home with one of your home away from home.
Speaker 1 (02:13):
You know what's crazy. I've been coming to St. Thomas
this is some place I used to come to back
in the day with my best friend Santi Sti. But

just excited to be at Carnival. I had never been
to Carnival until we all came together three years ago.

Saint John, Saint Thomas, all of the artists that have
been performing out here, everybody that's been just making it
a great experience. Every single person that said hi, gave
us a hug, that did something positive and beneficial for
(02:48):
anybody who's been here. And speaking of doing things for people,
we have a surprise for you.
Speaker 2 (02:54):
May know I like surprises.
Speaker 1 (02:57):
When we were at Carnival last year, there was a
song that you love absolutely and we're gonna talk about
that because the artist, yes, who has that song, we
might got a little drop for you or something we
might got. All right, we're gonna play that. It's way up.

So congratulations Betoy for beauty Boy. So that song I
kept hearing, I never heard nothing like that. It was
the greatest song I ever heard in my life. I'm
just serious why I was on the greatest The melody
you heard it first, the melody I hope you find someone.
Speaker 8 (04:47):
Love you.
Speaker 2 (04:49):
And what he really saying is like, I probably can't
love you the way you need to be and you
probably need to be with somebody else, definitely, And that means, okay,
you should find the person that's gonna love you to
better in the meantime. In the meantime, we're.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
Okay.
Speaker 4 (05:06):
Is that?
Speaker 1 (05:07):
Is that a fact? Trilogy?
Speaker 9 (05:08):
You know?
Speaker 4 (05:08):
I feel like that is a nice beauty of music
that you can you can take whatever means.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
He's good, he's good.
Speaker 4 (05:19):
But you know you can listen to the music and
you know, take whatever message you want from me, you know.
And it's just one of those things where lightning strike
on that day.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
We need a woman answer to that.
Speaker 2 (05:30):
No you don't we good? Yeah? Yeah, yeah, I mean yeah.
Man Let's let us have something, Angela, let us have something.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Everything everything, let us have something, all right. Trilogy is here.
This was Mano's favorite song. Last year this year someone Else.
He is an international superstar and he is also Billboards
Artist of the Month for April. We have more when
we come back, because he's also undergone a lot of
different things. He actually just be cancer and he's gonna
(05:58):
talk about that. It's way up.
Speaker 2 (06:01):
About to do this.
Speaker 4 (06:02):
One of the most famous women in radioIO.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
We're talking about Angela. Ye, you're way up with Angela.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
Please believe that.
Speaker 1 (06:09):
What's happen Angela? Yeah, my guy Mana is here, and
you know, I always got to surprise my boy. So
we have an artist here trilogy who's joined us. The
song someone Else is one of Meno's favorite songs. It's
inspiring what you've been through and I just want to
touch on that someone because you do go through chemotherapy
and yeah, you're beating cancer. So congratulations to that.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
Thank you.
Speaker 1 (06:31):
You shiate your journey with people.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
Appreciate it.
Speaker 4 (06:33):
Your man. I mean there was a period of difficulty.
You know, it was actually coming from a show, but
you show Boots in New York and then I feel
something in my neck. We were and my stepfather is
a doctor, and so he was very adamant that I
check it out because I mean you know better. You know,
I'm frankled for real because if not for him, Yeah,
(06:59):
that was just and he was adaman that I check
it out, and one thing led to another. Tests after tests,
after visit after visit to the hospital, and yeah, I
got the news in July, and from since then, you know,
try to work to make myself get better. You know,
I lost like twenty something problems.
Speaker 1 (07:16):
I was tubby.
Speaker 4 (07:17):
I went on on a fast for twenty one days.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
That type of pert that actually had Yeah, I feel so,
I feel it.
Speaker 1 (07:24):
I feel it did.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
Yeah, because the food is the problem, yep, yep.
Speaker 1 (07:27):
And breaking down on the fool your organs can just
kind of replance and get their.
Speaker 4 (07:31):
Strength back, exactly because and I don't know health explert,
you know, but just researching and doing the work for
myself and seeing what was was going on, I read
that you know, your your body takes so much energy
just to die, just exactly, so the moment you give
your body of birth not to die, just who it
gets a chance to reap and repleish a lot of
(07:52):
areas in your body, you know, because the body supposed
to heal itself.
