Speaker 1 (00:02):
Two Teas in a Pod. It's Teddy Mellencamp and camera judge.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas in
a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp and Dolores Catanya.
Speaker 1 (00:15):
Hi everybody, Hi, what's going on?
Speaker 2 (00:19):
Well, yesterday I had my immunotherapy, so today is a
little bit of one of those days for me. So
I'm trying to keep it together, keep my memory on point,
keep my words. You know, good, Thank you. I have
a pimple the size of your head on my cheek
right here, and it has a heartbeat.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
I can't see it, but I hate pimples, so I hate.
Speaker 2 (00:41):
I need those little pimple pads. And slave won't even
share hers with me.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
They are like gold to these little girls.
Speaker 2 (00:48):
So yeah, yeah, So before we get into talking about
the summer house, which is so good, obviously, let's do
a couple housewife headlines.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
So Bo did a real asking Andy to come to
the front after his reunion reaction and threads comment. Bo
says that black women are constantly underrated and challenged in
corporate life and asks people to focus on that disparity instead.
Andy commented, consider me aware. All right, we got it.
(01:20):
We got it. You know, listen his bo's overreacting the
way he looked at her. Well, she's telling him off.
She told him off, she made her point. I get it.
Speaker 2 (01:32):
Yeah, she she told him off. She was annoyed by it.
She made sure that he saw it, she made sure
everyone on Instagram saw it. And now she's made her point.
And Andy writing, I'm aware, consider me aware, but aware
in all caps. We like to do the control and
(01:55):
press aware in all apps. That's you know.
Speaker 1 (01:59):
We'll listen, and he said, because things I watch on
threads said, why is Andy so confused by Bose's statement?
Are tenure of a CMO? I don't know what a
CMO is. I don't know what their tenure is. Most
people really don't. So when he made that face, he
was like, really kind of like that, And then she
(02:22):
explained it wonderfully beautifully. No, that's so true. And quite frankly,
Paul Connell was sitting there when she did that, and
he goes, She's absolutely right, that is true. So Andy
responded back to things I watch on threads and said,
because every CMO I've worked with was more of a
long term thing. But what the hell do I know?
(02:46):
I think this is okay, we understand it. All points
were made. I don't think it needs to get go
any further than it is right now.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
It was no no, I think I think it was said.
She got her point across twice, and you know, it
just kind of showed that she really wanted to make
her point.
Speaker 1 (03:08):
I agree with her and what she said, and I'm
glad that she You know, I was absolutely ignorant on
the tenure of a CMO, and now I know something
and I learned something and unlike nothing against Amanda, but
unlike Amanda Bose explained herself inother Beverly Hills news though.
(03:29):
When Front page Pop wrote on threads, Amanda one hundred
percent deserves a second season, Amanda replied, no, thank you.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
Can you believe she writes back, why would I want
to do that again? If she comes back again, I
honestly there will be no words after saying that.
Speaker 1 (03:49):
Well, who would she be friends with if she came back?
But she wasn't fron She lasted a whole season with
being friends with no one. But can I ask you
if this season wasn't about besides Dori, if they weren't
picking on on Amanda.
Speaker 2 (04:05):
There would have been nothing.
Speaker 1 (04:06):
There wouldn't have been a lot going on.
Speaker 2 (04:08):
There wouldn't have been a lot going on. But I mean,
Amanda's like, yeah, I'm not going to do that again. Nope,
thank you, thank you, but no thank you. Like Diana
didn't even bother coming to the reunion. That's how over
it she was.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yeah, no, listen, it's not for listen, it's not for everybody.
But in other news, how about talking about Margaret Joseph
spotted filming the Real Housewives of New York Ogs for
the Golden Life.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Did you know that she was going to be doing that?
Speaker 1 (04:36):
She did, tell me, She called me and told me, yes,
she said she was going to film, and you know, listen, hey,
maybe she'll be part of the cast next year.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
That's true, that's true.
Speaker 1 (04:49):
I mean.
Speaker 2 (04:50):
And then the other big shocking news, which you know,
Whitney Levitt announces exit from the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.
Tell me something I don't know. I know you don't
watch that show, but it is.
Speaker 1 (05:04):
What does that mean? Like, is that something that you
would have expected from there?
Speaker 2 (05:08):
Or yes? Because not so this season? Not only did
she barely film Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, then She
went on to do Dancing with the Stars, then she
booked Chicago. They extended her performances. She's the highest grossing
week Chicago's ever had on Broadways.
Speaker 1 (05:27):
Stop it?
Speaker 2 (05:27):
Yes, wow, yeah.
Speaker 1 (05:30):
Because you know Ariana was when she came on.
