Two Teas in a Pod. It's Teddy Mellencamp and Cameridge Edge.
Speaker 2 (00:09):
Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of Two Teas and
a Pod with myself, Teddy Mellencamp.
Speaker 1 (00:13):
And Dolores Catanya.
Speaker 2 (00:16):
We are excited to be recapping the Valley Season three
episode four recap. And when I say I'm excited, it
means that, like, I'm excited to now feel like I
have postpartum depression again. I feel more into It's all
of them I've morphed into.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
I have postpartum now four under four? Who does this
to themselves? Like it's craziness. It's like, I get it,
I get it all. I understand it's a hard time
and they're going through it older Like that's hard enough
in your twenties. Yeah. No.
Speaker 2 (00:53):
So it starts out Danny's trying to relieve Nia of
her breastfeeding duties.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
So he puts on.
Speaker 2 (00:59):
A like a bro like a fake bra that has
a hole in it, and then tries to feed the baby,
the baby through the through the hole, and then he
puts a picture of her face on his face. One
the scariest thing is, I think I've seen somebody do
this before.
Speaker 1 (01:17):
I've seen. No, there's been a few. There's been a few,
like in two unnecessary. You can never beat the real thing.
Let's face it. What's the youngest what's the boy's name?
The one that was actually trying to intervene with his parents,
he's not even five years old, and he's like, listen, guys,
(01:38):
this is and you just stop. He like got involved,
he got physically involved. He's like, I don't think the
baby wants you for this. He wants he wants mommy's boobs.
And he was actually so Asher, I want to marry Asher.
Asher will keep an eye on that kid. He's gonna
(01:58):
be something. Asher had more sense than everybody in that room,
and like he became the parent. He was like, okay,
more scaring the baby. I understand this is coming from
a good place and you really meant well, but you
need to stop now. This isn't gonna be And he
(02:20):
rips the fucking paper of his mother's face off his
father and he's like, father, like, let's just stop.
Speaker 2 (02:27):
And poor Nia she's like you're coming across as like
such a douche, please stop. But then she has to
get Asher to jump in for her.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
Well, Asher like was almost like I think I'm going
to take over. He was barely going back up the stairs.
He like kept his eye on the baby. He's like,
do I really need to take this kid upstairs with me?
At this point, I'm so proud of you. Guys are
doing a great job. Just stick to what you're doing.
You'll try to. But you know me, I'm a lot
(02:57):
more harder on men. I guess like I'm like, no, no,
me is she's submissive? You think she's submissive?
Speaker 2 (03:06):
More submissive, Like she she doesn't want anyone messing, Like
even when she's talking, when they're talking about the other
guys and how if Danny's going to go to the
cigar bar or not, She's like, well, I just don't
want this to ruin your friendships with the other guys.
Like she's she's very concerned about Danny. But I don't
think she's very concerned about Danny because she is pulled back.
(03:28):
I think she's pulled back because she doesn't want the
real Nia and Danny to be on the show.
Speaker 1 (03:34):
You think, so, yeah, this is what I'm gonna say,
coming from what she's come from and what she finally
was open with her friends about her childhood, Yeah, which
was a very hard childhood. She has to have not
like she has to have some intestinal core, like intestinal
(03:57):
fortitude to get through that. When you're and when you
grow up at doesn't go away, Like there's got to
be a toughness about you. She lived in a tent
in somebody's yard, had like her black belt. Yes, so,
I I mean knowing that. I like to know people's childhood.
It tells me a lot about them as an adult.
I don't feel that ever goes away mine, did it?
(04:18):
I know if you feel the same way. But she's
not what I expect in someone who lived the way,
who grew up that way.
Speaker 2 (04:27):
And goodness, remember she had to change and became like
Miss USA or Miss America.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
She's beautiful. I think she's so great.
Speaker 2 (04:36):
When you're when you're retrained, it's like anything, like you're
retrained to be something else.
Speaker 1 (04:43):
So well, I mean it's not like they put her
in a military camp and broke her down and built
her back up.
Speaker 2 (04:48):
But the beauty pageants they all are kind of like
I wouldn't know.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
Yeah, so like you mean robotic, yes, okay, well I
think that she will well she maybe she puts her
foot down where we don't say. I think she does.
Speaker 2 (05:05):
I think whenever she tells Danny she puts her finger up,
or like you can't have another drink, or don't drink
a boys night or any of those things. Like we
didn't catch him drinking at her house the week before.
They totally slipped that in. Did you see that? No?
Oh the week before when he was you know, he's
been going with this no drinking thing. I totally saw
(05:27):
him take a shot and then drink some of his margarita.
Speaker 1 (05:31):
Oh see, I didn't.
Speaker 2 (05:32):
Okay, well, don't try to pull a fast one on us. Editing,
got it.
Speaker 1 (05:36):
It was the last week, last week's episode. Yeah, So
if I was her, she was like, oh, I don't
think so with the whole breast fling. I would have
choked him out with the thing like I want to
see that, Ninya because I know you are that Niya,
because you grow up like I did and I kind
of feel like you did. Don't tell me you can't
do that. That had to have been a turn off. Well,
(06:00):
she was like holding the fake rest and like I
would have been like, oh.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
It's too much and it's just him trying to be
like It's like when he had his accent all last week.