Speaker 1 (07:55):
And lastly, I want to say, like you said, get
yourself checked out if you feel like there's something wrong,
something amiss, just like you just make sure you go
and go to the doctor. A lot of times we
could be hesitant to do things like that. Well, thank
you so much the trilogy for joining us. And when
we come back, we have a recap because we aren't
seeing time. It's when the US Virgin Islands just had Carnival,
and we got a recap for you. It's way up.
Speaker 5 (08:18):
You want to know my name way.
Speaker 8 (08:20):
Up with.
Speaker 1 (08:22):
What's up? His way up at Angela Yee, I'm here,
Jasmine brand is here. Man here, let's talk about Carnival
yesterday and I all those. First of all, it's a mission.
We got to like get ready hours in advance to
be able to figure it all out. It's definitely a thing,
but it's also fun because I tell you this, The
way it's set up is all the ladies are together
and we're all helping each other. Yes, can you can
(08:43):
you tie this? Drink? Can you do this? How do
you pray on? Randy puts a gift me together every year.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Yeah, I really have a lot going on. I got
those wings on the back, those pieces Like it's hard.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
And you know what y'all are doing every now and then,
Well you're too closing. But while you guys are having breakfast,
we are figuring it out. We're doing our makeup here.
And I want to say a lot of us try
to get ready in advance, as far as starving ourselves
so we can fit into our outfit. We try to
cut back a little bit. I'm not gonna lie, but
I want to say also, even if you choose not to,
(09:16):
Carnival is so special because it's come as you are,
no judgment. It's a no judgment place for real. You
get to come there. It don't matter what you're looking like,
how old you are, what ethnicity you are, you just
come out and have a good time and let it all. Listen,
hang out, let it all hang out, baby, okay, cause
we're here for a good time and I.
Speaker 2 (09:37):
Know you were gonna get it.
Speaker 1 (09:38):
I know, but yes, So that's all Carnival. Make sure
you check us all out on our social media pages
because we're posting a whole lot. And when we come back.
Burst Simmons is gonna be here. He's actually he actually
grew up here in Saint Thomas. Seventh Streeter is out
here for her first time ever in Saint Thomas. She
came at the right time for Carnival. It's way up.
It's gonna turn me up. Here we go again.
Speaker 7 (10:00):
This is way up with Angela ye.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
It's way up with Angela Yee. And I am so
excited to be out here with two people who I've
known for such a long time. And we're in Saint Thomas,
and what a better place to unite. Verse Simmons is
here with us, and my girl's seventh streeter is here
going on since high but very another thing that you
just wrote, and we've been playing this song to death
that you worked on Young Miami.
Speaker 7 (10:23):
Young Miami spend that.
Speaker 3 (10:24):
Yes, we had a great time. We had a great
time creating it, and we had a great time that
I mean it in Miami.
Speaker 7 (10:33):
We have a bunch more records from her too. So
it's time to go.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
And seven. We've been watching you on TV also, thank you.
You're definitely a hit maker. What was that experience like
doing reality TV?
Speaker 5 (10:44):
For you?
Speaker 1 (10:45):
But it was a professional reality TV. It was professional.
It was a good time. I felt like it was purposeful.
Speaker 8 (10:50):
I've always said I never wanted to get in front
of the camera that way unless it was purposeful. So
being on Netflix with Harvey Mason Junior and my peers
who I respect, and showing people that aren't work of
a just writing songs and creating records, it was just
it was amazing. I had a great time. So if
you haven't seen Headmakers on Netflix, check it out.
Speaker 1 (11:07):
You know what I feel like for both of you,
the trajectory of being an artist but also being behind
the scenes. You guys are like similar. It's so much
in that way and verse, I want to say, even
for like the young Miami when you think about that,
I saw people criticizing it at first, but now everyone
loves it.
Speaker 7 (11:23):
Now everybody loves it, Yeah, because they don't know what
they want. Really, you gotta show them what they want.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Like nobody wasn't asking us our opinion when Michael was
making his stuff.
Speaker 7 (11:32):
He just did his stuff and then you end up
loving it. So I feel like as a creative, I
feel like I'm blessed to know what people want and
what people want to hear, and I just try to
go that way. You know what I'm saying, get them
what they want. And still at the same time, you didn't.
Speaker 3 (11:45):
Even know you wanted that, right. I'm not trying to
really please you in the sense of giving you what
you already had. I'm trying to I'm leading you.
Speaker 7 (11:51):
I want to lead you.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Coming now verse coming home for you?
Speaker 7 (11:55):
What does that do for you?
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Like coming the same time it's coming acoud? But and
now you're doing this advantage. I assume it's gonna be
an annual thing.
