I'm Ellen k from Coast one of three point five,

to everyday stress and opt for therapy you can actually use.
Sarah brings the professional insight and compassion.

Speaker 2 (00:27):
Well.

Speaker 1 (00:27):
Ryan and I bring what we can. We're not the experts,
but we've seen and heard a thing or two. Ryan
might push back, I'll try to keep the peace, and
Sarah helps us all make sense of it.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Hi Rachel, Hi Sarah.

Speaker 4 (00:39):
All right, So here is my situation. I've been with
my boyfriend for eight years and I'm super even embarrassed
to admit this, but we've been engaged for five of
those eight years, and anytime I talk about the wedding
or bring it up for whatever we even, his response
is always the same. But it's just not the right time,
and I'm so I'm tired of hearing that excuse. I

(01:02):
just feel like there's never a right time, and I
don't know. I love him so much and I've been
so patient, but it's just really starting to hurt me,
and I just don't know what to do. I need
you guys to help. That's that's why I'm calling in.

Speaker 3 (01:17):
Okay, I want you to drop the word time from
the sentence you.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
Just said, okay, oh oh Sarah, if Sarah came to play,
I don't know, so what is that sentence?

Speaker 1 (01:32):
It's just not right.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Yeah, think about it.

Speaker 3 (01:36):
You're not giving him an ultimatum. You're giving yourself an ultimatum.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
Yeah, thank you, guys. I feel better already.
