Earlier this week that she deleted her ex account formerly Twitter,
and then yesterday she wrote on her Instagram stories, I
want to take a moment to sincerely apologize for the
hurtful tweets I posted so many years ago. Seeing them
resurface last week has been incredibly difficult, and reading them now,
I'm ashamed that I ever thought or spoke that way.

They were ignorant, hurtful, and completely wrong.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
She then confirmed that she did delete her ex account
to do what she says is an effort to end
a cycle of hate. She continued, over the years, I've
seen firsthand how cruel and harmful online hate can be,
and I would never want to add to a world
of pain in any form.

She says, she takes full responsibility, and there were lots
of tweets.

Like lots of tweets she talked about Asian people, the
lgbt Q plus community, Vanessa Bryant, Obama, black women of
all people.

The comments that I was seeing yesterday did not pass
the vibe check either. Lots of people excusing the tweets
because they were old, but take a look see there's
some recent ones. Also recent comments on one of her
