Speaker 1 (00:01):
You are listening to the Tutor Dixon podcast. And I
have one of my favorite people with me, Katie Pavlich.
She is the host of the of Katie Pavliche Tonight
on News Nation, which is honestly one of the places
at ten o'clock. I feel like there's not a place
for me to get news, and I've been so enjoying
that you have that posit, that place at ten o'clock
for me to go to.
Speaker 2 (00:20):
It's great.
Speaker 3 (00:20):
I'm so grateful to hear that. Thank you. Yeah, it's
a there's a lot that happens at the end of
the night as well, so if even watching, you know,
there's been a lot of breaking news in the ten
o'clock hour, So I'm glad that we can be a
resource for you and others who are watching. So thank you.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
It is And I don't know, like for people who
don't know this, a lot of those evening shows are
pre taped, so you're not always getting the up like
the down to the minute news. So I love that
I can go there and find out exactly what's happening.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
And I know today, like for this, we are pre.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Taping, so this will this is on Tuesday and this
will air on Wednesday. So right now I'm like, on
pins and needles, what's happening with the stuff? Because we
just found out that we had a helicopter that was
shot down, and so I'm like, I'm assuming you're going
to have some updates on that.
Speaker 3 (01:09):
Yeah, depending on how the next eight hours go, we'll
probably have some updates on that. The President, as you mentioned,
said that we have to respond. So what that will
look like. We will be standing by to let you
know at ten o'clock.
Speaker 2 (01:20):
So what is it?
Speaker 1 (01:21):
Just before we get into because I do want to
get into some of the news of the day, but
before we get into that, I mean, this is a
big deal for you. You have your own shows. Like I
just said, it's a critical time slot. What has that
been like?
Speaker 3 (01:35):
Yeah, it's been such a privilege and an honor to
be able to broadcast from Washington, d C. The nation's capital,
at ten o'clock every single night across the country. I
feel like I have a responsibility to bring people interesting
new information because, as you know, tutor time is our
most valuable resource, and so people are going to spend
it with me. I want it to be valuable and
(01:56):
worth it to them because it's something they're never going
to get back, and so we really every single day
try to put together a show that is helpful and
useful and also entertaining, sometimes by touching on a few
quirky stories here and there. We're also having a lot
of fun. But it's just been great. We've been hitting
the ground running. There's so much happening in Washington. It's
been fun to highlight some of the Freedom to fifty
(02:17):
events that are happening. I'm a daughter of the American Revolution,
so it's been really cool to see everything that the
Trump administration is doing to get ready for the two
hundred and fiftieth anniversary of America. So every day it's
just been kind of a whirlwind, but it's been really
awesome to be able to do this from where all
the action is.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
We've seen all these renovations in Washington, and we obviously
are not in Washington, so we're seeing it from Afar.
And we heard all about the painting of the pool
and it being like, oh my goodness, it's blue, So
tell us have you seen it?
Speaker 4 (02:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (02:49):
I went to see it on Sunday night, so it's
not totally full yet, and it was dark, and I've
seen the reflecting pool a million times. It's typically full
of algae and other creatures that are growing because it
seeps through the bottom. It's not an actual pool, and
so they drained it out. They try to drain it
out every couple of years to clean it up. But
(03:10):
the color is much better because it's not this like weird,
swampy green. It's now this what is called American flag blue.
And the reflection at night time is so much more prominent.
Usually you can see the Washington Monument, but at the
bottom of the monument you have all the American flags
and you can also see those reflecting, and you can
see the flags from the World War Two Memorial, which
(03:31):
is right on the other side of the Lincoln before
you get to the Washington reflecting in the water. So
it just looks absolutely beautiful. There's also all these fountains
around town that quite frankly, I have lived in the
DC area for sixteen years and I didn't know half
of them were actually fountains. I thought they were just
decaying statues. And they're cleaning them up and they're turning
(03:52):
them on and it makes a big difference. And you know,
this is the capital of the free world. It's a
city that belongs to all America. It should not just
be safe, but it should be beautiful. And I'm happy
that my taxes are going towards making it nice and
something we can be proud of.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
It's so interesting that I keep hearing Democrats freaking out
about this, that they actually even had a hearing like
complaining about them painting the bottom of the reflecting pool,
And that to me is stunning that that's where we are.
