Hour 2 of the Clay Travis & Buck Sexton Show opens with the pair welcoming media icon Bill O’Reilly, who joins them to discuss his new long‑form interview program We’ll Do It Live. O’Reilly recounts the origins of the viral “We’ll do it live!” clip from his Inside Edition days and how it resurfaced years later as internet culture took off. After the lighthearted banter, the conversation shifts dramatically toward the unfolding Iran conflict. O’Reilly details the stakes of President Trump’s military campaign, emphasizing that U.S. strikes—coordinated with Israeli intelligence—have dismantled much of Iran’s offensive capability. He explains that the killing of top Iranian leadership and the crippling of Iran’s military infrastructure mark one of the most consequential U.S. operations in decades. But O’Reilly warns that global economic consequences, especially oil price volatility, remain the biggest wildcard, and that Trump’s political future hinges significantly on the success or failure of the campaign.

The hosts ask O’Reilly what “victory” in Iran should look like, prompting him to outline a diplomatic off‑ramp: forcing Iran to abandon nuclear ambitions, curtail ballistic missile development, weaken the Revolutionary Guard, and end support for terrorism. He acknowledges that Iran often violates agreements but argues that overwhelming military pressure could eventually push the regime toward negotiation. O’Reilly also discusses the Save America Act and the Senate’s political obstacles, noting that although the bill won’t reach the 60 votes needed to advance, Democrats risk political backlash because voter‑ID requirements enjoy overwhelming national support.

Hour 2 then takes a sharp turn into breaking national security news as Clay and Buck interrupt the program to report on an active‑shooter and vehicle‑ramming attack at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. Real‑time coverage unfolds as law enforcement provides updates at the scene. A vehicle was driven into the building, shots were fired, and armed security engaged the attacker. The hosts highlight how Jewish institutions have been on high alert, especially amid Israel‑Iran tensions and recent terror‑related incidents in Austin and New York City. As police continue briefing the press, authorities reveal that children were safely evacuated, the suspect was not initially in custody, and all Jewish facilities in the area were placed under reinforced security. Later in the hour, the show reports that the suspected attacker is believed to be dead, with no civilian casualties reported—an outcome the hosts credit to rapid security intervention.

Clay and Buck use the breaking situation to discuss the rising domestic terror threat, referencing statements from Senator Ted Cruz that the United States is facing its highest terrorism risk in decades due to open‑border policies and recent jihadist‑inspired attacks. They underscore how recent attempted attacks illustrate a dangerous pattern of extremists targeting Jewish communities.

As Hour 2 concludes, Clay and Buck note that the remainder of the day’s broadcast will include Senators Eric Schmitt and John Cornyn to discuss Iran, domestic security, the Save America Act, and DHS funding. They wrap the hour analyzing how quick security action in Michigan likely prevented a mass‑casualty terrorist attack and emphasize the importance of readiness as threats continue to escalate nationwide.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome Van Hour number two Thursday Edition, Clay and Buck,
We appreciate all of you hanging out with us as
we are rolling through the program. Here we are joined
now by our friend Bill O'Reilly, who has a brand.

Speaker 2 (00:15):
New show debuting Will Do It Live, which is.

Speaker 1 (00:18):
One of the most viral Internet videos of news history.
I would suggest, and I love that you're playing on
the virality of that moment. What do you remember from
that day, Like, did you remember that clip when it
sort of started circulatings on social media or was it

(00:41):
so long ago that you had totally forgotten about it.

