Speaker 2 (00:15):
I just want to send thoughts and prayers to all
of the homeowners in the world. You know, it starts
out as this goal that you have in your life,
and you're so excited you get your home. You love
your home. But then I think at some point this
may happen to everyone. You realize that there is no
landlord to call, like you are the landlord and I
am the landlord. Okay, as I like to remind people
(00:37):
all the time, and everyone in my home, this is
my house. Yeah, And now I'm like, oh, this is
my house because everything seems to happen all at once,
and it's not even like really big problems. It's just
small inconveniences that have just happened all in a row.
We've had a lot of storms l like recently, and
so I got trees down everywhere. We got a little
(00:59):
roof damage going on all of a sudden, and now
I feel like I need to redo my entire like
lawn care situation because of the trees that have come down,
and what are you thinking like a desert landscape?
Speaker 1 (01:11):
What do you know? It's really.
Speaker 2 (01:14):
Yes, I need the rocks I need. I have twelve
bags of mulch right now in my garage. Like, who
am I dule? Somebody didn't want to go buy mulch?
Just learn what it was. It's a match, Jason, It's
a mess.

had to look back to the store twelve minutes mch,
go get the right I'm like, who are we? Like?

got a text the other day for I live in
a building that has a bunch of units, like a
high rise, and they have maintenance in the building and
they can go access the key to my unit if
they need to go in there for some reason. And
it said like key request, Like email like no context,
maintenance needs access to your unit. I'm on a boat
Friday night in Miami, sweating my ass off, and so

any context as to while you're going in there? Oh yeah,

and this. We think there's a complete flood. We don't
know if it's yours. We'll let you know whoa. Oh,

it's it's really, you know, a luxury to even have
it and be able to complain about it. But it's