They have so little to offer the American people, they're
just going to argue about anything.
Speaker 3 (04:28):
Yeah, and especially when it comes to cleaning things up,
Like can't we just all get on board that we
should have a clean capital city, especially as the two
hundred and fiftieth anniversary of our great country comes along.
And for people who are against that, I just have
to you know, I guess it's because they are not
really proud of our country. They typically don't espouse the
(04:49):
nicest feelings towards America. They're interested in things like communists, architecture,
which are ugly. They don't like things to be beautiful,
So I guess it's just a different ideology. But I
think it's just the way they want things to be.
They want things to be miserable and ugly and awful
because a lot of them are these like socialist, communist
(05:09):
types who refuse to be proud of America. But for
those of us who are proud of America, I don't
know how you could be complaining about the capital city
becoming absolutely stunning, you know, beautiful, even more beautiful than
a number of European cities that I've been in over
the years. It looks incredible. And the thing that they've
been saying too is they'll say, like, well, the reflecting
(05:31):
pool just isn't going to reflect anymore. He's gonna do it.
He's just not going to reflect. And you go and
it's like, well it's reflecting, and it's reflecting even better
than I did before. So I think you just got
to let the process play itself out. And it's been
amazing to watch Secretary of Burghram too. He's been in
charge of all of these projects. We've been able to
talk to him a few times on the show, and
(05:51):
to get all of this done in the time for
the birthday is amazing. And also something that just opened
in DC or it's opening soon is underneath the Lincoln Memorial.
It's called the Undercroft, and it is twice as big
as a Lincoln Memorial. And it's all of these concrete
pillars that they built over one hundred years ago to
(06:13):
hold up the Lincoln Memorial. And they opened it up
and they're almost finished with it so the public can
go in and see the bottom. It's absolutely incredible. So
there's just a lot happening. And for those who are
saying we want it to be ugly forever, well, this
is America and we don't like communist infrastructure, so we're
gonna make it nice.
Speaker 5 (06:32):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
And you make such a great point about Secretary Burgham.
He is always so impressive. Every time we've had him on,
and he's come to Michigan multiple times. He is such
an impressive man. The cabinet in general. I love the
way this says that he has filled out the cabinet
and what it looks like and how the country has
moved forward under this administration. I want to play a
clip for you because I think it's going to be
somewhat surprising. This is from CNN and they were talking
(06:55):
about how people feel about the president on immigration, and
like I said, I think it's going to surprise you here.
Speaker 5 (07:01):
It is twenty first century president's immigration approval at this
point in term two. Guess who has the highest approval
in immigration.
Speaker 3 (07:07):
It's Donald John Trump who has.
Speaker 5 (07:09):
The highest approval on immigration forty two percent. Barack Obama
was just a thirty six percent. George W. Bush was
way down there at thirty percent. So this point, Republicans
are more trusted on immigration than Democrats are, and more
than that after the most consequential policies when it comes
to immigration of any president this century, Donald Trump has
the highest approval of any president on immigration at this
(07:32):
point in a second term.
Speaker 1 (07:34):
That kind of blows my mind that because I think
it's something that we all feel as Republicans. We feel this,
but it seems like it's really hard to get the
rest of the country on board. But to have the
highest of the past of Obama and Bush, I guess
we don't even consider Biden.
Speaker 3 (07:52):
President right where that I think you would have the
worst given how many people would just let into the
country those photos, and they're like, oh, it's a negative percentage.
We can't put it on the.
Speaker 2 (08:05):
Pole, right right. But I do think it's impressive that
I mean to me.
