had to change his rankings though. But it's pretty funny.

music news. That I threw together from the past couple

So we've thought we just would give you something for
a Memorial Day as we enjoy ourselves. Now back to
your Memorial Day, what are you gonna do?

Well, My sister and her husband and my niece are
visiting us from Los Angeles, so it's a short trip
and I'm just letting them decide what we do, like
normally if I know. And it was also like she
literally sprung this upon us, like at the beginning of
the week, so like less than like a week ago
she told us. And I'm like, ugh, I'm not going

to make plans, Like I'm always the one to make plans,
I'm always the one to like arrange this, so we
can all go do this and we can do that.
I'm like, whatever you guys want to do, we'll do.
So we've had a pretty chill weekend, so maybe today
we just get in the.

Pool, and how's your health to do things? Are you
okay to do everything? Are you back to one hundred
percent or where are you with that?
Speaker 3 (03:25):
I would say I'm at eighty five percent now, So
it's an upgrade from eighty percent a week ago or so.
Speaker 2 (03:31):
Okay, what's the fifteen that's holding you back? Are you
just tired or what is it?
Speaker 3 (03:36):
I'm tired, but I think that's also just my well,
it's two things. It's my body still not fully fully recovered.
But also I've totally given up on caffeine, thankfully, and
now it's just like, if you don't have any artificial
stimulants like caffeine, your body shuts down on you a
lot of times and you have to just honor that.
So I've been doing a really good job of getting

my eight hours of sleep every night, and that requires discipline,
you know, like I could stay working and do this
and that, but instead, you know, time to shut it
down and get and get rest. And also I just
don't like that I'm still on a lot of medicine.
I'm still on two antibiotics and my my blood dinners
blood dinners. Yes that word. Yeah, I was like, what's that.

Called brain bog? Yeah he's got that too.

I do think I still have that.
Speaker 2 (04:22):
Yeah, Well it makes sense, I mean it totally does.
You went through something pretty traumatic, but.

Yeah, I feel I'm just I'm good, I'm grateful and
things are good.

that she's the I mean, I guess it could be real.
She's the first artist to have the lead single from
their first three albums debut at number one. Really, that

number one singles from their first three albums, but the
songs just didn't debut at number one because you know,
back in the day, it used to be really hard

It's interesting the last few Ariana albums have had two
great songs. I mean, I guess that's all you really need, right,
just two great songs on one album.

I disagree. I think you're saying two hit songs. I
loved her last record, and there are songs like Ghosting
and these songs that are so good and real and
awesome that she just doesn't release. So I'm gonna disagree
with that a little bit. I think she's a lot
better than she gets credit for. Well, and doesn't chase singles.

she's quitting or leaving this Broadway musical that she's been

starring in. Early she's been in Mulin Rouge the musical
as Harold's Zidler, and she's leaving two weeks before her
planned departure date and didn't give a reason why. And
she's only been in the show since March twenty fourth,
like you've only been doing it a month and a half.
I don't think some people realize how hard and grueling

a Broadway schedule is. They work six days a week,
eight shows a week, and it's intense. I mean, I
don't think that that'll stop her from getting other opportunities.
Speaker 2 (10:43):
But lame, I see, yeah, very lame. We have the
same problem in radio. It's funny because when the whole
Influencers thing kind of broke, they were like, hey, We'll
get some of these people and put them on the radio.
They show up for about three days. They don't even
make it a week. They just can't take the schedule,
the grueling, every day, new show, new content, you're waking
up at for am. It's a schedule. It's a grind.
Speaker 3 (11:05):
Give me an example of an influencer that did that.
Speaker 2 (11:09):
We had won it amp and you know me, I
don't know any of their names. I wish I did,
and it was somebody that was like a co host,
you know. It's like you add someone to the show, yes, yes,
saying I have been tried a couple of times in
bigger markets. They're like, oh, let's glom onto their thing,
and it just typically doesn't work, you know, because of
the schedule. The schedule is just a bit.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
Yeah, you know, and it's not easy. People think it's not.
Talking is easy, but there's a real art to it.
Speaker 2 (11:37):
Talking is easy. Being interesting is the hard part.
Speaker 3 (11:40):
Now, I wouldn't even say talking is easy. There's some
people that can't even talk.

