Well, let's go to the dates. It's April ninth, twenty
twenty sixth after Amanda and West confirmed their relationship right
on Instagram. Amanda stops by Kyle's house and then Kyle
is being so kind to her, but then at one
point he asks her like, I feel like this was
going on before I knew it, and that's where she loses.

Denies it, completely denies it, denies it, loses it. Amanda
tries to make Kyle feel and I feel like this's
a little gaslighting, that she desperately wanted the marriage to work,
that she was trying everything she could, and.

I mean we read where did we read that they

only talk about Eddie because he's the only one of

But I think that's where you know, we saw multiple seasons.
One season where she wanted to move home, one season
where she was having some mental health issues. We've seen

it might be Amanda going through stuff because of her
issues with Kyle. Do you think they never talked about
them not leading up till now?

Now we take it back to September twenty twenty five,
and this is when they actually did start filming in
the city, and we're at Lindsay's apartment, which is absolutely

bit beautiful. She's in the Financial District, big apartment like
a lot of times in New York, these apartments are
not big. It's a beautiful apartment. We get to meet
her daughter, which I was very shocked. I just really
didn't think that we're going to see that child's face ever,
because if I'm not mistake, even to this day, she
covers her face on social media.

Right, I think that she has protected I think that
they're private. I think that her ex, or as she
calls them, her baby daddy. Yeah, is private, but I
think that he probably agreed to let her film because

and the stroller once got the cart. They're grocery shopping
and Amanda reveal is that during couple therapy with Kyle

that this is where all this intense conversation is happening.

was on We went camping and we went and bought
like we went to like it was a rouse or something,
and we went and bought a bunch of like hot dogs,
and it was just a total cluster.

big ones won't do it, and if they do agree

don't like crowds. I go once a year and it's
usually because Sophia wants to go. And then we also
go to California Venture for the holiday party for Coast
in my Heart, So we do that. That's fun because
it gets closed down for just the people invited. But
Disneyland I have found to be overcrowded, overpriced, and when

you do get there, you can only go on three
rides unless you pay you know, ten thousand dollar unless
you're a person to walk you around.

I don't know. We don't know enough about Kenny yet. Now,
Kenny's the one that's dating and the girlfriend she was

who is supposed to be running your alcohol company a
lush is the smartest move.

then his mother passed, somebody passed away. He's going through

worried about Kenny and Whitney.

about Whitney and her moving and all this stuff, and
then Kenny is saying, I'm still trying to figure out
where you know how I feel there is a spark
there with her. I'm like, you're having this girl move
to move into a bad sign after six months, and
you're not quite sure that that spark is there.

You're not sure that permanent spark is there, but yet
you're having her move there. Is that just because you
don't want to be alone?

through a lot, and she knows if she can trust people.
And I think when two minutes prior, you know, they're
talking about how he was already hooking up with other
chicks when he was going through a hard time and

for six months they've been okay, and now she's moving
here for him, with her dog and her her nice
little voice like you're gonna get eaten alive, She's gonna

But then you know Kyle's not there. Amanda and Kyle
are getting home from or leaving therapy. They're filming them
out in the streets of New York City, and at
this point Amanda is so upset, like it looks like
she really wants the marriage to work, and at this point,
Kyle is the He's the one not wanting to work. Yeah,
was confusing, and she's like, I got to leave. I'm hot.

He's like, because you're wearing a rain jacket. She's not
a range jacket. It's a trench coat, is what it is.
Speaker 2 (31:51):
You're sweating in it.
Speaker 1 (31:52):
It's September in New York. It is so hot.

Then usually, well, I think what she was really upset about,
which is what she's always been really upset about, is
that he's staying out till four or five six in
the morning. Oh that's right.

Yeah, so he got home at four in the morning
and then went to therapy.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
Yeah. So she's like, you're not even trying.
Speaker 1 (32:13):
You're not giving me any hope, I think is what
she said, right, you're not. But I was shocked that
she was the one that really wanted to try at
this point. And so he's like, Okay, let's go to
Garrett's and she's like, I'm not going.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
Yeah, She's like, I'm not going to I'm not going
to Garrett's. Ghausted, I'm exhausted. And then we kind of
passed back to Kenny saying she's never she never meets you.
We always see you alone. Then we get Lindsay breaking
down all the things that Danielle does to her because
we have Danielle, who we know is desperado to be

friends with Lindsay. Okay, So in twenty nineteen, Carl and
Lindsay break up and Danielle gives him a hand job
in the back of the uber one week later.

they did that flashback and she's like, wait, you don't

talking and that's saying that Owen is still married. And
Amanda said, she's not a girl's girl.

level that Amanda's at. She's gotten herself these new banks.
She's coming to meet the girls.

