going to take an Ubert that's going to be wildly expensive,
trying to navigate just to get anywhere near seeing anything.

I mean like, this is gonna be a lot of
effort for something that you've never expressed an interest in before.

out there, see if they could pick you up from

I stood on someone's balcony and watched it from above,
which was way better, way better, because there were a

to where you could actually see anything anyway. So I
kind of saw it and I was able to watch

on TV and like see what happened I mean, you
would go to a Lion's parade if they won the
Super Bowl. I don't know, Jason, go to a You
go to a Britney parade if there were one.

Show regular and parade just because there was one. You
wouldn't go to that. Absolutely not say I do too
many parades because I have to going to a parade

Hurricanes fans. I'm very excited. I know Kaitlin now all

So many big sporting events took place over the weekend.
The New York Knicks defeated the San Antonio Spurs ninety
four to ninety on Saturday to win their first NBA
championship since nineteen seventy three. The Knicks won the series
four to one in rally from double digit deficits in
all four of their victories, and the parise set for Thursday.

Pauline is the Grand marshal Ess and the Mayor. I
hear you getting the key to the city along with
the team, which is crazy.

The team will make their way through the Canyon of
Heroes in Lower Manhattan in front of and anticipated were
they're saying tens of thousands of fans. I mean there's
going to be millions of fans. I mean, if there's
a if there are a million people there, that won't
surprise me at all. Sure that combined with everyone who's
already down there doing anything, I mean, they're gonna have
to close stuff.

You can you imagine having to go down there for

did not care about the NBA Finals and she's just
sitting alone on the bus and it gets caught in
the crowds like she's just trying to get home, like, oh, yeah,

you're going out of your way to it, you gotta

they would give you two napkins. That's they give you
two napkins as part of the deal. And there aren't
napkins in the store. They're not just little dispensers everywhere,

because if you ever think about the last time you
went to get napkins, you probably took four times more
napkins than you needed you just to keep taking them
out of the thing, the little dispenser, right, and then
you threw most of them away. So Subway says, no,
we'll tell you how many napkins you can have, and
if you want more, I guess you can probably go
up there and ask them for it. But I bet
you they saved millions of dollars a year across all

their restaurants by rationing the napkins because people take this

Even though our parents are no longer together, we're very
close and as a family, you make things work.

Well, you don't forfeit all the money, and Taylor, I'm
glad it works out for you. But in this case,
you know you you were able to earn your tuition
to be paid for such that the money you didn't
need the money. But had you needed the money, I
think it probably should have been yours to take first,
and there should have been no obligation that it'd be
given to anyone else. Now, I think it would have
been one thing if you got a full ride scholarship

and then you kept the cash and prevented someone else's blessing.
But you didn't do that, so it worked out. But
in this case, let's assume there is no scholarship money.

Though as a parent, as a parent, you want to
do well for your children, even though you're a step
mom or a stepdad. The biggest thing you can do
is provide your children with a good setup for their future.
And when it comes to these kind of plans, it
isn't about just like again, you can do say hey,
look we're not giving up half the money for whatever reason.

You can send someone to college for a semester for
a year and see how it goes, and you could
earn scholarships along the way. This isn't a you know,
a make one decision and it's all said, are done,
And so as the parents, what I was suggesting to
do is say, hey, look again, we're not gonna I'm
not gonna give you half of it, but what I
will do is see how your child does or our child,
our child does as a first semester, as that first year, right,

and then from there you can get scholars means there
are a thousand ways to get paid to the student.