Speaker 1 (08:11):
It just goes to show that the average person just
naturally believes it's common sense to have a strong.
Speaker 3 (08:16):
Guess that is exactly it. It is common sense. And
I love how you CNN and also most of the
rest of the media classifies this as immigration. We're really
talking about illegal immigration. We're talking about border security, sovereignty.
And given all the screaming we've heard over the last
year and a half about President Trump's interior enforcement, which
(08:37):
means ICE going into cities across the country and getting
these bad people, gangs, criminals out of people's streets. People
want that. They don't want these people in their communities,
killing their daughters, stealing from them, committing crimes with no consequences.
And you're seeing some of these jurisdictions in Northern Virginia,
(08:58):
for example, it's one of them where they're doing the
opposite and there are serious consequences for you know, they
basically give it legal aliens to get out of jail
free card, no matter how heinous the crime is, simply
because they're illegal and the country is not for that.
They believe in sovereignty, they believe in a secure border,
they believe in getting criminal aliens out of the country.
They believe in doing things the right way. If you
(09:18):
want to come to this country and become a citizen,
you should get in line and do it properly and
actually understand the privilege that that is what it takes
to be an American, not just to come to the
country and take from the country, but to actually contribute
to the country. And the way that Democrats have handled
this by equating American citizenship with anybody who walks across
(09:39):
the border, has been a total failure in terms of
a policy position for them. And the bottom line too,
is that illegal immigration touches every single part of our society,
whether it's healthcare costs, school costs, housing costs. Of course,
housing skyrocketed under Joe Biden for a lot of reasons,
but one of the main ones is because when you
put fifteen million new people in the country, they tend
(10:02):
to take over places that people will want to live,
especially for lower and middle class income in America. So
it's hard for people to find housing. It's a jobs issue,
it's a wage cutting issue, undercutting issue. So illegal immigration
touches every part of society, and Republicans have been specifically
Donald Trump have had a better response to that and
(10:22):
listening to what the working class wants and the majority
of Americans when it comes to this issue, despite all
of the media screaming and from Democrats in Washington who
are completely out of touch with what the average American
thinks about this issue.
Speaker 1 (10:34):
Well they are out of touch. I mean CNN is
saying that too. They went on and they talked about
Democrats a little bit. So we'll play this for you
and get your reaction to this one. It comes to
the voters and they're looking at these two options. What
do they want to see from Democrats when it comes
to immigration?
Speaker 2 (10:48):
Where are Democrats failing?
Speaker 5 (10:49):
And yeah, okay, where are Democrats failing? Because look at this,
you got a fifteen point switch er room right, Republicans
are doing something right in the voter's minds. But more
than that, Democrats are doing something wrong. What do voters
want from Democrats? They want them to moderate, That's what
they want. They want Democrats to move to the center
on immigration. Immigration. Dem should move to the center. We're
talking about fifty nine percent of all voters. But more
(11:11):
than that, look at this, there is wide agreement across
socioeconomic classes and racial and ethnicity classes. Look at this,
fifty one percent of black voters, fifty four percent of
Latino voters, fifty nine percent of white college voters, and
sixty seven percent that's come over to Erica Sidstream sixty
percent of white non college voters all agree they want
Democrats to move to the center on immigration. Just eighteen percent,
(11:35):
just eighteen percent of voters want Democrats to shift to
the left on immigration. So part of this is Donald
Trump and the Republican Party and what they're implementing on immigration,
but it's also what Democrats are offering, and at this
point what Americans think and voters think that Democrats are offering.
They are offering an agenda that is too far to
the left on immigration.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
When you see those numbers, I mean, what does this
mean for Texas. You've got white no college almost seventy
fifty four percent for Latinos that are saying they want
moderation on immigration. That's not where James Tylerico is. So
what does that mean for that big Senate race.
