In this episode of Verdict with Ted Cruz, Senator Cruz and Ben Ferguson discuss a Senate hearing focused on the Muslim Brotherhood, allegations of ties between certain advocacy organizations and Islamist movements, the Democratic primary victory of Abdul El-Sayed in Michigan, cultural controversies surrounding James Talarico's Texas Senate campaign, and reports that Democratic attorneys general coordinated legal strategies against Donald Trump before the 2024 election was decided. They examine the political implications of these developments and argue that each reflects larger battles over national security, cultural values, and the future direction of American politics.

A Senate hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood and its alleged influence in the United States sparks controversy after Democratic members of the subcommittee decline to attend. The discussion raises questions about national security, political alliances, and how terrorism-related concerns are being debated in Washington.

The episode also examines newly surfaced campaign footage involving James Talarico, the Democratic nominee for the U.S. Senate in Texas, and a broader debate over cultural issues, LGBTQ events, and the role of identity politics in modern campaigns.

Finally, attention turns to documents reported to show coordination among Democratic state attorneys general to prepare legal challenges against Donald Trump prior to his return to office, raising questions about lawfare, federal authority, and the political use of litigation.

Topics Covered:

  • Senate hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood and Democratic boycott of the proceeding
  • Testimony regarding CARE, the Holy Land Foundation, and terrorism-related allegations discussed at the hearing
  • Michigan Democratic Senate candidate Abdul El-Sayed and concerns raised by hearing witnesses about organizational ties
  • James Talarico's Texas Senate campaign and controversy surrounding participation in a Pride event
  • Reports of coordinated litigation planning by Democratic attorneys general against Donald Trump
  • Debate over national security, political coalitions, and the use of legal challenges in partisan conflicts

Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome in his Verdict with Center, Ted Cruz, Ben Ferguson
with you, and it's nice to have you with us
if you're listening on the radio around the country right now.
As a reminder, if this is the first time you've
ever heard this radio show, no, we do it as
a podcast three days a week, So don't forget to
deal with Verdict with Ted Cruz wherever you get your
podcast and Center. We've got a big show to talk about,
including some election results, the Muslim Brotherhood getting involved in

(00:24):
with candidates. It's really fun time to watch the Democratic
Party implode in a very weird way.

Speaker 2 (00:30):
Well, this week I shared a major hearing in the
Senate on the Muslim Brotherhood and the Muslim Brotherhood's activity
in the United States, in the United States taking over
effectively the Democrat Party, engaging in and funding acts of terror,
acts of terror in the Middle East, acts of terror
here at home. We're going to break down the facts
of the threat that the Muslim Brotherhood and their affiliate

(00:52):
organizations post to you, post to your family, post to
your security, but also the degree to which the Democrat
Party looked this hearing that I chaired, the Democrats boycotted.
Not a single Democrat senator was willing to show up.
The ranking member didn't show up. All of them said
we won't be there because they do not want to
know about material support for terrorism against America from a

(01:16):
critical part of their own base. We're going to break
it all down for you. We're also going to talk
about James tallerco the Democrat nominee for Senate in Texas,
who it was just exposed he went out on the
campaign trail campaigning with an eleven year old drag queen,
a little boy dressed as a woman, and James Tallerrico
was proud to stand next to this little eleven year

(01:38):
old child and celebrate an eleven year old drag queen.
This man is radical, he's extreme. He doesn't match the
state of Texas. We're going to give you all the
facts on that as well. And finally, we're going to
talk about a very revealing story how Democrat attorneys general
across the country came together and colluded on a plan

(01:59):
to sue President Trump months before he was elected. He
was not yet president. They just knew, uh, oh, there's
a chance the voters might elect him. Let's plan to
sue from day one, over and over again. We're gonna
give you all the details on that as well.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Yeah, it's an incredible story. And I want to go
back to this Muslim Brotherhood hearing so that people understand
why you decide to have this hearing. This was a
national security issue and Democrats didn't show up for this
hearing for political reasons, which is even more shocking when
you're talking about a national security issue and the Muslim

(02:36):
Brotherhood is a terrorist organization.

