me struggle for a fact. Why are stocks breaking records?
Why isn't gas ten dollars a gallon? How's it at
eighty dollars a barrel? How could things be going so
well in such uncertain times?

Rory, right, especially when we've got rumblings that maybe there
are interest rate increases coming around the corner. Apple is
struggling to pay some of the cost to develop its
new computers and phones.

We saw SpaceX sort of missed the.
Speaker 4 (02:43):
Mark on some of its financial reporting earlier this week.
But the Dow keeps climbing into new record territory, and
it's it's been pretty volatile. There were a couple of
bad days last week, but boy, what a surge these
past few days. And you know, we'll tell you after
the bad days. Typically we'll talk and we'll always say,
don't look at your four on one K. It's a process.

Don't panic. But today it's go look at your four
on one K. You'll feel pretty good even when buying
gas for the car. But maybe you want to start
realigning things when times are good, make sure that you're
properly positioned for your future earnings.

And I might add too, in all fairness, because we
call balls and strikes. We don't play typical narrative radio.
The market was steadily up from COVID even during Joe
Biden's four years. Obviously there was a main dip right
in the heart of COVID, but then it was just
a steady climb. But since Donald Trump took office in

January of twenty twenty five, the market, the Dow has
gone from forty four five hundred to fifty four thousand,
three forty nine. And that's with tariffs, that's with the
Iran conflict, that's with the Russian Ukraine War continuing. It
really is it's it's well, we're gonna have our economist
David bonson later, but it's almost as if Rory uncertainty

has become so certain that it's a certainty.

You know, well, a lot of it is clearly being
shrugged off, right. I mean the fact that the oil
prices have been all over the place now around seventy
eighty bucks a barrel. That seems to be a sweeter
spot maybe not for us, but for the oil companies.
And Wall Street doesn't seem to be jumping on every
little needle and indicator buying and selling as rapidly. But
we did get you know, JP Morgan saying he's concerned,

Jamie Diamond saying he's concerned. There's an awful lot of
leverage out there, at a lot of debt out there
that that has him concern. And of course there's always
talk of a correction, which is why, as I said
earlier on, you know, take a look at things all
times are good and maybe make some changes.

So we got like one minute to go, and I know,
and you're coming back in the third hour to do
the day shavoo all over again with the straight of
form moves. I mean that's probably yesterday said that. Well, no,
because it's like, you know, oh, we're closer than ever.

fascinating sub conversation. Who I mean, let me reverse it
into it this way. Who dropped dead and made Hassan
Piker the leader of this movement? Maybe that's the way

one they allowed in? Aren't you amazed? All of a sudden,
Hassan Piker is the north star for the socialist Islamist movement.

politically scandals. Where does this one rank? I'll start with well,
outed by his ex father in law for one.

Yeah, and his ex father in law is a US
senator representing the state of Ohio. We're talking about Max
Miller just another example of another congressman called up in
a scandal that has really overwhelmed his campaign. And you know,
every sea counts this year in the House of Representatives
because of a very narrow majority that Republicans have. Right now,
(21:28):
the President had a conversation with Max Miller. He's a
former aide to President Trump. And I don't know if
President Trump said step down, but he explained to Max
Miller that you're going to have a really tough job
holding onto your seat.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
It's only thirty seven years old out of Cleveland. Obviously,
his father is an ex father in law is a
United States Senator who brought this out, and this has
led to an Ethics Committee investigation. Obviously, you know, we
don't know. I don't know. I don't think you know.
I'm not even sure Donald Trump knows what evidence they

have of this other than Senator Marino bringing it up.
So it's out or be investigated, right pretty much, that's
where we're.

At, Well, well, where we're at right now is that
Max Miller has asked for the Ethics Committee to conduct
their own investigation.

He wants his name cleared.

But you keep in mind, it's not just his ex
wife who's making allegations of physical abuse. It's also two
former women who were also involved with Max Miller at
other points in his life that are making similar allegations.

So he's got this dark.

Cloud hanging over his head as he runs for reelection.
And remember we're not just focusing on Republicans. You know
Eric Swalwell. Eric Swalwell who was leaving Congress, also overwhelmed
by allegations that were made against him of sexual assault
and he had to drop out of the California Governor's
right see or you decide he's leaving Congress. So you know,
(23:03):
these scandals really have come to the surface during the
course of this midterm election cycle.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
Well, and of course most famously Platner in Maine, I
mean Grand Plattner in addition to right SWA. I was
gonna ask next, Max doesn't have any shwasta, because it
does he But yeah, no, we've had a lot of
scandals and it kind of gets lost in all this
movement of socialist Islama's takeover the Democrat Party. But the
scandals are bipartisan, one of the few things that are
all right. I don't know how many times I can

play this game I don't know how many times you
can play this game. Oh, apparently we're closer to a
deal than never, that is, if we lift, you know,
the embargo on their ports and if they give up
their fourteen hundred year ambitions. So we're closer than ever,
but still divided over the things that have divided us
for fourteen hundred years. I mean, how am I supposed
to play this game? Yeah, I don't know.