Speaker 3 (12:11):
Well, that first slide they showed independence plus fourteen on
the GOP side, thinking that they're handling this issue in
a better way than the Democrats. And it's because the
Democrats policy is extreme. They've tried to paint the Trump
administration or anybody who wants some kind of enforcement as extreme.
When open borders are extreme. Letting in fifteen million plus
(12:32):
people is extreme. Opening the door to people who have
criminal records, violent gangs to countries all over the world,
what terrorism ties into the country is extreme. So I'm
always skeptical of what moderation really means. But when you
look at the policies that have been put forth by
this administration and the ones that people like, that means
(12:52):
they want enforcement, they want border security, they want ICE
to be able to do its job. And the Left,
when you ask them these questions, including James tall Rico
in Texas, their response to illegal immigration is to open
the border again, basically, to tear down any kind of
border wall that we have, and to give illegal immigrants
the same rights that American citizens have, including things like
free healthcare, taxpayer funded healthcare in places like California and
(13:15):
New York, et cetera. So you know, free daycare, everything
is free for them. So I don't think the average
person agrees with that, and it's fundamentally unfair. In the end,
when it comes to where the taxpayer resources go. But
the left is constantly just like a free for all.
They're blurring the line constantly between American citizenship and just
(13:36):
being here as an illegal alien. And I don't think
the Americans actually believe in that at all. Based on
those numbers.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
No, and I kind of wonder if this is going
to be a big issue. I had been feeling like
in the midterms this wasn't going to be an issue
because it seemed like this is solved, right, so now
we don't feel it as much. We don't feel these
massive numbers coming across the border. We don't see kids
that are being from their families. They're just not coming.
So it felt like this was kind of put to bed. However,
(14:05):
that's not where the Democrats are. We've got a candidate
in Colorado. His name is Manny Routinell. I just want
to say a little bit about this guy. He is
a radical. He wants to get rid of any type
of meat. He wants to get rid of any cattle
ranches out there in Colorado because he worked at a
nonprofit that did invested in getting rid of meat altogether.
(14:26):
He believes that that creates greenhouse gases. But this is
what he said in his recent debate on immigration. So
we'll play this and then we'll get your response to that.
Speaker 6 (14:37):
Does President Trump deserve credit for the significant drop off
in illegal border crossings?
Speaker 2 (14:42):
Mister Rutell, No, why is that?
Speaker 7 (14:45):
I think that what he's doing right now shouldn't receive
any credit at all. He is terrorizing Latino immigrants across
this country, setting up horrific conditions. We need to make
sure that we have an immigration system that is comprehensive
with a pathway to citizenship.
Speaker 6 (15:00):
To clarify, who does deserve credit for the significant drop
off in illegal border crossings?
Speaker 7 (15:04):
This is something that I need to explore further.
Speaker 1 (15:06):
So, even though we saw those numbers saying that fifty
four percent of Latinos approve of this border, they want
more moderation on the border, he's claiming that he can't
even give Trump credit for this.
Speaker 2 (15:17):
How does that play out?
Speaker 3 (15:18):
It's so delusional. It's just not true, right, It's just
not true. It's like telling people the border is closed
when you can see thousands of people every single day
coming across the border. It's just not true. Now you
can you could he could give credit to President TRUP
for closing the border and then say he disagrees with it,
like acknowledge reality of what's happening, and then move forward.
(15:40):
Why you think it's better. But this idea that he
hasn't stopped this crisis is a joke. And I think
when it comes to these policies in particular, people I
think have PTSD about what happened. I think that the
images of thousands of people being under the bridge in Texas,
them seeing these influxes into towns all over the country,
being forced to pay to take these people on a
(16:02):
bus or a plane two places like New York City,
to the hotels that they were in for months on
end that were taxpayer funded. I think people actually remember
that and they don't want to go back. And when
you look at the polling, particularly for the midterms, you know,
Republicans aren't necessarily the best position, but Democrats are in
a worse position. So when it comes to voting, if
(16:23):
people are going to go vote, they don't want to
vote for Democrats. They might not like exactly what the
Republicans are offering, or maybe feel like the economy could
be a little bit better for them, you know, in particular,
but they don't like what the Democrats have been doing,
and they look around and think, what are they offering
me other than delusion for solving these very real problems.