I can't do it. I can't do all.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
These I can't do fake accents. I can't do fake accents.
I can't do it. Gives me a fever.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
I think I can't do that. How the amount of
GLP one. So he's done this year, and yet now
he's bringing going to the gym as part of his storyline.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
Yeah, let's just be honest about GLP one as soon
as we're done speaking. No, maybe I'll start tomorrow because
I had an anesthesia today. I want to let everyone
know I'm going full force. It's in right, I'm looking
at the refrigerator. It's right there, and I want to
let you know that tomorrow it's on.
Speaker 2 (06:49):
I want to let you know that I asked my cancer.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
How good wellness coach, who's dying of can I'm there
because I gain away from the time stop don't help me,
because hey from getting bigger from the steroids.
Speaker 2 (07:10):
I asked my doctor if I could please have g
O P once and he was like, no, I'm so sorry.
Speaker 1 (07:20):
Someone told you, but I don't know that I listen.
I don't know. Doesn't mean I'm not going to do it.
I mean I know people where I could get it.
I have friends that do it. Listen to me, you
could get it anywhere and if you really want it,
(07:40):
but we know, want to shut up, tell your doctor
to shut up. Listen, let me enjoy my time. Well
I'm taking it tomorrow if you want to start with me,
So do what you want. Next when you say that
(08:01):
you're dying, because I think he would have said, let's
just go do it. He's telling you. I think it's
just that I'm getting contradiction. I know, so rude, let
me live. You're telling me to live my best life.
But I don't even get him. Yeah, like live your
best life. Like That's why I think maybe someone's lying.
(08:22):
I don't think you're dying because he would have said,
just oh that's what you want, Sure take that, do
go do some coco, go snort whatever you want. Yeah,
I mean he's telling you know, I mean, fuck her.
Then we get to shorts.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Jason and Jesse go to get an extra manly.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
You know, Paul gets patticures. Paul was on that whole
tammeron Hall manscape thing. It's men are manscaping now. I
think they should as they should They always should have,
and I think they didn't. Four is the problem. Do
you think that a woman should kind of like tell them?
(09:07):
And a lot of men think it's not manly to manscape.
Not that these are the three most manly men I've
ever seen in my life. You're getting peddicures.
Speaker 2 (09:15):
I think these three probably don't even have that wouldn't stubble.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
I'm not saying like they're like the cut type of
men I'm used to, But I'm gonna throw it out
there and say to the men listening, and it's okay,
you could do this.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
You could do it, and I think it's okay. Also,
people think of manscaping and they think you have to
like be completely bare. No, you can just trim and
have it be short and cute and nice and like
on your chest if.
Speaker 1 (09:47):
You have a hairy chest.
Speaker 2 (09:49):
I don't like it when like their hair is coming
out of their armpins.
Speaker 1 (09:52):
No, no, there's no reason for trim it.
Speaker 2 (09:56):
That's what I'm saying. They can trim if they're not mayb.
I mean their dingers need to be landscaped.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
One hundred.
Speaker 2 (10:06):
But Jesse, he said, a bougie squirrel attached to his
finger and he thought he had rabies.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
I was gonna call Gabby and ask her about that,
because I don't think you can get rabies from the squirrel.
When an animal has rabies, you know it, it's like
foaming at the mouth, and it's a horrible, horrible thing.
And I don't think that squirrels are known to be rabid.
(10:37):
But yet he wants to go get it like a
shot and like get a test.
Speaker 2 (10:42):
It's like, it's how I feel about the GLP once,
but he feels that way about.
Speaker 1 (10:47):
Squirrels trials in need even though he doesn't really need it.
Here's the thing. Do you know the only way to
test to see if an animal has rabies is to
remove its head and send it out. No, yes, Gabby
has to do that sometimes.
Speaker 2 (11:01):
Oh my gosh. So he's potentially going to kill that squirrel.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
He better not, He better not die. Nothing's wrong with that.
There's no reason to kill the squirrel. It doesn't have rabies.
It's it. It probably will, you know, it probably didn't.
Maybe you didn't get his nuts that day from Whole Foods.
He didn't like the airwon nuts. I don't know. I
(11:27):
want to ask Gabby why the squirrel bit him. I
think maybe he thought thought it was a nut.
Speaker 2 (11:33):
I thought I think he thought it was a nut
and little fingernut, especially if a little fingernut. But they're
kind of like talking about whatever. I at this point,
I start to worry about you know, I'm friends with Jesse.
Speaker 1 (11:46):
Yes, I like Jesse. Jesse has a very smart background,
which people forget to mention all the time. Who the
Anna Nicole Smith portion, No, Jesse was is highly educated.
I believe he went to a really good school for
engineering and then he threw it all away to go
try to be a model with Jack somewhere in an
apartment somewhere.
Speaker 2 (12:07):
Well, he got to bang it out with Anna Nicole Smith,
and I got to see.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
A picture of you, you know what. She was beautiful.
She was beautiful. But I'm a little bit worried about him. Him.