Well, that's a good point. I've got a lot of like,
you know, like no, I don't know, I'm sitting in
my car. I'm here for you. To tell me what
I know, or they.

a kid at the time. I guess i'd have been
twenty three, twenty four years old. Howard was my idol

I came in, they heard my show and they were like, look,
you're really good, but we kind of feel like you're
rated PG, and we kind of want you to be

rated R. And I never had actually had one. GM
kind of say the same thing, but that's another story.
But they were basically saying, just go for it, and
I went for it, And I mean I was nuts.
I was on the air, I had naked girls in
the studio.

Oh wow.

I did the nuttiest shit. It was so fun as
raunchy as I could possibly be, I was, and it worked.
We got ratings and it was great. But long story short,
somebody called up and said, your show sucks. You're terrible.
You stink at this. I go, what's your name?
Speaker 3 (12:58):
He was like?
Speaker 2 (12:58):
Bill? Then I go, I'll tell you what, Bill, Why
don't you come up here tomorrow night and I'm gonna
give you my radio show for thirty minutes. I go,
you can do anything you want. Matter of fact, it'll
be the Bill Show. It's gonna be Bill on the
air here tonight, and it's gonna be awesome. But I'll
promote it. I'm gonna tell everybody about it. You just
come up here. Ain't thirty tomorrow night? The Bill Show?
So the whole night I talked about the whole next day,

I'm talking about the Bill Show's coming. Bill thinks I
suck on the radio. So he's coming in tonight and
he's gonna entertain you. You guys. It's gonna be great
the Bill Show. So Bill comes walking in. The lights
are on, the microphone is live, the stage is set.
Bill nothing. He looks at me.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
What do I say? What do I say?
Speaker 2 (13:41):
And I go, hey, man, it's the Bill Show. You'll
come up with something to say. That guy walked out
of there with his tail tucked between his legs, and
he was like, I had no idea what you do.
I go, well, when you make it look easy, that
means you're pretty good. You know what I mean that
anyone thinks they can do it, anyone can't do it
to your point, it's very hard. Takes a lot of
skill and time to figure out what your wrap is.

But yeah, the Bill.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
Show, I got to give a shout out. Then you
know I'm old and I still listen to the radio
when I'm in the car. Also because I have an
older car and I don't have my phone linked up
to it, so I'm not playing like my Apple playlists
or anything like that. I love listening to the oldies
station and shout out to the morning DJ. There Carla, Carla,

Carla Ray, I think it's her name, like she's an
old lesbian and I love it. This morning, she was
talking about how the show makes a difference in people's
lives and how somebody texted the show that he was
dying of cancer and you never know how you can
impact others. That was that was this morning, and then
yesterday they were going through a list of like America's

favorite fast food restaurants and.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
It's fun.

Yeah you do that on your show now?
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Oh god, all the time, I mean, we talk about
fast food so often and I don't even know why,
because people love it. They have an opinion. You could
do an hour on best fries and you'd be shocked.
You'd be like, Del Taco has the best fries, and
people swear that Del Taco has the best fries. You
could go on for days when it comes to fast
food and.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
Do you come up with this stuff? And does a
producer do?
Speaker 2 (15:15):

Great thing about radio is you walk in every day
it's a blank canvas and you got to be like, well,
gotta do what I did yesterday, but with different words

the radio peeps. Yeah, all right, speaking of divas. From
Megan the Stallion to Beyonce. There's been a lot of
rumors that are need Beyonce album is upon us, really,
so much so that her publicist took to social media
to shoot down those reports, like not even rumors. Reports

from a British tabloid, The Sun, published that the Beyonce
album is coming out soon, but her publicist said that's
not true. And I think the publicist may be lying.
I don't know, That's all I'm saying. I don't have
any concrete information, just a feeling that the publicist is
lying for Beyonce, like Beyonce was upset. But then I

try as succinctly as possible to give the backstory.

Okay, good, because I have no idea. I've seen the
bee thing back and forth, but I couldn't understand it.

