Speaker 1 (00:01):
Faiths and Traders. Welcome into another episode of by order
of the Faithful's survivor addition Wells Adams alongside Dolores Catana.
This is part two of our recap of episode two,
and we are joined once again by survivor legend Stephen Fishback.
Let's get into episode two. I mean we pick up
(00:23):
at Kyle being evacuated on day four. Sucks that you
have to go out that way. Nice to see that
people really cared about him and were upset. But or
do you think that that is gameplay of Like I
want people to think that, Like I have a heart
and I really love these people.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
I think that's genuine. I mean, I've been on a
season when someone actually both of my seasons, someone was
pulled from the game, the first time for medical reasons.
In the second time he had to go home for
a family emergency. And you really, you know, your heart
goes out to these people because you know that they
are suffering as much as you are. You know, you
know that they also just to get here, They've put
themselves through so much, you know, going through the casting
process and putting their lives on hold, and like their families,
(01:00):
you know, creating space in their families to like for
you to go on this adventure, so for that to
just be over by some freak occurrence. You know, how
can you not empathize with these people and especially like
especially too when you are like literally a shivering together
at night when you are all starving. You know, you
just like have so much empathy. I think for the
most part, people have so much empathy. There are some
sociopaths out there, but for those part, we all have
so much empathy, you know, for someone going through it
(01:23):
and then to see them pull just like you feel
awful for them.
Speaker 1 (01:26):
Yeah. In the challenge, it's taking place in the middle
of the ocean. This is a I thought was a
really cool challenge. Two tribes will have a chance to
win camp improvement Kit, which everyone seems like they need.
This early in the game, everyone finds out that Kyle
was pulled from the game Camilla, who was his closest
ally in season forty eight. She gets emotional and before
(01:47):
the challenge, Coach and Azsie go at it with one another.
I loved this fight between Coach and Auzy. I'm wondering
if someone from a survivor, what did you think.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
I totally agree, And that's so much what I love
about this season Surviber fifty, where there's so much history.
You know, you're bringing these contestants back who was it
truly was like fifteen years ago or even maybe more
that they were competing against each other and the fact
that that bad blood feeds into this rivalry that they have.
And what I love about it too is that there's
(02:17):
still this question of like behaving honorably, you know, and
like what a strange idea in this world of reality TV,
you know, for there's still be people who are out
there saying I behaved honorably, Like, no, you didn't behave honorably,
the idea that that would be a part of their
even in.
Speaker 3 (02:33):
Their vocabulary, the word honorable. You're lying, you're cheating, you're
stealing your you're doing everything dishonorable to win, and it's
it's okay, So what is honorable there? It's a whole
different meaning.
Speaker 2 (02:45):
I totally agree with you. You know, it's like the audience
expects you to act dishonorably, you know, that's what you're
there for, that's what they want. And the fact that
they're still clinging to this idea of like I'm noble,
I'm a warrior, I'm honorable. It's just like so wonderful
what I love about bringing back some of these old
school players. The other great thing about that moment was
literally to your point, Whells, it was on the heels
of everybody like weeping about the end, and you can
(03:08):
see Jeff Probes kind of winding them up, you know,
like Ozzie, what do you think? Oh, Kush, you were
there too.
Speaker 3 (03:12):
See, that's when my type of reality show kicks in,
when the old shade from fifteen years ago comes back
to play. When you think it's gone, you've shook hands
over it, you've been to events and talked over the years,
but it didn't go away. So you can never trust
anybody that you screwed over one time in a game.
Speaker 2 (03:30):
How much of that is like you like, to some degree,
you're kind of the fact that the cameras are there
like makes you feel it more intensely. Right, I'm not
saying you guys are playing it up, but like just
the very fact that it's on camera like brings these
feelings to the surface in some way.
Speaker 3 (03:43):
No, we're talking about women's Stephen, they do not let
things go brudges are in our DNA and no, I
mean maybe for other people, is it like because it's
front of the cameras, we're.