Speaker 2 (12:18):
He's barely on the show right now. I think having
Lacey on the show has pulled him back. We're not
seeing much of him, We're not seeing much of snarky behavior.
He's pretty much okay if Schwartz dates his ex wife.
He even sus it. I mean, I asked him, how.
Speaker 1 (12:36):
Come Wes wasn't okay with Jesse, Hump and Sierra. But
this one's like, listen, I have a kid with her.
I have a kid with her. If you make her
happy she gets off my dick, then I'm very happy. Yeah,
do it. What did I say, though, Taddy the other day?
I said, when you don't care about somebody anymore, you
don't care who they're with. Yeah, you don't, but you
(12:58):
don't want them dating your friend behind their back. I
get that that is.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
But Schwartz, I thought, actually had a good point because
then he said, I wouldn't never do that unless there
was full love there, unless I was you and Graham.
Speaker 1 (13:12):
How do you know you're in love unless you start
a relationship.
Speaker 2 (13:15):
Well, I think you start to have a platonic relationship.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
So do you think that Jesse really means it for
tom to I think Jesse is, you know, really into Lacey. Yeah.
Speaker 2 (13:33):
I think Jesse is really into Lacey, and I think
he has to have something to talk about. There's no
drama with Lacey. Lacy's not going to let any drama
get out. Michelle isn't really talking to him at all.
So we've got to have some kind of content because
right now I'm looking at this.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Faceless like summer summer.
Speaker 2 (13:54):
The lady that worked at the nail salon has been
on more than Jesse this season, and Janet as.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
She kind of deserves to be. I think she's cute.
A lala wants to set her on fire. But I
thought she was sweet when they were there getting their
nails done. She wants a boyfriend.
Speaker 2 (14:13):
She was sweet when they were getting their nails done.
But when they went on the date, well, Schwartz awkwardly
mentions that he's going to a singles night with Michelle
and Lawla. He promises Jesse's not going to shoplift booty.
Is that it shoplift the booty?
Speaker 1 (14:29):
And here's the thing. She was miked during all of this.
It was okay, so it was a planned thing. Production
probably said are you going to go show up like
it was.
Speaker 2 (14:40):
She was miked even at the nail salon or the
barber shop.
Speaker 1 (14:45):
They'll do that, you know, they will will do that
if somebody's involved in the conversation. That's what I mean.
Speaker 2 (14:51):
So she must have said, I'm a huge fan, and
they said, do you want to flirt with sports?
Speaker 1 (14:56):
And she's already she was all on board for it.
She she was too on board for it.
Speaker 2 (15:03):
Well, when they did the flashback and she was like, don't.
Speaker 1 (15:16):
I hope she doesn't watch this. I would feel so tough.
Go ahead, go fucking evisitrate her and right now? But
go do it, Teddy, so you can feel good.
Speaker 2 (15:27):
Don't be surprising see me tonight like I'll you.
Speaker 1 (15:31):
No, No, I want to be surprised. I don't want
to be. I don't want you to hear tonight.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Brittany, Kristin, and Jasmine grab dinner. Kristen's emotional because she
doesn't like herself postpartum.
Speaker 1 (15:50):
I feel I feel myself. I'm not postpartum, and I'm
feeling what she's feeling. Right now. I have to go
out to dinner tonight with some new friends to get
to know them. And you think I feel like getting
dressed and doing that, you don't. I want to cancel
and say my stomach hurts from the endoscopy.
Speaker 2 (16:10):
But then they're gonna they're gonna listen to the pod
and here they took the GLP ones and that's probably
why your stomach kurts.
Speaker 1 (16:16):
Well, no, because I didn't take it. I'm going to
take it tomorrow, but I want to do it. But no,
but I'm gonna have to wear elastic waistband pants. You know,
everybody's getting dressed as we speak. What time is it?
Whatever time it is, yes, six hours, Yeah, you're you're
coming up soon, yeah, five or six hours. They're getting hair, makeup,
(16:38):
they're tanning, whitening strips, the whole nine. And here I
am looking at my Amazon leopard skinned pants over here
with the red stripe down them, with the elastic waste
and figuring out how I'm gonna make them look good.
You're gonna like it work.
Speaker 2 (16:58):
But in this moment, I all a little sad here
because yes, you know, we get the little bit of
a soft launch of Brittany admitting that you know, she's
with Brandon now they're officially dating, and all the girls
are like, oh, that's a terrible idea, but whatever, and
she's like, just be happy for me.
Speaker 1 (17:15):
I'm like, I'm not happy for oh, mad about it.
I know they're like, pop the puss, but don't pop
the what but don't like I didn't get throw. Yeah
they were.
Speaker 2 (17:28):
She said, you can like something about like you can
pop like half essentially what she's saying is half scause
I got what she was saying, is have sex to
them all you want, but don't make it official.
Speaker 1 (17:43):
Well, he badly means to be on a reality television show.
He she I didn't feel like she wanted it, but
she kind of felt like, you know, it was like okay,
and said yes to it. But I don't know, let
(18:04):
get her wrong, lived. I do like, though, to be
honest with you, when you're in a vulnerable, vulnerable position
at a vulnerable time in your life, you do have
certain people that latch onto that. And I like that
her friends are not saying, hey, yeah, go for the fling,
because that's when you make bad decisions, and that's when
(18:26):
you get involved with someone and you wind up in
a relationship. Before you know it, before you know what,
he's moving his clothes in the house.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
Before you know, you've got sixteen kids from all of
his other baby Mama's.
