Why is that something that you might have some issues with?

I used to now live in a condo. I don't
have to worry about it.

Yeah, you just have a higher hro A fee for that. WHOA, Bill,
that's an excellent guess, And you're right. The average home
owner spends about forty hours a year mowing their lawn
because it's a chore.

Only if it's a small lawn and he's taking a
couple of hours.
