But hopefully it comes back around. He said, it came

I'm sure we were all looking at these outfits.

Speaker 5 (01:16):
Oh.

Speaker 4 (01:16):
I was trying to watch a movie and watch Man
on Fire and I kept out on my phone.

Speaker 3 (01:21):
And then I'm watching all this stuff on Digg's drama.
We're gonna get all into that today.

Speaker 4 (01:25):
Fun.

Speaker 1 (01:25):
But let's shine a light eight.

Speaker 3 (01:27):
Hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty when we come back.
Who do you want to shine a light on? Somebody
doing something positive? Eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty.

Speaker 6 (01:38):
Turn your lights on, y'all. Light I spreading love to
those who are doing greatness.

Speaker 4 (01:42):
Shine the light on, shine a light on them.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
It's time to shine a light on.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Yes, it's way up at Angela. Ye, it's me and
Jackie fabrious morning and today I want to shine it.
Like you know that when you're traveling and you get
to the airport and it's crazy and you're like, how
am I gonna make my flights? Yep, every too much drama. Well,
I want to shout out. We just got back from
Saint Thomas. Like I said, and I want to shout
out at Daphne at Redcap service at Saint Thomas Airport.

(02:09):
It's support of service, so you get to actually when
you get there, she was it was her birthday yesterday,
so yes, since she was at work, So happy birthday,
miss Daphne.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
And when we landed, she.

Speaker 3 (02:21):
Was right there with the cart for all of our
luggage and it was literally about fifteen of us. When
I tell you, this woman was carrying two huge carts
filled with luggage, one hand in the front, one hand
in the back on her birthday, working so pleasant, so amazing,
And I want to recommend anybody because it's a service
anybody can get, yes, and it's not ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (02:41):
And yeah, it was really.

Speaker 3 (02:43):
Just helpful at a crowded time when everybody was coming
back from carnivals. So shout out to you, miss Daphney,
working on your birthday.

Speaker 4 (02:49):
But also just you know, so much stress relief when
somebody helps you.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
We saw that line.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
I was like, and now your first thought is we're
not gonna make it.

Speaker 3 (02:58):
Yeah, you're like, oh well guys to the bar now, Natasha,
who do you want to shine a light on my long.

Speaker 7 (03:04):
Term boyfriend who I call my husband. His name is Paul.
It's a long story, but to make it short. Back
in twenty twenty three that you were actually carrying twins
and we lost one in utero. I was determined that
a medical condition I was born with regarding my brain
had become very dire. Surgeons were actually surprised that I
was even still living. And during that my husband held

(03:28):
myself as well as the three children that I already
had from a previous relationship and the two that we
have together down like no other. He had a job
that did not pay very much. We don't get government assistants,
so everything was on him. I was unable to work
for over a year and a half while I went
through full recovery. And I just want to shine a

(03:48):
line on him because I appreciate him so much.

Speaker 3 (03:52):
This man is God said, wow, Natasha, shout out to
you for being so strong as well. But there is
nothing like having that significant who really is holding it
down with you and for you, and I know you're doing.

Speaker 7 (04:04):
The same for him, yes, and I always I just
want him to know I love him no matter what
the enemy may try and throw out of God has
the final day.

Speaker 1 (04:12):
Wow, that was so inspirational.

Speaker 3 (04:14):
Thank you so much for calling in today, and I'm
praying for both of you and for your whole family.

Speaker 1 (04:19):
Thank you, all right, take care.

Speaker 8 (04:22):
Well.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
That was China Light eight hundred and two ninety two
fifty one fifteen. In case you couldn't get through now,
Jackie Fabulous came in here today talking about the met
Galla outfits from last Labe.

Speaker 1 (04:31):
I love this stuff and you had some favorites.

Speaker 4 (04:33):
I do, and you know, I just saw it this morning,
my actual favorite because I didn't have one.

Speaker 3 (04:37):
Don't ask it when we come back, Okay, when we
come back, we're going to talk about it during yeete it's.

Speaker 6 (04:41):
Wait, it says in the rooms from industry Shade to
all the gossips out send angelas s feeling that.

Speaker 2 (04:49):
Eet all right?

Speaker 3 (04:51):
His way up with Angela yee, and I'm here with
Jackie Fabulous, Hello, and we were really excited to talk
about the Met Gala looks now es. To be clear,
I was on a plane while all this was going down,
coming back from Saint Thomas, but I know you also
were watching. I was definitely looking at the GRAM though,
and we were all in on the flight with each
other like did you see this outfit? Did you see

(05:11):
this outfit? So, this met Gala is fashionist art. That
was the theme for the show.

Speaker 4 (05:19):
What was it again?

Speaker 1 (05:20):
Fashion fashionist art, fashions art.

Speaker 3 (05:22):
Yes, it's a charity event and fundraiser because people also
don't really know what it is. Where the Metropolitan Museum
of Arts, costume institutes and museum officials reported the biggest
gross ever. I think it was like thirty one million
dollars last year. Really, yeah, So a lot of people
were at the met Gala. They have these really huge

(05:44):
hosts like Beyonce, Nicole Kidman, Venus Williams, Anna Wintour. They
co chaired the met Gala this year, and then they
have a whole committee of people that are part of
this as well. And so I want to ask you
who did you think was the best dressed?