Speaker 1 (18:36):
Yeah, he's got the kids all over, and then he's
like he's five hours away. Next thing you know, he's
showing up with a suitcase. I've seen this before. I've
seen it before, and I don't want to see it again.
So I appreciate them.
Speaker 2 (18:50):
I appreciate them saying that, but I feel like what
they said to Kristen. It probably would have made me
cry more too, when they're like, when I'm trying about
something like if I'm feeling unattractive or if I'm feeling
like not good in my own skin, and someone's like,
you look great?
Speaker 1 (19:07):
What do you mean beautiful? What do you know? It
does not make me feel better? You want to see
if one I showed this picture to people the other
day and whoever told me that it's not that bad.
I'm not talking to right now, so I know what
you're talking about. I'm going to show you right now. Okay,
(19:29):
you think I'm kidding. Okay, don't dare tell me it's okay.
Don't tell me that's okay, because I'll never talk to
you again. I'll quit the podcast and we're not friends. Okay,
that was yesterday. Why this is yesterday? Okay, you shut
(19:50):
the fuck up, Teddy. At least you're laughing. I'm we
could stay friends now, you yesterday? I just wanted to
pull up my wedding pics from nineteen ninety nine. No no, no, no, no no,
what's today? April twenties? Say I didn't even know what
(20:13):
day it is. I don't even know well, it was
today's Wednesday, it was Monday, it wasn't yesterday. Maybe lavender
is not your color. No, that's a Victoria Beckham dress
and that's the only person that looks good on is her,
So she could go fuck herself to today. But I
have a question.
Speaker 2 (20:33):
When you put it on and looked at yourself in
the mirror, were you like, this looks good?
Speaker 1 (20:37):
You felt good? Never look in the mirror? What so
you just put it on, saw that it fit. I'm like,
what can I wear that's not tight around my stomach?
What can I wear that's not loose?
Speaker 2 (20:50):
Can you do me a favor and send me that
picture so when I'm feeling a little low today, I
can I can look at it.
Speaker 1 (20:59):
I am so happy to do that. So to your point,
don't tell me I look good when I don't.
Speaker 2 (21:05):
Yeah, don't tell like, don't try to tell me you
look teddy, looks stunning, Like I get it.
Speaker 1 (21:11):
I am bet read for some reason.
Speaker 2 (21:13):
It's one hundred and twenty five degrees in my podcast
room right now.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
I'm honestly i'd be naked. That's the difference. What are
you gonna do? Can you? Can you put a T
shirt on then my god.
Speaker 2 (21:29):
Well, anyways, they don't really talk to Kristen much about
her situation with her husband. Did you notice they talked
to her about her, but they didn't talk to her
about it. She didn't really open up about him and
how he's been behaving. And I do not think he's
been behaving.
Speaker 1 (21:45):
Okay, Okay, I'm gonna play Devil's advocate here, Okay. And
I feel like the guy's been going through a lot.
She had a rough pregnancy and now she gets upset
with him. If he wants to go out or do something,
(22:05):
she's got to be there in the morning when she
wakes up. I am call me an asshole, Okay, but
I do know men need their space for certain things.
Has he been supportive of her? I feel like he has. Yeah,
And I think that you know, they're not having sex.
She doesn't feel good about herself, she's postpartum, she's like,
(22:28):
you know, I feel for her to every extent that
there is. I've been treated like shit during that time. Yeah,
I don't know that he's treating her like shit. I
feel like he's kind of like going through things too,
and he doesn't.
Speaker 2 (22:43):
Yeah, you're right, I have been treated like shit during
that time, and it feels terrible. I don't think he's
intentionally saying like hurtful things towards her, but he's most like,
he's most definitely not like to me, it doesn't feel
like a comfort right, she doesn't.
Speaker 1 (23:01):
Have it in her to give it to him. Yeah,
he's I think tapped out of the comfort zone. Yeah,
I mean it's I don't know. I feel like they
get through it. And it's also because Kristen used to
love filming and I got it like I got like
(23:21):
four weeks before I'm sitting at a table crying in
front of a bunch of girls running to the bathroom. Okay,
if things don't turn around real quick. That's why I
feel for her.
Speaker 2 (23:37):
Yeah, So they have that, they talk about DT and no,
they do all the things. Then the guys show up
at the cigar lounge and Jason calls himself a reverse
Bill Clinton.
Speaker 1 (23:47):
I don't get this at all, even when you call
someone explain that phrase to me. Yeah, I don't get it.
Speaker 3 (23:54):
Bill Clinton had said he did it in haile marijuana.
When he was accused of it. He said he did
it inhale. So he was trying to make a joke
that he because you're not supposed to inhale cigars. So
Jason was trying to make the joke that he inhales cigars.
It didn't it didn't work.
Speaker 1 (24:12):
And you're making me watch this show more. Okay, Yeah,
this is okay. So that was Matt.