They spend their anniversary dinner talking about how terrible the

so they want she wants to act like they're dating again.
I mean, it's a last ditch effort. I don't think

But I think I tried to pull some of that
kind of bullshit too. I think I tried to say, like,
I think we just need a break and we date
other people.

And then we see they weren't even saying date other people.
They were saying, let's date each other other, Let's show

Try and whine and dine each other. I'm like, if
you guys can't whine and dine each other when you're
living in the same vicinity, I think you're not going
to make the effort to do that. The only thing
you guys are going to make an effort to do
is your dog's schedule.

Well maybe I'm a quitter, but if your relationship is
that hard and you have no children and you were
just fighting all the time, you can't see why continue.
Because you throw kids into that, it's going to be

had already decided during the entire season of Summerhouse that

Okay, well, for sure, when it's new life. When you
got your eye on somebody else, even if they didn't

But he was kind of making like he was like, oh,
I definitely want to have kids with you. But then
when they were in their confessional talking about it, he
definitely was like, yeah, kids, yay kids. But now we
know that they are pregnant.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
But as she's telling Owen, oh, me and Linday haven't
early talked. And I saw Jemma once and but you know,
we just left touch and just you know, why you're
not talking? Why are you acting like you don't know?
Speaker 2 (26:23):
Yeah, why are you acting like well? Because I think
for a little bit she thought that they were going
to make up because she let her come meet Jemma.
Those things happened, and then but Danielle Lindsay haven't spoken
in four months.
Speaker 1 (26:35):
How old is Jemma at this point?

Do you think I think Jima it's like eight months?

Yeah, because she can sit up on her own.