Speaker 2 (02:39):
Well, and remember this is the same week that abdu
alahl Sayed, a radical Islamist, just won the Democrat primary
for Senate in the state of Michigan. Yeah, and to
the surprise of nobody, just about every establishment Democrat, Chuck
Schumer immediately endorsed the Islamist. It's almost like he started

(03:00):
chanting aluja awkbar. I mean, they're just they don't care.
They don't care if you're a rabbit, anti semi. They
don't care. If you hate Israel, they don't care, if
you hate America. They don't care. If you're a communist,
they don't care, if you're a Nazi. They don't care.
If you've assaulted and victimized women. By the way, all
of those things raam Plattner, their nominee in Maine until

(03:21):
like twelve seconds ago, had done. And yet the Democrats,
as Elizabeth Warren said, he's my kind of guy. Now.
Abdul el Sayad, his father in law is a senior
figure with multiple organizations affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood. He
campaigned alongside Hassan Piker. This is the radical left wing

(03:45):
America hating radical who said, and I quote, America deserved
nine to eleven.

Speaker 1 (03:52):
And by the way, not only did he say that,
but the candidate was given multiple opportunities to denounce campaign
with the individual who said that America deserved nine to eleven,
did not denounce him, and apparently is continuing to stand
beside him and campaign. I guess with them moving.

Speaker 2 (04:09):
Forward, this is who they are, all right. I want
you to listen to Bill Malusion of Fox News reporting
on the hearing we had this week.

Speaker 3 (04:17):
It was Republican Senator Ted Kruz who decided to call
this hearing today to take a look at the impacts
of Muslim Brotherhood networks here in the US. But as
you mentioned, we are expecting all five Democrats on the
Senate Committee to boycott this hearing today because they say
it's just going to be used.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
To scapegoat all Muslims.

Speaker 3 (04:35):
These are the five Democrats we're talking about here on
the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Federal Courts. Senator Selden Whitehouse,
Senator Richard Blumenthal, Senator Masah Ferono, Senator Alex Badia, and
Senator Peter Welts. None of them are expected to participate today.

Speaker 1 (04:51):
So let's break down why they would have this meeting
where they say none of us are going to show up.
I have a guess. The first guest is, Hey, if
we show up and we hear what the Muslim Brotherhood
actually does, then that's going to hit Democrats who are
hanging out with a bunch of Muslim Brotherhood sympathizers and
advocates and even maybe fundraisers for them. So we don't

(05:12):
want to do that. Is that probably the real reason
why they didn't hump It was just pure politics of Hey,
we know they're bad, but we need them right now
and we have these connections with them, and we don't
want to highlight that.

Speaker 2 (05:23):
Yes, but it's worse than that. Listen, the Muslim Brotherhood
is a terrorist organization. I've spent a decade in the
US Senate leading the fight to designate the Muslim Brotherhood
as a terrorist organization. The Muslim Brotherhood is a global organization.
It has multiple affiliates in local areas. The Muslim Brotherhood
in Palestine. Do you know what they're also called?

Speaker 4 (05:44):
What is that?

Speaker 2 (05:45):
Humas Hamas is the Muslim Brotherhood in Palestine. There, of course,
the horrific terrorists who carried out the atrocities on October seventh.
For ten years, over five consecutive congresses, I've introduced led
to designate the Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization. And
it's been a real fight. By the way, multiple Middle

(06:07):
East countries have already done this. Egypt has designated the
Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization, the UAE, Saudi Arabia,
all of them have designated the Muslim Brotherhood as a
terrorist organization. In Trump won the first Trump term, I
almost got the Trump administration to do it, and they
came up just short. They didn't do it. In Trump two,

(06:28):
we've had major success. The President has not designated the
global Muslim Brotherhood a terrorist organization, but he's designated multiple
of the affiliates a terrorist organization. I'm leading the fight
to make it happen and understand what has happened. This
terrorist organization has affiliates in the United States and they
have a very explicit objective. They have an objective to

(06:49):
undermined and destroy America. Here, I want you to listen
to the testimony of one of the witnesses at the hearing.