Speaker 2 (24:17):
We had to get our producer on to tell us
what that joke meant, because as if all the people
we stalked down, like we have time to remember what
Bill Clinton said about his pot smoking allegation.
Speaker 1 (24:28):
And weeks ago he cheated and it's not sex whatever
asking a girl. Well no, but he also asked Monica
Lewinsky to stick the cigar of purple yak. Oh yeah,
let's not forget that.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
But that's what Maybe he should have made a reference
to that, because I would have remembered that.
Speaker 1 (24:56):
Well, Jersey, it's allient thing. Oh someone doesn't know what
that is.
Speaker 2 (25:03):
I mean, he clarifies, he tries to make a joke.
No one gets it. No one remembers that time. They
you know it is what it is?
Speaker 1 (25:11):
The cigar up is asked, He's just.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Is that I never I never saw him smoking a cigar,
So I don't know what happened to it.
Speaker 1 (25:24):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (25:25):
All I'm realizing during the scene is what are what
are we watching here?
Speaker 1 (25:28):
And why? What? What? Or what? You can't do this
to me? It feels overproduced. Danny comes in hot.
Speaker 2 (25:38):
Danny comes in hot, he's got one. But Danny has
gotten so used to the GLP ones he doesn't feel
sick anymore.
Speaker 1 (25:45):
They stop working. Then it's down low and he's ready
to come in and fight on Perry. Oh geez, he's
better what a few drinks in him. I just want
to say most people are on these shows, but it's
really stiff.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
Danny's and skinny jeans suede bots and reveals that he's
not drinking tonight, like we didn't see it.
Speaker 1 (26:09):
We already talked about that. Well, you get sick if
you drink on GLP one. Do you know that? Oh
you don't know. I don't know. Yes, you can't drink.
You projectile like vomit.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
Oh that's get a straight out no from the beginning.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
Well, I don't usually listen to no. I was told
no to today.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
You were, Oh, well, what are doctors know?
Speaker 1 (26:35):
Certainly not how I feel right now.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
Then Luke would like to solve some of the terminology
that Janet used like sexually assaulted when it came.
Speaker 1 (26:47):
To that's a strong word. Very and why are we
still talking about this? Was what two seasons ago? I
think this was last season on the boat. Okay, it
was last season. It felt like two seasons ago. But
because we've.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
Been talking about it so much, and we even had
to talk about it at the reunion.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
I'm not belittling it. I'm not belittling it. It was wrong,
It should have been talked about, conversation to be had,
But at this point, is the conversation with the intentions
of what that really is? Or is it with the
intentions of dragging out a storyline? That's what I like,
I don't for that that are serious.
Speaker 2 (27:30):
I think some of these people should have hung out
in between filming and like built some sort of relationship
because it seriously feels like strangers coming in and trying
to you know, I get that nobody wants to drive
to Santa Clarita, but like Danny, then you have to
do the work.
Speaker 1 (27:48):
That's where Danny. No, I know, like that was, but
like where is that from? Where everybody else is? Like
how far? Like for me right now, it'd take over
an hour with California traffic or just in general with California.
It's where six Flags is.
Speaker 2 (28:07):
So it's like out far enough that you can have
a whole theme park.
Speaker 1 (28:12):
Got it, Because I've stayed in the valley before when
Frankie decided you want to be an actor. So yeah, no,
the valley is.
Speaker 2 (28:20):
I mean, I think the rest of them actually do
live in the valley. Maybe Tom Schwartz doesn't, but I
think the rest of them do.
Speaker 1 (28:30):
But yeah, this this entire so let's clear this up.
Let's button up this story. Let's let's finish the story.
You do it? No, I mean I'm saying like for them,
I know, I want them to button it up.
Speaker 2 (28:43):
I want to be done talking about it. But you
want to know why it's not going to be buttoned up.
Why because it's going to happen again. He's gonna hit
her on the ass again. Maybe not her, but someone
this is They're they're queueing us up for something.
Speaker 1 (28:57):
Oh well, then that makes sense. Then I guess we'll
be here about it. Then I don't have a problem
if there is more of a story of that to
be had. But then there's Janet said she felt uncomfortable
when he shut the door when she was in the pantry.
I kind of get that.
Speaker 2 (29:12):
Like like she's in there trying to make her mac
and cheese and he comes in and shuts the door
so he can pour alcohol with out the camera scene.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
Yeah, I mean, not necessary, Danny, Not necessary Danny.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
If she's not ashamed to eat Kraft singles out of
the one.
Speaker 1 (29:31):
How do you make it of the microwave? I never
there's one never saw in my life. You've never seen
the one pack?
Speaker 2 (29:38):
No, Oh my gosh, I'm ashamed to say I've eaten
them as well.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
You have little kids, you make them stuff like that,
aren't out? Yeah? Well no, I respect everything they eat.
I used to watch you make their snacks on your instagram.
Speaker 2 (29:54):
My daughter and I, Carrie, I spent forty five five
minutes last night laughing at my.
Speaker 1 (30:04):
Tiktoks before I had cancer, Like I used to watch them.
