I mean, you know, you're really amazing. I have to
say you know, and you wanted really the truth. When
I first met you, I didn't think you were that nice,
and I think you're the nicest person I ever met
in my life.

because I was like, I don't know why I'm here.
I wasn't on this television show. But I'm sorry that
I need to do better about that when I get
into like business mode, like if I like, I think
when you're talking about when we had the photo shoot,
it's like when I'm doing that, like I'm just focusing
on that and not trying to be as gregarious. But

you know what, that's probably why I didn't do very
well on Traders.

It couldn't be more wrong. Like you are just such
a gentleman and you're so kind, and I love how
you are with your wife and your little You know
how I feel about your picture behind you, And it's
just I just think you're great so you know, sometimes
give somebody a chance to really get to know them

four of Traders because it feels like we are I
think we're in the penultimate episode.

It seems like the walls are closing in a bit
on pretty boy snake charmer Rob.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
That's how I feel about Moura, really, like how you're like, oh,
you're so good, like a snake boyd charmer, and I'm like,
shut up, Maura, talk or don't talk at all, or
make some sense somewhere, finish a sentence, but you're pretty
so shut up.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
I'm not like saying that the walls are closing in
him because he's so handsome, because he is. He is
very handsome. But I will say that everyone in that
castle has been digmatized by this man for a very
long time, and I feel like now they're starting to
see some cracks.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Well it's the walls are closing in and he's starting
to feel it. So they come down to breakfast, right,
and every trader goes through this during this time. It
is the weight of lying. Yeah, I don't know how
people that are actual pathological liars get through life without
that weight burden on your back, because it is heavy,

like the lies come after you, they collect you. It's heavy.
And I'm painfully honest, by the way, and even at
my own expense or even if it's going to hurt me,
I'm honest. I can't live a lie. And these people
really aren't inherent liars, it doesn't seem to be. And
he's at that breakfast table looking so defeated with his

big cheerleaders sitting next to him. Who He's looking at
this girl saying another guy's lie, like this is what
I'm just going to think. Like I don't think he
was thinking this, but like she was cheated on. That's
the reason she was on what Love Island or is
it you know her from Love Island? Right? Yeah? Yeah,
So she went on to spite her boyfriend who lied
to her, and here she is sitting in front of

someone else who now she's given another man, she's given
all her trust to who's lying to her, and it's
bothering him because she's like looking up to him and
she's following following him around the castle, like you know,
he's he's the guy, you know, And I feel bad.
I feel bad for him, and I also feel bad

for her in this moment.

Yeah, watching it back has got to be tough to
see how like wrong you were about someone. And I
keep thinking about I try to prognosticate into the future
of like if it comes down to Rob and Maura
at the end, I don't think that Mora will say
I think you're a trader.

I think that right to the end, she's going to
stand by him.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Yeah, and I think that I'm actually not sure if
he's going to make it that far, but like it's
it might break her, it might break them both to
like be at the end and then he has to
be like, actually, I'm a trader, And I don't know
what's going to happen with Mora when she hears it information.

If it comes to fruition Uh, but it's a it's
an interesting thing, you know. Like Eric and Rob in
this turret. I think they're a very good team. They're
very unsteeming. Rob is the mastermind. Eric is just like,
I'm just here and tell me what to do.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
He's a little bit of a shield as far as
I can see.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
I was a little surprised, you know. At breakfast we
find out that Kristen was the one that was murdered,
and Kristen was the one who was saying like, it's
Eric at the end of the night, and if I
end up dead, it's going to be Eric. I'm surprised
that they went that route because it Ben shows shines
of light onto Eric.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
I did think about that, but Kristen did not speak
on that to a lot of people. So she was
smart about it, but she said it to the wrong person. Yeah,
and that's the problem. That's where this problem comes in,
and that's why she was murdered.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
She also says it to Rob, and that information is
gold to Rob, right, like, because he can either get
rid of him, Yeah, he can divulge that to Eric
and be like, I don't know if it's a good
idea for you to get rid of Christen because of
this is what it said, or yeah, sure, if that's
what you want to get go after, then fine, and
then I have plausible deniability tomorrow when I vote, if

I vote you out, you know.

He could have turned on him. Sure, that was his chance.
I was wondering what he was going to do with
that information. But he's not. I don't think he's done
with Eric. He still needs him.

Yeah, we can't talk about the evenisode without talking about Tara.
It seems like this show is like really like it's
getting to Rob in a way of like the weight
of lies are starting to weigh him down, and you
can see it in his face at that breakfast. I'm
sitting there thinking if I'm still there, I'm looking at

Rob being like, you look tired, You look like you're done.
And when I think of someone who's tied, I think
of someone who's a trader because they have to stay
up much later than everybody else because they gotta be
in that turret.

Right, But everybody's so tired at this point, it's getting wrong,
It is starting to get rough. It's about that time
when things start to really weigh heavy. The end is
so close, the pot the winner, the pot of gold.
The money's at the tip of your fingers, so close,
but it's so far because every second you could get

thrown out of this game. It's a hard time in
that castle.

My heart breaks for Tara because I think what's breaking
her is the fact that she has been wrong so
often and she is starting to question, like I think,
her own intelligence or her own instincts in the shows
with your head, for sure, and that's the point of
the game. But there's like a party that wants to
wrap my arms around and be like it's okay, Like

we all have been wrong on this show.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
Mark does do that, and I'm it's like, it's no
one's ever done that for me before. And I know
you believe me. I know you know that's true.

One man has ever said it's going to be okay.
Maybe if I cried, that would call for that. You
have to you know, do I have to cry to
get that? Wells yes, I mean not to digress off
of my life right now, but like I was like, I.