Speaker 3 (00:45):
Oh, I was twelve years old, so I figured the
statue of limitations might have run out on it. This
is a great story. My whole staff turned on me.
So I was anchoring Inside Edition, and as I mentioned,
I was barely a teenager and the tech crew couldn't
get their act together and it was super annoying, and

(01:08):
I dropped a couple of f bombs and said we'll
do it live, which we did, and that was that.
And then years later, when I became let's say notorious
on Fox News, somebody sold that clip wow to a
far left website for a large amount of money, and

(01:32):
they put it out in the viral world and it
has become world. And when I was in Iceland, I
had people yelling at me, we'll do it live, and
of course I threw snowballs back at them. So anyway,
we're looking for a name for this long form program

(01:53):
we're going to do. I hate to call it a
podcast because podcasts are basically two guys sitting in basement
smoke at pot. That's not what we do. Okay, it's
a long form interview with somebody you care about and
somebody who's not a phony, and we'll tell the truth.
The first guy is Rob Schneider that drops today, and

(02:16):
Snyder goes through how he suffered in his career because
he supports Donald Trump, and he talks about Jimmy Kimmel.
I mean, it's fascinating stuff I've never heard before. But anyway,
my staff, you're all younger. Oh, we have a great
name for this show. I said, okay, what is it.
We'll do it live and they all started to laugh.

(02:39):
And so not only did they turn against me, but
they won. I surrendered. I desire. I don't care what
you call a damn show, but I didn't drop any
f bombs.

Speaker 2 (02:50):
I gotta tell you, Bill, we all we love we
love the name. The audience lost the name. It's a
great name. That clip of you is one of just
like the ten greatest viral and that was it was
released pretty early on in the viral Internet game, so
it really had residents. But we'll do it. We'll do
it live. I mean that line has probably been translated

(03:11):
into one hundred and fifty languages. Now.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
I know it's unbelieving. If I had known it would
go like that, I would have done him many more times.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Oh, you guys have it. A couple of bleeps here,
but that the team wants to play it a little
throwback here Bill inside edition. He's just a teenager. He
just started shaving, and here he is on Inside Edition.
Play tomorrow, and that is it for us today. And
we will leave you with a I can't do it.
We'll do it live.

Speaker 4 (03:42):
Okay, we'll do it lit, do it live. I can
go all write it and we'll do it a lot. O.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Wait is that okay? That that's we'll do it live.
There you go, Bill, Everyone knows the clip. It's a
lot of fun.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
By the way, guys, I really appreciate it.

Speaker 2 (04:00):
You're welcome. We got you, We got you. So that's
gonna be a great series and ever should go check
it out Billilly dot com. There's no I gotta say
hard turn here, Bill, because we're going we're having a
fun trip with you down nostalgia lane there. But now
we got to focus in on you know, little peace
fixing America all that stuff for a second. How concerned

(04:21):
are you? You're a balls and strikes calling guy. How
concerned are you with this campaign? Iran oil price spike?
Does Trump really know what the endgame is here? Do
you feel like this is going according to plan? Or
are you getting worried about it?

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Well, any kind it's military action, I'm concerned from the
very beginning of the adventure. If you're going to use
that word, it was a huge risk. The President's aware
of it. If it goes his way, he will, i think,

(04:58):
kind of pulls himself in to the top area of
the presidential sweepstakes, which is important to him his legacy.
If it doesn't, then the Republicans are likely to lose
the midterms, so a lot on the line. There's not
one modern president who would have done this. Maybe Teddy Roosevelt,
but he wasn't a modern guy. But even Teddy might

(05:21):
have said, you know, it's just too much uncertainty here.
So the thinking was that Ron is not going to
stop developing a nuclear weapon, even though we hit them
in June of twenty twenty five. They have other places
where they're developing this and they admit it. It's not

(05:43):
like he said, she said. And in the last negotiation
with Witkoff in Geneva, Switzerland, the Iranian foreign minister basically, look,
we're going to We're not going to stop. We're going
to develop this nuclear weapon and we don't care what
you think. That was it for Trump. That was the end,
and then the president waited for an opening. The opening

(06:07):
came when the Israeli intelligence massa it pinpointed the Iatolin
twenty five of his thug cronies we're all going to
be together on a Saturday morning in a specific place
in Tehran. That information got to President Trump. He said, okay, well,
let the Israelis wipe them off the face of the earth,
which happened, and then we'll follow up and destroy the