Speaker 4 (05:59):
You know, as a this morning. I love Blake Lively's
dress married to Ryan Reynolds Deadpool Fame and had you know,
the world's longest lossuit going. She had a very Cinderella
dress that I loved. It was very pastelli, but it
was very girly, like it's like an extra extra wedding dress.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
I enjoyed Bad Bunny's look.

Speaker 4 (06:19):
Bad Bunny, I just what is he doing? He came
as an old man. What's the point is he stressed out?

Speaker 1 (06:25):
It's art, you know, And here's Bad Bunny getting.

Speaker 9 (06:28):
Part of my life.

Speaker 4 (06:29):
Always tried to do.

Speaker 9 (06:31):
Something different, and these days is a perfect day to
you explore and and be creative and and express yourself
in a different way.

Speaker 3 (06:43):
Now, I want to tell you who else I that
looked amazing Cardi b I what was Mark Jacobs?

Speaker 4 (06:49):
Right? And that was she came with Mark? I wasn't.
I mean, I love I liked it, but she had
these two gigantic girl pimples. I liked it over her boobs.

Speaker 1 (06:58):
I mean, the whole point of it is that it's
like out streat.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Yeah you saw her shoes with that dress?

Speaker 1 (07:03):
Oh my gosh. Yes.

Speaker 3 (07:04):
I don't know how people are able to walk in
these outfits either. Tianna Taylor, of course she carried around,
looked amazing. Beyonce and jay Z came a Blue Ivy.
Can I just say Blue Ivy looks like a model.

Speaker 4 (07:15):
She's so beautiful. She's only fourteen though.

Speaker 3 (07:19):
I did not even realize she's only fourteen years old
and I have some double checked that.

Speaker 4 (07:23):
I'm an old lady. I'm like, it's a lot of
makeup at fourteen.

Speaker 3 (07:25):
But she looked of the met gala though true with
her mom, I'm well, hair is Beyonce, like we said,
she's one of the co chairs of the met Gala.

Speaker 10 (07:33):
Surreal because my daughter's here and Blue looks so beautiful.

Speaker 4 (07:37):
She looks so beautiful. This is It's incredible to be
able to share it with her. B what are you
looking forward to most from tonight? I think it's really
just experiencing this through the eyes of Blue. She also said,
I get to relax. She also said that any of
you like I get to be here and I have
to shake my ass. I also want to say that
Doc she looked amazing. She did, but she was almost

(07:59):
make it. It was almost nothing, so beautiful, body's tea.
Let me look at it, you know, Beyonce's look. My
first thought, honestly, it was not Yes. It was okay
because I'm like, it's her do whatever she wants. But
I don't like the way it fit. It was kind of.

Speaker 3 (08:16):
Loose, nothing but nothing in her outfit wasn't as extravagant
as other people's, but I also like Zendeia's look.

Speaker 1 (08:21):
I don't know if you didn't say she wasn't there.
Oh oh maybe that was last year's look. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (08:27):
Oh, I'm like she didn't come.

Speaker 1 (08:28):
I might looked at last year's look, but a lot
of people did boycott. I just want to say that.

Speaker 3 (08:32):
So there were protests and a lot of people were
boycotting over Jeff Bezos and Tarajer p Henson said, I
am so confused by some people that are going. I
am just like, what the f are we doing? Because
she was there last year and she decided she did
not want to go this year. Amazon invested seven point
two billion dollars into Project Nimbus, which is used to

(08:52):
survelle and target innocent Palestinians. Amazon has ties to ice
billionaires shouldn't exist. Billionaires, they gotta go. That's according to
Chris Smalls. You know Zirah Mamdani, the mayor of New York.
The mayor always goes to the met Gala. He opted
to not go this year, and he was celebrating fashion
industry workers.

Speaker 1 (09:11):
Here is Chris Small speaking out.

Speaker 11 (09:14):
Remember me, the fire Amazon worker that you signed off
on the Samar campaign, calling me not smart or articulate.
Amazon is heavily invested in this genocide. Also, we all
know that Amazon has ties to Ice. Now you're going
to have the met gala where you're going to be
surrounded by all these elites and billionaires and a list,
when you have poverty right outside on the streets. We

(09:37):
got to remind ourselves that it's more of us than
it is of them. And when we fight back, every
time we win.

Speaker 4 (09:43):
He makes wonderful points, but the plebs are like for
the ground. May tell you get my signe.

Speaker 1 (09:49):
All right, well that is your YEETI.

Speaker 3 (09:51):
When we come back about last night, we can discuss
even more and I'll tell you what else we had
going on before we came back from the same time
as I'm tired.

Speaker 1 (09:58):
It's where.

Speaker 3 (10:01):
I went down, all right, it's way up with Angela yee,
and I'm here with Jackie fabulous.

Speaker 4 (10:07):
Good morning.

Speaker 3 (10:08):
And I know you've been working, aren't you. Indiana, Indiana,
Indianapolis coming.

Speaker 4 (10:11):
Up this weekend Mother's Day Weekend. I'll be a Riddles comedy.

Speaker 1 (10:15):
Club and mind me Mother's Day Weekend and all.

Speaker 4 (10:18):
All sip Illinois, Illinois close to Chicago, So all of
y'all come out this weekend, Friday, Saturday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday,
me and Terry Thomas Mother's Day, Bring you Mama?

Speaker 1 (10:29):
All right?