Know, you know in that moment, that's really sweet, and
it also is like really powerful for Tara, even though
I don't even know. She thinks it's powerful. It's because
Mark is like, there is no way that that was acting,
and if it was, she deserves an oscar. I think
it's what he says.

Oh, I've had some There was some good acting on
our season. Let me tell you. Danielle was convulsing on
the floor. Oh, I know that was bad acting. Though
that's true, that was too much. But you do know
that even the traders cry when they vote somebody out.
Look at how Britt fell apart when she voted Danielle.

I mean she literally unraveled. So a trader can get
that upset about getting out of Faithful and being upset
about it because they feel bad. I mean, you have
to have a conscience if you're unconsciable. The best trader
is an unconsciable trader for sure.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
So Tara, as misguided as she feels she is, it's
interesting because she's actually on the right trail. She to
suspect Rob is a trader. She talks to Natalie, they
try to recruit Maura to vote with them, and that
to me, that was like you should have gone after

I feel like La is never going to get Yes,

Yes, this girl she's going to be like I trusted

its toll being a liar and trusting someone when you
leave this game and you you know, you go to

the end in that sense, you do, really, I'm going
to tell you, it does take a little bit of

You know, very few people have been in your position,
which is the same position that the rest of the
cast is in right now, of being like the select
few that are there for the you know, second to
last episode. What is the what was the feeling like
for you the day before the last challenge, roundtable vote,
all that kind of stuff. Was it just like I'm

just ready for this to be over, or I'm so
excited because I can see the finish line and I
want to win. What was the what is the feeling
at this this point in the game.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
It gets to be I see, I'm very good at
disconnecting myself to my feelings. If you didn't know so,
I so, I I didn't let the feelings get to
me and get into the game, but you're like, you're
just it's almost surreal for me. I can only speak
(12:22):
for me, but I know that the people that are
really strategically playing the game, it's like really grating on
them because it's a mental and physical toll. See. I
didn't let it mentally get into my head until I
was fooled by Danielle. Where I'm wondering, how you know
how Maura is with Rob. I was that way with

Danielle because Danielle sworn her kids to me and for
me and where I come from and what I believe.
And of course that's changed. I understand now you can
lie in a game. It's still okay. But but for like,
I'm starting to feel like, what is more going to
feel like when she finds out that he's a trader
and him, is she going to be the next one

for him to kill? Because I think to let her
down easily, he would it would be better to murder
her than to bring her into that fire pit and
kill her in front of that fire pit.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
There's a part of me that wants him if it
comes down to them too. What a great storyline, What
a great piece of television. It would be if he
was like, stop, stop, stop, I've been in Trader this
entire time. Kill me now you win all the money.

Oh my god, that's like, that's like a Boston Rob
love love affair.

Can you imagine?

And then they get married and have four beautiful girls
and run off into the sunset. Yeah, so that's like yeah,
can you imagine? Wow? That would be like wow, Alan
Comming would be on the floor. Oh yeah, that would
be insane. Imagine if that happens. No, wait, oh my god,
I'm dying. I got chills. I'm dying over that. What

if that ever happens? That could happen?

Yeah, well I think it happened in season one, right, didn't.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
They Somebody dismissed himself. Yeah, yeah, he said, I'm going
to leave now.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
Yeah listen. If I'm Rob's publicist, I'm thinking, hey, listen, split.
You know, winning one hundred and eighty thousand dollars, that's
great money or whatever it is. But having the admiration
and love of an entire country behind you, you should
go ahead and admit defeat to Mara and then go
(14:32):
get married and have beautiful children.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
I think he can't do that because he can't speak
to anybody about the game, So he's not going to
be able to get that kind of advice. That's number one.
And the other like if he's like his publicist isn't
going to be able to tell him because no one
publicist doesn't know the game right. But yes, if you were,
if you were in his ear saying this is what
you should do, but I got news for you. He
(14:54):
doesn't have to do that because I'm curious to see
how he blows up after this, which you missed the
last episode where Tama was saying, this guy's gonna blow up.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Yeah, I like I said, I think the walls are
closing in around him. I'm surprised that, you know, the
the stink is off Eric in this episode and it
goes over to Rob. You know, Natalie's not wrong where
She's like, I got to figure out I'm not looking
in the right direction. I need to start looking in,

you know, at people that I haven't been looking at
it all. And also why am I still here? And
it does make sense Rob has kept her around because
they've they've been close and she's spot on, you know,
this challenge that they or this mission that they go
on the spinning carousel thing. It could have gone really

poorly for the Traders, but it doesn't with Eric and
ending up winning the whole thing and getting the shield
or whatnot, so then they can really just kill whoever
they want. But this roundtable, it was very, very interesting,
and it was kind of one of the one of
my favorite ones thus.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
Far this season or collectively this season. I think, Okay,
I want to tell you I've been dming Natalie. I
have so much respect for her, how she handled herself
at this round table. Yeah, when she said it could
have been like it was something I think I would say.
She goes, you and I are on the same page
(16:25):
all day. I'm willing to throw myself on a sword
quote unquote on a sword for somebody who I've been
close to this whole game, who the reason I'm still
here is because of him, and you're going to back
out on me now, thank you? Like she was, she
called it. She said it perfectly, and then she really

stuck it to Johnny in the end when she said,
don't say you're sorry to me. And I love when
people takes when someone takes don't say you're sorry away
from you, because really, when isaam sorry is like when
someone apologizes to you for something they've done wrong or
what ever it is, they feel better. They're like, oh,
I got a little bit feel a little better about
what I did because I said I was sorry. She
took that away from him. Natalie is a badass. I