Speaker 4 (03:54):
Gonna get more mad about it.
Speaker 3 (03:56):
I see that I've met a lot of the housewives
off camera, and and that holds true off camera as well.
Speaker 2 (04:02):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:02):
The one thing that I learned when I went on
Traders and got away from this bachelor world and was
around a bunch of housewives was in on my show
and I and I imagine on Survivor as well, when
the cameras kind of go down, everyone kind of stops,
stops like being crazy, you know, like we're not going
(04:23):
to waste their energy on that. I notice that the
housewives they don't give a crap or down.
Speaker 2 (04:31):
That's awesome.
Speaker 4 (04:32):
That might be your next book, Steven.
Speaker 2 (04:34):
Yeah, honestly, Like I mean that's I love that. And
then there's there's a few Survivor seasons that are like that,
where like the cast of Survivor Gabone still all like
hates each other.
Speaker 4 (04:42):
With a passion. I do know of them. I've heard
them talk about each other.
Speaker 2 (04:46):
They and that's I love that. That's authentic. I feel
like that means it's like.
Speaker 4 (04:50):
More real human nature, right, Yeah.
Speaker 1 (04:53):
I want to get your thoughts being a writer, yourself,
your thoughts on Mike White thus far in the game,
because I've been really impressed with him.
Speaker 2 (05:03):
Yeah, I mean, I don't mean Mike Wade in his
original season played a fantastic strategic game. Of course, he
was already very famous, but his profile of course was
not then what it is now. But like the fact
that he was able to make himself so unobtrusive his
first season, he really kind of like played this game
in some ways, that's what similar to how Christian is
playing now, kind of like oh stumbling, I'm awkward, like
(05:24):
what am I doing here? But as a result, he
was able to run kind of strategic circles around the
people that he was playing with. And some people say
the scuttle but is that he kind of threw the
end that like Mike would have won that season. But
he basically said, like, don't give it to me. You
know I have enough, Like I don't.
Speaker 4 (05:42):
Yeah, that's just a lot of characters.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Yeah, but I think he might. Yeah, I mean, but
like you know then I think afterwards he was like
why did I do that?
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Like this business manager was like what, Yeah, I.
Speaker 4 (05:52):
Just want him to get a Tan at this point.
Speaker 2 (05:54):
Yeah, I mean on top of those abs, you know,
like those games, what I'm saying.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
They would show a lot more. We're impressed with his physique,
I have to say, so impressed. Where does he find
the time to have that workout with what he does
all the time?
Speaker 1 (06:06):
But I feel like Mike White needs to turn into
Mike Tan because it's getting a little Mike White is
too like him.
Speaker 4 (06:14):
Though I like him, He's.
Speaker 2 (06:17):
Able to seem so vulnerable and even though he's like
by far the most successful person you know out there,
by far, the most the riches, powerful, and yet like
he's there and he kind of has this meek, almost
like shy attitude, you know where somehow I think that's
like very endearing and like probably puts a lot of
these people at ease when they might feel intimidated by him.
Speaker 1 (06:37):
Naturally, let's get through this first challenge, you know, uh,
Cela and Callo. When Cela Sela is first and Callo
is second, I believe interesting moment at Callo and Jonathan's
(06:58):
fishing and Coach decides to join him, and then I okay,
do you remember that Leonardo DiCaprio filmed the beach with
Like the Shark that I was like, oh my god,
he got bit like something is like very very wrong.
It just ended up being a crimp. But is that
something that happens a lot? I mean, is thereable or
are you Yeah, that's what I was wondering.
Speaker 2 (07:19):
I mean, that's that's that's a great point. Yeah, it's
like there's just like there is water, but like it's
typically a walk away from camp. You know, you have
to make you you have to be purposeful about it.