Speaker 3 (10:30):
So for me, I was traveling back from Saint Thomas.
The last night of the trip was amazing. I do
want to say we went to this R and B party.
Yay that Verse Simmons didn't Verse. Simmons is like a
highly acclaimed songwriter. He actually wrote Young Miami's new song
Spend That. But he did like a new flame for
Chris Brown like some of your favorite songs.

Speaker 4 (10:49):
Did her new song good? I heard it wasn't good.

Speaker 1 (10:51):
We enjoy it.

Speaker 3 (10:52):
When I say that was like the theme song of
the trip, really okay, it was a bop.

Speaker 1 (10:56):
It was the theme song for the whole trips.

Speaker 4 (10:57):
I can't say that it was a bop.

Speaker 1 (10:58):
It was a bop. I don't know if they still
say that.

Speaker 12 (11:02):
I tried.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
But this morning everybody's in the group text talking about
what an amazing time we had. I mean literally, we
went to this party. Seventh STREETA was there. We stayed
until like three thirty in the morning, and then stopped
at the gas station. The guys all ate gas station
hot dogs as you do. Then went back to the
hotel and they jumped in the water with their clothes

(11:27):
on until security came down and kicked him out.

Speaker 1 (11:29):
But that was the perfect ending for the trip.

Speaker 4 (11:31):
That's the way it's supposed to be, you know.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
Shout out to Ayana and Dayjea for having to deal
with us as they put this trip together. But I
do want to say we had a great group of people.
On the way back, Ayana was saying this was like
her favorite trip ever and.

Speaker 1 (11:44):
How we were there for six days long as time.

Speaker 3 (11:47):
Yes, it is, but it's a long time when you're
there with people you don't enjoy. So I want to
ask you, guys, is there a person that you're like,
we cool, but you will not never coming on no
trip with me. I no longer will travel with you
who I do not want to travel with. There's people
you could be okay with at home to go out
and have a drink and be cool, but you cannot

(12:07):
come on a trip because y'all don't get along with
nobody else.

Speaker 1 (12:10):
It's a group trip.

Speaker 3 (12:11):
You're gonna come, they're gonna be if you're gonna argue're
gonna get into a fight in the club.

Speaker 4 (12:14):
You can't find a passport aff.

Speaker 1 (12:16):
You're trying to find drugs and none of the place,
like just people like that. You're like, just stay away
from me.

Speaker 3 (12:22):
I used to have this one friend and everybody would
be like, if she's coming on a trip, I'm not
going problem That's how bad it was, to the point
where I couldn't even tell her that. I just would
have to not invite her on a trip because nobody
wanted her around.

Speaker 1 (12:35):
Like literally, they were like, if she's there, I'm not going.

Speaker 3 (12:37):
I had a bunch of people tell me that, and
I had to realize it was too problematic.

Speaker 1 (12:41):
So we want to hear from you. Do you have a.

Speaker 3 (12:43):
Friend who you cannot travel with? Have you had an
experience where you brought somebody.

Speaker 4 (12:47):
You like wherever again.

Speaker 3 (12:48):
On a trip and it was so embarrassing because it
was beefing with everybody, ruining the vibe. Eight hundred two
nine to fifty one fifty call us up. Tell us
about that friend you cannot travel with, because we got
you with that trash.

Speaker 2 (13:02):
To famous women in radio video. We're talking about Angela here.
You're way up with Angela. Ye, please believe that.

Speaker 1 (13:09):
We over here shopping. What's up? It's way up? At Angela. Ye,
it's me and Jackie. Fabulous.

Speaker 4 (13:13):
What's up?

Speaker 1 (13:14):
Oh man?

Speaker 3 (13:14):
And we are talking about the person that you cannot
travel with. I was saying how we had an amazing
trip to Saint Thomas and everybody got along just swell.

Speaker 4 (13:24):
Well, you know, I have a I understand the not wanting,
the like a former boo of mine that was a
difficult person because too hard to satisfy.

Speaker 3 (13:34):
Nothing worse than somebody who is never happy and always complaining.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
Oh my gosh, I cannot travel everybody.

Speaker 4 (13:40):
I'm like the trash airport food. I'm like, yeah, this
is what it is. It's called travel.

Speaker 3 (13:45):
You make it you well, I would say I used
to have a friend that I could not like. Not
nobody wanted to travel with her. She complained about everything,
always beefing, wanted to be the center of attention, getting
into fights with people. Now you got to jump in
and defend her. It's just too much negative energy. So yeah,
some people you just cannot go places with high maintenance.

Speaker 4 (14:06):
I have girlfriends like that. I've been invited on trips.
I'm like, i know what she's gonna be like.

Speaker 3 (14:10):
Yeah, I know, or you're broke if you're coming on
a trip and you don't have any money. Rocket, who's
the person you can't travel with?

Speaker 13 (14:16):
My sister?

Speaker 1 (14:17):
Oh? Family, Okay, what should be doing?

Speaker 3 (14:20):
Girl?

Speaker 14 (14:21):
It's just like she just never gets along or if
form right, it's like she wants.

Speaker 3 (14:26):
To go left, just because that's so annoying everybody.

Speaker 14 (14:30):
We went to on a girls trip with my girlfriend's
fort fifth last year, Yeah, and everybody decided on Italian food.
She wanted to go to Bennie Holland after we went
to dinner, she didn't even eat. She gave the waiter
hard time. And now after she did, just stood on
the wall. And then the next morning she's left.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
And then we went and we were like why are
but I know after Haven we had a ball.