Speaker 2 (05:35):
Yeah, but no, now Whitney love it.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Okay, we're really quick. I want your opinion on something
before we move on. Is George? No? I heard you
guys are friends, tight besties, You're making friends everywhere.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
It's just effortless for me.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
It really. I mean, when does boy George tell anyone
off ever?
Speaker 2 (06:04):
Let me make time to do this geez?
Speaker 1 (06:08):
Anyway, what about Kelsey calling out Dorrie and watch What
Happens Live?
Speaker 2 (06:12):
What exactly did she say?
Speaker 1 (06:14):
What she exactly said was Andy asked her, why are
you speaking on shading the size of Rosie and her
husband's house when you don't even have a house to
your name. That was one of the you know, questions
that came in, and Kelsey says, listen, do I want
to end up like Dorrie? What happens when your man
stops paying your mortgage? It's not a flex to be
(06:34):
put on a house. I really don't care, she's saying like,
then she's responsible for something if her name is on something.
I don't think she gets it.
Speaker 2 (06:43):
I don't think she gets it either. I don't think
she got you know, got kind of the whole thing.
But also, did you see that she broke up with
a boyfriend.
Speaker 1 (06:51):
I didn't.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
Yeah, I saw that she's no longer with Billy. Yeah,
the new guy Billy, the new guy Billy, no longer
with him. She's moving She's moving on up.
Speaker 1 (07:05):
She better move on up while she's young and pretty
and still can and her tits are perky and her
ass is tight, because once that goes, you're gonna want
be begging somebody to pay the mortgage you're not on,
or the wrench you're not on. Because she's got the
I need to give her a little dolorous one on one.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
Yeah, I need to give her a little dolorous one
on one myself. So I tell me what to say. Yeah,
you guys, I need.
Speaker 1 (07:29):
To sit down and say you need tangible things. Yeah,
you're when you go to try to resell the bags
and the ship that these guys buy you to shut
you up for not really doing anything really substantial for you.
They don't mean shit. Ask them to buy stocks, Buy
me stocks. What's that four thousand dollars in stocks? Go
(07:50):
put my name on there. These Chanel Badge ain't were
shit girls, trust me?
Speaker 2 (07:55):
Yeah they shit.
Speaker 1 (07:57):
Go get knockoff.
Speaker 2 (07:58):
The only Beverly Hills thing that we got into was
Leanne Rhymes. It's circulating that she's going to be on
the Housewives next season. I do not believe this for
a second, even though Shelle, One, that's not going to happen.
Well then I'm not watching right, So one, it's not
going to happen. And two, I just don't see her
(08:19):
having like she seems like a very she's like an Ashley,
I like, very emotional. She's got a lot of things
going on. Yeah, yeah, I don't know. I just I
don't see Leanne Rhymes on the next season.
Speaker 1 (08:35):
Well, you know, I'd like to see something on the
next season. But hey, that's just me, that's just us. Amanda.
Congratulations on completing your first season of Beverly Hills.
Speaker 2 (08:48):
Completing your first season, and then who's gonna show? Where's
she going to show her wedding?
Speaker 1 (08:54):
Maybe she'll get an exclusive not no, Yeah, she's so
many people and subscribers, I'm sure that's a lot of
people that are going to watch.
Speaker 2 (09:04):
Yeah, I think she's smart to probably get out now
before they do any more digging.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
There's something. It's an old saying called quit while you're ahead.
Speaker 2 (09:13):
Yeah, quit while you're a head. So let's get into Summerhouse,
which I feel like has taken over my life. I'm
over it, you're over it, Okay. So it starts out
where Jesse takes everyone to Camp Sunrise.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
I was over it until I saw West move next
to Amanda during the little scuffle. But anyway, I'm pulled
me right back in.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Well, I mean, we really just needed to the last
four minutes, but it is what it is. But Jesse
takes everyone to Camp Sunrise and has continuously shown his
support to the company as a cancer survivor. He says
volunteering reminds him of how good he has it. And
I feel like Jesse has done the best turnaround this season.
Speaker 1 (10:05):
I feel like, first of all, the fact that he
always gives back and he's always there for people going
through what he went through, and now you know, to
even you know, bring this camp and onto the show
for people to see it. I thought it was beautiful.
I liked when the woman said, you know, most of
the campers here now still come back, yeah, to help with.
Speaker 2 (10:30):
And like they're about to go to college and like
they're still going.
Speaker 1 (10:33):
Yeah, I thought it was. It was really nice to see.
I like that side of Jesse very.
Speaker 2 (10:39):
Much, and I like that so many people went to support.
Did you notice the only female was there was Sierra
of course, which then of course I'm like, oh god,
And then West was there. There's so now I look
into every little crumb of West. I can't help it.
Then they go to Bailey's girl party and Lindsay talks
(11:02):
about Amanda seeing Carl's mom. Okay, how did you think
it was that bad?