Speaker 4 (06:55):
Give a listen.

Speaker 2 (06:57):
Does Abdul l Sayed's Canada for Senator and Michigan concern.

Speaker 4 (07:02):
Yes, sir, it does. Why is that? Well? To begin with,
I look at the connections that his father in law,
Chaikaku Taib has the two Brotherhood linked groups. This includes
being the president at one time of CARE Michigan. Also
his presence on the Islamic Society of North America Founders Committee,
which is only for those most exclusively devoted to ISNA

(07:24):
and provide significant amounts of funding. There are other known
Brotherhood members on that committee. I would also look at
El Saeed's ties to a group called m GAGE, which
purports to be a Muslim sort of get out the
vote or candidate recruitment organization, but it has close ties
to CARE. It was created by a former CARE member

(07:45):
who at one time was on a terror watch list
and was also a consultant to convicted terrorists. Samuel Arian,
do you believe.

Speaker 2 (07:53):
The Islamic Society of North America or ISNA, is an
ongoing part of the Muslim brother Hood network in the
United States?

Speaker 4 (08:02):
Yes, Sir, I do. There were some HLF documents that
reflected hesitation by the Brotherhood that they thought perhaps they
were losing control of is not one point that they
appear to have rectified that as far as I can tell,
there are still individuals associated with the Muslim Brotherhood who
are in high leadership positions with that organization, and they
have never repudiated their ties to the organization.

Speaker 1 (08:24):
Senator, you listen to that. And this is what the
Democrats missed deliberately on purpose and boycotted this meeting because
I think if you were sitting there hearing this, you
can no longer look the other way. So ignorance, I guess, technically,
is bliss for them. Is this a bigger problem even
outside of this room? I mean, I know the committee

(08:45):
members that basically said we're not showing up for this,
they boycott it. But is this also indicative of the
entire Democratic Party right now? Where they're saying, hey, it
doesn't matter what you believe in, as long as you
support us, will take your endorsement.

Speaker 2 (08:59):
Look that, sadly is absolutely right. As I said this week,
the Democrats nominated Abdul Alsayad, who is an open Islamist
who embraces hatred of America as part of his campaign,
and every Democrat in the Senate other than John Fetterman,
and the fact that John Fetterman stands alone, it's like
Sherlock Holmes and the dog that didn't bark. Fetterman is

(09:23):
the only one who will dare to announce this. Every
other Democrat they don't care that he's an Islamist, they
don't care that he's campaigning alongside to someone who says
America deserved nine to eleven. That's why they didn't attend,
because they can't defend this, and they're counting on the
corporate media not to cover it. But let me give
you some of the breakdown of what's going on. So
the Muslim Brotherhood, which which is committed murders all across

(09:47):
the world, is funded terrorism all across the world. In
nineteen ninety one, the Muslim Brotherhood drafted a document that
was called the Explanatory Memorandum, and in two thousand and four,
the FBA FBI investigators found it. They found it in
a home in Annandale, Virginia. Here's what the memorandum said,
because they wrote in this memorandum what the Muslim Brotherhood's

(10:08):
objectives were. They described what it called a quote civilizational
jehadiest process in North America. And it explained in unmistakable
terms the objective. It said the Muslim Brotherhood's work in
America was quote a grand jihad in eliminating and destroying

(10:34):
the Western civilization from within and sabotaging its miserable house
by their hands and the hands of the believers.

Speaker 4 (10:46):
Incredible.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
And it also went on, this is in writing to
say that the Brotherhood was called upon to quote master
the art of coalition building and to quote absorb, contain,
and cooperate with the existing Islamic organizations in order to
advance his mission in North America. The mission was to

(11:09):
destroy North America, to destroy the United States. And so
all right, Ben, do you do you know what the
Holy Land Foundation was? What is it?