Speaker 4 (14:56):
Some folks don't know how I don't know to etiquette
when they're out with a pack.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Well, sorry, see you. Thanksgiving all right?

Speaker 12 (15:03):
Guys? You get that?

Speaker 4 (15:04):
You do?

Speaker 1 (15:05):
Hey Jackie, Hey Jackie.

Speaker 12 (15:07):
Hey, how are you good?

Speaker 1 (15:09):
How are you?

Speaker 8 (15:10):
I'm good. One of my sisters was saying we would
never go on vacation ever again with my sisters on steroids.

Speaker 12 (15:22):
On this particular trip, we went out to eat. She
cursed me out in a restaurant in front of everyone
everybody and left. Everyone was looking at me like peeking
a head which friends people coming to the bathroom.

Speaker 8 (15:34):
Their family and loved ones.

Speaker 12 (15:36):
Is like, yo, that girl got cursed out. We leave
that they were leaving. She leaves with a case behinikens
from my cousin's house. So I'm embarrassed because everyone's looking
at her. So I say, yo, we could go up
to seven to eleven in by case. She starts going
in on me, like, shut the f up, I'm.

Speaker 13 (15:54):
On your business.

Speaker 12 (15:55):
One of my cousins turned around and was like, dang.

Speaker 13 (15:59):
One with you.

Speaker 12 (15:59):
Why do you curson like that. We get in the
car me, my sister and my mother was like quiet
the whole truck. In my mind, I'm in the middle
of nowhere. I can't escape of bro. I just said,
you know what, this is one too many times that
she gave me bad vibe. Never going on vacation, will
huggin it's a rap.

Speaker 4 (16:16):
She was like, dan, Zelle, I'm leaving here with subthing.

Speaker 12 (16:19):
Ghetto. That's what ghetto people shoot.

Speaker 4 (16:23):
I love how you said bad vibes on steroids.

Speaker 12 (16:27):
Box on steroids, but thank.

Speaker 1 (16:30):
You for sharing. It felt like you really needed to
get that out.

Speaker 3 (16:32):
Yes, yes, I said, thank you, thank you, Jackie, well,
thank you for Colin And you can still call us
up eight hundred and two ninety two fifty one fifty
and leave your story for last word when we come back.

Speaker 1 (16:44):
We have your yee t. Do you watch your Housewives
of Atlanta?

Speaker 4 (16:46):
I used to.

Speaker 3 (16:47):
All right, well, listen, it's explosive this season. And we'll
talk about Pinky Cole. She has a book out today
and it relates back to the show.

Speaker 1 (16:55):
It's way up. It's like a like they, Angela Jean,
like they Angelie.

Speaker 2 (17:00):
Man, she's spilling it all. This is yet.

Speaker 3 (17:03):
Well, it's way up at Angela. Yea, it's being Jackie fabulous. Hello,
and you might have to tune back into Real Housewives
of Atlanta.

Speaker 4 (17:12):
I stopped watching it because no one had a job. Well,
there's a lot of jobs onw They got jobs. Okay,
I'll watch it now.

Speaker 3 (17:19):
And Pinky call and Angela Oakley got into it. Now,
there were some previews that they weren't going to get along,
but when Angela Oakley was up here, I actually had
both of them up here. Here's what you have to
say about because you know Angela has a background in finance.
Pinky is open about going through her bankruptcy issues for
Slutty Vegan.

Speaker 4 (17:38):
Are they gone Floody Vegan? Is it?

Speaker 1 (17:41):
No? She bought back the company. Oh, good for her,
all right?

Speaker 3 (17:44):
And here is what Angela Oakley had to say up
here about Pinky. Has she approached you just because I know,
like I said, you're in that space where you could
be a nice asset for somebody to bounce things off of.

Speaker 1 (17:56):
But she know everything already, She knows it.

Speaker 3 (18:04):
Nothing all right, So you could get the vibe that
something was gonna happen, felt something just now. But there
was an explosive on the on the last episode of
Real Housewives of Atlanta argument between the two of them.

Speaker 1 (18:15):
The argument was so bad that Rihanna.

Speaker 3 (18:18):
Left a message singer yes your friend, Yes your girl
reacted to all of that and said she ain't want
no smoke with Angela. After this argument Wow, and a
lot of people were saying it definitely went down. Rihanna said, Okay,
so add Angela to the list of people don't I
don't want to smoke with?

Speaker 4 (18:37):
Wow?

Speaker 1 (18:38):
What that argument was like.

Speaker 13 (18:40):
That in one of my face I said something about
the fact that I'm going through what I'm going through
with my business.

Speaker 2 (18:46):
You got give up, You don't give up.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
We don't have a Libyan wife in the basement.

Speaker 4 (18:56):
Who so many problems in that a little quick answer.

Speaker 3 (19:00):
Oakley is basically telling Pinky, well, we don't have a
living wife in the basement. Pinky told her, your husband
don't even like you. Her husband is Charles Oakley. Other
things that happened throughout the course. Because I know a
lot of people have seen this floating around on social media,
this clip went so viral, but the argument Pinky was
telling her, well, aren't you going through menopause?

Speaker 1 (19:17):
And Angela's telling her us, no, I'm not.

Speaker 4 (19:20):
They are pulling up everybody's cards.

Speaker 3 (19:23):
As she always has a fan yeah the former No,
Angela Oakley, No O, Yes she's married.

Speaker 4 (19:31):
Hey, I'm my watch is now?