It's obviously super hot, it's super humid, which dehydrates you faster,
so you know you yeah, I mean it's just like
you have to like always be vigilant about it. And
(07:41):
you know your body, which might be you know, a
totally normal thing to go for a swim. You know,
when you're back home in the ocean, you don't even
recognize that your body like is not totally functioning when
you go out there and then you cramp up. And
what I love about Coach is that he's both so
over to the top or he's like screaming and like
thrown and you think he's dead, and then he also
(08:01):
kind of like is able to have that again, that
vulnerability where he says, Oh, I just I wanted to
be like the tough guy, but like I don't have
it anymore. And like the fact that he's able to
like have kind of both sides of that, I think
is what makes him such a rich character.
Speaker 3 (08:12):
Does he really believe that though, or is he just
trying to make people like him play it off?
Speaker 2 (08:18):
Yeah, there's probably something there where. I'm sure that wounded
his ego, you know, for a guy who's so all
about honor and integrity, I'm sure that kind of was
like a little bit of an ego here.
Speaker 4 (08:26):
For I'm coming off with Traders, Steve, and I trust
no one anymore.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
I think everyone's lying except for Wells, and I'm just
not buying I'm not buying coaches humbleness.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Yeah, yeah, I think that's fair. I think that's probably fair,
a fair bet.
Speaker 1 (08:41):
Yeah, Well, I'll tell you who's also not buying coaches humbleness.
Is Ozzy back at Cela Azzy pitches and alliance with
Devons and Savannah, and he says he wants Joe in
as well. Joe sees Savannah whispering something to Devon's before
they get some they get to the water, this causes
a huge blow. Is this a mountain out of a
(09:03):
molehill or is this something he actually should be concerned about.
Speaker 2 (09:07):
Yeah, I'm so curious about your guys perspective on this,
because again, like I'm really good friends with Rake, and
so like my like inclination is you know, you're watching
your friend on TV. You're like, obviously I'm on his side.
But that said, you know, from Joe's perspective, he literally
is coming off this season where his number one best
ally or so he thought was, had this secret side
(09:29):
deal with this younger woman and then like they ended
up bamboozling him. And you know, of course he feels
suspicious of that. If I saw someone whispering with someone
else right before I walked off for a conversation, I
would absolutely be curious what that was about. And I
would also think to myself, like, why are you being
(09:50):
weird about it?
Speaker 4 (09:51):
He's a part of it.
Speaker 3 (09:52):
Yeah, he has a great point by saying, well, if
I'm a part of that conversation, why wasn't I privy
to it? He's not wrong, And he also says, like
I said before, he's carrying over the baggage from the
last time he got screwed over in the Last Survivor.
So yeah, I mean, I am totally in agreeance with
everything he feels, and not to mention these games breed paranoia,
(10:16):
but it could be your mom standing there and you're
going to start to question her.
Speaker 4 (10:20):
So this is He's right. I'm sorry, he's right. If
he was in on it, they should have told him.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
The only thing I'm thinking is that my guess is
that what happened is Rick doesn't want to like sign
up for an alliance with Joe, Savannah and Ozzy, who
he knows are the three people who are up for elimination,
and then when he votes one of them out, and
you know, I think probably at this point they already
know it's gonna be Savannah. Then like, Joe, mister honor
(10:47):
and integrity, is like, you you broke our alliance? Like
why did you make an alliance with me? And then
break it literally the next day? Like I think like
the risk of telling Joe there about the alliance might
be greater in his and Rick's mind, true, than the
risk of not telling him. What do you guys think
it's true?
Speaker 4 (11:03):
But Joe, I'm not saying they were wrong. I'm saying
Joe had the right to feel that way. That's all.
It's both I see both sides.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
Yeah, Christian's wandering the jungle and talking smack about Joe
and then he stumbles across an idol. This seems like
one big giant Easter egg hunt. Are you guys like
when things like cameras are down or like nothing's going on,
are you guys just walking around looking for stuff?
Speaker 4 (11:26):
Oh?