love her I and I love the way she handles herself.
But I loved when Mark through the through the chalkboard
off the table.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Yeah, so intense it was. It was such a good
round table. Obviously, you know, Natalie calls out Rob. Rob
has like an okay defense, but like not great, Like, uh.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
Rob hasn't had any defense the whole time.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Ever, it's a little laissez fair like when he's just
so like laid back and like, you know, like that's crazy.
But the truth of the matter is that Candice throwing
out his name earlier in the game was a huge
red flag that people are taking a long time to
clock right.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Well yeah, wells because by now people should know that
when somebody calls your there's somebody else's name out. When
they are a trader and they're standing on that circle
of truth and they say they get in a fight
with the person. Usually it's trader on trader mm hm,
and they'll call out the other person on their way
(18:16):
out the door and it's a trader. Pay attention to that.
And by now Natalie was right, she studied these shows
before her. By now you kind of have to take
that into consideration. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
The problem that Natalie has is that Rob's has held
on to this dagger for so long, which gives him
two votes, and so the numbers are off. And I
do think that that's how Natalie knows that she's cooked, right,
is that we had to have these certain amount of
numbers and tear the fact that you are now abandoning

me in this moment. I'm cooked.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
Well, she knew it was the total. It was like
the such betrayal and the fact that he's She's the
one he got the dagger from. Let's put that into it.
She had it and she lost it to him. Yeah,
because she don't know how to lie. Yeah, well, look
I'm straight in the face.

But listen, Rob, I guess convinces everyone, or Nally doesn't
do a good enough job convincing everyone of Rob. It's unanimous.
Everyone votes for Natalie except for Natalie, who votes for Tara, who.
I just feel like that was just a I'm voting
for you because f you.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
You know what, she was going down and she was
just like, I have nothing to lose with who I
vote for. I'm going down anyway. So she threw the
vote at Tara. Yeah, and I get that because she
was so mad. She knew no one was voting for
Rob at this point. It wasn't going to go in
her favor. So she said, on my way out, I'm
just going to give it that laud you know when
that person right before they die, they get it that

last fight. So that's that was all that was. And
I mean, I think it was a great round table
for her. It was really good. It's so funny how
Rob takes the defense in every single time he's been
accused or he's gone at someone, he gets mad at
them for coming for him. He actually really gets mad.
Even in his confessionals. He's like, Kansas came from me
(20:21):
or this or that or whatever. You know, they'll have
to get over it. I went for Lisa, but he
always gets mad at somebody for coming for him. Dude,
you're a trader. What are you getting so pissed off
about it? Is just a game.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
You know, what did you think about him being so upset?
Like it's one thing to be kind of like the
weight of lies really bogging you down at breakfast, But
then at the mission, you know he is, you know,
his chair is pulled out from ringing around the rosy
or whatever, and so he can't play. So he gets
(20:57):
really upset. He gets mad at Mark for being like,
you only got seven hundred. I'd be like, dude, shut up,
I got faster than you. What do you want me
to do? Do you think that was bad acting? Do
you think that was him being like him being a brat? Like,
what do you think that was?
Speaker 2 (21:12):
I'll tell you exactly what it was. He's not acting really.
He was worried about the he's thinking he's going to
win now, Yeah, he's thinking about the money, and he's
being a little brat. So I think our golden boy
is got a little different side to him that's coming
(21:32):
out here and there now that he's so tired and cranky,
and you know, the true colors come out after a while.
And that little nasty little thing there that I noticed, Yeah,
and I said to myself that maybe as nice as
we think.

Yeah, a little chink in the armor for shure.

Yeah, you know, I was.

I was talking with my friend Brandy about it, and
and she had a good take. She was like, why
am I not surprised that the really, really good looking
twenty something year old is able to gaslight all these
people so very easily? And I was like, Yeah.

That's because it's not his first rodeo with gaslighting. Maybe. Yeah,
I think Brandy's had her share of gaslighting if she
notices it so well from a young, good looking guy. Yeah,
I'm just gonna call it a hunch, but I think
Brandy's seen this before.

Yeah, she's read this book.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Sorry, Rob, I mean we can't make you know. We
gotta tell you talk about what we see. We're telling
the truth.

Yeah, I mean you seem like a lovely guy, but
I feel like I saw maybe a little bit more
of who you really are in that moment. Maybe not,
Maybe that was just a weak moment.

But maybe it's just like when I thought you were
a dick when you weren't. Yeah, maybe we just think
he's a dick and he's not right.

Yeah, exactly. You can't judge a book by them being
a trader.

Yeah, after Natalie gets banished, you said, you said it
best taking the power away from Johnny to say I'm sorry.
It was amazing her getting up there in the circle
and being like, I'm a faithful But then also, you know,

it's what I loved about her speech was it's it's
very obvious that Natalie is strong physically, like she is
in insane and also I think that like she is
a strong woman, and and she's you know a game,
been on Survivor and all that, you know, all this stuff, smart,
super smart, but she has this moment where she's just

like she shows the vulnerable side of herself of like
I let you guys in a little too much. I
try to be the strong one and some you know,
like whatever.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
She let her guard down is how she explained it,
and that speaks a lot to her life. Like you
can only imagine her saying, you know, you learn a
lot about people in this castle and in this game,
even as a spectator. So I'm going to say that
Natalie always hasn't had it maybe so easy, right, Yeah,

because I see a little bit of myself and her
and I see and I understand when she says, people
think I'm so hard because I have always had to
be so strong or I've tried to be so strong
for everyone my whole life or myself, and I don't
typically let my guard down. And she's like, but I

have feelings, you know, And I think that her hurt
feelings showed off as anger at that round table. Yeah,
I agree with every way she felt.