Speaker 4 (11:18):
So?

Speaker 2 (11:19):
It was twenty years ago the largest Muslim charity in America, YEP,
And so you had lots of people saying, Okay, this
is great. It's a charity, is a Muslim charity, isn't
that wonderful? Well, in two thousand and eight there was
a trial and the Holy Land Foundation was convicted of
funneling millions of dollars to Hamas. So it was a
charity formed under US laws.

Speaker 1 (11:41):
Yeah, it was a charity that was giving money to terrorists.

Speaker 2 (11:43):
Direct millions, millions of dollars. So the charity itself was convicted.
Five of its senior leaders were convicted and sentenced to
decades in prison for funneling millions of dollars to Hamas,
millions of dollars that were used to murder Americans, to
murder Israelis, to commit of terror. It was a money
laundering operation. Now, the Holy Land Foundation trial was a

(12:07):
landmark trial. At the trial, the chief prosecutor was a
witness at the hearing that I chaired this week, I
want you to listen to her answer about what the
threats are that she perceives today. Give a listen to
this answer. Thank you. Thank you to each of you
for your testimony which was highly enlightening. Ms Burns. I

(12:27):
want to start with you Thank you for your work
defending the safety of all Americans. We are indebted to
you for your twenty three years of service as the
lead investigator and prosecutor in the Holy Land Foundation investigation
and prosecution. You have become deeply knowledgeable on the Muslim
Brotherhood network operating in America. I want to start with

(12:49):
a fundamental question. What should Americans be worried about about
the Muslim Brotherhood?

Speaker 4 (12:58):
Thank you for the question.

Speaker 5 (13:00):
I think Americans need to understand the extent of the
threat that this movement poses and the extent of their
ability to achieve their goals and their patients in obtaining
success in this The strategy that they have set in
place involves the erosion of our democratic principles. It involves

(13:23):
the erosion of our personal freedoms. It evolves the erosions
of the very principles upon which this country was created.
And the individuals within this network do not have a deadline.
If it takes them one hundred years to achieve this goal,
they will steadily pursue it. That is something that I

(13:44):
think in general Americans have a hard time understanding is
the stamina that this network possesses and the lethality that
exists within it because ultimately their goal is to erode
our society and turn it into something that none of
us want or need.

Speaker 2 (14:04):
In the Holy Land Foundation prosecution, how many entities did
the government identify as unindicted co conspirators and joint venturers.

Speaker 5 (14:14):
I don't remember the exact number, but it was hundreds.

Speaker 2 (14:17):
Do you believe some of these groups were likely providing
materials support to terrorists?

Speaker 4 (14:22):
I do?

Speaker 2 (14:24):
And are some of these groups still in existence today?

Speaker 4 (14:27):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (14:27):
Or they are?

Speaker 2 (14:28):
Do you believe they are still actively members of the
Muslim Brotherhood network?

Speaker 4 (14:32):
I do.

Speaker 2 (14:34):
Is the conspiracy under which the Holy Land Foundation was
prosecuted still in existence today? I believe that it is.
To understand what got left on the table after the
Holyland Foundation prosecution, we have to look at who was
in the room at that Philadelphia meeting in nineteen ninety three.

(14:54):
Carer was named as an unindicted co conspirator in the
Holyland Foundation prosecution. Correct, Yes, it was has Care, to
your knowledge, ever formally disavowed the Holy Land Foundation.

Speaker 1 (15:08):
No, they have not.

Speaker 2 (15:11):
Care was founded by Omar Ahmed and Nahad Awad. Both
men were captured on FBI wiretaps at that infamous meeting
where Hamas operatives discussed strategy on US soil. Is that right?

Speaker 1 (15:25):
That's correct, Senator, you hear the answers. This is a
terrorist organization working in America to destroy America with terrorism
as their main way of pulling this off.