Speaker 1 (19:33):
Now here is now?

Speaker 3 (19:36):
Pinky has posted that she has a book out called
A Wife in the Basement and it's coming out today,
and she posted a trailer here.

Speaker 1 (19:44):
It is that she does not deserve him, but she
doesn't see him, not like I do.

Speaker 4 (19:49):
The whole house loves her, and he carries it.

Speaker 1 (19:51):
Nobody carries him.

Speaker 15 (19:52):
She disappeared everything in this house would finally make sense.

Speaker 3 (19:57):
So, yeah, this book is out. I guess today I
would I thought it was a joke at first it
but I would hope.

Speaker 4 (20:03):
So I don't know who in the basement. We need
to call the police.

Speaker 1 (20:07):
O wife in the basement.

Speaker 3 (20:09):
So you know, in addition to that, Pinky's been going
through a lot, having brought back her business and her
former business partner in CFO Aaron Madison, is now facing
a judge and that is for theft and forgery. He
is the former CFO and he was indicted on those
charges left by taking forgery in the first degree and
money laundering and so all these unauthorized wires. They said

(20:33):
he was operating orchestrating a high level financial scheme right
under Pinky's noses, and also stole the employees' wages allegedly.

Speaker 4 (20:41):
This makes me sad because I've been following her journey
since the first restaurant and getting getting married.

Speaker 1 (20:47):
She's not charged with any crowd, but.

Speaker 4 (20:49):
It still makes me say that it's associated with her
because she's motivated. She's very motivational and inspirational.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
But that is your Yet when we come back, we
have under the radar These are the stories that are
not necessarily in the headlines.

Speaker 1 (20:59):
They're flying under the radar.

Speaker 3 (21:01):
Now, this is not under the radar for you if
you have books to flight on Spirit Airlines and literally
I was in St. Thomas and people's flights got canceled
and the airport.

Speaker 1 (21:08):
Was a mess.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
Because Spirit Airlines no longer exists. Will tell you what
happened this way up position.

Speaker 6 (21:13):
The news that relates to you. These stories are flying
under the radar.

Speaker 3 (21:18):
All right, his way up at Angela. Yee, it's me
and Jackie. Fabulous.

Speaker 4 (21:21):
What's going on?

Speaker 1 (21:22):
Man? Listen?

Speaker 3 (21:24):
If you had booked on Spirit Airlines, it is bad
news because of sky high fuel prices and recent geopolitical events.
They actually filed that they had to ground their fleet
for good over the weekend.

Speaker 4 (21:36):
I've been crying since I heard this. I'm sad. Why
you don't be on Spirit? Was the last time you
took Spirit?

Speaker 3 (21:42):
I'll tell you one person put us on Spirit once,
one good time, and that was it.

Speaker 4 (21:46):
I have been on Spirit so many times because I
want to be a Delta girl. I am adulta girl,
but sometimes I'll who's like four hundred dollars to go
one way? Where Spirit is like what you got on
you, you gotta change on you, you got just throw it.

Speaker 1 (22:01):
Let's do it.

Speaker 4 (22:01):
Let's let's take all the change at us and get
on the plane. I missed going to miss Spirit.

Speaker 3 (22:08):
Well, they waited until Saturday to pull the plug, and
I want to say, Carnival was in full swing in
Saint Thomas, and Spirit does go to Saint Thomas, so
they were people there that were stuck. They decided the
safest time to make the announcement was when no planes
were in the air and all crew who were away
from their bases had sufficient time to check into hotels.

Speaker 1 (22:25):
So they are.

Speaker 3 (22:27):
Going to refund tickets purchased directly by flyers, and those
who look through third parties would have to contact their
travel agent. But if you used voucher's credits or loyalty points,
they don't know what's going to happen.

Speaker 4 (22:38):
They don't experience like we don't know what we're doing.

Speaker 1 (22:40):
I don't know, So yeah, a lot of people were
upset about that.

Speaker 3 (22:44):
I mean literally thousands of customers were stranded as they
stopped all of their operations globally.

Speaker 4 (22:52):
So sad I didn't mind a fight breaking out of
the gate for cheap tickets, punch her in the face.
Just make sure my flights.

Speaker 1 (22:58):
Gosh us so pep.

Speaker 3 (23:00):
But put an up posts from the Spirit airline altercations afterwards.

Speaker 4 (23:04):
All the videos of the past.

Speaker 3 (23:05):
I will say some airlines are trying to help United, Delta,
Jet Blue Southwest, they're all capping fares for Spirit passengers,
so they're making their prices. If you had a Spirit ticket,
only about two hundred dollars for a one way ticket
to be able to get home.

Speaker 4 (23:19):
I know frontiers like guess who loves us? Now all
of y'all it's coming to break. Guess who on top?
Guess the show.

Speaker 1 (23:26):
But I do want to say, as they talk.

Speaker 3 (23:28):
About geopolitical issues, out in the Pacific Ocean between Hawaii
and California, there is have you seen this great Pacific
garbage patch. It's a swirl of plastic trash and they're
saying this is more than twice the size of Texas,
and it's different pieces of plastic they break down into
particles tiny enough to be gone in the wind, and
once in the air, that's what's causing some of this

(23:49):
climate impact that could affect all of us.

Speaker 1 (23:51):
And this is according to new research.