And when it comes to this being an issue, like
(16:44):
you said, it's solved on the border because the border
is closed, right, so you can't use that as a
thing to show people anymore. But it's clear to me
that the left is trying to make it an issue,
which is why you're seeing these ice riots outside of
things like Delaney Hall and New Jersey with the far
left trying to create this moment where they can use
it and say that Trump and the administration and Republicans
are being too extreme on this issue. They're they're shooting,
(17:06):
they're murdering people in the streets, which is not what's happening,
but they're trying to create a moment that changes the
narrative to them to try and say that the Trump
administration is too extreme when their policies of just a
free for all or something that voters have rejected election
after election.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
Well, it has been interesting because I don't I think
you're right, they have no message and they I think
they would love to have the border reopen because it
does give them something to kind of battle over, but
they haven't had really a message going forward into these
into these midterms. They keep kind of stumbling over what
actually the American people want. So we saw this fraud
(17:44):
across the country. In Michigan, I know, one of the
top issues has been government corruption. So every time somebody
shows me a poll, it's like people are worried about
government corruption. I think that's probably also indicative of how
people feel nationwide. But Hikim Jeffries was asked about they
are so obsessed with Trump. You have to listen to
his response on us here it is the.
Speaker 6 (18:05):
House Republicans on the oversight and that he have released
this report on fraud in Minnesota, targeting Tim Wolves, targeting
Keith Ellison. Do you think that this is just about
trying to get those two figures or do you think
that there's actually something that Ellison and Wolves have to
say for themselves.
Speaker 8 (18:21):
The House Republicans, I'm not serious about rooting out waste,
fraud and abuse in the United States of America. You
know why because the biggest fraud being perpetrated on the
people of this country right now is coming out of
sixteen hundred Pennsylvania Avenue.
Speaker 1 (18:35):
I think this kind of stuff used to work for
politicians where you just pivot and you throw something else
out there, and Trump broke that because he actually answers
the questions. So now I think people, the American people
see through this. Maybe I'm wrong. What's your take on that?
Speaker 3 (18:52):
I think you're absolutely correct. Like they are so politically
invested into going against Trump as like they're robotic. Now
that's just their automatic answer, and they don't want to
actually say what their policies are because they're highly unpopular
with the American people. So them, it's not that they
don't have a policy position. They do, they just refuse
to say it because they know that it's unpopular. This
(19:14):
is why you're seeing moderates like Abigail Spamberger, for example,
running for governor in Virginia, and then as soon as
she gets into office, she reverts back to her far
left self because she knows that people don't want to
vote for the far left. So they hide it until
they're in power, and then they implement these policies because
they just quite thankfully, they don't care about what the
voters think anymore. Just by democracy, of course. But when
(19:34):
it comes to what he was saying about the fraud.
Democrats claim to be the party of the working class.
Fraud is the stolen labor of everyday Americans who pay taxes.
It is their labor that is stolen from them by
fraud stirs. I mean, I was in Ohio last week
and I interviewed Attorney General Blanche and FBI Director Cash
(19:57):
Puttel about this. Because they were in Ohio talking about
ho Ohio opened their books, allowed them to work together
with local law enforcement. They found a fraudster there. Maybe
it wasn't there, but on the FBI's now ten top
fraudster list who stole a billion plus dollars from the
American taxpayer. One guy. Now, if you're a Democrat, wouldn't
you be upset that your constituents are paying taxes every
(20:20):
two weeks for services that you say that you want.
Social services, government programs, Medicaid, medicare, hospice programs, programs for
people who need them, who don't have the means to
help themselves that they need things like autism care for
their kids. They can't afford it. So there are these
programs that are supposed to be there to help them.