Speaker 2 (15:39):
Look, it is chilling, it is dangerous, and care is
an integral part of the Democrat Party today. That's the
reason they boycotted this hearing. On August twenty fifth, my
brand new book comes out Going Further, The Incomparable Clarence Thomas.
It tells the story of Justice Thomas, one of the

(16:00):
true American hero is an incredible story. It's based on
nine and a half hours of one on one exclusive
interviews with Justice Thomas. Justice Thomas also joins US for
Verdict with Ted Cruz, a one on one podcast to
tell his story, both his life story and his incomparable jurisprudence.

Speaker 1 (16:29):
This Senate hearing on the Muslim Brotherhood specifically is one thing,
but the fact that we're talking about it's network within
the United States of America is the part that should
scare everyone and the reason why the Democrats should have
been in the room.

Speaker 2 (16:44):
Yeah. Look, this hearing was on the Muslim Brotherhood in
the United States of America, not in in Gaza, not
in Egypt, not in Saudi Arabia, but here in the
United States. And they're objective, which they've been very explicit about,
is to destroy Western civilization, to tear it down. They
want to kill the infidels, by the way, the infidels
that would be you and me, that would be every Christian,

(17:06):
every Jew. They view us as infidels, and their objective
is to subject us to Jahad, subjects us to Sharia law,
and forcibly conquer us and force us to live according
to their totalitarian rules. Now that the tragic thing is Care,

(17:26):
which I was just discussing with this witness who is
the chief prosecutor of the Holy Land Foundation. Care is
an integral part of the Democrat coalition. Not a Democrat
would show up at this hearing because they can't piss
off Care. They rely on Care for votes, they rely
on Care for money. This is how they get elected.
And I want to repeat again, Care was an unindicted

(17:48):
co conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation trial. The state
of Texas, our home state, has rightly designated CARE as
a terrorist organization. I'm pressing the Trump administration to do
the same. Do a little bit more of this back
and forth with the witness. The chief prosecutor from the
Holy Land Foundation trial, Hadawad, is still the executive director

(18:08):
of CARE today. Is that right?

Speaker 4 (18:11):
He is?

Speaker 2 (18:12):
So when Care tells this Congress it has no ties
to hamas the documented record says otherwise, is that correct?
That is correct? Agent Burns, If you were still an
active FBI agent today, with the evidence you developed in
the Holy Land Foundation prosecution, would CARE be on your

(18:34):
list of organizations warranting further investigation?

Speaker 1 (18:38):
It would.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
This is a letter that I sent to the FBI
requesting the release of non classified materials seized during the
two thousand and four search of Ismaeul el Barassi's home
in Annandale, Virginia. To date, I have not received the
those documents. This letter was sent on April sixteenth, twenty

(19:03):
twenty six. Ms Burns, are you aware of anything unusual
with the search of Elberrosse's home that you would like
to share with this committee?

Speaker 5 (19:14):
The search of Elberosse's home revealed a massive amount of
documentation what we call the archives of Hamas and the
Muslim Brotherhood in the United States. It was the documents
and video and audio tapes were, as seen in exhibits
that were put forth in the Holyland Foundation trial, groundbreaking

(19:35):
in the understanding of this Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas network here.
And they are key to understanding the extent and scope
with this network.

Speaker 2 (19:44):
And am I correct that care showed up during the
search of Alberosse's home and attempted to obstruct the seizure
of the documents.

Speaker 5 (19:54):
Yes, sir, they did.

Speaker 2 (19:56):
If the FBI released the non classified document tomorrow from
the search, would the public understand this network better than
it does today.

Speaker 5 (20:06):
I believe that the release of those documents, which would
provide the ability for those of us who understand this
network to conduct a full analysis, that we could use
that to provide education to the general public about what
this network really is.

Speaker 2 (20:23):
All right, mister Shidler, let's turn to you. How long
have you studied the history and activities of the Muslim Brotherhood?

Speaker 4 (20:30):
Since about two thousand and seven, two thousand and eight, actually,
with the rise of the Hollywan Foundation trial really piqued
my interest, and it's fair to say it changed my
entire career trajectory.

