Speaker 1 (00:00):
This portion of the Joe Show podcast is powered by
Farron Farrah, Tampa accident attorneys. You guys want to talk
about snoring or do you guys want to talk about
a creepy guy at a restaurant?

Speaker 2 (00:15):
What are we talking about with the snoring?

Speaker 3 (00:17):
Are you snoring?

Speaker 2 (00:19):
You want to be attacked right now?

Speaker 3 (00:21):
I'll take it. I'll take my lashings. What do you
got for me, Joe? Okay, Jed and I are sharing
a room. I said this before, and I do have it.

Speaker 4 (00:30):
I don't know if he'll be able to hear it,
but this is Jed.

Speaker 3 (00:36):
We are sharing a room as we're broadcasting live from
Walt Disney World.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
Also, think about how creepy this is. This man is
recording me in my sleep in the middle of the night.

Speaker 4 (00:45):
Hey, buddy, is it dark?

Speaker 1 (00:46):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (00:47):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (00:47):
Lights are off.

Speaker 5 (00:48):
There you go.

Speaker 2 (00:48):
You can see my packer.

Speaker 4 (00:50):
Oh, jeez. Sounds like a lawnmower. Garbage disposal.

Speaker 2 (01:06):
Okay.

Speaker 4 (01:06):
Now, here's the deal. We had a really long day yesterday.

Speaker 3 (01:10):
We were running around, doing a bunch of stuff, ate
good food, drank good drinks. So I get it. You're
tired and you need to sleep. I just want to know, 800-409-9393,
you got.

Speaker 4 (01:22):
A man who snores a lot?

Speaker 3 (01:28):
Because if you do, I would love to figure out
what the hell I can do tonight. Because I got
to get a good sleep tonight. But I also need
to make sure that Jed gets a good sleep.

Speaker 4 (01:37):
Like, I can't.

Speaker 2 (01:38):
Yeah, you can't wake him up if he's snoring.

Speaker 4 (01:41):
It's just as much my room as it is his room.

Speaker 6 (01:46):
Gentle suggestions. I have found that works because, yes, my fiance, Sean,
is a snorer.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
He is?

Speaker 4 (01:51):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (01:52):
And it will wake me up.

Speaker 6 (01:53):
So I'm like, do you need a pillow? Because I'm like,
if I prop him up. Like Weekend at Bernie's?

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Wait, you prop him up to keep him from snoring?

Speaker 3 (02:01):
I also love how it's a gentle suggestion, but you're like,
do you need a pillow?

Speaker 2 (02:07):
Yeah, do you need a pillow?

Speaker 6 (02:08):
And then he'll be like, oh, yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:10):
And then you just put a pillow in there and
he'll start to sleep. Does a pillow work?

Speaker 6 (02:13):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (02:14):
Why is that?

Speaker 6 (02:15):
Because what's causing you to snore most, it's your little
hangy down punching bag thing in the back of your throat.

Speaker 2 (02:20):
Your tonsils? Epiglottis? Oh, I thought it was your uvula.
The little tangy downy thing. I thought, is he talking
about vulva? I'm talking about vulva.

Speaker 4 (02:30):
Wait, what? No.

Speaker 2 (02:31):
You're talking about vagina?

Speaker 4 (02:33):
Yeah, I was like, uh, vulva.

Speaker 2 (02:35):
A little vagina talk? No, that's the labia.

Speaker 6 (02:38):
Yeah. And I think it, like, covers your breathing hole,
so it's, like, going.

Speaker 4 (02:43):
Really? So you sit up and sleep like this. Katie,
you've seen her so many times.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
You hear her sound effects are, like, spot on.

Speaker 7 (02:51):
Mm-hmm.

Speaker 4 (02:52):
I'm worried about your health.

Speaker 2 (02:54):
Why? Well, you and my girlfriend both, which I guess
is valid.

Speaker 4 (02:57):
Because it is. It's kind of aggressive snoring. What is
your girlfriend saying?

Speaker 2 (03:02):
Oh, she hates my snoring.

Speaker 3 (03:03):
Have you thought about maybe doing a sleep apnea thing?

Speaker 2 (03:08):
I really don't. My dad has it. I wonder if
I have it at times, but I really don't want
to have to wear a freaking mask or put a
mouth guard in.

Speaker 3 (03:16):
Hey, Jasmine.

Speaker 2 (03:17):
Jasmine.

Speaker 1 (03:19):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (03:20):
Hi, Jasmine.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
Jasmine, I'm trying to deal with Jed's snoring as we're
sharing a room at Walt Disney World. Is there anything
I can do? Do you have a significant other who
snores a lot?

Speaker 5 (03:32):
No, so I was a significant other who used to
snore a lot. And my husband used to push me
to the side, not in a rude way, but kind
of roll me over to the side so that I
was snoring on the opposite side so he wouldn't have
to hear me as much. I think that's what I.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
Did last night with Joe.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Are you suggesting that I go over to his bed
and I gently roll him over?

Speaker 2 (03:54):
Yeah, probably.

Speaker 6 (03:55):
And then become a big spin.