Speaker 1 (11:09):
No?
Speaker 2 (11:10):
I didn't think it was that bad either. So Sharon
is her name, right, Yeah, So Sharon, you know, goes
up to Lindsey. They have like a little conversation and
it's awkward.
Speaker 1 (11:27):
I would say it is awkward. Sharon, don't back down.
Here's the thing.
Speaker 2 (11:31):
Sharon's thinks hair brushes are overrated.
Speaker 1 (11:35):
Yeah, I don't want to go a couple of rounds
with Sharon. Sharon is old school. She'd give you an
old school beaten. She's wise. Sharon's wise. I think that
she probably knew that maybe Lindsay and her son were
not the best match. And Lindsay says she tried. She's
(11:58):
tired of being the villain. Did I miss that scene?
Do I need to go back and see where Lindsay
felt like she was being portrayed as the villain, because
back when it was Lindsay's shower was the last time
they saw him, the wedding shower.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
And that's when I heard during the showers when she said,
I don't you know, I have some concerns about you
guys getting married.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
She didn't say to her about my son marrying you.
She said about the two of you getting.
Speaker 2 (12:27):
Married, right, But that's the same thing.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
No, it just means they're not good for each other.
Maybe they're not good. You know, they were both he
was trying, He wasn't in a good place. She was
still partying. Well, look what's happened since they've been apart.
He's opened up his own place, drinkline. She's had a baby,
and she's of course matured. She's an amazing mom. She's
(12:52):
like the adult in this summer house crew, you know
what I mean. I just think that they weren't They
weren't and that's maybe what the mother was trying to say.
I didn't think. I didn't think the mother said harsh
things to her.
Speaker 2 (13:05):
No, I didn't either. But do you think that Bailly
and Carl have a chance.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
Well, they sure did make out nicely.
Speaker 2 (13:14):
I just I don't know Carl's Carl's winning me over.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
I think Carl's the nicest guy ever.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Well, comparatively speaking, it's not that tough on that show.
Speaker 1 (13:28):
No, but I think that I think that Carl is
such a nice guy. I liked when he met that
kind of hippie like girl last year and she was
like handed. It gave him an apple as a present,
and like I want to see Carl. I think Carl
needs to be with a very soft mannered person. I
don't think that him and Bailly are a good match.
(13:50):
I think Bailly's too wild for him at the stage
in his life.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Yeah, but I think Bailey wouldn't mind taming it down
for him.
Speaker 1 (13:59):
No, I think she Bailey Sow and her oats girl.
Speaker 2 (14:02):
She's so in her oats, she's at her girl party.
Speaker 1 (14:06):
She didn't show up to the Page six thing because
she was tired, because she had watched What Happens live
the night before.
Speaker 2 (14:11):
Do they not know? Like Dolores shows up to is
able to show up, then you should be able to
show up.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
I was stick as a fucking dog. Every fiber of
my skin was killing me and nothing contagious. But I'm
fighting inflammation right now. I got a lot of problems.
My ankle's hurt. I had to wear like flip flops
just to walk in because and and I mean yeah right.
Speaker 2 (14:37):
Then they all get to the Summer House house. As
everyone arrives at the house, Lorax aka Sierra starts a
water gun battle. I don't need any of.
Speaker 1 (14:46):
This, Okay, I am tired of watching adult women dress
up in costumes. I didn't know who Lorax was. Put
the put the costumes away, put the toys away, he
put the water guns away. Come on, stop it.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
They all decide not to spray Amanda because she has
swayed on. Then Ben tells Jesse he wants to say
I love you to Sabrina before becoming official.
Speaker 1 (15:13):
Okay, something I say I love you Because he got
in trouble. He bangs some girl in high school, knocked
some girl up and got in a lot of trouble.
His dad didn't talk to him for years.
Speaker 2 (15:23):
He didn't even knock her up.
Speaker 1 (15:25):
Well, the way he went on, I would have thought
he knocked her up with the way the dad didn't
talk to him for years.
Speaker 2 (15:30):
Now he just is he had sex. He had sex
when he tells.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
His dad, Who tells your dad when you know you're
not supposed to do that?
Speaker 2 (15:40):
I don't know. Apparently he told his dad, and so
now it's been fifteen years since he's told anybody he's
loved them, and it makes me question a lot that
the person he's ready to tell is Sabrina.
Speaker 1 (15:53):
I want a child psychologist in that house. A Platt
from Passaic Valley High School, child's side collogist, Well, my
whole family. The only person I want her in this house.
She'll I need. I need to break it down because
you know, childhood really affects how you are as an
adult in your relationships.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Back to Jesse and Ben talking about, you know, his
love for Sabrina. Jesse says, you know, I wanted to
have like a summer with you, But then now, if
there was one person you could end up with, it
would be Sabrina. And I'm like, what am I missing
about Sabrina?