Speaker 2 (11:26):
Totally, totally yeah all the time. And I think that's
what Christian was doing, right. He was sort of like
just like keeping his eyes peeled. He was like providing
banter because that is his way, you know. As he
went he was sort of like give given content. But
then I mean the fact that it's kind of crazy
actually that he was giving content that was like both
related to the episode and stumbled on an idol at
the same time, Like he might have been like talking
(11:47):
about a math problem, you know, But it happened to
me that he was talking about the Joe stuff and
found the idol at the same time.
Speaker 4 (11:52):
That that was that's crazy. It was, it was, yeah,
that was crazy.
Speaker 1 (11:56):
Do you believe that Billie Eilish is actually a fan
of this show or do you think they're just using
her fame in these boomerangs.
Speaker 2 (12:05):
I assumed she was out there hiding them. No, yeah,
I'm not what's going on?
Speaker 1 (12:10):
He was in the Easter Bunny costume.
Speaker 2 (12:11):
She was jumping exactly.
Speaker 1 (12:14):
So. For today's Immunity Challenge, players will retrieve a two
hundred pounds survivor snake bring it back through a series
of obstacles. This looks so difficult. Once all three snakes
were successfully retrieve for their tribe, three players will work
to maneuver it. This also looked incredibly hard. Maneuver a
ball across a winding snake track. I okay, this is
(12:40):
one of my thoughts. Right, so you had to go
around in like this snake thing, right and you had
to everyone to pull the right way? Can you cheat
the system? Because I was like, well, why don't you
just go to the edge and then it's just a
straight line down and then over to the end.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
Could you do that thing? They usually give you a course,
like there's usually some kind of like place says you
have to go, you know with this kind of thing
that's interesting, go around and then over. That's honestly, I
don't know, they might just not have been thinking about it. Yeah,
that's smart.
Speaker 4 (13:09):
But the thing in there would it was they really
had to communicate as a team.
Speaker 3 (13:14):
Yeah, and that was very telling on how the team
is going to do better I think moving forward because
they really weren't communicating too well.
Speaker 2 (13:23):
Yeah. No, absolutely, And and some of it too is
just like who's you know, what are the like the
teams that you're what are the duos that you're sending
out there? Like it did seem like just some of
it was just like getting like groups, like getting really
stuck in that, you know with that snake. So do
you send like a strong person in a week person
or two people who are about the same like, so
you know, there's it's always interesting the strategy of like
who's running when Yeah.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
Lot two wins first immunity, Calo wins second Community CILA
going back to the tribal council once again. Over at CELA,
they start talking strategy. Okay, this is where this is
where I want to ask you the behind the scenes,
because they make it seem like it probably isn't gonna
(14:07):
be Savannah now you know, it probably is gonna be Joe.
Now that everyone's gonna go after in that.
Speaker 4 (14:13):
Way because people were pissed at him.
Speaker 1 (14:15):
Yeah, or it might go to Auzie, you know. So
it's like, oh, my god, who they're gonna choose. And
I'm sitting there being like, it's gonna be Joe. He's
he's bitching everybody and you know he's God planning. But
then you know, you get to the end of the
episode of the Tribal Council and everyone votes for Savannah.
So was that all just trying to make it seem
more like the editing? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (14:38):
I think so. My guess is that they pretty were
pretty decided. I mean people, honestly, the Joe stuff, I
think if they knew there was gonna be a swap,
they would have voted out Joe here just because they
were all tired of working with him. Obviously, you have
this antagonism that's building there, and like, if you know
there's gonna be a swap, you don't want to go
into a swap with someone really pissed at you, right, Like, yeah,
(14:59):
Joe swaps to a different tribe and he's like spreading all,
you know, then suddenly he's with that group, or maybe
you swap onto a tribe with Joe and he's like,
f rick, let's get him out of here. But I
do think after losing two immunity challenges, your number one
thought is how do we've got to win the next one?
Like we can't come back here, so we can't vote
out Joe in this spot and then and you know,
(15:20):
we got to give ourselves a chance.
Speaker 1 (15:22):
Why because because he is good at challenges. And yeah,
but is he that much better than Savannah? Is?
