law. So the left, the Democrats,
they can call these tools militarized. All they want. What