(06:29):
infrastructure of Iran's ability to wage offensive war, which is
underway now. And which will succeed. Now, the unintended consequences
are how much pain is that going to cause the
world economically. And the other unintended consequence is that a
lot of the media, the worldwide media, not just America,

(06:53):
is rooting against America. They want Iran to win, which
is absolutely shocking to me, because this is a murderous nation.
This is the third Reich Light. They killed thirty thousand
of their own people a few weeks ago, thirty thousand,

(07:15):
and you're rooting for them to win. You want Trump
to be humiliated. That's what you're putting forth on CNN,
the New York Times and others. That's what you want,
really think about it. That is really a tipping point.

Speaker 5 (07:30):
Now.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
President Trump himself believes what he wants to believe, and
he is convinced that the United States and Israel will
wipe out Iran's ability to wage offensive war. I believe
that is true, But the economic outcome is cloudy, and

(07:52):
that could mean the Democrats win the midterms of November.
And that's what we're looking at right now.

Speaker 1 (07:58):
Bill, you may have talked to presidents up and actually
given him this advice. If you did, or if you
were asked, what should victory look like here? What would
you suggest to President Trump? Given where we are right now,
We've wiped out certainly a lot of the air Force,
a lot of the Navy, a lot of the military

(08:20):
capabilities of Iran are gone. We'll see whether or not
Mojataba the Sun here is or is not alive and
able to take power. But what would you say to
President Trump? Is an off ramp here? What should an
end in hostilities look like from a United States perspective?

Speaker 3 (08:41):
Well, I did talk to the President about it in
a one on one phone conversation. Uh, he called me.
I never call him. I mean, that's on my job
and he's a president. I'm not going to intrude. And
he said, what would you do? And I said, I'd
negotiated down to the fact that there will be routine

(09:05):
expects inside Iran and they're not to develop a ballistic
mystical capacity. You have to downgrade revolutionary guard, and you
have to become a nation that does not wage war
constantly or finance terrorism. That's a negotiation. The degree to that.
Then you would help them rebuild their economy. The problem

(09:28):
is that Oroon will say they'll do it and then
they will do it. We all know that. But that
negotiated settlement I think still could happen. But they're going
to have to experience a lot of pain before the
Iranians get to that place, and so no one can
say when that will land. I mean, it's like asking

(09:51):
General Patton, you know, when he's up trying to defeat
the Nazis in Bastone, how is this going to take? General?
You know, I mean, come on, it's war. Those questions
are ridiculous and stupid and immature and designed to produce
got your results, and that's all. The American press, well
how long? How long? Nobody knows, and the American people

(10:14):
it's a we have a soft society. We don't want
to be inconvenience to pay more money for anything. And
then you know, only you got to hate Trumpers. So
it's very complicated. But I think what will happen is
that Iron will come back to the table and there'll
be some kind of an agreement to neuter them as

(10:35):
a state sponsored terrorist outfit.

Speaker 2 (10:40):
Hey Bill, Well, first off, everyone make sure you check
out first episode today of Uh do It, We'll Do
It Live, which is up on Billreilly Dot com go
watch the show. It's got Rob Schneider, who will give
a lot of credit to for being a Hollywood guy
who's been right wing and right wing for a long time. Bill,
one more topic for you before we got head of

(11:00):
the break, So we'll do a kind of shorter version
on it. But this Save America Act, we're getting so
much from everyone listening about talk more about the Save
America Act. You got to push the Save America Act.
And I get it, and I agree with it, and
I wish it would pass. But I also feel like
Majority Leader Thoon plus about four or five other senators

(11:22):
aren't going to pass this thing. So what are we
supposed to do? I mean, do you think that is
there a world in which there's enough pressure, enough phone
calls on these senators? You know, I don't think you're
getting McConnell and Murkowski and they're not going to vote
for this thing.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
McConnell will, Mkowski won't. But you need sixty to get
it to the Senate. Floyd, they're not going to get
that soon knows it. He'll put it up for a
vote next week. But this hurts the Democratic Party big
time because seventy nine percent of the American public and
that close a live. Democrats obviously want voter ID and