Speaker 1 (16:32):
Listen, sometimes it's right time, right place. Yeah, true, you
know he might just be ready. But then but then
Jesse says, like, these guys talk like I don't know
guys from New Jersey that talk like this. He's like,
I'm going to share you with anybody. I'm glad it's her.
Speaker 2 (16:50):
Yeah, what.
Speaker 1 (16:55):
I can help me understand that? This is how men
speak to each other. You don't know this. If like
that to my girlfriend, I'm like, God, you got a boyfriend,
we get it. When you call us on your first fight,
We'll be here for your baby. We got this. We
won't be seeing her make make the reservations for two
(17:17):
for the next couple of months. Like I don't get it.
Speaker 2 (17:20):
I don't get it either. Then they go to the
beach and a man.
Speaker 1 (17:23):
Until my brother and ask if you ever spoke to
a man like that. I'm like, Louis, Louis, I need
to know, did you ever stay to one of your friends?
You don't mind sharing him with some girl to help
it makes I won't be there one day. I'm literally,
(17:47):
can can they let me come to summer house just
one day? Me and you.
Speaker 2 (17:50):
Just just to show up. I'll wear a lorics outfit
if I have to.
Speaker 1 (17:54):
I'll wear I'll even wear a costume. And I just
want to sit on those chairs in the back that
you know, the chairs, And I.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
Just want to less out with random girls.
Speaker 1 (18:03):
Yeah, where they were he making what point? Did you
think he liked you?
Speaker 2 (18:12):
Then there the beach and a man who tells me
my first side that he really liked that they needed
to be best friends again. But you're my person.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
But you're my person, but you're in the way, and
I want to make sure I get this just right.
He's going on here.
Speaker 2 (18:53):
I do for my people.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
I don't want to be your person.
Speaker 2 (19:02):
If this is what you did your person, imagine why
you do your enemies. Then Amanda tells me it's way
too soon for Siera and West to go on that
double date. What does she care? I mean, yes, I
(19:24):
mean call.
Speaker 1 (19:25):
It a hunch. But if I had, if I had
to guess there by this time, do you think by
this time things are going on?
Speaker 2 (19:38):
Or no?
Speaker 1 (19:38):
What do we know yet?
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Well?
Speaker 1 (19:39):
I don't have.
Speaker 2 (19:41):
Amanda ironically says, I would die for the girl the
way I'd cut West off in one second, if she
looked at me, if she gave me one look, I'd
attack What she.
Speaker 1 (19:51):
Used to do is give me the look, and I'm
going for him. We didn't mean for you to go
for him in that way right away, like like go
for him, go for him a man. That was a
total misunderstanding.
Speaker 2 (20:07):
I'm like, you know what, doesn't.
Speaker 1 (20:10):
I'd go right for him for you.
Speaker 2 (20:13):
Listen, if you need me to, I will hook up
with him to show him, to show you what.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
He could show him. I'll show you how good a
friend I am for you. I'm gonna marry him. I'm
gonna get married and have kids so that you don't
get stuck with him. That's what a good friend I am.
(20:41):
I'm gonna take one for the team, and I'm gonna
bang him so you can't get him.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
I'm gonna bang him before you do, because they're already
dangerously close to kissing in the summerhouse right now at
this point.
Speaker 1 (20:56):
And then and then I'm kinna wind up with no
job and on a farm somewhere in the Midwest while
you're at the Mecala in upside down course address.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
I love you so much, but I mean, what was
this all? Bs? Like, how is she capable of doing
such a one eighty?
Speaker 1 (21:25):
Is she disassociating, Like I think I'm a therapist now
because I because I'm not. Does soone needs to stop
me because I'm gonna get sued. I'm not a therapist.
I'm like talking to Like, is she disassociating herself from
the actual thing that's going on? I know people that
could do that, People that have been through trauma in
their life can like detach themselves from situations. Yeah, I've
(21:50):
done it.
Speaker 2 (21:51):
I mean maybe she has. Then, Also, how did you
feel about this? Sierra had already brought this up a
couple of times to different people, but at the beach,
Kyle finds out from Sierra that Amanda has been debating separation.
But I don't I think Amanda was debating separation. I
(22:11):
think Sierra was suggesting it.
Speaker 1 (22:16):
No, Amanda said she suggested it and he didn't want
to go for it.
Speaker 2 (22:20):
She said, I you know, if I were to suggest it,
I don't think he'd go for it. I'd be down.
Speaker 1 (22:28):
She didn't say she asked for that already. Maybe no,
they were sitting in talk.
Speaker 2 (22:34):
No, she said I'd be down that.