Yeah, So she saw her a while ago, I don't
I think that every time that we've seen Danielle and
Lindsay anywhere in the vicinity of each other, it seems
like Danielle would do anything to talk to Lindsay, and
Lindsay looks like she'll do anything to get away.
Speaker 1 (27:05):
Yeah, because they were at the Softbar and yeah, she's like, nope,
not having it, not having it.
Speaker 2 (27:18):
Then Kyle and Kenny meet for drinks and they're confessionals.
Kyle describes Kenny as a work hard, play hard kind
of guy. Kenny Kyle is a lush, A lush do
we trust Kenny? Kenny's a venture capitalist who invested in
lover Boy a couple of years ago. Kyle was going
(27:39):
to pay his investors twenty five x what they invested in.
Now he's struggling.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
So whatever they have, they have some advice that Kenny
asked all the right questions. He's like, I haven't seen
like a prop in the Lost sheet in months, Like
what is going on? He's like, Yeah, I've been kind
of slucking and I had to lay off five employees.
I invested five hundred thousand of my own money and
a lover Boy.
Speaker 2 (28:01):
So.
Speaker 1 (28:03):
I don't know. We don't know enough about Kenny yet. Now,
Kenny's the one that's dating and the girlfriend she was
on the Bacheler.
Speaker 2 (28:10):
Right, Yeah, she was on the Bachelor. I kind of
remember from that. But also I'm not sure calling someone
who is supposed to be running your alcohol company a
lush is the smartest move.
Speaker 1 (28:20):
Well, we all know he's a lush. We've been watching
him for years. It's like, it's shocking when he's not
slurring his words.
Speaker 2 (28:27):
No, I'm like, it's he Okay, I know.
Speaker 1 (28:29):
But Kenny did say he doesn't think Amanda Is has
ever met Kyle on the same energetic level.
Speaker 2 (28:36):
Well, I can see that, Yeah, I can see that.
But Kenny's talking about how he's dating Whitney for six months,
but she moved from Minnesota to New York to be
with him. But they were together for a while and
then his mother passed, somebody passed away. He's going through
a hard time, and there was a bunch of other
(28:56):
women around. I see a lot of red flat. I'm
worried about Kenny and Whitney.
Speaker 1 (29:06):
When kidney kidney, When kidney kidney. When Kenny was talking
about Whitney and her moving and all this stuff, and
then Kenny is saying, I'm still trying to figure out
where you know how I feel there is a spark
there with her. I'm like, you're having this girl move
to move into a bad sign after six months, and
you're not quite sure that that spark is there.
Speaker 2 (29:28):
You're not sure that permanent spark is there, but yet
you're having her move there. Is that just because you
don't want to be alone?
Speaker 1 (29:34):
Or is that because they're filming a show?
Speaker 2 (29:36):
I can't understand. I mean, she tells us on this
episode that she made it to like there's eight left
in the Bachelorette or bat.
Speaker 1 (29:47):
I wasn't sure if she was saying there was eight
left or she was the first of eight to leave.
Speaker 2 (29:52):
I can remember her, so I watch it so I
can remember. I kind of remember her, But she didn't
like leave a lasting impression on me. No offense, even
though I just had to look down to see what
her name is. No offense.
Speaker 1 (30:07):
Whitney, Well, you're about to get to know her a
lot better.
Speaker 2 (30:12):
Now, we're about to get to know her a lot better.
But then they're all in the West Village and they're
meeting for drinks, and this is where once again, Lindsey
comes in and she asks the hard questions.
Speaker 1 (30:27):
Yes, I mean I was behind her one hundred percent. Yeah,
everything she said, like she's like this kinny guy, Like
you're seriously having this girl move out here and be
with you without a ring, without a commitment, you seem
like a man hater. Do you think she was acting
like a man hater or.
Speaker 2 (30:45):
Do you think no? I think she was. She's been
through a lot, and she knows if she can trust people.
And I think when two minutes prior, you know, they're
talking about how he was already hooking up with other
chicks when he was going through a hard time and
he took a little break from what I think she
got that information and then realized, oh okay, So now
(31:05):
for six months they've been okay, and now she's moving
here for him, with her dog and her her nice
little voice like you're gonna get eaten alive, She's gonna
get eaten the line I can't, Oh, well, it's not not.
Speaker 1 (31:21):
But then you know Kyle's not there. Amanda and Kyle
are getting home from or leaving therapy. They're filming them
out in the streets of New York City, and at
this point Amanda is so upset, like it looks like
she really wants the marriage to work, and at this point,
Kyle is the He's the one not wanting to work. Yeah,
was confusing, and she's like, I got to leave. I'm hot.
(31:43):
He's like, because you're wearing a rain jacket. She's not
a range jacket. It's a trench coat, is what it is.
Speaker 2 (31:51):
You're sweating in it.
Speaker 1 (31:52):
It's September in New York. It is so hot.
Speaker 2 (31:55):
Then usually, well, I think what she was really upset about,
which is what she's always been really upset about, is
that he's staying out till four or five six in
the morning. Oh that's right.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
Yeah, so he got home at four in the morning
and then went to therapy.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
Yeah. So she's like, you're not even trying.
Speaker 1 (32:13):
You're not giving me any hope, I think is what
she said, right, you're not. But I was shocked that
she was the one that really wanted to try at
this point. And so he's like, Okay, let's go to
Garrett's and she's like, I'm not going.
Speaker 2 (32:24):
Yeah, She's like, I'm not going to I'm not going
to Garrett's. Ghausted, I'm exhausted. And then we kind of
passed back to Kenny saying she's never she never meets you.
We always see you alone. Then we get Lindsay breaking
down all the things that Danielle does to her because
we have Danielle, who we know is desperado to be
(32:45):
friends with Lindsay. Okay, So in twenty nineteen, Carl and
Lindsay break up and Danielle gives him a hand job
in the back of the uber one week later.
Speaker 1 (32:56):
How did she find out?
Speaker 2 (32:56):
I wonder? I don't know what it's like.
Speaker 1 (32:59):
Hey, by the way, the uber driver get your ex
boyfriend a hand job?
Speaker 2 (33:04):
Like, how did she find out?
Speaker 1 (33:05):
I'm sure if we probably pore uber drivers all the
shit they see.
Speaker 2 (33:08):
Oh my gosh, do you wonder if you get charged extra? Like?
That's why I think it has to have been a blowjob,
because what did she do when he came? Just wiped
it on the seat?
Speaker 1 (33:18):
Maybe he did, who knows.
Speaker 2 (33:21):
Then in twenty twenty two, Danielle is pissed that Carl
and Lindsay didn't involve her in the engagement planning process,
and then in twenty twenty four, Danielle shits on Lindsay's
pregnancy and can't believe that she and her baby daddy
don't live together.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
Well, I don't know that. She's shit on it. And
they did that flashback and she's like, wait, you don't
live together? Like whoa?
Speaker 2 (33:41):
I think behind her back?
Speaker 1 (33:42):
She should maybe behind her back, but the flashback I
didn't feel like was that bad. That's like one of
my good friends getting pregnant and dating somebody, like, wait,
you guys don't even live together, Like okay, you're doing
this on your own.
Speaker 2 (33:53):
But she already knew that. It was already all over
the internet like to don't act surprised, well.
Speaker 1 (33:59):
Shit exprise. Because then Danielle approaches Lindsay announce her to
grab coffee or lunch, and Lindsay's like, can I think
about it. I'm very busy these days. And she's like, oh,
you know, raising a toddler, no wiping my ass?
Speaker 2 (34:11):
What do you think I love Lindsay. She's like, I
don't have my calendar in front of me right now.
Speaker 1 (34:15):
Yeah, it's not on my phone. Just so you know,
I'm old school. I write everything down.
Speaker 2 (34:20):
Like i'll see. Aka, I'm going to ask production if
I have to do this, and I'll do it once
I have to.
Speaker 1 (34:26):
Yeah, I'll let you know.
Speaker 2 (34:27):
I'll let you know.
Speaker 1 (34:29):
Which I think will happen. It's gonna happen, Linda, They're gonna.
Speaker 2 (34:32):
Have to get to at some point. The girls then
are grabbing drinks. Lindsay kind of preps the girls already
about Amanda. Yeah, she preps them about the money.
Speaker 1 (34:45):
Well, Amanda starts off. She's like, listen, I don't want
to talk about my shit. Okay, guy, let's talk about
your shit. You give me the tea, you give me
all the dirt. Let's not talk about me right now.
And they and they didn't. They went straight to Danielle
and her boyfriend.
Speaker 2 (35:00):
On or Owen, Owen Owen. They go right into Danielle
talking and that's saying that Owen is still married. And
Amanda said, she's not a girl's girl.
Speaker 1 (35:12):
I'm like, the irony of this, right.
Speaker 2 (35:15):
Irony of this. But you know, so you're seeing the
level that Amanda's at. She's gotten herself these new banks.
She's coming to meet the girls.
Speaker 1 (35:23):
Because she's always always a bad decision. Cut bangs when
you're at a bad place in your life.
Speaker 2 (35:28):
Never cut banks or dye your hair brown when you're
in a bad place, Right, it's just always a bad
I thought.
Speaker 1 (35:36):
About cutting bangs the other day, not like bangs bangs,
but like those curtain ones.
Speaker 2 (35:40):
Oh, then that would be such a pain in the butt.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
For right now, my extensions are barely holding on and
I can't get in till like the eighth of June,
and they're barely holding on. And you know, sometimes say
like my own hair is grown out so dark that
my extensions it's just so drastically you can.
Speaker 2 (35:54):
Yeah, you can, It's obvious you have to wear.
Speaker 1 (35:56):
It, yes, And it's just like, oh, and I'm like,
I need a change about ready to take them out myself.
Speaker 2 (36:01):
But then I'll be then you'll be in a hall
daisy of a sage. But I think it's very telling
that Amanda says she doesn't want to talk about any
of her problems.
Speaker 1 (36:11):
She's sick of talking about him.
Speaker 2 (36:14):
But we're on a new show now. We all need
to hear about them. We need to hear where you are.
Speaker 1 (36:18):
Right crying on a street corner to Kyle. Well, it's
all right. I'm tired of talking about their problems at
this point. I'm tired of hearing about him. I'm tired
of talking about him and they do break up this season,
so it's not over.
Speaker 2 (36:30):
There're still a lot but I mean they're still together
at this point.
Speaker 1 (36:34):
Well, I just can't wait till West comes in on that.
Speaker 2 (36:38):
I mean, do we think he's going to have it. Well,
then Amanda and Kyle are and Chelsea for their four
year anniversary. Hilarious, which is the I think. I mean,
it's the perfect time for her to tell him she's
moving out.
Speaker 1 (36:50):
I mean, let's celebrate with caviar andes cargo, no thank you.
They spend their anniversary dinner talking about how terrible the
relationship has become, and then they invite people that's sitting
next to them into their conversation. Yeah, it's been a
real dream.
Speaker 2 (37:07):
Boat. I'm just happy we made Everyone said we were
only going to make it three years, but we made
it to four, so hah yeah, and.
Speaker 1 (37:13):
Now we're calling it quits. But Amanda then takes time,
like you said, to let Kyle know she's moving out.
Amanda wants to live separately but then date each other,
so they want she wants to act like they're dating again.
I mean, it's a last ditch effort. I don't think
it's exactly the smartest thing to do.
Speaker 2 (37:31):
But I think I tried to pull some of that
kind of bullshit too. I think I tried to say, like,
I think we just need a break and we date
other people.
Speaker 1 (37:40):
And then we see they weren't even saying date other people.
They were saying, let's date each other other, Let's show
up to each other's apartment and you know, do things
I don't know, Let's.
Speaker 2 (37:50):
Try and whine and dine each other. I'm like, if
you guys can't whine and dine each other when you're
living in the same vicinity, I think you're not going
to make the effort to do that. The only thing
you guys are going to make an effort to do
is your dog's schedule.
Speaker 1 (38:03):
Well maybe I'm a quitter, but if your relationship is
that hard and you have no children and you were
just fighting all the time, you can't see why continue.
Because you throw kids into that, it's going to be
one hundred times worse.
Speaker 2 (38:16):
Seek I think by this time Kyle has checked out.
He doesn't seem like he's on the verge of tears.
He like, he doesn't seem like he did. I agree
at the end of Summer House, like I think at
this point, Kyle has is no longer begging her, and
I think it's hurting her. That's why she's crying and
she's upset now all of a sudden, because for a

