Speaker 3 (00:32):
This is your morning show with Michael o'dill Jordan Michael.
Speaker 4 (00:38):
Every Friday, I am thankful that forty seven comes on
and you steer his course for the following week. Thank
goodness that my morning show is forty seventh Morning Show.
Speaker 5 (00:51):
Hell to the Chief.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
He's the one we always say heil to He has
the power because he takes a shower, whether it's in
Tara Kay, Turkey, or back home at the White House.
Speaker 5 (00:59):
Good morning, mister President.
Speaker 6 (01:01):
Well, I have to say it's a great morning to you.
Pizza boy. Happy America to fifty long times as we talked,
but we turned two hundred and fifty years old. And
you know, you look at it like I got along
very well with our founders, Thomas Jefferson, John Adams, John
and tak You call them Johnny people. I called them Johnny.
I said, Johnny, you gotta sign the declaration big. It's
(01:23):
got to be huge. And he did a fantastic job.
Two hundred and fifty years. We're doing a great job.
Speaker 5 (01:29):
When you're in Turkey, do you say Turkey or Turkey?
Speaker 6 (01:32):
No, we said Turkey.
Speaker 7 (01:33):
You know, we said Turkey. Do we love Turkey? Turkey?
We say Turkey.
Speaker 5 (01:37):
That was quite a long ago.
Speaker 6 (01:38):
You know, we did. It's a tremendous job. They did
a fantastic job for us in Turkey, and you know
we're doing really well. You know, we have a great
relationship with Turkey. We have a social relationship with NATO.
But you know, we start to tell them we're not
going to do it anymore. They say, no, sir, we're
gonna pay there.
Speaker 7 (01:55):
So they're going to do that, or.
Speaker 6 (01:57):
They need to keep paying. They need to keep funding
and stamp providing on us for everything. You know, we
have to deal with some of our own problems. Essentially,
says they didn't help us with Iran, which was stupid
on their part. Think about it, very stupid.
Speaker 5 (02:11):
Speaking of Iran, I'm trying to keep track of everything.
Speaker 1 (02:14):
You called them sickos, nuts, crazies, scum liars. You bomb
ninety targets, including bridges and radar systems. I suspect more
bombing as a head, and you say that they're wanting.
Speaker 5 (02:27):
To make a deal again, but you can't trust them, right.
Speaker 6 (02:29):
Well, of course they want to make a deal. Of
course you want to make a deal when you see
somebody who's dropping tons and tons of bombs all over you,
of course you.
Speaker 8 (02:36):
Want to make a deal.
Speaker 6 (02:37):
But you know, we can't trust them. We've made deals
with them before they go back on it. They say, sure,
we want to make another deal, sir, they go back
on it, and they keep going back on their deals.
They keep going back on their word, which.
Speaker 7 (02:49):
Is not what you're supposed to do.
Speaker 6 (02:51):
You're supposed to it's called negotiating good faith and then
negotiating in quite frankly, very bad faith. And so now
we're dropping very big bombs on it and they're not happy.
But that's their problem, not mine. Well, you wrote down
the bridges, we took down their radars, and we're gonna
drop Chris Mucci on them next if they'ren't careful.
Speaker 1 (03:09):
They're not careful what you wrote the book on art
of the deal. You helped Monty Hall with let's make
a deal. I mean, you know, a deal when it's
possible and when it's not.
Speaker 6 (03:18):
And we did a tremendous job with how we manned
our deal or no deal, no deal. They want to
do deals, you know, they want to do deals a lot.
But arandas who want to do a deal, they want
to push the button. We made them a beautiful real
They won't push the button. So now they're knocking out
the million dollar case right right, they're screwed.
Speaker 7 (03:36):
I'll get to that dish with forty seven.
Speaker 1 (03:40):
Took two Air Force ones to get you home? What's
up with that?
Speaker 6 (03:44):
Well, let's say, you know, you look at one Air
Force one, you look at another Air Force one. Next
time we're gonna have Air Force three.
Speaker 7 (03:50):
We're gonna have so many.
Speaker 6 (03:51):
No, you look at it. We have a beautiful bank
job and we had to do a diversion. We had
to go to the old Air Force one because it
has better and missile capabilities. You know, you look at
her otten we weren't counting anything out.
Speaker 5 (04:04):
But we did well.
Speaker 6 (04:06):
And nothing ever got close and they.
Speaker 7 (04:09):
Didn't touch it.