You have no idea. All right, all of these girly
are mothers and the main players, although there are other
women involved who are not famous. You know, they're you know,
a stylist or whatever, the realtor. I don't know. I'm
making up professions now, but the main personalities are Ashley Tisdale,
Hillary Duff, Mandy Moore, and Megan Trainer. A little bit ago,

I forget. It might have been a couple months ago,
a few months ago, not that long ago. Ashley Tisdale
is bringing it back to the blogs. She's got a blog,
and she wrote a blog post about a falling out
that she had with her mommy group that she was
a part of. Now I must be fair, because I

like to be fair. She didn't name any women, she
just said the mommy group. But people are not idiots,
and they could deduce whom she was talking about, whom
her mommy group was. She would be hanging out with
all of these other famous female and they would even
go on vacation together. So she talked about how eventually
she started to like an outsider. She started to notice

that text groups were forming within the group, and that
she wasn't included in the text groups and events what happen,
and she would not be invited to the Mommy Group events,
and that she would see it on social media, and
that she became sad about this and it became toxic.
So she decided to leave the Mommy Group and she
wrote about it on her blog. I truly love all

four of these women. I love Ashley and Mandy and
Megan and Hillary.

He met and interviewed every single one of them.

Yeah, me too, I love them all. And I don't
think it's a bad thing to state in opinion that
once was enough. I believe sharing your story is your right.

But last week she shared her story, the same fucking
story again, Ashley Tisdale. After she had already initially wrote
about everything on her blog, she wrote an essay for
The Cut. You know that publication. No, it's New York magazine,
thing from New York, so basically New York magazine. What

was the point of telling your same exact story in
written form a second time?

Relevance?

I guess, well, yeah, exactly, That's my only thought. But
she already got relevance because the initial go round. Though
it didn't get as much attention as this time around,
it still got attention and it got her side of
things out there and she can get it off her chest. Listen,
I'm all for that, But these people are not me. Okay,
they're actual celebrities and they don't need to engage in

the activities that I do. Like I'm going to beat
a story to the ground. I'm going to talk about
my fallout with Lady Gaga a hundred times if I
get asked about it, because I don't have any reputation
or image that I'm trying to protect or maintain, and
I don't care. But these are traditional celebrities, and I
think the second essay was a mistake from Ashley Tisdale's part.

Okay, I'm following you, and I do mostly agree with you.
I think maybe you're giving them more credit because of
their celebrity that they don't have to continuously go back
to a Well, let's use an example of if somebody
goes out and promotes a movie, they tell the same
story five thousand times. At the end of the day,
she's trying to promote something, whether it be her blog, newsletter,

whatever the hell it.

Is she's got products also that she sells. It's everything.
There you go, her brand, Ashley Inc.

And she's been strategic about it. Also if you look back,
she's been making moves which I think are clearly calculated.
Like another move that she made was to rebrand and
she's going now by Ashley French. Okay, that's her husband's name.

She never named names, right, No, But here's where it
gets even better. I would say my favorite development in
this drama is when the husband's got in the picture, right,
multiple husbands. Oh god, It's like there's just so many
layers and I this is the this is from back
in my day. These are my girls. You have to remember,

none of these women are perfect. They all have drama.
They all exactly I know, I know.

Quite infamously, Hillary Duff is estranged from her sister. Oh
I didn't know that, Yeah, Hailey, Yeah, they're estranged, sadly.

Oh huh, sadly. I actually think I met them together
like sundance or something.

And also quite infamously, Ashley Tisdale is estranged from her
former like bf F Vanessa Hudgens and her high school
musical co star and they were inseparable for like over
a deck, for almost two decades. You know. But people,
some relationships are not forever, and you learn that in
life sadly friendships as well, obviously. And there's some theories

as to, you know, why Ashley may have felt and
been excluded. Some people speculate that it might have something
to do with politics, and she's more on the conservative side.
But Tisdale's publicist this week felt compelled to on the
record let everybody know that she is not republican. Republican
and is a registered Democrat. But you could be a

registered Democrat and still be conservative. Does that make sense, Yeah,
especially compared to your more Hollywood liberal friends.

You know, right, Look, we're still making assumptions here.

Yes, yes, but but but but the fact that her
publicist felt compelled to release that statement.

Well, she doesn't want that out there. I get that.
You don't want to be you don't want to be
anchored to that sinking ship right now in any way.
And that may be the line for a lot of people,
especially if you're not right, especially if you're not you
don't want to be lumped in with those people.