(11:59):
all the socialists countries in Europe have it, and there's
no reason not to have it. So the Republicans are going, yeah,
we know we're not going to get it through the Senate.
It's already passed the houses, you guys know, but you know,
the damage that the Republican that the Democrats are going
to do to themselves may be worth it. And that's
the way our system is. So you need sixty votes

(12:21):
to get it to a vote on the floor in
the Senate. Now there's an effort to knock out the filibuster.
I don't think that's wise, but that could happen. And
the American people understand that in order to diminish voter fraud,
you've got to prove that you're an American citizen, which
is the federal law.

Speaker 2 (12:39):
Do you but do you believe these reports that McConnell
is stalling it that you know, you say he'll vote
for it, but.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Now he's barely cognizant, the guy who's just limbit to
the finish line. Yeah, I mean he doesn't you know
any presents at all, don't Murkowski is not really a Republican, okay,
and she hates Trump so much that anything Trump supports
he still oppose. I don't expect any of the diffections,

(13:08):
even crazy Ram Paul. I mean, you just can't. But
the Democrats, I mean, that's a bad hell for them
to stand.

Speaker 1 (13:16):
On, Bill O'Reilly, check it out. We'll do it live.
We appreciate the time and good luck on the new show.

Speaker 3 (13:25):
Always fun talking to you guys. Thanks for having me.

Speaker 1 (13:28):
That's great work, and he's going to do it live,
Bill O'Reilly. Look, few organizations do more to create a
bridge between the Christian and Jewish populations than the International
Fellowship of Christians and Jews. The IFCJ has been doing
this for a long time, firmly established in communities throughout
Israel and Ukraine, just to name two countries where help

(13:50):
is needed most right now. This is a humanitarian organization.
When I was in Israel, we helped to put together
food bank deliveries. We saw the the bomb shelters that
they built. We even saw the hospital that they had
built that could be flipped so that everything was underground
in the event of danger. They need your help right now,

(14:12):
as people more and more are under siege in the
Holy Land right now. You can give forty five dollars
to rush life saving essentials to the vulnerable there in
Israel underfire. Call eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ
that's eight eight eight four eight eight IFCJ. You can

Spend time with Clay and find them on the free
iHeartRadio app or wherever you get your podcasts.

Speaker 2 (14:54):
Welcome back in to Clay and Buck. We are following
breaking news events as we always do here on on
the show with you, including what is seeming to be
a tragedy unfolding in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan, where there
are reports of an active shooter at a Michigan synagogue

(15:18):
in West Bloomfield Township. We're seeing all the news channels
running live feeds on this, a lot of police presence,
a lot of emergency vehicles. We have no information beyond
that it is breaking as we speak to you, but
clearly something that we are monitoring very closely. Authorities in

(15:39):
large presence are there at this synagogue and we will
bring you information as we have it. Just prayers up
that you know, you always are hopeful in one of
these situations that you know there's no fatalities. Maybe someone
got him. We don't know anything right now though.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
Yeah, this is I know this area well, this is
my wife's hometown, so Oakland County just north of Detroit
for those of you who are wondering where this is,
large Jewish population in that area of Michigan, just north
of Detroit, and they are live on the scene with

(16:18):
Fox News, MSNBC and CNN, and again reports of an
active shooter there, large police presence and certainly look synagogues
have been under intense danger for some time but accelerated
probably during the situation right now with Iran even more so.

(16:40):
And there's also a large to be fair large Arab
population in this area too, so you have a lot
of Jews and Muslims who are living in close proximity,
probably more so than almost anywhere in the country. So anyway,
just fyi, we will see and hopefully this is not
going to be as as awful as it could be,

(17:02):
but we will keep you updated. Again, that's the fly
breaking news in Bloomfield Hills, Bloomfield, Michigan.