Yeah, I you know, I'm not sure if I I'm
not sure if I was or wasn't a fan of
Natalie up until this episode, but I left it being like, yeah,
I like her, she's a bad.

Bitch, and I commenting on her thing. You should go
comment if that's how you feel about her. Let her
needs the support right now.

Okay, I will. I'm not even sure if I follow her,
but I'll do that tonight. And then I loved that
she was like, I'm a faithful and then she turns
around and walks out and says, good job guys, which
is like the dagger twisted like and.

That's when Mark flips so dramatically fixed it. He didn't
want to vote for her, Why did he? Why did
he change? And Tara and Johnny, why did you not
stand behind her? You would have got.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
Out the biggest contrader in history. This would have changed
the whole trajectory of what this whole season was about.
It was right there, and it just goes to show
you were always one decision away from a whole different life.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Yeah, from success or failure.

I suppose. Isn't it crazy? This game is so good.
I don't even know what to say anymore, and I'm
learning more how to play. But she went in this
game knowing how to play it.

Yeah. So you know, after that roundtable's over, Tara starts
crying and into Mark's arms. Are you playing the smallest
violin ever for her? Because she went against Like.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
You know, I get very uncomfortable with those type of things. Yeah,
it was so uncomfortable for me. I think the guttural
crying yeah, and him saying it's okay, I can't even
talk about it.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yeah.

Alan rings the bell and everyone gathers in front of
the castle by a single coffin, and we, of course
are left on a cliffhanger. Of all the people available
to be murdered, who do you think is next to go? Well?

If more goes, I will be so happy for her
because she will have been right for the first time. Y. Yes,
I don't know if she picked a trader in the past,
but she's like, I'm definitely going, I'm going, it's definitely me.
It's definitely me. How did she know? Did somebody tip
her off?

You want to know what I think, because I think
that More is a lot smarter than we're giving your
credit for or we're seeing on the show. But I
think that when she sat down at that breakfast table
that earlier that morning and told Rob, you know, like,
if if you're a trader, like it's going to follow,
it's going to break me, right.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
But I do listen, I know, I mean it was
it was with Danielle, like the after let me explain
to you, my vote for Brittany was very easy after
getting stabbed in the back by Danielle. Yeah.

Yeah, But I just wonder, if you know, Moura, she
says that in the morning, they all vote wrong, they
go after Natalie, and I wonder if she's sitting there thinking, Okay,
we were wrong about Natalie. Maybe Natalie was right about Rob,
and I would assume that Rob would get rid of

me now because he knows how much it would break
me to be at the end with him. I wonder
if that's what she's thinking.

he can manipul late her and kind of like ride

So so then is it getting rid of Maura gives
him plausible deniability that of course it's not me because
I would never have gotten rid of the girl. That

He's getting rid of her because he would say why
would I get rid of my you know, my person for.

Me if I were them, there's a world in which
I'm getting rid of either Johnny or Tara because they
vote in lockstep, so they're effectively a vote in a doubt.

I'm probably going after because she's kind of said, I
don't want to be here anymore. I think that there
is still a suspicion on Johnny. I think that people.

the next person they're looking at is Rob. And it

why it was robbed, right, But she spent more time
at that table being mad at Tara than putting the

nail in the coffin for Rob, which I didn't agree with,
but she was blindsided.

Yeah, you're right, she spent too much of that the
equity of that time on being angry at Tara and
not at the Pride, which was figuring out a way
to convince everyone that Rob was, in fact and is
a trader. What do you think is going to happen
at the end.

I don't know. I think Rob's too good to lose,

Feel, Yeah, I've been saying this. I think from the beginning,
I think the Traders are going to win this one,

with him about. I'm interested to see if that is

four of Traders because it feels like we are I
think we're in the penultimate episode.

It seems like the walls are closing in a bit
on pretty boy snake charmer Rob.
Speaker 2 (03:14):
That's how I feel about Moura, really, like how you're like, oh,
you're so good, like a snake boyd charmer, and I'm like,
shut up, Maura, talk or don't talk at all, or
make some sense somewhere, finish a sentence, but you're pretty
so shut up.
Speaker 1 (03:32):
I'm not like saying that the walls are closing in
him because he's so handsome, because he is. He is
very handsome. But I will say that everyone in that
castle has been digmatized by this man for a very
long time, and I feel like now they're starting to
see some cracks.
Speaker 2 (03:51):
Well it's the walls are closing in and he's starting
to feel it. So they come down to breakfast, right,
and every trader goes through this during this time. It
is the weight of lying. Yeah, I don't know how
people that are actual pathological liars get through life without
that weight burden on your back, because it is heavy,

like the lies come after you, they collect you. It's heavy.
And I'm painfully honest, by the way, and even at
my own expense or even if it's going to hurt me,
I'm honest. I can't live a lie. And these people
really aren't inherent liars, it doesn't seem to be. And
he's at that breakfast table looking so defeated with his
(04:34):
big cheerleaders sitting next to him. Who He's looking at
this girl saying another guy's lie, like this is what
I'm just going to think. Like I don't think he
was thinking this, but like she was cheated on. That's
the reason she was on what Love Island or is
it you know her from Love Island? Right? Yeah? Yeah,
So she went on to spite her boyfriend who lied
to her, and here she is sitting in front of

someone else who now she's given another man, she's given
all her trust to who's lying to her, and it's
bothering him because she's like looking up to him and
she's following following him around the castle, like you know,
he's he's the guy, you know, And I feel bad.
I feel bad for him, and I also feel bad