Yeah, like I would, I would actually say that, like
I'm a centrist democrat or I don't even like using
the word democrat though, it's like I'm just a centrist
and maybe she's that way as well. I'm a centrist
who's a registered Democrat. Theory, Well, first of.

All, you know, you're piling on the whole. It was
politics theory when you look at these chains, right, Like
I'm in family chains, which I dip out of all
of the fucking time and put on mute, and I'm like,
get me the fuck out, you know what I mean,
Because some people have too much fucking time on their hands.

Yeah, and that's why I hate what's happened.

Oh my god, people are paying you all goddamn day
because they have nothing to fucking do. And I'm like, yeah,
I'm trying to fucking make a living here and you're

and it's like, I don't fucking care. So I mean,
it could be just as simple as hey, I got
things going on, or this conversation might have to do
about boy kids instead of girl kids. And the minutia

It wasn't just the politics of it all. There are
also some people sources that are saying that a lot
of it became worse after the LA wildfires, and that
they feel that Ashley didn't step up and help her
friends or even check in on them much at all,
whereas Hillary Duff took in Mandy Moore and her family

and they stayed the Moors stayed with the Duffs. So
it seems like it's a bunch of things, and obviously
Ashley's personality and how she is according to sources, which
actually that's really what it boils down to.

Yeah. And then I had something similar happen. I went
with Ashley to see a show in Orange County at
the Performing Arts Center there. I forget what show we
went to see. I think, oh, I think it was
either Flashdance or Footloose. So it was a while ago.
I went with her and her now husband. I think
they were just dating all the time. I drove us
down to Orange County. We saw the show, and then afterwards,

she didn't want to take a picture with the cast,
but I happily took a picture with everybody, right, And
I'm like, weird that she wouldn't take a picture with
the cast. I don't know, like whatever, but I don't.
But she's always nice to me, and it's like whatever,
maybe she listened. I'm gonna give both benefit of the doubt.
Ashley and Vanessa. It's like some women are very particular,
like they're not fully done up, they're not in makeup.

literally sprung this upon us, like at the beginning of
the week, so like less than like a week ago
she told us. And I'm like, ugh, I'm not going

to make plans, Like I'm always the one to make plans,
I'm always the one to like arrange this, so we
can all go do this and we can do that.
I'm like, whatever you guys want to do, we'll do.
So we've had a pretty chill weekend, so maybe today
we just get in the.

Pool, and how's your health to do things? Are you
okay to do everything? Are you back to one hundred
percent or where are you with that?
Speaker 3 (03:25):
I would say I'm at eighty five percent now, So
it's an upgrade from eighty percent a week ago or so.

Okay, what's the fifteen that's holding you back? Are you
just tired or what is it?
Speaker 3 (03:36):
I'm tired, but I think that's also just my well,
it's two things. It's my body still not fully fully recovered.
But also I've totally given up on caffeine, thankfully, and
now it's just like, if you don't have any artificial
stimulants like caffeine, your body shuts down on you a
lot of times and you have to just honor that.
So I've been doing a really good job of getting

my eight hours of sleep every night, and that requires discipline,
you know, like I could stay working and do this
and that, but instead, you know, time to shut it
down and get and get rest. And also I just
don't like that I'm still on a lot of medicine.
I'm still on two antibiotics and my my blood dinners
blood dinners. Yes that word. Yeah, I was like, what's that.

Called brain bog? Yeah he's got that too.

I do think I still have that.

Yeah, Well it makes sense, I mean it totally does.
You went through something pretty traumatic, but.

starring in. Early she's been in Mulin Rouge the musical
as Harold's Zidler, and she's leaving two weeks before her
planned departure date and didn't give a reason why. And
she's only been in the show since March twenty fourth,
like you've only been doing it a month and a half.
I don't think some people realize how hard and grueling

a Broadway schedule is. They work six days a week,
eight shows a week, and it's intense. I mean, I
don't think that that'll stop her from getting other opportunities.

But lame, I see, yeah, very lame. We have the
same problem in radio. It's funny because when the whole
Influencers thing kind of broke, they were like, hey, We'll
get some of these people and put them on the radio.
They show up for about three days. They don't even
make it a week. They just can't take the schedule,
the grueling, every day, new show, new content, you're waking
up at for am. It's a schedule. It's a grind.

