Speaker 3 (01:52):
What is it for people listening that are like Mendy,
what the Mendy is?
Speaker 4 (01:55):
So she's Pakistani and it is not necessarily the wedding.
It's more of a cultural celebration. That's where you know,
we were doing all the dances. I was dressed in
proper attire. Everyone was you were dressing everyone was dressing proper.
Speaker 3 (02:09):
Yeah, I talked to Mano that morning and I was like, Mana,
you have to go get the proper outfit. And then
I sent him to Jersey City to a block where
they caused like little India India Square, and he went
and got it from fish.

I just want to shine a light on my ex
is recently split usually, but I just wanted to know
that she on a great job. She's been chasing her career,
been really going to school, started doing in school things,
started to get a real estate license. Yeah, proud of
her for that.
Speaker 1 (03:09):

break up? Then it's a lot, but you still love her.
Speaker 8 (03:17):

Speaker 3 (03:27):
Okay, Well, I love that you're proud of her, and
I hope it does work.
Speaker 1 (03:31):

Speaker 6 (03:32):
Thank you, all.
Speaker 1 (03:33):
Right, take care.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
Well, you know what, there were so many positive stories
when we come back for yet, let's talk about Deontay Wilder.
Speaker 1 (03:43):
All right, it's way up.
Speaker 2 (03:44):
From industry shade to all of gossip out sending Angela's
speeling that yet.
Speaker 1 (03:51):
Yeah, it's way up at Angela.
Speaker 9 (03:52):
Yee.
Speaker 1 (03:53):
What's up dirty doing?
Speaker 5 (03:54):
Jory Jarby Friday?
Speaker 3 (03:56):
All right, Now, Deontay Wilder is being sued by his
ex fiance's son, and that is.
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Allegedly over abuse.
Speaker 3 (04:05):
He is accused of repeatedly beating a miner over several years. Now,
his attorney is saying that this is not only untrue
but suspicious. He is accused by Karen Swift, who was
the son of his ex fiance Tully Swift, of attacking
him while he was living under his roof as a kid.
According to Karani says that the abuse stretch from around
(04:29):
twenty sixteen through twenty twenty four. He said in one incident,
he said that Deontay slapped him so hard inside a
car that his head smashed into the interior, leaving him
days and he was only thirteen.
Speaker 1 (04:41):
And then he said in twenty.
Speaker 3 (04:42):
Nineteen he was whipped with a belt, leaving visible bruises
across his body. And in twenty twenty two he alleges
that when he was sixteen, Deontay Wilder grabbed him by
the throat, lifted him off his feet, and slammed him
against a wall and hurled him into a table like.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
A rag doll.
Speaker 3 (04:58):
Oh my gosh, I mean, these are all the sane allegations.
To imagine doing that to a child, you know, so
uh and Deandrey Wilder has also been in the news
after going on with Peters Morgan and talking about how
he got his ex pregnant and had a daughter.
Speaker 1 (05:16):
Here's what he said.
Speaker 10 (05:17):
Her mother tried to set me up to have the baby.
You know, she objected my sperm, ran in the bathroom
and locked the door, and that's how we had her
this particular time. She chose that she wanted to have
a baby bout me because I was the best thing
they ever came into her life. Most of her relationship
only lasts for two months or whatever, because she was
a promiscuous woman.
Speaker 5 (05:36):
I didn't know it at the time.
Speaker 3 (05:39):
Feels like he's a promiscuous man right going through all this.
But he does have a fight and that's going to
be tomorrow in London at the O two Arena, so
it's available on his own. But he has got a
lot going on right now. That clip was a crazy
thing because your daughter is gonna hear that.
Speaker 1 (05:56):
Hear that at some point.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
Yeah, and whether or not that happens to be true,
she doesn't need to know that.
Speaker 1 (06:03):
I mean, how would you feel.
Speaker 7 (06:04):
Or her friends or anybody else. That's nobody's business.
Speaker 3 (06:06):
I mean, that's awful and humiliating, Like that's something you
deal with privately, just for the sake of that.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
Like awful all right now.
Speaker 3 (06:15):
Jaden Ivy was on his life and he was just
talking about a lot of things. You know.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
He's the I guess now former NBA player.
Speaker 3 (06:24):
He was waived by the Chicago Bulls for anti LGBTQ
plus comments.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
And here's what he is saying, my.
Speaker 5 (06:31):
Family members betraying because of what I spoke, saying, I'm
losing my mind. These are my own family members, my blood.
