Speaker 1 (00:00):
Caitlin's entertainment report is on The Fresh Show.

Speaker 2 (00:03):
Fans of Greasy Abrams got the surprise of a lifetime
last night at our iHeartRadio studios in New York when
she surprised them with a Q and A before her
album Daughter from Hell dropped. She answered all kinds of
questions and the event was presented by Capitol One and
they just were able to relieve chat with her, listen

(00:25):
to some of the album, and I believe we Jason,
did we play it last night?

Speaker 1 (00:29):
And we're playing new cuts throughout the morning too.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Yeah, we're playing the album throughout the morning. But the
actual special you were able to watch.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
Right or was it? Yeahs uh station right amazing.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
So yeah, I mean, I'm gonna go back and listen
if I can find that. And I have to listen
to the album. Have you heard any of it?

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Jason, No, I've only made it like two songs, and
so I don't have a fair review yet.

Speaker 2 (00:51):
Okay, We're we're in for a sad dayDay.

Speaker 1 (00:56):
Treading water off the beach off the coast of California
yesterday after running from the police. Yeah, it's or were
you the one that was naked in the car with
the illegal firearms, which one was, I can't have one
tread water for an hour. That's pretty good. I think
you'd be a lifeguard with that. These legs are powerful
new knees, honest showing up.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Noah kan It just continues to be an angel on Earth.
He's thrown his support behind a new Massachusetts bill aimed
at capping ticket resale prices like other states in recent weeks.

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Washington, DC.

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Just a day earlier, the governor there, Mara Healy, announced
an act relative to closing the Great Divide between ticket
prices and affordability.

Speaker 3 (01:38):
The Great Divide Act, named after Noah.

Speaker 2 (01:41):
Noah's latest album and tour, is a bill that would,
like I said, limit these resale prices, bar speculative ticket sales,
and cut down on some of the fees, because you know,
you'll see a ticket price and you're like, okay, girl, matha,
girl matha, and then you get all these random fees,
like a breathing fee.

Speaker 3 (01:57):
Oh, you wanted air in the stadium. That's going to
be extra, but yeah.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
He previously backed a similar bill in his native Vermont,
and is fresh off four sold out shows at Fenway Stadium.

Speaker 3 (02:08):
He's having a really good time.

Speaker 2 (02:10):
But during a press conference, the mayor was doing what
they were doing with Taylor Swift when they were arguing
about ticket prices on Capitol Hill, and they were trying
to use as many like she was trying to use
as many like Noah Khan quotes as she could, like
I just got a call, you know whatever.

Speaker 3 (02:25):
I don't know. She was quoting him a lot.

Speaker 2 (02:27):
But it is a good bill, and I'm hoping that,
like all the states can do this because it's getting
really crazy and people are having to pick between you know,
eating for three months and going to see their favorite artist,
which is not very cool. Chris Jenner's mom, Mary Joe,
known as MJ, has passed away at ninety one years old.
I do the story because, you know, the Kardashians, I

(02:48):
feel like have been in my life for so damn long,
and so has MJ. I feel like she was like
a very sweet, endearing part of the show and a
part of the family.

Speaker 3 (02:57):
She was always chic, and she was always burn and.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Dressed well, and you got to see her a lot
on their socials and I just, you know, feeling for
the whole family. Chris sent to say we say goodbye
to my beautiful mommy MJ. No words could ever capture
what she has meant to me, or the heartbreak of
having to say goodbye. And then all of the other
siblings were posting as well. I don't know a cause
of death, but she was older but still very very sad.

(03:21):
She was the true matriarch of the Kardashian family, and
she actually had a clothing store if you did not know,
when she was younger. And so I think she taught
a lot of them their work ethics.

Speaker 3 (03:30):
So r Ip MJ.

Speaker 1 (03:32):
I remember the day Kim Kardashian came into.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
My life, do you? And what was that day?

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Like, remember exactly where I was standing.

Speaker 3 (03:38):
Yeah, I was in.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Austin, Texas. We were all we were all gathered around
a monitor of the size of a shopping cart, not
watching it with your coworkers together, and the pixels were about,
you know, a quarter each, Each pixel was about a
quarter sized. Yeah, oh no, it was. We had a
bit of a staff meeting and well, this is.

Speaker 3 (03:58):
Why we take all these training.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
It was way back in two thousand, you know, I
don't know when this was decades ago, but it was,
oh my god, look at this. Yes, and then we
all gathered around. I remember it was it was an
aerobic video and uh, anyway, what's come from there? I
mean she said a lot of things for really proud
of her.

Speaker 2 (04:21):
I gave my my family computer in the computer room,
lots of viruses trying to get that on lime wire
and I cook the version.

Speaker 3 (04:28):
But that was a time to be alive where.

Speaker 2 (04:32):
If you know, you know, And then like, if that
song would play in the radio, I would think there
were those parts in the so I'd like say them
and people like, what are you doing?

Speaker 3 (04:39):
And I'm like, oh, there was more annoying.

Speaker 1 (04:41):
In the LimeWire napster days when you download a song
and you're like, oh, I got a clean one, and
then right in the middle of JR.

Speaker 3 (04:50):
Right, where'd you find this? Get my favorite one?

Speaker 1 (04:54):
But damn girl, where'd you find that?

Speaker 3 (04:57):
Some people have no idea what we're talking about, no,
And I love that for them.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