Speaker 6 (04:10):
But we had to do it, and the media was
very scared. We said, take the windows closed, you don't
want to look out. They get the windows clothes, and
you know, they were very scared. But we kept them
in good hands, right, We kept them in good hands.
I flew the plane myself, by the way, and we
did it. Tremendous show.
Speaker 7 (04:26):
I'm a pilot.
Speaker 6 (04:26):
A lot of people don't know that, but.
Speaker 7 (04:27):
I'm a pilot, and I was a plane home by itself.
Speaker 6 (04:30):
It was great.
Speaker 1 (04:31):
You were You helped with the Amelia Earhart being the
first woman to ever cross the Atlantic.
Speaker 5 (04:36):
You've helped a lot of pilots.
Speaker 6 (04:38):
She never would have got lost. Excuse me, she never
would have got lost if I was your president. You
know that she never would have got lost. And yeah,
she would have been great.
Speaker 5 (04:48):
But she got lost.
Speaker 6 (04:49):
And they haven't found her. We don't know where she went.
But she never would have happened. That never would have
happened if I was your president.
Speaker 1 (04:57):
Well, I wish I was in Turkey with you. Unfortunately
I was home and I saw the Turkey performance. So
you pull all those strings to get our star player
on the pitch. And what does USA do? They sleep
walk in their match and get eliminated.
Speaker 6 (05:11):
Well, well, little do you know, pizza boy, you got
in touch with Los Angeles from Indo City. And we
haven't lost yet. Actually, we're still counting goals, so we're
looking at it.
Speaker 7 (05:21):
We haven't lost lost still, No, we may not a lost.
Speaker 6 (05:25):
You know, we're still counting the goals.
Speaker 7 (05:26):
You never know.
Speaker 6 (05:27):
We may find one in the nail, a goal of
two or three or four in the mail. But see
from it. A horrible call, and they tried to suspend
one of our players. I called them. I said to him,
you can't do that, he said, but Sir, he stepped
on his ankle. Sid I said, it was an accident.
And you know we treated him like a'bdual, remember Abdul,
(05:47):
We treated him like I'm Duel. I said, this is
yeahs isn't this jazz? He said, Sarah, why are you
showing me a picture of my house? I said, because
if you don't unsuspended, if you don't take away the
red card, we're gonna blow everything up. And you don't
want to test it. Just ask a rotten. You don't
want to test it.
Speaker 7 (06:06):
And he said to me, sir.
Speaker 6 (06:08):
Please don't blow off my house. Sir. We're gonna do
it until we got him back. And that's called art
of the deal too. It's just like Abdul and we've
dealt with lockdowner people than soccer. Yeah, you look at soccer.
We called it lawn fairies. These are very sissy people
and they run the sport, a very girly sport, a
very sissy sport. But we called him and we said,
(06:30):
if you don't put him back, we're gonna have a
huge problem. We're gonna cancel the whole thing. And they
put him back, and you know, they say, we lost
for now, but we could count goggles for up to
three weeks. The Supreme Court said, we can do that,
you know, the soccer match, but it could go on forever,
just like nail and ballid. So we're counting all the
goals and we're still counting, and we're gonna count until
(06:51):
we win. Because if it works for our elections, it'll
work for a soccer game. Not much I can tell you, you.
Speaker 1 (06:57):
Know, I said, as the host president, you can't call
at a sissy sport but then I started watching, and
I gotta be honest with you. Every time somebody falls
to the ground, they pretend they're hurt.
Speaker 5 (07:08):
It really is.
Speaker 1 (07:08):
I mean, either it is or they're trying to work
the refs. But nobody works the refs like you.
Speaker 6 (07:13):
Well, nobody works the refs like I do.
Speaker 7 (07:15):
And I also have to say this too.
Speaker 6 (07:16):
You look at some of these people and they go
down like they got hit with something horrible.
Speaker 5 (07:22):
I got shot in the ear.
Speaker 6 (07:24):
Okay, I got shot, and you popped right off and
I popped back up, popped back up. I said, I
gotta get my shoes, and then I threw my hand
in the air and I said, fight, fight, fight. You
can jump your red card so far up your backside. Unbelievable.
You look at these people. There's such little, woozy people,
(07:44):
but now these people have a dirty look, and you know,
they go down like they've never seen anything like it.
Speaker 1 (07:51):
Nobody takes a bullet like you. Closing moments with Friday
with forty seven. So who you're rooting for now?
Speaker 5 (07:56):
I think I'm going to root for Norway.