Speaker 8 (06:39):
Man.
Speaker 10 (06:40):
He's psycho he's this, he's that, those are my own household.
Speaker 5 (06:44):

Speaker 3 (07:01):
If you know me, you know I have never once
abandoned that man through all the trials, and I still
have it now. There is obviously a lot more going on,
so leave your conspiracies and guesses to yourselves. And sadly enough,
it does feel like he's got a lot of mental
health issues. He's talked about trauma that he's had in
the past and things that have happened to him, so
it feels like he is for sure struggling right now.
(07:23):
I wish well, well that is your yet And when
we come back, it is a new music Friday, and
you know Swee Lee is going to be joining us today.

Speaker 11 (09:03):
I definitely had a girlfriend and a wife.
Speaker 3 (09:05):
Yeah, probably a girlfriend a wife. How did you How

Speaker 5 (09:09):

That should be his secret. Really all right? Well, thank
you for colling Jordan. You're making people call the wholesome secrets.
What's going on here?
Speaker 7 (10:03):
I love a healthy data.
Speaker 1 (10:04):
There's a wholesome secret today. I have a secret.
Speaker 3 (10:08):
I love my boyfriend, Like that's not a secret? Hello
Anonymous calor what's up?
Speaker 5 (10:14):
Hey, how are you doing?
Speaker 1 (10:15):
You want to tell me and Jordy do my secret?
Speaker 5 (10:17):
Yes, ma'am, but I just wanted to say how much.
Speaker 14 (10:20):
Of a badass I am?
Speaker 4 (10:22):
Okay, like I am like the most bad ass mother.
Speaker 6 (10:27):
People will compare me to Batman, but like better.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
Is that the secret?
Speaker 5 (10:31):
Yees?
Speaker 1 (10:32):
Yeah, I'm blaming you Jordan's. So I blame Jordan's for this.
Speaker 11 (10:36):
So like, are you fighting crime at night?
Speaker 7 (10:38):
Or like, what's tea.
Speaker 5 (10:41):
I do during the day so everyone can see me?
Speaker 14 (10:43):
That's how bad ass I am?
Speaker 3 (10:45):
Okay, Okay, Well, Jordan's then you call me come here
on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
Thank you for calling. Bye. Well that was tell us
a secret. Eight hundred and two.
Speaker 3 (10:58):
Ninety two fifty one fifty join and the influence you
had today was insane giving. But when we come back,
we have here yea tee and we're going to switch gears.
Poosh Shisty and his co conspiracies could potentially face a
life in prison after this alleged Gucci Maine kidnapping, and
we'll give you the details that we know so far.
Speaker 1 (11:19):
It's way up.
Speaker 2 (11:21):
Angelus is filling that yeat come and get the tea all.
Speaker 1 (11:25):
Right as way up? But Angela yee me and Jordi
jor here Man.
Speaker 3 (11:29):
So this criminal complaint against Pooh Shisty, his father, and
his co conspirators has surfaced. There's alleged kidnapping, robbery details.
Speaker 1 (11:41):
And when I tell you it's.
Speaker 7 (11:44):
A lot Pooh isn't a lot of blood?
Speaker 5 (11:46):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (11:47):
I mean.
Speaker 3 (11:47):
The evidence is that there was electric monitoring data that
places him at the studio and in violation of his
home detention conditions, he had an ankle monitor on he.
Speaker 1 (11:58):
Wasn't supposed to be.
Speaker 3 (11:59):
There also cell phone records and a license plate reader
data corroborates the travel of multiple defendants from Memphis to Dallas.
That's where Poosheisty was when he called for guci Maine.
I read all the paperwork too, when he wanted Guccimin
to come sit down with him to talk about his contract.
They also have rental car records that confirmed that his
father rented a vehicle used by the group. There's also
(12:21):
surveillance footage and I saw those pictures that were included
in the paperwork from the studio. A nearby office, supply store,
and a hotel where several of them stayed following the
robbery and kidnapping. And then there's fingerprints that match two
of the defendants. Also social media posts some of the
guys that were there us are wearing what appears to
(12:42):
be stolen property because they stole his rolex, his ring, jewelry,
all of those things allegedly. And there's also a Greyhound
bus record that confirms the travel of multiple defendants from
Dallas to Memphis.
Speaker 1 (12:54):
The day after Wow, this all happened.