The fraudsters are stealing that from your constituents who are
(20:42):
supposed to benefit from it, and yet your only response
is to go after Donald Trump. It just shows that
they're so out of touch with the normal person that
they're supposed to be representing, which is their constituent. They're
supposed to be vouching for them, and on the fraud thing,
it's like they're stealing from the taxpayer. It seems like
that should be something everyone should get on board with,
(21:03):
unless unless Democrats are benefiting from the fraud through NGOs
that are working for them on their campaigns or somehow
benefiting financially. There was two state workers in Ohio that
were indicted as a result of helping these fraudsters gain
the system, and that's happening all over the country.
Speaker 1 (21:19):
It's so much money, and I do think that there
are people who are constantly recognizing that there's a way
to grift off of the federal government. There are all
these programs out there, and there are people across the country.
I mean, obviously that's what's happening in Minnesota, but Ohio,
I think you're going to find out that there's some
of that in main Also, I think it's happening across
(21:40):
the country. One of the things that you said, I
don't have this clip, but I just saw it the
other day, what you said about Abigail Spamberger getting in
and just totally saying I don't care about what my
own constituents want said there Withdrail right right, I don't right.
I campaigned on something totally different. Gretchen Whitmer was caught
(22:01):
on a hot mic recently saying they said to her,
you know, how do you get these data centers and
stuff in here? And she was like, oh, when I campaign,
I say, oh, hell no. And then once we're in office,
we do whatever we want. And to me, that should
be I mean, that should be disqualifying forever running for
office again. But honestly, I do think that that is
(22:22):
it's just get in, get the power, no matter what.
And I think there's somewhat being exposed on this. And
I would say that because I do believe that that's
what we're seeing in Maine right now with grand Plattner.
And I feel like even if they replaced him, because
you know, we looked this up and we're like, oh,
they can actually replace him after the primary, which is
unique but it could happen even if they replace him.
Speaker 2 (22:45):
All of those people that are on record.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
Coming out and saying, oh yeah, we love him, the
Bernie Sanders, the Elizabeth Warren. Rocanna, I think has been
the most egregious, and we do have a clip of
him saying that there's no evidence of violence, that all
of this is just toxicity. I want to play this
because I think for both of us as women, we
know what toxicity is, and it is abuse.
Speaker 2 (23:09):
So here's what he had to say.
Speaker 4 (23:11):
My view is that even according to the New York
Times piece, they said there was no harm, no injury,
there was toxic toxicity and there was a verbal intimidation,
which I condemn. But the Graham has made it clear
that there was no evidence of Levens. That to me
is a red line.
Speaker 1 (23:28):
His red line is just is just violence. But he
knows that there was verbal intimidation and he condemns that.
But that can still you can still be a senator.
It blows my mind.
Speaker 3 (23:38):
This Grand Platiner situation is such a good example of,
as you said, power at all costs. There's the women's issue.
So Rocana has been screaming for months about the Epstein files,
and yet now all of a sudden, he's totally fine
with you know, Graham Platner abuser and denying the on
the record claims in the New York Times from women
(23:58):
who knew him very well and there him physically abusing them.
Then of course you have the fact that Democrats four
years have put Republicans in danger by accusing them of
being Nazis, of being fascists. And now you have a
guy who had a not just a Nazi tattoo, not
just like a swastika, he had a Nazi death camp
(24:20):
tattoo for eighteen years until he wanted to run for office,
and he's like, oh, I better cover this up. And
they're fine with the guy having a Nazi tattoo, even
though they put Republicans in danger by claiming they were
Nazis for years and years. Then he's of course a
total fraud when it comes to being a working class guy.
He is a trust fund kid. His mom is his
(24:41):
really only customer for his oyster farm, which happens to
be on his friend's island. It's not like he has
this oyster farm that he makes a living off. And
of course he's embarrassing the military by all the things
that he said about fellow soldiers and claiming that that
was the ethos of the Marine Corps. I've talked to
a number of my friends who were in the Marines
who were disgusted by this guy that he was even
(25:03):
ever part of that, and that he's using this to
gain political power. So everything that Democrats have been arguing
that are not on policy but on accusations on character
for the last ten plus years is completely falling apart.