for her in this moment.
Speaker 1 (05:18):
Yeah, watching it back has got to be tough to
see how like wrong you were about someone. And I
keep thinking about I try to prognosticate into the future
of like if it comes down to Rob and Maura
at the end, I don't think that Mora will say
I think you're a trader.
Speaker 2 (05:36):
I think that right to the end, she's going to
stand by him.
Speaker 1 (05:40):
Yeah, and I think that I'm actually not sure if
he's going to make it that far, but like it's
it might break her, it might break them both to
like be at the end and then he has to
be like, actually, I'm a trader, And I don't know
what's going to happen with Mora when she hears it information.
(06:00):
If it comes to fruition Uh, but it's a it's
an interesting thing, you know. Like Eric and Rob in
this turret. I think they're a very good team. They're
very unsteeming. Rob is the mastermind. Eric is just like,
I'm just here and tell me what to do.
Speaker 2 (06:20):
He's a little bit of a shield as far as
I can see.
Speaker 1 (06:25):
I was a little surprised, you know. At breakfast we
find out that Kristen was the one that was murdered,
and Kristen was the one who was saying like, it's
Eric at the end of the night, and if I
end up dead, it's going to be Eric. I'm surprised
that they went that route because it Ben shows shines
of light onto Eric.
Speaker 2 (06:44):
I did think about that, but Kristen did not speak
on that to a lot of people. So she was
smart about it, but she said it to the wrong person. Yeah,
and that's the problem. That's where this problem comes in,
and that's why she was murdered.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
She also says it to Rob, and that information is
gold to Rob, right, like, because he can either get
rid of him, Yeah, he can divulge that to Eric
and be like, I don't know if it's a good
idea for you to get rid of Christen because of
this is what it said, or yeah, sure, if that's
what you want to get go after, then fine, and
then I have plausible deniability tomorrow when I vote, if

I vote you out, you know.
Speaker 2 (07:24):
He could have turned on him. Sure, that was his chance.
I was wondering what he was going to do with
that information. But he's not. I don't think he's done
with Eric. He still needs him.
Speaker 1 (07:33):
Yeah, we can't talk about the evenisode without talking about Tara.
It seems like this show is like really like it's
getting to Rob in a way of like the weight
of lies are starting to weigh him down, and you
can see it in his face at that breakfast. I'm
sitting there thinking if I'm still there, I'm looking at
(07:55):
Rob being like, you look tired, You look like you're done.
And when I think of someone who's tied, I think
of someone who's a trader because they have to stay
up much later than everybody else because they gotta be
in that turret.
Speaker 2 (08:06):
Right, But everybody's so tired at this point, it's getting wrong,
It is starting to get rough. It's about that time
when things start to really weigh heavy. The end is
so close, the pot the winner, the pot of gold.
The money's at the tip of your fingers, so close,
but it's so far because every second you could get
(08:26):
thrown out of this game. It's a hard time in
that castle.
Speaker 1 (08:30):
My heart breaks for Tara because I think what's breaking
her is the fact that she has been wrong so
often and she is starting to question, like I think,
her own intelligence or her own instincts in the shows
with your head, for sure, and that's the point of
the game. But there's like a party that wants to
wrap my arms around and be like it's okay, Like
(08:52):
we all have been wrong on this show.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
Mark does do that, and I'm it's like, it's no
one's ever done that for me before. And I know
you believe me. I know you know that's true.
Speaker 1 (09:06):
No, I'm Paul has wrapped his arms around.
Speaker 2 (09:09):
One man has ever said it's going to be okay.
Maybe if I cried, that would call for that. You
have to you know, do I have to cry to
get that? Wells yes, I mean not to digress off
of my life right now, but like I was like, I.
Speaker 1 (09:25):
Know, you know in that moment, that's really sweet, and
it also is like really powerful for Tara, even though
I don't even know. She thinks it's powerful. It's because
Mark is like, there is no way that that was acting,
and if it was, she deserves an oscar. I think
it's what he says.
Speaker 2 (09:43):
Oh, I've had some There was some good acting on
our season. Let me tell you. Danielle was convulsing on
the floor. Oh, I know that was bad acting. Though
that's true, that was too much. But you do know
that even the traders cry when they vote somebody out.
Look at how Britt fell apart when she voted Danielle.
(10:04):
I mean she literally unraveled. So a trader can get
that upset about getting out of Faithful and being upset
about it because they feel bad. I mean, you have
to have a conscience if you're unconsciable. The best trader
is an unconsciable trader for sure.
Speaker 1 (10:30):
So Tara, as misguided as she feels she is, it's
interesting because she's actually on the right trail. She to
suspect Rob is a trader. She talks to Natalie, they
try to recruit Maura to vote with them, and that
to me, that was like you should have gone after

Mark over Maura.

I feel like La is never going to get Yes,
she's she's defied.
Speaker 2 (11:00):
Yes, this girl she's going to be like I trusted
another guy any lot. I mean it's not gonna I
don't know how she feels now, but yeah, yeah, you know,
you really do. I'm going to tell you it takes
its toll being a liar and trusting someone when you
leave this game and you you know, you go to

the end in that sense, you do, really, I'm going
to tell you, it does take a little bit of
time to come back. Yeah.