Speaker 7 (12:57):
That's quite evidence there.
Speaker 3 (13:01):
So Pouschheisty and his co conspirators, he has eight of them,
one of them is his father again could face life
in prison for this alleged kidnapping. And the whole situation
behind this was that he wanted to be released out
of his record contract. And I'm seeing a lot of
people speaking on what happened behind the scenes, things that
may have triggered all of this. You know, this may
(13:23):
have to do with his cousin who was signed to
Gucci Mane also, which is the reason why Pouscheisty signed
there as well.
Speaker 1 (13:31):
Big Scar.
Speaker 3 (13:32):
Could have to do with a chain Allegedly, they're saying
that he asked to get the chain back once he died,
and all kinds of thing that was Poush Heisty's real cousin.
So I'm sure we'll find out more as there is
an information that's being revealed during this whole thing. But
no matter what, this is a tragic situation for everybody involved.
Speaker 1 (13:57):
And yes, this is a lot more.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
I don't even want to get all into it because
a lot of things are being said and I don't
know what's true and what's not. Right now, there's a
lot of people that are speaking allegedly. They're talking about
his lawyer that's representing him, is also allegedly Yogadi's attorney,
So I'm not sure about all of those things. I'm
just looking at what's being said right now, all right.
(14:20):
And speaking of Memphis, Memphis after having to deal with this,
they're also dealing with the fact that Lebron had some
negative things to say about the city.
Speaker 1 (14:30):
Here's what Lebron said.
Speaker 5 (14:33):
At forty years old.
Speaker 10 (14:34):
If they do that the random ass Thursday, I'm not
like the first guy even talk about in the NBA,
Like we all like, you guys have to move just
go over to.
Speaker 6 (14:43):
Nashville doesn't look like Lebron's going to be on the
Grizzlies anytime soon.
Speaker 7 (14:46):
So Grizzly fan's out there.
Speaker 3 (14:49):
So he wants the Grizzly to move to Nashville and
out of Memphis.
Speaker 7 (14:54):
Out of Memphis.
Speaker 1 (14:56):
I've been to Memphis a few times. I actually really
enjoy it.
Speaker 3 (14:59):
Shout out to my girl, London Lamar, who is the
state senator in Memphis. I recently did an event with
them with Tony Howes about real estate. I mean it
was amazing to see the types of things that they're
doing there. I did something with the Landbank, also in
black real estate, and so I've been there like many times.
Shout out to Big Sue. I've gona Two Chains has
a restaurant there, Esco. Oh, and Dan, you've been to Esco.
(15:22):
You had a time, We had a time. Yeah, we did.
I love Memphis, That's what I'm saying. Saint Jude is there,
Saint Jude Hospital, and we do a lot of work
with them, and it's an amazing, amazing food.
Speaker 1 (15:32):
Yeah. So I was taken aback by that.
Speaker 11 (15:36):
But maybe you've never stayed at this particular hotel they're
talking about. We have.
Speaker 8 (15:42):
Peabody.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
Oh yeah, we stayed at the Peabody where they have
the ducks that come out in March every day.
Speaker 1 (15:46):
What I like Memphis.
Speaker 3 (15:47):
I'm just saying, all right, when we come back under
the radar, these are the stories that are not necessarily
in the headlines. They're flying under the raidar. But you
need to know about them. And let's talk about TikTok.
People are convinced that they are autistic. We'll tell you
what's happening.
Speaker 1 (16:00):
It's way up this in the news that relates to you.
Speaker 5 (16:02):
These stories are flying under the radar.
Speaker 1 (16:05):
All right, Yeah, but Angela yee, I'm here with my girl, Jordi.
Speaker 7 (16:08):
Joor, it's Jordi.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Have you ever thought of climbing Mount Everest or anything
like that?
Speaker 7 (16:13):
You know, I haven't.
Speaker 11 (16:14):
Well.
Speaker 3 (16:15):
Mount Everest guys have been accused of secretly drugging foreign
climbers and then that would make them have to get rescued.
And this is all part of a twenty million dollar
fraud scheme, according to an investigation, so operations of mountain
rescue companies in Nepal have been arrested as part of
that operation. They said a total of thirty two people
(16:36):
have been charged and eleven arrests made so far. So
they said this affected over forty seven one hundred international climbers.
More than three hundred cases of alleged fake rescues have
been uncovered, with bills totaling again nearly twenty million tars
to climbers and insurers.