Speaker 7 (12:01):
Absolutely, Yes, for me, it's a recharge. Yeah, Island girls
love R and B.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
This again.
Speaker 3 (12:05):
It gives me something else to bring to the Virgin Islands,
another experience. I've been trying to figure out something I
could do here and kind of like include my friends
and my influence and and make something that's powerful hair
and I think I kind of foind the thing, especially
because R and B is becoming a real conversation again.
Speaker 1 (12:21):
So yeah, it was RB out the conversation though it
wasn't for me.
Speaker 7 (12:25):
There was a little there was no for the real
purest No, but like, yeah, that's a hard time.
Speaker 1 (12:31):
I think they were for you know, but.
Speaker 8 (12:34):
The heart needs, the spirit needs the R and B
sings about the things that we go through and how
we're feeling, and you know, we're feeling and going through
a lot these days.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
So I think that my friend, Hey man, I had
a friend.
Speaker 7 (12:48):
That came up to us yesterday and they was like,
they came to seven you you helped me through so
much of my breakups, me so much.
Speaker 2 (12:56):
I was like, Yeah, that's what it's about.
Speaker 1 (12:57):
That's what about you happened. A lot of people will
get to them scamming ass. That's yes, it's for every movie.
Feeling right, we need it all. Well, listen, I'm looking
forward to having y'all on Lift Service in the future too.
We gotta we gotta link back up again. I love
the lip service and seven you ready, I'm ready. It's
(13:18):
been a little minute, but I'm ready now. Well, that
was Verse Simmons and Seventh Street A joining us, And
let me tell y'all they got hits upon hits upon hits,
maybe something you didn't even know that they wrote. And
when we come back, we got our girl, Cassie Young
joining us. She's got a bad and the kitchen is
out right now and she's gonna teach us how to
make dumplings. But we're out here in the same time
as it's way up, it's.
Speaker 7 (13:40):
Gonna turn up.
Speaker 1 (13:41):
Here we go again.
Speaker 7 (13:43):
This is way up with Angela.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
What's up? Its way up with Angela. Ye, it's me
and my girl, Jazmine Brand. Yes, and we have a
special guest with us who's been hanging out with us.
We've really been hanging out with you. We can't hang
Where are your plus two? I'm trying hanging up and Cash.
I was looking forward to seeing you on this trip
because you have a book out Bad in the Kitch,
that's right, and I follow you on Instagram and look
(14:07):
at all of your cooking and your recipes.
Speaker 6 (14:09):
We're gonna do something. We're gonna do a dumpling party,
y'all have to.
Speaker 1 (14:12):
But I want to talk to you just about this
journey because you putting out a cookbook, you doing all
this cooking content that wasn't even something you necessarily knew
was gonna go viral the way that it is.
Speaker 6 (14:22):
No, not at all. Just started posting, just started doing stuff,
and look at where we are. How long have you
been doing the food content content wise? Maybe three four years?
But I've been cooking all my life. Yeah, and I
just didn't think that I was gonna post it.
Speaker 1 (14:35):
You've been here Carnival a couple of times now.
Speaker 2 (14:38):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (14:39):
So tell me what your favorite part of Carnival is
In Saint Thomas.
Speaker 6 (14:43):
I think it's trueve I think.
Speaker 9 (14:45):
I think because everyone is so on a lack of sleep, energy, food, malnourished.
Speaker 6 (14:52):
But then we have about this is something.
Speaker 1 (14:54):
The truck sounds awful at you, it does sound.
Speaker 9 (14:57):
Awful, and you're like, I don't know how I will
survive this, But then you get on the truck and
it is the best time ever.
Speaker 6 (15:02):
Nothing else matters.
Speaker 1 (15:04):
But Carnival is a different beast. You always look fly
in your cast. Thank you, thank you. I'm just listen.
I'd be like, don't take no pictures of me next
to Cassie please.
Speaker 5 (15:15):
Yes, I'm agreeing that, Cassie. What do you have a
do you do you have a workout plan, you have
a regiment? Or do you just watch what you eat?
Speaker 9 (15:22):
Because I always feel like as a chef, I do
a lot to look regular because I can't put the
fork down.
Speaker 6 (15:28):
I wouldn't say I limit myself, but I definitely try.
Speaker 9 (15:30):
To get in my nutrients and vegetables when I can, Like,
especially on this trip, I'm making sure I get my
vegetables when I can, my protein, water steps.
Speaker 1 (15:40):
Okay, what's your what's your favorite food out here?
Speaker 6 (15:42):
Mmm? I gotta give it to the fried Snappers so far?