I never followed what you did, but I would watch
them with the attention, like, oh, if I had little kids,
I'd have their little snack trees like that. Like I
could probably go back and things. It's just so bad,
(30:24):
like four carrots, Like if I had got much energy
now to be so spunky I just remember it all.
Speaker 2 (30:35):
I remember it all too now that I saw it.
I totally blocked that part of my life out. But
now now they have paid lunch, Okay, nothing wrong with them.
Then it's singles night and Schwartz, Michelle, La La and
(30:55):
Michelle's best friend Natalie comes to the Belmont. That is
the first place I met my first husband at too.
Speaker 1 (31:04):
Get out, I don't know.
Speaker 2 (31:06):
And I met and my second husband, Edwin at the
place next door.
Speaker 1 (31:10):
Well, single girls, that's the place to go single girls
and guys. Yeah, this is where you Gomont? Yeah, the Belmont.
This is that in like where La or West Hollywood. Okay,
it's not Los Anlea. Okay, guys, So whoever's listening, get
your girls, get your guys and go. Yeah, go to Belmont.
Speaker 2 (31:29):
It's delicious. But Natalie and Schwartz are hitting it off
a little bit. But the cigarette in the ear is
bothering me a lot. Okay, did you notice the cigarette
in the ear, Like yeah, come and disappear and then
come and disappear like it was like twenty five times.
Speaker 1 (31:47):
Well, because I guess it got smoked and then you
come back in or what.
Speaker 2 (31:50):
I don't know, But why did you just carry the pack?
If we're gonna just openly smoke on camera, just leave
your pack of SIGs on the table. I feel like
James Dean, Yeah, like roll them in his shirt, like yeah, no,
we can't. I don't want to see that, And I
mean neither did Natalie. Natalie goes, are you gonna smoke
that cigarette?
Speaker 1 (32:09):
Or what? After it's been behind your ear? We have
different we've evolved. There's germs here, we don't put them
in our mouth. That was like nineteen fifty, like we
be doing buddy.
Speaker 2 (32:22):
But then they all talk about like if they date
men on dating apps and whatnot, and.
Speaker 1 (32:30):
Lalla says that she doesn't.
Speaker 2 (32:32):
But she slides into DMS and she says she just
sends the little chef's kiss.
Speaker 1 (32:38):
But when she did this, I thought she might. I
thought this was Italian, like what are you doing at
my Look at my wrist? How fat it is? Like
what are you do?
Speaker 2 (32:49):
Tell me? Why has sent me a message of this
on my DMS on my dating apps? Not?
Speaker 1 (32:57):
Well, if they did, I would think that that was
just saying hey I'm Italian too, would mean like not
I want to go out with you. I never knew
that was chef's kiss. I thought it was like, we
do this to people, But does chefs kiss me and
I want to make out with you? I didn't. I
guess that. I guess it strikes up a conversation, Okay, Lala,
something simple like that. I think she's so pretty. She's
(33:19):
so pretty.
Speaker 2 (33:20):
And when Summer walked in and she said that she
had shitsu hair, Yeah, and I know all about shitzue hair.
And they showed hers where hers is like in front
of her bang, Like.
Speaker 1 (33:35):
Yeah, she comes up with some shit. That girl she's
on it. I mean, she's very smart. She's on it.
But she you can tell the fact.
Speaker 2 (33:49):
That Summer didn't get the hint to get the fuck away.
I can't understand. Oh she got the hint, she wasn't
going she didn't care.
Speaker 1 (33:56):
She did not care. She's got a set of balls
on her. She's she is going for it.
Speaker 2 (34:02):
And you think she knew she You think she knew
those girls were trash talking a little bit.
Speaker 1 (34:07):
She knew it. How could she not know it? They
weren't hiding it, Yeah, they were like Salla was like
in her face going to the girl Natalie. These two
are a match. These two are a match. They are
a match, you should leave.
Speaker 2 (34:23):
Why did the girl come up with two drinks and
not give one of them to somebody else?
Speaker 1 (34:27):
That was another thing? Should No one's treating her nice.
I wouldn't give anybody anything that's true. Why should she.
She's not gonna win them over by being nice. At
this point, she's worn them down from not leaving. They're like,
I guess she's staying.
Speaker 2 (34:42):
She's staying long conclude is usually the girl that wins
the guy.
Speaker 1 (34:48):
I'm not that girl. Like if I think you don't
like me, I'll shut down and just run the other
way and make believe I never even knew you. But
I mean, I'm not I'm not like a very even
with friends like I don't. I'm not aggressive like that.
Like I'm not in your face about things like this
girl is gonna wind up being with him.
Speaker 2 (35:07):
Watch if we have to see Summer in another episode.
I'm really gonna worry about Melissa Murrie.
Speaker 1 (35:16):
Who else Benji because we haven't seen that at all. Well,
this girl is his haired.
Speaker 2 (35:23):
Stay you stay for the night. Then Michelle is definitely
trying to play matchmaker. She's making it clear she does
not want Schwartz. She wants her friend to have Schwortz,
and then she talks about her and when she swiped
the wrong like she didn't want Jesse when she first
met him.