You know, very few people have been in your position,
which is the same position that the rest of the
cast is in right now, of being like the select
few that are there for the you know, second to
last episode. What is the what was the feeling like
for you the day before the last challenge, roundtable vote,
all that kind of stuff. Was it just like I'm
(11:49):
just ready for this to be over, or I'm so
excited because I can see the finish line and I
want to win. What was the what is the feeling
at this this point in the game.
Speaker 2 (12:00):
It gets to be I see, I'm very good at
disconnecting myself to my feelings. If you didn't know so,
I so, I I didn't let the feelings get to
me and get into the game, but you're like, you're
just it's almost surreal for me. I can only speak
(12:22):
for me, but I know that the people that are
really strategically playing the game, it's like really grating on
them because it's a mental and physical toll. See. I
didn't let it mentally get into my head until I
was fooled by Danielle. Where I'm wondering, how you know
how Maura is with Rob. I was that way with
(12:45):
Danielle because Danielle sworn her kids to me and for
me and where I come from and what I believe.
And of course that's changed. I understand now you can
lie in a game. It's still okay. But but for like,
I'm starting to feel like, what is more going to
feel like when she finds out that he's a trader
and him, is she going to be the next one
(13:06):
for him to kill? Because I think to let her
down easily, he would it would be better to murder
her than to bring her into that fire pit and
kill her in front of that fire pit.
Speaker 1 (13:16):
There's a part of me that wants him if it
comes down to them too. What a great storyline, What
a great piece of television. It would be if he
was like, stop, stop, stop, I've been in Trader this
entire time. Kill me now you win all the money.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
Oh my god, that's like, that's like a Boston Rob
love love affair.
Speaker 1 (13:35):
Can you imagine?
Speaker 2 (13:36):
And then they get married and have four beautiful girls
and run off into the sunset. Yeah, so that's like yeah,
can you imagine? Wow? That would be like wow, Alan
Comming would be on the floor. Oh yeah, that would
be insane. Imagine if that happens. No, wait, oh my god,
I'm dying. I got chills. I'm dying over that. What
(13:59):
if that ever happens? That could happen?
Speaker 1 (14:01):
Yeah, well I think it happened in season one, right, didn't.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
They Somebody dismissed himself. Yeah, yeah, he said, I'm going
to leave now.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
Yeah listen. If I'm Rob's publicist, I'm thinking, hey, listen, split.
You know, winning one hundred and eighty thousand dollars, that's
great money or whatever it is. But having the admiration
and love of an entire country behind you, you should
go ahead and admit defeat to Mara and then go
(14:32):
get married and have beautiful children.
Speaker 2 (14:33):
I think he can't do that because he can't speak
to anybody about the game, So he's not going to
be able to get that kind of advice. That's number one.
And the other like if he's like his publicist isn't
going to be able to tell him because no one
publicist doesn't know the game right. But yes, if you were,
if you were in his ear saying this is what
you should do, but I got news for you. He
(14:54):
doesn't have to do that because I'm curious to see
how he blows up after this, which you missed the
last episode where Tama was saying, this guy's gonna blow up.
Speaker 1 (15:03):
Yeah, I like I said, I think the walls are
closing in around him. I'm surprised that, you know, the
the stink is off Eric in this episode and it
goes over to Rob. You know, Natalie's not wrong where
She's like, I got to figure out I'm not looking
in the right direction. I need to start looking in,
(15:23):
you know, at people that I haven't been looking at
it all. And also why am I still here? And
it does make sense Rob has kept her around because
they've they've been close and she's spot on, you know,
this challenge that they or this mission that they go
on the spinning carousel thing. It could have gone really
(15:44):
poorly for the Traders, but it doesn't with Eric and
ending up winning the whole thing and getting the shield
or whatnot, so then they can really just kill whoever
they want. But this roundtable, it was very, very interesting,
and it was kind of one of the one of
my favorite ones thus.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
Far this season or collectively this season. I think, Okay,
I want to tell you I've been dming Natalie. I
have so much respect for her, how she handled herself
at this round table. Yeah, when she said it could
have been like it was something I think I would say.
She goes, you and I are on the same page
(16:25):
all day. I'm willing to throw myself on a sword
quote unquote on a sword for somebody who I've been
close to this whole game, who the reason I'm still
here is because of him, and you're going to back
out on me now, thank you? Like she was, she
called it. She said it perfectly, and then she really
(16:47):
stuck it to Johnny in the end when she said,
don't say you're sorry to me. And I love when
people takes when someone takes don't say you're sorry away
from you, because really, when isaam sorry is like when
someone apologizes to you for something they've done wrong or
what ever it is, they feel better. They're like, oh,
I got a little bit feel a little better about
what I did because I said I was sorry. She
took that away from him. Natalie is a badass. I
(17:09):
love her I and I love the way she handles herself.
But I loved when Mark through the through the chalkboard
off the table.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
Yeah, so intense it was. It was such a good
round table. Obviously, you know, Natalie calls out Rob. Rob
has like an okay defense, but like not great, Like, uh.
Speaker 2 (17:34):
Rob hasn't had any defense the whole time.
Speaker 1 (17:36):
Ever, it's a little laissez fair like when he's just
so like laid back and like, you know, like that's crazy.
But the truth of the matter is that Candice throwing
out his name earlier in the game was a huge
red flag that people are taking a long time to
clock right.
Speaker 2 (17:54):
Well yeah, wells because by now people should know that
when somebody calls your there's somebody else's name out. When
they are a trader and they're standing on that circle
of truth and they say they get in a fight
with the person. Usually it's trader on trader mm hm,
and they'll call out the other person on their way
(18:16):
out the door and it's a trader. Pay attention to that.
And by now Natalie was right, she studied these shows
before her. By now you kind of have to take
that into consideration. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (18:29):
The problem that Natalie has is that Rob's has held
on to this dagger for so long, which gives him
two votes, and so the numbers are off. And I
do think that that's how Natalie knows that she's cooked, right,
is that we had to have these certain amount of
numbers and tear the fact that you are now abandoning
(18:51):
me in this moment. I'm cooked.
Speaker 2 (18:54):
Well, she knew it was the total. It was like
the such betrayal and the fact that he's She's the
one he got the dagger from. Let's put that into it.
She had it and she lost it to him. Yeah,
because she don't know how to lie. Yeah, well, look
I'm straight in the face.
Speaker 1 (19:15):
But listen, Rob, I guess convinces everyone, or Nally doesn't
do a good enough job convincing everyone of Rob. It's unanimous.
Everyone votes for Natalie except for Natalie, who votes for Tara, who.
I just feel like that was just a I'm voting
for you because f you.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
You know what, she was going down and she was
just like, I have nothing to lose with who I
vote for. I'm going down anyway. So she threw the
vote at Tara. Yeah, and I get that because she
was so mad. She knew no one was voting for
Rob at this point. It wasn't going to go in
her favor. So she said, on my way out, I'm
just going to give it that laud you know when
that person right before they die, they get it that
(19:58):
last fight. So that's that was all that was. And
I mean, I think it was a great round table
for her. It was really good. It's so funny how
Rob takes the defense in every single time he's been
accused or he's gone at someone, he gets mad at
them for coming for him. He actually really gets mad.
Even in his confessionals. He's like, Kansas came from me
(20:21):
or this or that or whatever. You know, they'll have
to get over it. I went for Lisa, but he
always gets mad at somebody for coming for him. Dude,
you're a trader. What are you getting so pissed off
about it? Is just a game.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
You know, what did you think about him being so upset?
Like it's one thing to be kind of like the
weight of lies really bogging you down at breakfast, But
then at the mission, you know he is, you know,
his chair is pulled out from ringing around the rosy
or whatever, and so he can't play. So he gets
(20:57):
really upset. He gets mad at Mark for being like,
you only got seven hundred. I'd be like, dude, shut up,
I got faster than you. What do you want me
to do? Do you think that was bad acting? Do
you think that was him being like him being a brat? Like,
what do you think that was?
Speaker 2 (21:12):
I'll tell you exactly what it was. He's not acting really.
He was worried about the he's thinking he's going to
win now, Yeah, he's thinking about the money, and he's
being a little brat. So I think our golden boy
is got a little different side to him that's coming
(21:32):
out here and there now that he's so tired and cranky,
and you know, the true colors come out after a while.
And that little nasty little thing there that I noticed, Yeah,
and I said to myself that maybe as nice as
we think.