Speaker 1 (16:51):
Is that wild?
Speaker 7 (16:52):
That's insane? But is it even fake?
Speaker 11 (16:54):
If they really did something to somebody and they needed
to be rescued.
Speaker 1 (16:57):
I guess well.
Speaker 3 (16:58):
They would lace food with large amounts of baking powder
to stimulate gastric distress commonly associated with altitude sickness. Other
people were given medications with excessive amounts of water to
trigger symptoms. They would say they were nauseous, dizzy, they
had body aches. So you're thinking, all the altitude, I
got to get rescued. And then they were advised to
descend and agree to costly emergency helicopter evacuations. Wow, once
(17:22):
that rescue is trigger, that's when they inflate the costs.
They bleized passenger as if they had taken a separate
helicopter flight, even when multiple people were flown together.
Speaker 1 (17:31):
So it's a lot.
Speaker 3 (17:32):
This is a real scheme that was going on for
three years. How mad would you be if you realized
that you were a part of that fraud, that part
someonody's getting sued. That happened, all right. And social media
users are diagnosing themselves with autism because they've been watching
TikTok content about this condition, and a lot of people
have mixed reactions about what this means. Because there are
(17:56):
experts on there. You know, to get tested it can
cost you like four thousand dollars. People are taking these
tests on TikTok and a lot of them are convinced
that they are autistic. Here is doctor Kotosarpo who is
very popular on TikTok with the autism test.
Speaker 14 (18:10):
Here are three signs that you should get tests for autism.
Speaker 5 (18:13):
Number one, you have ADHD.
Speaker 14 (18:15):
Number two, you have a very structured way of doing
things and you hate interruptions and surprises. These individuals have
the ability to do something over and over, and to
eat the same type of food over and over, and
sometimes you can listen to the same song over and
over and over. And number three, you're very comfortable being
alone by yourself for a long periods of time.
Speaker 7 (18:36):
I mean that just sounds like my ideal weekend.
Speaker 1 (18:39):
I don't know.
Speaker 3 (18:40):
We are self diagnosing. I had a great time sitting
on the couch. All right, well that is your under
the radar now, don't forget sway Lee is going to
be joining us today. He's got a new album out,
his first ever solo album because he doesn't count to
Wacasian as a solo album is part of a triple album.
Same difference. Also, we got the Way Up mixed for
(19:02):
you at the top of the hour. We got more
new music Friday, we got asked yee, and we got
more yet for you.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
It's way up and she's spilling it all.
Speaker 5 (19:09):
This is yeaty way up.
Speaker 1 (19:14):
What's up as way up? But Angela Yee. It's me
and Jordie George to get into this yeat. So let's
talk about Regenet Carter.
Speaker 3 (19:22):
I love that she's been doing her podcast airtimes, her
being littl Wayne and Toya's daughter, and she actually is
interviewing other famous kids, which I think makes perfect sense now.
She just recently interviewed Jeezy's son to Darius Jenkins, and
it feels.
Speaker 1 (19:39):
Like they had a little thing.
Speaker 7 (19:41):
It was definitely giving a high school sweetheart.
Speaker 3 (19:43):
When they were in school. Here's what happened on that
episode long.
Speaker 5 (19:46):
Time, no see too long, I know perfect time.
Speaker 11 (19:51):
That's right, Okay, blessed, I gotta start that out now
because let me tell y'all something.
Speaker 7 (20:00):
Known each other for a long time. He got history
too much.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
Okay, his son sounds just like him and does.
Speaker 7 (20:11):
Literally he took his whole voice.
Speaker 3 (20:14):
It feels like they might, you know, respect something. She
was like, you got any kids.
Speaker 7 (20:18):
The chemistry was still there.
Speaker 1 (20:19):
Let's get this out there way now. Sparks were still sparking.
Speaker 3 (20:22):
And by the way, Fab just had some things to
say about Regina also, but not like that. He was
on their podcast, Let's rap about it. And here's what
he said about not wanting to pass the weed to
her because that's little Wayne's kid.
Speaker 1 (20:36):
Here's fab Reginiy used to be around Tina.
Speaker 12 (20:39):
So one time I think we was like at a
club or something, and I was smoking and she was like,
the hell hit it. I'm like, nah, I'm not passing
Wayne daughters. You know what I'm saying, as your peers,
like even like while she out with us, you're making
sure she's good and all of that.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
I respect that. Yeah, Like that's weird, so weird.