Speaker 2 (15:29):
Yes, very true. But I think, especially in the early
stages of the game, typically the immunity challenges are like
more strength based. Honestly, it's only those like first three
challenges that are strength based really at all, and then
it becomes like much more like puzzle based or endurance based.
Speaker 3 (15:42):
And because energy left, you're not eating, you're dehydrated, so
they have to kind of switch up the challenges physically.
Speaker 2 (15:50):
Right, I mean exactly it, that's exactly it, Like they
have to like they have to you only do these
really intense physical challenges in those early days because by
you know, once you've like lost all your you know,
your muscle massy by day fifteen or.
Speaker 4 (16:03):
Exactly, there's nothing left.
Speaker 3 (16:05):
Well, I could tell you I get very brain fog
when I'm hungry, So yeah, i'd rather Yeah, I don't
even know.
Speaker 4 (16:10):
What to say. I'm not going to be good at
this game. Don't ever ask me to do.
Speaker 1 (16:22):
Savannah gives a long wind did die a tribe about
her being vulnerable, and everyone seems to be like, oh, yeah, totally,
I get it, even though I just voted for you.
What were your thoughts on her closing arguments there?
Speaker 2 (16:40):
Oh, I don't know. I feel like Jeff's like, yeah, like,
we know you're leaving. We need the juice, you know,
give us the juice. Give us this like key emotional moment,
and it's funny. Like before I went back my second time,
a returning player at Courtney Yates had said, like, watch
who Jeff asks the first question too, because like that's
often the person who goes home. Now, I don't know
if he still does that or if you know, maybe
(17:02):
they do and it's edited around, but or maybe he
stopped doing that because it's become a known thing. Yeah,
but like definitely you could see that at least the
person who Jeff was focusing the conversation on, like that
person had a better shot it going home because like
they've got to get the material, you know, he's got
as a producer, he's got to get the juice for
like to justify that person's exit.
Speaker 1 (17:22):
Okay, we have to talk about this Christian like hiding
the pouch that had the boomerang in it. Okay, I'm
not as familiar as Survivors, obviously you are, Stephen. What
explain to me what the hell they're doing, Like, is
this going to trick someone into thinking something's happened or
(17:42):
what's going to happen here?
Speaker 2 (17:43):
Yeah, so they are so rick and Christian like have
what basically there's very little on Survivor that is like
verifiably from production and that you can use to like
really fool someone. And one of the few things is
like a piece of parchment, and specifically a parchment from
an immunity idol, right, because there's no way you can
replicate that. So in the past people have like made
(18:04):
these sort of fake idols, and the two uses for
them are like one to trick somebody else into thinking
they have a real idol and like both like causing
them to misplay but also like maybe embarrassing them in
the process. And then two to kind of like yourself,
come on it and then use it for leverage. And
I think that's what Rick and Christian are thinking, is
(18:24):
if I can when we are at tribal council, maybe
it's a hot moment, I can find this idol and
play it up and suddenly I can throw everything into disarray.
So if I get into trouble down the line, I
can find this, I can like put it on and
then all of a sudden I can be safe, or
I can redirect the vote somehow, you know, and really
(18:44):
in a way that gives me kind of control of
that moment. And what I love it about it is,
you know, when you're in the tribal part of this game, right,
all three groups are on different beaches, so you don't
know where you're going to be tomorrow. You know, they
could get swapped, they could move to a different beach
when they merge, they could go anywhere. So if like
they just buried this idle like camp, it wouldn't work
because like they might be at a different camp in
(19:06):
a day. Tribal council is like the one place that
is consistent throughout the whole season, you know, regardless of
whether you swap, regardless whether you merge, you're always going
back to tribal council. So hiding it at tribal council,
I think is just so brilliant and inspired because then
if they're ever in trouble, they know exactly like they've
got like a you know, a pocket.