Speaker 6 (07:58):
Well, I'm rooting for the United Statess have the low speecherre.
But what a stupid question.
Speaker 7 (08:02):
You know, question, You're not going to fix the world.
Speaker 6 (08:06):
So we're not joking. We're not fixing it. We're counting it.
It's not fixing, it's counting. Don't be a soccer denier. Okay,
don't be a denier. You're being a denier. We don't
want you to do that. Your country Norway. Roots for
your country, now, excuse me, roots for your country. Well,
you're gonna have a problem to this, like around, root
(08:26):
for your country. You know, we won. It is another
that we won yet, but we're counting all the ballots.
They're showing up late in the mail and coounting all
the ballots, and we're a little winning let nobody's ever
seen before. So I'm rooting for the United States.
Speaker 1 (08:39):
Well, I didn't mean this to break into a fight.
I mean, I'm gonna have to take a time out
and have a hydration break. This got really frisky. But
you will be there to hand out the trophy.
Speaker 9 (08:48):
Uh.
Speaker 1 (08:48):
They got a really good you know, it's amazing our
NFL Super Bowl halftime show. I don't know what that
was the halftime show.
Speaker 6 (08:55):
You rabbit, he's yeah, they forgret playing that nasty rabbit.
He's a nasty and I got a long well with
a lot of rabbits, but they get funny. I got
along well with.
Speaker 5 (09:11):
Madonna, justin Bieber.
Speaker 1 (09:13):
I mean, the soccer is gonna have a really good
halftime show and it's short.
Speaker 6 (09:16):
Well, Madonna's a nasty person. She's threatened to blow up
the White House. We don't like her, but Peter's okay.
And you look at so many other people, but I
got along well with a lot of these people. The
rabbits you look at, Thank goodness, nasty rabbit's not gonna
be that. He's a nasty person. But soccer, the halftime
show is more entertaining than the sport that much, I
can tell you. You look at it. Ninety minutes go by,
(09:39):
Nobody knows what the hell is going on, Nobody scores,
and then they do extra time. They don't know what
the hell's going on. But we're going to hand out
the trophy to our team because we already won. They
don't realize that, but we already won. So congratulations to
Team USA.
Speaker 8 (09:53):
You know it.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
It gives me a great idea that all the time
the media and the left has wasted harassing you over
two terms, wonder if you should get extra time when
your second term is up.
Speaker 6 (10:02):
Well, we're going to get a third term because we're
gonna run, is Donna Remember that Donna Trump is running
In a couple of years, Donna Trump is running, and
you know, maybe Donna will be the next eccuser against
Grim Plattner.
Speaker 7 (10:16):
Nancy version two.
Speaker 6 (10:17):
He's at he's got now you look at it. He's gone,
and we're going to win the World Cup. And we're
going to get extra time for our third term because
we're going to be the first female, transgender president. Donald
Trump is going to be incredible.
Speaker 1 (10:31):
There you have it filmed with Breaking News Friday with
forty seven. Mister President, is so good to have you
safely back in America, and thank thank you for your
time this morning.
Speaker 6 (10:43):
Thank you, Peter boy. Remember the roots for your country,
not Norway. Root for your country, and we're gonna have problems.
Speaker 7 (10:49):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
Yeah, Donna's pronouns will be forty eight and forty nine.
A lot of breaking news with the President this morning,
Friday with forty seven, an exclusive of your morning show. Well,
our founders believed that freedom wasn't just a word, that
it was a way of life, the freedom to move forward,
the freedom to pursue what matters most.
Speaker 5 (11:09):
Freedom to live fully.
Speaker 1 (11:10):
But pain, well, that has a way of taking those
freedoms away, and that's why relief Factor exists. Relief Factor
is one hundred percent drug free, research based supplement. It's
designed to help support a healthy inflammatory response. It addresses
pain at its source, not just covering that up. Over
a million Americans have tried relief Factor and two thirds
(11:31):
of them have ordered more.
Speaker 5 (11:33):
It works.
Speaker 1 (11:34):
So as we celebrate two hundred and fifty years of freedom,
ask yourself a simple question. Are you living with the
freedom you deserve? Are you living free of pain? Declare
your independence from pain and take advantage of our patriotic pricing.
Seventeen seventy six that's right, seventeen dollars and seventy six
cents to try relief Factor with a three week quick start,
(11:57):
and that is more than enough time to start feeling
the results. Seventeen dollars seventy six cents a great price
to celebrate a great birthday. Go to relief Factor dot com.
