Speaker 1 (00:00):
This portion of the Joe Show podcast is powered by
Fair and Faarah Tampa Accident Attorneys. Well, good morning Live,
m Yeah, okay, Hey, so this is sad news and

(00:25):
I hate to I hate to have such sad news
this early, but you know you can't. You can't ignore news.
News is news. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's bad. And
you know it's Joe Show. We're live in ninety three
three f l Z. And well, I don't even know
how to say this, and I hope I don't cry.

(00:45):
But dad bods are dead. Do you see that?

Speaker 2 (00:51):
No?

Speaker 1 (00:52):
No, I didn't dadds people like dad bods anymore.

Speaker 3 (00:55):
I think they're still in No, no, no, no, no no
no gen z.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Yeah, let's hear this. Let's hear the stats on this one.

Speaker 1 (01:03):
I think. So, I don't know, I'm thinking that I
don't know what it is, but I think our generation
might have been a little bit more forgiving than others.
And I think I'm getting a little bit worried that
potentially people younger than us are more superficial and gross

(01:24):
than ever. Thoughts think about that?

Speaker 2 (01:29):
Is about that?

Speaker 4 (01:31):
Well, we were talking about looks maxing yesterday. We were
it's like the younger twenty crowd, So maybe that that's true,
Maybe that's valid.

Speaker 3 (01:39):
Yeah, And I think there are a lot of younger
girls who are going to get botox and I'm talking
like sixteen to eight.

Speaker 1 (01:44):
Yeah, which is crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:46):
You haven't even like grown into your features.

Speaker 2 (01:48):
Yet, right, where is the reall?

Speaker 3 (01:50):
I don't know, So yeah, I think that would be
a pretty unbrand what what you're saying.

Speaker 1 (01:57):
So there is a like an adult entertainment type site
that surveyed adults and also checked like the history of
what they click on, and they found that with younger

(02:18):
users of the site, they favor very lean, athletic male
bodies softer physiques. And I'm not talking about porn, by
the way. That kind of sounds like, okay, it's not porn, Okay,
but maybe it's not though, And dad bods are kind
of like dying off less and less women and even

(02:41):
gay dudes are are going towards dad bods. They want
the lean athletic look. They want muscles, but not like Jacked.
They want fly like machine gun Kelly lady boy look
no offense to him, but he looks like a lady boy. Meanwhile,

(03:06):
men men are looking for more curves they're like a
curvy lady. They so so like men. For example, it
looks as though that men under fifteen percent body fat
scored a lot more attractive than heavier which like a
dad bod, normally is around thirty five percent body fat,

(03:28):
whereas women men are like in thirty percent body fat.

Speaker 5 (03:36):
I think it's a lot well. I think the whole
trend has changed now, Joe, because we have so much
more access to one. I mean, think about all the
weight loss.

Speaker 2 (03:45):
Struggles, ye lp one.

Speaker 5 (03:48):
We have access to all those. And I noticed guys
now there are on all these peptides, ones that make
them shred fat, gain muscle, make their skin glowp even more.
It's the wholemaxing thing for sure. And I think that's
a recent trend within the last six months at least.

Speaker 1 (04:05):
I like a dad bod because I have a dad bod.
I don't want to have to hate myself even more.

Speaker 2 (04:12):
Yeah, follow on, I get what you're saying.

Speaker 1 (04:14):
I don't get less pressure. Why why you know?

Speaker 2 (04:19):
I don't know. I don't know.

Speaker 1 (04:22):
I and I'm thirty and I never thought that I'd
get to this point. But I gotta be honest with you.
I think people younger than us kind of suck? They do?
They doo? Yeah, Like honestly, I meet, like, you know,
with the whole dad bod thing, and maybe I'm just
lashing out, but like nine out of ten people I
meet who are younger than us suck, why.

Speaker 3 (04:46):
I mean, And then when they get their age, they're
going to feel about the same about the generation under them.

Speaker 1 (04:50):
But I don't know because they they they well, actually,
yes I do know. Yes, you're right, because they don't
seem to like anything. No, And I could be wrong.
Maybe I was this way when I was younger. Maybe
I'm still this way. Maybe I suck, but I don't
think I do not like them.

Speaker 2 (05:07):
No, No, very judgmental.

Speaker 1 (05:10):
Okay, thank you for saying that. And Katie's being awfully quiet.
I don't know if you agree on this, but they're
super judgmental.

Speaker 4 (05:16):
No, I would say judge because if you ever see
like the millennial slander on TikTok, it is so aggressive
and I'm like.

Speaker 1 (05:22):
Girl, we started the internet.

Speaker 4 (05:23):
I know, like everyone is cringing in their own rights,
so let's all calm down.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
What was it before they were like, why are you
wearing ankle socks? I didn't like the ankle sock. They
don't know he does not like the ankle sock at all.
Don't like the side park, don't like the skinny jeans.
By the way, skinny jeans are coming back.

Speaker 1 (05:41):
They are they they are never stop wearing them. That's right, stopped.
He's ball Max and every days are wearing him now,
that's right. Just choking your wall they are, You're well, like,
can't breathe at all. I know it, I know it,

(06:02):
I see it. I don't keep suffocating that wall. So
dad bods are dead, but let's bring him back. I'm
gonna go to the beach. We cannot guarantee they'll still
be there. Oh yeah, and when they got all on
them hugging him up, and I'm wrong with it for sure,
for sure, but I don't know. Yeah, made me sad,
made me sad to see that. I don't want to

(06:22):
see dad bods dalling.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
You should be more sad that you're no, No, you're
right right? What said I was gonna say, should be
more happy you're not a gen z er.

Speaker 1 (06:31):
Yeah that I'm not that. I mean literally, I hate
to be that guy.

Speaker 3 (06:36):
But seriously, Gabby, that you are not a gen z
and if you.

Speaker 1 (06:39):
Are listening to this and you're under the age of
let's say, I don't know, twenty five, twenty five, is
that what it is? I don't know. I mean some
people older than that who kind of sucked but all
the mentality twenty five. But I think about too though,
like John John Pinchaser, Yeah, John PIRONI he's pretty awesome.
It's twenty six.

Speaker 3 (07:00):
He Yeah, I'm going to give it to him.

Speaker 1 (07:01):
Now. I don't think he is. I know, I don't
think he is.

Speaker 2 (07:04):
I think he is in his mid to late twenties.

Speaker 1 (07:06):
Yeah, and then after that, oh yeah, you know, Kolby's great.
But other than that, they kind of suck it.

Speaker 2 (07:16):
They too.

Speaker 1 (07:16):
And you guys know all, I'm saying what you guys
think every day and say.

Speaker 2 (07:20):
To me off the air.

Speaker 3 (07:21):
As as the millenniums are, they just put.

Speaker 2 (07:24):
Stuff in the chad cheap. Yeah, it sunned.

Speaker 1 (07:27):
They blow, They blow, they blow, that's a fact. But
you know what, you can't change him. You can, they're
way too follow themselves. Yeah, don't quit. Then again, let's
try to change him. Maybe they won't quit. That'd be nice. Okay,
all right, coming up next, we got what's your sign
which I cannot wait for. Text your name or you're
from birthday, you're signed to ninety seven seventies here and

(07:49):
also if you're younger than that, I know that we
got a lot of people who listen who are just
don't suck. That's it, just don't suck. And if you suck,
will tell you. This portion of the Joe Show podcast