Speaker 1 (19:24):
Okay, all right, that makes a lot of sense. Can
you not go to the tribal council set just like
in the day, because I'm like, well, why did you
get to stage this fall thing? You could have just
come back tomorrow morning and hit it there.
Speaker 2 (19:39):
Yeah, I mean, that's what's cool about survivor. Like the
answer is no, you know, you're you are in the jungle,
like you have to get like driven or like a boat.
It might even be a different island. You know, you
get taken that by boat to like tribal council, so
you know it's far away and and you have no
idea too. You guys are I mean, you know, you
know you're not blacked out. You know they blacked us
like they guess put us blindfolds. They black out like
(20:00):
the transport. We don't know where we are, you know. Yeah,
if one of us, like we literally could not flee
and like flee the jungle. We were stuck there because
we have no clue where we are.
Speaker 1 (20:07):
Would you believe Christians fall?
Speaker 2 (20:10):
I think so you just would never even think that,
you know, again, like you're so in the moment, you
and like he played it off, you know.
Speaker 4 (20:15):
He's he followed it up with acting dizzy and walking
to the left.
Speaker 3 (20:20):
Remember when they were walking back and he was totally
and Suri was like, you're you okay, I'll take the
lead and just stand behind me.
Speaker 4 (20:27):
So he kind of like followed it up like really
like but nobody saw what he where.
Speaker 2 (20:32):
He hit it so right, that was so great, and
he said like, oh I meant to do that, you know,
and that's sort of like awkward like nerd like, oh,
like I you know, yeah, obviously he had you know,
I think like the pants pooping kind of paid off
here because he's just had this here.
Speaker 4 (20:45):
You poop, your pants are capable of anything.
Speaker 2 (20:47):
Right, He's like, oh, Christian's a mess? Like what's going
on with Christian these days?
Speaker 3 (20:50):
You know?
Speaker 2 (20:51):
It kind of like sets it up a little bit.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
Or is like Magavellian where like he thought about that
all and his pants on purpose to because he knew
he was true.
Speaker 2 (21:00):
Oh man, that would be Christian, the most strategic pants
open and survivor history, right, tell me to shit my
pants so no one everyone believes my fall later.
Speaker 4 (21:08):
Oh my.
Speaker 1 (21:10):
So next week we get a sneak beat the tribes
will be swamping, which will change the dynamic immensely. What
what are your thoughts on the super tease of episode three?
Speaker 2 (21:20):
I mean I love a good swap. I mean it's
something we've missed in past seasons as there haven't been
a lot of swaps, and I think it really is
adds a lot of fun. You know, we've kind of
like gotten to know these tribe dynamics already, and so
like getting to see it mixed up a little bit, Yeah,
is really going to be going to be exciting.
Speaker 4 (21:36):
It's definitely shaken up, Yeah, exactly.
Speaker 2 (21:39):
And you know you sort of already know who's kind
of in control of their group and like who's on
the outs, and so you know, it's fun to see
people who are in control suddenly lose power and people
who are in the outs get an opportunity at a
second life.
Speaker 1 (21:49):
Steven, who's gonna win?
Speaker 2 (21:51):
Oh gosh, I mean I gotta like I think Rick's
doing really good. Although I guess that Joe stuff is
not so hot Christian. Let's give it to Christian. You know,
I think Christian could be you know, he's in a
great but he's so strategic, but he's also not even
the biggest threat, and he's alliance. Like I think aligning
with Suri is brilliant for Christian because as like amazing
as Sori is, everyone is threatened by her, like you
(22:12):
can't let Sei get to the end. And I think
like for Christian when he played his first time, everyone
was so hyper focused on Christian, like Christian is a
super strategist. We got to get out Christian and now
he's got like a kind of a nerd shield, you know,
sitting next to him.
Speaker 4 (22:26):
But he also has a lot of attention.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
Yeah, which is good.
Speaker 3 (22:29):
Yeah, I would pick somebody who's more very strategic, sitting
in the background, staying under the radar until the end.