I mean, yeah, it does seem like ground Hawk's day,
you know. And the negotiations that are going on don't
even involve the United States. It's negotiators from Iran, negotiators
from Oman, two countries in the Middle East that border
the Straight or Formos. They're the ones that are having
these discussions. And we don't know what the deal to
reopen the street actually looks like, what would be required

of the US as part of any deal. And none
of this deal, by the way, would cover anything related
to Iran's nuclear program, and that, of course, is why
this conflict began in the first place.

Yeah. I just don't see them giving up their ambition
for a nuclear weapon. I don't see them giving up
their ambition to own or use as a bargaining chip,
the disruption of the strait of hormones. I think we're
nowhere on any of those This you can't make up.
I mean, we were just now finishing having fun with
Fauci's diaries, and here comes, according to the Wall Street Journal,
the Senate panel saying they've obtained a copy of his

COVID phone. Now we can get to text messages, voicemail conversation.
I don't know if I'm up for this one. Well,

if you used a government issued phone, which apparently Anthony

not gonna be able to dodge that even with the pardon.
A lot of people instantly will go, well, you know,
he used a burner I mean, anybody that watch it.
Who was the first to display burner phones? Was it

a I've always wanted to get a burner phone, just
to snap in half like they do in the movies.
But everybody's like, oh, you know, used a burner phone

declared how they will vote on the Senate for it.

The next Attorney General of the United States. I actually,

are interest rate increases coming around the corner. Apple is
struggling to pay some of the cost to develop its
new computers and phones.

Mark on some of its financial reporting earlier this week.
But the Dow keeps climbing into new record territory, and
it's it's been pretty volatile. There were a couple of
bad days last week, but boy, what a surge these
past few days. And you know, we'll tell you after
the bad days. Typically we'll talk and we'll always say,
don't look at your four on one K. It's a process.

Don't panic. But today it's go look at your four
on one K. You'll feel pretty good even when buying
gas for the car. But maybe you want to start
realigning things when times are good, make sure that you're
properly positioned for your future earnings.

The market was steadily up from COVID even during Joe

three forty nine. And that's with tariffs, that's with the
Iran conflict, that's with the Russian Ukraine War continuing. It

has become so certain that it's a certainty.

You know, well, a lot of it is clearly being
shrugged off, right. I mean the fact that the oil
prices have been all over the place now around seventy
eighty bucks a barrel. That seems to be a sweeter
spot maybe not for us, but for the oil companies.
And Wall Street doesn't seem to be jumping on every
little needle and indicator buying and selling as rapidly. But
we did get you know, JP Morgan saying he's concerned,

Jamie Diamond saying he's concerned. There's an awful lot of
leverage out there, at a lot of debt out there
that that has him concern. And of course there's always
talk of a correction, which is why, as I said
earlier on, you know, take a look at things all
times are good and maybe make some changes.

the general election, we got the powerball jackpot now jumping
all the way to a whopping eight hundred and fifty