That's relief Factor dot com or call one eight hundred
the number four Relief eight hundred for relief for the
seventeen seventy six three week quick Start of relief Factor
(12:19):
one eight hundred for relief.
Speaker 3 (12:22):
This is your morning show with Michael del Chino.
Speaker 5 (12:26):
Well, be your conservative here in Tennessee.
Speaker 10 (12:29):
I did notice that we sent off two of our
people to Washington, to the swamp to learn how to
be corrupt, and now they come back and they're both
running for governor. Somehow, that doesn't seem like the right
training ground for a conservative state like Tennessee.
Speaker 5 (12:45):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
One refusing to even debate, and it's really gotten uncomfortable,
obviously not capable to go beyond talking points and actually
in depth debate issues that matter. And the service that
has been done in Washington has nothing to do with
the executive role or qualifications for being a governor. Yeah,
(13:09):
it's interesting the voters are figuring it out. Hr lead,
by the way, Marsha Blackburn's has gone from fifty percentage
points down to twenty and falling.
Speaker 5 (13:21):
Keep less. Say wherever you are, especially here at home
in Tennessee.
Speaker 1 (13:24):
All right, twenty five after the hour, These are the
top five things you need to know waking up this morning.
Israel says it recently provided the US officials with intelligence
that pointed to a new alleged Iranian plot to assassinate
President Trump that explains the two planes home Mark Mayfield
has more.
Speaker 11 (13:40):
The report from the Wall Street Journal, based on sources
familiar with the matter, said Israeli officials viewed the threat
as credible and warned Washington, following already heightened US around
tensions during the ongoing war. CNN also reported that two
sources confirmed the warning, with one saying it was delivered
earlier this week. However, other US officials told they believe
(14:01):
the intelligence might have been intended to shape Trump's decision
making they see considers whether to expand US military action
against Iran.
Speaker 5 (14:08):
I'm Mark Mayfield.
Speaker 1 (14:09):
I always got to throw a left to spin in
President Trump's proposal to build a Triumphant arch in Virginia.
It's one step closer to being a reality. Tammy Trio
has more.
Speaker 12 (14:20):
The National Capital Planning Commission approved preliminary site and building
plans for the two hundred and fifty foot arch on Thursday.
If built, it would stand near Arlington National Cemetery, across
the Potomac from Washington, d C. Despite Thursday's approval, the
Commission didn't decide on whether The proposal could bypass the
federal law limiting the height of buildings in the nation's capital.
I'm Tammy trio Well.
Speaker 1 (14:41):
The oldest woman to travel in space. Wally Funk has
passed away at the age of eighty seven.
Speaker 13 (14:45):
Her city of residence, Grapevine, Texas, annown she died peacefully
Wednesday evenings, surrounded by loved ones. Funk entered space on
a Blue Origin flight in twenty twenty one at the
age of eighty two. Her career achievements include being inducted
into the Texas a Viation Hall of Fame, the Women
in Aviation International Pioneer Hall of Fame, and she will
be posthumously inducted into the International Space Hall of Fame
(15:09):
at the New Mexico Museum of Space History. I'm Lisa Carton.
Speaker 5 (15:13):
What is happening to me?
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Spider Man Brand New Day is looking to swing to
the biggest opening of the year when it hits theaters
later this month. Deadline reports the fourth Tom Holland led
Spider movie is projected to make between one hundred and
eighty and one hundred and ninety million dollars domestically in
its first weekend. That would mark the second biggest opening
for the franchise, behind twenty twenty one Spider Man No
(15:36):
Way Home, which opened with two hundred and sixty million dollars. Domestically,
brand New Day hits the theaters on July the thirty first. Well,
today's day is one I may celebrate, and there's still
one that's the best. You could say what you want
about Mickey D's, but they still have the best fries.
(15:57):
Today is National French Friy Day and two countries both
claim to have invented them.
Speaker 14 (16:02):
Belgium and France have been feuding for over a century
over who invented the deep fried potato slices. But we
don't call them Belgium fries, and doesn't really matter who
invented them. They're greasy, salty, and not good for us
at all. A baked potato has one hundred and ten
calories and is fat free. A large order of McDonald's
French fries is five hundred and ten calories and twenty
seven grams of fat. But they're so good, So look
(16:25):
for deals and consider today your cheap day. I'm free tennis.
Speaker 1 (16:31):
This is Shannon Gregory and my morning show is your
Morning Show with Michael do or jono.
