I would say in gymnastics, you have to have grits.
You have to be.

Able to, you know, stay motivated. So I think throughout
my wrestling career, really wrestling is like waves, and sometimes
you're down here, sometimes you're up here, and when you're
down here, you have to continue to you know, stay motivated,
make sure you know your head's still in the game.

So I think Gamastix has just kind of taught me
to stay motivated, and I've kind of carried that over
into wrestling.