Speaker 11 (20:57):
It's like you've known them since they were literally a child.
That's yeah, that would throw me off.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
To let me tell you.
Speaker 3 (21:02):
Said that my god daughter was staying at my house
over the summer and she smokes a little, and I
was like, not around me, that's weird, like I've known
used to literally boring.
Speaker 1 (21:12):
I don't want to see that all right now.
Speaker 3 (21:15):
Andy Martinez sat down with Thames, and Thames was, you know,
she's very private, very demure, right, But here's what she
had to say about a toxic love situation.
Speaker 13 (21:26):
To be honest, I have experienced like a love where
I thought was love and it was like when someone
is trying to own you. Love is when both of
you become one person.
Speaker 6 (21:37):
You know.
Speaker 13 (21:37):
I feel like everyone has experience of that toxic love.
It's someone that doesn't even know that they're toxic. You know,
they say I love you, I love you, but they
don't know that they don't even love me.
Speaker 3 (21:48):
And lastly, the rumor is that Takashi six' nine is getting.
Speaker 11 (21:52):
OUT i didn't even know he was locked. UP i
really didn't even know what he'd been up. TO i
thought he was still in hiding.
Speaker 3 (22:00):
Somewhere all, Right, well that is your yee. Tea and
when we come, back we have new. Music it's a
new Music. Friday we'll tell you what you should be checking.
For it's way, up whether it's relationship or career.
Speaker 5 (22:10):
Advice angela's dropping.
Speaker 3 (22:11):
Facts this is as ge what's up his way? Up At,
Antelay i'm here With Jordie jory. Today we have a
kai on the line and he is trying to be
supportive of his wife who has lost her.
Speaker 1 (22:24):
Mother so my.
Speaker 6 (22:26):
Wife's mothers few years ago and she's still breathing a little.
Speaker 3 (22:30):
Bit, yeah it's probably going to bother her for the
rest of her.
Speaker 1 (22:33):
Life, yeah grieving is a.
Speaker 11 (22:35):
Process it's tough because everybody needs different things when they're
going through a loss of this.
Speaker 3 (22:41):
Magnitude you, know one Thing i've learned is to ask
people CAN i help you with? Anything, right because a
lot of times there's not much you can really do
except be there for, them you, know plan things so
that that's not all she's thinking, about but also being
supportive and when she's having her brain just being there
to hug her or.
Speaker 1 (23:02):
LISTEN i don't think you have to necessarily do.
Speaker 3 (23:05):
Anything a lot of the, times because if you ask
somebody what do you need a lot of times they don't.
Know do you feel like she needs to get some professional,
help like talk to somebody because she's, Grieving BECAUSE i
know grief counseling has been a game changer for a
lot of.
Speaker 6 (23:19):
PEOPLE i do have an alpha, bit like you, know
to see where.
Speaker 14 (23:24):
She was at with.
Speaker 3 (23:24):
IT i would try to do a little research and
find somebody that's a grief counselor that's recommended to you
from somebody you. Know that way you can, say, HEY
i found this great. PERSON i think this might be
something that could help you BECAUSE i KNOW i can't
be there the way THAT i want, to BUT i
want to be supportive and maybe this is something you.
(23:45):
Try if you don't like, it you know you don't
have to. Continue we can find someone else or you,
know whatever how you, feel but this could be.
Speaker 1 (23:53):
SOMETHING i, mean it can't, hurt, Right but.
Speaker 3 (23:56):
Even making her feel comfortable and safe at home with
these things you could, do like maybe you want to
make sure you clean the house up or certain things
that she, does take some things off her, plate just
to show that you're thinking about.
Speaker 1 (24:07):
Her you don't even have to point it, out you
can just do.
Speaker 8 (24:09):
It, okay you, know And.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
I'm sure she's very fortunate to have you in her
corner right. Now it's just that grief process is something
that you, know a lot of people like don't expect
it and they don't know how they're going to handle
it or when they're going to ever be able to
feel back to normal.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
Again it is a.
Speaker 11 (24:27):
PROCESS i, Mean i've lost my mom and it'll be
seventeen years and with time it definitely gets easier to
cope with and you, know smile about the memories and
things like, that but it definitely is a.
Speaker 3 (24:41):
Process you, know be patient with, her be patient with,
yourself but definitely check into that grief. Counseling oh, yeah,
okay we're sending you our love, Too, okay appreciate, It,
okay thank you for. Calling all, Right well that was