Speaker 5 (16:43):
Hi, It's Michael.
Speaker 1 (16:44):
Your morning show airs live five to eight am Central,
six to nine Eastern in great cities like Memphis, Tennessee, Telsa, Oklahoma, Sacramento, California.
We'd love to be a part of your morning routine,
but we're happier here now. Enjoy the podcast. Why am
I in such a good mood? It certainly wasn't. I
got a big date with my wife today, I got
my doctor here. We had Friday with forty seven with
(17:05):
the very talented Sean Ferrett Farash, and you can go
to farashmedia dot com if you want Sean to record
any kind of message for a special occasion for a friend.
Speaker 5 (17:17):
He is so funny. I can't make it clear enough.
Speaker 1 (17:21):
That's not the actual president without half of the audience
always believing it it is.
Speaker 5 (17:25):
But that's Sean Farash farashmedia dot com.
Speaker 1 (17:29):
All right, Graham Platner will formally withdraw from that main
Senate race that'll be on Monday. According to insider reports,
the former Supreme Leader, breaking every Islamic law will finally
be laid to rest and buried four months later. We
have a former romantic roommate of Charlie Kirk's assassin Tyler Robinson,
(17:50):
who Lance Twigg's buried this case yesterday and should have
buried the credibility of Candice Owens along with it. Quarter
founding round of the World Cup began with France to
nil over Morocco. They'll play the winner of Spain in Belgium,
which is later today. Well, our bodies, I mean they
(18:10):
change as we get older. But a new study says
that's certain things that you should be eating if you
want to live longer and be healthy.
Speaker 5 (18:19):
Well that's not breaking news.
Speaker 1 (18:20):
But doctor Joe Glotti is here to discuss the study
and what you can do to live a longer, healthier life.
Give him his intro, by the way, that's just disrespectful.
Speaker 5 (18:30):
Give me the news.
Speaker 8 (18:39):
All right.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
I'm now wearing only underwear and socks and the doctors here.
Speaker 5 (18:43):
Doc help me. How can I eat to live longer?
Speaker 7 (18:48):
Michael, I think you know the trick to this.
Speaker 9 (18:52):
It is more fruits, more vegetables, get enough protein, get
enough fiber. And a lot of people this morning are
probably rolling their eyes and saying, look, here are the
two of them talking about fruits and vegetables. But the
truth is, when I'm seeing patients every day, and we
talked about fiber, we talked about protein. They really do
(19:16):
not know where to get protein, where to get fiber,
or the calories that they're supposed to take as they
get older.
Speaker 7 (19:24):
So it sounds like everybody should know this, but.
Speaker 9 (19:27):
Really it's a wake up call that we really need
to be very proactive in what we're eating, which which
is the basics.
Speaker 7 (19:35):
But sometimes the basics are always that easy.
Speaker 1 (19:38):
Well, it's it's the famous eat to live, don't live
to eat. Having grown up in two places, Chicago and
New Orleans, trust me, I've got living to eat down
pat But no, we fail in life, doctor Joe, virtually
in every aspect, not because we don't know what to do,
but we don't do what we know. But in this one,
(19:59):
I would handpick protein. Protein is something that I think
is really key. In other words, if you're younger, not
so much older, you've got you're going to metabolize lesson
as you get older, so you've got to have less calories.
But for younger people, way too much focused on calories
when they should be focusing on fruits, vegetables and protein,
protein sources. I think that's the number one actionable thing
(20:20):
our listeners can take away from this visit.
Speaker 7 (20:23):
Yeah, I really do. And you know, people think that
protein is.
Speaker 8 (20:26):
Just from steak or chicken, and that's true. You're going to.
Speaker 9 (20:31):
Get a lot of protein from a lean chicken breast.
Speaker 5 (20:36):
But there is Greek.
Speaker 8 (20:36):
Yogurt, there are eggs.
Speaker 9 (20:38):
And again eggs would demonized for about thirty years and
now they're coming back into the fold. And beans, things
like tofu and and other vegetables that give you protein.
Speaker 7 (20:49):
So a balanced diet that's rich in you know, you know,
fruits and vegetables and lean sources of protein. You will
cover that.
Speaker 9 (20:59):
And the part that we don't want to really accept,
Michael is after the age of about forty five, regardless
of what we do, we are on a program of
losing muscle every year. Tell me what happens is people
wake up. People wake up when they're sixty five or
seventy thinking that they're going to retire and have a
(21:19):
great retirement, and they're weak as hell and.