Give me an example of an influencer that did that.

We had won it amp and you know me, I
don't know any of their names. I wish I did,
and it was somebody that was like a co host,
you know. It's like you add someone to the show, yes, yes,
saying I have been tried a couple of times in
bigger markets. They're like, oh, let's glom onto their thing,
and it just typically doesn't work, you know, because of
the schedule. The schedule is just a bit.

Yeah, you know, and it's not easy. People think it's not.
Talking is easy, but there's a real art to it.

kind of say the same thing, but that's another story.
But they were basically saying, just go for it, and

I was on the air, I had naked girls in
the studio.

I did the nuttiest shit. It was so fun as
raunchy as I could possibly be, I was, and it worked.
We got ratings and it was great. But long story short,
somebody called up and said, your show sucks. You're terrible.
You stink at this. I go, what's your name?

He was like?
Speaker 2 (12:58):
Bill? Then I go, I'll tell you what, Bill, Why
don't you come up here tomorrow night and I'm gonna
give you my radio show for thirty minutes. I go,
you can do anything you want. Matter of fact, it'll
be the Bill Show. It's gonna be Bill on the
air here tonight, and it's gonna be awesome. But I'll
promote it. I'm gonna tell everybody about it. You just
come up here. Ain't thirty tomorrow night? The Bill Show?
So the whole night I talked about the whole next day,
(13:20):
I'm talking about the Bill Show's coming. Bill thinks I
suck on the radio. So he's coming in tonight and
he's gonna entertain you. You guys. It's gonna be great
the Bill Show. So Bill comes walking in. The lights
are on, the microphone is live, the stage is set.
Bill nothing. He looks at me.
Speaker 3 (13:38):
What do I say? What do I say?
Speaker 2 (13:41):
And I go, hey, man, it's the Bill Show. You'll
come up with something to say. That guy walked out
of there with his tail tucked between his legs, and
he was like, I had no idea what you do.
I go, well, when you make it look easy, that
means you're pretty good. You know what I mean that
anyone thinks they can do it, anyone can't do it
to your point, it's very hard. Takes a lot of
skill and time to figure out what your wrap is.

But yeah, the Bill.
Speaker 3 (14:05):
Show, I got to give a shout out. Then you
know I'm old and I still listen to the radio
when I'm in the car. Also because I have an
older car and I don't have my phone linked up
to it, so I'm not playing like my Apple playlists
or anything like that. I love listening to the oldies
station and shout out to the morning DJ. There Carla, Carla,

Carla Ray, I think it's her name, like she's an
old lesbian and I love it. This morning, she was
talking about how the show makes a difference in people's
lives and how somebody texted the show that he was
dying of cancer and you never know how you can
impact others. That was that was this morning, and then
yesterday they were going through a list of like America's

favorite fast food restaurants and.
Speaker 2 (14:54):
It's fun.
Speaker 3 (14:54):
Yeah you do that on your show now?
Speaker 2 (14:56):
Oh god, all the time, I mean, we talk about
fast food so often and I don't even know why,
because people love it. They have an opinion. You could
do an hour on best fries and you'd be shocked.
You'd be like, Del Taco has the best fries, and
people swear that Del Taco has the best fries. You
could go on for days when it comes to fast
food and.
Speaker 3 (15:13):
Do you come up with this stuff? And does a
producer do?
Speaker 2 (15:15):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (15:15):
You do?
Speaker 2 (15:16):
You start yours and Striker will give me his.
Speaker 3 (15:18):
No, I'm saying, who comes up with the idea to
do that segment?

We do every day, like we got to come up
with shit to talk about.