Whether it's the women's issue, whether it's the Nazi issue,
all for the sake of taking out Susan Collins, the
(25:24):
woman who votes in the middle all the time, who
voted to impeach Donald Trump, we have to nominate a
Nazi guy to beat her. That proves that it's power
at all costs, no matter what. And to have people
like Chuck Schumer shameless saying he'll back Graham Platner. Really,
I don't think that can take them seriously ever again
(25:45):
when it comes to these issues.
Speaker 1 (25:47):
So I think there's two things here. I think that
it's power at all costs, But I also think that
in their minds they can Joe Biden him at any moment.
They can Eric Swawla him at any moment they will go.
They actually are letting him go through the primary and
saying we'll let the people choose. But then if the
people choose him and he turns out that he is
no good, if his polling goes down, we're going to
(26:09):
get rid of democracy altogether and we'll put something new in.
I mean, that's the democracy.
Speaker 3 (26:13):
Thing, right, Yeah. Democracy is fine until it's not, and
then we have to just yank them out and put
whoever we want in.
Speaker 1 (26:20):
I think it's crazy that's their game plan. And what
blows my mind is like the media at some point
has to turn and go. I mean I've seen like
little little bits of little inklings of women, especially in
the media, that are like, but you're really gonna.
Speaker 2 (26:34):
Be okay with this? It has they have to feel betrayed.
Speaker 3 (26:38):
Yeah, right, Like, oh, these are our supposed fellow I
guess comrades Democratic Party. These are the people who you know,
said they were standing up for these issues, uh for
so long, and now all of a sudden they don't anymore.
I mean, is this really the best we can do?
I think Also it's a it's like a low expectation thing,
(26:58):
like is this really the best guy the Cross can
find in Maine. And the truth is that it's not
the Democrats finding them, it's the Democratic Socialist of America.
They're the ones who have this strategy where they're going
through these primaries, in Democratic primaries across the country and
picking off quote moderate Democrats and I say that lightly,
and installing people like Graham Platter, installing people like Zora Mombody.
(27:21):
This is not a one off. This is something they
are doing across the country in order to take over
the Democratic Party and ultimately take over the country. That's
what they're doing.
Speaker 1 (27:29):
So liberal women in America are slowly finding out that
these radical, radical progressives will ultimately not care about them.
I mean, it reminds me of JH. Palestine. I'm like,
what are you thinking.
Speaker 3 (27:43):
Yep, that's going to accuse you while they can, and
then they'll get you alive. It's like feeding an alligator
and hoping it doesn't eat you. Last.
Speaker 1 (27:50):
Absolutely, it's been very interesting to watch. I think the
midterms will be very interesting. These numbers. I'm loving these
numbers because right now it's June. I wouldn't love these
numbers honestly if it were January, because I feel like
there's in January, there's time for them to figure this
out and recover. But as I watch these numbers in
June and I look at what they're doing, I'm like,
they're not even trying to recover.
Speaker 2 (28:12):
And I see the numbers that some of.
Speaker 1 (28:14):
The people that are working on the political operation outside
of the White House now are putting out, I'm like,
this looks very good for Republicans. Suddenly, come November, if
we continue on this track, I think that there's a
good chance that we break tradition and this time we
actually hold the House in the Senate, which I think
would be great.
Speaker 3 (28:33):
And the redistricting fight that the Democrats started is backfiring,
so that would also helpful in terms of the number
of districts that are available to either flip or keep red. Well.
Speaker 2 (28:44):
I think it's going to be fascinating.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
I'd love to have you back to talk about it
as we get closer. In the meantime, we're going to
go to Katie Pavlich's show on News Nation every night
at ten o'clock.