while she had his balls. You know, she was like, listen,
I got you because you know.
Speaker 1 (38:42):
I'm saying, normally, it's hard for a girl at first
when there's a breakup, and then the guys are just
like whatever doesn't sink in. And then a few months later,
that's when the guys get hit with oh my god,
what have I done? Or that's when they get set
like girls process things differently.
Speaker 2 (38:59):
But I think she had thought for a long she
had already decided during the entire season of Summerhouse that
she was done with him. So I think in her
mind she was okay then, and she developed a crush
on West or whatever it was so too, and so
that when you have the confidence of being with somebody else,
then it's a lot easier to be like.
Speaker 1 (39:18):
Okay, well, for sure, when it's new life. When you
got your eye on somebody else, even if they didn't
have even if they weren't having sexophone around or whatever,
there was some kind of chemistry there and then it
gets so much easier to leave the situation you're in
when you got somebody on the side.
Speaker 2 (39:32):
Yeah, and then that's like, that's kind of how we
end it, and then we see some scenes coming up.
Speaker 1 (39:38):
Did you like it? I?
Speaker 2 (39:41):
I think the problem is I like Summer House so much.
Speaker 1 (39:44):
See I'm the opposite, so I maybe because of our
age difference, the constant partying and all this. It's just
I think the demographic for Summerhouse is a little bit
younger see.
Speaker 2 (39:56):
To me so far, because In the City is so new.
I in the City, I'm I realized we're episode one,
so I've got to give myself some time. But I'm
really not invested in anybody.
Speaker 1 (40:08):
No, And I think it's too soon to be invested
in anybody. But I think that for me, I don't
want to see these people sitting there and partying and
sloppy and sloppy and falling down, and you want to.
Speaker 2 (40:18):
See them with their kids at the grocery store.
Speaker 1 (40:21):
I want to see more of that. I want to
see because this reminds me more of like a housewife show.
Like it's more like adult people that are married have kids,
trying to figure out maybe don't have the best marriage
that have careers all this stuff.
Speaker 2 (40:34):
So do you think we're not going to ever see
like West or Jesse or any Ciara, any of these
people on the city.
Speaker 1 (40:46):
I think we probably will. I think that in the trailer.
West is in the trailer. But I also think didn't
Jesse say come out and say something recently? I don't remember,
and I don't remember if he said like I wasn't
in it at all, or I was I made a cameo.
I can't remember what he said, yeah, but he said