Speaker 1 (15:45):
Okay, Cassie Young Money, all right, well, make sure you
follow her, make sure you get bad in a cach
and make sure you're filing when she comes over at
my house, because why have a friend who can cook
that's not gonna come cook?
Speaker 6 (15:56):
Right, that's what they all say.
Speaker 1 (15:59):
It's I don't want to taste, just be glad. Oh okay,
that's the lips. Well, thank you, Cassy. Next up, our
girl Swaggy c is gonna be joining us, and she
has definitely been lit on this trip as in the past.
Here's things that she's done that she don't even remember.
We're gonna talk about it. It's way up there, and we.
Speaker 4 (16:18):
About to do thiss to train this women in radio video.
Speaker 7 (16:22):
We're talking about angela Ye.
Speaker 1 (16:23):
You're way up with angela Ye. Please believe that what's
up its way up with the angela Yee. I'm here
with Jasmine Brand yes, and we are on this carnival
trip to Saint Thomas. It wouldn't be complete if our
girl Swaggy See wasn't here with a wow, wouldn't be
complete No, it would not. What anmor because we actually
have a really good time with you. No, I have
a really good time with you. Guys. What would you
(16:44):
say has been the highlight for you of this particular
trip so far?
Speaker 5 (16:47):
Salt fish, patches food, Yeah, fool, always fool. Yesterday, I
don't know if you remember this. At the village last night,
Swaggy was so enjoying herself. She set up on the
thing and she was like having her own video and
they were like to get there.
Speaker 1 (17:00):
They kicked me out.
Speaker 2 (17:01):
Suspend it.
Speaker 1 (17:02):
You got kicked out now, I want to say a
lot of people have.
Speaker 10 (17:04):
Been suspended from things. Is suspend its? Yeah, you're no
license shot out the busy signal though, that's what it was.
That's why I was acting up because you know, the
Brooklyn comes out.
Speaker 1 (17:16):
I do want to say in the Village busy Signal
was the last performance and his time slot was one thirty.
I was like, how are we going to do this
and then get up and go to work and we
did manage. Yeah, that's professionalism that it is fun to
make it happen. Now another thing you've been doing on
this trip and earlier I was talking to Verse Simmons
and seventh Streeter. And your song right now that verse
(17:38):
has actually helped write is young Miami. Oh that's my
favorite song.
Speaker 9 (17:42):
Ring.
Speaker 1 (17:42):
How's how's it go been at?
Speaker 8 (17:45):
So?
Speaker 1 (17:45):
Like I said, now, oh yeah, now you are for Berkeley?
So like, have you ever scammed.
Speaker 5 (17:57):
That?
Speaker 1 (17:57):
Say? Yes, I don't know? You there what people thought?
Speaker 11 (18:00):
I was a scammer growing up, But I never scam
though any licks, none of that disappointed Now.
Speaker 1 (18:06):
I hung out with the scammers though, so I didn't
need a scam you know, you always got a club.
But that's how good she is. She won't even admit it. Now, okay,
why would I have admit this? Now here's another thing.
Have you ever bought anything from a scammer? Absolutely? Every time? Yes,
it's only right, yeah, going that go yard bag. Have
you ever bought something that you thought was real and
later on found out it was fake? Absolutely? That is
(18:28):
right there. The problem with buying from a scammer, Yeah,
you don't have done. You don't know. You have to check,
you have to check all the tags, and even when
you check the tags, it's still some of them are
really good. Though, So until you go to rmez and
try to get your bracelet fixed and then they say,
we don't even make this color. Yees see, I don't
go that far.
Speaker 2 (18:47):
That was crazy.
Speaker 1 (18:48):
Back in the day, I probably bought some products that
were you know, they were not it was not. But anyway, swagged.
We are going back to New York today, so back
to the real world, back to Brooklyn. But I just
want to say that I really do enjoy always having
us on the same trips together. We have a good time.
These trips are the times of my lives. So thank you, ye,
(19:08):
thank you, way up.
Speaker 11 (19:09):
Shout out to the Virgin Islands, Ayana these I'll be
holding it down, Ben right Toova, Ben Rightova, It's way up.
Speaker 1 (19:20):
When we come back, we are gonna recap some things
that have happened over this past weekend. You heard some
of them here. I'll give you a little spoiler. Somebody
said they were going to destroy all of us, and
I feel like this iss fall. We also have Ian
Turnbull joining us. He is the director of festivals, and
he's gonna talk about what he's been doing. And it's
not just Saint Thomas Festival. It's Saint Chory, Saint John
(19:41):
and Saint Thomas. That's three festivals. But right now we're
in Saint Thomas. It's way up.