Speaker 7 (21:23):
They can't do the things because they didn't really do.
Speaker 9 (21:26):
The maintenance that they needed for the last ten fifteen years.
Speaker 1 (21:31):
So doctor Joglotti joining us in our weekly health visit.
How much protein so somebody's out there listening right now,
they're one hundred and eighty five years old. Let's say
they're will split the difference fifty five years old. How
many grams of protein should they be eaten a day?
Because that's where I think it's not so much the
sources as they're not eating.
Speaker 5 (21:47):
Enough, right.
Speaker 9 (21:49):
I mean, the calculation is about one gram of protein
per kilogram weights. So if you're if you're a seven,
if your average weight as seventy kilogram, you should have
seventy grams of protein. It could go up to eighty
five grams of protein today. So again you could say, okay,
(22:11):
I'll eat more protein, but you have to understand how much.
Speaker 8 (22:16):
Protein is in a specific meal.
Speaker 7 (22:19):
So that's the part. It's like, it's okay to no,
you sart to have more protein, but where are you.
Speaker 8 (22:25):
Getting more protein from?
Speaker 9 (22:27):
And do you know realize how much protein is in
a potato versus.
Speaker 8 (22:35):
A half a cup of preek kyogrit.
Speaker 9 (22:37):
So it's again it is a very diet eating unprocessed
foods that are going to really allow you.
Speaker 8 (22:46):
To hit the mark on all these nutrients that we need.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
Yeah, by the way, those doctors use fancy with the kilograms.
You just did one hundred and fifty four pound person.
So to my now analogy, rubbing about two hundred pounds
out there, you need way more.
Speaker 7 (22:59):
Right, right, you're talking close to one hundred grams of.
Speaker 1 (23:02):
Protein exactly, and that's where we come way way short.
So you find a good protein bar that isn't filled
with a bunch of sugar and junk, and it's somewhere
around twenty to twenty five grams of protein. All right,
that's a good start. Then a couple of hours later
you have your yogurt with your fruit. Okay, now you're
almost halfway there. Then whether you choose whenever I do eggs,
(23:23):
I do three eggs, I do them yolk and all
you know, and scramb I make the best scrambled eggs
the FDA, right, whatever you throw in it, but you
know it trusts me. It's going to take some thought
to get to about one hundred grams of protein to day. Now,
then we get to how you move what you.
Speaker 5 (23:41):
Lift to build the muscle.
Speaker 1 (23:42):
But people are out there working out in many cases
without enough protein to really build anything.
Speaker 7 (23:49):
No, you're right about that, And I say this time
and time again for so.
Speaker 9 (23:53):
Many aspects of health and wellness and chronic disease. Good
health or wellness is not going to be a chance event.
You cannot leave yourself helped.
Speaker 8 (24:04):
Hazardly to say well, if I.
Speaker 9 (24:06):
Just have breakfast, if I just have lunch, it'll be fine.
You have to really have a game plan and.
Speaker 8 (24:12):
A blueprint on what you're doing.
Speaker 7 (24:16):
And I would say if you have that, you will have.
Speaker 9 (24:19):
A far better outcome with your life and and enjoy life.
Speaker 8 (24:24):
With your family.
Speaker 7 (24:24):
That's that's really what it's all.
Speaker 5 (24:25):
About, don't it all.
Speaker 1 (24:27):
We seem to go that we don't know what we
got till it's gone. And you know, a lot of
you are working. Life is going to begin when you
get out of high school. Life's going to begin when
you graduate college. Life's going to begin when you finally
stut your job. Life's going to begin when you get
your great promotion. Life's going to begin when you finally retire.
And guess what what's left of you by that time.
That's what we're trying to preserve, doctor Jocolotti joining us.
(24:49):
All right, it is a lot of work. It's exhausting,
it drives me crazy. And that's before you even added
hydration and before you add an intentional exercise or strength training,
it becomes a time job, and the question becomes do
you really love yourself, your wife, your children, and your
future enough to do it? But if I asked you,
(25:10):
and by the way, we didn't even bring up sleep,
which is another.
Speaker 8 (25:13):
Fact that's a whole separate topic.
Speaker 1 (25:14):
Yeah, yeah, I mean, does the average American have this
much time to spend on living longer.
Speaker 5 (25:22):
It's gonna it's gonna take.
Speaker 7 (25:23):
You know, I would say yes, And it's really.
Speaker 5 (25:29):
What you want to do.