it was fine either way.

I think the problem is I just kind of missed
some of the Summerhouse people.
Speaker 1 (41:13):
Well, I think you're going to see most of them
throughout the season.

I think that would be the part on their own productions.

haven't like bonded with Kenny or Whitney or any of
those people yet.

I think we're going to be heavy on Lindsay, Lindsay, Kyle,
and Amanda. I think it's going to be pretty heavy,
and I think that it's going to get pretty deep
because they do, from what I hear, split up during
the show. Not just I'm moving out and dating, but
split divorce papers all that.
Speaker 2 (42:42):
Yeah, so we're going to see all the details. So,
I mean, I think it's going to be pretty juicy.
I think the timing it's unbelievable that it happened in
this timing. I know, but it actually really.
Speaker 1 (42:52):
They started filming September. Raba Khan was in November, and
I heard one of them say they didn't split break
up officially until after Brabo Con. So we got a
couple of months yeah, of them living apart but sing
together dating each other. So I don't know, I'm in it.

I don't think they're going to be going on many dates.
Speaker 1 (43:13):
Oh yeah, I'm gonna have to agree on that.

I don't know, but I liked it. I think, you know,
it brought I think it was smart the transition from
Summerhouse to this in the same episode, because we're also
obsessed with what's happening at the end of Summer House.