Speaker 2 (20:41):
Do you believe that there is a Muslim Brotherhood branch
operating in the United States?

Speaker 4 (20:46):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (20:47):
Are there ever instances where the Brotherhood groups engage in
America in acts of violence? Yes?

Speaker 4 (20:54):
There are. I would include individuals associated with Brotherhood mosques
who have engaged in acts of terrorism. I would include
individuals associated with Muslim Students associations, dozens of which have
committed acts of terrorism. I would also include the role
in the promotion of rioting and civil disorder conducted by

(21:16):
groups like Students for Justice in Palestine and the Palestinian
Youth Movement.

Speaker 2 (21:21):
What you've described is exactly why I introduced the Stop
Funders Act, which would add rioting to the RICO predicate
offenses so that the Justice Department can reach the entities
that fund and coordinate these riots. Do Brotherhood groups in
America also participate in electoral and coalition politics, Yes, certainly do.

(21:45):
Is that consistent with the Tom Keen framework described in
the explanatory Memorandum working through existing institutions rather than displacing them.

Speaker 4 (21:57):
Yes, sir As you described it as a process of settle,
meant by which they are creating and seizing control of
institutions which they can then use to continue to build
their efforts.

Speaker 1 (22:07):
You know, sadly, I think Centater, there's a lot of
Americans that think that we've got a lot of the
terrorist organizations after nine to eleven, that somehow we've never
lost focus. But when you hear this testimony, what you're
really witnessing, and what you're hearing is that the Muslim
Brotherhood and the terrorist sympathizers and those that raise money
for the terrorists are active, alive and well in the

(22:30):
United States of America.

Speaker 2 (22:31):
Well, twenty five years ago, al Qaeda and the radical
Islamic terrorists, they were fringe groups. They didn't have major
domestic support in the United States. What has changed it
is now they have become interwoven into the Democratic Party.
Comrade Mondami, the mayor of New York, it is a

(22:52):
fellow sympathizers, a fellow traveler, is a jih hottest with
the radicals that attacked New York. There's a reason why
on nine to eleven he was cheering for the terrorists
and not the three thousand Americans who were murdered that day.
There is a reason why Abdul A'l say Ed happily

(23:14):
stands next to Hassan Piker who says America deserved nine
to eleven. And this is now. This is no longer fringe,
This is no longer outside the American political process. This
is absolutely integral to who Today's Democrats, the radical Islamists
and Marxists that have taken over the party. Who they are.

(23:35):
Listen to this exchange with another expert witness at the hearing.
Thank you for being with us today, and thank you
for your work confronting the contemporary Muslim Brotherhood network in court.
The historical record is damning, but I'd like to turn
to what's being done about it today. The Muslim Brotherhood's

(23:55):
ties to terrorism are ongoing today, not just historical. Is
that right?

Speaker 4 (24:00):
Yes, that's right.

Speaker 2 (24:02):
And yet Brotherhood groups still meet with members of Congress
and are treated as a civil rights organization. Is that right?

Speaker 1 (24:11):
Yes?

Speaker 2 (24:12):
In your litigation work, have you found that Brotherhood affiliated
entities share leadership, funding, or infrastructure cross organizations that hold
themselves out to the public as separate, nonrelated that's correct.

Speaker 6 (24:24):
For example, the Islamic Association for Palestine after it was
shut down after being sued and a judgment of one
hundred and fifty six million dollars entered against. It shut
down with the same leaders and created a new organization
called American Muslims for Palestine. Another example is CARE and
its relationship with the Washington Trust Foundation. The Washington Trust

(24:47):
Foundation is actually it was back in nineteen ninety four.
It was originally incorporated as CARE and now the Washington
Trust Foundation serves essentially as a real estate holding entity
that per its own nine nineties exis for the purpose
of supporting the Care Foundation today.

Speaker 2 (25:03):
Well, and that's why I introduced the Sponsor Act, which
would hold tax exempt fiscal sponsors liable for what their
sponsored entities do. The loopholes and the manipulation of our
tax code needs to end. MSS Claypock. Since approximately twenty
twenty two have state and federal grant programs become a

(25:26):
primary source of financial support for significant portions of the
Care ecosystem. That's correct.