Speaker 1 (35:41):
Because she can't ever say anything nice about Jesse. But
do you think that, Michelle, do you think that Natalie
was interested in Schwartz because she was making believe like
she didn't know he liked her like that he was
kind of She's very pretty. What's not to like? Write? Well,
I don't know. She had sweatpant jeans on. That's what
(36:02):
I'll be wearing tonight. So No, it's to show to
show off your sexy butt. No, it'll be because nothing,
because I'm gonna have to wear a stretch eat something.
Oh my god, plastic ways.
Speaker 2 (36:14):
Well, she said, to really show off her figure, like
she came in hot. Those braids took some time. She
was coming pretty. She's been pretty girl.
Speaker 1 (36:22):
Lala listen, Lala might be uh Lala said, Lala said
she take her home to mom. Yeah, so maybe maybe
she will. Maybe that's the next thing we see on
this show.
Speaker 2 (36:34):
But for the first time, we actually see Michelle say
something nice about Jesse when she talks about their wedding.
Speaker 1 (36:42):
Yes, and their engagement. In the scene before this, when
Jesse was talking, he was saying at the Petticare place
that right now Isabella is their main focus, and that's
what it should be. At this point they are separated.
There's no chance and get back. He's moved on. Michelle's
(37:03):
ready to make a necklace out of her ring. Like
everybody's good, everyone is really good, So don't so. I mean,
I just hope it stays that way.
Speaker 2 (37:15):
I hope it says that way too. But I have
a question about making necklaces with rings?
Speaker 1 (37:19):
Would you ever do that?
Speaker 2 (37:20):
Like?
Speaker 1 (37:20):
I have my ring heading over at my friend's house. So,
like you remember when she said she had to sell
her rings because she couldn't pay her bills. I think
I've sold quite a few rings, and you sold you
sell them? So what would I do now? I showed
them because I had to because I wanted to know
what you know, what would I do now? You don't
(37:41):
get the money back that they paid for it? Right now,
diamonds are low, and I hope I never have to
do that again. But the fact that she's keeping it
and she wants to wear it is nice. I mean,
I have nothing against that. I would put it away
from my daughter because she might lose it on an Yeah,
that's that's probably the same.
Speaker 2 (38:02):
But I know because see I have I still have
my my first one and then my upgrade.
Speaker 1 (38:10):
Oh okay, but now what am I gonna do with
either of them? Give them to the next wife? I know.
I was definitely he's an eight carrot diamond. Oh my god.
(38:30):
You know what, Give it to your girl. That's what
we always say, give it to your girls. Also, the
jewelry I was saving was robbed, So put it away
in a nice place and save it for your girls. Yeah,
that's a smart plan.
Speaker 2 (38:46):
Then we get to Brittany and Zach and Schwartz come
over to babysit. So kaya so Kristen and Luke can
have a date and all light that's nice.
Speaker 1 (38:56):
They need a date night. The light was not nice, No,
but the intention was there. I think they need I
think they need to regroup. I don't want to see
anything happen to them. I like them as a couple,
don't you. I like them as a couple, but I
feel like.
Speaker 2 (39:16):
Kristin doesn't feel respected and neither does Luke, and it's
just causes problems. Yeah, then it causes problems and they
don't know how to fix it. And I think Luke
feels like Kristin doesn't take his struggles this is his
first time dad seriously because she has her own Kristen
thought Luke was going to leave her during the first trimester.
This was news to me. This was news.
Speaker 1 (39:38):
Did you know that? No, No, me neither. And then
first trimester of her pregnancy he was going to leave her. Yes,
that's the story. So this has been going on a
long time.
Speaker 2 (39:50):
They've been fighting for a while. I think they've been
This is getting bad. I think what happens was I
think I could be wrong, but I think they had
to do a lot of rounds of like IVF and stuff.
That's when you should start going bad for me.
Speaker 1 (40:02):
So so I know that it's really when you do IVF.
I did it, But isn't it like you become very hormonal.
Speaker 2 (40:10):
It's very painful, and then every time you have a
miscarriage or you don't having a topic pregnancy, or you're
not pregnant, you.
Speaker 1 (40:18):
Beat yourself up about it.
Speaker 2 (40:20):
I got in a lot of trouble for saying this
on Beverly Hills, but I still believe it like I
felt like it was one of my purposes to have kids,
and when I couldn't, it like broke my heart. And
so every time I would have a miscarriage, it would
like end me like.
Speaker 1 (40:34):
It was would get Why would that get you in trouble.
Speaker 2 (40:37):
Because it like, a woman's job is not just to
have kids.
Speaker 1 (40:42):
No, a person's job is relative to them. Yeah. Yeah,
And if that's how you felt, that's valid. And that
is how I felt. Now go fuck those kids. They
can go run around. Now it probably wasn't such a
good idea. I tell people not to do it, and
(41:02):
more and more people are listening to me than ever.
Speaker 2 (41:05):
So, But they go out on this date, I don't think.
I mean, did they seem like they laughed one time
or like they could They didn't even get a plate
for their pizza.
Speaker 1 (41:18):
I remember going to a marriage counselor, which I thought
was a bad idea in the first place. Now, I
remember one thing the guy saying before Frank started throwing
cheers across the room. He said, most people, by the
time they come to therapy, it's too late. Oh That's
(41:39):
how it was for me. Yeah, So you know, I
think this has been going on a really really long time.