Speaker 9 (25:30):
And you know a phrase that my mother taught me
very early, misery is optional.
Speaker 8 (25:36):
Okay, you don't.
Speaker 7 (25:39):
Have to be fifty, sixty, seventy.
Speaker 9 (25:41):
Years old and chronically ill and feel completely dilapidated. Putting
the time in now and it's never too late, Michael,
to make the intervention that you need to make. So
don't you know, for people listening this morning, don't feel
put off that, hey, I've neglected myself. There's no way
of coming back. Get the protein, get the fiber. Make
(26:03):
sure you're having a balanced diet, and you'll feel better
without it.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
If you have a water jug that's sixty ounces or
something like that, drink two of them.
Speaker 6 (26:13):
Today.
Speaker 1 (26:13):
A day, you know, is that first one gone by noon.
That way, you don't have to think a lot about it.
I promise you if you do it, you'll get used
to it. You'll get used to pee in a lot,
and you will not crave the other things that you've
been drinking that are harmful to you, because when you
get older, you're not as thirsty. But trust me, you
still need the hydration the food. You just got to
(26:33):
be very very intentional. Fiber is the one I struggle with.
It's just hard to get that in. I started putting
grape nuts in my Greek yogurt just to get some
kind of fiber going. Yeah, but yes, you are what
you eat, and what you eat determines how long you live,
along with a few other factors.
Speaker 5 (26:49):
And it's not rocket science.
Speaker 1 (26:51):
More fruits, more vegetables, more low fat, you know, sources
of protein like chicken breasts and beans and fu.
Speaker 5 (27:01):

it all goes. You know what, I have my diet,
what's that?
Speaker 8 (27:57):
See?
Speaker 5 (27:57):
I'll start tomorrow diet. Yeah, I live by it. We
all have that diet. What is happening in Iran right now?
Speaker 1 (28:04):
Bombing has resumed is just another is not just another headline.
It can impact your wallet directly if it hasn't already.
And why because when conflict breaks out in the Middle East,
oil moves and then everything follows. Gas prices rise, shipping
costs bike and then suddenly your dollars not going as
far we've seen it before, and now banks are forecasting
even higher gold and silver prices ahead. That begs the
(28:26):
question are you positioned for what's happening, let alone what's
coming next? And if you're considering gold or silver. Who
you work with matters a lot. I trust Lear Capital,
bet in business and helping Americans for over thirty years
protect their savings. They have over three billion dollars in

It's your Morning show with Michael del Chino.
Speaker 5 (29:29):
Good morning.
Speaker 11 (29:31):
I found the best fiber you can take is a
serial called Fiber one.
Speaker 5 (29:38):
Well, I didn't know we were gonna do name brands.
Speaker 1 (29:40):
I'll stick with Colon Blow if we're gonna name brands,
Graham Platner will formally withdraw from his Senate race by Monday.
Speaker 5 (29:48):
Mark Mayfield has the update. That's according to multiple reports.
Speaker 11 (29:52):
It comes after he suspended his campaign on Wednesday after
being accused of sexual assault. Monday is the last day
that Platner could drop out to allow Democrats in Maine
to select a new nominee. A main Democratic party announced
that they had voted to hold a nominating convention to
choose a new nominee by July twenty seventh. Several have
announced their candidacy so far, including former Maine state Senator
(30:12):
Troy Jackson, co founder of Main beer company, Dan Cleman,
and former director of Main's CDC, Dear rob Shaw.
Speaker 1 (30:19):
I'm Mark Mayfield, a West Virginia man. Is the eighth
person to be indicted for allegedly plotting an attack on
the UFC fight at the White House last month.
Speaker 12 (30:27):
Court documents revealed by the Justice Department Thursday showed Chandler
Scruggs as the latest person who faced charges. The twenty
one year old was allegedly planning to act as one
of the snipers at the event. The foiled plan reportedly
involved using drones to distract the crowd, while snipers would
shoot people as they ran. Five people were arrested the
weekend of the event, while another two were apprehended.
Speaker 13 (30:47):
The next week.
Speaker 12 (30:48):
The indictment charges all eight aspects with conspiracy to provide
material support to terrorists, conspiracy to commit murder on federal
government territory, and a murder of federal government official. I'm
Tammy Trihea.
Speaker 1 (31:00):
The oldest woman to travel to space, Wally Funk, has
passed away at the age of eighty seven.