Speaker 2 (17:09):
When we come back, Clay, we can we should update
everybody on the conversations going on right now about cells, factions,
terrorist groups operating in this country. This has been brought
to the President's attention. He's absolutely paying close attention to this.
You have members of the United States Senate who are
saying they think the threat and there are obviously people

(17:30):
get classified briefings. The threat is higher now than it
has been in a long time. We already saw a
gee hottist shooting at that Austin bar and a fatal
shooting there and giving a piece of attack in New
York City. Given all the pieces we're seeing so far,
this has the indicators, the early indicators of some kind

(17:53):
of attack, terrorist attack in a West Bloomfield township. But
we'll we'll follow this closely with you. Stay with us.
You're in the Travis household right now.

(18:50):
Code Clay, Welcome back in Claytravis buck Sexton show. We
are following again reports of shots fired outside of Age.
It's also a school in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan that
is Oakland County, just north of Detroit, and there is

(19:11):
a report that a car was driven into the school,
that the car is now on fire, and that shots
were fired there. Now, Buck, you and I were talking
about off air. It is an unfortunate reality that many
of the people.

Speaker 2 (19:29):
Out I can't imagine. I don't want to get ahead
of the story, but I can't imagine that they don't
have armed security at the biggest reform synagogue in the
whole country, and especially given what's going on around the
world right now and all the wackos. In fact, here
this is Ted cruz Clay talking about the terror threat
here at home. This was yeah, just this week, this

(19:52):
has cut six Listen to the senator likely.

Speaker 5 (19:54):
Sit here right now tonight. The threat of terrorist attack
is higher now than it has been in decades, and
there are two causes of it. Number One, we had
four years under Joe Biden, of open borders, we had
twelve million people flood across the border, basically an open
invitation to every terrorist, every Hamas and Hesbala and ir
GC terrorist come to America. We have seen in just

(20:17):
the last week two terrorist attacks unfold. We saw just
over a week ago in Austin, Texas, a deranged killer
showing up in a sweatshirt that said property of Allah
in a T shirt underneath with an Iranian flag, open
fire at a bar in Austin, Texas, killing several Texans,
wounding more than a dozen more. It was a brazen

(20:39):
act of terrorism. Then we saw just a couple of
days ago two ISIS terrorists from Pennsylvania travel to New
York and throw two handmade bombs, bombs filled with nails
and bolts designed to kill as many people as possible.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
It looks like buck there is a briefing that may
be going on right now. Is covering it? Guys, if
we can run on what's being said here? Cash Pateel
just tweeted FBI personnel are on the scene with partners
in Michigan responding to the apparent vehicle ramming and active

(21:15):
shooter situation out of Temple Israel Synagogue in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan.
And again there is someone it looks like a police
officer that is updating media in some way and the
parish we can join this live, guys, can we got it?

Speaker 2 (21:36):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (21:39):
There, don't come to the area. It's active and it's
busy and we're still trying to figure it out.

Speaker 5 (21:45):
Oh, guys, can you say anything about any potential casualties,
anyone hurt?

Speaker 7 (21:49):
Nobody at the moment has been confirmed to be hurt,
except potentially the shooter.

Speaker 2 (21:56):
Any ties pots of terrorism with.

Speaker 7 (21:59):
That's still way early to talk about. We have no
idea because we don't even know who the person is.

Speaker 3 (22:03):
At the moment.

Speaker 2 (22:04):
Has that person been Neutroit.

Speaker 7 (22:07):
We don't have that person in custody. It's a work
in progress, so that's why we're sheltering in place until
we figure it out. It's a big facility with a
lot of land around it. Until that gets secured and
everybody's comfortable that there's no active threat in that spot,
stay away from it, shelter in place.

Speaker 2 (22:28):
Were told there's a daycare for score all those kids out.