Speaker 5 (19:45):
Ye y'all more way.
Speaker 4 (19:47):
Up with now?
Speaker 1 (19:49):
What's up? His way up? At Angela? Yea, I'm here
with Jasmine Brandon Mayo here and we are blessed to
be here. Yes we are, for sure.
Speaker 2 (19:58):
You guys are really blessed because here you could have know,
because you could have been destroyed.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
So we went to go eat it. Cutlass and Cane
shout out to them. Food was amazing. The only thing
that did happen was Mano. We have footage of you
threatening to destroy us. What is that about?
Speaker 2 (20:15):
I don't know what happened.
Speaker 1 (20:16):
I mean, it was on like a five minute monologue
about it.
Speaker 2 (20:19):
Was it all? We all don't because I've seen it
was slaggy.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
But this is what makes it fun. When you can
go with all your friends, one of them there hats
to destroy. You don't take it seriously, and.
Speaker 2 (20:28):
Then you don't get destroyed, and then we go to work.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
But no, we did survive. You know, you know what Carnival.
Speaker 5 (20:37):
We always catch Mano sleeping and I think it started
when we caught him sleeping at the dinner table amongst friends.
Speaker 1 (20:43):
That's what started it. I want to ask you, though,
what it's been like having your son on this trip,
because there with you, this is his time.
Speaker 2 (20:49):
It's great. I like to hap him here because I
wanted him to get closer to his roots, you know.
And I don't know if he fully appreciates it, though,
would you at that at his age?
Speaker 8 (20:59):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (21:01):
O g whan he's facetiming back home while he's but
I get it.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
We saw a cousin yesterday. It was just like, you know,
it was a big thing for me. So I want
them to see this, spend some time with me and
you know, have a vacation.
Speaker 4 (21:15):
You know.
Speaker 2 (21:15):
We gotta have that balance.
Speaker 1 (21:16):
But what I think from all of this, what I
love is the fact that when I was growing up,
my mom is from montret and we would go there
every single summer, every single Christmas and spend time there.
It is really important to see where your family is,
where you can go back home to, and if you
have children, to be able to bring them there because
these are experiences there. Right now, he might be like
Dad's corny, but later on, later on you could never
(21:43):
say his death, he's gonna appreciate all of this. So
I do want to say I commend you on that
because it's so important for you to get him to come.
He dished you last year.
Speaker 7 (21:50):
This year he's had time.
Speaker 1 (21:54):
I don't blame him, all right, Well, listen, when we
come back, we have the director of Festivals joining us
in Turnbull is good to be here and he's gonna
give us some insight on the things that he's done
to prepare for festival, not just here in Saint Thomas,
but also Saint Croy and Saint John and what he
thinks is some of the highlights for anybody that wants
to come out the same time as Carnival. Make sure
you listen up because we're getting it straight from the source.
(22:15):
Its way up.
Speaker 4 (22:15):
This is one of the most famous women in radio.
Speaker 2 (22:18):
Vidio.
Speaker 1 (22:18):
Man, we're talking about Angela Ye. You're way up with
Angela Yee. Please believe that what's up his way up
with Angela Yee. I'm here, Jasmine Brand is here, Maino's here, Yes,
and we're so appreciative to be here.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
I want to say that should really appreciate life after
almost getting.
Speaker 1 (22:34):
Destroyed blease, oh my God destroyed us may please, but
here we are at thriving and surviving. But we do
have Ian Turnbull joining us. He is the director of
Festivals and he has really helped reshape and transform the
US Virgin Islands carnival scene. We're going to talk about
the experiences and the impact that he has helped shape
its way up.
Speaker 7 (22:53):
This is way up with Angela Yee.
Speaker 1 (22:56):
What's up his way up at Angela Yee. I'm here
with Jasmine Brand Yes, and the man of the hours here,
the director of Festivals in Turnbull is here. How are
you feeling after Carnival, after Juve, after the village, after
the horse races.
Speaker 12 (23:09):
Yeah, well, you know, I still didn't haven't gotten like
a full day's rest yet, so it's kind of you know,
but the rest of the.
Speaker 7 (23:17):
Week, I'm sure I'm gonna, you know, get the rest
I need.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
There's three of these that he has to play in,
Saint St. John and Saint Thomas. I was at Saint
Qui we met for the first time. Yeah, and it
also loved me to my birthday.