We plan it before the show, you know, we have
a meeting before the show and we map out what
we're going to talk about and win. But yeah, it's
a pain in the ass. Yeah. And the thing is,
it's like stand up comedians. They go out there and
they're perfecting the same show with the same jokes every night.
Great thing about radio is you walk in every day
it's a blank canvas and you got to be like, well,
gotta do what I did yesterday, but with different words

and different thoughts. It's a lot.
Speaker 3 (15:48):
It is. It is shout out to you and all
the radio peeps. Yeah, all right, speaking of divas. From
Megan the Stallion to Beyonce. There's been a lot of
rumors that are need Beyonce album is upon us, really,
so much so that her publicist took to social media
to shoot down those reports, like not even rumors. Reports

from a British tabloid, The Sun, published that the Beyonce
album is coming out soon, but her publicist said that's
not true. And I think the publicist may be lying.
I don't know, That's all I'm saying. I don't have
any concrete information, just a feeling that the publicist is
lying for Beyonce, like Beyonce was upset. But then I

don't know.
Speaker 2 (16:32):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (16:32):
Let me think it through.
Speaker 2 (16:33):
Beyonce likes the whole Hey, let me just drop it
on the world kind of thing, and I don't want
anybody knowing that it's coming.

But if she were upset about that, she could just
delay it, right, So we'll see replay. I'm going to
try as succinctly as possible to give the backstory.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
Okay, good, because I have no idea. I've seen the
bee thing back and forth, but I couldn't understand it.
Speaker 3 (16:57):
You have no idea. All right, all of these girly
are mothers and the main players, although there are other
women involved who are not famous. You know, they're you know,
a stylist or whatever, the realtor. I don't know. I'm
making up professions now, but the main personalities are Ashley Tisdale,
Hillary Duff, Mandy Moore, and Megan Trainer. A little bit ago,
(17:20):
I forget. It might have been a couple months ago,
a few months ago, not that long ago. Ashley Tisdale
is bringing it back to the blogs. She's got a blog,
and she wrote a blog post about a falling out
that she had with her mommy group that she was
a part of. Now I must be fair, because I
(17:40):
like to be fair. She didn't name any women, she
just said the mommy group. But people are not idiots,
and they could deduce whom she was talking about, whom
her mommy group was. She would be hanging out with
all of these other famous female and they would even
go on vacation together. So she talked about how eventually
she started to like an outsider. She started to notice
(18:03):
that text groups were forming within the group, and that
she wasn't included in the text groups and events what happen,
and she would not be invited to the Mommy Group events,
and that she would see it on social media, and
that she became sad about this and it became toxic.
So she decided to leave the Mommy Group and she
wrote about it on her blog. I truly love all
(18:24):
four of these women. I love Ashley and Mandy and
Megan and Hillary.
Speaker 2 (18:30):
He met and interviewed every single one of them.
Speaker 3 (18:32):
Yeah, me too, I love them all. And I don't
think it's a bad thing to state in opinion that
once was enough. I believe sharing your story is your right.
Speaker 2 (18:42):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (18:43):
But last week she shared her story, the same fucking
story again, Ashley Tisdale. After she had already initially wrote
about everything on her blog, she wrote an essay for
The Cut. You know that publication. No, it's New York magazine,
thing from New York, so basically New York magazine. What

was the point of telling your same exact story in
written form a second time?
Speaker 2 (19:09):
Relevance?
Speaker 3 (19:09):
I guess, well, yeah, exactly, That's my only thought. But
she already got relevance because the initial go round. Though
it didn't get as much attention as this time around,
it still got attention and it got her side of
things out there and she can get it off her chest. Listen,
I'm all for that, But these people are not me. Okay,
they're actual celebrities and they don't need to engage in
(19:33):
the activities that I do. Like I'm going to beat
a story to the ground. I'm going to talk about
my fallout with Lady Gaga a hundred times if I
get asked about it, because I don't have any reputation
or image that I'm trying to protect or maintain, and
I don't care. But these are traditional celebrities, and I
think the second essay was a mistake from Ashley Tisdale's part.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
Okay, I'm following you, and I do mostly agree with you.
I think maybe you're giving them more credit because of
their celebrity that they don't have to continuously go back
to a Well, let's use an example of if somebody
goes out and promotes a movie, they tell the same
story five thousand times. At the end of the day,
she's trying to promote something, whether it be her blog, newsletter,
(20:17):
whatever the hell it.
Speaker 3 (20:18):
Is she's got products also that she sells. It's everything.
There you go, her brand, Ashley Inc.
Speaker 2 (20:23):
So there you go.