Speaker 6 (25:33):
I believe it was about fifty four million dollars in
federal grant money was received by Care California. There has
been testimony in other Senate Judiciary subcommittees relating to that
funding and the and Care's misuse of that funding.

Speaker 2 (25:52):
You mentioned Care California. In twenty twenty four IRS findings filings,
Care California reported distributing more than four more million dollars
in subgrants to thirty nine other organizations. Is that right? Yes,
roughly one hundred and eighty five thousand of that went
to California chapters of the Muslim American Society, an organization

(26:12):
that George Washington University's Program on Extremism identifies as a
Brotherhood legacy group. Is that right? That's right?

Speaker 6 (26:20):
And federal prosecutors also called the Muslim American Society the
overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States.

Speaker 1 (26:27):
The more I hear this testimony, the more angry I
get to the Democrats weren't there for this because this
is a national security issue. It should not be a
political one.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
Look, the Democrat Party is being openly supported by what
has been described as the overt arm of the Muslim Brotherhood.
There nominating radical Islamist candidates who support the Muslim Brotherhood.
And this is a clear and present danger to our country.

Speaker 1 (26:49):
All right, Senator, I want to get into one of
the weirdest moments of the week. James tall Rico, guy
that's running for Senate in Texas as a Democrat, said
that God's non binary, that the Bible loves abortion, that
there I think it was six genders, and then he
tried to act like he was a little bit more moderate. Well, uh,
not so much anymore, because he went to a Pride

(27:11):
event alongside a eleven year old child drag queen and
then gave accolades to the drag queen that was eleven
years old. That is ridiculous.

Speaker 2 (27:24):
Look, I gotta say, I wish what you were saying
was not accurate. James tall Rico is the Democrat nominee
for Senate in Texas. This is the most woke radical
nominee Texas has ever seen. Now the media wants you
to think he's this regular guy, this moderate pastor kind
of guy.

Speaker 3 (27:42):
He is.

Speaker 2 (27:43):
If a woke soy Latte came to life, that would
be James tall Rico.

Speaker 1 (27:49):
You got a vegan it, don't forget because he only
he only gets vegan food.

Speaker 2 (27:54):
You know, meat. Meat scares him. He thinks meat is
going to destroy the world. So so he actually ran
a meat free campaign. He said, no one in the
campaign can have meat because meat is scary. Mind you,
this guy is not running in in Rhode Island, He's
not running in Berkeley. He's running in the great state
of Texas. But even so, this particular story that broke

(28:15):
his stunny. I'm going to read you the headline in
the beginning of the story from the Washington Free Beacon headline.
James tall Rico headlined Pride event alongside eleven year old
child drag Queen, Yeah, Queen Kiki, who, he said, quote
absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers. James tall Rico,

(28:40):
a Presbyterian seminarian running for US Senate from Texas, headlined
at LGBTQ festival that featured quote the absolute cutest and
youngest of our drag performers on eleven year old boy
drag Queen, who goes by the stage name Queen Kiki.
Taylor Pride Group in the town of Taylor, Texas, held

(29:02):
the June twenty six to twenty twenty one event to
raise money to help rural LGBTQ communities. The Pride month
festivities included a series of pro LGBTQ speakers, live music,
a drag story Hour, an adult drag performers such as
Brianna Brinks and the provocatively named Sedanya Face tall Ico

(29:24):
and Queen Keike, a local preteen named Keegan, were the
biggest attractions for the Taylor Pride organizers. Quote Taylor Pride
will be hosting numerous speakers such as state representatives James Tallerco,
talented musical guests such as Venus Loves Mars, and the
absolute cutest and youngest of our drag performers, Queen Keike.

