Speaker 1 (00:01):
I thought this was pretty interesting. Diddy could still face
charges in connection with Tupac Shakur's murder if prosecutors uncover
new evidence. Now, Clark County D.A. Steve Wolfson said he
hasn't completely closed the door on charging Diddy, but stressed
there isn't currently enough evidence to do so. At this point,

(00:21):
we don't believe we have enough to charge anyone else
with the death of Tupac Shakur. But like any other case,
if we come into more information, more evidence, we can
always consider filing additional charges. The comments come one day.
I think he said this after a Vegas jury convicted
Dwayne Kifidi Davis of murder in connection with Tupac's 1996

(00:42):
drive-by shooting. But as you know, he did not pull
the trigger. He himself has said that and they believed
that part of it. but they say that he bought
the gun and ordered the hit. I do think that
there are a ton of people who think that there's
a lot more to the story, and I think it's
really interesting that they would so loosely talk about someone

(01:03):
who they don't have a lot of evidence to, or
they say enough to support that he could be involved,
but to go so far as being like, I'm not
closing the door on Diddy. I mean, what does that say?
So it's very interesting. He's currently serving a four-year sentence,
Diddy is.