Yeah, a little chink in the armor for shure.

Yeah, you know, I was.
Speaker 1 (21:56):
I was talking with my friend Brandy about it, and
and she had a good take. She was like, why
am I not surprised that the really, really good looking
twenty something year old is able to gaslight all these
people so very easily? And I was like, Yeah.

That's because it's not his first rodeo with gaslighting. Maybe. Yeah,
I think Brandy's had her share of gaslighting if she
notices it so well from a young, good looking guy. Yeah,
I'm just gonna call it a hunch, but I think
Brandy's seen this before.

Yeah, she's read this book.
Speaker 2 (22:36):
Sorry, Rob, I mean we can't make you know. We
gotta tell you talk about what we see. We're telling
the truth.

Yeah, I mean you seem like a lovely guy, but
I feel like I saw maybe a little bit more
of who you really are in that moment. Maybe not,
Maybe that was just a weak moment.

But maybe it's just like when I thought you were
a dick when you weren't. Yeah, maybe we just think
he's a dick and he's not right.

Yeah, exactly. You can't judge a book by them being
a trader.

By a bide a bad you know encounter in the
in the elevator.

Yeah, after Natalie gets banished, you said, you said it
best taking the power away from Johnny to say I'm sorry.
It was amazing her getting up there in the circle
and being like, I'm a faithful But then also, you know,

it's what I loved about her speech was it's it's
very obvious that Natalie is strong physically, like she is
in insane and also I think that like she is
a strong woman, and and she's you know a game,
been on Survivor and all that, you know, all this stuff, smart,
super smart, but she has this moment where she's just
(23:53):
like she shows the vulnerable side of herself of like
I let you guys in a little too much. I
try to be the strong one and some you know,
like whatever.
Speaker 2 (24:05):
She let her guard down is how she explained it,
and that speaks a lot to her life. Like you
can only imagine her saying, you know, you learn a
lot about people in this castle and in this game,
even as a spectator. So I'm going to say that
Natalie always hasn't had it maybe so easy, right, Yeah,

because I see a little bit of myself and her
and I see and I understand when she says, people
think I'm so hard because I have always had to
be so strong or I've tried to be so strong
for everyone my whole life or myself, and I don't
typically let my guard down. And she's like, but I