Speaker 2 (03:57):
Yeah, probably. Hey, as long as I'm not awoken from
my slumber, I'm okay.

Speaker 3 (04:04):
I still cannot believe you're like, hey, you're snoring.

Speaker 4 (04:09):
Okay, was I wrong?

Speaker 2 (04:10):
No, I'm not saying no.

Speaker 4 (04:12):
I say, hey, Jed.

Speaker 1 (04:13):
Jed.

Speaker 6 (04:13):
Yes.

Speaker 2 (04:14):
Jed.

Speaker 7 (04:14):
Jed.

Speaker 4 (04:17):
Hey, Jed. And he goes, huh?

Speaker 3 (04:20):
You're snoring, buddy. Okay, I'm sorry. And then it fixed it.
But I don't want to wake him up this time.

Speaker 4 (04:26):
Yeah, because he's in a nice lumber. That's why he's snoring.

Speaker 2 (04:29):
Is that what it is?

Speaker 4 (04:31):
It has to be. You're probably exhausted.

Speaker 2 (04:33):
Oh, yeah. Joe was the master of stepping yesterday. He
was at like 22,500 steps or something like that.

Speaker 4 (04:41):
Yeah, Joe said we couldn't take naps.

Speaker 2 (04:43):
Yeah.

Speaker 4 (04:43):
He was so mean.

Speaker 2 (04:45):
I did not say that. I did not say that.
You didn't say that we couldn't take naps, but you
definitely made it feel better.

Speaker 7 (04:53):
Yeah, I don't know about you guys, but I was like,
I'm not a nap guy when we're at Disney.

Speaker 2 (04:58):
I know, you make us not be nap people.

Speaker 4 (05:01):
Go all the way to Orlando and hang out at
Disney and you're going to sleep.

Speaker 2 (05:04):
You can sleep at home. They have nice resorts. Oh,
the beds are so comfortable. You can snore at home.
Let me take a fat nap, head in a hot
shower and get a cup.

Speaker 4 (05:13):
And maybe he won't snore.

Speaker 3 (05:14):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:16):
We'll find out today.

Speaker 4 (05:18):
We're getting in one of those Darth Vader masks.

Speaker 3 (05:21):
I'm going to have to stop and get some breathing strips.

Speaker 2 (05:24):
That's what I'm going to see if it's going to
help tonight.

Speaker 3 (05:26):
We're going to have to figure out something. Maybe even
scotch tape could do it. What if he's like, hey, Jed,
you just can't sleep.

Speaker 2 (05:32):
You just got to stay up. No sleep for you.

Speaker 3 (05:34):
Well, I did think about it because if I can
fall asleep, I'll just sleep through it.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
I thought about being like, hey. Let me fall asleep first. Yeah,
you come to the room in like an hour. Yeah,
like stay up. You know, the football game's on. Watch
the football game.

Speaker 1 (05:47):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 4 (05:47):
Stay down now.

Speaker 3 (05:48):
Allow me to sleep. Because the other thing, too, because
like the noise and stuff, I don't know what it is.

Speaker 2 (05:55):
You need silence.

Speaker 7 (05:57):
I know.

Speaker 4 (05:58):
There are some things. He's crashing out in his head
right now.

Speaker 3 (06:02):
Well, because I want to, you know, I want to
say something.

Speaker 2 (06:08):
There you go. Okay, okay.

Speaker 4 (06:09):
Too many noises heightens me because I may be slightly autistic.

Speaker 5 (06:15):
Okay.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
So with that, you know, I am hearing him spit
into a cup and then he's, he's snoring, he's doing
all this.

Speaker 7 (06:24):
And then my body feels like it's going to jump out.
I'm already getting overstimulated just hearing it. So then I'm like, well,
let's turn on the TV and then I'll be good.
Cause I'm not going to hear that. And then I
turned on the TV and then I go, Why did
I think noise was going to help me with my...
I don't want the noise. And then you got Jed commentary, too,
which is not.

Speaker 4 (06:42):
Oh, I didn't think about that. Well, and he does.
I'm telling you, after the snoring, he did... He kind of...
He goes.

Speaker 2 (06:53):
Are you sure it wasn't flatulating?

Speaker 4 (06:55):
I don't know what you were doing. No, you were
making it with your mouth.

Speaker 5 (06:58):
You were going.

Speaker 6 (07:00):
Oh, my God.

Speaker 4 (07:01):
Was he doing this in his undies?

Speaker 2 (07:03):
Yes. I was in board shorts. Board shorts?

Speaker 5 (07:06):
All right.

Speaker 2 (07:06):
That's what they call them now? Yeah.

Speaker 4 (07:09):
Okay. He was in boy shorts. The cheeky kind.

Speaker 7 (07:12):
All right.

Speaker 2 (07:13):
All right.

Speaker 4 (07:14):
All right. It's... It's time to move on. I'm looking
at the time right now, and I'm going, oh.

Speaker 3 (07:30):
God, we're a little bit late. We're a little bit late.
Catching cheaters and proud of it. We do it every
Tuesday and Thursday. War of the Roses. Since I am late,