Speaker 13 (31:04):
Her city of residence, Grapevine, Texas, announced she died peacefully
Wednesday evenings, surrounded by loved ones. Funk entered space on
a Blue Origin flight in twenty twenty one at the
age of eighty two. Her career achievements include being inducted
into the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame, the Women in
Aviation International Pioneer Hall of Fame, and she will be
posthumously inducted into the International Space Hall of Fame at
(31:28):
the New Mexico Museum of Space History. I'm Lisa Carton.
Speaker 1 (31:32):
Talk about songs and bands. You remember hearing their first
ever foreigner, Cold as Ice. Their singer lou Graham is
planning to retire from live performances at the end of
this year.
Speaker 11 (31:52):
In a video conversation posted to his YouTube channel, the
musician said he's been doing this for over fifty four years,
adding I just feel like there's some other things that
I want to do, which includes spending more time with
his children and playing with his cars while they're still
capable of driving. Graham said he believes he's at a
high point in his career and he wants to go
out with the bang. The musician currently has tour date
scheduled with his band Lou Graham Allstars through December.
Speaker 1 (32:16):
By Mark Neefield, this may seem like an obvious answer.
I mean, we have mass exodus from certain blue states
and they're going to certain red states. But what is
the best state for doing business and what is the worst?
How are drivers responding to freedom fuel gas stations in
the Northeast and while they spread elsewhere. Finally, workers keep
(32:37):
leaving the labor force. Why National correspondent Roy o'nil's been
following all these topics.
Speaker 5 (32:43):
He's here with an economic ground up. Good morning, Rory,
Hey there, Michael, good morning.
Speaker 3 (32:47):
Yeah.
Speaker 15 (32:47):
CNBC out with its annual list of America's top states
for business. They factor in things like infrastructure, that state's economy,
the workforce, what's the quality of life there, the cost
of doing business, technology and innovation, and business friendliness. And
it's Ohio that comes out tops in the ranks this year,
followed by North Carolina, which is always in the mix one,
(33:10):
two or three. Virginia also usually in the mix each year.
So it's Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, and Minnesota making
the top five. At the other end of the spectrum,
you've got West Virginia at forty six, followed by Louisiana,
Rhode Island forty eighth, forty nine is Alaska, and Hawaii
really is five Oho.
Speaker 1 (33:34):
What about Freedom Fuel first, I guess we should start
with what is freedom fool Fuel?
Speaker 6 (33:38):
Yeah?
Speaker 15 (33:39):
Freedom Fuel is the twenty five different gas stations, mostly
in Pennsylvania, some in New Jersey selling gas at discounted prices.
We believe it's owned by companies that have expressed their
support of President Trump's energy policies, and that's really where
this came about. But the exact ownership is a little
bit mysterious. Doesn't tell you much in their papers of incorporation.
(34:00):
They launched the company selling gas at ready for the
joke three forty seven.
Speaker 5 (34:07):
There you go to that the president.
Speaker 15 (34:09):
But sadly the gas prices have actually gone up a
few pennies at some of the stations since then because
of events in Iran.
Speaker 5 (34:16):
But the question is, we don't know is.
Speaker 15 (34:18):
This planning to challenge wah wah in seven to eleven and
even BUCkies and rollout nationally. It's still unclear if this
business model works, because you know, three forty seven is
about fifty cents a gallon cheaper than what you find
across other parts of Pennsylvania.
Speaker 1 (34:33):
INDIDERA, Yeah, but you better work on your pulled pork
and clean bathrooms if you're going to compete with BUCkies.
I always say the most worthless number in the world
is the unemployment number because it doesn't take into account
under employment or those that have left the workforce, and
that's the number that continues.
Speaker 5 (34:49):
Why are people leaving the workforce? Well, there's a lot
of disagreement.
Speaker 15 (34:54):
USA Today took a look at some of these labor
participation numbers and they're trying to come up with you excuses.
Is because back to work orders have people or back
to the office. Orders have people saying, you know what,
I'm going to quit the job, stay home and take
care of the kids. Now, not to be sexist, but
that doesn't describe you know, maybe more women would stay home.
But why is there men dropping out from labor employment?
(35:17):
And all different kinds of excuses of surface none really
sticks at least, not one single answer. But we've seen
that labor participation rate drop to numbers we haven't seen
in decades.
Speaker 1 (35:28):
Great reporting as always. Roy O'Neil had the kind of
weekend others merely dream of. And you can catch his
weekend dive on great iHeart stations across the country or
just search it right into your iHeartRadio app. All right,

twenty six.