Speaker 3 (23:53):
So A team of scientists from China and the US
have been studying the makeup and behavior of these plastics,
these microplastics. We starts focused on health and environmental dangers,
but now they're saying there's a long overlooked link between
plastic pollution and climate change.

Speaker 4 (24:07):
So that's why it's been cold all made.

Speaker 3 (24:09):
Listen, they're saying that Denver is about to get their
biggest snowstorm of the season from today and to tomorrow.

Speaker 4 (24:15):
We all want to die by Tuesday. This is insane.
Weather is insane.

Speaker 3 (24:19):
Well, I'll show you what this microplastics looks like. It
looks crazy, but that is you're under the radar. We
do have the way it mixed at the top of
the hour. But let's just sinkoed in Mayam.

Speaker 1 (24:27):
We haven't even had a shot yet.

Speaker 4 (24:29):
I was wanted to say when I've always gonna start,
don't worry.

Speaker 1 (24:31):
I got you girl. We got to talk about what
you got going on too. When we come Bay. It's
way up the tea.

Speaker 2 (24:37):
How she came with receipts. It's time to spill that
ye eat.

Speaker 3 (24:41):
Yeah, it's way yup at Angela. Ye, it's me and
Jackie fabulous. She have one shot and she's dropping her
headphones by all right, Well, let's get into this yet,
and let's talk about Stefan Diggs. His former chef, Jamila
Adams is in court and she is saying all kinds
of things, but one thing that she is charging him
with is felony strangulation and a misdemeanor assault and battery charge,

(25:05):
all from an incident that happened allegedly in December at
his home. All serious, now, she did say they had
a sexual relationship before she was hired as his chef, and.

Speaker 1 (25:14):
Then he hired her right and then he hired.

Speaker 3 (25:16):
Her and other things that she mentioned was being upset
about not getting invited to our basal. She says that
she was planning outfits with Cardi B even though she
was sleeping with him, clearly behind Cardi B's back. And
here's what she had to say about this a lot
assault that she's alleging.

Speaker 15 (25:34):
He smacked me with an open hand. When I went
up to block him, he took his arm and he
like came around my neck with the cook of his
elbow and he began to choke me.

Speaker 4 (25:45):
When he left the room.

Speaker 15 (25:46):
What happened next, I repeat my pants and I just
came off my cycle and I was bleeding in the
bed again.

Speaker 3 (25:56):
So I want to say, though, I don't feel like
this is going well thus far. Now, she also at
one point said that she was not paid for her services.
She was let go and was not paid. And here
is what the defense had to say.

Speaker 10 (26:13):
And it turned out, miss Adams, you had gotten paid
for two of the three weeks that you said you
hadn't gotten paid for.

Speaker 15 (26:18):
Right, this is missing a whole lot of stuff.

Speaker 10 (26:21):
So you answer no question.

Speaker 15 (26:22):
I can't answer your question correctly without proper evidence.

Speaker 4 (26:26):
Yes you can, because she was alleging one week no paid.

Speaker 1 (26:31):
She was saying, and they said, you got it paid
two out of those.

Speaker 4 (26:32):
Three weeks one. But there's more to the story, is
what is it?

Speaker 5 (26:36):
Then?

Speaker 3 (26:37):
Now, another thing that happened was they were also questioning
her about messages that she had sent to Stefan Diggs
that she then deleted.

Speaker 4 (26:45):
Wow.

Speaker 1 (26:46):
Yeah, until she did admit to deleting those messages.

Speaker 4 (26:49):
She did.

Speaker 3 (26:51):
And here she is also discussing this. Now this part
the judge actually got mad at her. But here she
is also recanting her story.

Speaker 10 (27:02):
Three weeks ago, your lawyer demanded five point five million
dollars from mister Diggs.

Speaker 15 (27:06):
Didn't he mister Dick's offered me one hundred thousand dollars.
I can't I stay that is.

Speaker 10 (27:10):
You know that someone on your behalf has demanded five
point five million dollars from Stefan Dicks?

Speaker 1 (27:18):
Do you know that, Miss Adams?

Speaker 15 (27:19):
No, I'm sorry, I don't know how to answer the question.

Speaker 12 (27:22):
What me?

Speaker 3 (27:23):
So the judge did tell her that if she doesn't
start answering these questions, it's I'm trying to redirect, she said,
if they if you can, if you don't understand something,
they'll rephrase it for you. But you have to answer
the questions. Are she's going to strike her whole testimony?

Speaker 4 (27:36):
You got to answer what they ask you. You can't
just came up what the thing is, Well, what happened
was and Corty got to be straightforward and clear.

Speaker 1 (27:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
So that's what's going on so far, and we'll keep
you guys updated.

Speaker 1 (27:48):
But the certain things that she didn't want to.

Speaker 4 (27:50):
Answer, I think Stefan is a sex attic. I mean,
stop hiring attractive women to work on your stats.

Speaker 5 (27:58):
Wrong.

Speaker 3 (27:59):
The other thing that they've been doing is also showing
video footage of her after this assault that she's a legend.

Speaker 1 (28:04):
The next day and she's like dancing in the kitchen.
I saw that doing all this, so.

Speaker 4 (28:07):
Yeah, so many inconsistent seasons.

Speaker 3 (28:10):
Ye, it's fitted to something nice. Victoria Money graduated from
culinary school.

Speaker 13 (28:13):
I saw that.

Speaker 3 (28:13):
I love her, So congratulations to Victoria Monette. And when
she was up here, she was talking about going to
culinary school and she said, it's yes, chef.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
Now when you see me, you.