And I hope they that they can reel it in.
I don't think physically and emotionally and chemically. She has
the strength to say, what do you need? Yeah, like
(42:01):
it's not there yet. Just give her some time, Give
her some time. He didn't go through all these chemical
changes in his life and all these things. It's like
if you well, he just wants to be able to
fish without somebody busting his balls, and she wants him
(42:21):
there regardless. And and he said, I spend more times
on the couch than I should. I wake up on
the couch more than I should. So there's so I
think that there needs to be an intervention here. I
think that these people as a friend group, especially me
and Danny, need who understand what it's like to go
(42:45):
through having kids, what it's like right after. I mean,
she seems to be very good with her pregnancies. I wasn't.
Speaker 2 (42:53):
I was, but I think that would Those are the
type of things I wish they were showing us, like
Nia having a conversation with Kristen truly about their babies,
and not just like showing us them breastfeeding, like I
want to hear, like this is the hard part.
Speaker 1 (43:11):
Is this, and this is what happened. This is how
it is unless it's always good, because it looks like
it's always good there.
Speaker 2 (43:18):
But it can't be. That's impossible. It's impossible for things
to always be good. It's like the couple that always
posts pictures where they look like perfect together every single time.
It's they're always the worst couple, and then all of
a sudden one of them has deleted every single photo of.
Speaker 1 (43:33):
The other person. And that's how we have to find
they break that.
Speaker 2 (43:37):
But I felt like this episode not to not to
shit on it, but we need more. You can't give
us like we've got so much going on with all
the other shows are giving so much that when you
feel one that isn't giving.
Speaker 1 (43:55):
Look at Rhode Island, not to say, because that's what
I'm saying. At Rhode Island this weekend and.
Speaker 2 (44:00):
We've got summer house, we've got we've got other stuff.
Speaker 1 (44:04):
Well, here's the thing. They need to step up. Britney
needs to say I said yes because I didn't know
how to say no to him. Nia needs to sit
her friend down and say, listen, this is it, this
is this is a hard time. You've got to pull
it together with whatever you have left and get through it.
(44:24):
And they only need to sit together and help these
people because I feel bad for what she's going through.
Let's keep Jesse and Michelle happy.
Speaker 2 (44:34):
Keep Jesse and Michelle. Yeah, Lacey can zip in whenever
she feels like it. Jasmine didn't get yelling this episode.
She wasn't mad at anyone.
Speaker 1 (44:44):
Good. I'm happy.
Speaker 2 (44:45):
Yeah, we didn't see Janet Janet Lala's back.
Speaker 1 (44:54):
I want to see more of her that.
Speaker 2 (44:56):
The thing I was thinking about was when Lala's talking
and production asks her, who all have you slept with?
Speaker 1 (45:04):
And she's like, I'm not.
Speaker 2 (45:05):
She in a fucking shay, I'm not airing all my
dirty laundry. I was like, oh my gosh, because Shina
did just do that.
Speaker 1 (45:13):
She wrote a book and talked about all the people
she had sex with. I have the book here.
Speaker 2 (45:18):
I have her book too. But she also doesn't like
me much. I don't think she does it well.
Speaker 1 (45:24):
I don't know.
Speaker 2 (45:25):
We had some issues. Maybe I'll blame Tamar because Tamar's
out of town.
Speaker 1 (45:29):
Blame camera and make up with I don't like. I
don't like loose ends.
Speaker 2 (45:33):
Yeah, I don't like we were Here's the thing. We
were fine, We'll be fine when we see each other,
I think. Granted, she saw my friend Kelly when she
was dropping off a preschool the other day, and Kelly
was like, oh, you're friends with Teddy. You know something
said something and she was like because.
Speaker 1 (45:52):
She shouldn't expect that. I'm like, did you get Lala?
And Sheena confused and she's like, yes, that's what I know.
She knows because it's so funny because since me and
you I've been on this podcast, I get those kind
of faces when I run into people too, Like I
now I have to worry about walking in a room,
like who's mad at me? This week? Like I said
(46:13):
anything so bad? I know, like it's we're gonna forget
by next week. I already told what we talked about
at the end of this episode, even, but why don't
they like I never got mad at what people say
about me, because nobody said bad things about you, Dolores.
You did, No, I didn't know. I'm kidding. I think
(46:34):
I mean I got mad.
Speaker 2 (46:37):
I think I went through a stage d I would
clap back on the comments to people when people would
talk crap about me.
Speaker 1 (46:43):
I never did. I don't even know what they are.
I don't look for them. I don't care. I could
probably meet somebody and they could probably have talked shit
about me, and then I just still be nice to them.
And then they wonder, like, oh, then they feel bad
that they said anything about that, Like she's such a
nice girl. Yeah huhmm. Well, I love is bless and
(47:03):
I love you. Ignorance is bliss.
Speaker 2 (47:05):
But gosh, we've got Beverly Hills coming up next.
Speaker 1 (47:10):
I now keep it coming. Yeah alrighty bye guys. Bye,
