All right, guys, it is time now for junior and
sports talk. Junior, what you got, all right, let's talk
about it.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
So you know, last week was opening Sunday, the first
game of the season, and Miami Dolphins player Tyreek Hill
was pulled over and detained by Miami police on Sunday,
moments before the season opener between the Dolphins and the Jaguars.
Tyreek was allegedly pulled over for speeding on his way
to the hard Rock Stadium for the season opener between
Miami and Jacksonville. Now, the bodycam footage of the incident

has surface online, revealing Miami police officers use an excessive
force and foul language as they pulled Hill from his vehicle.
Hill was thrown onto the street, face down and handcuffed
as officers continued to curse at him. Hill was eventually
released by police to play in Sunday's game, where he
had longest touchdown of his career.

See the body camp footage? Y'all look at this?

I saw it.

Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:52):
Next that this could have went sideways. It was a possible.
I mean, in here did with the police black man,
famous guy in a car that that you know this doc,
look right, you know it's the Lamborghinia. He's out in
the car. Now, here's the thing he wrote. He gave
him the driver's license, and this what made him upset,

the police upset. He gave it and he rolled his
window back up. Yeah, you try to get to the game. Yeah, now,
he said, hey, hold on, you'll just roll your window up.

Now.

Speaker 2 (01:21):
A couple of his teammates did stop to see what
was going on. They tried to make them go on
to the game and say, hey, this is none of
your business. They say, no, we're not leaving him.

Speaker 4 (01:31):
You put him in hand handcuffs. I saw they had
one of the teammates and handcuffs. So here's the thing.
It looks like the police they had little egos. Their
feelings got hurt because Tyreek was.

Speaker 3 (01:42):
You know, they got madder and madder as they kept going.
They got they just they just would not They escalated it.

Speaker 4 (01:49):
To me. Yeah, their egos like they do.

Speaker 3 (01:52):
Yeah, I tell you this, I'll tell you this. If
this was that night, this would have gone. Man, that's
I thought about this. This wasn't in broad daylight whereverybody
can see it. I promised you this would have went wrong.

Speaker 2 (02:05):
No, he admitted that he did some things that he
didn't do right. He said he didn't do it. It's
the best way. It's football is the season opening, So
you're like, he's just trying to get to work. So
I'm just glad it didn't go.

Speaker 3 (02:15):
The wrong way.

Speaker 4 (02:16):
Let's just say this because this is a scene we've
seen all too many times. If that wasn't Tyreek Hill,
what would have happened? Would yeah, yeah, you already know
which way that's what this exactly knee in his back?

Speaker 2 (02:34):
Yes, yeah, and steady steady cursing that, you know. And
I'm just glad he always said, and Tyreek Hill did
say I want the officers five and rightfully, so there
no conversation need to happen. If it's a traffic stop,
here's my licensed to my insurance, go run it. Give
him a ticket because I can go.