Speaker 7 (22:31):
Yeah, everybody's been moved out of the school. We've got
a ton of people here. As I said, Westpoolfield got
unseen in a heartbeat. Everybody else came from everywhere. Actually,
the chief and I have been communicating for almost two weeks.
Every time I've gotten so many intelligence from the national
level I've been sharing. We've been talking for two weeks
about the potential, sadly of this happening. So there was

(22:55):
no lack of preparation. In addition, all Jewish facilities in
the area are going to have a lot of extra
presence around it until we figure this out. Ere Well, again,
we would tell everybody shelter in place.

Speaker 2 (23:13):
Okay, was there any security at this.

Speaker 7 (23:17):
Temple as you mentioned, yes, there was, and they engaged
the threat so there was.

Speaker 2 (23:21):
One person that approached the security guard.

Speaker 7 (23:23):
And that's still a work in progress.

Speaker 2 (23:25):
And then shots were fired.

Speaker 7 (23:27):
Shots were fired. There are reports that somebody crashed with
a vehicle was involved, reached the building. We're going to
get into more details when there's time for that, and
the chief will lay out exactly specifically what happened. We
just want everybody to kind of know what's happening. As
we get it, more will come to you.

Speaker 1 (23:49):
Thank you, Okay, Buck, what Uh let me try to
collate some of that information.

Speaker 2 (23:55):
Very important just said there, but yeah, go ahead.

Speaker 7 (23:58):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (23:59):
Car driven basically into this synagogue in West Bloomfield, that
security engaged the individual, shots fired. The most you know,
sort of intriguing thing I think that he said, Buck,
was that they're not exactly sure what happened to the shooter,

(24:21):
the driver potentially there. That seems a bit unclear. But
he said that there were no injuries that they knew
of to the kids or people inside of the synagogue,
which is probably the most important. Again, it's still a
breaking new situation, but that was just a live discussion
with the one of the police officers there.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
With police on the scene, it's hard to imagine that
they wouldn't already know if we were talking about a
mass casualty incident, and it seems like that is certainly
not the case. So where everyone is kind of going, okay,
all right, that's again I'm not trying to get ahead
of the story of the facts, but that is an
encouraging indicator, very encouraging indicator. Usually these kind of things,

(25:04):
Clay and I have covered far too many of them
together separately, there's some moment where they start to say,
you know, number confirmed shot or number can right now,
no one of any of the Jewish worshippers at the
synagogue seems to be shot or even hurt. That is
what we're being told right now. Also, very important detail

(25:25):
from that little press conference that we just picked up,
that short press conference, that security engaged the threat, that
that is going to be something critical here. I'm sure
because here's what I'm hearing or what I'm putting together. Clay. Obviously,
they're not gonna say it's terrorist in me because they
don't have really enough facts to say it's anything other

(25:47):
than someone ran the car in the But to the
rest of us, pretty clear is terrorism targeting a Jewish
community Okay that that is overwhelmingly likely in the case,
but it seems that the person doing a vehicle ramming
attack into a building. A lot of people don't realize this.
Back at the in the CIA and the farm, we
did different drills and cars, and we would go at

(26:09):
different speeds just running into clay a parked car. So
you could get used to if you have to run
through a checkpoint or whatever, if you run into a
wall or a structure at like thirty or forty miles
an hour and think you're just gonna kind of get
out of that thing and you know, go all go
all mass shooter. Ye, maybe in for a surprise if

(26:31):
you haven't actually done that before.

Speaker 6 (26:32):
You know.

Speaker 2 (26:33):
I think in people's heads they see these things on
TV and they think, oh, I'm gonna drive through this
building and I'm just gonna come well, what'd you hit?
How fast are you going? You know, there's a lot
that comes into this and the fact that security engaged him.
We may have a situation here where they would be
terrorist was either driven off so to speak, by security
right away or maybe it was even taken out right away.

(26:55):
That those are what the early indicators look like. Again, No,
reports of innocent not just innocent shot, no reports of
innocent being injured yet, which is pretty surprising in a
good way.