we still have about three weeks before college starts in

of course, now an ethics investigation has been opened up

on Ohio congressman accused of domestic violence. White House correspondent
John Decker is joining us, a longtime observer of Washington drip, drip, drip,
politically scandals. Where does this one rank? I'll start with well,
outed by his ex father in law for one.
Speaker 9 (21:04):
Yeah, and his ex father in law is a US
senator representing the state of Ohio. We're talking about Max
Miller just another example of another congressman called up in
a scandal that has really overwhelmed his campaign. And you know,
every sea counts this year in the House of Representatives
because of a very narrow majority that Republicans have. Right now,
(21:28):
the President had a conversation with Max Miller. He's a
former aide to President Trump. And I don't know if
President Trump said step down, but he explained to Max
Miller that you're going to have a really tough job
holding onto your seat.
Speaker 1 (21:42):
It's only thirty seven years old out of Cleveland. Obviously,
his father is an ex father in law is a
United States Senator who brought this out, and this has
led to an Ethics Committee investigation. Obviously, you know, we
don't know. I don't know. I don't think you know.
I'm not even sure Donald Trump knows what evidence they
(22:05):
have of this other than Senator Marino bringing it up.
So it's out or be investigated, right pretty much, that's
where we're.
Speaker 9 (22:13):
At, Well, well, where we're at right now is that
Max Miller has asked for the Ethics Committee to conduct
their own investigation.
Speaker 1 (22:21):
He wants his name cleared.
Speaker 9 (22:22):
But you keep in mind, it's not just his ex
wife who's making allegations of physical abuse. It's also two
former women who were also involved with Max Miller at
other points in his life that are making similar allegations.
Speaker 1 (22:38):
So he's got this dark.
Speaker 9 (22:40):
Cloud hanging over his head as he runs for reelection.
And remember we're not just focusing on Republicans. You know
Eric Swalwell. Eric Swalwell who was leaving Congress, also overwhelmed
by allegations that were made against him of sexual assault
and he had to drop out of the California Governor's
right see or you decide he's leaving Congress. So you know,
(23:03):
these scandals really have come to the surface during the
course of this midterm election cycle.
Speaker 1 (23:09):
Well, and of course most famously Platner in Maine, I
mean Grand Plattner in addition to right SWA. I was
gonna ask next, Max doesn't have any shwasta, because it
does he But yeah, no, we've had a lot of
scandals and it kind of gets lost in all this
movement of socialist Islama's takeover the Democrat Party. But the
scandals are bipartisan, one of the few things that are
all right. I don't know how many times I can
(23:31):
play this game I don't know how many times you
can play this game. Oh, apparently we're closer to a
deal than never, that is, if we lift, you know,
the embargo on their ports and if they give up
their fourteen hundred year ambitions. So we're closer than ever,
but still divided over the things that have divided us
for fourteen hundred years. I mean, how am I supposed
to play this game? Yeah, I don't know.
Speaker 9 (23:51):
I mean, yeah, it does seem like ground Hawk's day,
you know. And the negotiations that are going on don't
even involve the United States. It's negotiators from Iran, negotiators
from Oman, two countries in the Middle East that border
the Straight or Formos. They're the ones that are having
these discussions. And we don't know what the deal to
reopen the street actually looks like, what would be required
(24:12):
of the US as part of any deal. And none
of this deal, by the way, would cover anything related
to Iran's nuclear program, and that, of course, is why
this conflict began in the first place.
Speaker 1 (24:25):
Yeah. I just don't see them giving up their ambition
for a nuclear weapon. I don't see them giving up
their ambition to own or use as a bargaining chip,
the disruption of the strait of hormones. I think we're
nowhere on any of those This you can't make up.
I mean, we were just now finishing having fun with
Fauci's diaries, and here comes, according to the Wall Street Journal,
the Senate panel saying they've obtained a copy of his

COVID phone. Now we can get to text messages, voicemail conversation.
I don't know if I'm up for this one. Well,
that's right.
Speaker 9 (24:55):
You know, you may wonder how's this all coming about. Well,
if you used a government issued phone, which apparently Anthony
Faluci did, that's how we're potentially going to see that information.
That's how we saw the information contained on his computers
because it was a government issued computer.

You know, it's drip drip drip with Anthony Fauci as well,
after he pleaded the Fifth Amendment, invoked his Fifth Amendment
rights in that testimony before the Senate just last week.

Yeah, and he's got states investigating him too, and he's
not gonna be able to dodge that even with the pardon.
A lot of people instantly will go, well, you know,
he used a burner I mean, anybody that watch it.
Who was the first to display burner phones? Was it
twenty four with Jack Bauer? But you know, everybody gets
a I've always wanted to get a burner phone, just
to snap in half like they do in the movies.
But everybody's like, oh, you know, used a burner phone

for the most you know, I don't know. I'm not
so sure he put the diaries right on a government website.
I mean, well, that's right, he may not have. I mean,
there might be some dudes if they really have. This
just about to get really interesting fast, all right, what's
coming up today in the White House briefing room.

Well, we're going to be talking about the latest concerning
those negotiations to reopen the Straight Up FORMUZ and in
addition to that, talking about elements of the presidents hope
to get his Attorney general approved by the US Senate.

There are still a.

Few holdouts on the Republican side that have not yet
declared how they will vote on the Senate for it.
But I have to tell you, Michael, when the President
wont something really bad, those holdouts typically cave. So I
think that at the end of the day, you're going
to see Todd blanche confirmed as.

The next Attorney General of the United States. I actually,
for the first time ever, did a request. We have
doctor Jocolatti every Friday, and I made a request do
something on this peptide craze. I'm actually to do a
request for you. I think if you get access and
you have access to the President, well, frankly more than

President is going to turn from Hassan Piker and l