And she's been strategic about it. Also if you look back,
she's been making moves which I think are clearly calculated.
Like another move that she made was to rebrand and
she's going now by Ashley French. Okay, that's her husband's name.
Speaker 2 (20:38):
Oh okay, kudooks.
Speaker 3 (20:41):
She never named names, right, No, But here's where it
gets even better. I would say my favorite development in
this drama is when the husband's got in the picture, right,
multiple husbands. Oh god, It's like there's just so many
layers and I this is the this is from back
in my day. These are my girls. You have to remember,

none of these women are perfect. They all have drama.
They all exactly I know, I know.
Speaker 2 (21:11):
So.
Speaker 3 (21:11):
Quite infamously, Hillary Duff is estranged from her sister. Oh
I didn't know that, Yeah, Hailey, Yeah, they're estranged, sadly.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
Oh huh, sadly. I actually think I met them together
like sundance or something.
Speaker 3 (21:25):
And also quite infamously, Ashley Tisdale is estranged from her
former like bf F Vanessa Hudgens and her high school
musical co star and they were inseparable for like over
a deck, for almost two decades. You know. But people,
some relationships are not forever, and you learn that in
life sadly friendships as well, obviously. And there's some theories
(21:48):
as to, you know, why Ashley may have felt and
been excluded. Some people speculate that it might have something
to do with politics, and she's more on the conservative side.
But Tisdale's publicist this week felt compelled to on the
record let everybody know that she is not republican. Republican
and is a registered Democrat. But you could be a
(22:11):
registered Democrat and still be conservative. Does that make sense, Yeah,
especially compared to your more Hollywood liberal friends.
Speaker 2 (22:17):
You know, right, Look, we're still making assumptions here.
Speaker 3 (22:20):
Yes, yes, but but but but the fact that her
publicist felt compelled to release that statement.
Speaker 2 (22:26):
Well, she doesn't want that out there. I get that.
You don't want to be you don't want to be
anchored to that sinking ship right now in any way.
And that may be the line for a lot of people,
especially if you're not right, especially if you're not you
don't want to be lumped in with those people.
Speaker 3 (22:39):
Yeah, like I would, I would actually say that, like
I'm a centrist democrat or I don't even like using
the word democrat though, it's like I'm just a centrist
and maybe she's that way as well. I'm a centrist
who's a registered Democrat. Theory, Well, first of.
Speaker 2 (22:50):
All, you know, you're piling on the whole. It was
politics theory when you look at these chains, right, Like
I'm in family chains, which I dip out of all
of the fucking time and put on mute, and I'm like,
get me the fuck out, you know what I mean,
Because some people have too much fucking time on their hands.
Speaker 3 (23:06):
Yeah, and that's why I hate what's happened.
Speaker 2 (23:08):
Oh my god, people are paying you all goddamn day
because they have nothing to fucking do. And I'm like, yeah,
I'm trying to fucking make a living here and you're
blowing up my chain about a fucking cat or something,
and it's like, I don't fucking care. So I mean,
it could be just as simple as hey, I got
things going on, or this conversation might have to do
about boy kids instead of girl kids. And the minutia
(23:31):
of camp.
Speaker 3 (23:32):
It wasn't just the politics of it all. There are
also some people sources that are saying that a lot
of it became worse after the LA wildfires, and that
they feel that Ashley didn't step up and help her
friends or even check in on them much at all,
whereas Hillary Duff took in Mandy Moore and her family
(23:54):
and they stayed the Moors stayed with the Duffs. So
it seems like it's a bunch of things, and obviously
Ashley's personality and how she is according to sources, which
actually that's really what it boils down to.
Speaker 2 (24:09):
Yeah, that's what it is to be too.
Speaker 3 (24:10):
Yeah, that's what was confirmed by Hillary Duff's husband, Matthew Cooma.
So we got the truth from the horse's mouth. Matthew,
did you see this?

I just saw that, he commented.

You didn't see what he commented?
Speaker 2 (24:24):
No, I didn't understand the initial beep ut. So I
just said, you know what, I'm gonna wait for the show.
I'd rather you tell me the story.

So, like I mentioned, Ashley wrote about everything on her blog.
Then a while later, not too long later, she wrote
about everything again for The Cut, the New York magazine publication,
an online publication, and Matthew Coma took to social media
and took the time to make a fake The Cut
cover and he said, read my new interview with the

Cut and the headline is a mom group tell all
through a father eyes. But that's just the setup. The
real headline is the second headline, when he says, when
you're the most self obsessed tone deaf person on Earth,

other moms tend to shift focus to their actual toddlers.
I need to read it a second time because it
is one of the most savage takedowns I've ever.