Speaker 1 (22:37):
Yeah we know, yeah, we know, we already know. You
certainly were because by Bravo Kanye had your own place.
I think. I think they're all butting their nose in
where they shouldn't. If one of my friends ever spoke
(22:59):
to any man I was with about conversations I've had
about our relationship to that level, Yeah, and he's hearing
it for the first time. If I was with a
man and he heard from my friend for the first
time after they just went to marriage counseling.
Speaker 2 (23:15):
I can see why, Like Kyle has had enough this
season like that, they're just throwing it at him every
chance I can get, Like he's finally thinking, Okay, our
marriage is getting a little bit better. She agreed to
go to coubles counseling, and then he's got Sierra over
here going, you know what, on the side, we've been
chatting about your separation.
Speaker 1 (23:38):
I bet Sierra wishes they didn't she didn't help with
that separation along, because I think that helped along with
what was going on behind the scenes.
Speaker 2 (23:46):
Yeah, that's that's the problem. But why does so many
men start to only care once separation or divorce is
on the table.
Speaker 1 (23:57):
Well, it's not just men, it's people in relationship, know. Yeah,
Then all of a sudden, it's a big wake up call.
Do you know how many times I hear people say
he or she had to leave me before I realized
what I was gonna lose. I was just talking to
somebody the other day and they're married now, and he's like, listen,
(24:20):
I was jerk off. He had to put me in
my place. And then when he finally came back, I realized, Like,
because sometimes they never think you're gonna leave.
Speaker 2 (24:30):
Yeah, it's true. I mean, I know we're all teams Sierra,
but I thought that her suggesting a separation was out
of line.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
It was out of line. You know, for the record,
if anyone cares, if I ever leave, it's too late.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
Yeah, because the therapist do this. Let's do the therapist.
Let's let her do her job. Well, I think that
he was happy.
Speaker 1 (24:54):
He thought that there was Amanda was already checked out.
Speaker 2 (24:57):
Yeah, Amanda was. Amanda's been done since we of the season.
Speaker 1 (25:01):
Amanda has been done since skinny dipping in Italy with
Ben's name Ben. Amanda was done. And he was so
happy because this is how I knew like they had
big problems for many other reasons. But when he goes,
we held hands, you know, we were driving, we had
a great time at this wedding, Kyle came back and
he's like, we were like affectionate to each other, and
(25:23):
he was like so happy.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
I know, And you know now that I'm back watching
season one Summerhouse, Oh look at you, and Amanda's in it,
and there's like a scene in the hot tub where
it's right after once again, Kyle tells her, you know,
I don't think I'm ready for a relationship, and she's like,
I don't worry, I'm fine, I'm good with this, blah
(25:45):
blah blah, and then she takes her top off.
Speaker 1 (25:48):
Oh my god, I know those are real.
Speaker 2 (25:51):
No, they're they're real.
Speaker 1 (25:54):
Amandas are real to be skinny with big tits. What
I wouldn't give? I know, Well, you know, was he
an asshole in the beginning from what I see. I
didn't always watch it religiously. Yeah, I know, there's a
lot of resentment. And then you know, he didn't ever
grow up. Had he grown up, they'd probably be thrown
(26:17):
off the show a long time ago.
Speaker 2 (26:18):
Yeah, but he never did. But then before dinner, Carl
and Bailey get a little flirty. Carl says he loved
her see through dress at the bar opening Okay later
you know, we know they make out at dinner. Bailey
says it was better than her makeout with Ben. I
think Ben is like overhyped.
Speaker 1 (26:41):
He's just different. He's a novelty. Listen, he's doing better
this year than what was the guy last year? Emerald. See,
I liked Emerald. No one liked Emerald.
Speaker 2 (26:52):
All Emerald did was come to get laid and he
was never even at the house.
Speaker 1 (26:56):
Well he was nice to talk to.
Speaker 2 (26:58):
How do you know? Did you just talk to him?
Speaker 1 (27:00):
No, I just saw him on the show. Was just different.
I would have been special. I thought it was a
nice guy. Never when Jesse got in trouble for sucking
(27:26):
his toes, he caused all that trouble. Wait, I take
it back. See I can't. My picker's never.
Speaker 2 (27:34):
Got Yeah, your picker is never good. But I do
think Carl has gotten a little bit of a swag back,
like he's looking hot again.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
Carl.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
Yeah, he didn't brush his hair for dinner. No, but
I actually liked that. It wasn't so just like for
a little bit he just seemed like he was cool.
He wasn't like.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
I'm telling you. I me and Paul like really like
I like him and Lindsay not for each other.
Speaker 2 (28:04):
Yeah. Then Lindsay of course wants to play a game, which,
of course, those are always a great idea when you're
at a dinner full of people. The game is lost
and found. West is happy with kindling his friendship with Sierra.