Speaker 1 (27:07):
Yeah, and you know this, A lot of these guys,
and they're mostly guys who are in charge of helping
to protect Jewish targets, synagogues, schools, a lot of them
are pretty badasses, you know. I mean you're talking about
first of all, everybody has to serve in the IDF
if you are in Israel at all, So it's basically

(27:30):
one hundred percent familiarity with weapons and training and all
those things. And then they don't mess around because of
the danger that exists there. Again, Vice, this is where
I come back and I say, yeah, this is where
the dog is making. The dog is yelling. I'm trying
to get her to be Quie in the background of pologies,
keep going. This is where I've said for a long time,

(27:51):
we had a school shooting here in Nashville. I want
armed security at every school in America, regardless of whether
it's a Jewish school or a public schoo And this
may be a positive story of a community that unfortunately
knew its people are in danger, and they have done
everything they can to try to make a school and
a temple as secure as possible. But again, that police

(28:15):
report we just carried for you suggesting that there are
no injuries, and hopefully we'll know a little bit more
in the near future about the motivations of exactly why
this guy behaved the way that he did.

Speaker 2 (28:29):
I think there'll be no surprises about the motivations. I
think there'll be no surprises about the reason that he
targeted this community. I mean, that's all you're talking about it,
and it would be a shocking, low probability event if
it weren't exactly what we all think it is right now,
which is someone mad about Iran, mad about Israel, and

(28:50):
trying to kill a bunch of innocent Jewish people in
this country. So terrorist act, plain and simple, straightforward motivation.
But right now, I mean, Clay and I we saw
the initial health line. We're thinking. I mean, you know,
you see a place of worship, A large place of
worship too, means a lot of people there. It seems
Fox is reporting others have reported I think too, that
the school wasn't and it's also a school. The school

(29:11):
was not in session today, so that's where the school
wasn't going on so that would also be something that
would be favorable for obviously limiting the exposure of innocence
to some kind of maniac. But the fact that security
engaged the threat, because that's going to happen quickly. You
got to think about this, Right, someone goes in, they

(29:31):
draw down. Security is right there with all these people.
If security engage that threat, that's not happening five minutes
into this, or that's happening pretty much right away. I
can't imagine there's not a rapid because the whole point
of him being there is to defend the congregation from
an incident like this, Right, it's not, oh, it's a
college campus or something, and there's one police officer who's

(29:54):
on foot patrol for the entire you know, one hundred
acre facility. He's there, assuming it's a hymn to protect
those congregants from this exact threat. And right now, based
on what we have been told, that may be exactly
what happened here. So we'll continue to give you updates
on this as we go.

Speaker 1 (30:15):
To your point, Buck Austin, New York City and now
potentially the Detroit air area. What is that one week
and basically three different potential terror related acts again, Austin, Texas,
New York City, and now the Detroit area Oakland County,

(30:36):
they say. Again, the sheriff says, this is the headline
on Fox News, and I think they're probably reacting to
what we just heard. But the headline on Fox News
is suspect not in custody, which, given the response here,
seems to me crazy. I think with probably maybe a
fog of war style situation, Buck, it seems improbable to

(30:59):
me that the suspect would have been able to get away.
But we will see or I mean again, now we're
just surmising this is not what's reported. But if you're
if you're trying to look at this tactically, maybe this
person really just didn't think about how there'll be armed
security there, drove the car in and then was trying
to get his maybe he had a firearm, assuming he

(31:21):
probably had a fire I'm trying to get his firearm
ready to engage in a terrorist act. And it's a
whole different thing when you think you're just going to
be shooting innocent people versus when someone who's trained draws
down and you've got bullets whizzing by your head, right,
and maybe the guy took off, as you know that
could be possible to me. I'm very we're obviously the

(31:42):
whole country is now very much attuned to We got
to get these facts and figure out what's going on here.
But it was confirmed by law enforcement security engaged a
threat and no innocent casualties or even injuries to speak
of right now, So that that's all very encouraging and
we hope that it all continues in that direction, all right.
Just to mention, the word abortion and people's emotions come

(32:07):
to the forefront, and you're probably having that reaction. You
can imagine for women making a decision about an unplanned pregnancy,
they're often pressured to make irreversible decisions in moments of
fear and panic.

