Football Focus numbers, they've really done well. I mean, they've
got the sixth ranked in the postseason past blocking grade,

He said, their personality really has come to life. They
are attacking opposing defensive fronts and they are playing up
front to win. They are paving the way though for
that guy on your screen, Kenneth Walker has been fantastic
for rushing touchdowns here within the postseason three straight games.

Plus yards from scrimmage and ultimately he's coming off of
a season high twenty three touches in that NFC Championship game.
I spoke with him this week. He told me his mindset,
keep the main thing, the main thing, don't make this
game bigger than it is, understanding the workload that he
will have. But I asked Aj Barner, who is tight
end so good in the run game in terms of blocking?

I said, what makes this guy special? And he told
me just how talented he is. He can take a
bad play, he can make it a good play. And
you've got to understand that Kenneth Walker can take the
football wherever he wants to go. So he said to me,
as blockers, we have to be really smart with our hands,
know when to let go. But he told me they've
done a great job hitting their landmarks and Walker has

been really good cutting off of those landmarks.

As we learned the mantra for these guys in the
trenches this season, AJ Barner came up with the term
grind meat.

do against a defense. By the way, Jamie has surrendered

He said, their personality really has come to life. They

end so good in the run game in terms of blocking?

me just how talented he is. He can take a
bad play, he can make it a good play. And
you've got to understand that Kenneth Walker can take the
football wherever he wants to go. So he said to me,
as blockers, we have to be really smart with our hands,
know when to let go. But he told me they've
done a great job hitting their landmarks and Walker has

been really good cutting off of those landmarks.

As we learned the mantra for these guys in the
trenches this season, AJ Barner came up with the term

question okay at Ross Tucker Pod, who is the most
well known person associated with the Super Bowl? Robert Kraft

got first place, Mike Rabel got second place. When's the
last time we had a Super Bowl? Where like we
walked out on the street right there and said Patriots
Seahawks super Bowl name as many people just get they'd
be like, uh, Robert Craft, Yeah, but I like it
because it gives guys an opportunity to become household names.
And especially Sam Donald. He's a fellow member of the

So if Sam Donald can win the Super Bowl, he's

So I'm the charter member of the five team Club
and the conditional seventh round pick Club. It's the highest
honor NFL player can receive when you're traded for a
conditional seventh round pick. I like welcoming people to the

football is a Super Bowl Champean. Now, a lot of
people are going to be watching a Super Bowl game.
But a lot of people are also going to be

a low scoring game. So those of you that are

twenty seventeen. Both really good defenses. I think if they
played I don't know ten times, I think the Seahawks
win seven or eight probably. But that's what's cool about football.
This is not baseball, this is not basketball. It doesn't

one time, and we've seen Mike Rabel, We've seen the
Patriots or were they double digit underdogs against Kurt Warner

I do think see a better team, and I would
think that they would win. Although I will say this,
I'm worried about this nick Emon worry injury. Yes, they
have built the whole mantack, they built the whole defense
around him being a nickelback. That's the problem with building
a whole defense around somebody. If that guy then can't play,
you got a problem for sure.

You know, I watch that, I hear about that happening
in practice this week, and you just shake your head
because I know you're not gonna not practice because then
you could blame it on like they had no legs,
they didn't do anything all week, Like why are we
doing anything in practice.

Or like you even risk everybody should have a hula
hoop around themselves and like just nobody gets hurt, especially