Speaker 8 (23:28):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (23:29):
So happened to be in the years, happen to be
every year. Thank you for that.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
The stars aligned.
Speaker 1 (23:35):
What was your favorite event this year?
Speaker 12 (23:37):
This year, my favorite event actually was Juve. It was
a total, total vibe you know, I took a wine wine,
drank some.
Speaker 1 (23:46):
Wine that's whine. So you got to enjoy me. You
got to enjoy your stuff a little bit more.
Speaker 12 (23:53):
And this year, yeah, this year I kind of enjoyed
myself and you know, I still have to be on point,
but this one, now I was able to be on
point and still have half.
Speaker 8 (24:02):
A good time.
Speaker 1 (24:03):
Did you get hose down? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (24:05):
We was in like a cart.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
I feel like they aimed at us. I'm not gonna like,
can we do something about that?
Speaker 9 (24:12):
Right?
Speaker 1 (24:13):
Saint John is next? Yees, Saint John is next for
Saint John. Do you is there jewe for that too?
Is it just just like here?
Speaker 12 (24:19):
So yeah, Saint John has a jewve. It's it's a
little bit more premeditated. Has planned out the juve. Saint
Thomas and sat Pour just like free for all that,
but the juve St. John is like organized, more organized chaos.
So that's gonna be a good vibe. But this year
in Saint John, we're actually going to do like a
beach party.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
Oh, the most beautiful base in the world, Saint John.
Right now I'm talking to Ian Turnbull, the director of
Festivals for the US Virgin Islands, we always come out here.
We have a good time. The unity is amazing. But
I also think it's a great place to showcase local
artists from the US Virgin Islands.
Speaker 12 (24:55):
It's actually part of the mission, right, So it can't
just be one dynamic, you know, of just the party,
because I believe with Caribbean carnivals what takes it outward
is the music. Yeah, right, so you know, people like
Charlotte p Anamal, you know, Rudy Live, all of all
of the artists that we have, Pompa. It helps the
situation and so you know, we support them as much
(25:16):
as we can.
Speaker 1 (25:16):
And you know, yes my name ends but the a
hey hey, and on that note and it turns up.
But enjoy your cigars, enjoyr tequila, enjoy the beach, and
we thank you for all the work that you put
in because you got some more work to do. Saint
John is up next and Saint cry and let me
do this again next year. Then we're back. I agree,
and thank you all for having me as well. All right, well,
(25:37):
thank you so much to Ian Turnbo for joining us,
and he is the director of the festival. You can
watch all of this on my YouTube channel. Way up
with thee. See the lovely background that we have here.
We're on the water right now. We should do this
every day and when we come back, this is your show.
So you have the last word.
Speaker 7 (25:55):
Here's the last word on Way Up with Angela?
Speaker 1 (25:57):
Ye, what's up? His Way Up with Angela?
Speaker 4 (25:59):
Yee?
Speaker 1 (25:59):
I'm here, My brand is here, Yes, Mano's here. Back
to reality today after the show, we are heading home.
There's no place like home.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
So you could tell us some secrets.
Speaker 1 (26:10):
Oh my gosh, if you had to leave us with
a final thought from this trip, what would you say,
be great and go for kid. Okay, I like that.
That's a that's a bar. Yes, what about you, Jazmine?
I would say, how's it?
Speaker 5 (26:24):
Gomino's always us, never done, always us, never do unless
it's a crime.
Speaker 1 (26:28):
It's always them, never us. Yes for sure, And for me,
I would say, just make sure. Is that called snitching us?
I ain't do it, But I do want to say,
(26:49):
as a final thought, just how important it is to
enjoy your life to travel whenever you have the opportunity
to do so. If your girl is playing in a trip,
don't leave her hanging to go alone, like by that flight.
Because some times. You know how somebody's trying to plan
a trip. Yeah, everybody says I'm gonna go. I'm gonna
go in that. No one buys their sometimes buy that ticket.
Come to Carnival, enjoy yourself, no worries. It's so much fun.
(27:11):
It's really safe, which I think is important to you.
Don't need a passport to come here, so it's nice,
it's quick, it's beautiful weather, it's been amazing, and the
people are lovely and wine and don't fight over no
man Okay, where'd that come from? Because I was just
thinking about if these girls come on a trip and
they run into Mano and oh that makes sense.
Speaker 2 (27:32):
Now that's makes perfect in my mind.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
Things go really far ahead. But again we're heading back
to the days. Thank you again, Ayana. And you know
I have to say being right Ova going way out
with Angela Ye