Sierra says she can finally not pretend to hate the
man she loves the most.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
No, no, she can't even smell bacon. She's so in love.
Speaker 2 (28:31):
Yeah she can't.
Speaker 1 (28:33):
I mean she can't smell bacon.
Speaker 2 (28:35):
Her feelings are so clear. There's no way Amanda and
West can pretend otherwise.
Speaker 1 (28:40):
She's crazy for this guy. She's crazy for him. I
don't know that I ever saw a girl so crazy
about a guy. I really can confidently say that except
for my daughter.
Speaker 2 (28:55):
What about when she kissed him on the cheek and
then she was like maybe gonna wipe it off or
maybe because yeah, it was like the most intimate moment.
I mean, she.
Speaker 1 (29:05):
Hugs him when he hugs her. And then like earlier
in the show, like mid midway through, they were in
her room. They were like hugging and she was like
do your life, Like she was hanging on him, like
for she loved him. She loved him, she loves hard.
Speaker 2 (29:22):
She does like the second she gets the okay to
do that. I learned, Well, she's learned.
Speaker 1 (29:27):
I think I think she still got it. She's still
got a ways to go. She's young, she's very young.
Speaker 2 (29:36):
Also, during the game, kJ gets emotional because he's grateful
for finding community within the house.
Speaker 1 (29:42):
It's nice. He looked up to everybody like a brother
that he had lost, and that was really nice.
Speaker 2 (29:47):
kJ seems like a really nice guy. I like him
all that. kJ and Dara are not actually it and
she just wants to be in the shower. Are we
fine with them?
Speaker 1 (30:01):
I'm not totally fine yet Jewelry's out. They're still together
right now, so I'm fine with it.
Speaker 2 (30:09):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
Why would we think that about her?
Speaker 2 (30:12):
Though?
Speaker 1 (30:13):
Well, because you have to, because you have to think.
Speaker 2 (30:15):
It's awesome videos of her from like acting on the
Disney Channel or something. So then of course I did. Yeah,
So of course then I went to she wanted to
be an actor, now here she is, and then that
I can't help myself. I'm a cynic. I'm a hater.
Speaker 1 (30:32):
Not you're a hater. We're just being realistic, Like we've
lived life right. We've been screwed over. We've been screwed
over by people we loved, We've met people we didn't like.
We've seen people in this business that try to be
friends just to get something out of it. So we've
seen it. So yeah, it's it's fair to ask that question, Teddy,
it's fair. But I think that if they're still together,
(30:55):
I think they're a really nice couple and I'd love
to see them for.
Speaker 2 (30:57):
The long haul. Well, I will definitely see them for
next season.
Speaker 1 (31:01):
Beautiful Great.
Speaker 2 (31:04):
Then, before Kyle can answer his lost and found, Lindsay says,
Kyle's lost his wedding ring, but he found a DJ
career bad. And then Amanda says he's going to Vegas.
Speaker 1 (31:17):
And then she giggles about it. She don't care. Everybody
cares more than her.
Speaker 2 (31:23):
No, she doesn't care. And then as Kyle begins to
explain that he has a weekend gig at Marquis with
a potential residency. This is like kind of a big deal,
by the way, that's like a good, very big.
Speaker 1 (31:34):
Deal, and and you know, the guys are kind of
trying to stick up for him, but like Lindsay, Lindsay
goes for him and starts to get into well did
you speak to your significant other about this?
Speaker 2 (31:51):
Or did you have a conversation with your partner? Have
you done this? Have you done that? And he's like, well,
that's kind of what I'm doing right now, and she's like.
Speaker 1 (31:59):
So no, he could sit there and say I just
found out she wants to be separated. I don't think
we've had that conversation either. I just heard that from Sierra.
Speaker 2 (32:09):
That's true. That's true.
Speaker 1 (32:12):
They're clearly not communicating. Everybody's pushing them. They need their
Their relationship is at a point where they're not kids.
They're in their forties. He's in his forties, she's in
her late thirties. They've been married, they've dated long enough,
and I think that they can handle I think they
got it. Guys, why don't you just everybody stay out
(32:32):
of it? Because Amanda's doing just fine.
Speaker 2 (32:35):
And Amanda's fine to just let all of her friends
do this work for her.
Speaker 1 (32:42):
Like she seems to be smug about it.
Speaker 2 (32:45):
She's kind of smug about it.
Speaker 1 (32:46):
Thirty four years old, you're a woman. I was divorced
with two kids by the time I was twenty eight.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
Come on, well, you know. Lindsey then calls out Amanda
wanting a family, and Kyle smirks and gets upset, and
she says she's not ready for a family. As Amanda smirks,
Kyle mouse you to her because he knows she's not ready.