Speaker 2 (32:17):
They're told to act quickly or maybe lose support. Many
feel they have no option, but that's not true. There
are options, and thanks to so many members of this audience,
the care and support offered from preborn Clinics, as one
of them. At preborn clinics, women receive compassion without pressure,
that mom to be receives clarity about the little life
growing inside her and the opportunity to meet her unborn

(32:38):
child through ultrasound experiences she might not get anywhere else.
More than eighty percent of the time, when a mother
sees her baby on a preborn ultrasound, she chooses life.
This March, Preborn is attempting to save the lives of
sixty eight hundred babies that it will take thousands of
people this month to say yes to an ask, and
here's that ask. Pause your busy day for just a
moment and consider saying yes to a gift of just

(33:01):
twenty eight dollars. That's the cost of one ultrasound, and
that cost could help save a tiny baby's life in
the womb. Today. One hundred and forty dollars would be
five ultrasounds for five moms to bring five tiny babies
into this world. To donate, using your cell phone dial
pound two five zero and say the keyword baby. That's

(33:21):
pound two five zero say baby, or visit preborn dot com,
slash buck, preborn dot com, slash b u c K
sponsored by Preborn. You ain't imagining it.

Speaker 6 (33:32):
The world has gone insane. We claim your sanity with
Clay and Fun. Find them on the free iHeartRadio app
or wherever you get your podcasts.

Speaker 2 (33:43):
Welcome back into Clay and Buck are watching very closely
for breaking news on this. It seems so far perhaps
averted terrorist attack or at least a countered terrorist attack
in Michigan. That's seems to be the trajectory of that
story right now. Was looking for a few minutes there

(34:05):
really upsetting and and uh and horrific, And now it's
looking like, Okay, maybe maybe the good guy with the gun,
the proverbial good guy with the gun here might have
stepped in in just the right time. So we'll see,
we'll update.

Speaker 4 (34:20):
Uh.

Speaker 2 (34:20):
Wait, hold on, we have two people confirmed to have
suffered injuries in the shooting. That's that's the latest. Is
that right?

Speaker 4 (34:29):
No?

Speaker 2 (34:29):
Is that a different shooting team, Greg, what are you
sending that's the one that's different.

Speaker 1 (34:32):
I think there was a shooting in Virginia earlier today,
I don't think.

Speaker 2 (34:38):
Not related to this thing in Michigan. Okay, So still
in Michigan, we have no one confirmed even injured, so
that's very encouraging. Here we have coming up in the
next hour, we have Senator Schmidt and Senator Corny. So
now is a great time to get us your questions
for the two senators and we will pose them some

(34:58):
important questions about Iran legislation like the Save America Act,
DHS funding and more coming up in the next hour.
And also want to tell you to go get some
Crockett coffee, my friends. We're gonna have a special book
offer from my book for Crockett Coffee subscribers coming up
I think next week. So it's a great time to
start getting set up with your Crockett coffee. Now go

(35:21):
check it out Crocketcoffee dot com and the most delicious
coffee you'll get absolutely anywhere.

Speaker 1 (35:27):
Yes, mister Clay, No, it is outstanding. I encourage everybody
to go get Crockett coffee. I absolutely love it. I
am drinking it as we speak, and I cannot wait
to hear from Senator Smitt and Senator Cornyn. So we
should have a fun third hour coming your way, and
hopefully again we will hear his senior law enforcement source

(35:51):
as we go to break buck This shooter at the
synagogue believe to be dead. That is on Fox News,
so I thought that would be coming. That is the
latest update. We'll continue to track this. That is West Bloomfield, Michigan.
They say everybody's safe and the shooter is dead. We'll
give you more info when we come back here on