have feelings, you know, And I think that her hurt
feelings showed off as anger at that round table. Yeah,
I agree with every way she felt.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
Yeah, I you know, I'm not sure if I I'm
not sure if I was or wasn't a fan of
Natalie up until this episode, but I left it being like, yeah,
I like her, she's a bad.
Speaker 2 (25:11):
Bitch, and I commenting on her thing. You should go
comment if that's how you feel about her. Let her
needs the support right now.
Speaker 1 (25:17):
Okay, I will. I'm not even sure if I follow her,
but I'll do that tonight. And then I loved that
she was like, I'm a faithful and then she turns
around and walks out and says, good job guys, which
is like the dagger twisted like and.
Speaker 2 (25:35):
That's when Mark flips so dramatically fixed it. He didn't
want to vote for her, Why did he? Why did
he change? And Tara and Johnny, why did you not
stand behind her? You would have got.
Speaker 3 (25:47):
Out the biggest contrader in history. This would have changed
the whole trajectory of what this whole season was about.
It was right there, and it just goes to show
you were always one decision away from a whole different life.
Speaker 1 (26:02):
Yeah, from success or failure.
Speaker 2 (26:04):
I suppose. Isn't it crazy? This game is so good.
I don't even know what to say anymore, and I'm
learning more how to play. But she went in this
game knowing how to play it.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
Yeah. So you know, after that roundtable's over, Tara starts
crying and into Mark's arms. Are you playing the smallest
violin ever for her? Because she went against Like.
Speaker 2 (26:32):
You know, I get very uncomfortable with those type of things. Yeah,
it was so uncomfortable for me. I think the guttural
crying yeah, and him saying it's okay, I can't even
talk about it.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (26:50):
Never, well never never.
Speaker 1 (26:55):
Alan rings the bell and everyone gathers in front of
the castle by a single coffin, and we, of course
are left on a cliffhanger. Of all the people available
to be murdered, who do you think is next to go? Well?
Speaker 2 (27:08):
If more goes, I will be so happy for her
because she will have been right for the first time. Y. Yes,
I don't know if she picked a trader in the past,
but she's like, I'm definitely going, I'm going, it's definitely me.
It's definitely me. How did she know? Did somebody tip
her off?
Speaker 1 (27:22):
You want to know what I think, because I think
that More is a lot smarter than we're giving your
credit for or we're seeing on the show. But I
think that when she sat down at that breakfast table
that earlier that morning and told Rob, you know, like,
if if you're a trader, like it's going to follow,
it's going to break me, right.
Speaker 2 (27:43):
But I do listen, I know, I mean it was
it was with Danielle, like the after let me explain
to you, my vote for Brittany was very easy after
getting stabbed in the back by Danielle. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (27:59):
Yeah, But I just wonder, if you know, Moura, she
says that in the morning, they all vote wrong, they
go after Natalie, and I wonder if she's sitting there thinking, Okay,
we were wrong about Natalie. Maybe Natalie was right about Rob,
and I would assume that Rob would get rid of
(28:20):
me now because he knows how much it would break
me to be at the end with him. I wonder
if that's what she's thinking.
Speaker 2 (28:26):
It's a very deep thought. Yeah, And I have to
be honest with you, I don't think it goes that deep.
Speaker 1 (28:35):
Yeah, so you do. But do you think it's Moura
or do you think it's something moa.
Speaker 2 (28:39):
I think it's Moura, and I think more just has
a feeling. But I don't think that she's going as
far as to say he's saving me by killing me.
Speaker 1 (28:49):
Do you think? Okay, So let's get into the mindset
of why Rob would want to kill Maura, because Moura
is team Rob, right, Like, I feel like he thinks
he can manipul late her and kind of like ride
her to.
Speaker 2 (29:05):
It doesn't need.
Speaker 1 (29:07):
To be you know, at to be there at the end.
So so then is it getting rid of Maura gives
him plausible deniability that of course it's not me because
I would never have gotten rid of the girl. That
I might be having a show man swift, but obviously
I have been very close to.
Speaker 2 (29:25):
No, he's thinking like a trader. Yeah, that's for sure.
He's getting rid of her because he would say why
would I get rid of my you know, my person for.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Me if I were them, there's a world in which
I'm getting rid of either Johnny or Tara because they
vote in lockstep, so they're effectively a vote in a doubt.
Speaker 2 (29:53):
It's the numbers vote.
Speaker 1 (29:54):
Yeah, so I kind of want to split them apart.
I'm probably going after because she's kind of said, I
don't want to be here anymore. I think that there
is still a suspicion on Johnny. I think that people.
Speaker 2 (30:11):
Want to keep Johnny. Then you want to keep Johnny
for the shield.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
Absolutely, that's so you think Maura. I think I think Tara.
Speaker 2 (30:19):
I think I think Maura because the heat is on Rob. Yeah,
because you know, after somebody leaves, when it's between the two,
the next person they're looking at is Rob. And it
was and Natalie made a lot of sense as to
why it was robbed, right, But she spent more time
at that table being mad at Tara than putting the

nail in the coffin for Rob, which I didn't agree with,
but she was blindsided.
Speaker 1 (30:49):
Yeah, you're right, she spent too much of that the
equity of that time on being angry at Tara and
not at the Pride, which was figuring out a way
to convince everyone that Rob was, in fact and is
a trader. What do you think is going to happen
at the end.
Speaker 2 (31:10):
I don't know. I think Rob's too good to lose,
so I.
Speaker 1 (31:14):
Feel, Yeah, I've been saying this. I think from the beginning,
I think the Traders are going to win this one,
which I think is fun.
Speaker 2 (31:22):
TV say that in the beginning.
Speaker 1 (31:24):
Yes, I wouldn't be surprised if both Rob and Eric
are still there at the end. I don't think.
Speaker 2 (31:32):
I think the I think he's gonna use Eric. I
think Eric's gonna, yeah, somehow get voted out and he
I finds him going around the fire pit with the
last two people maybe and he gets rid of them
both and he wins. That's what I That's what I say.
Speaker 1 (31:54):
Well, we shall see only one more episode left of
season four of The Trade or this one has been
a banger of a season, and of course we have
the reunion, which I've been gone the past couple of episodes.
But like there's a lot of things coming out about
the reunion.
Speaker 2 (32:10):
There's some housewives. Housewives make a good reunion.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
It sounds very dramatic, if the reports are true. Especially
so this is what I heard, and I don't know
if it's true or not, but what I heard was
is that Lisa goes after Colton. Colton leaves and then
doesn't want to come back on the show, but comes back,
but then they'd never talk about whatever Lisa got upset
with him about. I'm interested to see if that is

true or if that's all just internet fodder.