(29:45):
The group wrote in promotional materials, unquote, not only will
this amazing preteen but performing a number at Texas Beer Company,
but they will also host Keiki story Time where children
will find lots of Pride inspired craft activities. Taylor Pride
wrote of Queen Keiky in a post publicizing the event,

(30:08):
what the hell like who says you know what eleven
year old boys need? Eleven year old boys need to
see eleven year old boy drag queens. They need to
be invited to explore their sexuality because that's you know,
Lord knows, that's what children need is more sexuality. And
these eleven year old we're going to convince little boys

(30:29):
you're actually a girl. And by the way, little girls,
you're actually a boy. This is sick, this is twisted,
And this is who James Taller Rico is. That's what
he believes.

Speaker 1 (30:39):
He's celebrating it, advocating it, supporting it, and hoping that
more parents will dress their kids in drag to come
perform in front of him in the future. That's what
his statement. It says like and.

Speaker 2 (30:52):
And by the way, this is the parents. This is
the parents. Look. Look, there was a quote from Cynthia Nixon,
you know, the left wing actress on Sex and the City,
where she was quoted saying, my child's transgender, my sister's
child is transgender, all my friend's children are transgender. You
know what. That's not about the kids. That is about

(31:13):
the parents who have left wing political ideologies and are
dressing their kids up like puppets to play out their politics.
They are virtue signaling. This is cruel and is wrong.
And you want to know who James tall Rico is.
That's who he is.

Speaker 1 (31:30):
That's who he is. Finally, I want to get to
this other story, and it deals with ags conspiring to
go after Donald Trump's months ahead of his reelect. Let's
tell people what we found out.

Speaker 2 (31:42):
Well, another story that broke its headlined Democrat ags plan
to sue Trump nearly seven months before he was reelected.
There it is nearly two dozen state attorneys general banded
together as early as April twenty twenty four to plot
litigate against President Donald Trump, long before he was re elected.

(32:02):
According to a confidential document attained by The Center Square,
the document was signed approximately three months before President Joe
Biden exited from the race and Vice President Kamala Harris
became the Democratic nominee for president. It was signed nearly
seven months before Trump was re elected by two point
three million more votes than Harris, almost nine months before

(32:24):
he was inaugurated. State attorneys general has sued the Trump
administration nearly one hundred times since January twenty twenty five.
The coordinated effort appears to have a nickname quote the
Project for Federal Accountability. Not all of the lawsuits have
been joined by each attorney general, and some offices take
a lead on different cases. At the last count California

(32:45):
Attorney General Rob Bonta has participated in eighty two lawsuits.
Colorado Attorney General Phil Wiser has joined at least seventy
five lawsuits. Washington State Attorney General Brown has joined seventy lawsuits.
Arizona Attorney General Chris Mays has joined forty six lawsuits.

(33:05):
At a news conference on Tuesday, Montes stated the lawsuits
are apolitical. Yeah, right. He announced the lawsuits have cost
California taxpayers nineteen million dollars and he will continue to
file them as needed. If Trump doesn't want to get sued,
all he has to do is follow the law. Bond
has said, I don't think our cases are likely to
be dismissed. Trump shows no sign of slowing down, so

(33:29):
we will continue to sue him. This is an example
where the deep state, in the Democrat machine that they
like to talk about, we support democracy. They beat their chest,
we're four democracy. Yeah, today's Democrats hate democracy. And I
don't mean to be provocative in that statement, but if
they actually respected democracy, they would say, you know what,

(33:51):
the voters get to choose who the president's going to be.
We're gonna have an election November twenty twenty four, and
they're going to choose either Donald Trump or in initially
it was Joe Biden, but then when they realized Joe
Biden was deep into dimension, was no longer capable of winning.
They threw Joe Biden overboard. They tossed him into a
shark pit, and immediately inserted Kamala Harris, who nobody had

(34:13):
voted for. Yep, and when Trump won, they do not care.
They're using lawfair to destroy him. And understand, these democrat
ags join together to do so seven months before he
was elected president because they don't care what the voters say.
They want power and they're willing to abuse the system

(34:34):
to get it.

Speaker 1 (34:35):