They've had this conversation.
Speaker 1 (33:09):
I've heard her say it. Yeah, we've heard my mental
health needs to be in check. You know, I am
He wanted kids. He spoke to her last season or
maybe it was this season. Was it this season?
Speaker 2 (33:22):
I think it was last season.
Speaker 1 (33:23):
Okay, last season. He's talking to her like, I want kids, like,
and she's like, yeah, no, Yeah, guess what when you
have kids. You can't sleep all day. You can't smoke
weed all day.
Speaker 2 (33:37):
You can't have your mom come and clean up your
house with your You can't. You can't have been there
because it's not happening. It's like, but you can tell
he's truly pissed. He's like, this isn't right, Like the
amount of things that I'm doing to cover for our
family because she's not doing anything. Yeah, I mean he's he's,
(34:00):
for lack of a better word, he's triggered.
Speaker 1 (34:03):
He's triggered because he's been the bad guy all season
and then and then now we look at things through
different eyes.
Speaker 2 (34:12):
What happens then, because then West moves his chair next
to Amanda to protect her.
Speaker 1 (34:18):
Well, that's a panty dropper, now.
Speaker 2 (34:22):
If that wasn't sorry Sierra, I got moved to the.
Speaker 1 (34:25):
Other side of the table. Oh excuse me, my person,
can you move down one? Can you just move your chair?
My person's gonna last. Could you move it just a
(34:46):
little bit more.
Speaker 2 (34:49):
So you can still be in the scene. But I
just need to make sure a manon knows I'm there
for her.
Speaker 1 (34:57):
But this is a man who's had enough. Yeah, Kyle
is sitting there, and she doesn't look like like a
just a person in distruss she has in the past.
She's been through the gamut with him. He's cheated, he
comes home, he's pissing the bed, drunk, whatever, and like
you know, they've been through it.
Speaker 2 (35:18):
And this time just seems to be like kind of smiling,
and she's sitting there like yeah, whatever. You guys see
how he is and he I mean, he gets mad.
I mean he's mad mad. I don't know what Wes
thought he was going to do by moving the chair over.
Speaker 1 (35:37):
So he was gonna, well he was in case that
he got violin towards her, he was going to be
the buffer right there. Oh okay, and like if the
he's through something or yeah, see that would have already
happened in New Jersey.
Speaker 2 (35:52):
Yeah. So they're scooted over. As Kyle gets more heated,
they're like, you know, He's says, you don't put we have,
which we already said. You're not pulling your weight, You're
not doing this, You're not doing that. He's like, you
guys don't understand. He slams his drink down and then
he goes to fight outside. He's at first he's just
(36:13):
throwing shit, he's just mad, and then Carl and it
ends with him and Carl fighting.
Speaker 1 (36:19):
Carl looked really mad.
Speaker 2 (36:21):
I know, well because I think it got to that
point that it was just like but we have to
remember the only time that Kyle has seen been was
happy this entire summer was the weekend that Amanda wasn't there.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
Everybody was. That was the best day of Wes. Did
you forget that was the best night of West Life's
talk about bringing down the energy, like He's like, I
had the best time. I was Kyle's like I was
able to be myself and I know we really have
problems now because it was the best I felt in years.
(36:59):
And then Wess, this was the best night of my life.
And then Amanda calls and everybody's like so happy, and
then she's upset that Wes rubbed it in and set
I mean.
Speaker 2 (37:11):
Yeah, that she was upset that Wes said it was
the best night of his life.
Speaker 1 (37:15):
Is anybody yet catching on to something?
Speaker 2 (37:20):
I mean, I think I'm catching onto I think it's
like traders.
Speaker 1 (37:23):
People think we could see me. You know, we know
who the trader is sitting at the table in the castle,
but you really don't know because you don't have the clues.
Speaker 2 (37:32):
Yeah, I mean, I don't think we really know. I
don't think anything has truly happened yet between West and Amanda.
But I think if West he could have made out with.
Speaker 1 (37:44):
Sierra, what do you mean, made out.
Speaker 2 (37:48):
Like when they were in the room hugging tight. I
think he could have kissed her and she would have
kissed him back.
Speaker 1 (37:53):
Are you kidding me? She would have done anything.
Speaker 2 (37:55):
Yeah, that's so I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (37:57):
Amanda said it was the best weekend of her life
on the beach, so was that her saying what because I.
Speaker 2 (38:05):
Think that was in response to West text uh wes, Yeah,
so she was like touchet like he cares, he didn't care. Yeah,
but yeah, I mean all in all, it's like I
we have like a couple of episodes left, but I'm
ready to get to the reunion. I need to get
I mean, I know that there was something leaked, but
I need more.
Speaker 1 (38:27):
No, we need so much more.