Speaker 4 (28:22):
Know what this makes you think? Though, this is a
sign of what it's like in the industry right now,
because a lot of people like her Tiana Pale are
also culinary school. Drea Michelle, Yeah, that's all these side
hustles when you are a recording artist, makes me understand.
And no one cares financially, so you gotta get a
side job.

Speaker 1 (28:39):
I also think it's something that they love.

Speaker 4 (28:42):
Oh and they're like, now with this low and I
ain't got an album out, let me try and learn
how to make a nice chicken.

Speaker 1 (28:49):
Now.

Speaker 3 (28:49):
You know who does have an album on the way,
Chris Brown a new one, his new album Brown and
some of the guests on that album, Leon Thomas, Tank Vibes, Cartel,
Bryce and Tilla and be a young boy, go Lorilla Friday,
Sexy Red and Lucky.

Speaker 1 (29:04):
Day and that album, by the way, is coming out
this Friday.

Speaker 4 (29:07):
Tank should be grateful if Tank I had a job
Tank Tank is like an amazing song I don't know
he will act with the pan with an old album. No,
I'm back. I don't want to be comedian.

Speaker 14 (29:19):
No.

Speaker 3 (29:20):
Tank is well known for being a one of the
top songwriters.

Speaker 4 (29:24):
They are very attractive.

Speaker 3 (29:25):
I apologize, But anyway, get ready for that album to
come out and this Friday, that's gonna be exciting no
matter what. All right to ask yee, eight hundred two
ninety two fifty one fifty is a number.

Speaker 1 (29:36):
Call this up.

Speaker 3 (29:37):
Any question you have, We're here to help you out.
That's eight hundred two ninety two fifty one fifty. Ask
yee is next, whether.

Speaker 6 (29:43):
It's relationship or career advice. Angela's dropping facts. This is Askee.

Speaker 1 (29:49):
What's up? His way up with Angela?

Speaker 4 (29:51):
Yee?

Speaker 3 (29:51):
I'm here with my girl Jackie fabulous and it's time
for asking Yee And we have Brie on the line,
and she feels neglected by her husband. She's been asking
for this gift for a year. And he still ain't
get it.

Speaker 13 (30:01):
So I'm graduating Friday from Wayesday. I'm from Detroit with
my BSW and my husband of two years. His oldest
son is going to come. We have had some financial
situations and I asked for one gift that was about
twelve hundred dollars a year ago, and now I'm being
told that I can't get my gifts. But his son

(30:24):
suit alone called fifteen hundred dollars. So I'm not sure
if I should be upset or not.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
I do think that a lot of times parents make
sacrifices for their kids.

Speaker 1 (30:34):
But I see what you're saying. It's been a year.

Speaker 3 (30:36):
What you want cost twelve hundred dollars in financial misunderstandings
are a huge issue in relationships, right, and so what
would be a good solution here for you?

Speaker 13 (30:47):
I don't know, because that's what you need to know.

Speaker 4 (30:50):
What do you want?

Speaker 3 (30:51):
Because I think you have to figure out what is
the ask and what's the solution. A lot of times
we focus on the problem, but not on what could
make this better?

Speaker 13 (30:58):
Yeah, just being mad, I guess it would make it
better if the effort that he put in, I mean,
we didn't have the fifteen hundred dollars for the sue either.
But the sue is happening. I guess I was more
upset because he didn't put the effort in. Then again,
we're talking about a kid who mom doesn't of course
like the fact that we were married, so he doesn't call.
He doesn't take it's hey, I need money and my

(31:20):
fuit cross fifteen hundred dollars.

Speaker 4 (31:21):
Yeah, yeah, happen.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
I think that maybe he feels guilty too, because he
might feel like buying his son's love because, like you said,
his son doesn't even hit him up, and who knows
what the mom is saying about you in the house,
And his guilt might be what's causing him to want
to spoil his child because he feels like he wants
to show him that he loves him.

Speaker 4 (31:40):
Yes, that's where we've been get six years.

Speaker 1 (31:43):
Yeah, does he.

Speaker 4 (31:47):
Knows that.

Speaker 13 (31:47):
I was just like fine, whatever you.

Speaker 1 (31:49):
Can say to him.

Speaker 3 (31:50):
Look, there's some things that maybe you need to deal
with with your son, and I understand that, like he
calls you when he needs money, and maybe you feel
a certain way about the fact that you know we're
in this high you're helping me with my children. Also,
and we appreciate you for that. It's also important to
acknowledge and appreciate what somebody does do, but then also
be able to let them know what you are hurt
about and what would be a way can we talk

(32:12):
about this and to be honest, like, I feel a
way that I've been asking you about this gift for
last year my graduation, me holding it down and it's
just something that is not just a gift, but it's
also representative of your relationship. Yeah, showing and you know,
I just think that you've got to have that conversation,
but have it in a way where you're also showing
your appreciation, letting him know how much you love him,

(32:33):
but also letting him know what the issue is.

Speaker 4 (32:36):
You have to exhaust everything, like make sure he knows
how you feel, exactly, how hurt you are, the time span,
the way you laid it out for us, lay it
out for him. And if you've done all that and
you're still like I feel neglected, then you have to
go to the next step. We might be marriage counseling.

Speaker 3 (32:50):
You never know, thank you, because you still want to
be with him, right, Yeah, Yeah, this is something you
just have to work with.