Speaker 2 (22:37):
That's a good point. Who do you guys like Ziah?
Speaker 1 (22:39):
This theory, and I'm usually right about my theories, is
that the way the reality TV shows work is the
people who win are never on the show in the beginning.
It's all so so you say, Christian, no way he
shit his pants in episode two. He's gone so fast.
Coolby's on my TV screens way too much. So I
(23:00):
didn't know Charlie Davis was on the show.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
I don't know that.
Speaker 1 (23:03):
I didn't know that Chrissy Hofback was on the show.
I think they're going far because they have not been
in the first couple episodes.
Speaker 2 (23:09):
Yeah, I will say Survivor likes to give, like you
enough of a thread, like some kind of emotional story
for somebody, so like for me, like Chrissy and Charlie
too actually, because they're like they're they're so thin. Like
I think you're right, Like, it's not one of the
huge characters. It's not going to be You're probably right.
It's not going to be Christian, it's not going to
be coach. You know, it's going to be someone who's
(23:30):
there in the background.
Speaker 4 (23:31):
Yeah, Emily hasn't said one word since.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
Right, but she's there enough. That's interesting enough.
Speaker 3 (23:36):
I've seen her face quite a few times. They pans
to her face, so you kind of like think she's
there but never really around or involved in something. So
I'm waiting for her to kind of come out.
Speaker 4 (23:47):
I could be wrong.
Speaker 2 (23:48):
Yeah, what about Genevieve, is she viable?
Speaker 4 (23:52):
No, she cries too much. I don't like cryers.
Speaker 1 (23:55):
Yeah. The other one, I'm surprised Stephanie isn't getting more
screen time or Yeah, and and so that makes me think, Okay,
she's gonna go far because they want to use a
lot of her stuff later. But like I look at
like the Rizzo's, the Aussies, Joe, I think Genevieve is
crying a lot. Colby I think has gone Christian coach
(24:19):
like that. I'm like, I'm getting so much of you
in these first couple episodes, and I'm not sure if
I'm going to get a lot of you at the end.
Speaker 2 (24:25):
Right, that's fair, That's very fair.
Speaker 1 (24:26):
Yeah, Steven, thank you so much for coming on by
order of the Faithful Survivor edition. Before we let you go,
what do you want to promote? Where can people find
more about you? And where can people get your book Escape? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (24:37):
I would guess just once again, the book Escape. You
can buy any bookstore or any of your you know,
online book ordering platforms. It's available everywhere and on audible listen,
you know, let me know, let me know. Well, so
we'll send you an autographed copy of the audiobook out. Yeah,
thank you guys. This has been so funny, so funny.
Finally get to really dig into like how people poop
(24:59):
on Survivor.
Speaker 4 (24:59):
It's been al Yeah, thank you for inquiring. Mind.
Speaker 1 (25:03):
Yeah, we had some shitty questions. I apologize for that. Steven,
you rock man. Thank you so much, and please come
back on anytime you'd like.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
Oh, I love it, Thanks so much, guys.
Speaker 1 (25:12):
All right, see you, buddy. I he was awesome. I'm good,
you know. I feel bad that I had to ask
that we were asking the poop questions, but no one
could answer it better than Steven, the guy who Christian
was referencing with the gasteo intestinal issues in episode two.
Speaker 3 (25:30):
No, no, I think it was right. And people want
to know. People just starting the show, or even people
that watch the show, they want to know there are
things behind the scenes, like it's not normal behavior to
have to go ship in the ocean and don't tell
me it doesn't wash back up on charge?
Speaker 1 (25:47):
Yeah, come on, are the fish eating it? And then
you're eating the fish. I don't know what's happening, guys.
It was bad.
Speaker 4 (25:53):
He doesn't know what's happening. I don't want to know.
What's happening. It's just really bad.
Speaker 1 (25:58):
There is enough purel in the world to keep them
all clean, I think.
Speaker 4 (26:02):
And they have dirty fingernails.
Speaker 1 (26:04):