Speaker 2 (38:30):
We need so much more. But I do think Kyle,
I mean, even though he had kind of a breakdown
this episode, I do think he's handling all of this
quite well.
Speaker 1 (38:43):
Again, He's not a I don't find him to be
like this vicious guy. Yeah, he was just at his
breaking point because people were on him.
Speaker 2 (38:53):
He didn't He's the only one that didn't even get
to answer.
Speaker 1 (38:57):
And then you know, you think about it and you
have like these girls coming at him and she's just
sitting there.
Speaker 2 (39:03):
Like, yeah, like that's your husband.
Speaker 1 (39:09):
Whether you like him or not. Just say to everybody,
back off, Like I would never have my friends doing
this for me.
Speaker 2 (39:17):
No, and not everybody on him makes things worse. I
mean Ben even tried to have his back and not
one person listened to Ben.
Speaker 1 (39:27):
I Ben did try to explain, listen, this is something
where he's going to make more money working less. Yeah,
but no one heard him at this point because.
Speaker 2 (39:38):
No one cared.
Speaker 1 (39:39):
Because now Kyle's like, everybody's on me, and she's sitting
there smirking.
Speaker 2 (39:45):
She's sitting there smirking, happy that West is about to
move his chair over.
Speaker 1 (39:49):
Correct. Until this day, Kyle still has not bad melts her. No,
he hasn't, not right, been watching out for her, worried
about out her mental health, meeting her on the street
with the dogs. Oh yeah, yeah.
Speaker 2 (40:05):
I mean, I think we've got we got a lot coming.
But I'm excited for it.
Speaker 1 (40:14):
I'm excited for it too. You know what. I also
think for Kyle and Amanda, Kyle needed somebody a little
bit stronger minded than her to force him to be
something better. If she could have changed him. We can't
change guys. You really can't change it. Change a man? Right,
who may? What makes you think any of what makes
any of us think we could change anyone? But I
(40:35):
don't think if there was some way to do it
wasn't It wouldn't have been her. And I think that
he wasn't the right person. To bring out the best
in her either. It really makes a big difference in
your life when you choose that partner.
Speaker 2 (40:50):
Yeah, I think so too, But the problem is, I
don't really see West any differently. She's gonna have to
go through the same shit with that with Wes that
she went through with Kyle, but now we're just going
to be doing it ten years later with a new person.
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (41:06):
I mean, does he love her? Do they say? Do
they tell each other they love them? Do they mean it?
Are they going to wait?
Speaker 2 (41:14):
Their statement was on chat GPT, right, Are.
Speaker 1 (41:17):
They going to wake up one day and look at
each other and go like that? Happens sometimes sometimes sober up.
Speaker 2 (41:24):
Yeah, sometimes it's all about like the allure of.
Speaker 1 (41:30):
Just the illusion of what it is. Right, You romanticize
something in your head, but it's illusion. It's an illusion,
especially when you're in a different or vulnerable position.
Speaker 2 (41:40):
I still, I know we talked about it, but I
still can't even handle it the way that Amanda doubled
down on the way she would behave if West even with.
Speaker 1 (41:51):
So we didn't talk enough about that. We didn't let
you talk on that because because I was just sitting
there with my mouth open, like we laughed about it
just now, but let's talk about it really.
Speaker 2 (42:02):
Yeah, Like she is sitting there going at it like
she is. No, you don't understand what I will do
to him. I will take him down if he even
messes with her a little bit. She's not ready for
to take it. Blah blah blah. Like that's what leads
me to.
Speaker 1 (42:17):
Be who's not going to hurt her heart?
Speaker 2 (42:21):
She says, she's That's why I feel like they can't
They can't possibly be hooking at it, hooking up yet
unless Amanda is a sociopath.
Speaker 1 (42:30):
We're going to find out at the reunion when Yeah, oh.
Speaker 2 (42:37):
My gosh, it's just it's crazy.
Speaker 1 (42:40):
Well that that is something that's going to stick in
my head, that's going to rent space.
Speaker 2 (42:44):
Yeah, that's my head.
Speaker 1 (42:46):
That's the part that until I find out, until I
find out what I'm thinking about her upside down course
address right now. I don't know why because I'm thinking
about her saying I'm going to take one for the team.
I'm going to get him away from her so he
doesn't ruin her life. That's a good friend, you know.
(43:07):
At the end of the day, we could look at
this like a whole different way.
Speaker 2 (43:12):
I mean, this was a good episode.
Speaker 1 (43:15):
Now we're getting to the meat and potatoes, Like we're
getting there. And if this talk on the if this
this is a very pivotal moment because if this stuff
was going on while she gave this little speech, we
need to really look more into this.
Speaker 2 (43:32):
Yeah, we need to really dig in. I love you,
I love you, Vike