Speaker 4 (32:57):
The works.

Speaker 1 (32:58):
Yeah, what's the gift that? What's a gift that you want?

Speaker 13 (33:01):
Like I said, I'm from Betree, so I asked for
some buffs. I just want to.

Speaker 4 (33:04):
Ask some one I know.

Speaker 1 (33:05):
That's right.

Speaker 3 (33:06):
We want them buffs, baby, and we gotta get them
iced out. Okay, what one of those Cardier? Oh all right, well,
thank you for calling. When I come to de Tree,
we're gonna go get our buffs together, period.

Speaker 1 (33:17):
All right.

Speaker 3 (33:18):
Well that is ask ye eight hundred and two ninety
two fifty one fifty in case you couldn't get through.
And when we come back, Jackie Fabulous is here.

Speaker 4 (33:26):
I am so here.

Speaker 3 (33:27):
It's a single de Maayo and you can tell her
whole tone change because she had one shot.

Speaker 4 (33:31):
I've been one. I've had to.

Speaker 3 (33:34):
And when we come back, I want to talk about
the time of the month. You got a show coming
up tomorrow?

Speaker 4 (33:38):
Yes, tomorrow, I need to focus.

Speaker 3 (33:40):
I want to talk about it this way up.

Speaker 12 (33:43):
You want to know my name?

Speaker 2 (33:44):
Way up with Angela y.

Speaker 3 (33:47):
Yeah, it's way up with Angela yea. I'm here with
Jackie Fabulous. We might have overdid it for single de
Mayo already.

Speaker 4 (33:54):
Almost done.

Speaker 1 (33:54):
Okay, all right, that's fair.

Speaker 3 (33:56):
But Jackie Fabulous and by the way, make sure you
check out her huluse best show you can leave. Yes here,
I like it, definitely do so. If you haven't seen it,

you said earlier off the mic.

Speaker 4 (35:56):
Okay, you was.

Speaker 1 (35:58):
Talking about cryptos.

Speaker 3 (36:01):
I just thought that was fascinating that you actually bought
a car partially with crypto.

Speaker 4 (36:05):
During COVID with boredom, and I thought I might die
blah blah blah. I learned. I didn't learn. I got
into it the markets and so with the with the
that'st when I made in bitcoin I use that to
the down payment plus a little more for the car
I have right now.

Speaker 1 (36:20):
That's amazing.

Speaker 4 (36:21):
It is a story like that because I was really
into the market and then I let a boyfriend you
rail me I need. I was like, I want to
focus on him, But now I want to get back
into investing.

Speaker 3 (36:31):
I love that stuff, all right. So the lesson I
got from this is do not let a boyfriend detail you.

Speaker 4 (36:36):
It will because continue investing ig Northern Man and make money.

Speaker 3 (36:40):
What then can I say, I don't know what you're
gonna say.

Speaker 4 (36:43):
You know what makes get money? Okay, Okay, no, all right, nothing,
I'll paraphrase it. Women get money. That's it. That's all
I'll say.

Speaker 3 (36:54):
Anyway, So make sure you follow Jackie Fabulous. Say you
can see what she's gonna be. See what she's going
to be in a city near you. And when we
come back, this is your show. So you have the
last word to.

Speaker 2 (37:04):
Get your voice heard.

Speaker 1 (37:05):
What the word is?

Speaker 2 (37:07):
He is the last word on Way Up with Angela Yee?

Speaker 4 (37:10):
What's up?

Speaker 1 (37:10):
His Way Up with Angela Yee?

Speaker 3 (37:11):

Speaker 1 (37:13):
I want to say she cannot hold her liquors.

Speaker 4 (37:16):
Shut up. I'm having a good time.

Speaker 3 (37:18):
She had two shots a grand Corimino and she is
fanning herself.

Speaker 4 (37:22):
What is grand?

Speaker 1 (37:23):
Is it hot in here?

Speaker 4 (37:24):
What are you called?

Speaker 1 (37:25):
Grand one Corimino?

Speaker 4 (37:26):
Grand Cormino? Shoutout Kevin Hart, the company who distributed my special.
I don't give you no credit and I should lol.
The other company you have and all of them, thank
you and all all up. I know he's got a
lot of it going on. Chase Bag, you're very busy.

Speaker 1 (37:41):
But clearly the grand Corimino works.

Speaker 3 (37:43):
So happy single to Mayo, to everybody, please be safe,
maybe leave work a little early.

Speaker 1 (37:48):
Drive definitely don't drink and drive.

Speaker 4 (37:51):
But the U I would ruin my life.

Speaker 3 (37:52):
And make sure you go out with a friend because
that way you got to make sure you have each
other's back, accountability partner.

Speaker 4 (37:57):
And this is the home strangers, No, no kidding.

Speaker 3 (38:03):
Anyway, I ken't widgets in here to discuss that part
because he doesn't.

Speaker 4 (38:07):
He just had a lot.

Speaker 3 (38:09):
Sorry I Kim, but anyway, mister Woods Jackie, fabulous, you'll
be back tomorrow and wow tomorrow all right, we can
finish and start with say stay Mayo tomorrow and again
this is your show, so you have the last word
that I.

Speaker 13 (38:24):
Can't trouble with might just be family because they don't
do right, like say take so much, and it's just
like do your part.

Speaker 12 (38:31):
We don't have time to be keeping up.

Speaker 13 (38:32):