So savage. So then, like I said, now the husbands
are in the mix. Ashley Tisdale's husband had to have
his say too, and he on the surface is trying
to be mature at an adult, but not really. This
is what he said on social media. Christopher French he
posted two separate things. First this image that's shared it's

your choice whether or not to engage, and then a
second image that he shared that said, underrated life skill
pausing to decide if it's worth your energy. Well, guess
what he did engage and it was worth it twice. Yeah, exactly,
it was worth his energy twice.

This is good business and you know it as well
as I do.
Speaker 3 (26:22):
Well. Also, so Hillary Duff released a new song Snippet yesterday,
so she's got new music coming out. It's good. It
is good business for everybody. Actually, m I think.

really know her that well.

was nice enough, but she didn't really engage. She wasn't

I have nothing against her. I just don't know her.

was so full of themselves, with their with their coffee,
and I need this and was such a pain in
the ass. Oh I can't. Oh my god, she was
so full of herself. And I didn't know who she
was because I you know, I don't know.

is still Hillary Duff because I know her, I've hung
out with her. We text, well actually we do text,
but then she still has not responded to my text
about trying to get tickets for her Vegas shows. I'm

I might, but I remember, and I'll never forget this.
It was so kind after my son was born, who's thirteen.
Now she has a son who I think might be

was born. She's mailed me the biggest gift basket with
baby products that she personally used, that she went to

the store and hand picked for me.

Well, then she's number one. That's great.

That was just so kind and sweet.

And her husband's great too. We should mention Matthew. He's
the sweetest guy in the world. I've interviewed him a
couple of times.

if anybody shits on Meghan Trainer.

I love Megan Trainer. It was basically just a tie,

responded to any message that I send her. Her mother

in the day. I've hung out with all of these girls, right,
not just interviewed them, but I've hung out with all

of them, like very friendly. I went to knots Bury
Farm once with Vanessa Hudgens, and you know how at
all these roller coasters they have those pictures that you
take did you take on the rides? Right? Whenever we
would ride one of the rides, either before or immediately after,
Vanessa went to the booth and said, please don't show

our picture, which is you know, pretty freakin' diva, you.

Know, yeah, no one gives a show.
Speaker 3 (32:19):
Yeah. And then I had something similar happen. I went
with Ashley to see a show in Orange County at
the Performing Arts Center there. I forget what show we
went to see. I think, oh, I think it was
either Flashdance or Footloose. So it was a while ago.
I went with her and her now husband. I think
they were just dating all the time. I drove us
down to Orange County. We saw the show, and then afterwards,

she didn't want to take a picture with the cast,
but I happily took a picture with everybody, right, And
I'm like, weird that she wouldn't take a picture with
the cast. I don't know, like whatever, but I don't.
But she's always nice to me, and it's like whatever,
maybe she listened. I'm gonna give both benefit of the doubt.
Ashley and Vanessa. It's like some women are very particular,
like they're not fully done up, they're not in makeup.

I don't, you know whatever.

I don't know public, you're in gen pop. Nobody gives
a shit, and so what if somebody published the picture,
like anyone's gonna remember it.

But she's always been so nice to me. I love
Vanessa and I love as.

I don't doubt that. I don't and you know yours,
Maybe they're.

Nice to me because I'm me. Also, you know what
I mean, there's yeah, but there's that.

But also, your threshold for someone being a pain in
the ass is much honestly it is. It's much higher
than that you deal with, you know me. Yeah, I
fucking hate everybody most of the time. So there's that.
And you know, the more fabulous, the more diva they are,
the more likely you may attract to them. You guys
are all loud in public together. Whatever. But I truly

believe I've got a good sense of people because I
think I'm the right amount of famous, not famous number one,
but savvy enough in the business to understand famous people
and how they really truly react with people. And Normy's
kind of like me. That's not on any list. So
I'm telling you it's at Ashley Tisdale. She's a pain
in the ass. They left the group because she's a

pain in the ass. I guarant fucking tee it. And
the fact that Matthew wrote that, I'm telling you one
hundred percent, I buy.
